The Man He Imagined - Nicanor Parra

The man he imagined

lives in a mansion he imagined

in the middle of trees he imagined

on the banks of a river he imagined

On the walls he imagined

hang old paintings he imagined

unmendable cracks he imagined

pictures of worlds he imagined

in times and places he imagined

every afternoon-afternoons he imagined

he climbs the stairs he imagined

and goes out to the balcony he imagined

to look at the landscape he imagined

the valley he imagined

surrounded by hills he imagined

ghosts he imagined

come down the road he imagined

singing songs he imagined

to the setting sun he imagined

and on the nights when there's a moon he imagined

he dreams about the woman he imagined

who gave him the love he imagined

he feels the old pain

the same pleasure he imagined

and his heart begins beating again

the heart of the man he imagined

Premnas Biaculeatus, Maroon Clownfish | Marine Fish - Duration: 7:24.

This fish was the inspiration of our mini viral with the horror movie IT, the reason is

very simple, it is the most aggressive and territorial known clown fish.

This animal is of the genus Premnas one of the complexes of the clown fish that we are studying.

Premnas biaculeatus, commonly known as anemonefish with backbone or clownfish

brown, is a species of clown that is found in the Indo-Pacific of the west of Indonesia

Taiwan and the Great Barrier Reef.

They can grow to about 17 centimeters.

Like all anemonefishes, it forms a symbiotic mutualism with marine anemones

and is unaffected by the spicy tentacles of the host anemone.

It is a sequential hermaphrodite with a hierarchy of dominance based on strict size:

the female is larger, the male reproductive is the second largest, and the male non-breeders

become smaller and smaller as the hierarchy descends.

The breeding male will change to female if the single breeding female dies, with

the larger non-breeder becomes the breeding male.

The natural diet of the fish includes algae and zooplankton.

The characteristic that defines this genus is the spine on the cheek.

Body and bar color varies by gender and geographic location.

Despite the common name of the brown clown fish, only a few females have a brown color,

with a range of colors for dark brown.

Young and males are bright orange-red.

The fish has three body bars that can be white, gray or yellow.

Where the female bars are gray, they can be "swapped" quickly in white

if the fish is caught.

The hierarchy of dominance based on size means in any clown group that

the female is always larger than the male.

There is a significant difference in size for this species, with females being one of the

larger, growing up to 17 centimeters (6.7 in) while males are much smaller,

usually 6-7 centimeters (2.4-2.8 inches).

There are significant color variations for fish in this species, related to the

sex and geographical location.

The male and juvenile fish are bright red-orange that darkens in fish by changing to

the female, ranging from brown to dark brown.

The bars of the female's body are narrower and there are reports of body bars except

disappearing in older females.

There are at least three geographic variations in the color of females, with fish from East Timor

to Australia, holding white body bars.

all geographical variations of the fish are considered as a single species.

The genetic analysis showed that it is closely related to A. percula and A. latezonatus.

The relationship between clowns and their host marine anemones is not random and,

rather, it is highly species-related.

P. biaculeatus is highly specialized with only 1 species of anemone, Entacmaea

Anemone of bubble tip, predominantly with solitary form.

The fish chooses the host and it is thought that one of the main reasons for the selection

of the host is the competition.

E. quadricolor is highly generalist, hosting at least 14 species, about half of

all kinds of clowns.

With this competition, it is perhaps not surprising that P. biaculeatus is considered the

territory of all clowns.

The competition alone, however, does not explain the preference of P. biaculeatus for the

solitary E. quadricolor.

P. biaculeatus is currently the only member of the genus Premnas.

Historically, anemonefish were identified by morphological,

of colors in the field, while in a laboratory other characteristics such as scale

of the head, tooth shape and body proportions.

The spine on the cheek of the fish is the distinguishing feature of the genus Premnas of the Amphiprion

closely related.

P. biaculeatus was thought to have a monospecific lineage, however, genetic analysis

showed that it is closely related to A. percula and A. latezonatus.

It was suggested that the taxon epigrammata of Sumatra should be recognized as a species

distinct, Premnas epigrammata (Fowler, 1904).

The recent precedents of the recognition of A. barberi as a distinct species of

A. melanopus and A. pacificus that differ from A. akallopisos demonstrate the need

to show not only geographical and morphological differences, but also genetic data

to confirm the separation of the proposed species.

The fish has successfully created a homemade aquarium.

Being one of the largest and most aggressive anemonefish are characteristics they need

be accommodated in any configuration of the aquarium.

P. biaculeatus was subjected to selective breeding in captivity.

One of the most prominent features is the "lightning" form which is characterized by bars

of broken and irregular white body that have a honeycomb appearance.

One of the first times this trait was observed was in a pair of wild fish

of Fisherman's Island, near Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Hybridization

The brown clownfish was successfully crossed with A. ocellaris to create the hybrid titled

"blood orange clownfish" by Florida aquaculture company Oceans, Reefs & Aquariums (ORA).

The body of this hybrid looks more like A. ocellaris, but has an orange hue

more dark, grows and has a more ardent temperament, characteristics of its genes

of P. biaculeatus.

Warning

It is crucial that you know how to differentiate a simple Percula or Ocellaris from a Premna,

because taking a fish of this inadvertently may cause tragedy in your aquarium.

Especially if you have smaller fish that will be attacked by the maroon.

With fish of greater or equal size, it may be possible to keep it from

that the size of the aquarium supports a good area to secure its territory.

Maroon hybrids with Percula or any other clown will be genetically aggressive

as stated in this video and therefore should be purchased with great care.

In general the maroon is one of the most exotic and beautiful clowns,

with success they are the ones that have other bigger fish or of equal size and a sufficient space

for all.

There is no way to curb the territorial instinct of this known fish and do not think

controls it.

