Ride or Die November Products - Duration: 8:32.

Hi guys this is Monique and today I'm going to actually go through my ride-or-die list

for November so I have about seven items that I want to go over and the first is

actually this extra dark Jamaican black castor oil moisturizing conditioner I

think I got this at Walmart actually but it's basically got no odor and it's like

got no extra additives except for jamaican black castor oil it has no

extra scents or coloring or anything like that it's really really thin but I

remember the first time I used in my hair felt so soft like way more off and

really really clean like my scalp felt super clean so it's got Jamaican black

castor oil in it and if you watch my channel you know that I love Jamaican

black castor oil I use it everywhere on my hair I use it on my edges to grow

them back really well so this is a must so I need to buy some more because it's

like right down to the bottom there so the next one I want to talk

about is this Neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser it's oil free and so you

can't tell it right now but I have a little bit of an acne breakout and I'm

still trying to get over it but this item was the most surprising so I used

it and at first it feels like cream it feels like you're putting on lotion on

your face but it actually is a gentle cleanser and when I was finished with it

it had like a minty smell on my face and my face felt like dry and like you know

when it's like drying out acne that's the feeling that you get I really really

really liked it Neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser it

says it cleans deep down into pores to remove dirt oil makeup and everything

like that that can you tell your complexion so that was really really

awesome so the next thing that I just LOVE is actually this Aussie three-minute miracle

shine okay so I used this for the first time today and I cannot wait until next

week when I wash my hair again just so that I can use it again

it's basically supposed to give you like a really awesome shine a really awesome

shine I like the packaging there's no cap you just squeeze it and it comes out

in your hand when you put it on it's so smooth and in like three minutes I

could tell I put on my hair and then I continued with the rest of my shower and

then I washed it off at the end of my shower and in my hair I could tell as

like the warm water was going through my hair my hair was like smooth it totally changed

my hair and so this is a deep conditioner so I co-wash my hair with

that jamaican black castor oil moisturizing conditioner and then after

I rinse it out and I put this on and it's amazing so I really really wanted

to try some Aussie products because everybody says that they're really

really good so so far after one try I'm like WAAA so the next thing I want to talk

about is actually heat protector so I am gonna be straightening my hair a couple

times this month with a flat iron and I honestly always spray heat protectant on

my hair always spray it on my hair I realize now that the flat-iron dries out

your hair and I always like spray it on it doesn't matter if my hair is wet or

dry I always like to make sure that I've got heat protectant on

so this one is TreSemme thermal creations and its heat protection up to

230 degrees celsius so I also wanted to show you this detangling brush which

is really cute the bristles are really soft but I have noticed that I use my

big comb like my wide tooth comb to detangle my hair first and then if I am

trying to straighten my hair I have started to use this or a tiny kind of

like rat tail kind of comb so I've used this and I had like you know done the

chase method with it and it makes my hair super super soft

and really really straight so the detangling brush I only have two

more items that I want to talk about today and this next one is a leave-in

conditioner that I got from my local Beauty Supply Store so not from like a

drugstore and it is cream of nature argan oil strength and shine leave-in

conditioner so I guess what you're supposed to do is just shake the bottle

first to activate it and so I sprayed it all over my hair and then what I did the

first time I used it is I twisted my hair and I put my hair under this cap

like I'm wearing now and after like five minutes just five minutes when I took

out the twists my hair was super soft so before I go to sleep every night I put

in leave-in conditioner and right now it is actually working really really well

and as you can see it's pretty thin but it's really working well it's making my

hair super super soft so the last and final item that I wanted to talk about

doesn't actually have anything to do with hair or makeup it's actually some

lotion that I'm using right now and this is aveeno active natural skin relief

moisturizing lotion and actually I do not like Aveeno moisturizer until this

year because I know maybe it's just me but I always felt like a Aveeno smelled

really kind of like you know earthy so I didn't like Aveeno products like a

soap and things like this but this one has no scent and it's for really really

really dry skin I live in a very arid area near the mountains and so I put

this on and it makes my skin feels so moist and just amazing I'll put some on right now but

it's so moist and it makes your skin feel really really soft I'm gonna try a

different type of Aveeno moisturizer lotion pretty soon just to kind of even

out my skin but I've noticed my skin my complexion is getting a lot better my

skin is super super smooth and so yeah this one is skin relief moisturizing

lotion and it relieves itchy extra dry skin and moisturizes for 24 hours that's

Aveeno and this one you can get at the drugstore so it's a little bit pricier

but it is really really good and I think it's made with oats okay guys so those

were my November ride-or-die items that i wanted to talk about as you can see my

hair is up and a scarf and if you follow my channel you'll see that I'm gonna be

wearing scarfs as much as possible during the day just to protect my hair

I'm gonna try to keep my hair and twists for as much as possible as well so we'll

see what it's like for the first two weeks and then I'll give you an update

video on that as well so if you like my videos don't forget to subscribe to my

channel and watch a couple more videos here or

here and subscribe down there. Bye

OBS Studio 121 - How to Record LAG-FREE with Hardware Encoding - OBS Nvenc AMD VCE Quick Sync Guide - Duration: 4:01.

Tired of laggy recordings, or having to sacrifice quality for performance?

Using hardware encoding, you can actually record full-quality recordings with no lag!

But you generally need to be on something other than a laptop - you can upgrade graphics

cards in a desktop, but the only way to get a better graphics card in a laptop is to buy

another laptop, haha.

Who.. what..

Orisa, where?

HUH?!

I just see a Rein...

Oh.

Cool.

DUDE will you just get a ModMic already?

It attaches to any headphone so you can use that good pair you like, but I'll actually

be able to understand your call-outs.

It also has a mute switch so I don't have to hear all those conversations with your

grandma.

We gotta get serious to get out of Plat.

Yes, just order one tonight.

