of this workout routine using a chair as implement. We will work on the upper portion of the body.

James Vick and Justin Gaethje Twitter Beef; Conor Mcgregor's Public Apology To Referee - Duration: 2:58.

Things are starting to heat up between Justin Gaethje and 6'3" giant lightweight James

"The texecutioner" Vick on twitter.

Apparently, Vick was interviewed on the 30th of October by bloody elbow just before his

fight with Joseph Duffy.

Duffy just in case you forgot is the 2nd to last person to beat conor mcgregor in MMA.

Vick stopped Duffy via TKO which is a pretty big deal given the fact that this was Duffy's

first TKO loss in his career.

Before the fight took place James was already voicing his complaints about how all ranked

fighters were dodging his tweets.

Here's his ufc 217 post fight speech.

James Vick: " I'm 8-1 in the UFC you guys that is one of the best records in the entire

organization.

These guys don't wanna fight me.

How many 8-1 guys in the UFC are not ranked?

His main gripe is that he's 8-1 with 3 consecutive finishes and hasn't even been ranked yet.

The UFC seems to potentially be headed in that direction as I just checked and noticed

that there seems to be some debate as to where he will be ranked as you can see the NR symbol

here which stands for "not previously ranked".

James Did provide a solid example of how some fighters have jumped the rankings.

Kevin Lee was referenced as one those fighters.

Vick stated: "Kevin Lee beats one Top 10 guy and gets a title shot and he has more

losses than I have in the UFC."

So, James does have a pretty valid point here.

After the Duffy victory one fighter finally took notice and that was Justin Gaethje.

Immediately after Vicks victory over Duffy at UFC 217 Justin tweeted "now this guys

is going to say all the top ranked guys are scared of him."

Justin continued and said that Vick and Dustin poirer should fight for the most mistreated

fighter in the ufc.

And vick responded with, "You won 1 fight in the UFC and beat a bunch of tomato cans

outside of it.

Imma beat the brakes off you when we fight you little b**tch!

Justin sarcastically responded saying you're so underrated.

A fan then reminded Vick of how Justin foretold what he would say on the mic to which vick

responded with "yeah he's a regular f**cking Nostradamus considering I've been calling

him and most of the other top guys out for months now."

But it was pretty apparent it was either sarcasm or it was forced and he put his excuses in

the middle of his apology which Dan Hardy quickly honed in on and called it a sh*t sandwich.

you can design your own images on your mobile device.

allows you to create beautiful graphics without any design experience or needing

to learn complicated software like Photoshop let me show you how to install

canva on your mobile device and how to design using the canva app to install

canva on your phone if you're on an iPhone go to the App Store if you're on

Android go to the Google Play Store search for can bar and then click on

canvas ohto editor to install this to your device once canva has installed you

can click open you will also see the canva icon appear on your device as well

so we'll go ahead and click on that now this will open up the canva app and you

can log in using your Canva account if you haven't got an account yet you

can sign up as a new user so go ahead and enter your credentials to log into

your camera account once you've signed into canva on mobile you'll see in your

designs these are the same designs that you have saved on your desktop version

and you can access them in York and Vermont version 2 so if you needed to

edit an image on the go you could do this from the camera app if you scroll

across the top you'll see little icons for Instagram Facebook Facebook Cover

and a whole bunch of other components and these are all pre sized by canva

with templates for you so if I clicked on Instagram I can see

all of the different Instagram templates that have already been precised for me

if I click on a design once again there's free versions and paid versions

I'm going to click on a free version I can start editing the design I can tap

on the text section here if I double tap on that then I can change the text I can