In Doubt is a great solitary pet fish in an aquarium just for him.

Obama Just Did Unthinkable To All 26 Texas Victims Behind Trump's Back While He's Overseas – This Is - Duration: 5:07.

Obama Just Did Unthinkable To All 26 Texas Victims Behind Trump's Back While He's

Overseas – This Is SICK.

Hours After 26 Christian churchgoers in Texas were killed by a deranged gunman who stormed

their Sunday worship service, former president Barack Obama saw an opportunity to take advantage

of the situation and President Donald Trump's absence.

While the POTUS is in Asia, Obama went behind his back to do the unthinkable to all of these

victims and their families.

When Trump found out about it, he didn't hold back on his predecessor and made him

pay for trying to step in as president where he didn't belong.

Democrats are notorious for never letting a crisis go to waste and what happened less

than 24 hours ago in Sutherland Springs, Texas is no exception.

Moments after 26 people were brutally murdered by Devin Patrick Kelley, Obama almost seemed

gitty at the opportunity to use it to his advantage and tried to do just that.

With fake sympathy for the families suffering the loss of their loved ones and a community

in mourning, Obama made a disturbing statement to stab President Trump in the back using

these victims' suffering in a sickening way.

USA Newsflash reports:

Perhaps the lowest thing that someone can do in times of crisis is use a shooting incident

in which people lost their lives, to their political advantage against another person.

That was the case with former President Barack Obama, who used the shooting incident that

took place this Sunday morning during a church service in Texas to call for fewer guns.

Obama started out saying,"We grieve with all the families in Sutherland Springs harmed

by this act of hatred, and we'll stand with the survivors as they recover," before explaining

how the American people should ask God for "the wisdom to ask what concrete steps we

can take to reduce the violence and weaponry in our midst,"

The former president that has only recently stepped back inside the political arena of

the United States didn't go into specifics on how and what these steps should look like.

And there is no doubt that Obama's reaction to the Sunday's massacre was far more political

than President Trump, who initially attempted to gather the people together and united them

in these hard times.

He said, "In dark times, and these are dark times, such as these, Americans do what they

do best: they pull together," before finally concluding, "We join hands, we lock arms,

and through the tears and through the sadness, we stand strong.

All Americans pray to God to help the wounded and the families of the victims,"

Devoid of real emotion, Obama couldn't save his gun control push for just a few days and

let the initial shock and heartbreak over this tragedy somewhat subside.

He also made this statement without knowing the facts and that's that no amount of gun

control could have stopped this massacre from happening since Kelley didn't legally own

the gun he used anyway.

As a former military member who was dishonorably discharged from the Air Force, he was not

allowed to own a weapon but did anyway.

That level of gun control didn't stop him from his crime and only a good guy with a

gun, who legally owns his, was able to stop him.

It takes a good armed individual to stop a bad one and had a hero not been armed, as

Obama is pushing for, then there would have been more than 26 victims.

President Trump understands the real issue in these massacres and it's not the gun

— it's the killer.

He put his predecessor in his place with the announcement he made after the attack.

"President Trump said Monday that a mass shooting at a Texas church that left 26 dead

was not 'a guns situation,' declaring that the problem was the shooter's 'mental

health,'" The Hill reported.

"I think that mental health is your problem here," Trump said during a news conference

in Tokyo in response to a question about the massacre in Sutherland Springs, Texas.

"This was a very — based on preliminary reports — a very deranged individual.

A lot of problems over a long period of time."

The president pointed out what Obama refused to say after every act of evil like this,

when he said, "we have a lot of mental health problems in our country, as do other countries,

but this isn't a guns situation.

This is a mental health problem at the highest level.

It's a very, very sad event."

"He first reacted to the speech earlier Monday while speaking at the U.S. Embassy

in Japan, calling the violent outburst an 'act of evil,'" The Hill added.

"Later at the news conference, Trump declared that 'it's a little bit soon' to discuss

the issue of guns and suggested that more people would have been killed if another armed

person had not opened fire on Kelley.

'Fortunately, somebody else had a gun that was shooting in the opposite direction,'

he said.

'Otherwise, it wouldn't have been as bad as it was, it would have been much worse.'"

It's disgusting that Obama continues to step in where he doesn't belong and using

this horrific event to push his agenda within hours of it happening, is insulting to all

the dead victims and a community in mourning.

It's refreshing to have a Commander-in-Chief in office who isn't afraid to call the killer

out for exactly who he is and what caused him to commit this atrocious crime.

What do you think about this?

Why I Started The New 5ifty - Duration: 4:26.

