than any other places?

the differences are here in rockstar we have fun class

which other places only specially in dance

Here in rockstar the member can choose to join the fun class or the academy

So basically rockstar is fun gym

and the differences is here than other place is this is the place to have fun!

for rockstar alone, how many genre of dance here?

for dance, we have free style or by lesson plan

By Lesson Plan for example rock jam

Rock jam is a dance for cardio

Free style has k-pop, hip-hop, contemporary, jazz p=funk, broadway, kids stage studio

how long have you've been teach here at rockstar gym?

I start teaching at rockstar gym by the time rockstar Gym at PIK Avenue opens.

why you choose to teach here at rockstar than any other dance club?

What are the advantages that offer to the teacher and the student?

so here at rockstar in my opinion has a clear lesson plan

so the teacher has guide to teach at different classes so one teacher and another

even the teaching style different, the lesson plan basically the same.

The most important thing for work here is I always feel young

because I always surrounded by kids and baby

Vice President Mike Pence Tells The United Nations: NO MORE MONEY!

The United States has for decades paid the lions share of the money that the United Nations

uses for all of its pet projects and now the Trump administration is saying we will "do

it ourselves without you!"

The United States is the largest donor to the United Nations, contributing about $611

million this year to the regular budget of more than $2.5 billion.

Washington also contributes more than $2 billion annually to peacekeeping, and hundreds of

millions more to programs, including the U.N. Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Food

Program.

In a speech this week, Mike Pence was happy to announce that the Trump administration

was no longer going to rely on the United Nations to be the only ones in charge of giving

out funds earmarked to aid persecuted Christians in the Middle East.

The Veep made the announcement at the Solidarity Dinner for Christians in the Middle East,

which is an annual gala held by the In Defense of Christians in Washington, D.C.

Previously, under the Obama administration, funds that were meant for humanitarian efforts

were given over to the United Nations, with over $1 billion in funding entrusted.

"My friends, those days are over," said Pence to the crowd.

Now, the funding that once went to the UN will be given to faith-based organizations

who will be in charge of distribution.

"Our fellow Christians and all who are persecuted in the Middle East should not have to rely

on multinational institutions when America can help them directly."

Pence said that it was his "privilege to announce" that Trump has ordered the State

Department to halt the funds, saying that their "ineffective relief efforts" will

be themselves relieved and handed to Americans who will provide support more directly.

It is a step, and now they need to just defund the United Nations entirely.

Trump is heading in that direction.

Earlier this month we wrote about the Trump administration's decision to remove its

membership from the UN'S Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organizer UNESCO.

The country will be officially withdrawn on December 31st, with Trump citing their "anti-Israel

bias."

In April of this year, we announced that Trump was looking to end American funding of the

United Nation Population Fund, which has been linked to the Chinese one-child policy which

ends in many women undergoing abortions instead of suffering breaking the law.

This aligned with the executive order he signed in January that brought back the "Mexico

City Policy" which governs American money paying for abortions overseas, which was updated

to allow Rex Tillerson to expand that policy to every country that receives American health

funding.

Donald Trump's bid to slash funding for the United Nations would make it "impossible"

for it to continue its essential work, a UN spokesman has said.

Good.

The United Nations has been worthless, and quite frankly an enemy to the United States

in many ways.

It is a hotbed of socialism and communism.

They give terrorist nations a seat on the security council, need I say more?

Upon arriving at the United Nations in January, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki

Haley said she would be looking at what is working and fixing what is not.

"Anything that seems to be obsolete and not necessary, we're going to do away with,"

Haley warned.

As MOST of it is not working and obsolete, get rid of most of it.

The Federal Government cannot micromanage…. the UN REALLY cannot micromanage.

The UN must go!

In a speech this week, Mike Pence was happy to announce that the Trump administration

was no longer going to rely on the United Nations to be the only ones in charge of giving

out funds earmarked to aid persecuted Christians in the Middle East.

The Veep made the announcement at the Solidarity Dinner for Christians in the Middle East,

which is an annual gala held by the In Defense of Christians in Washington, D.C.

Previously, under the Obama administration, funds that were meant for humanitarian efforts

were given over to the United Nations, with over $1 billion in funding entrusted.

"My friends, those days are over," said Pence to the crowd.

Now, the funding that once went to the UN will be given to faith-based organizations

who will be in charge of distribution.

"Our fellow Christians and all who are persecuted in the Middle East should not have to rely

on multinational institutions when America can help them directly."

