Day-to-Night Makeup | Tutorial - Duration: 18:27.

Hey guys! Today's video is a day-to-night makeup look...tutorial...thingy

on how to get this look here from what I did have here.

I did not have a lot of makeup on today, but I did have a little bit and it was kind of broken up, as you can kinda tell.

So if you wanna know how to get from that to this, then keep watching

So right now, I'm just taking some toilet paper - if you have blotting paper, that'll probably work better.

Basically just gonna tap, or press, really, wherever I'm the most oily

to help pick that up.

So mostly my T-zone, especially my forehead.

And I'll list what I have on right now in the description box for you. It's really not all that much.

It doesn't even look like I have much on, but it's there!

So now I'm taking my matte spray from NYX, just to kind of make sure the extra oil is gone.

Again, mostly focusing on my T-zone.

I'm sorry if the lighting looks really weird. It's like, sunset right now.

It's almost 6:00pm, so my lighting situation is weird. I don't have, like, actual lights.

I have, like, my makeup light and a lamp - a floor lamp.

Okay, so that's dry now.

So what I'm gonna do - I don't want to add too much coverage, because that will make it look cakey.

So I'm pretty much, um, gonna do a super light coverage for my face.

Even though I am breaking out somethin' bad right now, but I'm gonna take a pump of the

Becca backlight priming filter on my hand

and put in the tiniest amount of my foundation.

This is the infallible pro-matte. I don't know if you can see this, but I'm really just doing that much.

I have no idea if that's in focus, but just so you get the drift.

And I'm pretty much just putting this where I want the most coverage. So basically, like, the center of my

face and blend it out.

I do have a little bit of eyeshadow on my lid, so I'm not gonna go over my lid because

I'm just gonna cover that up with more eyeshadow.

I also was wearing my glasses today, so you can see the little indents,

which I'm not that worried about 'cause I'm just gonna take this off later.

And I'm also trying to avoid getting this in my eyebrows because I already have brow gel in them.

I turned off my makeup lamp, so hopefully that helps with the washed-out look that I feel like I was getting.

So now I'm basically just using 1 light and whatever sunlight is left coming through the window.

Now I'm gonna go ahead and use concealer.

NFL: Saints Pick On Disabled Veteran After He Turned Down An NFL Award. - Duration: 2:31.

Saints Pick On Disabled Veteran After He Turned Down An NFL Award.

The New Orleans Saints are firing back at a retired Navy commander who declined to be

honored at their game Sunday because of players protesting during the national anthem, calling

his decision "unfortunate and disappointing."

Retired Navy Cmdr.

John Wells, executive director of the Louisiana-based Military Veterans Advocacy, was selected by

the Saints to receive its Peoples Health Champion Award for highlighting the "health and well-being

of our military, veterans and their families," according to the team's statement Thursday.

But Wells told the organization Wednesday not to expect him at the game, since he's

unable "in good conscience" to enter an NFL stadium where some players continue to

"disrespect" the American flag by kneeling or sitting before or during the national anthem.

"Although I am touched and honored to be selected for such an award, the ongoing controversy

with NFL players' disrespect for the national flag forces me to decline to participate in

the presentation," Wells said in a statement, according to the Times-Picayune.

"Since this award is tainted with the dishonorable actions of the NFL and its players, I cannot

accept it.

To do so would be hypocritical."

Wells, a disabled vet who served from 1972 through 1994, said he "hoped and prayed"

that Roger Goodell would ban the "disgraceful protests," but the NFL commissioner announced

in October that league owners will not force players to stand for the national anthem even

though they agree that they should.

The Saints, in a lengthy statement released late Thursday, said it was unfortunate that

Wells chose to decline the award in such a public fashion.

"We respect his decision, he has that right, and we thank him for his service to our country

and his past efforts on behalf of the military and veterans," the statement read.

"Throughout Mr. Wells' media appearances today, he has stated he no longer supports

NFL football.

"That is unfortunate and disappointing considering the New Orleans Saints' unwavering 50-plus

year commitment to honor, support and recognize our servicemen and women and veterans.

We will not allow Mr. Wells' decision and subsequent media appearances to distract our

players and organization from continuing to honor and support our military and veterans.

What do you think about this?

Please Share this news if you think the Saints are being crybabies because a real patriot

stood up against their anthem-kneeling organization.

