How to replace the battery in the car? ForumWiedzy PL - Duration: 6:15.
In this film you will see how to replace the battery yourself in the car.
Before you replace the old battery with a new one, we must pay attention to the placement of the battery polarity (+ and -), dimensions and electrical parameters (voltage, capacity, start-up current).
If all parameters are consistent with the recommendations of the car manufacturer, the battery easily mount and will be very well worked with the electrical system of the car.
All parts of the car you can buy in our partner shop www.APARTS.pl at the end of the order, enter the discount code FORUMWIEDZY, shopping and the price will be even lower.
Before you replace the battery, make sure that the new battery is fully charged, which has more than 12,5V resting tension.
12,7V indicates the battery is fully charged, it's OK!
Disconnecting Klem negative (-), then a positive (+).
Fixing of the terminals is a key 10mm nut or keyless, simply release the latch with your fingers.
Negative clamp disconnected at the time of disconnect fang positive in the same way.
If we are both disconnected clamp, remove the old battery.
Before you mount a new battery, cleanse the inner part of the clamp with a special brush or sandpaper of the terminals, so that the connection terminal of the battery and the clamp will be very good.
Install a new battery into place.
Klem first install positive battery terminal to the positive (+).
Tighten the clamp nut.
Klem assemble the negative pole of the battery negative (-).
You can apply Vaseline on the technical connection and pole clamp to secure the connection, but this is not necessary.
New batteries are already installed and at this point we can start the engine of our car.
NOTE: After disconnecting the battery - Radio and other electronic receivers lose the stored radio stations and settings, you will need to re-set various systems in the car.
Thank you for your attention and invite you to subscribe to my channel, likes the film, and to provide further comment on social media See you in the next episode.
We run the engine and go for a ride in a car :)
After starting the ignition is included with the default radio station because all previously programmed stations have been lost from memory. You have to reset the radio.
The engine started without any problem. Everything is OK!
Well, everything works great. Wide roads! See you in the next episode!

In the VCR which is played in the WINGS TOUR concert
There is a scene describing the whole story concept
Here is the remade version VCR with Chinese subtitle
copyright owners block our video, you can watch VCR from our google drive
In the beginning of MV,seven boys walk into the museum together.
They are actually divided into four groups
Suga and Jimin
Rap Monster and Jungkook
J-hope and V
Rap Monster reads a green book with Jungkook
Notice that there is a red book beside the statue of Demeter's right feet
The last group is Jin who is alone
<The Fall of the Rebel Angels> originally describes the scene that Michael pushed the rebel angels into the hell
But,this painting has another meaning(in CONCEPT BOOK)
It represents that if we want to grow up,
then we need have the consciousness and step forward to fight against the fate given by God
The words on the pink neon is ''the tempter''
The scene that Suga covers Jimin's eyes comes from the last scene of Demian(in CONCEPT BOOK)
Excerpts from a talk that Demian said to Sinclairs in the last chapter of Demian
''Then you'll have to listen within yourself, and you'll notice that I'm inside you.
Understand?—And one thing more! Lady Eve said that, if things ever went badly for you,
I was to give you the kiss from her that she sent along with me…… Close your eyes, Sinclair!"
Jimin who is closing his eyes just like Sinclair, whose mind and ego becomes one
Suga is Jimin's guide, hoping that Jimin can listen to his own mind
However,Jimin pulled his hand away
Also,J-hope's hand is pulled away.
It's obvious that Jimin wants to understand the grown-up world by his own eyes
On the left is Medusa and Perseus; on the right is Demeter
We will become different people after growing up because of our own decisions
Probably,we'll be like Perseus,Demeter,or Medusa
V hesitates whether he should fall or not
Jin's eyes are covered by other boys. They hope that Jin won't be allured by the dark side.
Jungkook is on the swing, like he's going to fall just the same as the main character of Lament for Icarus'
Jungkook who is eating a lollipop shows that he hasn't escaped from the stage of teenagers
Green smoke comes from the floor on Suga's room
Rap Monster lights the candle. The green liquid beside is absinthe
Burning the sugar on a spoon and dripping into the absinthe is a traditional way to drink it.
Burning the sugar also means the end of childhood
The moment when fire burns represents that Jungkook's foal eagle picture is also burning.
(This is the picture that Jungkook sends to Rap Monster in WINGS short film)
Drinking the absinthe means growing up and the mind to fight against God and fate(in CONCEPT BOOK)
The pool under J-hope's feet is melted chocolate(in CONCEPT BOOK)
In Demian,Sinclair's mother will give him a piece of chocolate for reward when he does something right
The melted chocolate means that J-hope has no longer been protected by his mother,
but he still sits in the chocolate pool and aspires to the positive power of mother's love
He aims the arrow at V to remind V that is the time to wake up(in CONCEPT BOOK)
"The bird fights its way out of the egg.The egg is the world.Who would be born must first destroy a world.
The silk is just like egg membrane and V is a bird that hasn't broken the egg yet
This is the candle lighted by Rap Monster
The green wax drips on Jungkook's fingers
Eating the wax means Jungkook comprehends the fact that he must grow up(in CONCEPT BOOK)
But,I think the better explanation is
Jungkook has followed Rap Monster's guidance and understood the so-called adult's world gradually
The former scene Rap Monster leads Jungkook to read a green book.
Apparently, Rap Monster is the guide who boosts Jungkook to grow up
In the beginning of MV,green book, green smoke and green wax appear subsequently.
It has already mentioned that drinking the absinthe represents growing.
The green absinthe is just like the color of devil's blood
Our blood color is originally red.Red means the most original and innocent mind
There is a red book beside the statue of Demeter's feet in the beginning of MV
When green leaks into red, it will produce a chaos stage said by Nietzsche. For a specific explanation please watch Theory Intro2
Seven boys with One heart
One boy with Seven hearts
Jin is a boy who has seven hearts
It means that there are six other boys' personalities in Jin's heart
The seat which Jin is sitting is the master's seat.Because Jin is the main of those boys
The forbidden fruit, apple on the table and the wine in Holy Grail are the symbols of temptation
Jin raises the grail and hoping six boys can cheers together
Just at this moment,Jin seems feeling something
Jin stops drinking and looks back
Jin mentions the arrow shot by J-hope
J-hope reminds V is time to wake up,but V is still behind the silk
In Theory Intro2,we have already mentioned that Angel Michael has red hair
nd holds a sword or an arrow. This image is just like J-hope.
J-hope plays the role of Michael and tries to lead the boys back to the right way
Jin doesn't drink the wine because of the arrow and it means that innocence in Jin's mind persisting.
