Youtube daily report Nov 24 2017

Every step means a memory

to tear apart my present

That image burns me

and slowly hurts me.

Now the brightness in the eyes

it was turned off by selfishness

I was a victim of a fake language

that mocks and lashes me out.

Sadness is the measure of man,

is the fruit of his path,

is a vulnerable shape,

is the chain of his fate.

How many years I spent looking for anything that would fill this void...

In the beginning I thought I found it

but then I realized such a scam

so...

Hollow.

Hollow.

Hollow.

You let me fall into the deep

trying to save yourself,

you sold me to demons

while I fell into the most puzzled.

I am captive in the deepest pain

that has become my sentence

with wounds that evoke you

and thoughts that make me sick.

Tears are the blood of the dawn,

the only way to surrender before so much affliction

that causes pain.

That presence hurts me

it wants to run out my ashes

thus I have returned

to my old home...

... hollow.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE - THE END of the WORLD we KNOW? - Duration: 6:22.

The term "artificial intelligence" appeared more than 60 years ago, in 1956 more precisely,

then everything seemed like a utopia, a dream too beautiful to be realized,

a stage of development considered almost impossible to reach,

but in recent years everything has gotten out of shape, becoming a reality.

Artificial intelligence is "the art of creating cars that are capable of performing functions that would require intelligence if they were met by people."

There are two types of artificial intelligence, weak artificial intelligence, Weak AI and Strong AI.

Weak AI can not think, but it can solve some problems in a more or less intelligent

way based on algorithms, more precisely, focusing on just one task, having as example the robots used in the assembly lines of products.

But Strong AI is at a whole different level, it can continually learn this process by calling Deep Learning,

it is self-conscious, reproduces human emotions, and can also teach like a child through social and physical interaction.

Currently AI is used in almost any field such as expert systems, genetic algorithms, neural networks, intelligent assistants, hybrid intelligent systems, robots, and the list can continue.

Some examples of intelligent assistants are Google Home, Alexa, Echo, Cortana, Siri and others, but so far there is nothing very impressive.

Interesting AI is what robots used, and now the smartest robot in the world is Sophia being also the first robot to receive citizenship.

Sophia uses AI, visual information processing, facial recognition,

voice recognition and is capable of reproducing human gestures and facial expressions.

She can now have simple conversations, she can answer questions, and she continually improves her social skills managing to make conversations more and more complex.

In an interview with Sophia in Neom, Saudi Arabia, she gave a very interesting answer to the question,

"Can robots be self-aware and know they are robots?"

saying the next thing :

AI has lately frightened some important people like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, or Mark Zuckerberg,

recently Facebook has deactivated two AI Bots after scientists at the AI Research Laboratory of Facebook,

said the two bots began to communicate with each other in a new language invented by them, managing to ignore the instructions imposed by the program.

Self-awareness has been an extremely difficult threshold to achieve artificial intelligence so far,

but NAO robots have been the first to show that they are self-aware.

In the video you see in the background, the 3 robots have been programmed to believe they have received a pill that makes them unable to speak,

but at question : "What pill did you get?" only one of them could speak, realizing that he did not receive the pill, proving he is self-aware.

Next we can see how a robot learns to walk,

it is interesting that he does not know how the legs are positioned, how many feet he actually have, not even know if he has feet or the position he is in.

The robot learns through the Try & Error method until he can figure out how to move,

a similar thing is Google DeepMind project that is able to learn from mistakes,

a little time ago, a robot of google managed to beat the world champion at GO Game, infinite.

an impressive thing as the Go posible moves are almost infinite!

But still, though the world claims that AI has been created to make our lives easier,

we are still working over 40 hours a week to live a miserable life.

The real reason why it was created and continues to be improved is to produce money, but not for ordinary people.

From my point of view the technology that fascinates us today will lead us to extinction,

maybe I'm exaggerating .. but just think how many jobs have been taken by robots, why has that happened?

Simply, the robots do not get tired, do not commit errors, they do not need a break, they do not need money.

In a few years the transport will be done with autonomous cars, cars that drive alone, so a lot of drivers will lose their jobs.

We are witnessing a revolution in technology that will change mankind forever, how it will evolve over time depends only on us.

Cómo hacer alioli con marihuana, cocina cannábica, alioli sauce - Duration: 11:52.

- Welcome to UndergrowTv again, here is Damian, our Rasta Cheff to do a new recipe.

- Is everything allright Maka? Yes as always... I always get hungry when i meet you. That's nice.

- What are we going to do today? Well we're going to make a typical sauce from our zone... Aioli.

- If you don't understand it, it's about garlic and oil. A cold emulsified sauce

- perfect to compaign all kind of recipes... Meat, fish or even salads... Useful for everything.

- That's it... Like a garlic mayonnaise.. That's it.

- Let's incorporate a special oil... We'll explain it but Breeder Hemp trusted us to

- promote their new products line so let's use this oil to our recipe. That's it... This oil comes directly from

- Breeders Hemp. Cold pressed out of hemp's seeds.

- This is really nice... 100% natural really nice product. If you have it, perfect, if not, you can ellaborate it

- without, but a few skills will be transfered to the sauce, like Omega3 for example, avoiding psycho active effects.

- Then it will deppend of the weed we use to make the oil. About the oils Maka,

- Here i've got those oils from a gas extraction or a buds maceration...

- It's ready here to make our aioli, i've taken both to let you see...

- Both options... Yes we'll use it in our aioli. We'll show you the hemp plant oil too,

- out of seeds, with a lot of skills except psycho active effects... What do we need to make this aioli?

- What kind of tools and ingredients? Well... This is going to be really simple. A knive to process garlics,

- It depends on your taste, if you like garlic, you can use both... I will use only one.

