- we did a few steps forward and about certain problems between states and federal government

- but now we must limit the Trump's government damage. Our organisation is focusing to legalize

- marijuana for racial and social justice motivations. The most arrested in USA for drug crimes use to be

- african american or latin people, even being the same use between races... We think it's unfair

- and that's why want to legalize marijuana and put end to this failed policy. USA has been the lead in drugs war

- in Nixon and Reagan times and now we're getting out this war that made space to other countries to change their

- drug policy, specially in Latin America, where USA influence is really big, Uruguay for example,

- Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Argentina are changing their drugs laws and it's really

- happening for USA motivations because USA can cause problems if they don't like their politics

- and we've already seen those interventions during the history. It's not happening now because they've

- legalized marijuana in a few states in USA, creating space to other countries to do the same.

HOME MAYONNAISE, 3 recipe for mayonnaise at home

Hello! My name is Dina. Welcome to my "Recipes Collection" channel.

Today we will prepare 3 variants of homemade mayonnaise - one of the most popular sauces.

Many believe that mayonnaise is a very harmful product and there is some truth in this,

especially if you use it without restrictions and do not think about what the shop sauce is made of.

And if mayonnaise cook at home without any "chemistry" of affordable and useful products,

and at the same time do not abuse it, then we will get not only a delicious and delicate sauce, but also absolutely natural.

So, let's start by preparing the olive mayonnaise "Provansal"

for this we use an immersion blender.

In the glass for the blender, carefully knock out the egg, trying not to damage the yolk.

Pour your favorite oil, I have a sunflower refined.

We add olive oil, it should not be more than 1/4 of the total amount of oil, otherwise mayonnaise will be bitter.

Spread into a glass of ready-made mustard, preferably Dijon.

Pour out the salt, sugar and white pepper.

Pour white wine vinegar, instead of vinegar, you can use ordinary vinegar, apple or lemon juice.

Then we lower the blender vertically to the very bottom of the glass, covering the yolk with it,

turn on the device at maximum speed and do not raise it until,

While at least half the mass does not turn into an emulsion.

Then the blender can be raised and mixed intensively until a uniform sauce is formed.

The more power your blender or mixer, the easier and easier it is to cook mayonnaise.

Our olive mayonnaise "Provansal" is ready, it took only 3 minutes to cook it.

Here we have such a thick sauce.

Next, prepare the mayonnaise on yolks and lemon juice.

In a tall glass or bowl, pour out fresh yolks, preferably from domestic eggs,

add the prepared mustard, pour out the salt and sugar.

Turn on the mixer and whisk at high speed for 30 seconds.

Then, without stopping to whip, in a few receptions in small portions we pour refined sunflower oil,

each time whisking well, while the mass begins to thicken and brightens.

The density of mayonnaise directly depends on how much oil you add.

The more oil, the thicker the mayonnaise.

That's how thick the mass.

Now add the lemon juice, and once again well beat until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.

After adding the acid, the mass becomes even lighter.

I spent 6 minutes preparing it.

Due to the use of yolks from domestic eggs, mayonnaise has acquired a yellow-cream color

and a very delicate texture, like mayonnaise.

I note that for the successful preparation of mayonnaise it is necessary to use products of room temperature,

so do not forget to get them out of the refrigerator beforehand.

And now prepare a light mayonnaise without eggs on milk.

In the bowl of the blender pour out the milk, vegetable oil, add mustard, and pour out the salt and sugar.

We lower the blender to the bottom of the glass and whip the mass at the maximum speed until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained.

Mayonnaise at home is prepared very quickly, literally in a matter of minutes,

store it in a refrigerator, in a closed container, no more than 3 days,

so do not prepare it in large quantities for future use.

Then add the lemon juice and a little more vzobem.

It took me less than 3 minutes to cook this sauce.

This version of mayonnaise does not differ in taste and consistency from the shop.