But,Rap Monster,J-hope and Suga can't resist the temptation and drink the wine
But your wings are wings of the devil In front of your sweet is bitter bitter-Rap Monster
Baby,I don't care if I get drunk,I'll drink you in now Your whiskey, deep into my throat-J-hope
So I can't serve anyone that's not you Even though I know,I drink the poisonous Holy Grail-Suga
Jungkook and Rap Monster's rooms are full of green smoke
The uplifting smoke will cover Suga and Jimin's room
The green smoke keeps lifting, then influences Jimin and Suga
Jimin holds an apple and feels excited to accept the evil world
But, Suga takes out a piece of cloth and tries to cover Jimin's eyes
The painting behind V is '' Landscape with the Fall of Icarus'' .
V jumping down means that he has already escaped from the teen stage and looks forward to stepping into the next stage of life
J-hope is the last kindness in Jin's heart
J-hope tries hard to get other fallen characteristics back
The scattered feather symbolizes the Icarus who lost the wings
Icarus pursues flying higher and higher, then the wings got burned
Just like the boys must leave the most innocent selves behind to grow
Rap Monster acts as he's smoking,it also means that he's not a boy any longer
Suga covers Jimin's eyes to let him listen to his own mind
When boys wake up one by one, those hands covering Jin also get away subsequently
Jimin wanders between a boy and a man, hesitating if he should accept the dark side of the world or not
The song Suga plays is <Passacaglia>
There is a pianist has given a lot of guide to Sinclair in Demian
Whenever Sinclair has any questions, the pianist will play <Passacaglia>
Suga is playing this leading character, hoping the boys grow and want them to accept the concepts of evilness
The boys find out the exit and run outside symbolizes that they all accept the evilness in this world and made a resolution to be a man
But, only Jimin is pulled by Suga.It means that Jimin still can't make up his mind
The silk fades slowly symbolizing that V breaks out of the egg
Jin keeps looking back and hesitating that if he should betray his innocence or not
V covers Jin's eyes
When V's hands get away from Jin's eyes,Jin can only see a statue of angel
Jin is attracted and steps forward to the statue
Jin is allured by the face of angel, but he doesn't notice that the wings of this angel are black
It means that V lures Jin to comprehend the happiness of adult's world
and not let him know that he needs to sacrifice his kindness and innocence to grow up.
After Jin kisses the devil on his lips
It also means that the personality of V is gradually growing and V is the deepest evilness in Jin's heart
Green water sprays J-hope's original world
Green tears and red blood come out together
Jimin abandons innocence at last and ends the period of being a boy. Thus, he sheds with the green tears
The words in the mirror is excerpted from Nietzsche
one must have chaos in oneself to give birth to a dancing star
The Mary Mother of God statue symbolizes innocence.
When Jin accepts evilness and he isn't naïve anymore, the Mary Mother of God statue also collapses.
The lily outside of the mirror turns into purple cassia flower in the mirror
The white lily has the meaning of innocence. The cassia flower means temptation.
The mirror reflects the dark side of Jin's heart. The surface of the kindness starts to crack
Good and evil are never opposing
They will both exist in everyone's minds

Hey, what's up guys? It's Mike The Dope Toast and today's video is very different.
I want to get feedback from you guys. So, what do you guys think that among all
the videos that I have done from the past couple of weeks? I mean if you're
in. If you're in Instagram (I mean) if you're into Instagram, if you're into
marketing, if you're into (you know like) social media strategy, what do you think
of my videos? Do you think that my videos actually provide value to you guys? I do
want to hear some feedback from that because I want to keep progressing it
and how can I actually bring in-depth content, a better content to my audience,
which is you guys! And another thing is that I want to get feedback on what do you
guys think of the parody music that I made because it's quite like a huge
differences between the Instagram strategy videos and the music video.
I don't think I'm good in creating music but you know I don't even know musical
instrument but why not to bring some types of (you know you know) comedy, parody
on my channel, but do think, do you guys like it? Do you guys think that it
suits my channel or should I just stop doing it already, and another thing that
I want to get the feedback is that what do you guys think of the travel vlogs which
is now branded as Voyage of Discovery. Do you guys think that that's
a good series to continue. I've been doing three episodes, the first episode
was documented my trip to Paris. The second episode, I brings you guys out to
one of the Malaysian temples, and the last video I made which is just a few days
ago, it was about when I went to a park and deal with my problem or do you guys
love this kind of videos like more candid like this or you guys want me
to you know bring some changes on that? Your comments mean a lot to me,
so please leave your comments down below or you can even send a video message to me
what type of content you guys would like to see and expected from me. No problem,
I would try my best to do whatever you guys wanted. So, I'm Mike The Dope Toast,
thank you for watching this video and remember to leave your opinions down

The Raja Saga: From ATI, AMD, Apple and back again to the Stars (Vega & Navi) & Intel. - Duration: 21:25.
Hi all, it's been awhile since my last video.
I've been too busy with work to formulate my thoughts for a coherent presentation on
many interesting topics.
But the recent events in the past week are quite extraordinary and I felt it's important
to provide some clarity as well as contribute to discussion among the tech enthusiast community.
The topics I will cover today will be Raja Koduri's move to Intel along with my thoughts
on Vega and Navi.
Let's start with the the Raja saga.
The common question many of you have would be, why?
Was he fired by AMD or lured by Intel?
Did Raja help or hindered AMD and what will be his legacy at AMD?
Ofcourse I have to point out, only those at the table will know the truth, I am not an
insider and so this is only researched speculation from third party info.
To understand this whole situation better we do need to understand the past and what
led us to our current situation.
If you've seen my previous video, Vega and the Compute Conumdrum, you will know that
it wasn't long ago when ATI's GPU architecture was the leader in the graphics industry.
Note, I do not mean marketshare, raw performance or even performance per dollar.
As a tech enthusiast, to me, the best architecture is one that delivers high performance with
the least power and the fewest transistors because it signifies a true engineering lead.
But at around 2008, AMD decided to throw that lead away to turn towards a new direction,
one towards General Purpose GPU computing.
The reason, many believed the shrinking PC gaming market would not last and the already
low profits would not be sustainable given the vast R&D resources required moving forward.
The discrete GPU market was also volatile because of fierce competition, ATI and NVIDIA
traded blows, and when either wasn't on top, they had major drops in revenue and profits.
NV's CEO, Jensen Huang, realized they had to diversify away from PC graphics much earlier
and so CUDA and Tesla accelerators were born.
The idea was that these new markets would dampen the volatility of the PC graphics revenue,
and it worked.
As we saw, when there's strong competition from AMD GPUs, NVIDIA made a profit and a
large chunk was due to the professional market.
