Welcome to my channel again. For those who are new here, my name is María and this is Snaps Fotografia.

In today's video I'm going to show you 3 delicious Detox Smoothies you're gonna love!

First of all I want to tell you that this detox thing is not accurate

These smoothies are not going to give you any special powers

apart from the great nutrients of each ingredient itself.

In fact, I will always tell you to eat the fruits (that have the recipes) itself

so you can take advantage of all the nutrients, fiber, etc

and you don't transform the sugars in them.

But I can understand that there are people who don't have time or they are too lazy

So it's easier for them to take a smoothie and drink it on their way to work or to the gym or simply as a snack.

So that's why I'm giving you 3 recipes for detox smoothies that you have asked me

And they are also super easy to make in case you are too lazy

POWER SMOOTHIE

The first smoothie is perfect to refuel.

I love to drink this one on Monday as I need some extra energy

and it's made with banana, peanut butter and coconut water.

It's perfect as a post workout snack as coconut water is super hydrating and helps you recover your electrolyte level

Finally, peanut butter is going to give us lots of energy but

it's important to make sure is 100% peanut. No sugars, palm oil or salt added.

If it does, you will be losing the healthy part of peanuts at the expense of those ingredients

that are not going to give as any benefits.

So... peanut butter is going to help as feel full for longer as is a good fat.

DETOX SMOOTHIE

This is the real deal if you want a detox smoothie

and it has apple, spirulina, ginger and lemon on it.

Apple is gonna give it the sweet touch and the flavour;

lemon and ginger are supposed to be detox ingredients

but as I told you before, it's not a big deal.

What it's true is that they're going to help your immunity system and your digestion.

Finally, spirulina is a seaweed which is very rich in proteins

so if you make sports, I recommend this smoothie as a post workout snack.

PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE

The last smoothie is the probiotic one.

Yogurt is an amazing probiotic but if you want to use kefir, much better.

We are going to add mango too and I love it frozen so the smoothie is cold enough.

Finally, I add some maca, lucuma & cacao powder that you can find in health food stores

or you can make it yourselves but choose pure cacao powder.

This blend is going to give us extra energy because

why can't we have a probiotic and power smoothie at the same time?

EXPOSED: CNN Gives Employees Disturbing Directive On How To Handle Donna Brazile - Duration: 4:51.

Leftist outlets are in a downright panic after Donna Brazile came forward to expose Hillary

Clinton and the DNC for rigging the primary election against Bernie Sanders.

In hopes of doing damage control, CNN was busted giving their employees a disturbing

directive on how to handle Brazile, and it should be enough to leave any viewers they

have left with their blood boiling.

According to The Daily Wire, CNN told their employees to undermine and discredit Donna

Brazile after her new book exposed the corrupt Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National

Committee (DNC).

The news first broke during Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight" last night.

Carlson said, "According to highly informed sources we spoke to – highly informed – top

management at CNN directed its employees to undermine Brazile's credibility."

Carlson added, "Anchors and producers were vocally offended by her attacks on their friends,

the Clintons.

If you've been watching that channel, you may have noticed CNN's anchors suggesting

that Donna Brazile cannot be trusted, precisely because she took part in efforts to break

the primaries for Clinton."

Carlson went on to play clips from CNN providing more evidence of this, and of course, it was

different CNN hosts giving the exact same talking point.

"The media loves a scandal but they can't seem to downplay this one fast enough,"

commented Carlson, before playing a clip from Brazile's appearance on ABC's This Week

with George Stephanopoulos when she said she won't shut up, and everybody telling her

to can "go to hell."

A Glenn Greenwald article for The Intercept also explains how journalists and networks

have been spreading fake news designed to excuse Hillary Clinton's behavior, including

the blatant lie that the DNC-Hillary deal was only during the general election — it

Last week on Politico, Brazile exposed the fact that Hillary Clinton and her campaign

had a fundraising deal with the Democrat Party long before she was the presidential nominee

and that Senator Bernie Sanders never had a chance at the nomination.

Brazile's book is dedicated in part to murdered former DNC staffer Seth Rich, who many suspects

may have leaked the DNC emails to WikiLeaks.

Some even suspect that Clinton, herself, had something to do with the Rich murder.

I miss y'all," Brazile's book dedication reads.

When it comes to Donna Brazile, we shouldn't be her fans nor should we trust her.

