Energy Update � Clearing And Feeling Old Debris Of Our New Path

A total old loop HAS come UP, its so big!

I can�t explain what the last 18hrs were as this is new and there was not a lot of

�sense� as to what we were processing and experiencing.

It was so unusual and like nothing I have ever experienced with this and I know what

this is for myself and will do my best to share what this is personally

And Old loop of our TOTALITY and the energy with was highly buzzing until 3am AEST.

(That is why I �got the tap to go�).

This �story� below, is the best way I can explain what has just occurred:

Its like walking down a path and on this path are lots of debris

Now the path is leading or heading towards a goal or �something� we have been �working�

towards and sometimes this could be for years and years.

As in, feeling this so deeply as part of our Souls Purpose.

What this is for each person is personal.

WIth my path or road, it is one that I have already walked!

And in reaching a place of, turning around, and going back down or up that path � I

am needing to clear the debris of left over remnants, of larger boulders that I pushed

through on the first journey!

(More shared on this further on, just go with me here).

And so now walking back up that path, to finally, a newer destination of a beginning of something

I felt so deeply within I �needed� to do � there are left over small rocks or

debris of the original huge boulders that I broke through on my way � the 1st time.

So in �going back� yet forward to a new �destination�, I �want and need� to

make sure, that the debris is removed, one by one, to clear MY OWN PATH FOR MYSELF BACK,

MORE LIKE FORWARD to what resonated so deeply in my soul that I needed to �do� in someway

or manner with something in my life!

That is very huge for myself.

A huge area in my life that is linked to abundance.

This could be abundance of ANYTHING!

Or Everything as well ;-).

So you see, the last 18hrs specifically, this energetically came through, slowly building

up and building up, buzzing and churning up, the debris on our old path, which we are now

�clearing� for a New Path.

It is �like� we reached a �point� or crescendo � as in, our ascension and

pushing Beyond energetically in Spirit� and now, we finally have �made it� energetically

collectively, that we can NOW HEAL OUR PAST TOTALITY PATH OR LOOP.

So then we can now, heal and tend to clearing the debris off our path in what we have been

waiting for, for so long!!

And �due to this� what many are feeling is like to them, �unexplainable� feelings

and emotions and total overwhelm�of like energy actually �spilling over�, as this

has been THAT BIG.

As the/our energy needed to �spill over�, as we have been Beyond pushed to our �limits

of endurance�!

WE HAVE MADE IT!

I have been writing THIS IS SO WORTH IT, as I personally KNOW/FEEL and have experienced

this is!

We/you just need to realize this!

And with this and the story I shared above, is to realize the bigger bigger picture of

what we are re-feeling of the debris on our New Path.

As when we feel and accept this, then we can allow the �pressure� to be taken off within

in all else we are feeling and experiencing.

This then allows a shift of energy, even if just slightly, to allow the debris to start

to be cleared or shifted off the/our path.

No one else can clear this for us and we are unable to clear anyone else�s debris!

Yet to shift the debris off the path, one needs to realize, feel and SEE that there

is a New Path�that the debris on the path, of the old, from the old boulders that we

have ALREADY BROKEN AND PUSHED THROUGH.

That we are feeling each � ONE BY ONE or FACET by FACET, to be cleared as we walk the

new.

IN FAITH AND TRUST�.IN HANDING OVER AND LETTING GO!

Total True Surrender of taking a step over the ledge and knowing your wings will come

out and you will fly over!

As you lovingly support yourself, this allows the Divine to lovingly support you FURTHER

as well!

Yet, the Divine is not able to assist �further� � unless one takes that absolute leap of

faith and trust.

And lets go of the head and thinking and control and so on.

All which I too needed to do as I endured so much (like you) as well in life and control

was my way of coping that was survival in the past.

Add to then time served in the military as well, so this was then more regimented as

well.

�I of my own self can do nothing�, remember to let the DIVINE guide you.

Pray and ask and feel so deeply, �Help me to help myself� from within, from your heart

and soul.

As when one truly does this, and feels this, it shifts and �hands this over� and the

anxiety or stress, shifts and eases.

That is how we know we have truly surrendered.

This needs to come from within each soul.

That is unique for themselves and how they process and feel or think and an so on.

May this sharing of my story, allow you to find the seeds of the Divine within this,

for yourself.

As always I am right here with you.

As all I share and bring through is as a template for humanity in linking our Spirit to our

Soul through our emotions from personal experience.

How Lightsabers Work (Legends) - Star Wars Explained - Duration: 3:35.

Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode I will be going over how exactly a lightsaber works in Legends.

