Not one to hold back on her feelings, Jane, 22, also chipped in with her thoughts on the cosy shots.

She tweeted: Rita Ora is… doing something to stay relevant, just worded it differently to cause an uproar.

Actual w***e, hope Dee gives her a round kick knock out. A spokesman for the sensational pop star insisted that the date night term was simply in reference to the nights events as a whole.

They said: Date night is a figure of speech, Rita also posted selfless with Donatella Versace as her real date and one with Jourdan Dunn as her date..

However it wasnt enough to stop the onslaught the showbiz pair received online.

One social networker tweeted to Conor: Youve got a fine Irish steak at home mate.

No need to ruin it with a McDonalds. While another added: If I saw a picture of my boyfriend looking at another girl the way Conor McGregor is looking at Rita Ora in the date night pic, Id literally go psycho.

Daily Star Online contacted Rita Oras rep for comment.

Today let's go over the fact that neck pain and the movement of the eyes have a close relation.

Eye movements = Neck pain and back pain??

When you rotate your neck to the right will looking left with your eyes it doesn't rotate very well.

Move Eye left : Move Neck right ⇒　Neck move ✖

But try looking in the direction you're trying to rotate towards.

Move eye right : Move Neck right ⇒ Neck move ◎

Through this we can discern that rotating the neck is affected by the eyes.

If your neck hurts and it's hard to rotate it the eyes also have an effect.

Large movement of the eyes related to the back of the head.

When you apply Kochi Method treatment to the muscles around the Occipital Bone you get some great results.

I will go over an important point.

Occipital Bone

1. Find the center line of the neck.

2. From the move 2 finger spaces outward.

National Assembly passes 2018 budget bill - Duration: 3:05.

We begin with the big budget breakthrough at the National Assembly.

After days of intense negotiations over a number of contentious issues,... the assembly

passed the 2018 budget bill in the wee hours of this morning.

The green light came despite the main opposition party boycotting the vote.

Political correspondent Kim Min-ji leading us off.

After days of will they or won't they,... the National Assembly finally passed the 2018

budget proposal on Wednesday,... four days after the legal deadline of December second.

The spending plan worth 428-point-eight trillion Korean won,... or roughly 394 billion U.S.

dollars -- will be directed at creating thousands of new government jobs,... boosting welfare,

as well as cushioning the fallout from a massive hike in the minimum wage.

"Of the 178 lawmakers present, 160 voted in favor of the bill.

Fifteen voted against and there were three abstentions.

I proclaim that the revised bill has passed."

The passage didn't come easy.

The main opposition Liberty Korea Party refused to participate in the vote.

The vote itself was also delayed for hours,... with the conservative party's late attendance

as well as heated debates during the plenary session.

The wrangling came despite a tentative agreement over the budget bill on Monday,... after days

of talks.

While the main opposition was part of those discussions,... it did not endorse the compromise

-- opposing the creation of so many public sector jobs.

The budget will be used to add 9,475 new jobs next year -- although that figure is less

than the ruling Democratic Party of Korea wanted... the conservative party insisted

on further cuts,... saying it would burden future generations.

The plan also sets aside almost three billion dollars as support funds for small companies

in the wake of next year's 16 percent hike in the minimum wage,... and also includes

money directed at offering monthly child benefits to parents with children under the age of

five and a rise in basic pension.

Along with the budget bill.... also passed was a revised tax code bill -- which the main

opposition was also against.

It raises the corporate tax rate to 25 percent... for businesses with taxable profit of more

than 300 million dollars.

The income tax rate on people whose income exceeds 460,000 dollars a year will be raised

to 42 percent,... from the current 40 percent.

The tough passage reaffirmed the hurdles the ruling party faces in the opposition-led parliament,...

but at the same time showed the growing influence of the minor People's Party in legislative

affairs as the party with the deciding vote.

It remains to be seen,.. how the ruling bloc can mend ties with the main opposition party,...

but the budget is expected to pave the way for the Moon Jae-in administration to get

its agenda rolling.

Rival parties to continue talks aimed at reaching agreement on 2018 budget bill - Duration: 2:47.

Grueling negotiations are underway again at the National Assembly -- with the aim of reaching

an agreement over the government's 20-18 budget proposal... and hopefully putting it up for

a full floor vote.