Pence said that it was his "privilege to announce" that Trump has ordered the State

Department to halt the funds, saying that their "ineffective relief efforts" will

be themselves relieved and handed to Americans who will provide support more directly.

It is a step, and now they need to just defund the United Nations entirely.

Trump is heading in that direction.

Earlier this month we wrote about the Trump administration's decision to remove its

membership from the UN'S Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organizer UNESCO.

The country will be officially withdrawn on December 31st, with Trump citing their "anti-Israel

bias."

In April of this year, we announced that Trump was looking to end American funding of the

United Nation Population Fund, which has been linked to the Chinese one-child policy which

ends in many women undergoing abortions instead of suffering breaking the law.

This aligned with the executive order he signed in January that brought back the "Mexico

City Policy" which governs American money paying for abortions overseas, which was updated

to allow Rex Tillerson to expand that policy to every country that receives American health

funding.

Donald Trump's bid to slash funding for the United Nations would make it "impossible"

for it to continue its essential work, a UN spokesman has said.

Good.

The United Nations has been worthless, and quite frankly an enemy to the United States

in many ways.

It is a hotbed of socialism and communism.

They give terrorist nations a seat on the security council, need I say more?

Upon arriving at the United Nations in January, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki

Haley said she would be looking at what is working and fixing what is not.

"Anything that seems to be obsolete and not necessary, we're going to do away with,"

Haley warned.

As MOST of it is not working and obsolete, get rid of most of it.

The Federal Government cannot micromanage…. the UN REALLY cannot micromanage.

The UN must go!

We grow through the tough stuff - if we are willing to be present.

This is true for living and also going through the process of dying,

of real loss, including losing our body.

One of my favorite current books is by Frank Ostaseski and it is called "The Five Invitations",

it is a fabulous book.

So, in one of the stories he tells, he describes a homeless man - his name is Lorenzo -

Lorenzo had tried to kill himself, and he was a...

Frank describes him as a really intelligent and educated man.

And his life had spiraled down after his marriage of many years broke apart and

he lost his job and he lost his health insurance when he couldn't work because of cancer.

And he was a very independent, self-determined man

and this was the humiliation of finding himself sick and on the streets was

too much; he didn't want to live.

So Frank did an admissions interview with him while he was still at the psychiatric hospital.

And first he just sat with him really quietly for quite a while actually,

and this surprised Lorenzo.

He said, "You are just sitting quietly with me.

Nobody has ever done that."

And frank said, "Yeah, well, we do that a lot in the Zen hospice,"

– Frank founded the Zen hospice -

and then he said…

he basically asked Lorenzo what he wanted, you know, because he was kind of sensing

whether or not it would be a fit to come the hospice.

And without missing a beat the response was, "Spaghetti!".

"Spaghetti? Well, we make really good spaghetti at our place.

Why don't you come live with us?"

"Okay, Frank."

And that was it, that was the whole admissions interview

which I thought that was really cool...

So Lorenzo lived for maybe three more months, and during those three months,

he and Frank developed a really trusting, deep relationship and Lorenzo

took refuge in presence; he named his fears, he felt his fears,

they kind of had a space together where they could really be honest about what was going on.

He started to change quite a bit...

"One day," – and I am reading now – "shortly before he died, Lorenzo called me into his room

and said, 'I wanna thank you.

I am happier now than I have ever been.'

'Bullshit,' I replied.

'Not long ago you told me you didn't want to live if you couldn't walk in the park

or write in your journal.

What was that about?'

'Oh that,' he answered with a shrug, 'that was just chasing desire.'

'What do you mean?

Those activities aren't important to you anymore?'

Lorenzo sighed.

'No, it is not the activities that bring me joy;

it is the attention to the activities.

Now my pleasure comes from the coolness of the breeze and the softness of the sheets.'

I smiled.

What a remarkable transformation for a man I had met in a psychiatric unit just a few months earlier."

We can awaken through living and dying.

And it has to do with the quality of presence.

So we take refuge in the waves.

We take refuge in presence with what is right there.

And the understanding that guides us is that, whatever is arising

– and this is whatever is going on in our lives, whatever is going on in this moment –

can be a portal to awakening and freedom,

can reveal the ocean-ness, can reveal our home.

Whatever is arising without exception.

Now that is a radical understanding.

We tend to think, "Well, this kind of thing, that could be a portal!

Yeah, when I am on the top of the mountain and I am seeing the ripple of other mountains

or I am by the river or I am with a loved one…" – we have our places –

"that can be the portal to spiritual experience!"