So, friends, I showed you 3 basic recipes for cooking mayonnaise.

But this sauce has a lot of derivatives.

Mayonnaise can be mixed with yoghurt, sour cream, add gherkins, greens,

garlic, paprika, olives, capers, lemon zest, as well as tomatoes, onions and sweet peppers.

Mayonnaise is not only a dressing for salads and snacks, it is used for cooking cold dishes from meat, fish, poultry, for some hot dishes,

and also with its addition prepare all manner of baking.

hi I'm Brandon and welcome to nature meets paper the place where we go on an

adventure to discover the world of marine biology today we're going to

learn about the harbor porpoise are you ready let's dive in the harbor porpoise

prefers subarctic and Arctic waters I will insert a map as a reference

there are several subspecies located in the Atlantic Ocean Pacific Ocean in the

Black Sea like their name suggests the harbour porpoise inhabits cold water

systems like harbours fjords bays and estuaries they have been recorded going

up rivers and even offshore for feeding the harbour porpoise is the most

commonly seen porpoise while whale watching in the northern hemisphere what

does this porpoise look like they're one of the smallest porpoise and might not

be easily spotted as a larger way females are larger than males growing to

168 pounds were the male spirit to 134 pounds the average size of the porpoise

is four point six to six foot two feet so if you're out on a whale watching

tour or happen to see some animals in the water how can you identify the

harbor porpoise the dorsal fin of the porpoise is triangular and low to the

body they have a round beak that isn't well-defined like other dolphins

and porpoises depending on the region the colors can

differ some animals are light brown color and some are smooth gray they all

have counter shading which means they are lighter on the belly than the dorsal

surface every individual has different patterns in small spots along the sides

and other color variations but many adults have a lighter stripe running

along the sides of them when identifying some larger whales you can identify them

by their blow but the harbor porpoise has a small blow that can barely be seen

let's get into the diet of the harbor porpoise what do they eat porpoise are all

odontocetes which means that they all have teeth so instead of eating krill or

filter feeding things small fish the preferred meal is small schooling fish

like herring capelin and sprat I don't know what Sprat is but I'm assuming

that it's a small schooling fish so now we get to what eats the harbor porpoise

there are two animals that kill and feed on the harbour porpoise can you guess

which ones one is a shark and one is a whale if you guess the white shark and

Orca you'd be correct good job give yourself a pat on the back

other than these two predators what threatens harbor porpoise in some cases

bottlenose dolphins have been recorded killing harbor porpoise but not eating

the IUCN Red List has them as Least Concern there has been a slight decrease

in population since the 1940s but it is primarily due to net

entanglement chemicals noise pollution and accidental bycatch time for personal

story I live in the Pacific Northwest specifically in the state of Washington

we have easy access to water I have seen many harbor porpoises in my lifetime I

have seen them in Canada Alaska here at home and in aquariums this harbour

porpoise was seen at the Vancouver Aquarium it allowed me to get an

incredible underwater shot I feel lucky to get the chance to take these photos I

would love to dive and see animals eventually but for now I rely on

aquariums to get eye to eye with these animals I will call this adventure

You can place any transition you want

Drag the transition of youre choice to the timeline

for example this one . Its called "Barn Door"

Tip from me : When you drag a clip over another clip , you will have the standard transition done, you can change that in the settings

For now i place the clips next to each other

You can see direct result what the transition does to youre movie

Like Effects , Transitions are easy to adjust

healthy, lifestyle.

You have to strive just to be consistent.

So when you screw up, you got to get back up the next day,

dust yourself off, and start over again.

But first you must hold yourself accountable.

That's pillar number 1.

Now, I'm announcing this 30-day challenge to you publicly,

so I'm holding myself accountable.

Now I can't let my followers down.

I can't let all these people down,

so now I'm being held accountable.

You have to do the same thing.

Find some way to hold yourself accountable.

Find a workout partner.