I was in the winter of my life

And the men I met along the road

were my only summer.

That night, I fell asleep with visions of myself -

dancing, and laughing, and crying with them.

Three years down the line on being this endless world tour

but upon on unfortunate series of events

saw those dreams dashed and divided

like a million stars in the night sky.

That I wished on over and over again

sparkling and broken

I didn't really mind

because I knew that

it takes getting everything you ever wanted

and then losing it

to know what true freedom is.

I believe in the freedom of the open road.

I am fucking crazy...

but I am free.

Black Widow: Nothing lasts forever...

Creepy Man: He's...

They see you leading us to Hel.

(Bye-Bye, Mew-Mew)

Grandmaster: He's a fighter.

(See, fangirls? Hair grows back, and check out the abs - lol)

Loki: You will be mine alone.

Disability Discourse: Inspiration Porn! - Duration: 15:10.

Hey guys!

So today's video is going to be another Disability Discourse, and in case you guys haven't seen

one of these videos before, um, because I haven't made one in quite a while, this is

just where I talk about an issue related to disability or that affects disabled people.

And I don't usually edit these videos terribly much, so you might just not wanna watch this

if you're not interested in me rambling on for quite a while about topics that I'm interested

in and that affect me on a daily basis.

Um, but if you are here for that kind of thing: Welcome!

So today's topic is going to be disability in the media, and we'e going to focus on fiction

and non-fiction, and just some things that are quite obvious when it comes to representation

of disabled characters and disabled people in the media.

So i've tried to make this a little bit more positive, 'cause I don't just want to talk

about like all the problems, so I've kind of broken it down into a problem and a solution

that I think is relatively easy, so if you're a content creator or a writer or whatever,

and you want to know how to better portray disabled people or talk about disability in

your work, I hope that I can offer some really easy solutions to really common issues that

happen with representation in the media.

So let's talk about the first issue, and that is romaticization and fetishization of disabled

characters.

Um, this happens in real life a lot, but not so much in non-fiction media, this is more

of a fictional problem (well, not a fictional problem...you know what I mean!).

So essentially this is where a disabled or sick character is romaticized and their illness

is romaticized to the point where it's kind of used as a way to make a romance in a story

more enticing or more romantic or whatever.

So cancer is often used in this way, where you'll have a cancer patient as your protagonist

who falls in love and then their partner is their knight in shining armour or lady in

shining armour and rescues them and it's all sweet and happy.

A really easy way to spot this is that writers will often only use the...kind of more attractive

or more romantic symptoms of an illness.

So for example, cancer and chemotherapy, the protagonist will be frail and pale and fragile

and like a little doll and need taking care of and all this stuff, when in reality cancer

and chemotherapy have some really unpleasant symptoms that aren't romantic at all, like

vomiting and nausea and all that kind of stuff.

So essentially the issue with this is that illness and disability aren't entirely positive

and they aren't entirely negative, so in this case you're making illness and disability

entirely positive and romanticizing it, and this is a really big issue for disabled people

in real life, because often disabilities and disabled people, especially disabled women,

are fetishized as being fragile and needing to be taken care of.

A lot of people have thing where they think it's sweet for someone to be dependent on

them, and so a disabled person is really easy to take advantage of in that sense.

So to romanticize or fetishize disability in fiction is to perpetuate that thing that

disabled people are dependent on their partner and kind of just keep that stereotype going

and it's a dangerous stereotype.

So the way to fix this is obviously to not do it, but I think a lot of this comes in

accidentally, I don't think that a lot of write this way on purpose.

I think a lot of this comes from a place of just not really understanding that it's harmful

to do this.

So a way to check that you're not doing this is, as I said before, um, a lot of writers

will only use the positive or potentially positive side effects of a illness or disability

in their writing about a romantic story.

Don't do that.

So look up the symptoms of whatever illness or disability you're using, and just make

sure that you're making a realistic portrayal of it, both the positive and potentially romantic

aspects of it, and also he negative and not romantic aspects of it.

So while your character who is going through chemotherapy might be fragile and pale and

thin, they also might throw up all the time, or not be able to get out of bed for an entire

day, or just things like that.

Just try to make sure that you aren't only portraying this perfect, fragile doll kind

of image, 'cause I feel like that gets thrown around quite a lot.

Um, the other thing about this is that often characters who are being romanticized for

their illness, often they'll be portrayed as fragile in every aspect.