In essence, Quadro & Tesla revenue enabled further R&D investments even if the PC gaming
market was volatile.
Returning to Raja and AMD, as you may know, Raja has a long history at ATI as one of their
major graphics engineer.
When ATI merged with AMD, under the leadership of Hector Ruiz, AMD believed combining the
CPU & GPU would enable AMD to be the sole player in emergent graphics markets, where
Intel could not compete.
The drive for this Fusion approach was strong and the ATI crew were well funded, morale
was high and people were passionate.
During this time, Raja contributed with the TeraScale architecture, optimized for graphics.
The efficiency allowed AMD to have a strong presence in notebooks and recover close to
50% of the PC marketshare.
However, AMD was suffering financially during these periods, due to the overwhelming bribes
that Intel paid to major OEMs to not buy superior AMD CPUs.
This topic though, was thoroughly covered by Jim over at AdoredTV so I will not go into
it, but there's a link in the description for those interested.
Basically, to survive the tough times, AMD needed to restructure, a euphemism for firing
many good hard working staff.
The new CEO, Dirk Meyer, felt that his predecesor had gone off-focus with the ATI acquisition
along with others, and moved to refocus AMD back to it's core business, that is, CPUs
and Servers.
Also under Dirk Meyer, the decision was made to drop the focus on making the most efficient
graphics architecture, because many thought the future of gaming would be consoles and
mobiles.
What's left of ATI had to refocus to develop a brand new General Purpose architecture so
that AMD could compete in the emerging HPC market with their own accelerators.
Now, if you have studied up on Raja's career and him as a person, you will know that Raja
is first and foremost, a graphics guy.
It is indeed his passion to bring great computer graphics to as wide an audience possible.
Because of AMD's new GP-GPU focus and the shrinking ATI budget along with ever smaller
staff, Raja decided to take an offer at Apple to lead their graphics engineering teams so
he left AMD in 2009.
Coincidentally, Jim Keller, a renown CPU architect who was at AMD also left to join Apple around
this time.
It's no wonder then, with the talent & budget available, Apple quickly became the industry
leader in CPU & graphics on mobiles.
Fast forward a few years to 2011 and AMD was in dire position, with bankruptcy looming
on the horizon.
Rory Read was the new CEO and his mission was to do whatever it takes for AMD to survive
until the new CPU architecture being developed by Jim Keller, who also had returned to AMD
was finished and launched.
Read also leverage AMD's graphics technologies and IP to start the semi-custom & embedded
business, leading to major wins in the Xbox and PS4, providing revenue to keep them afloat.
In 2011, AMD also launched GCN to consumers with Radeon 7970.
Immediately, it was obvious that this architecture was not optimized for gaming graphics.
It was a relatively large & power hungry chip by AMD standard, on a new 28nm node, and it
was only ~30% faster than their previous gaming flagship, the TeraScale 6970.
30% may sound like a lot by today's standard, but back in the days, a true generation and
node leap yielded typically 80 to 100% performance gains.
NVIDIA was very happy with the situation because it meant that they no longer had to compete
with AMD in gaming using a much larger and power hungry General Purpose GPU like they
were forced to do for many years.
Instead of selling big Kepler to compete against a small mid-range AMD GPU, they could actually
sell their own mid-range Kepler at a high price.
A chip such as GK104, instead of being sold at $299, sold well at $499.
Meanwhile big Kepler instead of being $499 it sold at $699.
Ofcourse, no one should blame NVIDIA for taking the opportunity given to them.
It was infact Rory Read who let this happen, by pricing a mid-range chip such as Tahiti
at $549.
The justification being that it was faster than the previous NVIDIA Fermi flagship, the
$500 GTX 580.
When we think about this logically, it's perfectly normal for a next-gen mid-range to displace
the prior-gen high-end, at actual mid-range prices.
That's real progress and the result of innovation.
Because TeraScale was superior in graphics, it enabled fierce competition which drove
down GPU prices.
GCN was barely competitive versus Kepler in graphics, and it's pricing caused the floodgates
to open allowing NVIDIA to grow their gaming revenue and profits to unprecedented levels.
Meanwhile, GCN which was designed for General Purpose Compute and actually very good at
it, never stood a chance in those lucrative markets.
What AMD didn't plan for, because their leadership came from CPU backgrounds, is how important
software is to succeed in the GPU accelerator markets.
A CPU doesn't need an insanely complex driver layer or a major software stack to enable
it to perform.
A GPU does.
NVIDIA and Jensen Huang are especially aware of this fact, and so CUDA was designed first
and foremost to secure their gains in these markets.
The entrechment of CUDA is real and something not even Intel with vastly more industry connections
and money can easily displace.
Basically, AMD already lost the battle the moment they half-hearted and with a small
budget, decided to enter into NVIDIA's established GP-GPU domain.
At around this time, Lisa Su became the senior VP at AMD.
She very much like Rory Read, understood the need to diversify, but she also knows how
important the gaming market is.
As such, a strong graphics architecture was required to compete, but AMD cannot have a
clean slate restart because GCN backwards compatibility is a critical factor for their
lifeline, the semi-custom business.
Also, the promise of the growing HPC market and emerging AI & MI markets was too great
to not pursue.
Lisa wanted a single GPU architecture that can do it all, and do it well, no easy task
as you can imagine.
Raja was asked to return to AMD, to lead their graphics division and tasked with creating
future GCN ISA-compatible architecture that would enable AMD to compete in all their markets.
Now is where I have to point out something very important that a lot in this community
don't realize or want to discuss.
Guys like Jim Keller and Raja Koduri are highly respected, the cream of the crop in their
fields.
They would have received offers from many companies, some of which undoutedly carry
a huge paycheck and a well funded division for them to lead.
Why did they return to AMD which was struggling financially and as far as they knew back then,
heading towards bankruptcy?
Their return to AMD was not about money, it was about saving the company & the jobs of
many good people.
Ultimately, it is because of loyalty and friendships and for that, we have to give them due respect.
Back to the GPU topic, a major architecture always takes a long time in this industry,
typically 3 to 4 years ahead is the time-frame when major engineering decisions reach the
market.
While Raja may have an influence in Polaris, it was mostly completed before his work at
AMD began.
Vega however, certainly would be the result of Raja's guidance.
While gaming performance of Vega leaves many wanting more, the biggest problem with Vega
is that it's actually late, had it launch in Q4 2016, even as a GTX 1070 and 1080 competitor,
it would have a better reception.
Why was it late?
Mostly due to HBM2.
Vega engineering samples were running in 2015, it didn't launch until 2 years later which
is one of the longest delays as far as I can recall for a GPU.
HBM2 schedules were pushed back by SK Hynix as they had yield issues, and Micron's HBM2
production was completely bought out by NVIDIA for their P100 Tesla.