Alex Jones of Infowars put it perfectly yesterday when he said, "She's a rat escaping off

a sinking ship."

However, we should appreciate the fact that Hillary Clinton is now being exposed and the

lengths that Brazile is going in order to do that.

We could give Brazile the benefit of the doubt.

Maybe she felt like she had to go along with Clinton's corruption.

After all, Clinton had all of the power in the DNC, and Brazile also feared for her life

after the murder of Seth Rich.

Ultimately, all of this exposing lead to Brazile being on the frontlines, now taking on the

Clinton machine and the mainstream media, and it all starts with CNN.

CNN, the outlet who gave Brazile the debate questions to begin with, is now calling out

the "credibility" of Brazile.

Yes, you read that correctly.

CNN out of all places is questioning someone's credibility.

You truly can't make this stuff up.

It's incredibly obvious that CNN is using the same talking point, and this is yet another

scenario where people see right through it and aren't buying the propaganda.

You would think with their continuously bombing ratings, they would switch it up and go to

real news, but nope, CNN decides to get faker and faker.

The lies get more and more blatant, the propaganda gets more and more obvious, and their views

get more and more radical, no matter the consequences.

It's actually kind of sad to see a once great outlet self-destruct, but that seems

to be the left's game plan nowadays.

CNN: Just another example of left-wing extremism.

10 THINGS I MISS MOST ABOUT NEW ZEALAND | Kiwi expat abroad 🇳🇿 - Duration: 12:53.

Salut Youtube for those of you who don't know me my name is Rosie I'm

a New Zealander living in France and today I want to tackle the ten biggest

things that I miss about New Zealand when I'm all the way over in France and

while no country is perfect I will say that I think New Zealand is a beautiful

country to live in and it has a really high quality of life you often find it

in those top ten lists like best 10 countries in the world to live in most

livable cities etc and while there are lots of things to miss about New Zealand

I've narrowed it down to just 10 so let's go! So the first one is beyond

obvious but you would be surprised at how many people ask me but don't you

miss your friends and family?! Of course I miss them I'm not a monster

I miss them enormously, I have a mum and dad, a brother, a sister, 2 beautiful

nephews, 2beautiful nieces as well as my best friends back there and

because I went to boarding school where I lived at school throughout my

teenage years these girls are really like sisters to me but on the other side

I think going to boarding school at the age of 11 until 18 really helped me with

the homesickness thing because I got really used to living away from family

and living independently but it's really funny the homesickness it just comes

and goes in waves, really. The more I make friends here, I've got my partner

and his family here I realize that I'm actually super lucky to have two homes

two families and two cultures that I feel very attached to even if it does make

life a little bit more complicated

Number two is the nature I mean I don't

think I'm exaggerating when I say that New Zealand has some of the most

beautiful unspoiled landscapes in the world I mean why else would they have

filmed Lord of the rings there?! Seriously though, you can find whatever you're

looking for in New Zealand fjords beaches mountains if you like skiing

snowboarding if you like good surf if you like exploring caves

if you like untouched forests whatever you're

looking for in terms of landscape New Zealand's probably got it I think the

one thing we don't have is the desert I think but you just have to fly to Australia

to get there anyway I mean of course you have stunning things that you can find

in Europe you've got the fjords in Norway you've

got the warm seas and the empty beaches in the south of Spain

you've got the Alps in France and Switzerland to go skiing but I would say

that it's more spread out so you have to travel further distances to find these

magnificent places and in New Zealand you've sort of got everything in one

small fun sized package also while there can be amazing landscapes in Europe

they're often really crowded with people and New Zealand we're super lucky to have