So they're fragile physically, they're fragile mentally, they need to be taken care of.

And as I mentioned before, this happens quite a lot in real life to disabled people.

So a way to stop from doing that is to just make sure that your character isn't fragile

in every aspect.

It's fine for them to be fragile in some aspects, I think every character should have areas

of weakness, right?

Often for disabled people we are weaker physically than abled people, however that doesn't mean

that we're weaker or fragile in every aspect.

So have your character be strong in some situations, have them be taking care of other people in

some situations.

It doesn't always have to be that the disabled or sick person is the fragile, weak one.

Okay, so I think that just about covers that one.

I think we'll stick with talking about fiction for now, and I wanted to move on to using

disabilities as a kind of...easy way to denote evilness.

Um, sorry, I should have figured out how to word that a bit better before I came into

this video.

I didn't, so that's what you get.

Um, but essentially this is things like a limp or a wooden leg or an eyepatch and things

like that, being used as a catch-all "this person is evil" kind of thing.

This is really similar to using skin colour in the same way.

So if all of your evil characters have darker skin tones?

Probably a problem.

If all of your evil characters are disabled or have some sort of disability?

A problem.

You know what I mean?

So I mean obviously the fix to this, once again, is just don't do it, and again, I don't

think that this is a conscious decision made by a lot of content creators.

I think that this comes from a place of a lot of history and a lot of historical characters,

like evil characters, being disabled or having like missing limbs and eyepatches and things

like that, or scars, just stuff like this.

So, I mean I guess once again the way to do this is to just be aware of it.

Just make sure that you have like a list of your characters, and if you're noticing a

trend in your evil characters being disabled or being darker skinned or whatever, try to

change that, and make sure that you're kind of balancing it out.

Okay, so that is that.

The next thing - I think we'll just keep going through all the like fiction ones - so the

next thing I wanted to talk about is abled actors playing disabled characters.

Now, I think in this day and age we're all very aware of whitewashing and white actors

being chosen for canonically black or coloured person roles, um, so this is kind of a similar

issue, but slightly different.

So essentially a lot of the time in fiction abled people will be chosen to play disabled

characters.

Um, I think we all know why whitewashing is an issue - it takes away work from actors

of colour, and it also like, it just kind or removes people of colour from stories,

which is not okay.

Uh, so this is essentially the same thing, except it's...I think it's slightly worse.

Now hear me out, I think whitewashing is really awful and shouldn't be done, um, but the reason

that I think that abled people playing disabled characters is slightly worse is that it's

not quite like choosing...like erasing the disabled character entirely, because what

happens is they'll just take an abled person and put them in a wheelchair, for example.

So instead of taking a white actor and having them play a, like for example, black person's

role, it's taking a white actor, putting them in blackface, and then then having them play

a black person's role.

So I think that's slightly more offensive, just 'cause it's essentially dressing up as

a disabled person and taking a disabled person's role.

The way to fix this, obviously, start using disabled actors, there are plenty of them

out there, with all kinds of shapes and sizes, all colours, all types of disabilities, whatever

you're looking for, you can find it within the disabled community, you don't need to

look outside of that.

Um, okay, so that's that, I think the last fiction one I wanted to talk about was inaccurate

portrayals of disability and illness.

I'm sure that every disabled person watching this will have had this experience, where

you're reading about a disability or illness that you either have experience with yourself

or you know a lot about from other people, and it's just completely wrong.

So this happens all too often, and this one, I don't think I need to explain it that much

because it's quite obvious what it is, and the fix to it is: just talk to people who

have experience with this particular illness that you're trying to portray.

There are so so many disabled people who want better portrayals of their disability or their

illness in the media, and there are so many of us who'd be more than happy to talk to

writers or content creators about our disability and our experience, just to helps that accuracy.

So you can find disabled people on forums, things like that, just reach out and ask if

anyone has experience with this and if they'd be willing to talk to you.

That way you're gonna get a much more realistic portrayal of what it's like.

Okay so I think that's everything for fiction, I have some notes but I'm not really looking

at them, which...why did I even bother writing notes?

Who knows.

So onto non-fiction.

The first thing I want to talk about is inspiration porn.

Um, so this is kind of a difficult concept to grasp if you haven't experienced it from

a disabled standpoint.

So essentially inspiration porn is articles written about disabled people purely for abled

people to feel better about themselves.

