E-cigarette safety: the facts explained - Duration: 13:10.Using e-cigarettes does differ from tobacco in very clear way
which is that it doesn't involve inhaling tobacco smoke.
And, as the constituents of smoke are the things that kill smokers,
that has to be a good thing.
People die from the tar, the other constituents of smoke, but not the nicotine.
So the nicotine isn't the harmful component and electronic cigarettes allow smokers
to get the nicotine without all the other harmful stuff that comes along in cigarette smoke.
We don't need to be concerned about the nicotine in e-cigarettes
particularly obviously for smokers because they are already
using nicotine in a far more dangerous form
and we know from studies that nicotine is relatively safe.
They don't involve any combustion of tobacco which is the thing
that produces the vast majority of the toxins.
In fact they don't use tobacco at all.
The main difference is that with e-cigarettes nothing is set on fire.
So when you when you smoke a cigarette
you're basically inhaling the products of combustion of dried tobacco leaf.
And it's that that does the harm to your health.
So most things we do in life carry a risk. So, for example, driving cars.
Cars cause lots of road accidents, lots of people killed on the roads
but we don't stop people driving.
We try to make them less harmful.
So, harm reduction is about enabling people to continue doing that thing
but to do it in a less harmful way.
They could be using an e-cigarette to cut down the amount they smoke.
They could be using an e-cigarette in situations where they would otherwise normally smoke
or where they can't smoke, for example, what we call temporary abstinence,
or they could be using an e-cigarette instead of smoking completely –
so, switched totally to an e-cigarette.
One of the things about electronic cigarettes for tobacco harm reduction
is if people cut down their tobacco consumption while using an e-cigarette
what we've seen from some interesting studies is that their
exposure to toxins can substantially reduce.
The first thing to note when considering the safety of e-cigarettes
is that the vast majority of e-cigarette users
are people who are either still smoking and using them to cut down on the amount they smoke
or have used them to stop smoking.
If we try to put a figure on the relative risk of electronic cigarettes compared with smoking,
my view is that it's going to be well under 5 percent of the risk.
Possibly slightly more for cardiovascular disease
but substantially less for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer.
So we can be confident that electronic cigarettes are much less hazardous than tobacco cigarettes.
Where their safety lies relative to not using anything is much harder to place.
Inhaling a vapour many times a day for decades is unlikely to come without some sort of adverse effect.
And time will tell what that will be. It would be better avoided,
but from the smoker's perspective it is a far better bet than carrying on smoking tobacco.
E-cigarettes are substantially less harmful than cigarettes
and the reason that we can reasonably infer this is because of the concentration of
chemicals that are in the e-cigarette vapour compared with the chemicals that are in cigarette smoke.
And when you look at the concentrations of and the nature of the toxins in
cigarette smoke and then you compare that with e-cigarettes you see that
really there's there's no comparison
– most of the toxins in cigarette smoke aren't present at all in e-cigarette vapour.
Those that are present are in concentrations that are a hundred times less or more.
Flavourings are necessary for electronic cigarettes because people wouldn't use them
if they didn't have some sort of flavors added. We need to entice smokers to use electronic cigarettes.
Now some concerns have been raised about, for example,
the risks that might be attaching to the flavourings in e-cigarette vapour
but again, these are flavourings that have been tested and the concentrations are
sufficiently low that we wouldn't expect them to pose a significant health risk.
The propylene glycol and glycerol that are in electronic cigarette fluid
are there respectively to carry the nicotine in the vapour and also to give the vapour
a cloud appearance, so you can actually see it when you breathe out.
Both are widely used in other applications – propylene glycol is used to make theatre fog.
it is mildly irritant to the airway but doesn't seem to have any lasting long-term effects.
Glycerol, likewise, is widely used in foods. And again there's no evidence or reason to expect
that it will have a significant long-term effect on the airway.
There have been stories about breathing in other people's electronic cigarette vapour being harmful
but I've not seen any evidence that breathing in vapour is harmful to people.
There is evidence that if you room with somebody using one of these products that there is nicotine
and perhaps other chemicals in the atmosphere around you but at tiny levels.
Levels low enough not to be concerned by at all.
It's not anything like secondhand smoke – the combustion caused by tobacco
we know releases particles and other compounds into the air which really are harmful
to people who are besides somebody who's smoking. That's not the case with vaping.