a small population of 4.5 million but we've got the same land area as the

entire United Kingdom so we've got the size but we don't have the people which

means when you get to a beach you have that beach almost to yourself and if

it's not to yourself maybe there'll be some other people like a hundred meters

down the beach sometimes here you've got one centimetre between your towel and

the next person's towel it's just super super crowded due to the population over

here and that's something I miss so much from back home

Point number three

which is quite surprising I think is the food I miss the food so much I'm in

France which is absolutely the food capital of the world and I'm not gonna

go to deny that and I'm not gonna deny that you have the most amazing cakes and

patisserie and just beautiful goodness here and the French bakeries that just

fill you up with pure joy but still I think we've got some good things going

on in New Zealand as well I don't know why but the fruit and vegetables just

seem higher quality the apples are crisp and

crunchy and juicy the strawberries are fragrant and scented the second

category is around the meat so yes we have a lot of sheep in New Zealand we've

got seven times as many sheep in New Zealand as people! I know that meat is a

controversial issue because it's not great for the environment to eat meat

and to do dairy and meat production but if you do eat meat I think you can't do

much better than New Zealand because the animals grow up with so much space on

rolling green hills and I think it changes the taste and speaking about cows

so the third category of food that I really miss are the dairy products in New

Zealand we have the most amazing milk and butter and yogurt and ice creams

it's so creamy and again maybe it's because the milk is coming from happy,

healthy cows I mean when I came to France I was kind of shocked because the

yogurts here really freaked me out at first because when you take off the lid

you've got like a layer of water or liquid on top of the yoghurt that you kind

of pour off and then you have to mix the yoghurt up and it's kind of powdery and

chunky and you really have to mix and mix and mix with a spoon for it to

become semi creamy let's just say I'm a bit spoilt that I'm

not used to yogurts like that in summary I think that my dream come true would be

to take the produce from New Zealand so the nice fruit and vegetables and meat

and cook them in the way that the French cook their food

Number four is just missing the general Kiwi attitude they invite you around to

their place easily it's kind of easier to make friends I would say and there still

tends to be a sort of sense of community and of course over time that is

becoming less and less so but it's still there in New Zealand for example

the OECD say that 99% of New Zealanders have someone that they feel that they

could rely on in the time of need and that's actually the highest rating

of the entire OECD the next thing I really miss about New Zealand is the

laid-back vibe one of the biggest advantages of being a Pacific island is

that things are just a little bit more chill and everyone in general seems to

be in a pretty good mood most of the time they'll smile they have an

optimistic kind of way of life of course in the bigger cities like Auckland and

Wellington, from a New Zealanders perspective, they're a bit rushed and go go go

but honestly it's nothing I kind of feel the general attitude in New Zealand is

that you work to live you don't live to work and it's just like nothing is

taken too seriously like here down in the Metro people are rushing away

you know if you accidently bump into someone they'll be like oh la la you know like

dirty look, watch out kind of thing and I'm just like guys just chill it's fine

just calm your farm! The next one's a bit random but I miss being able to walk

around barefoot I was living in Wellington and Auckland and we don't

walk around barefoot that often but I mean New Zealand holidays are just you

going near the beach you're staying in a bach and you're walking around barefoot

you can walk down to the shop on the corner you can walk down to the beach

you can walk anywhere really without shoes and now that I say that out loud

I'm like okay weirdos but I miss that I miss the feel of the hot concrete

under my feet or the fresh clean grass or the sand at the beach I mean

obviously you couldn't do this in Paris anyway because A) you can't even wear track

pants in Paris without getting judged so if you

were walking around barefoot that think that you were crazy you're homeless or

something and B) you wouldn't want to anyway because you'll probably

accidentally stand on cigarette butts and gum and broken glass and rubbish so

I mean it's not the most inviting place to put a bare foot down anyway but yeah I

kind of miss that strangely enough!

Something that I would

have never thought that I would miss because it was just so normal for me

is Christmas in the summertime so Christmas at the beach over here

obviously in the northern hemisphere it's wintertime at Christmas so it's

cold and snuggly and you've got the nice fire and you've got the Christmas tree

and it is lovely I'll give you that and especially if it snows it's quite

magical Christmas time over here but it's cool having Christmas in the

summertime in New Zealand because everyone's on holiday it's warm weather

you have the barbecue or your roast dinner we still have the roast dinner tradition

from the UK I think, it's different but it's really nice. The next thing I

really miss about New Zealand is just this default feeling of safety. Over in

Paris and I think it's like this in any big city probably the same in New York

London wherever you are but you just have to be a little bit more cautious I

mean it just makes sense that with more people you're going to get a little bit

more random profiles in the population I have to be careful with my handbag

that's something that's really new in my life and also I mean of course is the

occasional guy that will cat call you in New Zealand but I think in Paris that's

just next-level creepy the guys stare at you a lot and they'll often whisper in your