hi are you someone who would like to change the way you're living your life

but you don't know what that would look like do you feel stuck and unsure of

which direction to go in or do you have a really clear idea of what you want to

do but not quite sure what steps to take and how to go about doing it

well I understand how you feel because I've been there as well my name is

Taiwo and I am a coach trainer and writer I'm also the founder and CEO of

the new 5ifty which is aimed at people who are approaching or at midlife who are

looking to reconnect with their passion step out of their comfort zone so that

they feel empowered enough to make choices about the way they create the

next chapter of their lives back in 2010 I was working as a project manager on a

contractual basis for local government here in London that year there was a

change in government and the government decided that they would be making

massive cuts in public spending so the first thing of course to go was contract

workers and that was okay because I knew that I didn't want to be doing that any

longer but I didn't know what I could do and I went to all sorts of places for

help and people could not help me both in the private sector and the public

sector I went to the Job Center at one point and I was told that because of my

age I was virtually unemployable so I shouldn't worry about what it is that I

wanted to do but I should just take anything that came up but that didn't

make any sense to me because I was 48 years old at the time and I knew that I

wasn't on the scrapheap I also knew that certainly here in the UK we're going to

be working a lot later in life and so I knew that it was important for me to

understand what it was that I wanted to do because if I was going to be away

working later in life if I was going to have to be getting up on cold mornings

with quickly joints and bones are aching I had to make sure that I would really

love what it is that I'm doing and it was just by accident that I found

myself in a coaching course a free coaching weekend but it was after the

first exercise that I realized that I had been coaching in some shape or form

both as a manager and with my friends all of my life and I really loved doing

it so after some training I became a career coach and as I worked with people

who were either looking for new jobs or looking to maybe start a business and

transition out of their jobs the thoughts and the idea that I had no one

to help me to get to where I was that took me a

couple of years because I didn't have that help was just niggled at the back

of my mind and I realized through coaching people over those first couple

of years that there were particular issues for people in in or approaching

midlife in that they might have got used to a particular way of life or settled

in a career and having to change what it was that they were doing I didn't want

anyone to go through what I did in trying to make a decision about where it

was and trying to get the help to make that decision about where it was that I

wanted to be what it was I wanted to do who it was that I wanted to be and that

was why I set up the new 5ifty to work with

people who are at or approaching midlife

who are wanting to make changes in their lives who are wanting to create the

waves they live the next chapter of their lives

so if you are someone who is struggling to figure out what it is that you want

to do and you do want to kind of make a change in the way that you're living

your career your lifestyle etc but you don't have or you feel that you don't

have anywhere to go for support the good news is I can help you all you have to

do is click on the link below and sign up for a free consultation we can take

it from there

Get Equine Athletes Back to Competition with Laser Therapy | Sharon Classen, Equine Physiotherapist - Duration: 1:37.

Hi, my name is Sharon Classen. I'm a physical therapist

and I'm also certified in equine rehab.

I've been a physical therapist for over 35 years

and I've worked at both the Olympic and collegiate level with many

great athletes in our country.

My practice now is working with the equestrian and equine athletes.

Many of the athletes I see, both the humans and the horses,

I need to return them back into competition.

It's very important for me to do so in a timely fashion,

and as you all can understand

these athletes need to compete at a very high level.

So one of the things I look for when I treat these athletes,

whatever modality I use, I want to make sure that I have a

durable piece of modality.

I need to make sure that the efficacy,

since I deal with so many vets, is valid.

And what I have found is the Multi Radiance company,

which has the ACTIVet PRO,

is very useful for me.

It's a very durable piece of equipment.

The horses don't have any problems with the applications of it.

It is extremely effective and I think you will find

that it's something that you'll want in your toolbox.

I'm assuming you got into veterinary medicine

because of your great love for horses.

And like myself, as a medical professional,

we need the best equipment possible.

I suggest you go to www.multiradiance.com to find the ACTIVet PRO

and check out this amazing piece of equipment

and I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.

Moody Mondays| Depression and Anxiety Coffee Chat - Duration: 9:41.

Hi, guys, welcome back to our channel

We are the moody's and we post videos on monday wednesday and fridays and sometimes we go live on sundays like one time

If you are in the darling clan

Welcome back it has been a little bit and there will be an explanation for that kind of later in this video and

If you are new to the clan then, welcome go ahead and hit the subscribe button so you don't

Miss any other videos from us i've kind of got a little, weird setup going on with you guys right now

You are in my closet and i am sitting on the floor here

Because all of my lighting is pretty yellow, but that's, okay, we're working with, what we've got we're doing our best and

We're, going to make this a fun video so

I'm actually going to be doing this is a part of our monday moody monday's this little coffee chat

Believe it or not this is actually coffee i'm exhausted

See if i can, assure you without spilling. Oh gosh, yeah, you saw that coffee um oh?

My, gosh i'm so, sorry, that, was gross but

We are going to be talking about, why i've been kind of and my hey

So after this intro we're gonna go ahead and get into the coffee

oh

like with the moonies what's been going on um i

Think, the last time i made a video, whoa

No, cuz i made a video for

Halloween if you haven't seen it i will leave a card up there

And it was just a little like two minutes

Playing, with, me video for my planner which i think that's something that i'm gonna start doing if you, guys

Enjoyed that then go ahead, and let me know in the comments below or go ahead

And take the poll that i'm gonna leave above if you, would like to see more super quick plan with

Me videos because i know that one of the things that i hate about most plan with me videos is they're, way too long

i don't

Want to sit there and watch you put in every singer every single sticker i don't want to watch you

Like it's cool, if they're doing lettering, that's really cool

To, watch but i personally don't want to watch that so i think that this short and concise, like, playing with

Me videos are really cool, and something that i'm probably gonna start doing so just let me know

If you, guys are into that if not i'm probably, gonna do it anyways because i like it

but halloween

We didn't really do much and i don't really know

What set this off for me and that's something that i'm still trying to figure out?

But sometime around halloween i got really

discouraged

and

I started to

battle some

depression, some anxiety very heavy anxiety and

For those of you, who don't know. I have never gone to like, a therapist i've never been

To, a psychiatrist to actually be analyzed for these things in my

life i just kind of go off of what i know and what

the internet

Can provide me as far as information

but

after this week i

Have been considering more and more going

The only reason is because?