The question some of you may ask is why Vega needs HBM2 at all.
Contrary to what most people think, it is not power related, not memory footprint issues
and certainly not bandwidth given rising GDDR5 speeds and new developments.
As I've talked about before, an important unique property of HBM2 is within the memory
banks itself.
GDDR5 and such are very good for transfers of large chunks of data, but they are very
slow for rapid read/write cycles of small chunks of data to the same memory banks.
HBM2 is good for both workloads, and in the HPC market, fast fine-grain read/write cycles
of small pages is a very important feature to have.
Features like the High Bandwidth Cache & Unified Virtual Memory require this ability to really
shine.
It's a major reason why NVIDIA's P100 Tesla uses HBM2.
Vega 10 is a General Purpose architecture designed for Servers, AI & Machine Learning.
It's design also enables some novel solutions, such as the Pro SSG for big-data acceleration
& film studio workloads.
But is it also a gaming architecture?
Did Raja accomplish the mission given to him to make it good for gaming as well?
Clearly not, not yet.
GCN's weakness has always been the loopsided compute-focus design, with few transistors
dedicated to graphics, namely, geometry and rasterization.
To simplify this issue, imagine a typical frame of a game being rendered by the GPU,
it will comprise of several elements, such as vertices, geometry, textures, becoming
pixels which is then post-processed with shader effects.
If a GPU is limited by geometry & rasterization, it will scale poorly in performance even with
more cores, since all that extra raw Teraflops of computing power, cannot contribute to some
of the steps involved in creating a frame.
Another interesting aspect of graphics rendering, is that gamers often assume different resolutions
scale uniformly, as in all the elements scale but it's not true.
Vertices and geometry workloads do not change much at 720p vs 4K resolution, it's static,
while what changes are rasterization, pixel shaders and post-processing workloads.
A GPU that's geometry bound, but with ample shading power, will be slower at low resolution
while relative performance increases at higher resolution as the workload emphasis switch
to pixel related shaders.
This is the typical observed performance profile of GCN, especially in very loopsided designs
like Fiji.
With Vega, we do see better scaling, there is a consistent strong lead in performance
over Polaris & Hawaii even at low resolutions where relative geometry performance matters
more.
This is very much due to the new scheduler changes, which dynamically assign work to
the four Geometry Engines to lift efficiency of these units.
The Intelligent Workgroup Distributor, which is designed to assign work to idling Compute
Units first also helps in increasing shader usage at low resolution.
The scheduler also has a larger SRAM cache for storing more instructions, alleviating
CPU stalls, leading to higher performance under CPU bound scenarios.
But these hardware improvements are not enough.
Vega 56's raw performance should enable it to match the GTX 1080 in graphics, while Vega
64 should be closer to the 1080Ti.
The problem is still geometry & rasterization bottlenecks because these changes only lift
the bottleneck ceiling a little, while what GCN really needs is to break through that
ceiling entirely.
Primitive Shaders, if it's implemented by game developers or by AMD will help with the
vertice and geometry steps, so performance can improve, but a bottleneck still remain
with rasterization.
Importantly, NVIDIA has moved on with deferred rasterization and gained it's efficiency advantage,
while AMD is still on immediate mode rasterization.
On top of this, AMD has less resources on GCN dedicated to rasterization overall so
a GCN Teraflop will not equal a Pascal or Volta Teraflop in graphics until this bottleneck
is lifted.
What GCN really needs is the lifting of the 4 Shader Engine limitation.
It needs to be dynamic, scalable, just like NVIDIA's PolyMorph Engines & Graphics Processing
Clusters.
Ofcourse this requires more transistors dedicated to graphics function, which results in a bigger
die that uses more power.
This is the downside of making a single chip for many markets.
I believe the foundation for this change is already within Vega's scheduler & front-end,
but a bigger & more power hungry chip was off the table because of a combination of
limited resources, but also, it does not make economic sense at this time.
The solution should be obvious by now if you are a tech enthusiast.
Look at the accomplishment of Zen and it's scalability.
AMD uses extra die-space with Zeppelin to enable scalability with the Infinity Fabric,
but they make up for it by not needing to produce one giant power hungry chip to reach
higher performance levels.
Raja has talked about the future of GPUs being multi small dies working together for awhile
and the foundation is done for Navi to succeed.
Let me explain why Navi is capable of being an all-in-one architecture.
To specialize an chip for HPC or AI and MI, like Vega, you require more transistors & you
increase the power usage.
Compared to a graphics-optimized chip, it will lose in performance per watt and performance
per mm2, both critical metrics to be succesful.
Here's the thing, what if performance per mm2 no longer matters because your production
yields are so high, since you do not need to make a huge die but multiple small ones?
Remember, yield is exponentially related to die size.
A smaller die not only yields a little better, but a lot, and so production cost is lower
while production rate is higher.
It should be clear immediately how Navi could be inefficient in performance per mm2 and
still be cheap to produce in mass quantities.
But what about power?
For GPUs, you simply go with lower clocks, lower voltage, and make up the performance
loss by having more cores.
Basically, performance per watt can increase at the expense of performance per mm2.
If die space is no longer a limiting factor, such as a multi-chip solution, the performance
per watt issue will solve itself in the process.
There's some concerns about the difficulties of making a multi-die single GPU, but it's
actually an easier task than with CPUs.
Unlike CPU workloads where thread dependencies are high, where out of order execution can
happen and latency is critical, GPU workloads are incredibly parallel and non-thread-dependent.
GPUs also hide latencies very well, unlike CPUs.
The next question is, how can GCN go wider, over multi-dies?
Well, by not being limited to 4 Shader Engines and with a scheduler clever enough to keep
many Shader Engines well fed.
You see, Vega has already laid that foundation for Navi.
But that's not really the end for Vega, as I've stated in the other video, if FineWine
is what you enjoy, Vega is the finest of wines.
All that untapped FP16 power, as new games begin to tap it, there's potential there for
some strong gains.
Due to a lack of gaming driver optimizations, the performance for RX Vega currently is nowhere
near it's potential, and so AMD had to sell them at a lower price than they hoped for
to compete.
In essence, as a gamer, you get competitive performance for your money today, with a lot
of untapped power under the hood.
Does this make Vega 10 a failed GPU design?
Far from it.
It's solid as MI25 & for professionals.
Vega 10's inclusion in arguably the best mass produced workstation, the new iMac Pros, is
also testament to it's one-chip for all markets design.
One could say, professional Vega is subsidizing RX Vega for gamers, an identical situation
NVIDIA was in when they had to sell big & power hungry chips for low prices to gamers.