It's much more, in my mind, a matter of courtesy.
I think if you're in an enclosed space and somebody's breathing out clouds of vapour
that's just unpleasant and it's intrusive and it's discourteous.
but, equally, I've been in public places where people have been using electronic cigarettes
sitting opposite me on the train, for example, with no cloud of vapour when they exhale
and I can't distinguish the difference between that and them perhaps inhaling from a reliever inhaler for asthma.
I mean the press has had a field day with e-cigarettes – it's a new technology – millions of people are using it,
or thinking about using it, and shock horror stories are the stuff of the modern media.
Almost everything I've seen has been hyped wildly out of proportion to get people to click on stories and the rest.
Almost none of the stories holds any water or should give anyone any cause for concern.
There been a number of press reports about e-cigarettes exploding
and chargers exploding and catching fire, for example.
Now these are electrical products and any electrical product must conform
to the kind of safety requirements that we would expect from any consumer product.
so you see a similar kind of thing with mobile phones, for example.
So I don't think there's anything particular about e-cigarettes in this regard.
People do occasionally have batteries catch fire or explode or whatever.
But that's typically because they're doing daft things with them –
they've got two or three batteries sitting in their pocket rattling around with a load of coins
you get a short-circuit and boom... next thing you know there's a fire and explosion.
Against that though we have to remember
that cigarettes cause thousands of fires and deaths every year through fire.
You know people falling asleep in bed smoking, next thing they know
their duvet and their mattress is on fire and they're calling the fire brigade or their dead.
Different people quit smoking in different ways.
For some an abrupt change is desirable and effective.
Others are less confident or for whatever reason
don't feel ready just to say "that's it I'm not going to smoke again"
And they just need that period of time to become adjusted to it.
Some need convincing that actually an electronic cigarette
or other nicotine product can do the job.
There is some evidence that smokers who weren't
intending to stop smoking do take up e-cigarettes and then quit smoking completely.
And this is particularly important I think for groups where smoking has remained very very high.
So I do think they offer a way of stopping smoking
for those who aren't even intending to do so.
There be concerns about what people call 'dual-use'
– that's using an e-cigarette and smoking as well.
And part of the concern is that maybe they just end up with more nicotine
or more toxins than they would otherwise get.
But the evidence to date shows that actually that's not what happens.
When you look at the nicotine intake, for example, from people who using an e-cigarette
and smoking at the same time, then it's roughly the same as it was when people are smoking.
But of course they're getting some of that nicotine from an e-cigarette,
so they're not with that nicotine, getting the levels of toxins
they would have got from their cigarettes.
The most effective way of quitting is to use a medication such as nicotine replacement therapy
or it could be electronic cigarettes combined with behavioural support
– so the type you get in the stop smoking services.
I think where e-cigarettes come in is their popularity
they're there for people who don't necessarily want to get that kind of support.
They just want to go out to a shop and buy product which they can use
to stop smoking without seeing a health professional.
They aren't really a medication. They're not for people who consider themselves ill
and they're not usually taken in a medical setting. They're consumer products, they're designed to be
fun and interesting to use – they have lots of opportunities for personalising
the experience, you can choose your own flavour. They replace many of the things
that cigarettes do like being able to use them at a certain time of day that you like,
or the hand to mouth mouth movement. So what they're doing is recreating
a lot of the smoking experience and how you feel about it
but without all the harm.
Some people say that the advent of electronic cigarettes is renormalising tobacco smoking.
So we see people using these devices and it's making smoking a more normal again.
Interestingly, we're just not seeing that in the data we have.
The first thing to emphasise is that smoking rates are going down
across the UK in both adults and in young people.
And if electronic cigarettes were renormalising smoking those numbers would be stalled or
they would be going back up again and that's not happening.
I think the idea that e-cigarettes some how renormalise smoking is completely bizarre.
It's an alternative to smoking. You see e-cigarettes it's advertising cigarettes.
it's advertising or promoting an alternative to smoking.
How that encourages people to smoke has never been explained and of course
there's no evidence whatsoever that it actually is happening in reality.
What it's doing is encouraging people – the more they see it,
the more they know people, the more it's encouraging people to try e-cigarettes not to continue to smoke.
It's extremely clear when you watch somebody using an electronic cigarette
that they're using an electronic cigarette.
so all that it does is normalise electronic cigarette use.
