Next up we have a bit of a happier topic as it has been over 2 YEARS since Cookiezi was

unbanned.

Following his unban, he has held the number 1 spot for over a Year and has broken countless

records.

It's really nice to have him back in the community, now we just have to get some other

players up there to poke him,,, pls rafis we're counting on you

Speaking of un-restrictions, the player jot_bab recently got unrestricted and within his first

day back set 2 600pp scores.

We can't wait to see what kind of plays he'll make in the future.

Now for some news a big part of the community has been waiting for for a long time: peppy

announced on reddit that there will be an upcoming touchscreen nerf.

Hopefully the tech will be a bit more polished soon as quite a lot of players have been getting

the "Touchscreen Detected" message on their plays, and it also appears a lot in

the older 30fps replays

Next up we have Mathi going ham this week and taking the #9 spot with his 629pp choke

on radwimp['?]s Yume Tourou hidden hardrock doubletime.

This technically makes him the highest ranked player without a 700pp score, which is kinda

funny as he does have an "unranked" 830pp score on the loved map Monochrome Butterfly

with Double Time.

We also have Bro_Gamer72, previously known as gayzmcgee taking the #2 USA spot from HappyStick

with his 608pp 1 miss choke on Stonebank All Night hidden doubletime!

Speaking of big achievements, osu! player Zalaria has managed to get over 20000 SS ranks.

She got her 20 thousandth SS on a 6 minute map that no one had SS'd with Hidden until

she managed to.

Next up we have the "Winter 2017 Fanart Contest" starting, so if you're an artist

and haven't submitted your art yet, get drawing because you only have until wednesday

to submit!

If you do submit art, please make sure to read all of the rules and guidelines so that

you're eligible to win that sweet osu!

There was also a criteria change for r/osugame's scoreposts so be sure to check that out if

you're one of the cute score posters on osugame

Speaking of reddit, we have two threads which were made to help highlight some lesser known

maps and plays.

The First of which was as simple as typing a comment of a player and someone else will

reply with their favourite 3 plays of that player.

The second thread asked redditors to comment the name of a mapper while others reply with

their favourite 3 maps of said mapper.

The threads were a huge success, raking in over 700 comments between them.

Also, we have a collab map from hvick225, Nathan, and VINXIS being ranked.

The map is a marathon featuring a single diff called "NathanZhanKamal225's Blossom".

Truly a work of art.

Moving on, we have reddit user Ivrih giving us some extremely detailed statistics on osu!

World Cup's Group Stage, where they Showed the average accuracy of each player and each

team, and also who fc'd the most maps.

In order to keep things fair, single player statistics are only taken for the players

that played over 5 maps in the group stage.

While on the topic of the world cup, Last week, we talked about the group stage, so

this week it's time for the round of 16.

Nothing too surprising happened except for Canada losing 6-3 to Brazil.

But for more info be sure to check out the Round 16 recap on our channel made by Junihuhn.

Let's get into scores, shall we?

First of all, we have Totoki getting a Full Combo on Skrillex, First Time of the Year

with Double Time, getting 406pp.

While the pp may not say that much, the map is 326bpm with Double Time.

Then, filsdelama FC's the loved map, Shounen Ripples.

Taking the first FC and #1 on the 8.11 star map would have gotten him 732pp if the map

was ranked.

Keeping with filsdelama, he also reversed choked Inai Sekai's Regret difficulty getting

a single slider break in the first 200 combo, the choke got him 594pp, without the slider

break he would have gotten over 650pp and the first Hard Rock FC on this map.

Ouch.

And then we have Rucker doing his usual thing as he Full Combos Mountain of Faith with Hidden,

getting a single 100.

The best acc on the map, and with Hidden too.

Sadly, the play was only worth 388pp.

Last week we mentioned Detro Volcanic getting loved.

This week Cookiezi takes #1 on the map with Hidden and 94.17% accuracy, getting only 13

misses.

Next up, Bro_gamer72 takes #1 on High Free Spirits Extra diff with Hidden Doubletime

along with only 2 100s, outaccing Vaxei's previous #1 on the map by over 1%.

This play got him 580pp

Then we have Aireu on Susumu Hirasawa - Aurora 2, KIRBY Mix diff with Doubletime.

