Group Ex Classes: "You Can Exercise, Meet People, and Really be Yourself." - Duration: 4:01.

<singing> Once so vibrant, fresh and new.

Now weathered and seasoned, me and you.

Fresh in waves. <singing>

When I moved from Whidbey Island to Everett, it was actually scary to be in a new location

and not know anyone.

And when I went to the Y, that really found a place where they are open to me and this

is a safe place.

To exercise, to meet people, and really to be yourself.

<singing> Sometimes I feel that life ain't fair. <singing>

And really that's what's really changed my life here in Everett and made me feel like

Everett is my home and the YMCA is also my home.

Hi there. Welcome in!

Good to see you.

Good to see you too!

Here you go.

Have a good workout!

The first thing I do is say hi to the staff, pick

up my towels, and there's a group of my friends there in the lobby socializing, and I love

to stop and talk with them and catch up on our day.

It really makes you look forward to getting there and preparing for your workout.

Group Exercise class at the Y is awesome!

I can't wait to go every single day.

Circuit Training, that has been my staple class.

We really do a lot of different body exercises, from pushups to burpees.

It gets your heart working every day.

Let's go, let's go, let's go!

Gael is the leader of all the group instructors.

She really looks out for us.

She always says if you don't believe you can do it, I'll believe in you until you believe

you can do it yourself.

And what I've loved about Chris is he's managed to move from one class and kind of

mold into another.

And what I love best about doing that is the community that we've built and the friendships

that developed that wouldn't have happened outside of the Y walls.

<singing> An evening and sunrise, just to pass the time. <singing>

Also do other things away from the Y, like Chris is a musician, so I love music and I

go and watch Chris play.

And for me, that's my philosophy: every member should be connected to another and then outside

the Y the community continues to build.

We have another great group of people at the Y I met through the Circuit Training class,

and we've decided to join the annual campaign to raise funds for all the many programs at

the YMCA.

We've had four years of annual campaign fundraising events.

Two were karaoke events and last year we did a barbecue and golf range.

And through our events we've raised well over $3,000 for the past three years for each event.

<singing> It's a place for community a whole lot of heart.

If we all get together.<singing>

The YMCA is the perfect venue.

It's a safe environment that just reflects the community's diversity and we just have

a great group of friends that we look forward to seeing every week and we just have a good

time together.

<singing> Need this spirit.

Need some light.

We need some warmth and a smile so bright.

Need some respect.<singing>

How to avoid Fake News - Duration: 2:32.

Hi entrepreneurs! With Donald Trump Taking over

the presidency of the USA, there's a term that has been

popularized a lot lately. Racist? Sexist? Scammer? Useless?

No! I'm talking about the Fake News, which with help of

social networks like facebook have won a lot of popularity

due the change of game that social networks represents to communication

Before that, you've got to have a career and years of experience to

have access to the media and broadcast a message

Nowadays you just need a message and access to a social network and

a camera. Which it has its good and bad points.

the good thing is there's no kind of institution that controls

the message, which it makes it more authentic and objective, and it just

depends on who transmits it. The bad point is precisely that lack of control

makes it hard to control if it is a

fake news or not. That's why one of the most important

points to avoid them is to contrast the sources

do research and go further. Never trust a headline or an image.

look for other sources of information to avoid falling on that trap, on which I've

fallen before. Do not trust on which you think you know, and

accept your ignorance. Try to be objetive and have an open mind.

And last, the most dificult of them all, try to debate with

those who do not have the same opinion as you. Debating enriches us and allows us

to understand another point o view. Always, always with

respect to each other. And that's all for today folks!

If you have any questions, dobts or suggestions you can write it on the comment section below

or write an emal. I'm Adrià Muñoz, and this is the

Entrepreneur's Vlog.

Joaquim Oliveira: "Las ciudades están a la vanguardia en la lucha contra el cambio climático" - Duration: 2:51.

Cities are in the forefront of this climate change impacts because the

settlements of population, most of these settlements are in coastal areas or are

in determined in the past by history through easy access to water

resources. So, either we are in the in the scenario

of too much water to floods, or increase in the in the level of oceans or

in the case of not enough water through with the issues of droughts, you know. The

cities will be in the forefront. Now, the cities can do a lot of

things, and because a lot of this combination of different policies

together to address the problems actually need to be done at the city

level, but if there is no sort of a context, an environment provided by

regional, by central governments, even by super national governments like

we have in Europe we cannot address fully the problem. For example, it's

very difficult for a city to compensate for the fact that we don't have a price

on carbon emissions. Price on carbon emissions is the most obvious economic

instrument to induce every economic agent to tackle, incorporate

into our eyes in some sense this problem of climate change, which we don't have

this parameter in place is very difficult for a city to compensate for

the lack of this of this instrument. The fame, when you talk for example

about investment, a lot of the investment in cities is conditioned by the

transfers of revenues coming from central governments because of course

you know as the country level there is this redistribution of fiscal resources

across the different regions and and cities. It's it's also difficult

sometimes to undertake these investments at the city level because regional

governments, local governments are constrained to borrow money by, in some

sense, contracts or laws that are decided by the central government, right?