Um, it's like look at this person with no arms, aren't they so inspirational, wow, it's

amazing, wow, great.

Um, and, like, it comes from a place of kindness, don't get me wrong, I understand that it comes

from a place of wanting to celebrate disabled people.

The issue is, you're defining us by our disabilities, and lord knows abled people tell me all the

time not to define myself by my disability, but we get defined by our disabilities constantly

in the media.

So when you write about a disabled person purely because they're disabled, you're setting

us apart from other, "normal" people, and you are defining us by our disability essentially.

Um, the way to make sure that you're not writing inspiration porn, because again, I don't think

that this is often done consciously or maliciously, I think it's done just...without understanding.

So a way to make sure that you're not writing inspiration porn is just to ask yourself "would

I be writing about this person if they weren't disabled?".

So if someone's done something really amazing, if a disabled person has achieved something

incredible, you'd write about them if they weren't disabled as well, right?

So that's totally fine, that's not inspiration porn.

However, if you're writing an article about someone because they're missing an arm, that's

inspiration porn, that's like...you wouldn't write about this person if they weren't missing

an arm, and so you need to stop and think "what is it about disability that makes you

feel like that is a story?".

Um, so yeah, that's inspiration porn and how to avoid it.

Uh, the other thing about inspiration porn that I notice quite a lot is that it's used

to make other disabled people and other people in general feel bad about themselves, and

this is like a pet peeve of mine, this is something I hate, so I might ramble about

this.

I'm sorry, you can skip ahead if it bothers you, I'll put a timestamp here.

Um, so what I mean by this is every time you go onto an article, particularly inspiration

porn articles, but any article about a disabled person doing something amazing really, you'll

see comments that are like "now no one has any excuse" or like "see?

Anyone can do anything they put their mind to!", and that's just not true.

Like, as someone who's been used as inspiration porn before, as someone who's had my story

and my achievements used to make other disabled people feel bad about themselves, I can tell

you we don't want that.

Like I don't achieve things to then be like "what's your excuse?

You should just like try harder".

That's not the point, like when disabled people achieve something awesome, that's great, like

that's amazing.

They did a really great job.

It's not about making other people feel bad, it's not about turning that around and being

like "well, you should do better".

Um, so the analogy that I'll use for this is Katie Ledecky, the amazing American swimmer

who just like smashed world records like they were nothing.

Um, she's incredible, she's obviously a really amazing person.

So when you see articles about her, you wouldn't see "now no one has any excuse!

Anyone can do anything, anyone could do this!", because they couldn't.

Like she's obviously incredible, not everyone could do what she does.

She obviously A) has natural talent, but then B) has cultivated it and is just so so dedicated

and is amazing.

The point of incredible achievements is that they're incredible.

Not everyone can do these things.

So you wouldn't say about Katie Ledecky that anyone can do what she does, so when you see

a disabled person doing something awesome, don't then be like "what's your excuse?

wow, anyone can do anything, just try harder" like that's not...it's not about that, it's

meant to be a positive, this person is incredible, not a "wow, this person did it so why can't

you?"

kind of thing, you know?

Anyway, I'm gonna stop talking about this 'cause I feel like I could just ramble forever.

So we're done with that.

We're done with that.

Um, so I think that's about all that I have to say about disability in the media.

There's so so much more to this topic, there's just like so many depths that I could go to,

but I wanna keep this quite simple because I don't want this video to get too long, and

I also want to talk with you guys about it.

So I hope that you'll leave all of your thoughts and feelings in the comments below.

As always, this is meant to be a dialogue, not just me rambling at you, I hope!

Using Medical Cannabis for Pain Management [CC] | Chronic Pain Vlog - Duration: 5:39.

Hey guys.

It's mo here, I just wanted to sit and talk to the camera for awhile because it's friday

and I don't know I just- I feel like I need to talk a little bit.

My dispensary has been out of all of the strains except for this one and it is not my favorite.

It is an ahh sativa- a sativa dominant hybrid and um I am partial to the indicas because

indicas leave me indacouch- in-indabed? and it's just more of a body high and it's

better for pain, for me at least.

But like one of my friends mentioned that the sativas do- they do work in their own

way.

It's just different, I do prefer the indica but the sativa- like a head high- it distracts

you from the pain a little bit more.