With the typical volumes that Apple iMacs sell, and this upcoming model being the most
anticipated in years, it's obvious to me that revenue from Vega will ramp up in 2018, and
it will pay for it's R&D cost many folds.
This combined with a resurgent AMD CPU business, should put much needed money in AMD's coffers
to hopefully increase their odds of a smoother Navi launch.
Finally, regarding Raja's move to Intel, it's not something that happens quickly, a betrayal
as some call it, these moves along with the AMD & Intel collaboration would have been
discussed a long time ago.
Anyone with experience in large institutions knows these things take time, certainly back
porting Polaris to support HBM2 and Intel's EMIB technology is not a quick task.
And we know that engineering sample has been in the wild for a long time.
From what I've managed to dig up, Raja was personally affected by being asked to do too
much with too little, this forced him into demanding his RTG staff to work extra hard,
with constant overtime.
They had to get AMD's Pro drivers up to scratch, to utilize Vega features on PC workstations,
and to make it compatible with OSX & the Metal 2 API.
On top of this, they also had to create entire new HPC, AI & MI software stacks, and CUDA
to OpenCL compilers, which is a huge endeavor by itself.
All the while, they have to keep up with gaming optimizations for past and current GPUs.
For a software team a fraction the size of NVIDIA, and I cannot stress this enough, this
was simply unfair to all those workers.
I'm a software guy and I feel for those in AMD's driver team, so while gamers want their
Primitive Shaders enabled, it's just not at the top of their priority.
Lisa Su had to ensure Zen succeeds above all else because AMD's survival was at stake,
and so this limited the resources available for RTG.
Tough decisions were made and it's clear now that the partnership with Apple, Baidu and
others in the professional market was more important.
When you think about it, Intel's bribes over a decade ago still carry deep consequences
for AMD to this day, meanwhile it barely cost Intel anything in terms of fines.
I realize this is why some called Raja's move to Intel a betrayal, because he's joined the
enemy.
But times have changed, people have to move on from the past and find a solution for the
future.
Raja joined Intel for the same reason that Jim Keller had when he left AMD to work for
Tesla, two years before Zen was released to consumers.
The mission was done and it's time for a new challenge.
Raja had good working relationships with important leaders at Intel during their collaboration,
they recognized his talent and they want to grow markets where graphics & GPU accelerators
are priority.
Ofcourse a bigger paycheck and a huge R&D budget for his own division to lead is a big
draw card.
While there's so many interesting topics to discuss and I could go on and on, this video
is long enough.
I hope this one was insightful and as always, feel free to discuss anything related, whether
you agree or disagree, in the comments.
See you all next time!

My Corner is Moving? | Episode 6- Maggie Hale's Corner - Duration: 2:25.
Maggie: Hello to all of my wonderful viewers who follow this column!
This is Maggie Hale reporting to you directly from my childhood bedroom.
[Chuckles] It's funny 'cause this is actually the very first Maggie Hale's Corner
where, uh, Me, Myself, and I would pretend to film things.
Uh, y'know, pretend to report on like mundane things that were happening in my life.
And now, I thought I'd moved past that, but it seems that the most important news
that I could bring to you today, is about the future of this column
as it pertains to my mundane life.
[Intro Music Plays]
M: My parents are leaving my beloved Helstone,
with its lush green beauty, for…
The city of Milton.
And it seems that the Perry White to my Clark Kent believes it would be most beneficial
if I fleshed out my journalism skills by joining them in Milton for a while.
It has factories, and factories are an important reaping ground for National News coverage,
considering we have so few of them now!
I need to immerse myself in the life of a factory worker
and get the scoop on the big industrial bosses.
So, people say that there's a big divide between the rich and the poor, but in a factory
don't those two economic classes have to work together? Well, how does that work?
I need to answer these questions that the nation, and even the world, is asking.
I love this column, and don't worry, this isn't leading up to some big announcement
about how this is the end of Maggie's Corner!
I could never let the bright light of my life die like that, right,
and that's all thanks to you guys.
I just wanna announce that the episodes of Maggie Hale's Corner are gonna be
a little less regular than they have been in the past.
Because, y'know, I need to work on this assignment to please the boss.
So, let's not think of this as something sad, okay?
So, uh, how do my parents feel about me moving in with them? Well…
Kinda glad actually. [Laughs]
Uh, I also have some money saved up and my boss is giving me a stipend so that I can,
y'know, be alive, for the whole reporting bits.
[Chuckles] So, yeah, they don't mind having me along, and actually
I think my Mom would get kinda lonely being in a strange new city without me.
So, until next time, this is Maggie Hale signing off
with Maggie Hale's Corner from my childhood bedroom.
Next stop? Milton.

How to shoot a fashion editorial, STEP by STEP - Duration: 18:43.
GoPro start recording
GoPro start recording
Gopro don't upset me start recording
There you go
Yeah
Guys guess where I am. I am in Tokyo. At the trendiest and most fashionable area.
It is called Omotesando.
This is where all the top high brand stores are located at. We have DIOR. We have Chanel.
We have Louis Vuitton. Armany.
Prada. Talking about Prada.
Check this building out man. Isn't it the coolest building?
This is the Prada store in Tokyo. They have this amazing build. It is quite unique isn't it?Check out these lines
Looks like little bubbles. I just love this building!
Super cool. Isn't it? I love it
Anyway talking about Prada again. Guess what? A fashion editor of a magazine.
Called me to shoot a editorial for Prada!
By the way
This is a second video I am postong on this how to shoot fashion editorial playlist
Did you watch the first one? The link is below. You should have go and have a look because there are a few tips there.
Step by step. The process of shooting a fashion editorial. The first step is
the clothes
So we set up a meeting at a coffee shop somewhere. I went to meet the editor.
Expecting her to show me pictures of the clothes.
so I could have an idea of what kind of clothes they were. Coats. Skirts. Once I know the
Clothes look like then I can come out
with an idea for the shooting. But then what?
She had no picture of the clothes. We have no idea.
What kind of clothes we're going to shoot. The only thing that the editor knew is that Prada
Requested the model to be somebody famous
That is all we knew. She told me the name
of the model.
But honestly I have no idea who she was.
Seems like the clothes were going to be flown to Tokyo from somewhere. It would get here
Just like one or two days before the shooting.
So no idea how the clothes look like until actually we do the editorial.
Sex Pistols sing that song. Yeah! I love that song. Anyway, we were in big problem!
And how they hell I am going to come out with a story?
The Editor is sitting right across me.
Sipping a cup of coffee and I am like...mmm
Right let's go through a little brainstorming here. What do we have on the table?
