Today's video is all about the cleaning and organization of vegetables and herbs
so let watch it
I am preparing the evening tea
and after having the tea, I have started arranging vegetable which I bought
First of all I put all the veges on my counter top and then I start sorting it
Here I have many herbs, which I will place on one newspaper
because herbs get break if mixed along with vegetables
Even if it breaks little , then it will stay on the newspaper
now I have taken my stainless steel mess bowl to wash the vegetables
so I will wash all the vegetables one by one
and I have also placed a kitchen towel on which I will put all the washed vegetables
so that the water get soaked by the towel
I have washed bringles
after that I am washing carrot
so like this I will wash all the veges
and keep placing them on the cloth
Till we complete washing... the veges which we washed before gets dry
These days the cost of vegetables has gone very high
onions 70 rupees per kg, tomato 40 rupees per kg
and these two we almost add in all the curries
and we can not even stop buying ..because its the minimum requirement in every dish
I have washed potatoes here and now I am washing ginger
we must need to wash potato and ginger very well as it grows under the soil
ginger specifically as soil get stuck in the curves
there is some dust which came out.... i am cleaning that on the counter top
and I will place one more cloth and put the veges which I washed
Its very important to arrange or organize vegetables very well because we cook everyday
Organized veges helps to cook the food quickly
and there is no need to scribble for items
This is curry leaves box , there is some left over leaves too..
I am adding the fresh one above it.
Its is better to store your curry leaves in a box type container as it stay fresh for long period
and does not get dry

Now I am cleaning herbs..
need to wash it neatly
If we store it in fridge without cleaning then it does not long last
and have to dry it properly
if you dont wash it then the germs remains in it and spoil the herbs quickly
and while cooking you can just give a single dip in water and cook
its easy go process
now see here ..all my vegetables are clean enough
here in chills you must remove its head to make it more durable for long time
there are some vulnerable chills too which I am taking off
keep chills in a box.. not in cover
now after cleaning I have started organizing them
these are some polythene cover which I store
fold the cover in a form of basket
tying the polythene make the job little nonfunctional.
this way you can place one above the other and its easy to access
Take the cover as per the size of the vegetables quantity
This is an empty sweet box in which I am storing chills
you can reuse containers like this
There is no need to store potato and onions in the refridgerator
you can keep them outside
I kept ginger too in one box and this is my fridge basket
in which I am arranging my sorted vegetables
Generally fridge vegetable basket is not very big.. so if you sort and arrange veges well then its sufficient otherwise not
this is my onion basket.. so just peel off the onion peel which is automatically coming off
I am placing the onions and potatoes in place
Now coming to herbs
to squeeze out all the water from the herbs
just cut the roots and wrap it in newspaper for at least 15 minutes
newspaper will soak all the water
Later you can store it in cover
I am doing the same process for all the hersbs
after 10-15 mins it will soak all the water
Herbs are very healthy and easily digestible and tastes good
and i have cleaned the dust too... you must place the dustbin very near to the work place
to do instant cleaning
now i have taken a cover to store my herbs.. and see its completely dried
I store all herbs in seperate basket

you can reuse these newspaper by just drying them again
just push the cover to bring out the vaccum it the cover
Herbs are very healthy and easily digestible and tastes good
My herbs basket is ready
all my vegetables and herbs are organized
and looking nice too

I think we probably knew we might be in a little bit of trouble when it's 75 degrees
at Christmastime.
And it stays that way.
I think that's when you know you might be in trouble for that year's crop.
My name is Dianne Eckhardt, and I'm a third generation peach grower in Fredericksburg, Texas.
Without the cold, we don't have fruit.
It was just an interesting year, this past year.
I enjoy peach growing because we have the family history of it.
My grandfather, Otto Eckhardt, planted peach trees
and my father, Donald Eckhardt, continued
on the peach growing until 2003 when my sister and I are now running the peach orchards.
This is the daughters, Debbie and Dianne.
Oh, we've been blessed with wonderful crops.
But, they say you gamble when you go to Vegas, you should be farming.
It's the biggest gamble I've ever seen!
With peaches, it's very clear.
A cold winter is an absolute.
It has to be met.
This past year, the trees just staggered along, not wanting to come out.
We didn't have fruit on them.
So we closed the stand early this year.
So this is the future home of Eckhardt Orchards.
Building this building was important because it's going to allow us to focus on our peach
crop through this location, but also to bring in other products.
We have to be prepared for when we don't have the best crop of peaches
in a certain year.
I worry that we could have a repeat of last year.
The predictions I've heard lately from NOAA is that for this region we are going to be
warmer and dryer, they're concerned that La Niña is starting again.
Warmer than normal winters mean that we may not have peaches more years.
You know, that's our livelihood.
It's something that I think about daily, when I think about the future, and hoping
that my niece and nephews will be able to grow peaches.
We can't disregard climate science when we want to plan that far ahead.
When we're looking at an orchard, we're thinking 30 years into the future.
And so we have to take the information that we have now.
We can't ignore it.
If we ignore it then we won't have a successful farm and we won't have farms to farm
or ranches to ranch.
Climate change is happening.
It's a matter of figuring out how to adapt to it, that we can continue to do the things
that we love.
That we can continue to grow peaches, and grow a great peach here.