So maybe like it gives your body time to relax because you're not thinking about your pain

as much because you're up in the clouds.

You're- like feeling the vibrations of the darkness or something.

I don't know that's, that's really exaggerated.

But let me vape this and I will talk about getting off of pills all the way, all the

way!

I never know how long to hold an inhale.

I know that it is only a few seconds but I still feel like I get the most out of it when

I really hold it in there.

So let me get started on talking about getting off of opiates all of the way.

Because I'm done, I'm through the withdrawals, I'm through with the...draw?

I'm through it all!

I'm fully on cannabis.

I only take ibuprofen and mmm maybe a muscle relaxer every once in awhile when my muscles

are really tense and awful and hating my spine.

But that's it, that means no more opiates, no more pills of those kind, no more narcotics.

It always feels good.

It always feels good to get off of them, kind of to prove to myself that I can a little

bit.

To remind myself that I can.

Because you know, when you are taking medication that is that serious it does get a little

bit scary.

You do wonder where the lines are- like your need for pain relief.

At some point you wonder "do I really need this just for the pain or is there an additional

draw that I don't even realize?"

And that's not true, I think that is what I am proving to myself each time I go off

of them.

That, you know, they are one method of pain management that I have utilized fully in the

past and they have worked really well for my pain.

Now, I'm moving on to a different pain management technique and I'm really excited about it

because I finally have access to medical cannabis.

Because Florida finally has it.

But eeeeeuuuh I don't know, I just- I'm happy that it is done with, I will take

them in the future at some point.

Living with chronic pain I know that I will utilize most of the pain management techniques

at some point in my life.

Like, all of them.

I have done so many things for pain relief umm, that sounds bad but like I've tried so

many different techniques and I've found what works for me and sometimes one thing works

for me and other times it doesn't.

I have gone years where I just only used hydrocodone and muscle relaxers.

And then I had years where I did the fentanyl and then the extended release opiates, and

I had years where I just did cannabis with some other stuff thrown in.

I did- there was times when all I had access to was alcohol, I had to drink for pain.

That is not recommended at all.

Just, I'll throw that one out there eeeeeeeehhhscaaaaaaaaaah.

But through my experimentation with those things I've learned what I like and what I

don't, and what works for me sometimes aaaand what doesn't work for me sometimes.

And that information, it's real good and I'm really really happy that I am on cannabis

full time.

So, I don't know guys.

If you are proud of me, happy, um having a great day hit that like button, leave a comment

down below- you can talk to me about your experience with medications.

Yeah just tell me all about it.

I will see you probably next week, I'm trying to do the weekly thing.

I had a little bit of a hiatus because I went to Fort Lauderdale but- worth it.

Okay I really have to go because this is really hurting, sitting like this.

Why did I do this?

Why do I do this every single time, I do it every time because I'm too lazy to set any

other filming spot up.

Bye guys.

How To Make An Inexpensive Polymer Clay Cane Slicer - Duration: 6:48.

hi everybody welcome to my unruly housewife Channel now one of the things

that I find difficult to do in polymer claying is slicing canes and a cane like

this (although this is a bit of a dried-out old example) can be an

absolute nightmare to slice and especially if you want to slice it

thinly now there are a lot of expensive cane slicers on the market and I'm sure

they're very good but perhaps like me you don't want to make that kind of

investment because you don't slice canes very often or because you just don't

have the money so today I'm going to show you an idea which a lady called

Jane Cox brought to our attention ... I belong to a group on Facebook

called hop hooked on polymer and Jane Cox posted a way of making yourself a

little homemade cane slicer for less than ten dollars or ten

pounds (I'm just looking at my crib sheet) and Jane if you like this

idea she's got an Instagram account that's called @janelovescreativity and

she's also got an Etsy shop called serendipitybyjane and I'm sharing

those because I mean look what a great idea she's given us look at the slices

now I haven't even practised much with her little homemade slicer and look

what I've made...slices this thin and believe me that is something that I

would not be able to do just using a blade and a tile or whatever so I'm

going to show you how you can make this little cane slicer and what you need to

buy well the first thing you're going to need is this and it's a mini miter box

and this is a Draper mini miter (mitre) box and I'll just look at the number here it's a

Draper four eight six seven seven now I was looking on Amazon and I could

find this in England but in America it's incredibly expensive like about $50 and in