The map has less than 20 no mod fc's, I'll just let this play speak for itself.

Next up we have Totoki going absolutely ham this week FC'ing Shiori Hidden Hardrock

Doubletime with 94% accuracy, he got himself 707pp.

Keeping

on the Totoki hype train, he also fc'd LiSa - Datte Atashi no Hero, plus ultra Diff with

Hidden Doubletime, with 97.47 acc he got himself a deserved 673pp

Next up we have mathi taking #1 on the newly LOVED Sakura no Zenya with Hidden with 99.86%

acc

Next up we have WubWoofWolf getting a Hidden Hardrock FC on Reol - Asymmetry Asphewin's

Expert.

The map has no other Hardrock FC's and WubWoofWolf's impressive 99.66% acc got him 523pp

Finally we have osu player84 returning from his little break by sniping Cookiezi's #1

on Unreal Color.

His 98.71% acc got him 591pp.

360 Seconds of Spiritual Exercises - Episode 1. - Duration: 10:12.

Praise be to Jesus Christ.

- Forever and ever, Amen.

- It's not "Black on White", isn't it?

- No, it isn't, although each of us kept his cassock.

- That's true. But we are about to embark on a great adventure and we would like to invite you all to join us.

- A Roman adventure...

- Yes, a Roman adventure that we called "Misericordia et misera",

the same title that Pope Francis had given to his letter for the conclusion of the Year of Mercy.

- So maybe at the beginning of these spiritual exercises it would be worth asking one question:

Michał, do you recall the moment when you received the letter from Pope Francis?

That time, when Pope Francis wrote to tell you that he had a very special mission for you?

- No! He called me!

- Really? That's how it happened? - No, I'm only joking.

Well, I'm very envious!

- We all received e-mails, a very simple way of communicating.

Suddenly, an e-mail arrived, looking a bit like spam...

It was a very big surprise as I'd always imagined that if the Pope wants to ask a priest to do something,

the nonce would phone or they would send a bull with a big wax papal seal,

whereas these very simple means showed that the whole event,

that the letter was talking about, while taking a very ordinary form, would be at the same time really huge.

- But also, there came a message to our respective curiae, I remember my Provincial got me in a corridor,

before some celebration in our congregation, in the evening, the next day there were going to be some festivities, I cannot recall exactly what it was,

but the Provincial asked me to follow him out, into the corridor, and said to me

"Listen, you've become some kind of Vatican exorcist..."

- Yes, indeed, it is necessary to explain what it is all about..

- As nobody knew back then who were the Missionaries of Mercy...

- The Holy Father proposed to the whole Church, or should we say, he proposed to the whole world,

to celebrate the most beautiful thing that you find in God's heart,

the most beautiful characteristics of God's heart, which is precisely mercy.

The Holy Father decided, or discovered, that it was what we needed the most,

the experience of mercy, of love that is gratuitous, forgiving, that justifies, that raises you from your fall...

And that is why he wanted as well,

that many priests, in very many countries,

had the faculty to absolve the sins reserved before to the Holy See.

- But what is interesting, at the meeting with the Missionaries of Mercy on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday last year,

the Pope said that our first mission was to proclaim the Word

because if people do not receive the Word, they won't go to confession.

- I am very happy that you mentioned that meeting as we are now basically at the same place as then...

- Yes. I feel shivers down my spine because I remember all those priests,

almost a thousand, coming from all around the world,

walking along this street, via della Conciliazione,

to St. Peter's Basilica to pass through the Gate of Mercy, the Holy Door..

- ...which does open only when the Pope wants to show the world that God's heart is open.

And it was indeed so, when we came as pilgrims along this street

to stand in St. Peter's Basilica,

together with Peter of our times and to look at two extraordinary figures,

as in the basilica there were the relics

of St. Padre Pio and those of Leopold Mandić, two great confessors,

who, at the same time, are very very small, not only short, but also humble at heart.

- It's interesting, that one was very strict, and the other very gentle,

although both were Capuchins.

And someone observed, in a clever way,

that both were needed to show that balance and that wholeness...

We would like to sort of bring it out during these Roman exercises Misericordia et misera

and invite you to experience this journey with Pope Francis.

- And with us.

- And with us.

- It's very beautiful that the whole Year of Mercy is,

so to say, closed between two documents.