The clock is ticking... after Saturday's midnight deadline came and went without the rival parties

reaching a compromise.

Let's turn to our National Assembly correspondent Kim Min-ji on the phone for the latest details.

Min-ji, fill us in on any developments.

Floor leaders from the three main political parties resumed negotiations this morning,...

in the hope of reaching a compromise over the government's 394 billion U.S. dollar budget

bill for next year.

Now it's their first face-to-face encounter after missing the deadline on Saturday...

unable to narrow their differences.

They are under strain with just weeks left before the end of the year.

If a budget proposal isn't passed by the new year, the government will have to draw up

a provisional budget that can only be used for mandatory expenditure.

But questions linger over whether rival parties will find common ground today,... as they

are still quite a way apart on key issues.

On top of that, also on the table today for negotiation is a disputed tax reform bill

-- that calls for higher taxes on the wealthy and on big corporations.

Rival parties have been locked in crunch talks running up to Saturday's deadline,... and

even on Sunday.

Walk us through the major areas of contention.

The most contentious area has been the creation of public sector jobs -- the Moon Jae-in administration's

number one campaign pledge.

The ruling Democratic Party of Korea wants to add some twelve-thousand new jobs next

year.

It says it's willing to cut the number to 10-thousand-500,... but the opposition is

demanding the figure be slashed further.

Rival parties also still have to narrow their differences over the two-point-seven billion

dollars to be set aside for small firms... to cushion the fallout from next year's hefty

minimum wage hike.

They're clashing over how long the support would be provided,... with the opposition

stressing that the budget can't be used to bankroll higher wages.

The main opposition Liberty Korea Party is firm on its stance that it will not accept

what it calls a "populist" budget,... that will damage the country's fiscal health.

The center-left People's Party -- which holds 40 seats -- seen to hold the deciding vote

-- has also been more or less aligned with the conservatives on the disputed areas.

As you know, it's an opposition-led parliament with the ruling party short of a majority

with just 121 seats.

This is no longer a story from a sci-fi movie.

Let's learn more about Korea's first AI robot of an animated character, prepping us

for a future in which humans coexist with AI robots.

On the 11th earlier this month, the Presidential Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee was

officially launched.

And there, a child-like and pure voice caught everyone's attention.

(SOV) "Who are you?

What's your name?"

(SOV) "I'm Pororot, the children's president."

( .)

(SOV) "Are you a president as well?"

( ?)

(SOV) "Yes, I'm President Pororo of the children."

( . .)

It was none other than Pororot, Korea's first AI robot modeled after an animation

character.

The name Pororot is a combination of the popular character "Pororo" and "robot," and

it was created by a new startup company in Korea.

(Korean) "Pororot is a combination of "Pororo"

and "robot."

It's modeled after one of the most beloved Korean native characters, which I believe

is an innovative attempt never seen."

The robot's main feature is a speech recognition and synthesis engine, which is based on machine

learning to communicate with children and also convert texts into Pororo's voice.

As a result, Pororot can understand and interact with children, improving their language skills.

(Korean) "Pororot can converse with children, read

books, play music or play simple games like word chain, which are some of its most basic

Based on that feature, Pororot can assist children with academic studies,

allow parents to input text for Pororo to speak using a feature called Avata Talk, and

help parents better communicate with their children.

of robots is to keep people company.

Pororot can be more of a friend than assistant to children needing care.

Thus, it perfectly fulfills its core function."

Then, how was Pororot developed in the first place?

It resulted from over 2 years of hard work by Korea's top AI experts with chief marketing

officer Han Jeong-seok and engineer turned entrepreneur Jang Young-seung as the driving

forces.

(Korean) "I predicted that people would start using

robots instead of computers at home within a few years.

I saw the immense potential and value of the robotics industry, and it motivated me to

develop Pororot."

There were, however, more obstacles to overcome even after the completion of the development.

(Korean) "We had a hard time dealing with hardware

issues because we had to meet a hardware expert whenever those issues occurred, which took

a lot of time and effort."

One of the toughest obstacles was indeed the fact that AI robots are not considered real-life

applications just yet.

Therefore, consumers weren't keen to spend over $US1,000 just for an AI robot.

(Korean) "We were skeptical about the interest of domestic

consumers in robots that cost over US$1,000 each because robots aren't considered everyday

applications just yet.