And when you have a problem in terms of your local finance is the most easy

thing to adjust is your investment, and most of the public investment in

particular in the water is done by these sub-national governments it's not done

by national governments.

DIY Christmas Teacher Gift Ideas - Duration: 7:54.

Hey guys! Shawn here. Welcome to prayerlights. If you are new this channel is all

about Christian mommy vlogs to help you raise a Jesus loving child. In today's

video are three ideas for some teacher Christmas gifts. The holiday is

approaching and we are all getting our teacher gifts together. If you hear the

flowers in the background it's because the yard people have chosen this moment

to blow the leaves in our yard. I also wanted to say thank you to Clueless Mama

D for this great video collar idea. I have collabed with a bunch of other

you tubers, Christian mommy youtubers so there's a playlist of some awesome

teacher gift ideas that you should definitely check out. That playlist I

will link in the description box down below as well as clueless mama D's

YouTube channel so make sure to check those out. Well let's get into this video.

Today's tutorial is going to be on the pencil bouquet, the fancy paper clips,

and the hair ties as Christmas gifts for teachers.

Pencil bouquet. So what you are going to need to do this teacher gift is a whole

bunch of pencils and I bought the Ticonderoga ones, I think that's how you

say it, because teachers seem to like those, and some ribbon or string, and a

bucket or some sort of container. what you're going to do is open up your ribbon

and I chose this cute little gingham pattern that is kind of a grayish brown

color and you're going to want to cut it a length that you can tie around the bucket.

Then you're just going to get your pencils, and I found that this was the

difficult part. Getting your pencils and tying the ribbon around the pencils

and the more pencils you have the harder it is because of course they do not want

to cooperate. As you can see right here I am having some difficulty getting them

to stick but once you do they're super cute and they look like a little bouquet

of flowers or in this case a bouquet of pencils. Here's my little bow. I'm tying

it and trying to get all even. I am the worst at bows. Then you just stick it in

your little bucket or any sort of cute container and there you go. I would also

add in a gift card to like staples or office depot or some kind of school

supply store so that your teacher can have that to go along just in case they want

to get some school supplies. So here is the pencil bouquet. Fancy paper clips.

What you will need for your fancy paper clips are some kind of a piece of

cardboard, I'm using a cardboard tag that I have hand stamped on there. You're

going to need a stamp. And you're going to need some paper clips and your glue gun.

You're just going to put the glue on the end of the paper clips and then you're

going to add, I added some cute little stone beads that I had, to the end of the paper

clip in different sizes and colors. You can also use buttons or rocks or really

anything that's unique and use your glue gun on there. If you'll notice as we keep

watching I had a little trouble with the glue. You want to keep holding

the paperclip up because as soon as you set it down on the paper plate it's going

to stick to the paper plate. Then you'll have to redo your paper clip. This is

me trying to hold all of the paper clips in my hand as I glue stuff on. Who

wants boring paper clips anyway? I like those cute little fancy

paper clips that they have at like Hobby Lobby or Michaels and so this is a just

a cute little way that you can make your own and I think teachers appreciate you

know having a handmade gift. You could also have your your child, you

know if your child is old enough to help you with this as well. Of course you want

to be careful with a hot glue gun but you know an older child could help with

that and a younger child could stamp the card.

It's pre stamped here because I had to re-film this video for you because of

some noise in the background so I'd already pre stamped the tag there but

you know you would again I would include with this I would include a gift card to

like Office Depot or staples or some place that sells you know your

local teacher supply stuff for your teacher to have a gift card. I think a

gift card is important even if it's just a five buck gift card. Just kind of goes

that extra step along with your gift. Here is the finished product. You just

put your paper clips on the side of the tag and you have something really cute.

You could also add a ribbon to the top of the tag and again a gift card. Elastic

hair ties. These are some of my favorite things to make and to give away. What

you'll need to get is your stamp and stamp pad that says homemade gifts, made

with love , or whatever. You're going to need some elastic, two-side elastic. I'll put

that down in the description box down below. You're going to need some kind of

a ruler or measuring stick and then some scissors, a lighter and that's about it.