ear like bonsoir Mademoiselle or ça va petite and it's just gross

I'm learning to be a lot more street smart it's a long way from New Zealand

who is currently ranked as the number two safest location

on the earth the first being Iceland and that's in terms of war risk and

terror attack risk and everything like that obviously over in Paris you have to

be a bit more vigilant a bit more cautious and I think it's a source of

stress I think in New Zealand to never have to think about things like that

never think that a terror attack could come it's really something that I took

for granted before

The next one is I miss the lack of pollution in New Zealand the one

big difference you can see straightaway is the light pollution so you can see

the stars in the sky in New Zealand and in Paris you hardly ever see the

stars in the sky it's almost like there's always a thin film of cloud

covering the sky you really have to go into the countryside in France to see

those beautiful twinkling stars in New Zealand you can get them everywhere and even

when I land in Auckland which is our biggest city by far the first thing I do

when I get home is I take a deep breath of air and and I just breathe in the

clean air it just maybe it's psychological I don't know but it

smells and it feels cleaner and it feels like pure fresh air the last thing

I'll say that I miss about New Zealand is the customer service in New Zealand

we're not actually working on tips so I don't know why it's like this maybe the

people working in hospitality actually want to be there and maybe it's because

we value hospitality as a really great career track and we encourage it a lot

because of the huge tourism coming into New Zealand it has a great status

attached to it it doesn't have any negative stigma around it around

hospitality apart from the fact that you do work hard but the people in

hospitality in New Zealand are friendly and warm and you just have the

impression like they care and actually to be there a lot of the time and in

general things are just so seamless and quick to set up your phone your online

banking your internet whatever super seamless and I know that there's a lot

of New Zealanders that will disagree with me because their expectations are so

high but move to France and then we'll speak

So that's all I've got to say for

today obviously I could go on and on but I don't want to get too homesick today I

love living in France as well so I don't want to say that one country is better

than the other they both have their pros and cons but just to keep things

balanced I will also be making a video about the things that I do not miss

Napkin Thanksgiving Table Decor - Duration: 3:02.

If you're like me, then Thanksgiving time or holiday time becomes so much of a burden

because you have so many projects to do and you want to have a beautiful table, but you

don't have a lot of time to do it.

So, this is a cute little table decor idea.

I take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, I've cut it, I've cut it and folded it in half.

I'm going to lay it down into my Mini Bowdabra and just tuck the ends underneath.

Then what I'm going to do is take -- I've already dovetailed, and in order to dovetail,

all you do here is you fold the ribbon and then you cut the ends in a diagonal.

So, that gives you this great little dovetail.

So, I'm going to just center, I fold it in half, that way I find the center, and I'm

going to just center my ribbon into my Bowdabra.

Then I'm going to take another piece of the exact same ribbon and -- that's already dovetailed,

and I'm just going to put that into my Bowdabra as well.

Then I'm going to take this 5-inch-wide mesh, and I�m just going to scrunch it down.

And the length of the mesh doesn't really matter, it just depends on how fluffy a bow

you want.

So, now I'm going to just grab my Bowdabra wand, or my Mini Bowdabra wand, and scrunch

that down into the Bowdabra.

Then I'm going to take these cute little picks that I just cut off of a big pick.

So, I can make a lot of these because I had a big pick that I could just cut the pieces

off and turn those into little picks that will work perfectly in my napkin decor project.

So now, I'm going to separate my loop, take the two ends, hold my bow tight while it's

still in the Mini Bowdabra, pull it really tight.

Now, take it out of the Mini Bowdabra.

I'm going to take my ends, bring them around to the back and tie off my bow.

And I'm going to knot it to make sure that it doesn't fall apart when the guests take

it off their napkins, and I'm just going to kind of fluff it a little bit.

And now I'm going to take my napkin, and I kind of used sort of a Thanksgiving color,

but it could work pretty much for anything.

And I'm just going to go around to the back, and I'm going to just tie.

And I'm going to tie a bow because I want to make sure that my guests can untie it,

and then they have a little bow that they can actually take home with them.

So, we have this really cute little napkin decor that you can just lay on the plate,

so that's what they see when they sit down at the table.