All I know is the clothes are expensive and the model is famous. Let's portrait a woman who is rich!
and famous! Who is rich and famous? I suppose Madonna is reach and famous. Jennifer Lopes. Megan Fox and
Jessica Alba. What do they have in common?
Maybe they have bodyguards.
Maybe they always fly first class. Maybe they have their own private jet. Maybe they have their own helicopter
Maybe they have their own yacht! Open car. Maybe they have have pets. The paparazzis always after them. Ins't it? They like shopping
Then something stroke my mind! What if we make the story based on a celebrity
lifestyle
Yeah
All right. The girl gets somewhere
in her private jet. As she gets out of the jet the paparazzi are waiting for her.
As the paparazzi come to take her pictures the bodyguards come and boom!
Beat the hell out of the paparazzi.
and
There is a helicopter waiting for her at the tarmac.
She gets into the helicopter and fly somewhere. When she gets there the paparazzi are there again. The Bodyguardsagain
beat the hell out of the paparazzi!
There is a car waiting for her. She gets in the car.
Go somewhere. She goes to a hotel or somewhere. When she gets to the hotel the paparazzi are there again ! The bodyguards
Ping. Then I turned to editor. How did you like that?
I think it's a bit too much for our magazine. Can't we try to be a bit more
simple?
Then I go again.
Right
Okay, let's make it easy
She gets somewhere
In her helicopter. she has a lot of suitcases. her bodyguards are helping her
carrying the suitcases. She has a pet! Paris Hilton has a pet, right?
She has a pet. Then they go somewhere. Instead of the paparazzi. A TV crew is there waiting for her!
And then what? She goes somewhere to have a cup of tea. Macarons all these cookies. you know.
She is having tea, she's all full of blah blah blah
She's having tea here. the manicure
The Manicurist is taking care of her nails, right?
Then what? She goes for a drive. she goes for a drive in her open car. what if you have some
Colorful balloons on the the backseat? She steps out of the car
And takes a selfie! As far as I know every single celebrity out there has got an Instagram account right ? they of all full of selfies!
Then she goes back to the hotel.
Where she's staying. With all her shopping bags! She puts all these shopping bags on top of the bed
And call somebody
Bla bla bla. That could be a story! Couldn't it? I go to the editor and I say: how do you like that?
and she says
Now I am going to tell you how I did it.
Check out. how did I shoot these pictures! right guys this is the opening page of our Prada editorial.
I Got the props together here. I got the helicopter
Bodyguards. the suitcases. looks cool. Everyone wearing sunglasses. the guys looks sharp! yeah, let's go and kick some ass!
Where are the paparazzi dude? then what?
You can always ask a friend to borrow his helicopter and do something similar to this. right?
Anyway, if you saw the very first
video I posted it says that I like to shoot it with a
28-70 zoom. Slightly from below because I like to make the model look a bit taller.
You know that I like to have the opening page taking on landscape mode.
So the viewer can picture where the model is. it's pretty clear that she's getting out from somewhere and heading somewhere
The problem with this picture was the dog man. This dog. I was like oh my god
How come you have a black dog? I asked the editor please get
Anything but a black dog. Now you know why I don't want to have a black door in the picture.
Doesn't even look like a dog. it doesn't look like a bag. it doesn't like nothing. The reason why the girl was
Holding the dog was because this dog was all over the place. you can see in the video.
In the making of the video. I asked the editor.
Please get the dog from some kind of animal production. They have dogs that dance.
Sing. Speak. Give speeches to 1000 people. they have the
Best dogs! man trust me. They have super nice dogs, but then what I?
think the word that we're shooting with a dog came to
The manager of the model heard it. They told the model. The model insisted to have her dog along
In the picture. As she is famous nobody said no!
And then I was surprised to get the location day, to get the shooting day, and see a black dog
there. Oh well!
if you do happen to shoot
an Editorial with a dog, make sure if it is a black dog
Make sure you shoot on the beach somewhere, so there is a contrast between the black of the dog and the white sand of the beach.
But in this case here. We have too many
Lines. Too many details. The dog is lost. I don't even see a dog here! it was a bad idea!
But anyway, it was done, then let's go to the next picture
Boom next shot. She heading to have a interview
Done with the TV crew who's waiting for her somewhere there! I really liked this shot. check this out. she's very dark suit
right in between two guys
wearing light
Color suit. The contrast between light and dark makes her stand out even more. doesn't it?
the Prada Bag. the orange of it against her dark suit is
Just to cool!
The Prada Bag is smiling to the camera. the crew they even managed to get this really nice
TV camera. yeah cool!!... this looks fantastic
and then.
For this picture we're shooting like in this
Place in hotel. surrounded by walls.
The only source of light I had was from above and wasn't good enough. so I had to have
Something like a reflector from below to easy the light below her chin.
But the reflector wasn't strong enough, so I had to fill it up with a flash
With the flash I'm using a soft box!
With a just bit of power. just to not to have this part of her face here not too dark.
Same lighting I am using for this cut as well. because as I said, the light is coming from above. so
Her face wasn't looking good with the kind of lighting there
So I easy it up with a soft box on the left-hand side. the light is coming here towards her face.
And the just a little bit stronger than the natural light
say just a half stop. not even more than that. just too easy a little bit like
the lines here. if the light comes from above and you don't have a
Reflector or bouncer down here. It's not gonna look good, so
The reflecting bouncer wouldn't be strong enough anyway, so that's why I used
the soft box, right?
And
we had all these macarons.
Things that make you go hhhmmm!
I ate them all!! there wasn't one single left to tell a story, man. They all gone!
Yum-yum-yum-yum just like that all gone. let's go to the next shot!
When we took this picture was really windy and cold. her hair was all over the place. the balloons were flying all over the place
It was a nightmare. and then the car is parked at this entrance of the hotel
So there is buses and taxis and cars.
Coming in and out so I had to stop the shooting quite a few times so the cars could go through.
it was a difficult shot just because I was doing too wind, but the model did great. She looks so natural there!
I was in love with her. she was just perfect. and this open car there and the colorful balloons, is so hard to find
like a
western looking
buildings in Tokyo. this one actually is a hotel. this yellow building here.
we are on the other side of the road. another hotel as well. and they're very close to the heliport where we shot the
Helicopter picture. I'm happy to have all these locations close together because we didn't have much time
To do the shooting. the girl is a well-known actress or something like that. so she had another things to do during her day.
so this picture had to be taking kind of quick and fast!. glad to have the locations close to each other.
then we came upstairs.
To this room here. laid the bags on the top of the bed.
I've only one source only of lighting here. There is a flash.
with the softbox and a grid.
Pointed towards the bed. lighting up the middle here. you see that the middle is much brighter than the corners
the lights is not floating all over the place so it's like only here.