Here I've stamped, again I had to record this a second time because

it's so annoying in the background. So I pre-stamped. You're going to want to use

some thicker cardboard. This is just a piece of cardboard that I had. And then

you're going to measure your elastic out to nine inches and then you're gonna cut

your elastic into nine inch strips. And you can see here that I've already

started. I've already tied all of the elastics.

Again I had done it on film and then there was a lot of background noise I

had a refill. Then just make a simple little tie with your finger and

then you take your ends in your hands. They are going to be frayed from cutting them.

You want to seal them. So you just take the lighter and just lightly, you don't

want to touch the flame to the elastic but you want to just get it close to it.

And it melts the elastic so that it won't fray. If you make these

for yourself later on and you're using them and they start to fray again then

you can always just reseal them with a lighter. But you just want to slide your

elastics over your piece of cardboard and if you have a thin piece of

cardboard then it's going to bend in the middle that's why I suggest using a

thicker piece of cardboard. Then I've alternated colors here just because I

think it looks cute and I think four is a good number and they work out to be

about 70 cents a piece when you do a whole bunch of them. You can get the

elastic on Amazon. I'll post a link again down in the description box. And there you

go. The elastic comes in a lot of colors. I think it's just fun. Thanks so much

other teacher Christmas gift ideas that other Christian mommy youtubers are

am sure whatever you decide to give your teachers they will be more than thankful

to receive gifts. I will see you in my next video. Thanks for watching guys.

What, what are you telling me? To get away from this warm place???

HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN MEAL PREP / WHAT I EAT IN A DAY #86 | Mary's Test Kitchen - Duration: 16:14.

Hello friends, and not yet friends!

Welcome back to another What I Ate Wednesday, the show where I share all my tasty vegan

eats in a day.

And friends, this was the best food day in a long time thanks to high-protein make ahead

recipes brought to you by Thrive Market who I am super happy to be partnering with again!

If you watched my last video with them, you'll know I love them because they're good people

doing good things.

But you'll love them because Thrive Market is the best online store to get your vegan

goodies and health food products 'cause they cut out the middle man.

And that way, members get them premium products for 25 - 50% less than regular retail AND

they ship straight to your door.

So check em out.

We've got a linky below for up to $60 in free groceries, free shipping and a 30 day free

trial membership.

US only though so sorry my fellow non-American residents.

For the rest of us, let's drown our sorrows in decadent almond mocha doughnuts for breakfast.

They look and taste really rich and indulgent with that chocolately mocha glaze but actually,

they're full of protein and free of refined sugar and fats; gluten-free optional.

Start in a good sized bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

I'm using regular all purpose flour but you can use an all-purpose gluten-free mix if

you like.

For extra protein, I'm adding a scoop of chocolate protein powder.

Then two tablespoons of cocoa.

And instant espresso powder.

Baking powder will help these rise.

As well as baking soda which will react with the coffee.

Whisk that together so everything is very well combined and we'll go on to the wet ingredients.

In a blender, combine warm water along with soft pitted dates which will sweeten the doughnuts

and add a bit of fiber without using refined sugar.

Then Thrive Market creamy almond butter.

It's the good stuff, made with just roasted almonds.

Then a bit of vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.

Blend that until all the dates have broken down and it's as smooth as you have patience

for.

Then add the wet to the dry and fold together gently.

I really recommend using a spatula so you can fold the ingredients together easily,

getting every bit from the sides of the bowl so it all comes together without wet streaks

or clumps of dry flour and without over mixing.

If you are using gluten-free flour, you don't have to be so gentle, but if you're using

flour WITH gluten like I am, just remember less is more when it comes to that mixing

action.

EVen though this doughnut pan is nonstick, I still like to lightly grease it so the doughnuts

will come out perfectly.

I've put the batter in a plastic bag and snipped off the end so I can pipe it in neatly.

This batter is way to thick to spoon it in easily.

Then bake in your hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, let's make the frosting.

Blend some more dates with hot water until it's as smooth as you have patience for.

The smoother the better but I wasn't so patient.

Then mix in all the other ingredients: Thrive Market's own creamy almond butter, vanilla

extract, cocoa powder and instant espresso powder.

And mix that until it's smooth.

You may be asking, "Why didn't you blend everything together in the first place, Mary?"

The answer is...I got no good answer.

When you're making this, do yourself a favour and put everything in the blender.

After the doughnuts are done, let them cool down!

You'll be exercising your willpower muscles because they will smell so amazing!

Once they are cool, dip them one by one.

There's plenty of frosting so dunk them well.