Head on over to https://antlionaudio.com/ to learn more and check it out.

I'm EposVox, here to make tech easier and more fun, and welcome back to my OBS Studio

tutorial course.

I have many, many more videos on the software in the playlist linked in the description.

Check that before asking questions, and check the introduction video to learn how this course

works, if you get confused.

With Nvidia graphics cards or newer AMD graphics cards, you have the option of selecting the

hardware encoder within OBS studio to do the processing for you.

For AMD cards this is called "AMD Video Compression Engine" or "VCE," for Nvidia

it's called "Nvidia Nvenc."

To use this for your recording or streaming, go to your output settings and see where it

says "encoder" and "x264."

Click the dropdown and change it to VCE or Nvenc.

This records and streams without lag, as it utilizes the extra processing headroom on

your graphics card to encode the video.

Graphics cards have always had and advertised video encoding capabilities, but we've never

had the tools to use it.

Now we do.

Some Intel processors also have "Intel QuickSync" encoding options available for this, but the

video quality is significantly worse with QuickSync than normal x264 or the other hardware

encoding options.

It's worth trying if it's available to you, but don't be surprised if you don't

like the result.

A general word of advice here, though: streaming with hardware encoding at low bitrates looks

much worse than using x264.

X264 looks much better at low bitrates, whereas hardware encoding actually tends to look better

than x264 at higher bitrates.

So generally it's recommended to use hardware encoding for recording since you'll be using

high bitrates and x264 for streaming at low bitrates.

That also still relieves some of the pressure on your CPU if you stream and record at the

same time.

If your system still struggles with x264 for streaming, you can use hardware encoding for

it, it will just not look quite as good.

The choice is yours.

If you've used Nvidia Shadowplay in the past, you may have experienced audio de-sync

issues due to the variable framerate way of recording Shadowplay uses.

While OBS Studio can use the Nvenc encoder, it does not have these issues and will record

to a locked framerate and no de-sync as a result.

I love it.

Sonic Forces - Is it bad? | Review [PC] - Duration: 6:42.

Doctor Eggman finally conquered the world

With his new ultimate weapon that actually works.

He even killed Sonic!

That is how story starts

Okay, he's not actually killed Sonic,

He just jailed him for 6 months.

This is very dark tone for Sonic game.

But THIS time it works pretty well...

I'm looking at you, Shadow the Hedgehog.

It reminds me of old american Sonic cartoons,

Such as Sonic Undergroud.

To be honest,

I don't like how devs made Eggman to be such terrible person.

I loved to think, that modern Eggman actually has a heart,

And he wants to conquer the world in order

To build better world for everyone.

He just has strange picture of better world.

Well...

Not in this game...

Game follows resistance, and we can play as 3 characters:

Firstly, Sonic himself.

His gameplay utilizes well known boost formula from recent games.

To be honest, this part is very scripted and very railed.

Secondly, Classic Sonic is back.

Why?

We have enough of retro already!

Sonic Mania was just released two months ago!

And that was great game without a shadow of doubt.

Gameplay of Classic Sonic is same as in Sonic Generations.

With one exception.

Control is

HORRIBLE.

You can not show bad control on review

You have to try it by yourself to feel it.

And it's not me.

I beat Sonic Mania, and had no problems whatsoever.

Self-moving screen is the WORST thing you can put to this game.

Control is bad for Modern Sonic too, but you can't really tell it,

Because you are always using boost.

And last, but not least,

We have Avatar.

Original characters always were huge deal in Sonic community,

And idea of creating playable one in big Sonic game

Was very welcomed.

You can choose their species, gender, appearance

And unlock gears and clothing.

There is not too much to choose from,

Considering how important this character will be storywise...

Also, they look ugly and so...

So NOT like Sonic character.

You want me to prove it?

Yea, very similar. Exactly the same.

Avatar stages are best.

They have multiple pathways, which depends of your wisp-powered device.

Yeah, wisps are back.

These stages are similar to Modern Sonic stages,

But we're using hookshot and wisps instead of boots.

It sounds not like a big deal, but trust me,

This is what make these stages much more solid and fun.

Levels, and overall game is very short.

You need less than 4 hours to finish the game at first run,

And 7 hours to get S rank on every stage.

Sonic Mania, for example, took me 8 hours to finish,

And Sonic Adventure 2 took me 14 hours.

There is also some bonus levels, if you wish,

And free DLC starring Shadow, which is prequel,

But supposed to be played after the main game.

Game is not difficult,

And you beat this game at hard difficulty pretty easy,

Even if you are not much into Sonic games.

Just bear with clunky control.

About soundtrack.

Sonic games always had great music, and this one is not exception.

It may be not as remarkable, as soundtrack from Sonic Mania, or Sonic Adventures series,

But it's doing its job, and main theme will probably land into your playlist.

Graphics. Graphics is good.

It's not something really advanced and exicing, but it's pretty solid.

PC version, however, is not perfectly optimized.

It's playable, but it's far far away from 60 FPS.

My computer is not top notch,

But it smoothly runs Space Engineers and Rust on High Settings.

Also, there is one iconic element of the franchise missing.

Chaos Emeralds.

In almost every single game, Sonic collects 7 Chaos Emeralds

To stop godlike creatures of doom and destruction.

I love final battle of Sonic Adventure 2 so much:

Epic fight in outer space, awesome music, significant difficulty

And strong conclusion of solid story.

In this game story just don't know how to end itself properly.

I just realised, that almost entire review Is talking about bad things in this game.

Is this game actually THAT bad?

It's not really BAD.

It's just...

Not good, and it supposed to be.

Sonic Mania proves the fact, that Sonic can.

It's like if Super Mario Odyssey was bad.

Game is almost good, but there is always some little flaws,

That makes players feel unconfortable.

If only devs had more time.

Like Sonic Mania or Cuphead.