The first is the bull Misericordiae Vultus, which talks about the Pope's

wish that in the Year of Mercy the Church reveals her maternal face,

the face of a Mother. That was very surprising.

And the second document, at the conclusion of the Year of Mercy,

Misericordia et misera.

These two documents should guide us in our spiritual exercises.

- Let me disagree.

While the bull Misericordiae Vultus outlined the itinerary through the Year of Mercy,

the letter Misericordia et misera has not closed it at all, but rather opened the way after,

the life after the Holy Door has been closed.

The Pope is saying that,

although the Holy Door has been closed,

it does not mean that the time of Mercy had ended...

- One could say...

- Let me finish...

he's saying that Mercy is not an episode or a digression in the life of the Church,

but it is her life.

And the letter Misericordia et misera does not close anything,

but outlines something new, the life after, living Mercy every day.

- What you're saying is very beautiful and very convincing...

- That's good, we won't argue then...

- I think that it's really the case that after the coming of Jesus Christ,

after His sacrifice on the Cross,

after His Resurrection, after receiving the Holy Spirit,

every year is a Jubilee Year.

And every year is a Year of Mercy as in every moment,

every day we receive this great gift of Salvation

and Reconciliation with God and with ourselves.

And an additional proof for me and for you that

the Year of Mercy is not ending is probably the fact that the Pope said:

"Be Missionaries of Mercy until further notice",

in other words, do not stop fulfilling this ministry.

- It was an incredible surprise,

I wouldn't like to make it sound funny,

but I was at that time in Phoenix, in Arizona.

I was preaching during Advent spiritual exercises

and given an 8 hour time difference behind Poland

- I'm sorry for having had this thought but I really did

- at 4pm I thought that Michał Legan was already sad as he had ended his ministry as Missionary of Mercy

and I still had 8 hours to go!

Imagine, I waited until Midnight,

rejoicing and thanking God for the experience of the Year of Mercy,

which was really incredible,

an experience of God literally grabbing people from the streets,

non church goers, you probably experienced similar things...

- Yes, yes, the experience of deep personal conversion,

my conversion as well.

Seeing all those people discovering God's Mercy,

I also experienced how beautiful it was.

- And I continued praising God our Lord for that year

and thanking Him for Pope Francis till Midnight.

And at Midnight, with tears in my eyes,

I said to myself

"That incredible time of being a Missionary of Mercy

in the Jubilee Year came to an end

and tomorrow morning,

when I wake up, everything will be different".

- Normal...

- And so it was!

I got up in the morning, and in Poland it was already late afternoon,

and I saw my phone full of missed calls and messages.

I couldn't quite understand, what it was all about, what Misericordia et misera?

What letter Misericordia et Misera?

What was it all about to continue as a Missionary of Mercy?

What was going on?

And only when I phoned you,

you explained to me what was going on...

- I had a very similar experience to yours,

as I spent those last moments,

until the prayer of Apel Jasnogórski,

with a large number of priests who came to me

from all over Poland because they thought

that in the last day of the Year of Mercy

they had to grab that grace.

About fifteen or so priests came who wanted confession.

I went to Apel Jasnogórski and found out

that there was another one waiting to receive absolution

from a Missionary of Mercy in those last hours of the Year of Mercy.

And then an extraordinary thing happened...

Just like you, I went to the chapel just before Midnight,

I gave praise to God for giving us the Year of Mercy,

for the ministry of Missionary of Mercy

and I felt a slight relief.

I thought to myself, ok, we came to a closure,

God did what was possible through me

and now I am ready to give it back to Him...

I woke up in the morning and I got the message

about this beautiful letter and I have to say

that I had the great satisfaction in informing quite a few of the Missionaries of Mercy

about this immense gift.

So, brother,

the spiritual exercises about the misera,

about the woman....

- That miserable one...

- ...who needs God's mercy so much,

the woman with whom, I hope, we will all identify.

- We would like to invite you, dear all,

to make this journey through Misericordia et misera,

along the streets of Rome,

visiting places that we wish will make us think of Peter of our times,

of the Profet of our times,

of the great Pope that is Pope Francis,

right here, to dedicate this time to Him.

Analog Lessons 1: How to load a reel - Duration: 2:06.