To begin, the hilt of a standard lightsaber was typically between 24 - 30 cm long, but

this could be changed depending on the stature and preference of the wielder.

All the mechanics of lightsaber were contained in the hilt.

At the bottom of the hilt, there was a pommel cap that could be used to house a backup power source.

Within the hilt, high levels of energy were generated by a Diatium power cell.

Diatium was used for a variety of reasons.

The first was because it was a fairly common mineral that was easy to mine.

On top of that, when used as a power cell, it was able to store huge amounts of energy.

After being generated by the Diatium power cell, the high levels of energy were converted

to plasma after moving through a group of focusing lenses and energizers.

When the blade was not in contact with another object, the plasma would be recycled per say

by an energy field back into the power cell.

This is why lightsabers rarely needed to be recharged.

If the wielder wanted to increase the power of the lightsaber, they could either modify

the diatium cell (which was extremely dangerous) or they could install a discharge energy cell

into the hilt of the saber.

Also positioned in the hilt, around the power cell, was a power insulator.

It was typically made out of nonconductive material, and protected the wielder from electrocution

that could be generated from the hilt.

After being converted, the plasma would move through the lightsaber crystals where it would

become focused.

The number of crystals used varied.

Only one was needed for the saber to work, however having three was the most ideal.

The crystals were responsible for the individual properties of the blade such as the color,

and allowed for an adjustment of its length, as well as its power output.

After being focused by the crystals, the plasma would move through the emitter matrix that

contained the beam through a magnetic grip.

An interesting fact about the emitter matrix is that if it were inverted, the ignition

of the saber would cause it explode.

But anyways, back to the mechanics.

Within this emitter matrix existed a group of field energizers and modulation circuitry

that focused the plasma further.

At this point the plasma would actually be a substantial blade that was emitted from

the blade emitter.

The blade typically reached about a meter in length and was activated by a button.

Certain lightsabers contained knobs that allowed for an adjustment of the blade length.

The length of the blade was restricted by the blade containment field back to a negatively

charged fissure ringing the emitter.

Here it was sent back to the power cell by a superconductor.

At this point, the circuit was complete.

Interesting to note is that this containment field is what is responsible for the awesome

lightsaber battles we see.

It allows the blades of lightsabers to come into contact with one another, instead of

just passing through.

Conor McGregor reflects on title stripping: I'm still the 145lbs champ

McGregor, 29, claimed the 145lbs title in December 2015 with a devastating first-round KO victory over Jose Aldo at UFC 194.

However, he was stripped of the belt a few weeks after he claimed the lightweight crown at UFC 205, a card which saw him become the first fighter in the promotions history to hold two titles simultaneously.

The decision to strip McGregor of the belt was the direct result of Daniel Cormiers withdrawal from UFC 206.

To ensure a championship bout would headline the card, the UFC brass made the featherweight bout between Max Holloway and Anthony Pettis for the interim title, which was previously held by Aldo, who was handed the undisputed title.

McGregor is still somewhat incensed by the decision and by the introduction of an interim lightweight title so soon after his historic victory at Madison Square Garden.

Within f**fking minutes, he said at a Q&A in Glasgow when reflecting on the UFCs decision to bring an interim 155lbs belt into the mix.

Not only within minutes, but within four weeks of me winning the lightweight belt, there was an interim belt scheduled for the lightweight one.

"At the end of the day, Im the unified 145lbs champion and Im the unified 155lbs champion" Conor McGregor So they strip me of the featherweight and they put the interim one on a couple weeks after I won it.

McGregor then went on to reveal that he had a brief conversation with the UFC brass before they announced their decision to strip him of the title, which he failed to defend.

The Notorious doesnt disagree with the path the UFC decided to take and but still sees himself as the undisputed featherweight champion.

Not really, like vaguely, McGregor replied when asked if the UFC informed him of their decision to strip him of the featherweight title. And then it just happens and its like Ah.

But look, business is business. And Ill never not agree with the correct business decision, whatever that is.

At the end of the day, Im the unified 145lbs champion and Im the unified 155lbs champion. I beat both 145lbs contenders, (and) I beat the lightweight one..

McGregor, 21-3, hasnt set foot inside the Octagon since his historic victory at MSG, which was added to the arenas 366 Moments Exhibit earlier this month.

The Irishmans first outing back in the UFC is expected to be a lightweight title fight with interim 155lbs champion Tony Ferguson.

Call of Duty WWII Capture the Flag Spawn Guide to Gain Map Control - Duration: 3:07.