- An egg to emulsionate all together, my oils... The hemp one is here as we commented,

- Don't confuse them... This one has no psycho active effects, only Omega 3 and 6 and a lot of other skills.

- Now we've got ours, to give the special touch to the recipe. That's it if you don't want effects, use directly

- Breeders Hemp oil with a lot of benefits to the body, and flavour, but

- don't stop using cannabic oil... This is why we made the video.

- You should always think these oils must be mixed with a normal oil like sunflower oil

- or olive oil... But without any modification... We'll add or hemp or cannabis oil.

- Let's start with the ellaboration... I've got a couple of potatoes boilling as accompaniment for the sauce.

- This is a typical tapa. Perfect... We must put aioli over something to taste it.

- Let's start peeling the garlic... No complication. Simply cut the bottom

- and remove the skin. You know it's easy that garlics continue growing

- and sometimes garlics repeats itself in our stomach. When we open a garlic... This one is ok and still not

- regrowing as we can see in the center. Other times we can find a green piece here

- that uses to be the key of that effect so if you can remove it, you'll be sure it will not repeat.

- That's Damian's trick to avoid breath problems. Cut it in little pieces... No complications.

- Put it inside your pot to emulsionate it with the oil later. Add the garlic...

- That's really simple. If we don't have all that electric device... It would be possible with a mortar?

- Yes but it's more complicated... Maybe another technique... But it's not difficult to find this kind of

- shreder in our kitchens... Or check your neighbours'... Because this would be necessary to make this sauce.

- Perfect... We'll do it with a mortar other time... And it's easier to fail... Yes it's more delicate...

- Hard technique. We understand the purists that prefeer traidional mortar method but

- this time we don't want to cut it so it's easier to use the shreder. I've got an egg ready,

- i took it out from the fridge a few minutes ago... Let's add to our pot with the garlic...

- We can add a little bit of salt... And now this is the moment to add

- the special ingredients. I can't talk about measures because this is not a regular recipe. All here turns around

- how we're seing the pot... Full of empty... Oil's proportion... Really easy but you must know how.

- Let's watch Damian's trick... Let's add a spoon of our hemp's oil,

- Really nice and clean colour... Add it. This time i

- those two oils ready but we'll only use this one. Medium low dose as always... Let's add another half

- spoon of this oil... I've got it ready with the bho extraction. This will be a low dose because a lot of

- people can eat of this sauce. Once we've done it, we must add like... 3 cm of oil over the egg.

- Once you start emulsionating, we can add a little bit of oil to get more sauce.

- If we have oil excess, it could cut, separating all ingredients making a non eatable thing. I recommend to

- start with a little oil, then emulsionate and if we want to regrow it, we can add more oil. Tha'ts it.

- Like 3 cm of oil... Put it on the bottom and push it to max power without moving it.

- Perfect... We can see how it emulsionates... When it gets some texture, we can lift

- it up to let it in by a side... That's perfectly emulsionated... Pretty solid sauce.

- Now simply put it in a smaller pot to prepare our potatoes.

- Let's put it into the fridge to cool it... Well... I'm impatient to taste it.

- Well Maka... Our aioli is ready, let's add it to our potatoes... I've got it prepared here,

- It can be served in a lot of bars so that's well prepared to add sauce later. Only boilled potatoes.

- You can also do it in the oven or you can use this sauce with meat or something. Really nice flavour.

- We'll add a little bit of pepper , a great touch...

- Perfect... The leaf's touch too... Yes that's the signal to advice it contains weed. Well friends

- My mouth will be full of it in a minutes... Delicious recipe... I must leave the microphone...

- Well undergrowers... A versatile sauce useful for everything.

- Good smoking and see you on the next recipe.

Pen tool in Photoshop (Lesson 12) - Duration: 5:53.

Hello viewers! I am Rakib. In this lesson,

I will show you the use of Pen tool. As I said before, if you choose some other tools

and

try to make selections then

There will be some cases, when you will not be able to get the result you want.

In those cases, Pen tool will be your solution.

Using the pen tool, first we will create the path and

Then we will make the selection using those paths. To create path, we can start from anywhere.

With the pen tool we will click here for once and that's our start point and

If it was a straight line, then we could click once like this to make straight lines

But as it's a curve, then we will click here and

hold it and then

We can drag any direction you want. If we want the curve on the left,

Then we will drag right like this,

If you drag it left that will create the curve on the right, if you drag it up, then it will

create the path

downside and vice versa.

So in this case, we will drag it up-right like this to create this curve and

then we will release it and

hold alt from our keyboard and click here for once that will break it to half and

then we are good to go.

So when

clipping path, always try to cover the highest possible area that you can.

Like I will start

another point here. If you try from these other points, then you can do this, but always you have to try to

reduce the number of anchor points to make the paths

smooth and

crisp.

Let's click here and drag it like this to make the curve

and

when you want to make a straight line you will just click like

this and then again when there is a curve you will make the curve dragging it.

If you are clipping paths for the first time using the Pen tool, then you will need to practice a lot and

it will be handy.

Pen tool is very necessary even if you are doing your personal work or

if you are interested in

freelancing job, then there are a lot of jobs where just need to use this Pen tool

for clipping paths and erasing backgrounds.

So when it's done, we will click in the Pen tool again

to close it. When it's done, our first task will be to save this path in the image.

To save it, we will go to File,

Save as. Always save paths in

JPEG or PSD formats, file formats.

Not all file formats can contain

paths like PNG file formats can't contain paths. In here, we will choose JPEG and

click Save, let's replace it, Okay, and if you close this file and

You will see nothing here, but if we insert the file in the Photoshop again

then we will be able to see the

path here and

If you can't see it for any reason,

then you will go to:

Paths Palette, that will be here. If you click outside,

that will deselect and you can also select it by clicking here. Now, if we want we can make selection using this

Path. If we press ctrl Enter from our keyboard that will make the selection using that path and

then we can make a copy and

create a new layer.