I'm laying them on a parchment lined freezer safe dish because I have no willpower and

will eat them straight away if I don't freeze them immediately.

But I'll eat one now, just so you can see that fudgey cakey interior.

The things I do for you.

So delicious.

Chocolately mocha goodness.

These doughnuts will wake you right up, slay hunger and keep you full with that extra protein.

They do have a slight protein powder taste but I feel like it totally works anyways.

You guys know I've been super into sushi lately, but I hate soggy nori so there's no way I'd

prep ahead sushi.

Sushi bowls on the other hand, are totally doable.

With white sushi rice from Thrive Market which I am loving.

You can use other grains too if you want to.

This is your sushi bowl and there are no rules.

I'm also adding about the same amount of red lentils to boost the protein content of the

meal.

Add two cups of water or how ever much is needed for your particular grains.

Put that on the stove and turn the heat to high.

In about 5 to 7 minutes, the water will start to boil, bubbling steadily but not at a full

boil yet.

Turn the heat down to low and cover the pot.

You can leave that for 20 minutes.

While your grains cook, prep the toppings.

I'm making a deconstructed California roll type bowl so for the crab replacement, I'm

using my favourite smoked tofu.

And grating it.

Grating makes these thin tender pieces; more like crab meat than chopping.

I think maybe a food processor would work for this too.

I'm mixing it with aquafaba mayo, which you've seen me make before.

And a bit of sesame oil.

I just love the toasty flavour.

Some chopped scallion.

And a quarter teaspoon of sea salt.

Then let this sit in the fridge so the flavours can all mingle together and get to know each

other.

Then chop up some cucumber.

Cucumber doesn't freeze well so keep it out of any meals you want to freeze later.

I'm going to make two sushi bowls to have fresh and two frozen, so for the freezer meals,

I'm using corn instead.

Slice or chop your avocado.

This avocado is over ripe and the brown bits put me off so I scrape them away.

But I've seen other youtubers just go and eat those parts.

What do you do with brown avocado?

Eat it?

Or scrap it?

Also adding lemon juice to keep it from browning.

And put that in the fridge too.

Since we are not eating these meals right away, it's even more important than usual

follow food safety guidelines and keep moist foods out of the danger zone.

When your rice is cooked, you can season it.

I'll transfer it to a large dish to make things easier.

I'm using the usual combo of rice vinegar, salt and sugar but, of course, you can season

your sushi rice how you like.

Fold the rice gently to distribute the flavours while not squishing the grains too much.

Usually, I'll let it cool a little then put it in the fridge to get cold but since my

fridge is pretty full today AND it's a super cold day, I'll just let the arctic air do

the work naturally.

While that's cooling, I'll make the last topping.

I'm using this top quality nori from Thrive Market.

This might be a little extra but I like to brush it with a little sesame oil.

Then sprinkle on some salt.

And bake in a preheated 350F oven for five minutes and this makes the nori even crispier

than before.

Let them cool and you can cut them up into strips as thick or thin as you'd like.

They make great snacks too.

Just like the ones you can buy, really, but this is fun and there's less packaging going

in the garbage.

Thumbs up for eco-friendliness.

Divide the cooled rice into containers and add your toppings!

For the final touch, some wasbi mayo.

Literally, I just mixed mayo with some wasabi paste.

And red chili flakes...because I'm out of sriracha.

I know, travesty.

I'm not adding the nori strips to all the containers because then they'd go soggy.

Instead, store them in a air tight container and add them when you're ready to eat.

These will stay good in the fridge for up to three days.

And if you didn't add cucumber, you can freeze them for up to two months.

And this one, I'm having for lunch.

So delicious.

Really tastes like I'm having a california roll.

And I love the texture the lentils add.

And I know this doesn't look like a big serving on camera but with all those lentils, it's

so filling.

So good.

Frankly, my dears, you should make this ASAP.

For my afternoon snack, I've been going for fruit lately.

Freeze dried fruit is my favourite but it's usually super pricey.

I'm loving these freeze dried strawberries from Thrive Market.

They have the best price for these I've seen anywhere.

Real tart, sweet, fragrant strawberries with a satisfying crunch.

You might be tempted to eat the whole bag in one sitting, which would be totally fine,

but I love adding these to trail mix.

In this jar, I've got some granola bar bits.

And some almonds to tops things off and that goes in my gym bag.

I also love them on vegan yogurt too.

This is the Daiya strawberry yogurt which I quite like.

As long as it also has granola bits and freeze dried strawberry on top too.

It's really sweet though so sort of like dessert.

Before dessert though, let's be responsible adults and have dinner.

Another one from the freezer: Cheater butter chicken (no butter, no chicken) and creamy

coconut ginger spinach on coconut turmeric rice.