And if we could normalise electronic cigarette use
for that nearly nine million people in the United Kingdom
who are still addicted to tobacco that could only be a good thing.
The future for e-cigarettes and for smokers could be very bright indeed.
If we get the regulation of these products right, and we have another 20 years of
amazing innovation in these technologies, I can see them effectively obsoleting smoking.
I think they will be become so good, they'll be such an effective replacement for smoking
that no one will want to smoke.
This is a product that can transform health.
Smokers –not all smokers – but enough smokers to matter
find electronic cigarettes an effective substitute for smoking
and if they make the complete switch to electronic cigarettes,
health-wise they achieve pretty much what they'd achieve as if they quit smoking completely.
So the challenge is to get as many smokers to try and go down that route
not to start trying to restrict or prevent uptake of electronic cigarettes.
They're a game changer – there's no going back from that.
The whole market in nicotine delivery has been radicalised by these products
and I just hope that there are more and even more exciting products on the way.
I think it's really important that people be reassured
that e-cigarettes, whatever you might see in the press,
are considerably safer than smoking
and the evidence is pretty good
that they can be effective in helping people to stop.

Are raffles and promotions real? [EN-ES] - Duration: 6:01.I will tell a story for you to come children.
It's all marmalade.
Hello YouTube people here is your friend powermafia. Today's story is about
of contests and promotions that we see on TV.
Do you think this can be true?
Or do you think it's all marmalade.
Look at the personal experience I already have life I may have come to an answer
And the answer I have for you. Yes it's true
Not marmalade is not picking is reality.
Just get lucky.
lucky I have twice I was lucky I was contemplated in these contests
I'm counting now the first time it happened was an MTV contest had this channel MTV
is a channel of video clips that deal all and they did a partnership promotion
with McDonald's who would have a video music awards party.
Great television show that deal all and you had some coupons in which you
I had to just answer a sentence I did not have to pay anything.
Are you going to the video music awards like?
I had the classic phrases for example I mounted on the back of the donkey.
I go roller skating.
I stumble.
I got some coupons but my sister liked it a lot more than I did
everything in her name and she knew which ones were in my letter and which ones are not
the contest were 10 phrases that would be selected and two of them would watch the show in Brazil
and in the United States and eight would attend the show here in Brazil.
And I made a sentence that hour that was the winning phrase, which was
MTV can not imagine. That the question was.
How are you going on the show video music awards ? I replied to MTV, I can not imagine.
And they liked the phrase and my phrase was selected among the 8 phrases to watch
the show.
One day my sister came crazy to on top of me.
There we go in there at the show we were drawn we were drawn we go
No video music that legal.
I found what was marmalade that was not going to give nothing and she did.
Not that the girl called the girl called people on MTV she said to watch it there
channel at such time that the presenter will speak my name.
I had written her name is really I was watching there and presenter already spoke
Fulano So-and-so and said the name of beauty come on.
But that is another story.
And there was another time that I and my dear wife the mafia lady if we were watching
TV in a channel of these smaller one program of interview and had a lottery
To go to the steak house you just need to Call Call leave your name. I said
Let's call
Come on.
I got called I left the name and the soon after the presenter speaks here draw Lord powermafia
and Lady Mafia will eat at the steakhouse.
Our people were amazed.
You listen to your name on TV and will not be on our police page is a happiness.
We were really, came a little letter by mail, and had a space of a week more
or less for you to go to the churrascaria, and people went with the letter the guy looked and confirmed
And we ate and we did not drink Why drink was the part her food was free we paid
The drink is being used for free.