This is a 35 mm reel.

When we have to load them in a camera, we have to follow some basic steps.

that are not the ones that we have with cameras

of Medium Format, or with Leicas, which is a different world.

Normally, when you ask us how to load a reel,

You will read in the manuals that you just have to put it

so today! tadaa a Taco Bell Haul I kinda went all out and bought all sorts of things today

I'm not really used to ordering from there and after ordering I looked over the haul

~I dunno what all this stuff I ordered is anymore~

Somehow I ended up with this huge pile of fries and stuff

So any ways lets get to eating all this stuff

Well, It all looks really yummy doesn't it? itadakimasu

We'll start with these over here the tacos

there is what appears to be beef Nestled in a crispy wrapper

The sauce is so spicy and so very yummy

It's also got some very crispy fresh lettuce And yummy cheese

The taco shell around it is so very crunchy and yummy

The tomato taste a bit spicy as well

The taco sauce and minced meat Go so nicely together

And this is a burrito

It's a bit bigger than the ones that you find On the shelves of convenience stores

It's filled with rice ~WAT? are burritos supposed to be like this?~

The rice is flavored with this sauce And its also got some cheddar cheese

Their wrapper is so soft and chewy And so very yummy

I was able to choose the meat they put in here and I asked for chicken

chips

You don't get served chips like these with your meal Here in Japan

holy moly they Gave me a bunch of sauces I've got six of them

And there is another one over here for the taco as well

Well, I did order a bunch of combo meals And each of these came with chips

So each combo came with their own chips And thus, This pile of chips

Yummy This cheesy one is especially yummy

(inaudible) (something about hamburger house)

This is called a cheese roll wrap

(inaudible) I must reheat this

I overdid it with the Reheating You can see that she's is melted

Since it's too hot to even touch let's let it sit over here For a little bit

Let's eat one of the tacos over here

K, It's the cheese wrap

hot, hot

Within a wrapper you find on "nachos" It's filled with a bunch of cheese

There is no sauce used in this

This is a quesadilla

Unlike a burrito it's very flat With a lot of melted cheese

And inside there's some mincemeat and veggies and also some other things

This is a cheese sauce

So very rich And very yummy when you use a bunch of it

This is their crunchwrap

It has something crunchy inside

It also contains chunks of meat as well And it is beef

Another burrito

And last up Some nachos

it came with three types of sauces

avocado, nacho cheese, fiesta salsa ~is it going to be spicy? I wonder~

The chips have a spicy flavor and really yummy

mexican flavor

oh It's not spicy all It contains chopped bits of tomato and onion

So mild with a slightly sweet taste

And I had this earlier It's cheese

Full flavor and delish

Chips and cola are the 'bestest' When the Eaten together

Taco bell was so darn yummy The Burritos were really good

I often buy them at convenience stores And I Believe that taco bell is the only fast food place with them here

The wrapper was so soft and chewy And it was filled with both meat and veg Picked... so yummy

And everything came loaded with cheese melted cheeses and shredded cheddar cheeses

It was nice because you get to enjoy both types

Speaking of un-restrictions, the player jot_bab recently got unrestricted and within his first

day back set 2 600pp scores.

Now for some news a big part of the community has been waiting for for a long time: peppy

announced on reddit that there will be an upcoming touchscreen nerf.

Hopefully the tech will be a bit more polished soon as quite a lot of players have been getting

the "Touchscreen Detected" message on their plays, and it also appears a lot in

the older 30fps replays

Next up we have Mathi going ham this week and taking the #9 spot with his 629pp choke

on radwimp['?]s Yume Tourou hidden hardrock doubletime.

This technically makes him the highest ranked player without a 700pp score, which is kinda

funny as he does have an "unranked" 830pp score on the loved map Monochrome Butterfly

with Double Time.

We also have Bro_Gamer72, previously known as gayzmcgee taking the #2 USA spot from HappyStick

with his 608pp 1 miss choke on Stonebank All Night hidden doubletime!

Speaking of big achievements, osu! player Zalaria has managed to get over 20000 SS ranks.

She got her 20 thousandth SS on a 6 minute map that no one had SS'd with Hidden until

she managed to.

Next up we have the "Winter 2017 Fanart Contest" starting, so if you're an artist

and haven't submitted your art yet, get drawing because you only have until wednesday

to submit!