After i gave birth to john mark i did have postpartum psychosis and i think i talked

about it before i was treated for the or i didn't get treated, sorry i

did get

Diagnosed with that

After the doctor's office and it was a crazy experience in and of itself

But i never got treated, i did try to go get treated

And the time that i was supposed to go meet with the therapist. Psychiatrist he completely stood, me up twice

And so after that i was kind of like you know, what i'm winging it and i'm doing it alone i'll just figure out

how to function

And that's what i've been, doing i've been figuring out how to function

but not really treating the underlying

Issues so the past week i've been feeling

Really anxious and overwhelmed

And varied down for kind no real reason it's just a bunch of little reasons

And so that made me not really, want to be creative i didn't really do my

planner after that like you see i laid out the stickers i

don't think i put anything in there and if i did i didn't really follow it

i

Hadn't been

Getting up and taking care of myself i wasn't getting dressed in the mornings

I, was just kind of going in my pajamas most of the day

um

And it didn't help that the weather in chicago has gone from okay to block really quick

so i've been feeling kind of

Down and that did stop me from making videos and

Yeah, it sucked it sucked but i am going to think about and

Very heavily consider going to

Seek, help for this because the last time i felt like this

Was literally when i was with john mark and i was giving?

Not giving birth but right after having given birth i hadn't felt

this

odd feeling of not really being in full control over my emotions and things i was feeling i

Just kind of felt bombarded. By them so

that

Was what was happening so that's, why?

There haven't been any videos because i was dealing with that and i wasn't really on like?

Social media on top of the fact that, my phone has completely decided to go crazy

It had a little help, from my son

But it's decided to go crazy and so i haven't really been

On the internet but it's been. Good because i've had to

Really, fight to stay sane and to

Take, time for me even if it's just little times it's not a lot of time that i get that i'm away, from the kids

Even though i do work i work from home so

They're around

Almost all the time

And so the times that i get to have time to myself for me time are either

Really, early in the morning or really late at night after they, go to bed i mean then, what about really late but

You know i'm a mom so there are things that need to be done in the time that i don't have, time like

And the times that they're asleep so i mean i have to cut myself

some slack i've only been a mom for three years and i i'm not, gonna have all the answers in

These three years and i think the thing about motherhood, is that things are, always changing because your child is always growing

They're, always evolving they're, always learning and they're not who they are until they're out of the house and they're, by my

Age so, i think it's it's gonna be a good reminder for me to have, some grace on myself

Seek help if you have and if you haven't you know leave me, why, you have not or what tips and tricks you're

using to kind of

Deal with life as it is now so

Miss any videos from us and if you are in the darling clan then go ahead and hit the like button

And share this with your friends and you all may have noticed that i've taken off the subscriber count' the only reason

Why, i've, done that is because i find myself trying to compare myself to other people?

We're just kind of here together and if you like, me you like, me and it has nothing to do with, my subscriber count

Uhm but yeah i'm gonna go ahead and head out of here because i can, feel

Grab your mat and let's get started

But you are going to take your yoga block come to

Sitting down on top of it so

I'll show. You this way first

You can, touch your knees together and hop your feet apart behind. You find them in the v-shape

then take the block you go place at any height i like to play stuff a medium height and

Then sit right on top of the block

Your feet do not have to touch the block in beer asana here

So just be sure that you're sitting evenly on the block and

You, don't feel, any pressure or discomfort in your knee joints

so

I'm going to face this, way?

sit up tall on

top of the block on the two six bones at the bottom of your pelvis

Close your eyes for a moment

Have your hands just down, by your sides relaxed if you

Would like you can have your hands on your thighs to plant them down onto something if you

Don't like the feeling of them dangling you can touch your heels or your ankles

Whatever you'd like to do here just take a moment to quiet your mind and come inward

focus your attention on your breathing

if you have a cold in your nose and throat it's likely that your congested

So you can, breathe whichever, way that you would like to you can

Breathe the traditional way that we do in our yoga classes through the nose or?

You can, breathe through the mouth

You can actually even, do some eje breath

Which is breathing through the throat

so

Whatever you choose to breathe however you're choosing to breathe just focus your attention on your breath and?

Remain here for a few moments

So take an inhale lengthen. Your spine sitting up tall

And on your exhale drop, your chin to your chest and begin to roll your head around to the right

Keeping the rest of your body stable and be very gentle with yourself here especially if you are ill

The neck, muscles are probably tight

And achy as

I'm doing here you can, keep your eyes closed if you, would like to

Just begin to roll out the head a few more times to the right

Gently and slowly

Drop the chin to the chest and begin to rotate to the other side

Left ear to left shoulder looking up and then right here to right shoulder before dropping the chin to the chest

Gentle and slow stretching out the neck muscles the shoulders and the upper back are stable for now

Keeping your eyes closed or open if you, would like ever you choose

And drop the chin to the chest

Gently lift the head up

From here lower the left ear to the left shoulder and then wrap the left arm around the head

Don't pull the head over to the side just gently, allow the weight of your arm in your hand to pull the head over?

Stretching the neck muscles on the right

Remain even on both sits bones your spine, is straight up shoulders are still even

And slowly lift the head back up and we'll take that on the other side

Tilt the head over to the right bringing the right ear to the right shoulder

Take the right arm wrap it around your head

Gently, allowing the weight of your hand on your arm to pull the head over to the right

Stretching the left side of your neck

Remain, even with the rest of your body and just breathe

Please, your hiram's from your head, and bring your head back upright, and from here hold onto your heels

With your hands and you're going to press your chest up towards the ceiling looking up for a slight upper back arch

open your shoulders

Spread your shoulders and your collar, bones wide apart, and reach the center of your chest up towards the ceiling as you look up

Just giving, yourself a bit of energy here

You can press into your heels with, your hands and use that to rebound your chest up towards the ceiling

and

From here slowly come up out of your arch

And from here we'll take a twist so bring the right hand to the left leg, the left hand can remain on your heel

And then use your arms on your legs to help you twist around to the left

Looking as far behind you as you can feeling a twist in your spine

With, each inhale that you take lengthen. Your spine up even further with. Each exhale twist just a bit deeper

Slowly unwind from your tryst, and we'll take that twist on the other side

Bring the left hand to the right leg the right arm is on your heel behind you?