Let's select a color for it and now you can see how sharp the edges are.

In this way, you can draw the path and make selections and Pen tool can be used for other purposes

like currently it is selected as path. That's why we can create paths.

If you select it as shape, then you can create shapes using the Pen tool so

Whenever we want to create paths, we will always make sure

this one is selected as path. So that's it for this lesson. In the next lesson, we'll work with this path and

you will see how we can modify or use them for some other purposes.

So

hope to see you guys in the next lesson. Thanks for watching.

Are Standing Desks Overrated? - My 1 Year Experience - Duration: 5:39.

I've been using standing desks for well over a year now.

But do I think they are overrated?

In my opinion some standing desk solutions aren't really worth it.

The health benefits of standing is highly debated and probably not that beneficial.

And I strongly believe a good office chair is a better investment for your money.

But considering all of that, I would still buy another standing desk if I had to make

the decision all over again.

Hi I'm David these are of thoughts and experiences with Standing Desks

I really enjoy switching from sitting to standing whenever I'm feeling sore from sitting for

too long.

Even in the most expensive and fanciest of chairs, I'll still get a little antsy or

fidgety.

So switching between sitting and standing helps alleviates that problem for me.

Sure if you don't have a standing desk, just stretching or taking a water break regularly

is going to be good enough.

But if I'm deep in some work, standing at my desk lets me stretch my legs and pace around

and still keep focused on my work.

Even when I'm not working having a standing desk at home makes it a lot more convenient

to jump on and off the computer to change a song, google something or respond to some

email that can sporadically occur throughout the day.

But I'll be honest, I still probably still sit for about 80% of my day.

Since sitting at my desk is just as important as standing at my desk, I really don't like

permanent standing desks or any manual standing desks that require a lot of effort or time

to adjust.

Sure you could use a high chair with a permanent standing desk but getting good ergonomics

out of a high chair can be quite challenging.

Manual crank standing desks do allow you to switch between sitting and standing and are

usually quite a bit cheaper.

But I personally found the process of cranking, slow and a burden that resulted in me being

lazy and not bothering to switch as much.

Tabletop risers are also an option, and are probably the only solution for those stuck

in cubicals where you can't switch out to a new desk.

But it's definitely not my preferred option as they are bit clunky, take up lot of desk

real estate, and don't really allow you to do anything else standing up other than

use your keyboard and mouse.

So I think for most people, if you want to get a standing desk you should probably save

up for a fully electric motorized standing desk.

The good thing though is that budget electric standing desks are pretty widely available

these days.

Though there are some key things that I'd look out for before you go and just buy the

cheapest thing available in the market.

Like memory buttons.

Definitely get a desk with a memory button if you can.

One click to stand, One click to sit.

Simple, no fuss.

And completely worth it.

2 memory buttons is good enough for a single user but more is better especially if have

multiple people using the same desk and need different heights.

Next, check height range for the desk.

I guess I'm on the shorter side at 5'7, so the standing height has never really been

a problem for me, but I find the minimum heights, usually around 27 inches, is often are too

tall for me, so I end up needing to use a foot rest with a desk at this minimum height.

But if I had to look for one again I'd try to find one that can go a little lower to

accommodate my shorter legs.

Checking the stability of the desk is a little more challenging.

I think at the highest height most electric desks will have some sway to them if you try

to shake them.

But honestly I've never really have an issue with stability while just typing or using

a mouse on a computer.

If you're sensitive to shaking, much taller than I am, or just doing more vigorous tasks

that require the desk to be super stable.

You could look for a desk that has a crossbar underneath but I tend to hit those with my

knees or legs.

Or you could find a four legged version of a standing desk but those can get pretty pricey.

So I think for most people you really won't notice issues with stability on anything half

decent during regular use.

Standing on your feet will be tiring especially if you're not used to it.

Even standing on carpet gets pretty tiring on the soles of my feet.

Most people will recommend getting an anti-fatigue mat which is a good idea.

But you will need to constantly move it in and out of place when switching from sitting

to standing, which is pretty annoying for me, so I personally don't use one.

Instead I'll just use some supportive sandals or shoes when standing and while I could probably

stand longer if I also had an anti-fatigue mat.

I'm fine just sitting back down when my feet and legs are feeling a little tired.

Next let's talk about noise.

Using a standing desk at home for personal use, noise for the motors really isn't an

issue for me unless someone happens to be sleeping while I'm working.

At the office on the otherhand, in open concept, and a sea of employees raising and lowering

their desks throughout the day.

I'll probably feel a little different about the noise.

Maybe I would get used to it but I can imagine myself going a bit crazy hearing a bunch of

noisy desks moving up and down all day long.

And finally the tabletop.

A lot of companies will sell their motorized legs and tabletops separately.

So if you find the tabletops ridiculously expensive or just not in the color you want,

buying the legs on their own and then grabbing a tabletop from IKEA is my preferred option.

The IKEA Gerton is a really nice option: solid wood, good sized, and fairly affordable at

only $90.

Or IKEA Kitchen Countertops can also work really well and are available in pretty much

any color and design you would want.

Considering all of this, for me at least the standing desk wasn't a fad that I eventually

got bored with, and I still very much continue to switch between sitting and standing regularly.

While I could go back to a regular sitting desk, and I'd definitely recommend investing

in a good chair first if you don't already have one.

If I had to make the decision today I'd still definitely spend the extra cash to get

another electric standing desk all over again.

But hope you guys enjoyed this one.

You know what to do.

And I'll see you in the next video.

Can I Dismiss My Chapter 7 Case? - Duration: 2:10.

I filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case but now the trustee's doing stuff that I don't like

and I'd like to just dismiss the case and get out. Can I do that? My name is Ron Drescher.

I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania

and Virginia. Unfortunately, you really have a very hard time getting out of a Chapter 7

case once you filed it because Chapter 7 brings a trustee in and the trustee is a fiduciary,

really representing the interests of creditors, and he's going to pay attention to whether

you want to get in or out or what's going on in your case or why you want to get out

of a Chapter 7 and you'll have to ask the court for permission to get out of Chapter

7, and you have to show cause to get out of Chapter 7, and that's not an easy thing to

do especially if the trustee has found assets and wants to administer those assets for the

benefit of your creditors. So Chapter 13's different. Chapter 13 you can pretty much

get in and out, at least once, without any trouble at all because the courts and the

bankruptcy system actually wants to encourage people to do Chapter 13 because the idea is

they'll repay something to their creditors. So you can get in and out of Chapter 13 without

too much of a hassle, but Chapter 7 is not that way. So it's really important to know

that you want to be in Chapter 7 before you pull the trigger and file that case. My name

is Ron Drescher. I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and if you've

got a question about really whether you should file a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13, please pick

up the phone and call me. I would love to hear from you.

you forgot the pain you forgot the lesson you forgot the fact that you

almost had a heart attack you forgot the fact that the doctor said if you don't

change the big ones coming and the lesson you learned in pain becomes faded

spiritually speaking some of you some of us have been the same way and God taught

you some lessons hard big huge lessons lessons where you wept and cried lessons

where you came to God and you say God I will never forget I will never turn my

back on you I will never never never never ever God go back the way I was I

will never make the same mistake again I will follow you I will be fervent God I

will never go my own way I will trust you because you have spared

me God you have done so much in my life because there was pain in your life and

God answered your prayer in a miraculous powerful a he took you out of the pits

of death he took you out of a place that was a dark place and you swore you would

never forget but you know it was four years ago you're not in pain anymore

the lesson is faded and you know what that urgency

that fire we're starting to forget you're starting to reach back again

Timeless Education in practice - Duration: 13:08.

How do we apply Timeless Education in practice?

What's essential is the development and health of individuals by increasing understanding.

Without that, no healthy social reforms are possible. But society naturally improves itself if its citizens are healthy and developed.

The ideal is to make it as simple and universal as possible,

but the foundation is to establish some combination of education and a new "cultural style" that becomes more and more aware of the principles and tools.

I already perceive the dissemination of Timeless Education information as a form of application, since I still have great faith in that truth will kill bad ideas and delusions

as long as it is comprehensibly conveyed - which I consider to be the primary and greatest challenge.

If this dissemination of information won't happen through direct education by courses or as an additional course for regular studies and our primary school (what I would want),

then other possible forms of communication can be art, entertainment media, and the Internet in general with healthy models that with time will dissolve earlier rigid systems and thinking.

The key to success probably lies in a renewal of how people with the most influence - i.e. educators, teachers, artists, the intelligentsia - are educated.

But also direct transmission from friend to friend in everyday life is important.

One element that may become essential in practice is to draw attention to the connection Timeless Education has with ancient wisdom, modern psychological theories, therapeutic practice,

as well as religions and spirituality, in case people have a need of authorities, experts, and tradition over simply logic and reasoning.

Development is, as we can analyze through the previously mentioned Evaluation Compass: healthy individuals; naturalness; more capacity for personal responsibility;

less tendency to imitate the culture and others automatically; more relational and social competence;

both self-control and freedom from inhibitions; capacity to alleviate the emotional, mental, or spiritual afflictions of others; increased intelligence;

expanded creative abilities; clarity and understanding of the education's theory and system;

ability to transmit the education and system from a realized point of view; understanding of what is essential, and so on.

The culture would get a guiding ideal or value in the form of - not a deity, prophet, political ideology, state, or charismatic leader - but instead our governing principle.

A kind of objective measurements that puts our thoughts in the right channels and which would be difficult to argue against.

Individuals would feel less choked and pressed toward adaptation based on cultural trends, and at the same time the people would feel that they have the power to influence, at least locally.

It means, in concrete terms, a transformation of the inner attitude people have towards themselves, towards others, and towards the world based solely on understanding, insight, and knowledge,

instead of imitation, fear, intimidation, guilt or rebellion in front of rhetorically repeated ideals divorced from reality or focus on wishes.

The goal, result, or "ideal" of the individual can be summarized as follows:

1. Understanding

Primarily self-awareness or self-knowledge, but also universal knowledge through tools such as A-Ö-X-Ö.

Understanding is also supported by simplified knowledge, synthesis of essential knowledge.

2. Naturalness - Practice towards authenticity, honesty, self-appreciation, attainment of substance.

3. Interest - Participation, empathy, love, goodwill, compassion, conscience.

4. Timeless Man - Non-Attached attention, true identity, Reality-synchronization, freedom.

I have placed understanding at A since understanding is related to the intellect; naturalness at Ö since naturalness is related to our vital energies;

interest at X since interest is related to our social nature; and Timeless Man at the second Ö since it also represents the completed whole.

If the individual fully understands what Timeless Education aims to convey, these four qualities should manifest themselves automatically.

And if these qualities are manifested in enough individuals, society will also improve automatically.

Knowledge and understanding is fundamental. Particularly self-awareness: knowledge of our true feelings and energy patterns, our limitations, our cultural adoptations and invention,

our sense of lack that leads us to selfishness, our relationship with others, how we are connected in reciprocal maintenance, our biography in general - how circumstances ruled our choices.

Without understanding nothing else is possible for an individual and they become locked in a limited causal direction, which makes them pose a danger to themselves and others.