Speaking of reddit, we have two threads which were made to help highlight some lesser known

maps and plays.

The First of which was as simple as typing a comment of a player and someone else will

reply with their favourite 3 plays of that player.

The second thread asked redditors to comment the name of a mapper while others reply with

their favourite 3 maps of said mapper.

The threads were a huge success, raking in over 700 comments between them.

The map is a marathon featuring a single diff called "NathanZhanKamal225's Blossom".

Truly a work of art.

Moving on, we have reddit user Ivrih giving us some extremely detailed statistics on osu!

World Cup's Group Stage, where they Showed the average accuracy of each player and each

team, and also who fc'd the most maps.

In order to keep things fair, single player statistics are only taken for the players

that played over 5 maps in the group stage.

While on the topic of the world cup, Last week, we talked about the group stage, so

this week it's time for the round of 16.

Nothing too surprising happened except for Canada losing 6-3 to Brazil.

First of all, we have Totoki getting a Full Combo on Skrillex, First Time of the Year

with Double Time, getting 406pp.

While the pp may not say that much, the map is 326bpm with Double Time.

Then, filsdelama FC's the loved map, Shounen Ripples.

Taking the first FC and #1 on the 8.11 star map would have gotten him 732pp if the map

was ranked.

Keeping with filsdelama, he also reversed choked Inai Sekai's Regret difficulty getting

a single slider break in the first 200 combo, the choke got him 594pp, without the slider

break he would have gotten over 650pp and the first Hard Rock FC on this map.

Ouch.

And then we have Rucker doing his usual thing as he Full Combos Mountain of Faith with Hidden,

getting a single 100.

The best acc on the map, and with Hidden too.

Sadly, the play was only worth 388pp.

Last week we mentioned Detro Volcanic getting loved.

This week Cookiezi takes #1 on the map with Hidden and 94.17% accuracy, getting only 13

misses.

Uti Nwachukwu also dismissed claims that he didn't attend Yomi Casual's wedding.

Stealth Virus - Duration: 5:46.

Hi, this is Dr. Lam founder of drlam.com and today we are going to answer an important

question, as far as, how do candida and Epstein bar virus and other stealth infections.

Can cause a stress and adrenal fatigue.

Well, let's take a step back first and understand what these virus and pathogens are all about.

Candida is a fungus and Epstein bar is a virus that is all permeated our body and every one

of us, that lived in the modern society, has been exposed.

The question is some people actually feel very good and have no consequence when these

viruses and pathogens are in our body.

while others simply fall apart and do not do very well.

We found that most people with Adrenal fatigue have some level of pathogens in the body,

but not everybody feels bad.

However, if you have a chronic Lyme of chronic candida or chronic Epstein bar viruses, chances

are over time if you don't take care of them and allow them to continue to attack your

body you will often time find yourself compromised towards the end of the day.

This may take five ten fifteen or even twenty years to develop but the reason these things

go so slowly and often times escape detection is because they are so innocuous and most

people don't look at that.

Now when you feel tired the first thing you do is to go see the doctor and then they check

your thyroid, they check your blood make sure you are not anemic.

Very few people actually go into these stealth pathogens because they are often forgotten

and misunderstood, yet we know they continue to live within your body they continue to

secrete toxins and if your body doesn't have the ability to withstand them, especially

if your adrenal glands are not making enough cortisol to have the anti-inflammatory suppressive

response and over time especially if you have an adrenal crash or if you have a severely

stressful situation whether its physical or emotional then these pathogens can take the

opportunity to rise up and cause a lot of damage.

That is why, for people who have systemic candida, for example, having a very clean

sugar free diet is very critical because the yeast infections of candida often feed upon

the sugar.

The same thing if you have chronic Lyme and your body is already under stress and you

will find that excessive physical activities can cause flareups of Lyme disease and all

these stealth virus stealth pathogens behave essentially the same.

The key is to understand that overly aggressive eradication of these pathogens can actually

make things worse.

Most people don't think about that because the concept is well we need to fight these

pathogens we need to get rid of them, but these pathogens have been around and will

forever be around in our universe and in our body, but just because they are here does

not necessary mean that you cannot live with them and does not necessarily mean that you

cannot function properly.