They spent so much time, and it was well rewarded.

Speaking of Sonic Mania.

People refer to it as one of best Sonic games ever made.

After Mega Drive Era, at least.

This neighborhood is not playing good for Forces.

What else can I say about Sonic Forces?

This isn't bad, but it's NOT good Sonic The Hedgehod game.

I'll give it 5 out of 10.

Give this game a chance on sales.

I think, this game is too expensive for what it is.

Sonic Mania and Sonic Generations are better and cheaper games.

Well, SEGA

Try again.

7 Tips to INSTANTLY Take Better Photos - Duration: 3:50.

what's up guys today we're talking seven tips to instantly take better photos!

whoa how's it going everybody my name is Adam and welcome to this video I'm not

gonna waste any time I'm gonna get right into this the first thing is gonna be

composition take an extra 10 seconds to think about your photo before you take

it because a lot of the time I see people they whip out the throw in the

whip like the camera it take the photo and that's it good to go away we go

let's go home upload to Instagram boom dong consider how your photos gonna look

frame it nicely wherever you position your subject will it be a person or an

object even if it's just placing your horizon on the bottom part of the rule

of thirds show more of the sky or just place your horizon on the top rule of

thirds to show more of the grind don't put it right in the middle it looks

really uneasy that number two is gonna be death a lot of the times I see people

they just take out the phone again take a photo try placing something in front

of the camera whenever you play something in front of the camera it

gives you the sense of depth of being there you want to capture this Ryan's

really capture the feeling of the environment shoot through trees shoot

through something anything at all just to add this really cool effect of the

photos it looks really nice cat number three is focus focus is something you

have to work with practice if you've a manual focus lens it can be really hard

sometimes but nail your focus could you guys watch this whole video like this if

it was completely out of focus no you couldn't let's flick this back on

before someone collects away lighting as honestly one of the most important

things in photos but it's one of the most easiest things to do if you're in

the street and you're taking a portrait photo of someone and you position them

with the Sun directly behind them the background is gonna be all white and

ugly looking and when you try and fix it in Photoshop it makes the photo look can

a plasticy and fake but here's one of the biggest tips that I could possibly

give to do with lighting whenever you're shooting outdoors and you don't want

that shadow on the side of someone's face you can't use a reflector but you

don't always have a reflector with you if I get step as turn on the flash in

your camera hit that little button on the side let the flash pop up and snap a

photo see how it looks next when I call the one 125th rule you know your shutter

speed in your camera anything higher than 125th of a second is handheld

that's what I like to call the handheld zone anything less you'll start to get a

little bit of motion blur portrait mode a lot of photographers hate the idea of

portrait mode turning your camera from this way to this way and video I'd never

shouldn't portrait because nobody wants to see them black bars on the side but a

place is like Instagram photos that you hang in your

all in your house portrait photos to me just look really really nice so don't be

afraid to take a camera from this angle and turn it right into this angle and if

you have a really bikes answer you can even crop and a little bit make the

photo however you like just try doing something different that's the main

thing I'm gonna give a cross in this one and finally tip number seven I really

love this one this is like my all-time ultimate tip that I would give anyone

self jumpin' jumpin' is basically whenever you take a photo stop with your

camera you stop for a second you press that play button and you look at the

photo and you go oh it's okay look at me I'm great don't do that just take the

photo snap away because as you're looking at that photo praising yourself

for her great gr for the photo you just got or whatever you could be messing

something that's already happening right in front that would be an even more

priceless photo you can always spend time to look at the photos later just

take the photos and don't waste time but all these tips that I don't show you

guys are just really really basic elements of photography really really

basic stuff no matter what kind of camera you have whether it be your

mobile phone DSLR mirrorless camera and a camera at all if you apply these tips

to your photos it will just make your photos a lot better if you guys enjoyed

this video and if you learned something today please smash that like down below

helps me out a lot if you guys do apply these methods to your own photos help me

up on Twitter and send me one of your photos I'll let you guys know what I

thank you but be sure to follow me on Instagram guys thank you so much for

watching this is nice signing off and I will see you guys in the next one

soap and things like this but this one has no scent and it's for really really

really dry skin I live in a very arid area near the mountains and so I put

this on and it makes my skin feels so moist and just amazing I'll put some on right now but

it's so moist and it makes your skin feel really really soft I'm gonna try a

different type of Aveeno moisturizer lotion pretty soon just to kind of even

out my skin but I've noticed my skin my complexion is getting a lot better my

skin is super super smooth and so yeah this one is skin relief moisturizing

lotion and it relieves itchy extra dry skin and moisturizes for 24 hours that's

Aveeno and this one you can get at the drugstore so it's a little bit pricier

but it is really really good and I think it's made with oats okay guys so those

Mas Sajady | A Free Public Service: PTSD - Duration: 1:01:01.

For more information on my programs, please visit MasSajady.com

That's MasSajady.com

"...is this from Pure Source?" and I want to keep it that way.

We started recording right now.

There we go.

We're just waiting for some more people to log on.

It looks like there's a lot of people logging in.

So anyway, if you have any questions pertaining to PTSD, you guys, please just send them in

and we'll try to answer them.

Again, we'll do about 15-20 minutes on some of the issues.

And then we'll go ahead into the meditation. Okay?

Yes, you can call on Skype and there is Skype information guys if you didn't get that.

If you go to MasSajady.com and click on this PTSD, you can call through Skype.

Just reading some of the questions here.

This one's a good one. It says, "Not all flashbacks are visual. I have kinesthetic flashbacks."

Okay.

A lot of thank you's.

So just trying to get things…this one is Carlos from Mexico, say a couple of people,

it says, "I suffered six traumatic events in six months ending with my young daughter's death.

"That was 16 years ago and I still have not really recovered.

"I feel like life is unkind and cannot get over a deep negativity that is holding me back.