The same can be said for society at large.

Understanding derives from timeless principles and parameters conveyed through theory, art and practice.

"To understand" is man's only moral and ethical duty, thus an ethical punishment and justice system is also about getting criminals to understand

since true understanding is punishment enough - the painful insight that one has acted destructively for oneself and others.

People living the right ways are automatically confirmed by understanding while people who live wrongly both lose their hope and feel how evil they are by the same understanding.

Understanding - truth - is the whole purpose of Timeless Education and thus means it will be valued over other cultural aspects and ideologies by the individual who comprehends it.

Thus its value does not need to be enforced, only "awakened" through teaching. Understanding binds everything together.

Resistance towards understanding is ignorance, primarily in the form of erroneous and habitual partial knowledge, as well as avoidances.

Practice is primarily to try to understand Timeless Education and then attempt to explain it to others when you start to comprehend it,

as well as to try to simplify and clarify what is essential in things.

The writing of an autobiography is also useful.

Naturalness and authenticity are the result of self-knowledge that comes from understanding.

Real altruism is also altruism towards yourself, caring about your own needs. Being able to accept, appreciate and feel love for oneself is essential.

This can be facilitated by other people's acceptance, but often that's also ineffective since the individual must be the one to accept and become comfortable with himself/herself.

Knowledge about oneself and others should lead to this sought-after self-acceptance, but also other people's practice of naturalness is always inspiring.

Naturalness is true action that leads to a greater sense of freedom, substance and self-awareness through honest expressions and the cultivation of personal expressiveness

through, for example, the translation of feelings.

Honesty, in turn, also increases the understanding in others.

Resistance to naturalness is social ideals, imitation, threat of punishment, and fear of criticism.

Practice is primarily to try to let go of inhibitions based on fear, translate own feelings in expressions, let go of the need for control and feelings of lack, question your cultural adoptations,

and to experiment with different self-expressions to become more and more acquainted with your own nature with its shortcomings and potential in order to be able to act optimally.

Interest is a sign of love and participation.

The one who've succeeded in liking their natural self (not their "impressive" social mask) is capable of showing interest in others and can participate in others' lives

in a constructive and benevolent manner without making demands and criticism.

They do not avoid other people as often and they are less annoyed by them in their increased understanding.

This understanding instead allows people to help others - for real, instead of manipulating them - in their capacity for compassion, natural action, and the impression they make that they understand.

Nothing is more healing for a person than to meet someone who understands them, as well as who increases their self-knowledge.

Understanding others also makes it harder to be ruthless, since understanding gives rise to increased conscience.

Interest in others and attempts to help also increases one's own understanding. The sense of having substance saturates the soul and prevents the return of too strong feelings of lack.

But also attitudinal practices, guides and purifying expressions are needed to heal old emotional wounds and hatred.

Resistance towards interest in others is a focus on own problems, self-contempt, bias, hatefulness toward others, unrealistic pursuit of independence, and feelings of deficiency.

Practice is primarily to take things less seriously. Try to endure other people's unpleasant manifestations.

To practice presence and find ways to increase interest in reality and in people.

And to cultivate impartiality in order to be more receptive, present and caring.

Timeless man is our true identity that is perceived and expressed through non-attached attention, presence, impartiality, receptiveness, omni-interest, and no goals (not attached to outcomes)

as a result of the satisfaction in what is happening in each moment.

Also called "reality-synchronization."

Those who have become interested in others and in the world no longer feel the need for vain goals or desires that just gets in the way of what brings experience, nourishment and satisfaction among people here and now.

Acceptance has made the individual transparent and so little interested in partial ideals or personal wishes that the individual instead feels fellowship and belonging with everything else

in spite of realization and action according to his or her naturalness.

Ignorance, fear, affectation, wounds and shortcomings led to a sense of isolation and hostility with the world.

But understanding, naturalness, expression, and interest in everything else leads to receptivity, flow, courage, freedom, and a sense of really existing that leaves old quarrels behind.

This openness, in turn, leads to more understanding due to a reduced avoidance of reality.

Resistance to presence and non-attachment is focus on ideals and dreams along the lines of excessive partialness, false culture, and a sense of lacking as a result of the lack of substance.

Ideals and wishful dreams are always focused on time beyond the present - on the past or on the future.

False culture wants to motivate you to become what you are NOT in order to fit a template or ideal.

Practice is primarily practicing non-identification and different attitudinal exercises, developing creative imagination to find meaning and enchantment in the world as it is,

confronting others' ideals that are divorced from reality, as well as expressing yourself and create something to experience a sense of substance.

The tools available or hopefully will be made available can be divided into four groups: tools for naturalness, tools for love, tools for wisdom, and tools for true identity.

However, these tools are connected and should be used in combination as a process of wholeness - body, emotions, intellect, witness.

Some of these tools are A-Ö-X-Ö, the Evaluation Compass, Partialness Psychology regarding Human Types, and analysis of Timeless Man and various Attitudinal Exercises.

I have already addressed a few of these tools in some detail, but will also talk more about the others at some later date.

The Story of My Life by Sri. Vethathiri Maharishi CHAPTER 23 Service and Renunciation PART 2 - Duration: 8:17.

Story of My Life by Sri.

Vethathiri Maharishi Chapter 23 Service and Renunciation PART 2

Having thus understood clearly the nature of service, I came to the conclusion that

if the world is to thrive and prosper in future, the best course would be for everyone to lead

the life of a house holder in a spirit of renunciation.

From then onwards I organised all my material and mental resources and regulated my life

in the light of this understanding.

The following verse that I wrote at the time clearly portrays my feeling and intentions:-

I have no recollections about my birth The hour of my death I know not; Nevertheless

having my birth and my death Constantly in my mind, I go out into the wide world and

play the game of life I gather the fruits of my labour In gold and silver and in all

things precious.