But the deeper understanding is, whatever is arising, that we can trust that,

that, if we pay attention deeply enough to it,

we will find that the sheets are soft,

we will find the beings around us have a loving that we can tap into.

And this is described in terms of the Bodhisattva's aspiration

this understanding and longing to awaken through whatever is right here.

So, to cultivate resilient spirit is to more and more sense that as truth.

It comes in the form of an enquiry which is, "Okay, so how is this sickness right this moment

going to serve awakening?" or, "How is this challenge my child is having that

is freaking me out going to serve awakening?".

So it can come like an enquiry.

Or it can come like a prayer, "Please may this serve awakening!"

Even before Donald Trump was elected president, Barack Obama and the liberal media have childishly

bashed Trump at every turn. However, now that border officials just revealed the incredible

thing he just did at our southern border, Obama and his leftist cronies are forced to

eat their words.When Trump campaigned with the promise of building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico

border in an effort to crackdown on illegal immigration, the left launched every attack

against him in a futile attempt to thwart his election. After winning the presidency,

he�s undeniably faced hurdle after hurdle in fulfilling his vow to ebb the flow of dangerous

migrants effortlessly crossing into our benevolent country.

While Trump has been fighting to secure the borders that his predecessor left wide open,

the liberal media, as well as Obama himself, have relentlessly reviled his attempt to make

America safe again not only by labeling him a racist bigot but by assuring citizens that

it�s impossible to hinder illegal immigration. In fact, the debased left has gone so far

as to claim that even a reinforced border wall would be utterly useless in forestalling

determined migrants from crossing. Despite their smug remarks, Trump just proved that

he doesn�t even need a concrete barrier to begin discrediting their fictitious claims.

In a monumental report, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and border officials have

confirmed that since Trump took office, not only are illegal immigration arrests of criminal

aliens up but illegal border crossings have dropped a whopping 23.7 percent, Reuters reports.

Officials explained that while arrests at the border are up, fewer migrants are making

attempts to cross into the U.S. illegally.

�While the historic low in CPB�s border apprehensions led to a slight decline in overall

removals, ICE�s strong interior enforcement efforts nearly made up all the difference.

Overall removals are down because the border�s under better control than it has been in 45

years. That�s a good story,� Homan told reporters.

The official report confirms that between January 20 and September 30, ICE has arrested

nearly 111,000 people, which is a 42-percent increase since the previous fiscal year, according

to VOA News. Additionally, ICE has removed around 226,000 illegals from the country during

this time, which is 6 percent down from the prior year. However, officials reiterated

that this decrease in deportations is merely due to the fact that Trump has kept a large

number of illegals from entering.

Furthermore, officials explained that because of Trump�s empowerment of immigration laws,

officers are better organized in cracking down on criminal illegal aliens. They also

refuted the left-leaning media lie that Trump is rounding up innocent migrants and ripping

apart families.

�I read a lot of stories and comments over the last several months falsely accusing ICE

of conducting indiscriminate raids and sweeps, arresting people at churches, arresting people

at hospitals. I repeatedly said that is false,� Homan said. �We conduct targeted enforcement

operations, every person we arrest, we know exactly who we�re going to arrest and where

we�re going to arrest them based on a lot of investigative intelligence data.�

Homan also revealed that 92 percent of illegal immigrants arrested by ICE since Trump has

taken office consists of removable aliens who already have a criminal record including

fugitives and previously deported convicts.

This is a stark change, considering Obama was heralded as the �deporter-in-chief�

for extraditing more immigrants than any other president in history, despite being lauded

by the left as a caring humanitarian. However, even his alleged crackdown on illegal criminals

doesn�t hold a candle to Trump�s, as only 81 percent of those deported under Obama had

previous convictions.

�President Obama has moved millions of people out. Nobody knows about it. Nobody talks about

it. But under Obama, millions of people have been moved out of this country. They�ve

been deported,� Trump said. This crucial report confirms that Trump is

keeping yet another campaign promise, as he vowed that he would immediately start combatting

the steady flow of illegals across our southern border.

�On Day One, I am going to begin swiftly removing criminal illegal immigrants from

this country,� he said at Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst�s Roast and Ride event Saturday in

Des Moines, saying he would not focus on the 11 million undocumented residents who have

lived in the U.S. for a long time without incident.

Shedding light on the dire need for even tighter restrictions on entry, one official stated

that border patrol officers are still inundated with the flood of migrants on a daily basis.