Inhale lengthen your spine exhale use your hands to help you twist around to the right

Just as we did on the other side with, each inhale that you take lengthen. Your spine, and with each exhale

Twists just a bit deeper and hold here

Slowly unwind from your twist coming back to the center remove your block and come to standing on the ground

From here stretch your legs out to the side

Flex your feet and point your knees and your toes up towards the ceiling your legs can

Be as wide apart as you weren't able to today

from here bend your right leg in

Bring the heel in towards the hips the right knee is out to the side

You, can, keep it

Relaxed here as it's on the ground

From here take an inhale and reach your right arm up towards the ceiling

When your exhale fold your torso over to the left

Keeping your left arm on your left leg, and lengthening the right side of your body

reach up and over on the diagonal and

Feel as much length in the side of your body the right side as possible

and

hold here

Slowly, come up out of your phone to the side and you're going to switch sides so take the right leg, stretch it out

And bend the left

Heel, and towards the hips left knee out to the side

Remain even on both sits bones at the bottom of your pelvis flex the right foot

And point the knees and toes up towards the ceiling the whole time when your inhale reach

Your left arm up and on your exhale fold over your right leg

Same as the other side reaching the left arm up and over on the diagonal

feeling lengthen the whole left side of your upper body, and

breathe here

And slowly come up out of your fold and we will come into a twist

From here straighten your legs out in front of you flexing both of your feet

Bend the right leg and cross it over the left

bring the bottom of the foot to the ground you have the option of keeping the left leg straight or bending it in

Bringing the foot in towards the deep right glute

Remain even on both sits bones at the bottom of your pelvis if you cannot remain even or if you're feeling

Joint pain, be sure to keep that left leg straight on your inhale lengthen

Your spine and wrap your left arm around the right leg, bring the right arm behind you take another inhale lengthen

Your spine up once again and on your exhale twist around to the right

Just as we did with our other twists with, each inhale lengthen the spine setting up taller

under the exhale twist a bit more and

remain here

Slowly unwind from your twist uncross your legs, and we'll take that twist on the other side

Start out. By stretching your legs out in front of you bend the left leg, and cross it over the right

from here just like, we did on the other side you have the option of keeping the right leg straight or bending it in

if you

Bend it in just be sure that you remain even on both of your sits bones at the bottom of the pelvis

Bringing the heel in towards the left glute

from here

Wrap your right arm around the left leg, and bring the left arm behind you take an inhale deeply

Lengthen your spine

Exhale twist around to the left

Hold here as you lengthen. Your spine with, each inhale and twist a bit deeper with, each exhale

Slowly unwind from your twist uncross your legs, and we'll come to lying on our back

From here take the right ankle and cross it over the left

Thigh, hug the knees in towards the chest holding on to the hamstring on the left with, both of your hands

Flexing both of your feet to protect. Your joints hold here for a moment, hugging the legs in feeling

A stretch in the hamstrings the outer edge of the right leg

Softening the hip sockets and hold

Slowly, release your hands from your thigh set the left foot down on the floor keep your legs in this shape we're

Going, to twist the lower body to the left

Bringing the bottom of your right foot to the ground you can

Keep your left hand on your knee your right knee to help it stay in line with the ankle

From here reach the right arm out but bend it in a cactus. Like shape look, over to the right

And you're going to relax here for a few deep breaths

Lilly, come back to center, bring the lights back to the center

Uncross the ankle, and switch sides take the left, ankle cross it over the right thigh

Flex both of your feet as you lift up your right foot holding on to the hamstrings on the right side with your hands

Hugging, the legs in towards the chest feeling. A stretch in the outer edge of the left hip

Softening the hip sockets and breathe here for a moment

Slowly, release the hand from the thigh bring the foot down to the floor, and then twist the lower, body to the right

Bringing the bottom of your left foot to the ground

Keep your right hand on your left leg, keeping the knee in line with. The ankle, and twist over to the left with your head

Reach your left arm out. And bend it up in that cactus shape to open the chest and

Hold here in your twist

Slowly unwind from your twists come, back to the center and cross the ankles from the thigh

And we're going to take a shavasana for this shavasana i suggest that you elevate your head slightly especially if you have

Nasal congestion or sinus pressure you, don't want to be lying flat as you

May know already it causes more pain in the sinuses in the nose if you are lying flat as opposed to

Elevating your head so i suggest either getting a pillow. A blanket

Whatever you would like you don't want to tuck your chin in towards your chest you want to keep your chin

elevated you

Want to keep as much space in your throat and neck as possible and just slightly elevate your head

so once you have your pillow of choice

Come to lying on the back if you can rest your head and your shoulders on the pillow. That would be ideal?

Stretch the legs out onto, the crown, when you're ready

Separate them slightly apart from each other and relax them completely

Have your hands down, by your sides and turn your palms up towards the ceiling

Close your eyes and begin to deepen your breath

However you can to breathe in this illness that you might have

You can, breathe through your mouth if you need to that's totally fine if you have, nasal congestion

Just begin to focus on your breath

relax here

Bring, some slight motion back into your body, by gently moving your limbs your hands your feet your arms and your legs

And the legs roll on to the right side of your body

Rest here with, your knees bent and your arm underneath your head for support

Use your hands to help you come up

bringing yourself to a seabed cross-legged position

Flexing the feet underneath the knees bring the hand civil legs

Close your eyes and begin to deepen your breath once again

Take a deep breath in lengthening your spine and deep breath out

Bring your hands to meet at the center of your chest, bow. Your head to your fingertips namaste

Top 10 Shows You Didn't Know Were On Netflix - Duration: 7:33.

Hello!

Welcome back to most amazing Top 10!

I am Rebecca Felgate and as the cold months approach I am pretty sure a lot of us are

planning to snuggle up and watch more Netflix… heck… the weather isn't even an excuse…

we just wanna watch more TV!