Abundant are my riches My cup of wealth overfloweth.

I shall spend this wealth in ways beneficient to all; My giving shall always be in harmony

with life's music on Earth.

And when the moment most propitious comes my way, I shall pour out all my riches And

empty this cup of mine With a joyous abandon.

A face lit up with the smile of benevolence

And a total simplicity, shall be my only wealth; And my home, the One and Eternal Space.

When I realised this wonder within me This indwelling of the Self in the market place

of life I knew the meaning of it all; It was the home coming - The Renunciation.

I made a good deal of money in my lungi business.

It kept expanding futher.

So it was not necessary for me to go on working in the Government Office.

I decided to give up this job.

Something happened on 18th January 1946.

I was then serving as Assistant to the Cashier.

He went on leave and they appointed another man in his place.

This man asked me to do something that would not be in conformity with the rules.

I refused.

He flew into a rage.

"You must obey my orders", he shouted.

I laid my pen on the table.

"What are you saying, please?", I said, looking him in the face.

He repeated, "You Must obey my orders".

"If they are wrong?"

"Even then you should obey, whatever it may be.

The responsibility is mine".

I picked up a sheet of paper, wrote as follows, signed it, and handed it to the Supervisor

of the Section.

Sir,

I have been serving in your Office for the past thirteen years.

This bond of service is of my own seeking; I have made up my mind to server it and set

myself free.

With great pleasure therefore, I resign my post here with effect from this very minute.

Yours faithfully, Vethathiri.

The Supervisor spoke to me with deep affection.

"What exactly has happened?

Why should you give up a Government job?

If you have any complaint, I shall myself set it right", he said.

I answered, "I am taking up lungi business.

I cannot carry on, with what I am paid here.

That is why I resign.

Please have this resignation letter submitted to the Head of the Office".

With great reluctance he did so.

That Officer knew me personally.

He was shocked to see that letter of resignation.

He sent for me.

I stepped into his room.

"What is it, Vethathiri?", he asked, "What exactly has gone wrong?"

'I have started lungi business, Sir.

It is prospering well.

If I attend to it full time, I can improve it.

My prospects for the future will be brighter".

He took out of his drawer a letter and gave it to me to read.

I was really surprised to learn what it contained.

It was an order of exemption from the operation of rules regarding educational qualification.

In the normal course,I stood disqualified from promotion because I had no schooling,

let alone a University Degree.

But my case and been strongly recommended and the necessary exemption had been obtained

from the authorities in New Delhi.

The order also stated that I should be promoted and that the promotion given should be a permanent

one.

The Officer was kindness itself as he said, "Vethathiri!

You have won the goodwill of all the Superintendents here.

This is why exemption from the prescribed educational qualification has been granted

in your case.

You can better your prospects even in this Office by your own efforts.

Please withdraw your resignation".

My decision, however, was final.

I told him so.

Even then he was pleased to say: "Something seems to be wrong with your mood today, Well,

we shall see about it later.

Take two weeks time".

His endorsement on my paper said: "Please put up the file on 2nd February '46.

I got back to my seat.

The file was sent to me for my information.

I wrote.

"Noted" on it, signed it and sent it back.

The hour was three in the afternoon.

I got permission from my Superintendent to leave Office early.

Meantime, news of my resignation had spread throughout the Office.

Everyone pressed round me, making enquiries.

I felt very much embarrassed.

"This is after all just a little altercation.

And it has made you resign your job immeditely.

Have you any idea how much we are suffering at the hands of our Officers?

Still we sit tight", said some of my more intimate friends to me.

I took up a sheet of paper and wrote on it : How sad, how sad, the lot of men who are

driven by necessity To serve under petty people who don't care at all for honesty!

The Rules devised by men of wisdom, these little in gods do not heed.

The underlings regret their lot.

They've got to stick on some how indeed.

Rules and regulations are drawn up by men of ripe judgement.

But when such rules are enforced by fools, those who happen to serve under them have

to pay.

Can they afford to quit?

By no means!

They have to earn a livelihood.

Things are topsy-turvy.

Circumstances help men of poor calibre to attain positions of authority.

Their success goes to their head.

They give hell to those who are under their control.

Not satisfied with teasing and persecuting such Assistants, they do not hesitate even

to tarnish their Confidential Reports.

This stands in the way of these poor folk obtaining

promotions in their official carrer.

Evil doers, however, cannot get away with it.

The law of Cause and Effect is inexorable.

Their evil will recoil on their own heads; and then alone they might reform.

I explained my stand to my close friends, went straight to the post office at Egmore,

took up a post card and applied for leave from that day, right up to 2nd February 1946.

I did not attend Office the next day.

The position is rather awkward for an Office when a leave letter closely follows a letter

of resignation.

The Officer's hands were forced.

I received an intimation that my resignation had been accepted with effect from 19th January

1946.

Light Packing for Winter - Sweaters & Snow Pants | Helpful Tips from Iceland Travel - Duration: 9:56.