England it was less than five pounds so you might want to look around at your

local hardware store and see if you can find a miter box that

is not incredibly expensive this one's...let's have a look it's an inch and a half

wide or three and a half centimetres wide inside there and that's handy

because the next part of your homemade slicer is this it is a steel ruler so

that's what your cane sits on I'm using the square cane just for my own

benefit as it's easier than trying to do the round one (for me when I'm tipping

around like this filming) and as you can see you've got this here this parallel

slot for you to put your blade in and it wouldn't take a genius to see how

this goes together (once Jane Cox has given you the idea lol) so this is a sculpey slicer

but you could use a different one if you want to you just need a nice sharp blade and

then the way Jane moves hers (because one complaint I had was when you press down

on your blade this tends to pull back and spoil your slice) so Jane taught me

what she does is she holds that with her thumb and you might want

to just square that up to the edge there you go

she just makes her cut, pushes down, (obviously she makes a smaller one than

that). the way I did mine (and I have to be difficult) is I had it the other way

around so that this flat piece here (because these are all angles it's a

miter box after all) I had this piece closer to me here which...

I just moved so that I actually had it in front of my face and I cut it

with just a finger on there (forgotten how I did it now lol) oh yeah my finger on there

and I was able then to slice through it now I'm gonna try and do it

here while you are watching (remove the tile so that my box is not

sliding around) as you can see you want to develop your own technique how to

hold this you might even want to fix it in place with something

Jane's ruler has a foam back that stops the ruler from moving I don't have that

at the moment but I might invest in one

that's the best that I can do on camera and it's not very good because it's just

too nerve-wracking but as you can see at least it's a whole piece and you know

what it's better than I can normally do! There you have it that's the idea all

you need is a steel ruler, a metal ruler and one of these miter boxes now I've had a

look at this one and it is recycle number six which means it's polystyrene

(PS there as well) according to the Blue Bottle Tree (Ginger Davis Allman gives us

a lot of technical advice about polymer clay on there) this kind of

plastic doesn't play very well with raw clay so you will want to give it a good

clean up after you've finished with it but because these are so cheap and you

might find one in a different kind of plastic I really do think they are worth

the time and the investment I'm very grateful to Jane for her idea and yeah

let's bring these back you do need to practice but I mean that's not

something that I could do without the help of this box and it is a very cheap

solution to a very irritating problem thanks very much to Jane! Janelovescreativity

on Instagram serendipitybyjane on etsy and any information you

want about polymer clay technical issues go to the Blue Bottle Tree and/or Blue

Bottle Tree which I always say wrong and check it out there. If you liked this

video do consider subscribing and check me out on Instagram and on Facebook

where I have the same name that I have here and thank you very much for watching

Minor Update: My Lack of Videos - Duration: 4:12.

I just wanted to put out a quick update, since I've been having trouble getting videos out

lately.

You can skip ahead if you just want to know what little I'm changing instead of hearing

why.

Unfortunately, I have issues staying on any kind of schedule.

Even my sleep schedule... isn't and really hasn't ever been one. And even situations that force

some semblance of a routine in my life tend to do so at the expense of other important

things - such as sleep - and rarely can be sustained long-term without significant issues

Originally, I had figured I had a way to compensate for this when it came to YouTube.

I can just schedule the videos, after all, so if I built up a few extras I could schedule

them weeks in advance, or set them aside to publish when I was having an issue.

Nobody would have to actually see any impact of these problems that way, though obviously

that would restrict what I could put out a little bit - if nothing else that buffer couldn't

be about current events.

Considering the majority of what I was internally pushed to talk about wasn't so time sensitive,

this seemed like no big deal.

Certainly it'd be a small price to pay for avoiding having issues that are far too often seen

as simple laziness put out there for public criticism and discussion at the worst possible

time - when they were already interfering with parts of my life.

Fast forward a bit, and I actually did have this buffer available before I left.

The wedding part of my reason for leaving was known well in advance and until I found

out my aunt had died I was just planning on scheduling something and turning off notifications

if anything got too much for me to handle.

Finding out about my aunt all of a sudden, however, wound up too much and I could see

how poorly I was responding to things in other formats.

Even before my announcement I was lashing out at people on twitter and becoming too

much of a wreck to handle the discussions I knew everything I had planned could bring.

So I took a break from publishing entirely instead of just using what I had recorded.

But I did have things recorded.