�We�re still arresting nearly 1,000 people a day coming across the border,� said Ronald

Vitiello, the CBP acting deputy commissioner. �We want that barrier to have a safer and

more secure environment.� President Donald Trump is fighting against

liberal judges, congressional RHINOs, and the media�s relentless propaganda, yet he�s

managed to deliver on his promise to implement more secure borders. It is up to us to spread

this vital information in order to combat the left�s flagrant lie that Trump has never

fulfilled a campaign promise.

COLOURPOP LUSTER DUST SWATCHES + REVIEW - Duration: 9:28.

oh wow hey guys and welcome back to my channel so today I will be doing

swatches and reviewing colourpops and newest highlighters they luster dust loose

highlighters and now these are part of colourpops like holiday 2017 collections

so these highlighters are $7 USD each which is a very good price for a

highlighter in New Zealand Dollars I think they ends up being like $12 ish

which is still really cheap and I'm not gonna complain about that

however colour pops been like dropping stuff like it's hot like left right and

center and but when I saw that they had these new highlighters I felt like I

really had to try them solely because they are completely new for colourpop in

their formula and because they are loose highlighters so I thought I would swatch

them all for you guys wet and dry because apparently wet they do give it

kind of different you know Shine look to them and I also want to compare them to

some of the most popular highlighters -

yeah when I compare them to some of their most popular highlighters umm

wisp and flexitarian which are two of my absolute favorites yeah if you want to

see that stay tuned is yeah just just do it right now so the holidays come in a

little box just like this one it's got little sparkles on it because it's their

holiday collection so they're trying to make it a bit festive anyway so you take

it out of the box and this is the color in know me think it's know me not just

know yeah there's a nice it's know me and it comes in this little container um

which I feel like you get quite a lot of product and it's a lot bigger than I

actually expected I thought it was gonna be really tiny and so it's a good decent

size but yeah I guess we'll go gets who go get we'll get straight into the

swatches okay so this first one is gnomie it's obviously being quite popular

because if you go on colourpop's website at the moment it's actually sold out

already and this is the lightest highlighter shade so if you are paler

and this will be the shade for you because some of the other ones are quite

like they're quite deep so Gnomie is also kind of like a champagne

kind of highlighter and with silver glitter in it so just tip some into the

lid oh it's not coming out very easily it's not coming out okay so I'm just

taking this a bit more we kind of flat shader brush I think it's a foundation

brush but it'll do the trick for this what picks up easily from what I can

tell it's not solely loose powder it's got a little bit of some sort of fixture

in there to keep it all together so I'm just gonna swatch it oh oh oh that is so

glittery so as you can see it is a very pretty champagne color

the next loose highlighter shade in the collection is called aura voir and so

they described by aura voir as a kind of golden peachy highlight with gold

glitter and I feel like this is a really good one I feel like kind of a medium

tan color or if you just like mean you've got a fake tan at the moment oh

it is very peachy oh I'm excited to try this okay so I'm gonna do this one right

underneath you know me oh no that one again is a very nice pearlized finish

it's definitely more pinky your pinky Goldy undertones

it's actually really prettier I feel like I like that one more than Gnomie

just because of its really pretty color lastly we've got the color dewdrop which

is the darkest highlighter in this whole shebang and it's a bronzer a highlighter

with silver and gold glitter so I'm quite intrigued to see what this one

looks like this one is very dark I think if you have a date to skin tired just

want to look really beautiful or if you didn't use this one eyeshadow probably

okay so I'm just gonna swatch that one underneath

oh it's pretty definitely a lot deeper it's not as dark as I thought it was

gonna be like I would say that that is actually quite wearable from what I

originally thought it was gonna be.I just have to say with flash these highlighters look