Alcohol & Fat Loss? - Duration: 2:44.

what up guys is Matt for a macro lean and in this video I'm talking about

alcohol and fat loss. Many people ask me to lose body fat do I need to cut out

alcohol completely? do I need to give it up? And the answer is maybe ,maybe you do

maybe you don't. if you're someone who enjoys a drink and

you want to lose body fat and you haven't got a strict timeline I would

say no. why do it? Because if you're only gonna give it up for three months and then

continue that's gonna be part of your life. So my advice is someone like this

it would be keep your carbohydrates lower on the days you want to have a few

drinks. You should be cutting out binge drinking because that's not going to do

anything for your waistline, or your brain cells. But a few drinks here &

there won't hurt, especially if you keep carbohydrates lower on the days you

drink. Then the calories you have from the alcohol will therefore balance and how

there won't be any damage done, or if any damage they'll be very very minimal. Now

if you're someone who has a goal to hit, maybe getting married in 3 or 4 months,

maybe you have a holiday coming up, maybe you want to look better for a certain

event? Then yes! Cutting it out for that time will help

your results. Why? Because alcohol still has calories, alcohol is technically a

fourth macronutrient. It contains seven calories per gram and I must say these

are empty calories. They haven't got any use by the body. So really you're just

drinking calories, which is very easy. Much easier to drink your calories than

it is to eat your calories. So in this time-sensitive fat loss period I would

advise cutting alcohol out to get optimal results, but if you're someone

who enjoys the odd drink and you don't mind losing fat at a maybe a slower rate,

you're in it for the long haul, you know you're never going to cut out drinking

forever... I would say have a few drinks here or there obviously keep

carbohydrates lower on the days. The types of drinks that I'd

suggest you drink, would be... well I don't wanna tell you what you should actually drink,

but the suggestion that I'd give you would be less lager and beer as it's very

calorific, very easy to drink a few pints and add in three, four, five or six hundred

calories. I'd advise something like a shot of hard liquor personally for me

it would be gin or whiskey with a diet soda mixer or a few small glasses of wine.

but again on those days you will keep calories low/ low-ish or maybe really

super low and then have a few drinks and that'll balance out your calories for

the day. So if you're a time sensitive person you have a goal to hit, yes

cutting alcohol for that time period will help. If you're someone who likes a

few drinks here and there you're never gonna cut out alcohol forever then have

a few drinks when you feel like it, but keep carbs low on that day and no damage

will be done

I have a prediction which can never be tested, but is worth saying anyway.

If Mother Teresa was registered as a Republican, the Fake News Industrial Complex would have

described her as a fanatical, Bible-thumping Christian Conservative hell-bent on the destruction

of progress and professing a homophobic and misogynistic point of view that made her a

disgrace to her gender.

Of course, it's true that there's no way to test this prediction, but is there anyone

in the reading audience who believes for a moment that the FNIC wouldn't go there?

When it comes to the mainstream media and Republicans, we will never get a fair shake.

Like it or not, the Left owns the media and will never relinquish it to honesty or unbiased

reporting.

That being said, Donald Trump never had a chance at being a good president.

Why?

He is a Republican, and by the FNIC definition, incapable of doing anything right or anything

well.

Ben Carson was one of those who debated Donald Trump on stage and they had their roundabouts,

but when the dust settled, our president understood the value of a man like Carson who is an exceptional

human being and a heck of a surgeon.

Now that he's heading the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), he's

been able to show his expertise in so many different ways.

His skills aside, he was asked about his critics who think he can't handle the HUD job and

Carson responded, "People are so stupid!"

The Hill:

Ben Carson fired back at critics who were skeptical of his qualifications to run the

Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), calling them "stupid."

"People are so stupid," the former neurosurgeon and presidential candidate said at The Hill's

Newsmaker Series event on Wednesday morning.

Carson was confirmed as HUD secretary in March by a vote of 58-41.

"I liken it to the CEO of a large medical center," he continued.

"Now, I guarantee the CEO of Massachusetts General, or Johns Hopkins, or the Mayo Clinic

or Children's National, they probably don't know about infectious disease, or neurosurgery,

or anesthesia or pathology."

"But they have a lot of people who do know a lot about those things," he said.

"And by coordinating and creating a vision and creating an atmosphere where the synergies

work, they create a very successful organization."

The focus of the event was on the future of housing, particularly housing needs in recently

hurricane-ravaged areas in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico.

Carson said rebuilding Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricane Maria could take up to 100

years.

The Senate on Tuesday passed a disaster relief bill that would provide $36.5 billion in funding

for hurricane relief, a flood insurance program and wildfire recovery efforts in the West.

There have been a number of successes on the part of the Secretary of the HUD Department

and, all of the naysaying aside, Dr. Carson has made us proud to have him serving us and

the country.

The people who struggle from day to day and week to week to pay bills and get a decent

meal for their kids are being assured that they will have a shoulder to rest upon while

Carson is looking out for them.