We all know Stranger Things two is making a return I can't wait to watch more of the

crown…but what hidden gems are on Netflix you might not already know about?

10 - ALL of the NEW STARWARS I don't know if you know this, but both

Rogue One and Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens are on WorldWide Netflix!

Hip Hip hurrah!

I loved both movies and really wanted to watch them again.

Now before The Last Jedi arrives in December, you can marathon the last two movies to get

a better sense of the story and what to expect.

If you are lucky enough to live in Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Belgium or the Netherlands,

then you will also have the entire Star Wars Back catalogue of Starwars at your finger

tips.

Oh…and world wide Netflix watchers…you can also all enjoy the Clone Wars.

RIGHT!

Lol.

Hurry though, Disney have announced their own streaming service so Star Wars may not

be on Netflix forever.

This next absolute treat is just US Netflix users I believe, but if you have those fancy

VPN things then you can and should watch our show at number 9, we have Twin Peaks.

9 - Twin Peaks I love Twin Peaks, and if you are weird and

also enjoy cinematography and cherry pie, then you will too!

This absolute 90s treat by Mark Frost and David Lynch, starring Kyle MacLachlan, is

hailed as a must see classic.

Debuting to many Emmy and Golden Globe Awards, Twin Peaks was on TV for just 2 seasons, but

returned 25 years later, having just finished its hotly anticipated 3rd series.

If you get the chance to relive the 90s and watch this visual treat, you really should.

Warning though…pretty much every episode will make you want coffee and donuts.

8 - Law and Order SVU It's a favourite of Taylor Swifts, who named

her cat Detective Olivia Benson after the leading character played by Mariska Hargitay.

It's been running for 18 seasons, which is pretty insane, but around 4 or so of the

most recent are on world-wide Netflix.

The Golden Globe winning show is highly praised, and if you love a bit of drama loosely based

on real life headlines, then you will very much enjoy delving right into Law and Order.

Train enthusiasts, listen up!

At number 7, there is SO MUCH Thomas the Tank Engine

*sing the theme tune* Thomas and his mates appear in none other than 16 Netflix titles.

If you're feeling adventurus, maybe Thomas's Runaway Kite is for you, or maybe even Go

Thomas Go!

If you are up for some drama, then maybe you would like Blue Mountain Mystery or Misty

Island Rescue.

Of course, there is a Thomas for all seasons and if you're feeling festive, then there

is Merry Christmas Thomas.

Coming into number 6 – if you are a Jack Black fan, this one is for you we have Tenacious

D the Pick of Destiny.

You may not know this, but in 2006, Tenacious D, Jack Black's band, made a movie called

the Pick of Destiny.

It was a glorious rock romp and a war cry for the ages.

The soundtrack was released as Tenacious D's second album…so it sounds pretty bangin

too!

Plus, I have a lot of love for Kyle Glass.

Half fun loving movie, half rock anthem encapsulating the sound of the naughties, the Pick of Destiny

is the perfect pick me up.

(America and Canada) Getting very serious at number 5 – we have

the entire back catalogue of BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLYAER.

Dnnn….duuuu duuu duuu.

Okay, this is definitely on Netflix Canada and I think it is still on Netflix America,

although I hear they removed it from Netflix UK, which is an outrage.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer was the meal ticket for Sarah Michelle Geller and Alison Hannigan.

The 1997 show was the highlight of my childhood and taught me all kind of sass.

Vampires, Demons, GODS vs a feisty female who can bring all evil to its knees.

What is not to love.

The show won Emmy's, Saturn Awards and Golden Globes...also if it's spin off series, Angel

is also on Netflix!

Hurrah!

Another blast from the past at number 4 – we have the flipping MAGIC SCHOOL BUS!

RIDE ON THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS!

What nostalgia…they just don't make them like they used to!

This 90s classic was very a TV show of my youth and it was pretty educational…it was

edutainment.

Learning about science while watching the adventures of a fun yellow bus on TV….can

I get a hells yeah.

Sure, it may seem a little dated now, but on a cold dark night, where you find yourself

grappling for a taste of 1995….won't you be happy and eased to know the entire back

catalogue of the Magic School Bus is there?

Next up a show for my fellow wizards….3 - Merlin

Muggles and Wizards alike can enjoy this BBC Drama of dreams!

Merlin debuted on British TV in 2008, and some find Colin Morgan's depiction of the

great wizard the definitive one.

Based on the Legends of King Arthur, Merlin is the tale of a good wizard watching over

the kingdom of Camelot.

There is a whole 5 seasons of it on Netflix and is perfect for the winter season!

For my fellow Slytherins…side note…Merlin was also a Slytherin!

See…not all evil now, are we!

2 - The OA Okay, of you didn't watch the OA when it

came out last year, now you absolutely must.

It is one of the best modern TV shows I have ever seen!

The show is about an adopted young blind young woman who goes missing and then returns to

her adoptive family with her eyesight restored.

The show has sci-fi, fantasy and supernatural elements, and is expertly acted and directed!

It is clever and poignant….

I loved it so much…and it has been renewed for part two!

Finally, coming in to number one, we have a whole host of BBC Nature Documentaries.

Nobody does it like the BBC.

You can find Blue Planet, Planet Earth, Life, Africa, Human Planet, Frozen Planet and walking

with Dinosaurs on Netflix…and more!

These shows are all critically acclaimed, and use expert camera work.

Of course walking with dinosaurs is a re-construction style show, but for the rest of them, the

documentaries use the best camera work as they get really up close to nature.

Also, the majority of them are narrated by David Attenborough, who is the best in the

business.

Don't get me wrong, I love Jessica Jones and high drama fantasy shows, but nothing

is more dramatic and exhilarating than science!