Welcome to JGOD gaming in today's video we'll be focusing on the spawns

for capture the flag and Call of Duty World War two this video has been highly

requested it took me a little time to get it together but here it is just a

heads up seven out of the ten maps are completely spawn trap capable and you

can totally abuse if you really wanted to with the group and just rack up the

kills I don't play capture the flag very often

as you can see in the background I'm playing USS Texas probably one of my

least favorite maps but I was able to get a good little streak together and my

first match playing capture the flag you can see from the map on the screen for

Aachen there's not very much spawn differences from the previous maps but

the good thing with these ones is the spawns don't flip so if you even rush in

just because the objective the way it is they're not gonna flip the spawns so you

can abuse that if you angle all your people the right way you can actually

lock down areas and focus fire so that you catch people off spawn look at our

dense forests you can see that there's practically no spawns besides the normal

spawn that you spawn into and then there's just those two little spawn

areas in the corners other than that again this one's completely spawn trap

capable so be aware of that when you join it or Carentan you can see there's

reduced spawn locations there's really only four locations you can spawn and

they're really on both sides of map near this original spawn area anyways with

flak tower you can see that the spawns are almost identical to some of the

previous videos they just have those two main spawns and then the mirrored sides

of the spawn as well looking at Gibraltar you can see it has tons of

potential for the spawn trap so you got to really be wary of that to make sure

that those areas that need to be spawning next to you do not get locked

down otherwise you'll be in a controlled spawn and kind of get screwed and that

brings us to the halfway point if you're enjoying the video remember to drop a

here comes Gustav cannon and this is one of the ones that doesn't have a good

spawn trap potential unless you just have a super coordinated team just

because the way the spawns are spread out it makes it really difficult to get

people right off the spawn London Docks is one of those ones that is hard to

spawn trap as well just because you have those ones right next to the water where

you can spawn and that kind of throws off some of the spawn coordination but

the good thing is with this one they won't flip so you got a good idea of

where your enemies are at almost all time

Pointe du Hoc axe has a good amount of spawns everything's

always on the outside like I've mentioned previous videos so it's really

hard to manage the spawns just because there's so many of them when you start

st. Marie du Mont this one can actually be spawned trap the right way as long as

your teammates are in the right spot and then it makes it easy to just run the

flag when you need to and that brings us to the map I'm currently playing on

which is USS Texas as long as you stay in your spawn and push forward as a

group the spawn flit will not flip it's pretty much impossible on this map it

doesn't even flip on normal conditions let it alone capture the flag so this

one you can really spawn trap your opponent and that's the Call of Duty

Hey guys! It's Debbie and welcome back to my channel!

When I last spoke to you guys

I was on a little bit of an "itty bitty" American roadtrip with my best friend and her husband.

We kind of explored the Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area

It was really cool, it was really neat--and if you guys didn't see that vlog

I will link it somewhere at the end of this video

but after that we flew to the east coast

to continue our roadtrip

and I'm going to do this video in a little bit of a "storytime/vlogging" style

so it's going to be a little bit different

Right after we left Dallas, we flew to Boston.

and we have always wanted to go to Boston

just because my friend and I have always had this fascination with the "Salem Witchcraft trials"

and not that we like practice witchcraft or anything like that

but we were really interested in it just because it was around Halloween time

and it was going to be spooky, and we just really liked the historical aspect of it.

and so we flew to Boston

and I really...

...actually liked that city.

WE'RE IN BOSTON!

We're walking around Pearl Street in Boston, and Wendy's being "Snow White" over here

After having spent like two or three days in Boston

We decided to take a Greyhound bus *DOWN to New York

and I've taken a Greyhound bus before leaving Nebraska to Los Angeles

so this wasn't new to me or anything like that

but while we were taking this Boston Greyhound

The bus left at like 1am, and it was suppose to arrive to New York City at about 4:30-5am--someplace around there.

At about like 2 or 3am, I was like half asleep--trying to get some rest.

and all of the sudden the bus makes this sound, where it's just like "JUH, JUH, JUH, CHUH, CHUH"

It didn't cross my mind that it was anything serious

I was just there like "Ok, there must be something on the road"

but people in the back of the bus started screaming like:

"WAKE HIM UP! WAKE HIM UP!"

and I think they were talking about the driver

because I was still half asleep

and I like shot up, because I think my brain processed everything

I was like "The drivers falling asleep, Thedriversfallingasleep!"

yunno, I didn't know if that was for sure what was happening

but because people in the back were screaming it , I started screaming that too

because I didn't know what else to do

I'm just like "WAKE UP, WAKE UP!"

It's so crazy because then a guy from the back of the bus runs up to the front of the bus

tries to take the wheel from the driver

because we all thought that he was falling asleep

Turns out, he wasn't falling asleep at all.