A familiar sight on What I Ate Wednesdays but this time, I'll actually show you everything

I did and the recipes, again, will be in the description.

Rewinding to last week when I made these, first cut up two blocks of extra firm tofu

and dump in your air fryer or spread them out on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Air fry or bake; this is an extra step for the Cheater butter chicken so the tofu gets

a bit crisp on the outside and stands up to the sauce better.

Not totally necessary but it's nice.

While that's going on, start the coconut turmeric rice.

I used brown rice along with red lentils for the base.

After rinsing and draining your rice and lentils, add turmeric and a bit of coconut cream.

I'm using Thrive Market's own brand of coconut cream which is extra thick.

Then add water.

Once the water starts to a boil, not a full boil but just steadily bubbling, turn the

heat to low and cover it.

This is the tricky bit of cooking rice on the stove, that timing.

Much easier if you have a rice cooker.

But either way, leave this alone; it'll take about 35 to 40, 45 minutes to cook.

Meanwhile, time to make cheater butter chicken.

You've seen me make this before but let's go over it super quick again.

First, saute about a cup and a half of minced onions.

About 6, 7 minutes.

We want the onions cooked, glossy looking, and just about to turn golden.

Then add half the butter chicken masala mix, the baked or air fried tofu, and the rest

of the masala.

Why in two parts?

Just the way, my hands decided to do things.

Sometimes I don't have a reason, friends.

This is one of those times.

Then add the rest of the ingredients: crushed tomatoes and mushroom broth.

You can use regular vegetable broth if you like or even water if you don't have broth

handy.

You just might have to salt at the end.

Let that come to a simmer, turn the heat to low, cover and let's make those greens super

quick too.

In a pan, heat up some cooking oil over medium high heat.

When it's hot, add finely minced ginger and crushed garlic.

Push it into the oil to get fragrant.

After a few seconds, add chopped scallion.

Stir fry that for just a minute so the aromas come out and the scallion turns bright green.

Then turn down the heat to medium and add your spinach.

I'm using two 300 gram packages of frozen spinach that have been thawed, rinsed, drained and squeezed

dry.

Add some of that Thrive Market brand coconut cream.

And strong mushroom or vegetable broth.

Together, the cream and broth will give this spinach dish the right texture and flavour.

Give it a taste and add more broth or cream if you like.

A bit of lemon juice would also be excellent to brighten things up.

By now, your cheater butter chicken should be done, your rice should be cooked and you'll

be ready to eat whether or not your were hungry to begin with because it'll smell flipping

amazing.

Or if you're freezing these meals like I did, wait it's cooled down a bit.

Then portion it out.

These recipes will make between 6 and 8 servings which will keep nicely in the freezer for

up to two months.

And now we have lots meals for all the times we're too pressed for time, low on energy,

or just too darn lazy to deal with cooking.

You don't have to have a great big meal prep day; just choose one or two things to make

when you're cooking anyway and freeze the extras.

Which recipe was your favourite?

Let me know in the comments below.

And don't forget you can get up to $60 in free groceries from Thrive Market, that's

15 bucks off each of your first 4 orders, plus free shipping and your 30 day trial membership

by clicking the link below.

For the rest of us non-US residents, let us not despair.

Instead, let us be grateful for the scrumptious make ahead meals Thrive Market helped me create

and eat our cozy curry freezer meals.

And sushi bowls.

And almond mocha protein doughnuts.

And hit the like button.

And leave a request for the recipe you most want to see on this channel.

Or a random super nice comment just to demonstrate how super nice you are.

Not that I need proof, because you guys are the best.

I don't think I tell you enough.

Thank you so much for watching, my friends.

Bye for now!

Donald Trump: The REAL reason I didn't shake hands with Angela Merkel - Duration: 2:59.

Donald Trump: The REAL reason I didn't shake hands with Angela Merkel

The US President explained the truth behind an apparent frosty first meeting with Mrs Merkel in the White House, when it appeared the pair refused to shake hands.

The two leaders appeared before the cameras in July after holding a bilateral meeting in the Oval Office where they talked about strengthening Nato, fighting ISIS and resolving Ukraine's conflict with Russia.

At the time it was viewed as a snub but Mr Trump has now revealed it was all down to a misunderstanding.

He said: "I had been standing with her for quite a while and then someone started shouting: 'shake her hand, shake her hand' but I did not hear that.  "It was then made into a big deal.

"I'm getting along really well with Angela." The non-handshake was raised during Mr Trump's tour to Asia when he accused the media of failing to report on his good relationship with other heads of state and government.   .