And spreading the bags on a way that they going to look good in a double page. so
the line between the right and left page goes right through here somewhere.
So it's not going to be on the top of the bag. the middle line. Yeah, between left and right page.
And very easy shot to do. she gets on the phone. I like, when I'm taking pictures,
I like to talk to the models. so I'm talking here to her. Hey, how are you doing?
I'm not going to send you any money, right?so you have to pay for these bags yourself baby! she was laughing laughing
and it was kind of cool. right guys now you can go through the making of video and
See how the vibe was. you can see that it was pretty
cold and windy and
but the
Attitude we had that day was pretty nice and warm!
everyone Did a great job, and I'm very glad that the model herself
Also was very easy to work with. we had a great day. All right take a look at the video three two one pow

O poder dos abraços! - Duration: 3:27.
Skin is our largest organ and one of the most important.
It has several functions and among them the sensorial ones.
Our skin has an extensive network of nerves that allow us to perceive pain,
pressure, heat, cold and touch.
The latter can be given in various ways, among them, through a hug.
We can hug someone as a form of greeting, to
show our affection and friendship or even as form of comfort.
And this is a gesture that does not even need to be expressed in words because
we know what it means and we know above all that huging makes us feel good.
But what are the benefits of hugs?
First of all, it helps us with our well-being and mental health,
since hugs convey us a sense of security and protection
as well as of tranquility and comfort,
from our childhood and, particularly in difficult times,
especially when we embrace meaningful people to ourselves.
Those hugs that we receive through life, in those important moments
help us with our self-confidence and our self-esteem,
in addition to helping us to reduce stress.
Hugs also give us energy and strength and help to create
empathy and greater understanding and complicity with others.
In relationships, hugs are fundamental,
not only in romantic relationships, but in all relationships, because
they help to a greater connection and strengthening of them.
But he benefits of hugs do not stop here,
since research has shown that touch, especially
hugs, also do good to our physical health.
Hugs have been associated with the production of a hormone, oxytocin.
Among other things oxytocin helps us in the production of nitric oxide,
which dilates our arteries, helping them to remain flexible
as well as lowering blood pressure.
Therefore, hugging ultimately helps us
lower the risk of heart disease.
Oxytocin also seems to be associated with
bonding with other people, from childhood,
helping us to create feelings of trust and support for one another.
Oxytocin is also often associated with
a faster healing of our physical wounds.
Another hormone, cortisol, is also strongly associated
with touch and hugs, but in the sense of decreasing it.
That is, cortisol is produced when we are facing stressful situations.
As we saw earlier, when we hug someone we produce oxytocin
and when we release it into our bodies, cortisol levels are reduced.
Therefore, stress is diminished, which will help us to be
calmer during a situation that makes us nervous.
For example the presentation of a project at school or at work.
Reducing stress levels combined with a strong sense of emotional support
also seems to help us with our
immune system, contributing to our health.
Although further research on this subject is needed.
It is undeniable that hugs are very important for our health and well-being
and not only when we feel sad, stressed or tired,
but also when we are happy and feel good with life.
Therefore we should cultivate even more the idea that we should often hug
all those people we care and thaty make our lives better.
If you dont practice it.How about starting today?

here and have a look at this, we've got toffee, saltine crackers,
chocolate, hazelnuts on the top and I can really see why this has been trending
because it's absolutely delicious. There's a combination of Dime bar toffee
chocolate I mean everything is good about this. Now there is a cracker here
in Australia, it's a saltine cracker called Salada, when I went to my local
store it was completely out of stock, so I guess everybody is buying them. I had
to shop around to get a box, they are a saltine cracker you can probably get a
similar sort of thing in every country in the world. Come on join me, let's get
on and make this chocolate toffee nut cracker and come up with a better name
for it for me, let's go. A quick scoot through the ingredients,
we've got our saltine crackers of course, one cup of salted butter, a packed cup of
soft brown sugar, I've also got a cup of nuts here, I'm using hazelnuts you could
use any nuts that you like, we're going to be using a little bit of vanilla and
a little bit of salt and of course about half a pound or call it 250 grams of
your favorite chocolate. Now pop your butter and your compacted brown sugar
into a saucepan, now we're just going to melt the butter and the sugar in the pan.
Now when that comes to a boil like that we're going to let this simmer for about
three to four minutes just to let the sugars caramelize, just keep an eye on it
make sure it doesn't boil over. Now whilst that simmers, I've got a baking
tray here I've just lined it with a little bit of baking paper and we're
just going to take our Salada crackers and luckily for me they pretty much fit
perfectly. Now this tray is about ten inches by 18
if you've got a slightly different tray you can always break up the crackers to
fit, back over at the stove you can see the caramel has started to form. Now it's
been just over three minutes so I'm going to turn the heat off now, I'm going
to add in a little pinch of salt and about half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Just give that a little mix through, Now I'm going to take that beautiful
toffee and I'm going to pour it over the top of my salada's, we've got to do this
while it's nice and hot. Now I have preheated the oven to 175 degrees Celsius
thats 350 Fahrenheit, I'm just going to push the caramel over the corners. We'll pop the
whole tray now into the oven for about 15 minutes to let the toffee start to
set, whilst I've got that oven on I'm also going to take my hazelnuts, I'm going to
pop them onto another tray and I'm just going to roast those and get a nice nutty
Brown to them. Now keep an eye on the toffee while it's in the oven, I've just
had a little peek we're about 13 minutes now and I think it's probably done
enough you don't want it to go too black. The hazelnuts as well are looking
beautiful and toasted. When I bring that out you can see it's been about 14
minutes now, we've got this beautiful bubbling going on on top, straightaway
we're going to take our blocks of chocolate and I'm just going to evenly
pop them over the top of our caramel. Now be patient we're just gonna let the heat
of the caramel melt our chocolate down and then I'll use a crank handle spatula
just to level it over, it'll take two or three minutes at the most. In the
meantime I'm going to take the hazelnuts out and let them cool down as well. Now
you can see after just a minute or so the chocolate has started to melt, so
what I'm going to do I'm just going to use a crank handled spatula to coat all
the toffee over with some beautiful chocolate. Now I could use these whole
hazelnuts and it's a shame in a way to break them up but I am going to break them,
just pop them onto my chopping board and then I'm just going to use a knife to
cut these up, I don't want the hazelnut pieces to be too small I want them to be
fairly coarse. Now the smell coming off of these hazelnuts, if you ever had a
chocolate bar in Germany called Hanuta that's what I'm getting at the moment
from that smell. Now if you like salted caramel or salted chocolate take some
lovely flaked salt and we're just going to sprinkle it
over the top of our chocolate while it's still soft and then we're going to take
our hazelnuts and then we're just going to sprinkle them over the top of the
chocolate. Now you have to be patient and let this completely cool down, you could
pop it in the fridge to speed it up and come back and join me in a second. It's
set up nice and firm, are you ready to get it out, have you come up with a name
for it yet? Now I left these little extra bits here oh look at that, out in one
piece, how beautiful is that. Now it's not a toffee cracker for no reason I've got
my little cleaver here and I think we'll just break this up, how beautiful is that.