Pillar number 2 is rewards, and every week you

must use this reward system to stay on track.

I learned a long time ago, when I started my career in 1998,

I actually placed first runner-up

in the world's largest body transformation contest

called Body For Life, with over 22,000 finishers

in that contest.

And the reason why is because every week, I had a reward.

I dangled a carrot.

I knew that on Saturday or Sunday, whatever day I chose

as my cheat day, I was going to be able to have my pizza

and ice cream.

So Karen and I, every week, we pick a weekend, or a weekday,

even, sometimes, where we're going to have a date night,

maybe a bowling night, maybe a golf night.

And we're going to indulge.

We're going to have some alcohol.

We're going to have some cheat food.

But it's only 1 time a week.

The rest of the time, we're going

to be on track, because we're dangling

that carrot every week.

And you have to do the same thing.

So when you wake up today, on a Monday,

set your reward ahead of time for every Saturday or Sunday,

so that you know you have that reward in front of you.

And that will change your behaviors during the week,

and allow, and help you to stay on track.

Number 3 is the deadline, 30-day challenge.

30 days from now, I have a deadline.

I'm going to get in front of a camera with my shirt off.

I'm going to take a picture.

And I'm going to post it publicly in front of everybody,

for all to see.

So that deadline is in place, and now that that's in place,

every time I go to eat, I know I have

to post publicly on Facebook.

So I'm being held accountable.

But I'm also thinking differently

about every meal and every workout,

because I know in 30 days, I have

to be in front of a camera.

So you can do the same thing with a birthday.

It could be an anniversary.

It could be a vacation.

But find some type of deadline, and put it in place.

And make it a hard deadline, and make a commitment

to that deadline.

The fourth, and the final key element

that you must have in place if you want to succeed with a body

transformation, this is the most important 1,

and that is, your big reason why.

You must find the source of your deepest emotional triggers

if you want to transform your body and your life.

Having the goals to lose weight, to look great naked when

you look in a mirror, to fit into those skinny jeans that

are hiding in the back corner of your closet,

these are all amazing and great goals,

but they'll never keep you going when the going gets tough.

You have to find a deeper, emotional reason.

For me personally, 46-year-old grandpa,

I find my grandkids to be my deepest source

of my emotional triggers.

I want more than anything to be alive as long

as I can to play with them, and have fun, and watch

them grow up.

I want to prepare a nest egg for them.

And I know my commitment to health and fitness

is what's going to allow me to be the best grandpa I can be.

I want to honor my body, because it's

the temple of the Holy Spirit.

I'm a Christian.

You might not be a Christian, but I am.

So that's a deep reason why I want to honor my body,

and take care of my body, because I honor my faith,

and I honor God.

So you must find your deepest emotional triggers,

and find your big reason why.

So those are the 4 key elements.

I visited 3 couchsurfer's home In last 3 days

So, now you are going to see how does a typical Russian apartment looks from inside!

All of us are more or less from the same age group

So now you are going to see how an average Russian family or couple's house looks like

Lets start the tour

I spent my childhood in Maharashtra. This is a common practice there

You haven't heard or seen me for some time now, but trust me there is a really good reason for that.

I've decided to bring one of my friends as a business partner on this channel.

He owns and uses a great deal of professional photography and recording equipment

and we are going to transform this channel to an even better version, with a much higher video quality.

I will just introduce you to our weekly upload schedule.

On Sundays, we will upload a short introduction to the next week's videos.

On Mondays and Tuesdays we will probably upload new videos about workout programs.

Wednesdays are still reserved for challenges and/or giveaways.

On Thursday, another educational video comes out.

Friday is reserved for new episodes of Friday specials.

I don't find this solution quite as elegant, but it's still quite handy.

And it takes up less space and it's less visible if you don't like the look of the

Use a PVC pipe to store your hairdryer.

The smaller pipe can easily store another supply like your heat press or even a bottle

of hair spray.