also change the color of the text and I can also change the image so I can

choose images from my camera roll or I can choose images from canvas library so

I'm going to scroll and I'm going to select an image there you can also

choose images by searching for them in the search bar here and this will bring

up all of the images in canvas library that you can use associated with the

keyword that you've typed in you can also play with the filters on the images

just like you would on Instagram or Facebook as well if you click on the

plus button in the bottom right hand corner this allows you to add extra text

extra graphics or to change the templates if I click on the text button

you'll see the text templates that canva have the same as you would get on the

desktop version so I'm going to add some there I can resize by dragging in I can

change the color of it really easily simply tapping on it if I click on that

plus button again I can add other elements scrolling through the section

here or I can search for the elements let's say I wanted to add something or

some kind of heart then I can add that there once again resizing by dragging it

with my fingers and pinching it and just moving it to wherever I wanted to move

it now once I'm happy with the design I click

Share and canva will start to save the image for me I have the option of saving

the image to my camera roll or I can share it directly via my iPhone to

different apps then I click done so let's say

wanted to upload this image to Facebook I would click on the Facebook app I

would click on photo and it would bring up my camera roll and there's the image

there that I just created with canva I could done and it uploads it straight

into whichever social media app that I want to use so that's really cool you

can create images and upload it straight to social media from your mobile device

using canvas app if I go back to the canva app and I click across the top

section you'll see that the templates will open up for each of these different

elements whether I'm looking to create a logo or a flyer or a photo collage there

are so many different templates already set up for you so all you need to do is

go in click on a design that you like change out the image change the text

change the color save it and you're good to go

it makes designing really easy because you can design from anywhere as long as

you have an internet connection and the camera app canva have more designs

coming very soon but essentially there are so many templates here that there's

definitely enough to get you started so there you have it a step by step

walkthrough showing you how to install the canva app and how to use the canva

Liberal Retail Giant Just Got A Brutal Surprise Thanks To Bathroom Scandal Aftermath - Duration: 4:01.

I remember when I was shopping in a Walmart not long ago and overheard a woman on her

cellphone complaining to the other person that she had no choice but to shop there because

there's was no Target in the area.

She went on and on about how she hated Walmart and was sickened by the people who shopped

there as well.

Needless to say, this was a refrain I've often heard from people who regarded the retail

giant as a problem.

They regard Walmart as a bad guy (even though they won't say it outright) mainly because

they won't allow the unions to infect its inner workings.

Leftists often say things, but rarely state why.

It's a basic problem with their wiring.

They are so used to spewing lies and deceitful stories, and can't state the truth, or else

their entire argument falls apart at the seams.

Little known to many, however, is that Target is pretty much a mirror image of Walmart…just

not as successful.

Granted, they are polished.

But can they give back to the community the way that Walmart does?

Of course, the answer is "no."

That said, Target has other problems as well.

If you recall, their gender-confused bathroom controversy really damaged their reputation

to the point of almost no recovery.

Now, they will be closing 12 stores by February!

Conservative Tribune:

Last year, retail giant Target angered conservatives with its transgender bathroom policy.

Customers boycotted the company and, as one would expect, sales plummeted and stock prices

dropped.

The retailer hoped to curb some of that frustration by adding a private, single-stall bathroom

to every one of its facilities.

But it would appear that gesture was too little, too late.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that the retailer will be closing a dozen under-performing

stores nationwide.

The chain said the closings were part of a process to refine its stores and focus on

smaller-format stores.

The stores being closed are in Lauderhill, Florida; Macon, Georgia; Harper Woods, Michigan;

Benton Harbor, Michigan; Fergus Falls, Minnesota; Hastings, Minnesota; Hutchinson, Kansas; Slidell,

Louisiana; Matteson, Illinois; Romeoville, Illinois; Baltimore, Maryland; and San Antonio,

Texas.

The stores are set to shutter after the holidays on Feb. 3.

"We have a rigorous process in place to evaluate the performance of every store on

an annual basis, closing or relocating underperforming locations as needed," a spokeswoman for

the retailer told CNBC.

She added that a store is generally closed as a result of several years of decreasing

profitability.

While we cannot know with certainty that these closings are the direct result of the retailer's

politically correct stances, we can be fairly certain that those moves did nothing to secure

customer faith in the company, and it's easy for customers to take their business

elsewhere.

That's exactly what conservative shoppers did when they felt Target did not take their

concerns seriously.

Most interestingly about these closings is that the company spokesperson was trying to

make it sound like these were based around profitability.

If you take a look at the locations where the closings are taking place, you'll note

that each and every one of them is located in a far-Left city where the overwhelming

majority of voters opted to pull the lever for Hillary Rodham-Clinton.

With that in mind, is it possible that the reasons for this perceived contradiction of

results, that a Target is closing in a far-Left location, is that the consumer base is not

willing to pay higher prices for merchandise that is of lower quality?

Perhaps, these same people who really hate Walmart are actually shopping there.