incredible they just shine it so beautifully it's just amazing so next

I'm going to swatch them with a wet brush I'm gonna use the colour-pop rose

quartz crystal priming spray I figured that

what better product to use with a colourpop highlighter than a colourpop priming

spray and so I'm just gonna spray the brush yeah she's wet that's what she

said ha ha ha ha so I'm gonna go back in with Gnomie the

only thing I'm finding is it's really hard to get out of the actual container

and enter the cap okay and I'm just going to

oh I thought it was supposed to apply nicer what I've immediately noticed is

that applying it wet it actually has got a little bit patchy yeah almost like

it's not as smooth as it should be compared to the original know me it's a

little bit more pinky the pink has really come out with the with the

wetness however yeah it's it's not a smooth

smooth as it thought it was gonna be a lot smoother and you know you know just

like smoother as a whole thing and it's just not so confused ok so this is aura

voir swatched wet I'm gonna be honest it's kind of

happened again that one was a lot worse it's just very

patchy and not as that highlighter look that I'm really going for that's really

sad ok I'm gonna do one more swatch with dew drop oh that one's pretty over dew

drop is beautiful I feel like you can see that one that one's not patchy at

all I'm gonna be honest the products just come out a lot nicer in that

container as well that one's even nicer than it's dry swatch the dry swatches

for the first to gnomieand aura voir way nicer than this watch was wet

because they just there was a hot mess so overall basically got a noticed is

that they're very difficult to get out of the container solely because it's a

bit of adhesive to them and so they're not just low so they don't really come

out of the holes very well in the container did I show you that yeah so

they've just got these like nine little holes and it just doesn't come out very

easily but yeah I just want to really quickly compare them to a swatch of wisp

and flexitarian just to kind of show you the consistency and

kind of shrine that they give in comparison I feel like wisp is quite

similar to aura voir from what I've noticed so I'm just gonna

do a quick just in between oh yeah wisp and aura voir are very very similar

the only differences are aura voir just has a lot more glitter in it so that's what

you're looking for with a bit more glitter if you want that kind of

comparison that's perfect for year I would say flexitarian is quite similar

to gnomie just because of its lightness I guess

so I'll just do another okay so if like Styrian is a lot lighter than no me so

if that's something you're used to wearing yeah so the difference just

between those ones that are already very popular color pop highlighters it's just

that the glittery finish compared to a pearlized satiny kind of finish I'm just

gonna apply one of them on my face because I've not put highlighter on

today solely because I want to test this out a little bit and I think I'm gonna

grow up and gnomie because my makeup I don't want to bronze highlight that's

not the look I've gone for today I'm gonna get another foundation brush from

Bella I don't know what they I just got them in a really big pack of brushes so

again I'm just gonna take a bit on my brush hey let's go

oh wow

this is like strobing central if you're not into a very blinding highlight

that's probably not for you but if you're like me and you are then heck

yeah jump on this ship because it's sailing yeah so definitely if you're

looking into buying these highlighters just decide what colors for you fork out

seven dollars and you will be blinding people on the streets and if that's not

the life you want to live then I don't know what is - anyway so if you liked my

hi I'm Brandon and welcome to nature meets paper the place where we go on an

adventure to discover the world of marine biology you clicked on the blue

thumbnail which means you're here for how to art the place where the segment

where I show you how I do my art I post every Saturday and Tuesday just remember

I'm not traditionally trained as an artist there are many ways to create but

this is how I do it brushes ready let's dive in today I'm demonstrating the

yellow fin surgeonfish I start with my line drawing then work on the background

for this painting I'm placing rough areas that will become coral I don't

want to spend too much time here I'm just placing the coral I also don't want

too much detail in my background I want the fish to be the focus I use a larger

filbert brush to mark and shape the pink and the purples in the coral the filbert