That's a comforting thought for millions who know his story of hardship and how his

mother raised her children without the benefit of a husband to assist her.

It is a heartwarming story of truth, forebearance and faith.

Dr. Carson displays all three of these and more!

Metallic Smokey Grape Eyeshadow Tutorial, Drugstore Products - Duration: 14:23.

hey everybody welcome back to my channel so today's video is on this tutorial

it's using all drugstore makeup of course so I've got a really pretty like

a great metallic eye going on and a nude matte lip and you know I think it turned

out really really nice so if you are wanting to see how I got this look and

how to recreate it with your own color scheme if you would like then please

valve I upload a video every single day of the week so let's go ahead and get

started on this tutorial okay so let's go and

get started sir I already have my I primed I have some tape on and what I'm

gonna go in with first is my Jenna Taylor palette that I did last week I'm

gonna go in with let's see this pretty purple e shade right here I'm just gonna

put that into my crease for a transition shade I'm gonna do a whole bunch just a

little bit just do warm up that crease

I'm excited for you know winter's coming I think it's beautiful

last year it snowed so much though and it's supposed to be just as bad so I'm

definitely not looking forward to it but yeah but I love the make up for it

so anyway for all my lid I'm going to be using the Maybelline Color tattoo 24

hour this is the cream shadow and this is in stroke of midnight just a really

pretty black green shadow I just have a flat synthetic brush and I'm just going

to apply this on my lid I'm not gonna go super super heavy but just to get some

base color down

you do want a darker towards lashline so

we're gonna go a little bit up into the crease but

a whole lot

and before this totally sets down we're just gonna go in with the color

evolution loose eyeshadow and this is in grape it's a really really beautiful

shade it's low those pigment I'm just going to be using a wet and wild brush

I'm just gonna be applying this right on top of that black shadow I'm sorry this

is an elf brush black base really makes this pop the purple loose pigment is

metallic and so is the black Maybelline Color tattoo base so it was obviously

metallic smokey eye look it's really really pretty

but I'm just gonna pick some of this up on the back of my hand okay but it's

it's pigmented but definitely with the color base it's definitely definitely

way more pigmented and it gives it a really shitty look just gonna go back in

with that wet and wild blondie brush that we put down at the crease color I'm

just going to blend a little bit

okay and then I'm just going to go back in to know my Jenna Taylor palette REM

be kind using this warm color right here and I'm going to be using that to kind

of blend the two colors together it's not as harsh I have hazel eyes and it

just totally makes hazel eyes pop

so I already have this icon I already took off the tape and everything but

really is a pretty look I like it a lot it's definitely dramatic so if you do

not have the flair for the dramatic or this isn't your type of look I totally

understand I personally like this kind of look but

that's just me okay so I'm gonna go ahead and take off

the tape again guys this is a pretty fast easy look okay it's nothing

extremely difficult I think it looks really really pretty though so I'm gonna

go and on some face makeup always do my eyes first and then we'll come back

finish it off the eyes the skin and the lips so I'll be right back guys

everybody so I just got done with my foundation powder I used my wet and wild

for the focus foundation in noon ivory my photo focus concealer in light ivory

and my covergirl great advanced radiance pressed powder so I'm gonna go ahead and

I'm gonna finish off my eye look really quick I'll go back into that Jenna

Taylor palette and I'm going to go in with that purpley shade that we used as

our transition shade I'm just going to start heavier on the outer corner and

blend it

I don't like a super super harsh line where the tape was I do it because it's

cleaner and it's easier but I do like to kind of blend it a little bit it's just

a little too harsh for my liking but whatever you like you don't have to do

this type of a shape you can do whatever you like

sorry if the Lighting's not super great it has been storming all day about three

o'clock so I mean isn't that super super awesome but I do I love this really dark