"I know we create our own reality but I seem stuck."

Okay.

So that, again, is kind of like a poster child for PTSD.

So we'll get started.

Guys, very simple, all we need to do is get comfortable in this hour.

It's going to be very, perhaps hopefully, awakening to many of us or of letting go.

So I'll just give you a second or two to get into that comfortable space.

You don't have to stand up.

Okay, so you can just kick back, again, relax and then we'll get started. Alright?

Again, just tapping into you, tapping into the group, tapping into, what PTSD is all about.

I think we went over the recording so some people might not actually get on board.

Again, if you can, guys, listen on a computer, to open up the phone lines for other people

that would be fantastic as well, because we have reached our limits already.

So Fay, we'll have to work on getting more phone lines later on this year.

Anyway, again guys, welcome to PTSD.

This session is not only for soldiers.

It's also for people that have experienced trauma in other areas of life that we just seem stuck on.

A healthy way of describing PTSD is that it's a normal reaction to an abnormal experience.

Anyone who experiences trauma, witnesses a tragic event, whether they are civilian or

police officer, firefighter, they will have some form of PTSD.

So with that, and again, coming into this PTSD, the reason why, again, those brave soldiers

give a lot of not just that time wherever they were in wars but also when they come

back home, a lot of issues that come back.

So that's why I'm doing this, and again, as I've worked on some soldiers and as I've

worked on, for example, Nina, who's produced this unbelievable documentary on PTSD that,

you know I urge you to take a look at, and we'll give you more information on that, but as

I was working on her it was amazing at the number of spirits, soldiers who have passed

away who were around her looking for a way out.

That's what, again, deeply prompted me to do something on that because there's a lot

of soldiers out there.

Obviously, Nina is one of them that has worked for a long time to create this documentary

and the number of soldiers that were around her just like searching and wanting that space

out, because what has happened, I guess, and we'll explain why that happens later on,

but basically in a nutshell what happens, you get into this trauma or you pass away

fighting or something and then we get stuck in a time loop and we keep recreating that

trauma even when we're not connected to our bodies and although they know that they've

passed away they're still looking for help to go beyond.

Another way of looking at it, in religious terms, if you're familiar with that, purgatory,

that's the real definition of purgatory and it's not like you committed a sin or

anything and then you're waiting to go to heaven or hell. It's just this endless timeframe

that we get stuck in.

So, again some medical info, just for some individuals who are not familiar with that, what PTSD

is, the important endocrine glands involved in PTSD is a group called HPA Axis--

so hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.

Because of fundamental interactions between these glands, interaction between the gland

controls, reaction to stress, and creates many bio-processes, including digestion, the immune system,

mood and motion, sexuality, energy storage and expenditure.

For those of us with PTSD this axis does not function properly, so again, that's what

gets kind of mixed up, some of the physiological and emotional impact.

Again, if you're not aware of it, if you know somebody that you're not sure that's

suffering from that, these are some of the symptoms that you might be looking for.

"Moral pain. I fought a war that no longer has meaning, seeing killing in combat as murder, etc."

Oh high. This is alarming--high suicide rate.

"According to the VA's recent study, 22 veterans per day are committing suicide, nearly one per hour.

"Many outside the VA believe that this statistic is even higher."

So again, what happens…and if you've heard me before talk on people who commit suicide,

again, it's really not a sin.

What's quoted in other religious practices that it's a sin, but sin, again, in religious

standards, got denoted as really called being off the mark.

That's what the real meaning of sin is, so when you commit suicide or anything like

that, similar to that guys, and that is say body mutilation, you know things like that, but just to give you an example.

What happens is that your spirit space gets distorted enough that your spirit starts to

disconnect from you, although you're still living, and then when you say you commit suicide,

obviously you're disconnected enough to commit suicide and that's one of the reasons

why you do, but then when you cross over, it seems like your spirit doesn't exactly

know where it is and then it gets stuck again in this time loop.

So again, not a good reason to commit suicide because it doesn't really help, it doesn't

release you from the pains that you're feeling, it just makes it go on forever and ever.

So remember that. Seek some help if you're feeling that way.

Okay?

And I have helped people with suicide issues.

"Identity crisis," as we go on, "young men who loved life and went to war and shot it to pieces.

"They don't know who they are anymore.

"Confused sexuality and inability to enjoy intimacy.

"Drug and alcohol abuse to numb the emotional pain. Depression and apathy and destructive behaviors.

"Shame or self-blame and survivor's guilt. Persistent flashbacks.

"Difficulty sleeping or staying asleep and sleeping with a weapon. Hypervigilance or constant red alert.

"Feeling jumpy. Easily startled. Car backfiring, you know, fireworks bring back the sounds of combat.

"Inability, irritability, outbursts of anger."

Very closely, you know, my wife's...my brother-in-law came back from Afghanistan twice, has issues with this.

Unfortunately, he doesn't want my help.

Anyway, "societal and financial impact in addition to physical wounds that are clearly visible.

"There are invisible wounds, when many soldiers return home from war and transition back into

"civilian life, like feeling alienated and alone and loss of interest for life, avoidance

"of activities, places, thoughts, or feelings that remind him or her of the event, difficulty

"concentrating, unable to hold a job, loss of a job, loss of family due to substance abuse.

"PTSD symptoms can lead to homelessness, cope suffering, living in one's car, etc."

"So again, not just going to war and then coming back with issues, but then lifelong issues as well.

"Many do not like to use the word disorder when it comes to post-traumatic stress because

"many do not believe it's a disorder but more of an injury that was inflicted.

"Calling it a disorder perpetuates a stigma from getting the help that they need.

"One of the biggest hurdles to getting help for the PTSD is a problem with stigma.

"They feel there is perceived weakness in admitting to an emotional or physiological issue, because

"of the military culture.

"Many are not getting the help they need because of a fear of being perceived as weak."