So that was the top 10 shows you didn't know were on Netflix …. Have you seen any

of these?

Any recommendations?

Would love recommendation comments!

October Reading Wrap Up | 2017 - Duration: 12:51.

[music only]

Hey guys it's Trina and this is my October reading wrap-up. This month I was

planning on reading these five books and out of those five I ended up reading

four of them. And I did attempt to read The Near Witch by Victoria Schwab but I

just wasn't in the mood for it so I decided to put it down. For now it is a

DNF. Maybe I'll come back to it in the future because I do want to read all

of her books but I just really wasn't in the mood for it. But four out of five

books on my TBR did get read this month. I read a total of six books this month

and out of those six only one of them was an audiobook. I did just upload an

audiobooks wrap up if you guys want to hear my thoughts on some of the previous

audiobooks that I've listened to. Getting in to my reviews of the books

that I read this month, I'm gonna start at the bottom of my ratings and work my

way up. It may come as quite a surprise to a lot of you if you've been with me

and my channel for a long time, but my least favorite book of the month was a

Mindy McGinnis book. I now. Who am I? I don't know. I'm having an identity crisis

right now. I love Mindy McGinnis. She's one of my

favorite authors. I was really anticipating the release of This

Darkness Mine and this one is a YA contemporary thriller mystery about a

girl who thinks that her dead twin who she absorbed in their womb is now trying

to take over her life. It's a weird book, it's very strange, and the reasons I did

not like this one were mostly personal reasons. Really it just came down to like

a lot of personal triggers for me. So a lot of this book does take place in a

medical hospital and it deals with things like surgeries and just being

hospitalized for a long amount of time and those things are personal fears of

mine. I had a surgery a year ago, I am about to face being in the hospital for

childbirth, while reading this book I had a trip to

the emergency department because of a health thing - that was not related to

pregnancy or anything, don't worry about that. I'm fine, everything's fine. But I

was really really uneasy and uncomfortable reading parts of this book.

I had to put it down a couple of times. I'd just be like, 'this

is not happening to me, I'm okay.' You know, like, I just get in my head and think

what if this happens to me? And Mindy is a writer who writes things very

descriptively, she doesn't shy away from gore and stuff like that so there are

also a couple of scenes of injury and one of them is self-injury and they're

just very descriptive and gory and I wanted to throw up. So it just happened

that this book made me a little too uncomfortable. Plus the main character is

extremely unlikeable, and I don't normally hate books because the main characters

are unlikable. That's not something that will make me dislike a book and I can

totally see like what Mindy was doing with her character and showing that all

these ways that this character thinks she is perfect, that's not actual

perfection. So like I see the reasons the character was that way but I kind of

hated her which made it hard for me to get into her story, for me to care. Some

other books I've read that have similar plots and similar like endings and

characters I also haven't liked, so it was just kind of a not for me thing but

I see the appeal and I think that this is gonna be for a lot of readers. My

favorite thing about this book was the ending. I thought it was kind of chilling

and like seeing how everything led up to that I still definitely see the appeal

if you like thrillers with dislikable characters, if you aren't bothered by the

idea of hospitalization or descriptive gore or injury and stuff like that. I

didn't like this book. I've read a lot of the negative reviews

on it and I disagree with a lot of those negative reviews. those weren't the

reasons that I disliked it. But if you like weird this is probably a book for you. [laughs]

Next I read The Rattled Bones by S. M. Parker.

This was another one of my most anticipated releases of the year - I

really loved this author's first book - and it kind of let me down. So I just was

having a month like that. The Rattled Bones is about a girl who lives in Maine,

she works on a lobster boat, she's dealing with the recent loss of her

father, and she suddenly starts seeing a ghost everywhere and kind of delving

into a mystery of a nearby island, like something really bad happened there to

the local residents years and years ago. I do think it definitely was very

fitting for like an October fall theme, like

it had those kind of atmospheric vibes. The strong point of this book is that it

is extremely atmospheric. You will really get a sense of the location. A big weak

point of this book to me was that not enough mystery happened and there were

so much time spent at the girl's just day-to-day job. She works on a lobster

boat and I feel like after reading this book I could go work on a lobster

boat. Like I would know kind of the rounds of it because it's described like

almost every single chapter, her day working on the boat in great detail even

though we just had those descriptions the chapter before. So like, you know, it

was a little too much emphasis on that where that had nothing to do with really

the plot and a little less emphasis than I would have liked on the actual mystery.

Things wrapped up really quickly in the end. I don't know how I felt about it.

Like, it's just not my favorite mystery but I do still like this author,

definitely want to check out more by her. One small side thing that I really

appreciated is that there is an abusive relationship explored in this book. It's

just kind of a side thing. Like, it's happening, there's this main plot

happening with this girl doing these big things but she's also dealing with a

manipulative boyfriend and you know that's not the front and center but it

still is a part of her life and she handles it well and so I enjoyed reading

about that, and that was what the author's first book was about - it was all

about an abusive relationship - so that's something that I appreciate about this

writer. But for me he was just a little bit lacking. There were a couple of

really creepy moments in it though, so if you're looking for a couple of scares

without any like big scares this might do it for you. Then I read The Sword of

Summer, which is the first book in the Magnus Chase series by Rick Riordan. This

one is about Norse mythology and we are following a teenager who finds out that

he is the son of a Norse god and he gets wrapped up in like the end of the world

that's about to happen and this big war that has been you know prophesied forever.

This book was sent to me by Disney Hyperion just to kind of you know

promote it in a past video but I did genuinely want to read this series. This

one I think the character is like 16, which normally I think is a YA age but it

very much reads like middle grade or at least that it would be very appropriate

for middle grade readers or maybe like a transition. It's pretty clean.