So chocolate toffee nut cracker it is. Here goes I'm going to give this a try, I
want to hear your comments, I want some photographs so get them across on social
media - @StevesKitchen come on I'm absolutely dying to taste this. Oh well I
can tell why this is so popular, this is absolutely delicious do you like Daim
bars it's got that Daim bar, it's got that nut in there, you have to try it, let
me know what you think and we will see you for another episode of Steve's
kitchen very shortly, take care

On our joyful earth
everyone must fight against evil.
This is the idea
the essence of this ballad is about a desk.
It will enroll before your eyes
in colored film frames.
I'll read it to you with an actor,
known to you since a long time*. * Igor Ilyinsky
I have the honor to introduce him myself.
This is the hero of the ballad.
This hero lived quietly,
worked somewhere,
and was modest in all respects.
Although his soul was quite secretive.
Valuing the dignity of the hero, he was forgiven for this sin.
He worked as well as anyone.
In his speeches he did not disturb
people, neither small nor big.
He was efficient, helpful, quiet.
And in a short period, his service zeal,
and exemplary behavior
captivated his superiors.
So now a reward is given to him.
[Assignment]
Here begins our ballad.
There was a desk placed in the office on a prominent spot in the room.
There wasn't anything special
about the office item.
Usually on an ordinary floor just a common desk is planted
Having received his assignment,
the hero of the ballad
began work in his new office.
He was amiable, easy going and caring
as well as very polite in his conversation.
I want to work well together with everyone.
I'll arrange matters. Make them happen. I'll solve matters.
Call on me at any time.
Just come in - I beg you!
I will solved questions myself.
I'll research it.
I'll fix it.
Clever and agile,
he went around his office,
he checked out the furniture
and quietly sat down at his desk.
He immediately changed on the spot.
Look, here's what happened
he manifested all his fervor and intelligence,
his zeal, his scope.
[Chief]
[Do not enter without being called in!]
Grumbling, he leaned his forehead
towards his papers and requests.
Compared to him at his desk,
all people became small.
The comrade became both rude and angry,
as soon as he sat down at this desk.
Application. Send urgently. - Refusal.
I will not give permission.
I will not intervene to resolve this issue.
11 references must be sent.
Immediately send to the archive,
to get pidgeon-holed and put in the waste-basket.
The paper rustles, [Urgent request]
and the work comes to a standstill
[Urgent request]
[Do not enter without being called in!]
Sergey Kuzmich!
What an honor, that you call me yourself!
And this is true, without flattery.
After all, I'm a pigmy compared to you.
Your call I reckon, if I am in order.
I owe you too much.
To work at such a post...
This post is not frightening for me,
Thanks to your support,
I seem to grow by leaps and bounds.
Your intrusion hinders the work.
Jezus, what an energetic, self-confident petitioner.
Is the work worth it? Wait...never mind...
Come and visit me in a month or two.
I will not give permission, I will not intervene to resolve this issue.
The question is to be postponed till the spring.
Immediately to the archive, under the carpet and in the waste-basket.
The papers rustle,
but the work is worth it.
He is glued to his armchair and was strict.
Nothing can penetrate him.
Because the voices of other people's anxieties
do not disturb him at all.
Like by a stone wall,
everything was shielded from his lofty desk.
[Chief]
Do not enter, without being called
No, I can not pay attention to you.
I'm busy.
I'm in the middle of
a meeting.
No, I do not need such control!
I'll dismiss it, I will not set in motion, I will forbid it, I will not allow it.
[Decree. I will not allow it.]
Decree. Rebuke!
Decree. To be layed off.
But then a thunder sounded above him.
And you can easily guess,
for what he got thrown out
from his study, and his desk.
But now he's kicked off from his desk.
Just look, he is like he was before.
His face friendly, his words gentle.
once more he became common and very polite.
He was so full of a smile,
though once again plant him behind a desk...
I read you the entire story.
No, not at all.
I heard the opinion,
that, they say, the desk is guilty of everything
and one needs this kind of position in an institution.
Oh, no, it's not teh job-type!
Not the desk, but people are to blame,
that at another honest table
sometimes bureaucrats get seated.
How to fight back such a disaster?
"What is the conclusion?" - The conclusion I have:
Do not admit them to a position
and chase them away from their desks.

Teen With Cancer Too Sick To Go To Dance.
What Friends Do Instead Leaves Him In Tears
For most high school students, senior year is the most anticipated year of their high
school careers.
Senior year signifies homecoming, prom, graduation, college applications, college acceptances,
and freedom!
Each event and opportunity carries the potential to add to the "Best Years of My Life"
mantra that you'll probably repeat to yourself during those stressful college nights.
As exciting as all of those things are, none of them would be the same without a few friends
to celebrate and enjoy them with, and Hilliard Davidson High School senior Blake Mount officially
has the best friends for the job.
Blake, 17, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a rare and high-risk cancer which
caused him to have to spend his high school homecoming night in the hospital.
He was disappointed to miss the memorable night out with his friends.
Knowing this, Blake's friend Caitlin O'Connor, along with hospital staff, Blake's family,
and their friends, put together an unexpected event for Blake right there at the hospital,
giving him a homecoming party that he will never forget.
In a video from the special night we see Caitlin and some other friends surprise Blake in his
hospital room, everyone dressed up and ready to have fun.
Caitlin gave Blake a note that read, "I'm no Kekoa Crawford (referencing one of Blake's
favorite football players), but I'd like to score a date with you to HOCO."
The group of friends even brought him an outfit to change into!
They decorated a room in the hospital with streamers and signs and created a dance floor,
played music, and spent the night together, all to make sure Blake didn't miss out on
a night he could never get back.
"We danced.
And it was just like a real homecoming, except we were in a hospital and not in a gym,"
Caitlin expressed.
What Blake is going through is unfortunate, but it does warm my heart to see that he has
a great family, loving friends, and an awesome hospital staff who all want to make sure he
enjoys the remainder of his high school months as much as possible.
Blake is scheduled to spend at least four months in the hospital undergoing chemotherapy
and bone-marrow transplants.
A GoFundMe page has been set up in his honor to help with his medical bills.