But hopefully, I think this film...this documentary that Nina has created will dispel that.

"In addition, the stigma goes on in the fear of not being able to get a job if there is

"a diagnosis of PTSD on their record."

So again, a lot of issues out there that we're going to be working on, just bringing it up for you.

Some spiritual references and cause of PTSD, "Why would God let bad things happen to good people?"

You know in a highly enlightened sense, and this is what basically I look at it, but then again,

there's different ways of looking at it.

There's no judgment such as good and bad in holy scripture -- Bhagavad Gita:

"When the warrior Arjuna refuses to fight because he doesn't want to kill his fellow human

"beings, Krishna, basically an avatar of God, appears and tells him to fight, that our life

"is just an illusion. You cannot kill or be killed.

"Only God can truly take a life and when you're in this life as a warrior you must fulfill

"a warrior's duty so that is to fight and to kill.

"In Krishna's eyes, death means attainment of heaven and victory is the enjoyment of

"earth, so there will be no pain in fighting, no suffering in surviving.

"He encourages Arjuna to not see the results of action but rather focus on the work itself

"as within himself without selfish attachments like in victory and defeat."

However, you know most people don't see war like that.

We're not as enlightened as this individual here and in war the raw violence, destruction,

brutality are so overwhelming that often the spirit is distorted or may flee from the body

to survive combat.

And so that's what happens, actually, with traumatic issues as well.

You know as a young child, if you've been sexually abused or any other type of abuse, the spirit

literally disconnects and that's what I see.

So when that happens, this person is trapped into limbo, again, where past and present

intermingle without differentiation or continuity.

That's because, again, there is no time value in those upper realms, that purgatory

basically that we call it, there's no time value so it keeps going on and on and on and

the sad thing about that is too, and I'm just picking up, is that fear creates fear.

So say you have a group of people, and this is the way it happens in real life as well

guys, and in physical life, you know when you think of something you're actually creating frequencies

that start to create things in your life, although at limited values until we get stronger

and stronger.

So thank God we can't be as strong as we are, otherwise we may have issues.

But anyway, in a spirit space, again, origination of pure fear right, basically when we get together

as a group it enhances that, it perpetuates that into a much larger issue at that level,

especially without a physical body to interfere.

So with that, you know nothing feels right to that individual until body and spirit, again, rejoin.

So we're going to start the Medihealing®.

It's going to be about whatever time we've got, probably about 34 minutes that we're

going to do.

We might run a little overboard if that's okay with you guys.

So we'll start.

Again, you don't have to stand up.

If you want to stand up, go ahead and do so please.

I know a lot of people, they want to listen to it, but if you're driving guys either

pull over or just listen to it some other time.

It is on a recording.

I know a lot of people get distorted when I work on them so I just don't want you

to have any issues or another traumatic issue for you.

Alright?

So with that, get comfortable, lie down, sit down.

Notice your space and perhaps, again just me talking to you has probably put you into a relaxed

space, although a lot of emotions, a lot of issues, things like that, might be coming

up for you and not just only on this PTSD issue, but then other areas as well because

it is related to trauma right, whether it's this lifetime, whether it's through combat, whether

it's through a previous lifetime that we brought over, again, time loops that we brought over.

So whatever you're feeling guys, just note it and then I want to start by taking a nice

encompassing deep breath in, just knowing that we're here and you don't have to

go to your happy space.

If you're feeling sad, if you're feeling disconnected right now, just be aware of that.

Okay?

If you're anxious, just be aware of that.

A lot of times, again, if you're listening to this I've already been working on you

anyway, so if that anxiety is coming back, if trauma is coming back, anything like that

guys, I'll help you stay centered so we can go through it because sometimes it gets

overwhelming and then we want to quit.

I'm going to help you stay centered and then you can look out into that space if you

want.

Let's go ahead and take another nice deep breath in, this time accessing group power,

accessing your group space to bring in just like group healing, group prayer, group attention,

it has force.

There's power in numbers.

So coming into that force where we can effortlessly come out of where we are and into that light

that we were or perhaps even a stronger light that we are.

Exhaling if you haven't done so already, again noticing the other members in your space

and these other members, I actually see a lot of, again, individuals who have passed

away from trauma coming into the spaces as well, so it's not just the physical people here.

I see that you guys have brought in a lot of deceased individuals as well, which is fantastic.

I welcome anybody, any spirit, so just take a moment to realize them.

Breathing in nice and deep, again asking ourselves "How to connect to Pure Source even stronger?"

And if you don't know what that means, guys, no worries.

It's just another term that I use for God, God again being so distorted, that I use

Pure Source, so again, if you have a definition for God, guys, let's just revert back to

Pure Source, again, not that your definition is distorted or anything like that, but then

again, there's a lot of association with your definitions.

And that's the only reason, so nothing against your definition but just coming back to say

a neutral space, so just using Pure Source and you can just use it for this event if

you'd like.

You can always revert back.

Exhaling if you haven't done so already, I'm sure many of you have, but just noting

your breath.

Coming into this space, realizing that it is okay for you to relax.

It is okay for you to take the time to come into this space.

The important thing about any trauma is that we get disconnected from time.

That's basically how your spirit saves you or protects you, so again, acknowledging or

the best way to connect with spirit again is to note your body and perhaps even now

you might have noticed that your toes, especially the big one, they feel a little different.

You might have never been aware of your big toe, but go ahead and pay attention to the big toes.

Let's expand that feeling, that warmth, that relaxation that's coming through into

that big toe, into the other toes, just noticing the bottom of your feet, the balls of the

feet, the arches and the heels and again, if you're new to me, again, no worries.

It still works on you if you don't believe anything I do.

That's even more fantastic guys, it still works on you.

You don't have to believe.

You can believe if you'd like.