The last two videos I published were written and recorded before I found out, though I

had trouble finding the most recent one when I wanted to edit it.

I actually hadn't successfully created anything new since, unless you count updates/announcements.

Though I suspect that may be changing today

I had another topic recorded and ready to edit, but when I went to do so recently in

hopes of getting back to a normal release schedule, I realized I wasn't going to publish

it at all without reworking most of it.

I'd simply learned and experienced things since then that changed too much that I didn't want to

publish it as it was.

Which brings me to a minor change: At least for the moment, I'm done even attempting to

have a particular upload schedule.

I'll probably still use the schedule feature so that videos can go public at a better time

than whenever I happen to finish them, and so I can keep the captions on them when they release.

but that's pretty much it.

Maybe you'll get to see my bursts of productivity because I don't intend to delay videos if

I actually get more than one not time-sensitive thing done in a week.

This will be better for me anyway as I won't have days after I've finished and decided

to publish to worry about the reactions and second-guess if I should let it be seen.

But at the same time, if I don't get any done then I don't get any done.

I've already more than once come close to publishing something substantially lower quality

just for the sake of getting something out "on time" and I don't want to do that either.

And just a reminder, suggestions and feedback are definitely appreciated.

Whether it's an idea for something I should discuss, some way I could make my content

better, sharing what you like or don't like...whatever.

Even just general discussion or questions.

It's all welcome in the comments as well as discord, twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, and minds.

I've even got Tumblr set up to allow anonymous posts through the ask page.

So if you want to say something to me completely anonymously for whatever reason, even without

an account, that's an option at the moment too.

I'll link to it in the description.

I also have everything open basically any time I am on my computer, so I should definitely

see anything anyone sends me.

Part 4 : Why QUITTING is NOT the Answer (Rejuvenate through your Relationships) - Duration: 7:05.

Hi and Welcome ! I am MaryÂm, and today you are watching this video n°4 of a videos series

about relationships.

The first 3 videos of this video series about relationships are actually in french, with english captions.

I am doing this video series to share with you the importance of relationships, improving

our relationships in our rejuvenation process.

if you want to know more about what I call rejuvenation, please, watch this video up

there, showing above my head, and let's go !

In this video today, I'd like to give you an indicator of whether you are or are not

so much yet following your highest version, your original version, as I call it, when

dealing with a relationship, any kind of relationships, whether it is an intimate relationship, a

professional relationship or a friendship : You may find yourself thinking a certain

way, and the way you think, the way you act, or the way you speak, say a lot about your own

evolution, your own rejuvenation process.

So here is the indicator n°1 for you to know if you are rejuvenating through your relationship

at the moment, or not.

If you find yourself wanting to quit, to put an end, to a relationship, you are not actually

rejuvenating, in other words you are not evolving the best way you can through this relationship.

And here is why...

Again I want to mention that I am not a therapist, I am not a doctor, or a scientist, I am just

sharing my own experience of relationships so that maybe you can find a way to get inspired,

or get a few tips, for you to better evolve in your own relationships, and in your own

rejuvenation process.

So if you find yourself wanting to quit a person, or a situation, this can actually

be applied in any situation in life, not just your relationships, but if you find yourself

wanting to quit someone or a situation, it means that you are not actually accepting

to evolve through that relationship.

You are not accepting what life, or God or the universe, is giving you at that right

moment for you to grow and to evolve.

This works for the relationship(s) you are already in, not for the relationships that you have

the possibility to start.

In other words, if you are already in a relationship, you have been in a relationship, and you want

to quit that relationship, you are actually quitting the possibility for you, at that

moment, to evolve to your next level, and to incarnate, the model, the best version,

that you have the potential to embody, to represent, right now.

So why do we do that ? Through the other person who is just a reflection of you, you have

the potential to grow your own qualities, to grow your own talents, to grow your gifts,

to update, to reach this higher version that you actually want, but you might not be aware

at that instant that, through this relationship, through this person, you have the potential

to do it.

So why would we "sabotage ourself" like that ? Simply because we may be scared, it might

be too challenging, the relationship might be too intense, for us, at that specific moment,

to accept, to be opened to it, as opened as we could be.

But here is what happens.

When we quit a relationship, life will bring us to the next one, that will bear the same

challenges, the same intensity, that will allow us to grow the same way we have to grow.

Because life always gives us what we need, to grow to our next level, to align to our

best version, to our original self.