Hello good people! You guys have been requesting a light packing video for

winter wardrobe for a long time so here it finally is I'm gonna show you what I

packed for my trip for Iceland and I only traveled in a carry-on it was a

week-long trip but if I was staying longer it would be pretty much the same

that I would pack so let's get to it! Okay so when you're traveling to winter

destinations you have to be more practical when it comes to clothes and

what you're packing it's also more challenging because the clothes is

bulkier and you're gonna have to fit a lot of air into your tiny little

carry-on so just let's get started I'm gonna start out with what I would

actually wear on the plane because number one tip is: wear the bulkiest

items on the plane if you can! Some items, it does not make sense

but if you can get away with it wear it on the plane and it does not take up

space in a carry-on so on your feet bring one pair of really warm winter

boots I did not bring anything else just this one pair I wore them all the time

and I did not need any fancy shoes because it's Iceland, it's really cold it's

freezing and if you're not wearing practical Footwear you're not having fun

so one pair of boots and I wore them on the plane so they don't take up space in here

I only brought one pair of pants I'm wearing them right now and they

don't go in the suitcase so one pair of pants this was my regular setup like

just a normal long sleeve t-shirt not fancy at all but then I have this

knitted sweater that my mother-in-law knit for me and it is so warm it's the

warmest wool and I love it for this kind of travel so I was wearing this because

this sweater is really bulky, so I was wearing that on the plane

I was also wearing my jacket

It was wintertime in Denmark so having to go to the airport

and sit at the airport and bring the jacket was not a problem if you're

flying from a warm climate to a cold climate it can be an

issue but I'm just assuming that it's kind of wintery wherever you are so I

just wore my jacket I didn't have to pack it I also wore my scarf and my hat

So everything that I'm wearing on the plane is on the floor now and this is

what I need to fit into here it's really not that bad I did bring one warm

sweater but that was mostly for exploring so I also brought a nice warm

sweater so to go out to restaurants and eat and still keep warm I'd like to

bring something different and I only brought one like a dress-up shirt I

think we went out to eat probably twice maybe three times and I just wore this

one every single time sometimes this one and sometimes this one on top I felt

like I had enough variety and it was just for a week if I was staying longer

I probably added one more but that's about it

I also brought one more t-shirt just to wear under stuff and switch out keep in

mind it is possible to wash when you're traveling find a washing machine

somewhere and just wash whatever you need washed if you're run out that's

really the worst that can happen and how bad is that? Not too bad!

When you travel to cold climates you're gonna need gloves mittens

whatever I brought these, they're really warm they're for skiing and I just knew

it was gonna be cold and windy I went to Iceland in February and it was really

cold so bring something like this you might feel stupid walking around and

carrying it around but it's a whole lot better than really cold fingers

I also brought a pair of tights to wear under my pants it was too cold if I

brought a skirt I could also just use that to change it out with the pants I

just use these underneath I like to use packing cubes for my socks and my

underwear so those things always go in here it makes it easy to pack in the

suitcase and things don't go flying everywhere which I'm a big fan of

Toiletry wise I just pack what I normally pack one thing that I do add in

is chapstick you have to remember to pack this if you have any kind of issues

getting dry lips fast so I always pack this somewhere preferably in my pocket I

need it all the time I'm the kind of person who can't fall asleep at night if

my lips are cracked, so I need this! I also always travel with ear plucks and

a sleep mask because when you rent a room somewhere you don't know how loud

it's gonna be or if there are any curtains at all so I just always bring this as standard

Bring you converter plug if you need that for wherever

you're going if not that's great I booked an air B&B and those places most

of the time they have towels if it doesn't say clearly on there and I just

I'm assuming that they have towels then sometimes I just bring this small little

micro towel it's big enough that it actually works it takes up a lot of

water and it's just in case I need it I probably won't need it but sometimes I

like to bring it it's so small and the space it takes up for me compared to the

hassle of actually not having a towel it's worth it to me I always bring this

Eagle creek super lightweight packing cube as a laundry bag it weighs nothing

and I can just use it as I go. I always pack that.

And I have pyjamas and it's the long sleeve and long pants pajama version not the short one -

- unless you're like a really warm sleeper something that might seem a little

random is the swimsuit in Iceland they have actually have a lot of hot springs

so I knew that we were going to the Blue Lagoon and hopefully some other places

as well so I needed to bring this and just go through your destinations see if

you might need it you might be going to a spa a hot spring, whatever

just think through your trip and see if you actually need it because being in

Iceland where everything is expensive it's really annoying to have to go out

and buy one when you travel to colder destinations and you're spending time

in your airBnB, maybe a fancy hotel I don't know but I find I always

need warm socks at night unless I want to sit on my bed the whole night my toes

they get freezing I can't wear my winter boots inside so pack the pair these are

maybe your slippers that you use at home and also Airbnb they do not always have

hair dryers when you trying to cold climates walking outside after you have

a shower with your hair all wet it gets really cold you might not think of it

ahead of time but bringing a hairdryer if you're not absolutely certain that

the hotel or the Airbnb has one because I'm pretty sure you're going to need it

I always bring mine I'm always annoyed because it's bulky but when I'm there I

really appreciate it so bring a hairdryer if you think you need it

I do video so I need to transfer my files to my computer I always bring it - you might not need to

My camera by the way I always carry it on me I carry it with me in a separate

bag when I go on a flight so it does not need to fit in here now for one last

thing and that is something that people often ask about and I would assume that

you would do the same thing with your bulky jacket if you're flying in from a

warm climate but these vacuum bags are really practical when you're

traveling to a cold destination so how they work is that you put your bulky

items like these like snow pants that have needed for Iceland

It's the same if you're going skiing or something you might need something that's really bulky, so..