is great for having sharp sides that fades and blends well with other pigment

this allows you to fill in paint to a point while fading out behind it I want

there to be depth in the coral so I let the brush go in natural motions I'm

trying to achieve an unfocused organic shape that I can build with lights and

darks I fill and blend the dark portions with black to create death

I let that layer dry and move on to my blues for the water I'm trying to get a

smooth background so I don't need to cover it again once that was done I

moved to some highlights on the corner notice that I'm not using bright white

I'm trying to build layers and complexities in the coral itself I used

to believe that I could not be an abstract painter I wanted everything to

have a place and to look like something but as I've been painting and

replicating nature I have turned into an abstract art painter there aren't

specific ways to pay to fish or water or coral you just have general guidelines

and movements and feelings of textures but not a fish shape or a rock shape or

anything other specific shape I also need to know where my light source is

coming from and how it will interact with the environment this plays a huge

role in the waves I found that I was a bit too loose and messy with this

painting but I did have fun making it I had to go over the fish with white

primer to keep the colors and textures that I need for the future

now I'll work on the fish since I work in acrylic paints I need to work very

fast to blend smooth surfaces I took dark medium and light blues and painted

in the body of the fish I make sure to get muscle structures and lighting

correct by looking at my reference photo after I'm satisfied with the blend and

color of the body I work with dark colors including black and mix it with

my dark blues these colors will be my deepest shadows I work with my white

primer again to prepare for the bright yellow I could have left the spaces

white from the previous layers of primer but I didn't want to worry about them I

need to use the white in preparation for my brightest yellows if I paint yellow

on top of the blue then they have turned out green this isn't the green fin

surgeonfish it is yellow the yellowfin surgeonfish

has tiny markings on its face I used a liner brush to get the general maze-like

patterns on its skin but some Pitt some bits were too tiny for me to replicate

in this small size so I eliminated them

I started with my brightest yellows then work with thin layers of brown over it

to create the shadows it looks like I am working in random sections of the fish

well that's probably because I am but I am also working with similar color

fields this technique allows me to work quickly while letting previous layers of

paint dry when I feel the paint get tacky or I have covered areas I'm

working on already I stop I let these layers dry to the touch for a couple of

hours this makes sure that I don't pull any previous layers up with new paint

usually I leave the eyes until last I was planning on doing this as well the

eyes are the most important part of giving the painting a character it

brings the subjects to life I stood back and looked at my painting from a few

feet away and decided it needed something to tie the coral colors into

my piece so I mixed up new coral colors and added them to the bottom of the fish

this gives the illusion that the pink light is reflecting off the coral onto

the fish

I am pleased at how the fish looked I added my brightest highlights these are

done with white and are done sparingly I finished the painting off with glitter

on the coral and waves then call this painting finished

A Typical Day of A Dental Student | VLOGMAS Feature 1 - Duration: 5:37.

Hi Guys!

For today's vlogmas I'm gonna be featuring a felow student from the medical field.

I'm gonna be featuring Brittany from Brittany Goes To Dental School.

She's a second year dental student and she'll be showing what a typical day as a dental

student looks like.

And without further ado, here is her typical day.

Hi everyone!

My name is Brittany and I'm a second year dental student and I'm gonna show you what

a typical day is like for a dental student.

First thing I do is grab some breakfast.

Usually I make some eggs but I'm in a rush right now so I'm gonna grab a banana and also

I have a croissant here.

So let's go to school.

Alright so, typical day for me is that I have class from 8-5 and that includes lectures

in the morning, and then it usually ends in the afternoon we have labs.

Here's a quick run through through the first floor of my school.

The second floor is the clinic floor where patients are seen but I'm a second year so

I haven't met patients yet.

Students start meeting patients at their third year so I have one more year left before I

start meeting them.

But yeah, I'm going into my first class of the day.

Kind of random fact if you ever wondered why Dentistry and Medicine are separate it's because

a long long time ago, dentistry started out as barbers and they pulled out teeth so that's

why they're historically separate.

But yeah, here's my lab class where everybody goes and does their labs.

I think what makes dentistry stands out from the other healthcare fields is we really use

our hands a lot.

For example, here is a project where I had to an onlay prep then I got to do 3d printing

the crown using 3D printing machine.

So I made that crown!

Yeah!

And I'm gonna have to cement it.

It was really awesome.

Another cool thing is we give patients local anesthesia before their procedures.

And we also make cool things like gold crowns.

We start off with wax.

Heat up some gold and then we spin it around and they the gold gets hardened in that mold.

And then we put it in some water to cool it down and then we bust it open and here you

go.

A dull gold crown.

But then after we polish it, it gets so shiny and beautiful.

Another thing that we do is make dentures which is probably the hardest thing that I've

done so far just because it's so intricate.

Even though it's hard I feel like it pays off so much because you have gone through

this journey and you've seen the progress of your work.

Hey everyone so I'm back home and I usually end school around 5pm then I go home and then

I relax for a bit because I just can't study right after I go home.

And then after I do all that stuff I take a quick nap then I get started with my work.

But here is my desk setup.

I have two computers here.

This one is my MacBook pro.

It's really really old I use it only for editing because I do make videos every week, which

is fun but it's kinda stressful at times.

Then I have my Dell which I use for all my classwork and it's touchscreen.

So it's really great.

I guess this is turning into a desk tour.

Then a huge study tip that I have for all of you students out there is to really invest

in a notebook.

I basically live by this.

It's not like anything like a 30 minute intervals but I write down everything I need to do.

I do have finals in a week so it's really crunch time right now.

I really live by it.

Anyways, I feel like the hardest thing in dental school is, at least for me, is time

management.

In the first and second year it's just so much didactics, so much science courses, so

much dental courses and dental labs, it's kinda hard to balance all of that.

I know in third year and fourth year when we go off to clinic, it will be much easier

because it's gonna be like half academics, half clinic but I'm still in my second year

so that's why everything is so busy right now.

I guess the biggest difference is really the labs and later on the clinic and just balancing