It doesn't matter, but as you get more and more comfortable knowing, the bottoms of your

feet, the tops of your feet, the ankles, your calves, your shins, just noticing that area.

Basically the way the process works is I get you into a deep meditative state, totally

connecting with your body and then on the spirit side or admin level, I work at spirit

level to just reconnect that spirit into your body even more and then basically reawaken

it and we'll get into that as we go on. So while you're noticing, focusing your

body, and for many of you on the call perhaps the first time you've got that intimate

with your body. I'll be working on the spirit side, connecting you and removing that distortion

that causes traumatic events, PTSD or other acronyms that we could call it.

So what's that?

Again, you may have noticed your legs getting a little more heavier and we can even go higher

up into the thighs, inner thighs, outer thighs, all the way around, just noticing that leg space.

Again, from the bottoms of feet all the way up, very nice.

If you're wondering what to think about, think about your body.

Think about that leg space.

If you have emotions coming up for you, no worries, just notice and then go back to your physical body.

And since there are spirits involved, not only physical spaces guys, obviously they

they don't have bodies; however, because I am just connecting you to Pure Source, no matter

where you are, what level you're at.

That's the main key, connecting you to your body for the physical individuals, again, a way to connect.

For the spiritual individuals and for your spirit as well, just being in that light of

Pure Source without any distortion is enough.

Just, there were some people wondering about that so…

Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in as we extend and go deeper.

Just because we can, we're strong enough, we're confident enough or brave enough to go into

some of those realities that might have scared us, caused trauma.

You don't have to revisit them guys, but let's just be aware of them.

Let's just be aware of what happened.

As we release it if you haven't done so already, perhaps acknowledging more of our

body like the groin area, the hips, the butt area.

Again, although this is a meditation you might not be totally relaxed.

That's okay, just note it.

Just because the imagery, the feeling, any of that might be coming up for you.

There we go.

As you're feeling what's going on with your body, especially from that belly button

on down, just noting that space, normally I don't like to set intentions but some

of the intentions that we are going to do for this call is obviously to help you out

in many ways.

For the ones who have been departed, bless their spirits and then help them move on into

that higher space, that heavenly space where they belong, so they get disconnected from

that time loop, that distortion, that ongoing pain that they're feeling.

There we go.

So we're going to be doing that too this session.

For the survivors, so instilling that frequency to stop suicidal thoughts, feelings, stop

the depression, help you stop re-experiencing the trauma that causes some flashbacks.

There's more of a….let's go deeper as I continue to tell you these intentions by

taking a nice deep breath in, allowing yourself to feel whatever you're feeling, so then

allowing that breath in as we exhale, allowing that exhalation to come into play whichever

way it comes, ascending higher, connecting deeper with that spirit by going into the

small of the back, the mid-back, the digestive area, the solar plex area.

There we go.

We're just going to hang out here for a little bit, again, helping you with any digestive issues.

If you have back issues, again, working on that.

I can adjust you just like a chiropractor, just frequency level though.

So if you're feeling anything different, that is fantastic.

For many who are new to me, again, I don't necessarily have to know any specifics of

what's going on with you, but in a group space, what I do, because I know there's

a lot of questions out there on how this works, how can I help you get rid of your depression

and so on, because again you come from a fear space.

As you get more comfortable, as you get more connected to a pure spirit of yourself, I'll

kind of explain how this goes and whatever you're feeling in your body guys just go with it.

In essence to my near death experience, the second near death experience has brought into

say an enlightenment state by connecting to Pure Source at a much higher level.

So what I do or what I've been given the abilities to do for you is connect you to

your, or the Pure Source, there's only one, so through a more transparent spirit of yours.

So that's why I don't necessarily have to know what happens to you, because your

spirit or Pure Source obviously does, right?

So coming in at a higher state, things get resolved.

So very simple.

Noticing how you're feeling, noticing what's going on with your body, any thoughts, traumas,

things like that come up for you guys.

Again, notice it, acknowledge, release it.

The best way to handle it if it's overwhelming you, because I know there's some people

kind of in that space, is to look at that event from a third person perspective, so

like in case like you're watching TV and you're seeing events literally on a TV set,

so if you can imagine those emotions, those ideas, those concepts that are holding you

back, whatever is coming up for you, let's just throw them onto that TV set, something

outside of you.

This will also help remove those frequencies out of your spirit space to stop that distortion

and then out into that universal space.

There we go.

So let's see if we can help some of those people that are getting a little over anxious

as things start to pop up for you, come out for you, helping you release tension again guys.

This is the safest you'll probably ever be because this is the closest you'll be

connected to Pure Source or you have been connected to Pure Source at this time.

Again, too anxious, let's go ahead and take a nice deep breath in, a releasing breath

in, and it might be tough for some individuals but why not go deeper, again, because we are

safe, we are secure, they're just images.

We can always shut them off and turn that channel, but as we exhale, letting go breath

out, ascending into the solar plex area, the upper back, chest area, the heart, the lungs,

and perhaps into the shoulders.

And for many, the shoulder space, just mentioning the shoulders you might have relaxed even

more.

Your arms getting heavier, your biceps, triceps, your elbows, your forearms, your hands, palms, fingers, fingertips,

all getting relaxed, probably much heavier as you let go of any muscle tension

in your limbs or any other body part that you feel.

Again, as confirmation, because I know many of you need confirmation, especially in traumatic

situations, that it is okay to be here, to know, to be what you're doing here is okay.

To give you confidence that things will change for you.

There we go.

Feel your fingertips, your toes start to move, might twitch, might move, again, confirmation

from spirit side, your spirit guided by Pure Source.

Again, allowing you to get back into say balance, your natural balance that you are created from

and releasing anything that we need to release -- belief systems, ideas, concepts

in this lifetime, previous lifetimes.

There we go.