You just fit it in here you can get them in different sizes and then you

just zip it locked up here and then you roll the air out

You have to make sure when you get these vacuum bags that you get the one where

you can roll the air out instead the one where you have to use a vacuum cleaners

because vacuum cleaners they change a lot in how they look in different

countries so you might not be able to use them everywhere and also you might

not have a vacuum cleaner available when you're going back home so you can't

squeeze the air out anyway so get the ones where you can roll the air out that

has a zip log on one end so you can reuse them many times and wherever you are

Now I've sucked the air out of this one and it's really thin and it's easy just

to pack in my suitcase and it hardly takes up any space

That's it for this video guys I fit everything for a week's worth of travel

maybe two weeks if you add in one more sweater or a few more socks I really

recommend you get a vacuum bag so you can vacuum the air out of fluffy items

and I recommend you don't skimp on the warm items because you are really gonna

need them don't think that you can just layer up forever because that just gets

impractical so bring one or two really warm sweaters wear one on the plane put

the other one in here maybe in the vacuum bag with snow pants bring a

hairdryer and some warm woolen socks and you'll be good to go I'll try and leave

links in the description down below for the vacuum bag the laundry bag that I'm

using the small towel all these kinds of things so check the description down

below I hope you like this video let me know if you have any questions I'll be

happy to do a lightweight Q&A whatever leave them down in the comments share

this video with your friends if you found it helpful in any way give it a

thumbs up and I'll see you guys next time, bye!

- Come on, clownie. - Yeah, do something funny.

Time to find out.

She was a day tripper

One-way ticket, yeah

It took me so long

To find out

But I found out

She's gonna find out anyway, remember?

What? Find out what?

Our car broke down.

Fred will break down and cry.

In fact, Barney will break down and cry too, if I know him.

I'll break it down for you now, baby, it's simple.

Let me break it down for you.

Could you please turn up the volume, Mr. Hoffmann?

I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited

But I couldn't stay away, I couldn't fight it

I had hoped you'd see my face and that you'd be reminded

That for me it isn't over

I certainly will, as soon as he turns up.

Oh, yes. I waited on you last time.

Where are you, Charlie? We're waiting on you.

Must I always be waiting, waiting on you?

Must I always be playing, playing your fool?

I have waited on him hand and foot for two months.

Not too late. I can still call off the wedding.

Everybody will understand.

Call... Call off the wedding?

You say either and I say either,

You say neither and I say neither

Either, either, neither, neither

Let's call the whole thing off

Ooh, we called it off again last night

I didn't know you were funny.

I'm just having a hard time swallowing all this.

All right, okay, okay, okay, wrap it up!

I want you to hit that button.

Come on, guys! Join in!

All right!

This party's over.

Design project of a country house - Duration: 3:58.

Interior Design Studio of Yulia Sheveleva

presents you a design project of a country house with an area of 214 sq.m.

The interior of the house is designed in light French classics,

with elements of modern style.

Kitchen-dining room - the main room in the house.

On the background of the general beige-black color palette, the floor is highlighted.

This is the Spanish factory of tiles Peronda.

Blue as an accent is very organically blended into the overall style.

This color is present not only in the tile, but also in pillows, decor and furniture upholstery.

Initially, the architect was offered a layout that did not quite suit the hosts.

During the design, the room space was radically redrawn,

made a more functional arrangement for the intended purpose.

All rooms on the 2 nd floor are in the same scale and decoration.

During the design we decided not to allocate

and somehow especially personalize each room and its owner.

The desire of the clients was to fulfill everything in a common harmony and style.

Trump Sends FEDS To Make Massive Arrests In Muslim Michigan What They Found Is...| Global News Today - Duration: 3:56.

President Trump Sends FEDS To Make Massive Arrests In Muslim Michigan- What They Found

Is TERRIFYING.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.

– A Mexican national arrested in Wyoming, who has a prior conviction for fourth-degree

child abuse and two convictions for child neglect, is among the 33 foreign nationals

taken into custody during a four-day operation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs

Enforcement (ICE) this week in western Michigan, targeting at-large criminal aliens, illegal

re-entrants and other immigration violators.

Among those arrested were:

A 37-year-old Liberian male with a conviction for the offense of criminal sexual conduct,

3rd Degree.

He was ordered removed from the United States in 2011, and will remain in ICE custody pending

removal of the United States.

A 22-year-old Mexican female with convictions for operating without a license, two counts

of child neglect, and child abuse, 4th degree.

She will remain in ICE custody pending the outcome of her removal proceedings.

A 20-year-old Salvadoran male with convictions for destruction of property, larceny, and

false identity to law enforcement.

He will remain in ICE custody pending the outcome of his removal proceedings.

The just concluded operation targeted public safety threats, such as convicted criminal

aliens and individuals who have violated our nation's immigration laws, including individuals

who re-entered the country after being removed, other immigration violators, and immigration

fugitives ordered deported by federal immigration judges.

"Operations like this one demonstrate ICE's continued focus on the arrest of dangerous

criminal aliens as well as those who enter the United States illegally," said Rebecca

Adducci, field office director for ERO in Detroit.

"I'm grateful to serve with the men and women of ICE who selflessly put themselves

in harm's way to protect the communities we live and work in."

Some of the individuals arrested during this week's enforcement action will be presented

for federal prosecution for re-entry after deportation, a felony punishable by up to

20 years in prison.

Those not being criminally prosecuted will be processed for removal from the country.

Individuals who have outstanding orders of deportation, or who returned to the United

States illegally after being deported, are subject to immediate removal from the country.

The arrestees (28 men and five women) included nationals from four countries, Mexico (22),

Guatemala (7), El Salvador (3), and Liberia.

ICE deportation officers conduct targeted enforcement operations every day in locations

around the country as part of the agency's ongoing efforts to protect the nation, uphold

public safety and protect the integrity of our immigration laws and border controls.

During targeted enforcement operations, ICE officers frequently encounter additional suspects

who may be in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws.

Those persons will be evaluated on a case by case basis and, when appropriate, arrested

by ICE.

ICE continues to focus its enforcement resources on individuals who pose a threat to national

security, public safety and border security.

ICE conducts targeted immigration enforcement in compliance with federal law and agency

policy.

However, as ICE Acting Director Thomas Homan has made clear, ICE does not exempt classes

or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement.

All of those in violation of the immigration laws may be subject to immigration arrest,

detention and, if found removable by final order, removal from the United States.