He was asked by reporters if he had a particularly good relationship with totalitarian or authoritarian leaders after successful meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Philippines hardman Rodrigo Duterte.  He said: "I have a great relationship with each of the leaders who were present at the ASEAN Summit." Handshakes also hit the headlines at the talks in Manila in the Philiipines as leaders took part in a traditional greeting to open the summit.

Standing alongside other leaders – Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, among others – Mr Trump and his counterparts crossed arms before linking hands with one another.

Photos from the meeting show Mr Trump grimacing, wrestling and laughing alongside his counterparts also taking part. The US President appeared befuddled by the master of ceremonies request to begin the "traditional" handshake.

The MC said: "Give us your brightest smile. It's the ASEAN handshake: right hand over left." Russian Prime Minister Mr Medvedev, however, was less than convinced by the event, refusing to cross his arms when linking hands.

Everyone is asking what's the best brand of powders to buy.

I don't know.

I want you to buy the brand that you think are most suitable for your growth or journey.

I have already put together a video previously on my Ayurvedic haul and in that video I laid

out all the different herbs and what they're useful for.

So if you feel as though you need some shine, ther's one for that.

If you need some more growth.

There's one for that.

healthy scalp care, one for that.

Strengthening your hair, another one for that too.

You have choices, get started on buying your herbs getting your products together.

Get prepared.

I'm so excited that you are excited too!

And if you have reached this far in the video, Subscribe, what are you waiting for?

Come on we're trying to hit 12,000 subscribers, help me do that.

Someone asked me, Ife, is it only going to be Ayurveda products?

That's up to you.

It's not going to be like that for me either.

I'm going to incorporate it, I'm just going to add certain things into my regimen to see

how best it can just fit in nicely with my current regimen.

If you want to go fully Ayurveda, you can do that.

If you want to just add a few things, you can do that as well.

I want you to use something weekly to incorporate it into your whole system of taking care of

your natural hair.

We are going to be doing this for 1 year, I am asking you to be consistent and take

note, map, journal what you've been noticing or observing about your hair.

Please come back to any videos that you try or any DIYs any strategies or techniques that

I incorporate into my regimen.

Please be sure to let me know in the comment so that I can get feedback on what's working

for you because I'm excited to see what your results would be too.

All of our results might not be the same.

Something might work better for you than it will work for me.

They might work better for me than it might work for you.

Some things you might be allergic to, you'll do your allergy testing to see what's going

on with your hair and if your hair likes it or not.

Of course we're going to massage our scalp too, I always used to massage my scalp with

my finger tips but I massage my scalp with my scalp massager.

Yea, i like this one.

This one has been working working really well.

And a lot of you have been asking, Ife...

I want one just like this.

Not the one that the one that I posted.

You'll want this one.

I wish I had more of them, they're sold out and some people were able to get some as well,

some of my friends.

I will actually show you a video dedicated on how I massage, my gosh!

Sigh... when you are finished massaging you should be so relaxed and pretty much ready

to pass out.

Knocked out from massaging your scalp.

That's how good massaging your scalp should be for you.

Remember to moisturize, in the midst of all of this, let's say you do a deep condition

or a DIY or recipe in your hair every week for this challenge or every other week depending

on your routine.

Remember to moisturize, either every other day and in between, I'm going to be also using

my Fenugreek, methi hair growth oil, every week or every or every other week I will post

a DIY that I use within this challenge and I'm also going to use the fenugreek hair oil

that I did last hair because my hair loves that, it had a great response from that, a

lot of you who did it as well, you also loved that fenugreek oil and I'm going to do that

again.

I will use the same recipe, you'll follow along the recipe.

I will post a link as well below so that you can do that recipe again for yourself.

We'r'e going to moisturize and oil our scalp with that fenugreek oil, and I going to use

a deep conditioning recipe that we put together with some sort of Ayurveda powder that we

have.

Spritz your hair and follow up with an oil or you can add the fenugreek oil to your Shea

butter mix, which is what I also do as well.

Finally I want to encourage you to your favourite protective style, whatever works for you.

I don't what's your favourite, whatever that is.I'm just going to bounce between, some

large twists, 2 french braids, smaller plaits and a loose top bun, not a very tight one

so that my edges are not stressed out.

Those 4 protective styles, I am going to do those for my hair so that it does not get

too much exposure to the cold weather that I am experiencing right now while I live in

China.

Did I leave anything out?

Please post in the comments below something you're going to incorporate into your regimen

and somethings that we need to incorporate in our routine as well, December 1st we being

the one year Ayurveda Hair Care Growth Challenge, thank you for watching, smash that like button.