sultry purple metallic I like I think it turned out really really pretty on the

eyes okay and then for some added drama as you know I'm all about the drama okay

I'm gonna go ahead and go in with the Milani shadow eyes told our wear eye

shadow stick and this is in royal purple it is a really really dark pigmented

beautiful purple and I'm just going to hit my waterline

again we just want that really really pretty purpley smoky eye going on as you

could do this with whatever color you like you can do this with brown gray

taupe you know I just love love love purple eyeshadow look so you know I did

obviously just cut my bangs you know help cover those forehead wrinkles but

anyway so to finish off the skin I'm gonna go in with the pixie Beauty

bronzer in summertime it's a really pretty bronzer it is a little bit

shimmery but not overly so a little bit I'm just using my a Oh a studio f11

brush

use this whatever's left over might even dip it back in just to do a little bit

of Ivan real nose contouring just a little bit of shading

I do want a matte blush since you know my eyes are pretty shimmery and metallic

so I'm gonna go in with my Santi mineral blush palette and I'm gonna be using I

think this pretty pink shade right here I'm just gonna going with my regular

blush brush

okay so I do have a nice new highlighting palette to try out I did

get this yesterday it is Ellen Tracy that was $2.99 at t.j.maxx so it's the

illuminating genius illuminate highlight and strobe palette a little bit about

first impression in with this like really nice pretty packaging so far oh

wow full-size mirror full-size mayor but

these are the shades those are really really pretty gorgeous so hmm they're

also pretty mean obviously this dark one I'm not gonna be able to wear but the

rest are really really pretty I think I'm gonna go in with can I like this

crema shade right here and not a lot of fall out that's awesome

it was really pretty

gorgeous like a nice gold color

really really pretty do above my lip Cupid's bow okay so I used my L'Oreal

telescopic shocking extensions mascara and then over that I did my essence

forbidden volume false lash mascara top coat it really is a great combo

you know the L'Oreal lengthens and then the essence definitely adds a lot of

volume and I gives you a really nice kind of almost false lash look okay

so I just off the skin eyes the last thing we're gonna be doing is the lips

and I'm going to be doing a full review of these but I have the ultimate sheer

matte color bottom and yeah so I got this shade doesn't say what shade it is

but it is kind of like almost like a lip balm I've never tried these before let's

go and give this a swatch I don't know looks like a clear lip balm to me but

anyway we're gonna give it a go like I said I it's I have a whole set I'm gonna

do like a separate review of them but this is my first impression of it let's

see

hey does have some color I think it's just because it's so nude but I really

wanted a nice nude shade since this eye look is pretty dark and shimmery does

feel very moisturizing but it is matte I actually like that so it's not super

duper pigmented and I can't tell if it's because it's such a light nude shade or

because it's a bomb but it is an ultimate sheer matte color bomb and you

know what I like it a lot very comfortable it does have some slick but

it is matte that is awesome but here's the finished look I really do love the

eyes I think they turned out really really pretty still getting used to the

bangs but I like how a really dramatic dark eye does look with bangs so but I

think the eyes turned out gorgeous and you know drugstore all super affordable

I like that new highlighter I'm gonna have to play with it some more but

turned out really really pretty I do think it's a gorgeous highlighter

and the lip balm is awesome yeah I like it so you guys thank you for

Well good morning, my friends!

Welcome to Live Inspired with John O'Leary, coming to you live from the backseat of my

Why am I coming to you live from back here?

Good question!

Earlier today, I had the great pleasure of dropping four little ones off at their school.

Jack sat up there.

Patrick right here.

Henry right here.

And Grace.

12, 10, 8, and 6.

And I noticed on our seven minute commute to school that they are experts at giving

their dad advice.

Advice on what to listen to, advice on how fast to drive, how strong to turn on the heat,

when to make a left hand turn, when they should go two streets farther up and then make the

left hand turn.

They're experts at backseat driving!

At ages 12, 10, 8, and 6.

And I don't think they're the only ones that are experts at telling others how to do things

without having the training or the courage to stand up and do it themselves.

I've noticed a lot in media and in social media and in social circles that we're experts

at pointing fingers at others.

We're experts at critiquing presidents and other countries and other leaders and other

congress folk, and other mayors.

Other political parties, other businesses, other neighborhoods, other races.

We're experts at this!

But very few are the individuals that actually have the audacity to buckle up, to strap in,

and to audaciously drive forward.

To lead the charge, to make a difference.

Not just to say what we're doing wrong, but to actually put their heart behind something

and drive forward toward a possibility of all that is right.

And by the way, there's a lot to move forward to with great excitement today.

In the back seat or in the front seat of our lives.

I was reminded of just how far we can soar on my most recent podcast interview with a

gentleman named Richard Bach.

Do you remember the name?

He wrote a book called Jonathan Livingston Seagull.

It's an incredible book.

I read it back in early high school.

I loved it, but I loved even more than the book the opportunity of being with the author.