He was still wide awake. He stopped the Greyhound at the side of the road.

and he stood up

he looked at all of us

and you can imagine like all us, just staring at this bus driver

we just all looked at him like--yunno, kind of freaked out still

and then somebody in the back--again--was like "We thought you were falling asleep..."

"yeah, we thought you were falling asleep."

and the bus driver--he just kind of looked at all of us

he found it like humorous, but also he was taken aback by everything

and he was like this cute African guy, so he had like this really cute accent

He was like "I just had to move out of the way."

"You scared me. I'm not going to fall asleep, you guys."

and then turned back as if nothing happened, sat back down and continued driving.

It was so scary, but so hilarious at the same time.

Half of my brain was like, "Ok, were' going to die. This is it."

but the other half of my brain was like, "This hasn't flipped over yet..."

"...why haven't we died yet? I feel that would have happened already?"

but the thing that impressed me was that in that moment, all I'm thinking that I could do is just scream "Wake up!"

but that guy in the back that ran up

and tried to grab the wheel and like, steer the bus back on the road

Like THAT, really impressed me

because your brain must be on like--I don't know--on like "SUPER POWER MODE" or something

for you to be like "You know what--This is happening. I need to run up there. I need to grab the wheel. I need to SAVE US."

That's such impressive, courageous thinking and QUICK action to do so

even though we were all safe the whole time

Yunno, finally we got to New York

and guys...

I fell in love with New York.

Duuude, we're in New York

We were only there to spend the day--but that whole day it rained up until like midnight.

I was still so enamored with that city.

Even though it was, like, raining

even though I was, like, pms-ing

Even though we didn't have a place to check our luggage in until like 3pm

It was amazing.

and I definitely want to go back to New York someday

because I didn't feel like I got to see as much as I wanted to

Although we saw a lot that day--there was so much more that I still want to see.

So many neighborhoods that I still want to explore

Yeah--then we came back to Boston

and then finally, on Halloween day we went to explore Salem.

and Salem had it's own personality of it's own.

It has it's background with the Salem witchcraft trials

and there was like museums

and dungeons

and really nice colonial houses that had been preserved for years

It was really interesting being there as well just because it was a little bit controversial

and Halloween is kind of a big day for like Wiccans

I'm sure other religions as well

I dont' know that much about it, but I know we went to a little museum tour and they did tell us

"You know, for us it's Halloween. But for the Wiccans, it's like New Years."

so they do some kind of ritual on Halloween

So we learned a lot while we were there--definitely very spooky, very interesting

um..we got to dance a lot, there was like people dancing and they played music *in the streets

and then from there we headed back to Boston, and then back to Texas

and then from Texas we drove back home to Nebraska

This roadtrip was really eye-opening

Especially for me, who's unemployed right now and trying to figure out what to do

It definitely provided a lot of inspiration

It made me think about what I want in a place if I ever move to someplace new

this place called SHIFT ESPRESSO BAR is

is a famous cafe in South Africa

isn't the bottle for this cold brew so cute?

but I personally didn't enjoy the taste lol

after the coffee, we spotted

a market that was opening!

it was really quite big

and guess where we moved on to

all those things on the big rock are seals

this place is the Cape Town seal island

you can see them swimming~

we took a boat to see the seals

and I got sea sick.. so I had to lie down throughout :(

and when we were about to get off, people were busking

there were so many spots in South Africa where you just

stop out of nowhere to just stare at the scenery

guess where we are headed this time!

since we don't go anywere befrore eating!

tada

we ordered the restaurant's signature menu; the seafood platter

of course, rice and potatoes are a must

and same goes to sides and salads as well haha

oh and them... you've got to remember them..

and the mukbang begins YAY

you can find this restaurant at the entrance of the cape point/ cape of good hope

it's famous for the lounge's scenery and the ambience

the seafood platter actually wasn't that special but

their bread and sauce and side (ostrich meat) were 👍

but as you can see the birds were kept on attacking and trying to take the food

so it really hard to focus on the meal 😳

now to the cape point/ cape of good hope! we have to climb up!

I hate climbing but I would do it again for this view

oh and the wind was CRAZY

our guide knew all the good places for pictures

but to be honest, it really didn't matter where you took the pictures, it was all so beautiful

one interesting point! (for Koreans)

this place over here is the actual Cape of Good Hope

the place we just went is the Cape Point

but apparently Koreans call both places the Cape of Good Hope

but this right here! is the Cape of Good Hope

and as you can see! we are finally here!

where you can see penguins in Africa!

we are here at the penguin island!