So instead of quitting : Here is what you can do...

Change yourself : Follow the key n°1 that I have shared in the previous video of this

video series on relationships.

Incarnate, represent, be, what you want to see in the other person.

This way you will not be attracting what you "don't like" in the other person because what

you don't like is actually just a reflection of your own traits, that need to be amplified,

updated, illuminated in other words.

With Gratitude, with compassion, with understanding, of your own destiny, and why you attract certain

relationships in your life you are able to transform yourself, through this understanding,

and then change yourself, and by changing yourself, the person or the situation will

change itself automatically.

Without you wanting to quit anything.

In other words the situation or the person will drop or change itself to align to your

new frequency, to your new energy level and that will not be able to attract lower energy

frequency that you don't like or don't want anymore.

So the key is really to transform yourself : 1.

Understand why you attract certain type of people or type of relationships in other words

in your life.

2.

Forgiving yourself for attracting this type of people and relationships in your life.

3.

Saying Thank You for his opportunity that you have to grow through this person, through

these relationships in your life.

4.

And then putting on the work to change yourself, to transform yourself, with this knowledge

of the 3 keys, and enjoying that next level that you may be scared about because we are

always scared of growing out of our comfort zone.

But once you reach that, what you are experiencing right now, which might seem intense, or challenging,

will not exist at that level.

Other experiences will but not this one.

So this is the key.

When you stop quitting, and you start opening yourself : Your relationships will evolve

with your own evolution.

Whether if you keep quitting, people, relationships, situations, at some point, life will give

you an experience that you won't be able to quit.

It might be through children, it might be through a wife or a husband, it might be through

an experience in which at that moment, in practice, you won't be able to quit.

In a hospital, or...

I mean, I don't want to bring up situations that are not so positive there, but this is

what happens, because life will always take you to the situation, to the experience that

you need, for you to grow.

It was a joy to rejuvenate with you today, through this video from the Youtube channel

MaryÂm Petal.

Keep blossoming, keep enjoying your highest version, your original version, because you

deserve to honor yourself.

You can keep rejuvenating daily with me by subscribing to this channel, it's totally

free.

And if you want more videos like this one, just give it a thumbs up !

I love you, bye now !

I'm gonna try to learn how to draw and it's it's still gonna be bad but maybe

it'll be a little less bad and oh I wish I could make his hair red okay there

there is Pennywise and wait I forgot his ear and look there's no place for his

ear isn't that just great do you ever do that like draw something and then you're

like oak Fred okay well I'm just gonna take him as he is because he's gorgeous

anyway I mean the picture isn't but you know the real picture is no just kidding

you know I'm kidding right okay you have to okay close your eyes because you're

gonna be scarred forever you are not gonna want to see what he looks like

because he's gonna look worse okay and plus he's gonna be furry which is even

way worse I mean a penny why shouldn't look like this I'm sorry Pennywise don't

come and get me in my sleep please okay here we go oh gosh is it gonna be good

or bad oh you know right it's gonna be bad it's even gonna be worse than my

drawing maybe oh gosh - look oh oh oh my gosh that is burnt Pennywise okay let's

try it again because we got to get better than that

oh that's terrifying oh my gosh why is he so dark and burnt

oh it's getting worse and worse oh oh that is terrifying look at that how

would you like to see that in the middle of the night floating around in your

room oh it's getting worse and worse this is

like nightmares okay we'll try to get one this that looks nice

none of them look nice oh my that's terrified Hey look there's a little bit

of red there I wish I could get it all over his hair it's like it knows what

I'm drawing look it put red oh gosh it's terrible oh come on we got to get one

just a little more handsome than night okay oh my Oh at least give me something

that shows us now okay that one I had back there was way better than this okay

I am gonna have to stop and I'm scaring myself oh my gosh okay well guys I am

gonna quit here because that is just nightmares okay and I don't think it's

gonna look any better but hey there he is that is penny wise and he's hideous

okay I mean the drawings hideous to begin with but when I changed him ah

this is terrifying okay guys well if you have any ideas of anything I can attempt

to draw on picks two picks of course it's gonna be terrible okay

but hey it's practice right and I would say practice makes perfect but it

probably won't I mean seriously it probably won't but

anyway I still have fun doing this you know because it's just fun you need to

try it sometime but anyway I will talk to you later you have fun bye