Again, some of the benefits obviously is breaking the pattern of self-destructive behaviors,

breaking that addiction to substance abuse, sleeping more deeply and calmly without the

recurring nightmares, and bringing back the will to live, restoring interest and love

for life, strengthening relationships with your loved ones and attracting the help that

you need to come into your life in all forms, that 360 degrees of abundance including financial opportunities.

So with that, we'll continue on, again, because we're strong enough

and because we can and because we're guided. Right?

So let's take that liberating breath in, nice and deep and then exhaling.

Going into, sending up from the fingertips, up the arms, shoulders, into the throat and neck area.

Noticing whatever is happening to you, again, a lot of times we go by certain sections just

because one helps me release those emotions, belief systems, ideas, not only from the

trauma from war or anything else, but then also it aligns your spirit level as well.

So again, releases those experiences, those memories, and not just, again, at a physical

level, but deep down at what I call "spiritual DNA."

There we go.

We'll go ahead and adjust some of those necks as well -- neck and shoulder area.

There we go.

Just being in your body, being in that space, notice whatever is going on for you.

I see a lot of calming coming into this group.

Again, when we first started a lot of anxiousness, a lot of fear, a lot of distortion.

Coming back, making it okay for your spirit to come back into your body, connect with yourself.

There we go.

Again, this will help you greatly heal that moral pain, and again, no matter what happens,

you can never do anything wrong, right, from God's perspective or that Pure Source perspective.

God loves you no matter what and you didn't do anything wrong, helps dissolve that survivor

guilt so you're just fulfilling that warrior duty, staying present and embrace the beauty

and fragility of life instead of questioning the value of your survival.

If you're here, just know that it's for a reason, it's for a purpose, your life

is meaningful because you survived.

And then I'll help bring and restore your identify, self-acceptance, self-love.

There we go.

Very nice.

Let's ascend even higher now that we're comfortable, now that we're more at peace,

not only with ourselves, with community, with our spirit.

Let's go ahead and take that enlightening breath in, ascending higher, again, because

we are brave, we're secure in knowing that we are safe, and then exhaling ascending into

the back of the head, top of the head, the forehead, the eyes, eyebrows, again, noting

all the little details of your face, again the best way to connect is to be in your flesh,

in your body so much that your spirit starts to awaken and disconnects you from those

time loops of trauma.

So again, noticing the eyes, the eyebrows, eyelashes, around the nose and nostrils, that little

curve on your upper lip, your lips, your chin, your temples, your cheeks.

And now that we're all more comfortable, I have confirmation from your spirit side and Pure Source.

You might have noticed that your jaws have relaxed, got a little heavier, again, confirmation

from spirit side that it is okay for you, you are on that path of connecting back into

spirit -- your spirit.

Very nice.

There you go.

Let's go onward and inward, taking that internal breath in, becoming complete more

internally, seeing ourselves as more complete and then exhaling, letting go and coming into

that left side of the brain.

And then on the exhale going to the right side of the brain.

On the exhale, going to that central spot in the brain.

I call it the communication center, just enhancing communication, again, between the two halves

of the brain, body and mind through more dynamic nervous system and then through Pure Source

through more clear, definitive, pure spirit.

There we go.

Let's go ahead and take a nice deep breath in, starting from the bottom of the feet

working our way up, upper body, upper legs, solar plex area, the neck, into the head and beyond.

For many of you, you may feel an expansiveness, a lightness.

Whatever you're feeling guys, fantastic.

Just noting your spirit in and around you, again, just like a nice secure, warm blanket

keeping you complete, keeping you safe, keeping you guided.

There we go.

Perhaps feeling a little more restored, feeling that self- acceptance again, feeling that

self-love and understanding that whatever happens in

this physical realm that we call life, just understanding that that is just a spiritual

experience, a method to grow spiritually, to acknowledge higher levels instead of living

as a damaged soul and also understanding ourselves as a warrior instead of a victim.

You know once a warrior, always a warrior.

So the real battle begins when you come home.

Be a warrior of life.

The meaning of life is to walk in the physical world as a spiritual being, so remember that.

I'll let you be for a couple minutes as I continue to work on you here.

There you go

Just noting your breath, feeling that light perhaps come into your space

and then feeling lighter perhaps as those spirits who have been wanting help from you,

again, help them release into that heavenly space where they belong.

There we go.

Let's go ahead and take a nice deep breath in and just notice our heart area right between

the ribs, the solar plex, just notice a ball of light and as we let go, if you haven't

done so already, have that light, that purity from Pure Source, that knowledge from Pure

Source, that connection from Pure Source just starting to glow and expand and with each

breath expanding even further and further out, encompassing your body in that light,

in that security and that safety, bringing back in everything into balance that we need.

There we go.

And as I continue to work on you and if you're new with me, a couple ways I help you.

One, is basically I change frequencies, because everything has created a frequency, so one,

I change your frequency at a blueprint level, at that core level.

So basically what happens is you naturally start feeling better or you naturally, well

things just change, like say your addictions just like disappear and you might not believe

that but it's happened to a lot of people.

There's no cravings, no needs, no nothing like that, no willpower, it just disappears

for you.

Just be aware of that.

Two, I'll help you change your frequency and then you get attracted to the help that

you need, the wherewithal, the people, the places, the things, the remedies, whatever

like just comes into your life, almost like you trip over it, and then those remedies,

whatever, people actually start to help you at a truer sense, so if you get attracted

to something that you need to do, although it might seem totally out there guys, just

go with it because, again, your spirit is guiding you now and maybe that's what you need.

Again, that knowledge comes from a higher space, not your space so just go with it.

And then three is you know a mixture of both obviously, but the important thing again is changing

those core frequencies that's been generated through this trauma.

So with that, let's go ahead and take a nice deep breath in, nice and deep, and as

we end, for those people who can meditate longer, I urge you to do so, just staying in this space.