A lot of times the characters like censor themselves if there's gonna be

like a curse word or something. I think that if you liked the Percy Jackson

series you would definitely enjoy this one too because the main character

Magnus Chase is just as snarky, he still has that sense of humor, which is

something that carried me through the series which I really enjoyed. Now I am a

little bit less familiar with Norse mythology than I was with Greek

mythology so a lot of stuff in this book kind of went over my head. The one

biggest criticism I would really have in this book, which isn't really a bad thing

it was just like a me thing - I felt like this book was kind of too cluttered. Like,

it just went from action to action to action to action. There were no low

points to really get to know the characters or if there were they were

very brief moments and so a lot happened but that's kind of typical of Riordan's

series. But I did enjoy it overall and I want to see where the series goes and I

definitely think you would like this if you liked his Percy Jackson series. Next

I read Dangerous Girls by Abigail Haas, which is a YA mystery about a group

of friends that goes on spring break to Aruba and one of them ends up being

murdered and the local authorities think someone in their group did it. This book

has been recommended to me so many times by so many people and so this month when

I like wasn't getting the real suspenseful vibes out of the books I had

picked for my October mysteries I just randomly on a whim decided to go back to

this one and finally check it out and it did not disappoint.

I really had fun with this book. It's not a perfect book, there's a lot of stuff

that I think a lot of readers are not gonna like, like slut-shaming, but oh my

gosh the suspense is the type of suspense that I need when I'm reading a

mystery. It just propelled me through it. I always needed to know what was going

to happen. I was always questioning everything,

trying to figure it out, and I did like the ending. Um, it's not the best that I

would have enjoyed and I wish there had been a little bit more closure because

things were a little bit quick but I really enjoyed the ride. And something

that I really loved about this book was the format. It jumps around in time, so

one chapter will be like during the spring break trip before the character

was murdered, another chapter will be like a transcript interview between an

investigator and one of the suspects, another chapter will be like after

the trial has happened and what these characters are going through now. And for

some reason a lot of times formats like that can feel kind of jumbled but it

worked for me. I was totally just in the right mood for this book. Definitely a

case of the right book at the right time. It got me out of a little reading funk

that I was feeling, kind of like re-energized me, so I really enjoyed this

and I would recommend it if you're looking for a really fast-paced mystery.

This month I also read The Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo, which is her

collection of short stories that exist within the Grishaverse world. So this is

not following either of her Grisha series, the Grisha or the Six of Crows

series. It's not following any of those characters. These are like the bedtime

stories that those characters in that world might have heard as they were

growing up. Like how we have Cinderella or Beauty and the Beast, they would have

these kind of stories set in their world. There are six stories in this book and

three of them were previously published online for free years ago

and so I had previously read those three and I absolutely loved them. These

stories are like my favorite novellas or short stories, like just supplementary

content to a series that are out there. They're so rich and just beautiful and

they made me realize that I want to start reading like more things based on

folktales and lore and maybe get into more retellings because they're

just beautiful. I really love them and the three new stories were just as

beautiful. The only criticism I could say of it is that some of the stories ended

kind of weak. They were just kind of abruptly over and I don't know maybe

they could have been stronger endings but the stories themselves were just so

magical and whimsical and I really enjoyed them and the ideas that were in

them. The illustrations were also very beautiful. They kind of like grow as the

story grows so it's just a very visually pleasing book and I really enjoyed it.

If you've read the Grishaverse books you don't have to read this. It doesn't

have any information in it that's crucial to those series. And if you

haven't read those books you can read this by itself if you want to. Again,

they're not really related. It's just kind of like these are the fairy tales

that might exist in that fantasy world. So yeah, I would recommend it if you like

fairy tales at all. It was really fun. And the last book

that I read this month was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by JK

Rowling, which is the third book in the Harry Potter series. I listened to this

one on audiobook. I am doing a reread of the series via the audio because I've

never listened to them before. I've always credited Prisoner of Azkaban

to be my favorite in the series but that's because it was the first book

that I actually read in the series. I watched the first two movies before I

decided 'you know what I like Harry Potter, I'm gonna try to read them,' so then

I got the third book and a funny thing was when I was trying to decide if I

actually wanted to read it I had looked up an online like full plot summary

spoiler synopsis and it's talking about how Ron's rat is really a dude. And I was

like, 'that's stupid. That can't really be what the third book is about.' So I went

and bought the third book and I was surprised when that [laughing] turned out to really

be what this was about. It sounded so strange to me at the time but then you

know that was really the plot [laughs]. But it was the first of the books that I

read so it kind of holds a strong sentimental spot in my heart. I really

did enjoy getting to listen to it. I have said this a couple of times as I've been

rereading the series but the audiobook just brings it to life in a whole new

way. If you haven't listened to this series on audio and you love the series

I definitely would recommend checking out that format if you're able to

because it's just delightful. So that's what I read in October. I would love to

hear from you guys if you've read any of these books if you want to discuss them

more in the comments or if you have any questions about them that I didn't

really address in this video you can definitely feel free to ask me down

there and I will do my best to answer you. And I would love to know what your

favorite read of October was. Thank you guys so much for watching and I will see

you in the comments. Bye!

[M&B WEBSERIE S2E30] STRING THEORY (PART 2/2) [FINAL SESSION] - Duration: 16:17.

I'm Aldo and in January 2015 was the beginning of my bike world trip.

I'm a backpacker who travels alone and practically without money.

A story about dreaming, making it happen and having fun.

In another life, in another dimension where I haven't boarded the train

and I don't see Veronika through the window...

rather where I still have the blonde girl by my side...

by those rails.

Even here along my backpacks, I keep the most beautiful memory...

And the certainty that I will still ask "where would Veronika be".

Where is Ve-ro-ni-ka?