On the other hand, if you overly treat this fungus etcetera.

You can cause so much collateral damage, especially in the gut needed to poor GI simulation, gastric

discomfort, pain, brain fog, diarrhea, fatigue, and anxiety and for those people who are weak,

it can lead to what we call detoxification and retoxification reactions.

So the approach to stealth or staff virus and pathogens in our body has to be very very

carefully considered before you start an eradication program.

Preparing the body is the key and this preparation process has to be nurturing, nonstimulating

and also give the body sufficient time to get itself ready.

How much time?

It is very hard to say, for some people it can me months, for others can be much longer.

There is no set rule because by the time these infectious process becomes clinically bothersome

usually most people are really quite weak, so the more you are exposed to such weakness,

the body is like a rubber band, it can not really rebound easily.

So the moral of the story is, make sure that you don't have these stealth infections that

is clinically affecting you and if you do find a doctor that really understand show

to comprehensive plan so you don't overdo things that are wrong leading to a worsening

state.

So any ways lets get to eating all this stuff

Well, It all looks really yummy doesn't it? itadakimasu

We'll start with these over here the tacos

there is what appears to be beef Nestled in a crispy wrapper

The sauce is so spicy and so very yummy

It's also got some very crispy fresh lettuce And yummy cheese

The taco shell around it is so very crunchy and yummy

The tomato taste a bit spicy as well

The taco sauce and minced meat Go so nicely together

And this is a burrito

It's a bit bigger than the ones that you find On the shelves of convenience stores

It's filled with rice ~WAT? are burritos supposed to be like this?~

The rice is flavored with this sauce And its also got some cheddar cheese

Their wrapper is so soft and chewy And so very yummy

I was able to choose the meat they put in here and I asked for chicken

chips

You don't get served chips like these with your meal Here in Japan

holy moly they Gave me a bunch of sauces I've got six of them

And there is another one over here for the taco as well

Well, I did order a bunch of combo meals And each of these came with chips

So each combo came with their own chips And thus, This pile of chips

Yummy This cheesy one is especially yummy

This is called a cheese roll wrap

I overdid it with the Reheating You can see that she's is melted

Since it's too hot to even touch let's let it sit over here For a little bit

So very rich And very yummy when you use a bunch of it

It has something crunchy inside

It also contains chunks of meat as well And it is beef

And last up Some nachos

it came with three types of sauces

avocado, nacho cheese, fiesta salsa ~is it going to be spicy? I wonder~

The chips have a spicy flavor and really yummy

mexican flavor

oh It's not spicy all It contains chopped bits of tomato and onion

So mild with a slightly sweet taste

And I had this earlier It's cheese

Full flavor and delish

Chips and cola are the 'bestest' When the Eaten together

I have a question for you.

I just posted on Facebook today that I was starting my own company, and I already have

two people that are interested.

However, not in my area that I want to work in, so I would say approximately 20 minutes

away, for both people.

Should I start seeking just about anybody, or should I concentrate really on my sectors

that I was hoping to concentrate on?

Is it worth the drive, the fact that I have no customers, should I be refusing, or should

I be taking anybody that's willing to hire my service?

If you can let me know, it'd be really interesting to find out your perspective on this.

Angela Brown: That is an excellent question, and since you're just 24 hours into your business,

I want to say congratulations.

It's an exciting time for you because you get to decide and

make up all the rules as you go.

Now, there are two schools of thought about where you go to create a territory

for your business.

If you have people that are interested, that are 20 minutes away, you could argue that

since your schedule is wide open, and that you don't have any customers yet, that yes,

it would be prudent, and it would make sense to accept those customers, because it would

give you some money coming in, and it would give you some cleaning experience.

Here's the catch.

Once you start cleaning for that customer, if the customer loves you, and you're good

at what you do, they're going to refer you to their neighbors and their friends, so now

instead of you driving 20 minutes to meet one customer, you're going to be driving 20

minutes to meet all of your customers.

And because of the snowball effect, that's how that works.

We want to do such a great job that our customers give us recommendations and referrals, and

if they do, but it's a 20-minute drive from your home,

today is the day you need to decide that.

So if you're just getting started in the business, and you're only 24 hours in, today's the day

you decide, "Do I want to travel 20 minutes for all of my customers, or do I want to work

right here at home?"