For those of us who can't and noting yourself, still staying connected to Pure Source through

more translucent spirit, exhaling, opening your eyes, coming into this moment in time,

the now moment, again, connected to your spirit, much more centered, much more balanced,

much more…very good.

If it is a detox if you're feeling a little disoriented, a little distraught, whatever it is guys,

it's a detox that needs to happen for you if that's your rule set.

So just watch it.

You'll notice that it will feel a little different, not a debilitating issue, but just

something that comes through you and washes away. So again, a cleansing space.

Fantastic guys, while you're still coming into this moment in time, you know.

Where do we go from here? Now what?

So if you're suffering from PTSD, or even if you're not, it might be helpful to play this on a loop.

I know we get a ton of testimonials on people who play this on a loop

in their sleep or in the background while they're working or at home.

You necessarily don't have to listen to each word, but just in the background, just

in a low tone so you can kind of hear it.

Those frequencies on a recording guys, the frequencies that I help you with, are good

on a recording as well. So play it on a loop.

What you can do to make a difference? Again, watch the documentary trailer,

When Jane and Johnny Come Marching...Homeless, actually

It's on MasSajady.com/ptsd.

If you scroll towards the bottom, fantastic eye-opening issue...I mean, documentary that really

opens up what goes on and brings a new reality that we don't see.

So the filmmaker, Nina Gilberti dedicated her life to raise the awareness of PTSD to the world.

She's been working on this film tirelessly for six years.

In January this year she quit her job in order to be able to focus on perfecting and completing the film.

She's been using her own savings to support the film production and herself, so please

support her selfless effort in helping PTSD by making a tax-deductible donation for the film production.

If you send us a receipt of your donation guys, we'll send you one frequency spa session.

If you're not familiar with that, you can go to MasSajady.com/ptsd, all lowercase for offer details on that

Other things you can do to help, and this is on MasSajady.com/ptsd, again, listen.

Do not ask about their experience in war.

If they want to talk about something going on in their life just listen, be patient,

babysit for a family who may need to go to the VA hospital or just a night out, drive

a vet to their appointments, especially if they're disabled or you know in military.

Volunteer your time to a non-profit organization helping veterans everywhere, get involved

in a veteran's community, donate money to a worthy cause that helps veterans.

Donate your frequent flyer miles, check your airline, there are programs in place for that.

So guys, a lot of things that you can do, but once again guys, when you're donating

things, when you're helping people, make it their story, not yours and what I mean

by that is don't do it because it's Christmastime and you want to be nice to people.

Just do it because it's another spirit involved and then that way what happens is we get rid

of the issues that actually…we get rid of those war issues, things like that, completely

rather than creating more because we want to feel good inside.

Okay?

So with that guys, thanks for being on the call.

Again, if you have any questions, customers@massajady.com

with any of your questions and this is a free gift.

You can print out a gift card and give it to somebody, probably one of the best Christmas

presents you could ever give to somebody who's suffering from PTSD.

Thanks for being on the call.

Take care and I hope to see you on some other venue.

Bye bye.

Claim: Woman Says She Was Offered Big Money to Accuse Roy Moore of Misconduct | MK Today - Duration: 3:28.

Claim: Woman Says She Was Offered Big Money to Accuse Roy Moore of Misconduct.

As allegations that Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore had sexual contact with

an underage girl almost 40 years ago roil the nationally watched race, other reports

have surfaced that are taking the whole story into even more bizarre directions.

On Thursday, The Washington Post reported allegations about an incident that allegedly

took place in 1979 between then 32-year-old Moore and a 14-year-old girl.

Now, a Twitter user identified as Doug Lewis, whose Twitter profile portrays him as a supporter

of President Donald Trump and a Navy veteran, posted on the social media site that a family

friend had contacted him regarding the situation.

The unidentified woman reportedly told Lewis that a Washington Post reporter — identified

only as "Beth" — had offered her a substantial sum of money to accuse the GOP candidate of

wrongdoing.

"A family friend who lives in Alabama just told my wife that a WAPO reporter named Beth

offered her 1000$ to accuse Roy Moore," Lewis tweeted.

In subsequent tweets, Lewis further reported that the friend had pictures of the journalist

who contacted her and had even recorded the conversation on her phone.

Lewis said he advised the friend to take the recording and the picture to the local district

attorney's office, but to make sure she kept a copy for herself, just in case.

Another Twitter user — JustBrenda — responded to the report, saying she "wouldn't be

surprised" if the allegations regarding the reporter were true.

She also noted that those who make up sexual offenses "make things harder" for real

victims.

Lewis replied to JustBrenda, assuring her that they would "find out" the truth.

He also noted that "Jean" — presumably the friend who was allegedly contacted by

the Washington Post — had reached out to the Etowah County District Attorney in regards

to the evidence she had.

Someone from the office was reportedly sent to pick up the phone.

Another Twitter user, Bradd Powless, advised that Lewis report the situation to the Federal

Bureau of Investigation and the Secret Service.

Lewis responded that he had done so, but "Jean" reportedly did not trust the federal agencies,

so she opted to deal with her local law enforcement instead.

"Can't blame her with FBI in stories every day," Lewis commented.

We must point out that these allegations have not yet been substantiated — and might not

be at all real.

But with reports of sexual misconduct swirling, it's important that any and all evidence

and reports be adequately aired and investigated so voters can find out the truth.

Moore has contended that the sexual accusations were unfounded.

"These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the

National Democrat Party and The Washington Post on this campaign," he said, according

to Newsweek.

"After over 40 years of public service, if any of these allegations were true, they

surely would have been made public long before now."

With the Alabama special election coming up on Dec. 12, Moore only has a few weeks to

shut down these allegations and reassure conservative voters that he is the right choice to fill

the vacant Senate seat left behind by former Sen. and current Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

What do you think is the real truth behind the Roy Moore allegations?