See you Ciao!

May I introduce myself: Niklas Pohlabeln - Designer. - Duration: 1:53.

I am Niklas Pohlabeln.

I'm twenty-six years old

and I work in the design department at Fahrzeugwerk KRONE in Werlte.

In my free time I like to go jogging

and to ride my motor bike.

I'm a member of our local sports club and of young Kolping, the Journeymen Association.

I first got in touch with KRONE in 2012

when I took a practical semester for my undergraduate studies.

Later I did both my bachelor's

and master's thesis in mechanical engineering with KRONE.

In 2015 I enrolled as a trainee at KRONE in the technical office.

That's an additional, internal apprenticeship for graduates in Germany.

Recently, I finished my trainee apprenticeship

and started my job with the design department.

Before starting with KRONE, I had several job interviews with other companies.

I chose KRONE

because I knew the products from my holiday job already.

I was also interested in the commercial vehicle industry.

In the design department I am in charge of technical processing of customer orders

and special customer requests.

Another part of the job is the design of new vehicle generations.

We work on projects to design prototypes.

What I particularly like about my job is the design part.

I also like the atmosphere and my team. We network a lot with other departments and sites of KRONE.

It is very exciting

to contribute to the future of KRONE

within the logistics

and commercial vehicle industry.

If I had to describe myself in only three words

I would say that I am a

dependable

committed

and fair-minded person.

How I Got Paid $516 to Fly to Singapore | Travel Hacking with Airhelp - Duration: 6:46.

What's up guys in my first daily video

I wanted to talk about how I got paid five hundred and fifteen dollars to fly from Europe to Asia.

So I know you're thinking that this probably sounds like bullshit, so I'm gonna jump right in and explain. How I did it.

So basically to get to Asia this summer I was flying from Vienna, Austria and

Going through Helsinki Finland on to Singapore so basically I had like a six-hour layover and Helsinki

Which was pretty shitty and the flight was gonna leave at midnight to get to Singapore

well that flight got cancelled, and it was moved until 8 o'clock the next morning and

Yeah, they gave us a hotel and a voucher and like a free breakfast or something like that

But you know by the time you get to the hotel and get checked in with you know a few hundred other people that are

Frantically scrambling it's like 3:30 in the morning, and then they've got a bus picking us up at like 6:00 a.m.

The next day to get back to the airport so overall you know really shitty experience

When we got to the airport the flight was delayed another couple more hours

And all that gave us was like a free breakfast voucher and since I've got a priority passed and Helsinki

I think it's called outpost. It's one of the coolest lounges in the world. I just wouldn't hang out there instead

So yeah, it was a pretty crappy experience

Just really really long 24 hours

And I wanted to see what I could get out of it, so

Basically, I found this website called airhelp.com and I'll put a link in the description

but through err help calm though that they can basically go and look through all of your old emails and

Pick up anything that any flight information. You know you look information when you book your flight and

Basically through they'll go through all of your different flights, and we'll see if any of these were delayed

And I think it's like only three hours. It needs to be delayed and

If it's only three hours that you know you might have some money sitting you know in your inbox right now

You don't even know about

but you know I already knew the flight that I wanted to so I just plugged that one in at first and

Right away. They wrote me back and said yeah, you know we think we've got a really good case here

These are the exact

you know type of flights that we

You know built our business around and we think we can compensate for so let's keep going with it

You know give us a few weeks to get this in line. We're gonna start to fight the airport fill out some forms

whatever

So I did all that and yeah, we won the case

The estimate of flight was worth 700 us and I use chase points to pay for it

So I didn't pay anything and then

they took like one hundred and fifty dollars in fees or so and I think I finally ended up getting paid like five hundred and

fifteen dollars wired into my account all in all the process took, maybe like a month and

Yeah, they're a really great customer service

really nice people and a really cool service, so everyone should go and check out that service and

Just let it scan all your emails and see if you have any money sitting in there

They also built this really cool little map that. I'll show you here in just a second that shows all the different places. I've been

So I'm going to jump on my computer now and do a screens here, so I can sue you guys how I did this

What's up guys, so I want to just go ahead and show you

Err. Help calm so this is I'm logged into the system, so just give you a quick little tour around

But yeah basically you just go to my travels

In here and you would start out you a click that add flights and basically from there

You can log in using you know Google hotmail. Yahoo, whatever?

and it will go through and scan your emails and

Basically pull on all of your past flight information

So this was just a little map of all the flights that have found for me over the last few years

So I found 92 flights 22 countries 50 airports whatever and it makes this cool little mouth

Which you can then share on like Facebook and Twitter and stuff like that to brag to your friends?