The other school of thought is working right here at home, because wherever you live, unless

you live way out in rural America, or somewhere else, there are houses all around you, and

all of those houses need house cleaning.

Yes, some of them may already have house cleaners, but we all know

that house cleaning is a rotating business.

People that were satisfied with a house cleaner at one point may be looking to switch it up

a little bit and get a new house cleaner.

So, if you live in a neighborhood, my suggestion would stay right at home, work right at home,

for a variety of reasons.

We don't get paid for time and travel in the business, so if you're driving 20 minutes

one way to a customer's house, and you're driving 20 minutes back, that's 40 minutes

of wasted time that you don't get paid for, and you can say, "Sure, I bill the travel

cost into my business."

That's fine, but if you have to raise your prices or whatever, you don't get to raise

that fee as well, and it's a lot of wear and tear on your car, and it's gas prices that

you also have to consider, so my suggestion would be work right at home, and today's the

day you get to decide that.

Now, if you work right at home, here are a couple of things that are kind of cool.

You can have a one or two minute commute, and if you forget something, and it will happen,

you can run right back home and get it, or if you decide that you want to swing back

by your house, and you want to drop off a cleaning caddy, and grab another cleaning

caddy, and go to the next customer's house, you have the latitude of doing that as well.

Or let's say that you have a short break between clients, and maybe you want to swing back

by the house and grab a sandwich.

You have the chance to do that as well.

If you're 20 minutes out, you're going to be left to bringing your lunch with you or

driving through a drive-through and eating whatever's available.

So there are a couple of different reasons why I suggest that you work right from your

own home and your own starting point.

Now, if you're a franchise and you've purchased into a particular territory, which this is

not the case because you're just starting your own business, but if you have, you are

locked into that territory.

You don't get to choose what area you're going to work in.

So if you are locked into a particular territory,

and you have to commute to that area every, single day,

those are the rules for you.

But if you're an independent and you get to choose, my suggestion would be

choose to stay right at home, because it's always going to be more convenient.

And here's the beautiful part, if for some reason, you get to a customer's house, and

the customer cancels on you, like right then and there, because this happens as well, you

haven't driven 20 minutes one way for nothing, because now you got to drive 20 minutes back,

and you can't resell that time, and it's not like you can just buzz back home and spend

the time at home, because now it's still costing you 40 minutes of your time.

If they live in your own neighborhood, you can say, "Well, I'll go clean my house right

now," and you can swap out your own cleaning time with a customer when you have to reschedule.

Anyway, that's my two cents for today.

After birth of baby, many mothers face the problem of insufficiency of breast-milk or

it doesn't come at all.

Though the production of milk in breast starts in 14th week of pregnancy and

sometimes it starts leaking in the ninth month.

It is directly linked to delivery date and it is said that

the delivery will take place within one week.

But it is not necessary.

In some women, it starts leaking in the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy.

It is good thing as it indicates that the mother to be will not have to bother about

the fact whether the breast-milk will come after the delivery or not.

However, some women face the problems regarding insufficient production of breast milk or

non-production of breast milk.

If we are bit cautious at the time of pregnancy and take nutritious diet, there will be adequate

supply of breast milk.

I would like to share few things with you:-

1) First of all, keep aside the tension and worries and try to be happy.

Some women suffer miscarriage again and again.

In such cases, when they conceive again, the fear of miscarriage and tension overtakes their mind and

So, try to dump the tension in dustbin and try to have adequate sleep and be happy.

2) Green leafy vegetables in diet like spinach, beans, fenugreek, etc. help in increasing

3) Taking calcium and vitamin rich diet in pregnancy helps in production of breast milk and

it is known as colostrum

which is rich in antibodies for infants.

4) Consume dry fruits rich in mineral and protein, either standalone

or with milk.

5) While breastfeeding the infant, change the sides from time to time,

right to left ,left to right ,

,it also increases supply of breast milk.

6) Massage the breast during the pregnancy and after the delivery.

It helps in production of milk.

7) Including fenugreek seeds, sounf, garlic in food also increases the supply of breastmilk.

8) Right from the first week of pregnancy, try to consume atleast two glass milk in a day

It will fulfill the requirement of calcium in you and fetus

along with production of breast milk.