Therefore, we decided to develop Pororot Mini with the most simple and essential features."

Then they received advanced orders using crowdfunding prior to the official launch in December and

sold a total of 1,400 robots within just a month, raising 260% of the target goal with

115 thousand dollars.

But the innovation never stops.

The crew will continue to spark a revolution with upgraded versions of Pororot.

(Korean) "Companion robots are supposed to remedy the

loneliness of humans.

We're going to continue to tackle various challenges in order for Pororot to fulfill

that role.

I'm sure companion robots will be a household essential and part of everyone's life sooner

than we think."

Beyond merely making life easier, they hope AI robots will be good friends and companions

for people.

South Korea has been added the European Union's first ever blacklist of tax havens,... along

with 16 other nations.

With sanctions measures likely to be drawn up soon,... the South Korean government is

protesting the decision... calling it a violation of its tax sovereignty.

In an unprecedented move to clamp down on tax evasion,... the EU has named and shamed

17 nations... including South Korea... as offshore tax havens.

The landmark decision follows a series of revelations,... involving tax avoidance schemes

used by some of the wealthiest and most powerful individuals in the world.

In regards to South Korea,... the EU says the country's tax incentives for offshore

companies... to invest in its free economic zones... lack transparency.

It cited "harmful taxation policies"... that were discriminatory against local residents

in comparison to foreign investors.

Seoul's finance ministry lodged a strong protest... following the announcement,... saying the

decision was not in line with international standards and agreements.

The ministry says the EU applied a different standard... than the widely accepted, multilateral

OECD guideline... on the exchange of financial information.

Seoul claims the EU has violated its tax sovereignty,... by forcibly implementing its own tax standards...

on a non-EU member nation.

Brussels has yet to agree on the action it will take on the blacklisted countries,...

but specific measures are likely to be drawn up soon.

In addition,... it has also placed 47 additional countries on a watchlist... of countries that

have promised to change their tax rules... to meet EU standards.

Even more countries could be added to the blacklist... which is set to be updated annually...

if improvements aren't made.

drills.

China is expressing its discontent with its own aerial exercises over the West Sea and

the East China Sea,... sending a message to Seoul and Washington.

China's Air Force war gaming in the region involves surface-to-air missile forces,...

fighter jets and early warning aircraft.

Though the drills involved multiple jets flying "routes and areas it has never flown before,"...

the Air Force spokesperson did not specify the day, or days,... during which the drills

took place or the exact locations the planes traveled.

The Chinese Air Force said it will conduct high-sea exercises under combat conditions

on a regular basis,... as it aims to improve readiness and safeguard the country's "strategic

interests."

Southern California wildfires force 30,000 to evacuate - Duration: 2:11.

A state of emergency has been declared in parts of southern California as wildfires

are spreading rapidly, forcing around 27,000 residents to evacuate.

Strong winds are making it difficult to fight the fires, which have already destroyed hundreds

of buildings.

Park Soyun reports.

Only eight weeks since California experienced its last wildwires, which killed 44 people

in the northern part of the state, another set of wildfires have broken out, forcing

tens of thousands of people to evacuate.

The fast-moving fires have burned down large stretches of land in Southern California in

a matter of hours.

One of the fires started on December 4th local time near the small city of Santa Paula in

Ventura County, northwest of Los Angeles.

It is spreading quickly, fanned by gusts of up to 80 km/hr.

Approximately 27,000 people, including students of Thomas Aquinas College, have evacuated

the area.

"It started off as a small fire in Santa Paula and its grown to 45,000 acres.

It was just exponential, huge growth because of the winds, 50 miles per hour were just

pushing it and growing it very very large, very quickly."

Three more fires broke out on Tuesday in Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.

Wildfires are not typical in California at this time of the year but southern California's

dry winds, which pick up speed as they blow west through California's canyons, have contributed

to the spread of the fires.

"We have extremely high winds and very very low relative humidity and so our fuel conditions

out there are absolutely about as bad as they can be for fire spread, so we are very concerned

about the wind popping up again today and pushing the fire a little bit further towards

the west."

There haven't been any reports of deaths or serious injuries from the fires.

But nearly 180,000 people in Ventura County have lost power and hundreds of homes and

buildings have been destroyed.

California Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency for Ventura County.