And people love free stuff...
But I really don't need people here, who are totally not interested in my work.
For me it's pointless.
I prefer to have 30 subscribers who like my videos and watch them,
then those, who are here to make me subscribe to their channel

Today we'll make Udipi special Manglorian Dosa recipe i,e Neer Dosa
Which is very easy to make, requires very less ingredients & get ready instantly
So let's make Neer Dosa
To make Neer Dosa we have soaked 2 Cup Rice for 8 hours
Further we strain their water and grind it smoothly
While grating Rice we've added 1 Cup grated Coconut and grated it smoothly as well
Here we have grinded Dosa Batter
Cooking Oil for making Dosa, Water & Salt
Let's make Neer Dosa
After grinding Dosa Batter we've added Salt in it
Now we'll make Neer Dosa
Batter seems thick so we'll some water in it
Since in Neer Dosa the batter should be in flowing consistency so we've added more water in it
We've turn on the flame and place the non stick pan to heat up
Sprinkle 1 tsp Cooking Oil on the pan
Grease the pan with tissue paper
Flame should be medium and we'll cover it
Take off the lid after 2 hours
Our Neer Dosa is ready and it need not to flip on the other side
Fold the Neer Dosa twice while serving it
Similarly we'll prepare all the remaining Neer Dosa
Cover it with the lid
Here we've our Neer Dosa ready & we've served it with Coconut Chutney

But in any event, it's just something I feel I need to do, so I would really appreciate

They are the ones that are going to have to write the bigger checks than the ones they
are writing now.
So, what do you say to a customer who is going to get a price increase from you?
to this effect:
"Hey, I've really enjoyed working with you in business, and cleaning your house, and

You're going to send out a letter to all of your customers and you're going to say something
such and such a day, 20%" (or whatever the amount is that you're going to increase it by.)
"Hey, I've really enjoyed working with you in business, and cleaning your house, and

Due to inflation and the rising costs of doing business, I'm increasing my prices, effective

This is not a price that gets to stay around forever.
Prices increase, like the price of gas, and the price of food, and the price of electricity,
and the price of water, and the price of housing, and the price of schooling.
Everything raises its price.
After a while, so do you.
It's just a part of life.
We place way too much importance on it.
We're afraid what people are going to think of us and that they're going to hate us because
we raised our prices.
Then they're going to drop off like fleas and they're going to go find somebody cheaper.
Maybe some of them will.
Oh my goodness.
What if that happens?
Well, guess what?
Nothing happens, so you just replace them with another customer and you're going to
replace them with a higher price.
Boom.
You still got your higher price.
Customers are a revolving door.
Yes, they're going to go find somebody new, but not all of them.
There are customers that are loyal to you and they'll say, "Wow, that's a lot of money.
I guess I'll have to come up with more money."
They come up with more money when the gas prices go up, or when grocery prices go up,
or when they get a bigger water bill, or a bigger electrical bill than they expect.
They come up with the money somehow.
Now, they got to come up with the money for housecleaning.
Yeah, there will be people that cancel your service, but not all of them will.
Don't place so much importance on raising the price.
It's not the end of the world.
Part of doing business.
So, cut out the emotional end of it, because it's not an emotional thing.
It's a business decision.
If a customer's like all angry, like, "Oh, you raised my price."
I know, right?
And own it.
Totally own it.
Yeah, my bills went up, too.
My electrical bills went up, too.
My grocery bill went up, too.
My doctor bills went up, too.
My kids are growing, yeah.
They need expensive things.

Hi there, I'm going to talk about squash history.
So let's begin.
Squash was created 1830 at Harrow, London, England UK.
It was invented at Harrow School but later spread to other schools.
And eventually became an international sport.
At first, they used similar rackets to tennis but were modified to be smaller due to the
limited space.
So it'd be easier.
At first, the court had no set dimension but that was later implemented.
The first nation squash association was made in the US, Philadelphia 1904.
1907 tennis, racket & fives association got together to make a sub commitee to set the
standards for squash.
They later combined the three sports to make squash in America.
One of the greatest players in squash history is a man called Jahangir Khan.
Which won 555 consecutive pro matches and it is a guiness world record at that.
And also won World Open 6 times, and the British a grand total of 10 times.
He is said to be the greatest squash player in the history of squash.
Oh so that's how it became popular.