Yeah, this thing was pretty cool, just give you some stats about all your flights

Where I visited the most Denver where I was living before that makes sense I flew mostly with Southwest

Which is who I only find the US for the most part

And he spent eighteen thousand four hundred tickets. That's definitely not right

You said in security line four thirteen eighty minutes

That's also not right because I have TSA PreCheck, but you know whatever

I traveled 63 percent of the way to the moon. Um so yeah, that's kind of cool, but um

anyways

Yeah, so let's just go ahead and look at our claim. So this is Mike, so I'll just show you inside here

These are all the different flights that brought in and it just shows you the flight went okay, or not if it's a future flight

So yeah, I will go ahead and pull up my claim details, so

This is my fight

Where it was delayed and I got paid

so basically that's just showing that they estimated that my flight was worth six hundred ninety-two dollars from Helsinki Finland to Singapore and

Then they took a hundred and seventy five dollar service charge

And I got five hundred and sixteen dollars deposited into my account directly and yeah

I made money to fly from Europe to Asia

So that's pretty damn cool, and really you've got nothing to lose here, so I'm not an affiliate or anything like that

But I'm just boasting on this service, it's awesome. It's totally free

you

That you don't have any flights that work for them or their system

And then you know you know no cost to you if they find

You know an opportunity?

And they don't win the case no cost to you so really they only get paid if they find

You know a flight that you can get compensated for and then win the case so I mean you've really got nothing to lose here

You should go and sign up for this right now

I get your travel map and see if you got some money sitting in your Inbox

Because yet there is no reason not to no loss to you

Okay, so yeah, that's all for today guys

So yeah if you want to learn more digital Nomad tips and travel hacking trips go ahead and subscribe to my channel and please

You know let me know in the comments if you have any questions about this video

or you have any other questions that I can help answer and

Yeah, I will talk to you guys soon. Thanks

Why Goodwill Ambassador Ishmael Beah Gives to UNICEF - Duration: 3:00.

Being a child in war, it's difficult.

I had no desire to really survive because I'd lost everything.

My name is Ishmael Beah.

I am an author and I'm also a human rights activist.

By age 13, I'd been recruited into the army and I was fighting as a soldier.

When the war finally came to my part of the country, I was 12 years old and I started

running from it.

I lost everything.

My immediate family was killed in the war, so my mother, father, and two brothers.

You learned to function in madness very quickly.

You have to adapt to your situation in order to survive.

And often, you are exposed to extreme levels of violence that you've never even heard of.

There was a lot of hardship.

We had lots of arms and ammunition, but no food, no medicine, and lots of drugs.

But also, when you've lost family and everything, you quickly learn to belong to this group.

But to belong to this new group required violence.

Violence became the way to show loyalty.

There were several things that gave me hope.

One of them was when I was a boy, my father used to say to me, "If you are alive, there's

a possibility that something good will happen to you.

That if none of those possibilities exist in your life anymore, you will die."

While we are gone on one of these missions, there were a few people who showed up.

I vividly remember them wearing this thing that says "UNICEF" and the logo of this person

or this baby.

I remember thinking to myself the first time that maybe they're like a new mercenary group

that we're gonna collaborate with.

I had never heard of UNICEF.

So, they had some talk with the commander and then at some point they lined everybody

up and then they disarmed us and they took my weapon.

I was not happy.

I was actually very upset because I knew what that meant, not to have a weapon, in the context

that I was in.

Then they put us in this vehicle and said, "You're gonna recover from the war and become

a child again."

They brought us to a place called a Proof School, which became the center that I spent

eight months there recovering from the war.

It's because of that intervention that took me out of that situation and made other things

possible.

After I came out of this experience of being a child in war and I thought to myself,

"What can I do to give back?

What can I do to have people understand the possibilities on the other end, how you can

recover from all of that when you're given the right care and support?"

So, I decided to be an example for both people coming out of the struggle but also people

who are doing that work to assist people coming out of that struggle.

It's not often you come out of a situation and you meet somebody who has come out of

a similar situation like you.

And it's doing well and the stamina.

It gives you hope that you, too, can do something with yourself.

Oradea - Duration: 0:42.

Today we are in Oradea.

Please visit!

There are many Romanian cities that have historic city centers:

Bucharest, Constanta, Iasi,

Timisoara, Sibiu, Alba-Iulia,

but I think Oradea has perhaps done the best job

in making the investments to reconstruct

and rebuild its city center.

It's just beautiful.

I had a chance last night

to walk around;

charming and it really brought forth really

a both lively but then also traditional Romanian sense

of what a capital here in this country used to represent.

Thank you.