So that's it folks you thought was everything marmalade is not I'm here saying
not that was the video if you liked of that jewel and help a lot do not want to do
that cliché but the people who watch the video gives strength to the channel of a spread
in the news because word of mouth is better than that old saying that people talk about
enjoy, share and comment, I do not know what you're saying to your friend, Look, there's this guy that he is
the greatest comedy the funny list comedies has a nostalgic part and such is a channel
cool go there watch it gives a force is that there personal or a hug of the Powermafia
And stay with God

Werewolves in Norse Mythology - Duration: 12:36.Hhello friends my name is Arith Härger and today I'm going to talk about werewolves in Norse mythology
Halloween is over but there is still a mystical atmosphere in the air
I don't know about you but I do enjoy werewolves
and winter is a wonderful time to read and listen to such stories, in the comforts of our house of course
while out there it rains and snows and everything's much darker than usual
there is this idea that werewolves are exclusively from Eastern Europe
but I've collected a lot of tales about werewolves from places
I would even imagine that such tales were part of the local folklore
but then again it's not surprising because at some point in prehistoric times
our ancestors spiritual practices were very much connected to animal totems
the power of animals
as I have said before, in Europe, the animals connected to royalty, courage, the warrior spirit and such
were the bear and the boar
these two animals were the most representative creatures of every European culture
pre-christian culture
and then there was the wolf, the wolf was something else entirely
picture this
beyond the borders of the villages and the boundaries of our familiar world
there lies vast, wild and solitary landscapes
when night comes, those places become a scenery of dark and gloomy shadows
in the deep forests the famished wolves roam and hunt, howling in the cold winter nights
howling at the moonless sky
their eyes glitter in the dark as if they burned with a foul fire
the human being as always fear the unknown and in ancient times these landscapes beyond their villages were
terrible places of both mystery and death
few were those who dared to venture into those places
so such places became the scenery of many fantastic tales
and the wolves became a symbol of terror and power
these animals were considered to be the wildest beings on earth, always searching for the kill
so it is perfectly natural that these natural facts led to so many folk tales
about werewolves and other mythical creatures
now let's focus on werewolves for Northern Europe
we have many mythological accounts about werewolves in ancient Scandinavia
let's start with one of the most famous tales
the tale of two men, Sigmund and Sinfjötli, who one day find a house in the middle of the woods
with men under a sleeping spell
these men had enchanted wolf-skins
Sigmund and Sinfjötli steal their wolf- skins and put them on
the moment they do this they transform themselves into wolves and can even understand the wolf language
then, after few adventures and killing other men
things go wrong and one wounds the other, apparently a mortal wound
but things turn out for the best and the two men survive and take off the wolf-skins and destroy them
first of all, these two men were in the woods because they were outlaws
and lived from robbery and other activities against the law
they were outlaws as I've said
and in ancient Scandinavian societies
the outlaws, murderers, defilers of temples and thieves were given the name of Vargr
they were the Vargar, which means "wolves"
such people weren't killed by their actions or arrested, they had a worse fate
they were expelled from the community, or the tribe, and were left in the wild landscapes as an animal
who now needed to survive, alone or in a group of people in equal circumstances, just as wolves do
everyone could kill them, hunt them on sight, with no penalty nor punishment
because the Vargar were now animals, no one considered them as humans
they were mere beasts
another aspect, they came upon other men in a remote area
in the wilds, away from civilization
who possessed enchanted wolf-skins
now, we might be in the presence of individuals who are also outlaws and as such they are Varger
or we are in the presence of shamans
shamans also lived outside communities, far away in the wilds but they didn't live as beasts
they had their own dwellings and most survived because of the offerings the community gave to them
in exchange for their power, their assistance in a variety of fields
from healing, to divination and so on
in the history of shamanism we see many parallels with this aspect
shamans living outside the communities, being both feared and revered
no one wants them close but at the same time they need them
there are other tales similar to this one in the northern European countries
in Finland, for instance
there are tales about men stumbling upon other men under a sleeping spell
men with great spiritual power and can even turn into animals, mostly wolves
so, the two men stole these enchanted wolf-skins and turned into wolves
they either accepted their condition as outlaws or precisely due to the fact that they lived in the wilds
they encountered a spiritual path, they- they had a contact with a shamanic perspective of life
to our ancestors spiritual power came from the wilds
away from civilization, going out there to seek knowledge and power
we see this in shamanism, isolation as a shamanic technique to induce trance
the boundary between civilization and the wilds is a parallel to the boundary
between sanity and madness
and it's precisely with that balanced state that shamans do what they do
there were also tribes of Shaman-warriors
which could take the form of wolves in their trance-journeys
and they acted like wolves
these shamanic mysteries were preserved as hereditary traditions among some families
these shamans, at their initiation rites to become wolf-warriors
would go into the swamps, the most dangerous and wild places of the world
and left their clothes behind
symbolically this is the abandonment of the human form and the identity as a member of a community
these people would live their lives out there away from the civilized world
and learning from the wilds
these people were called wolfmen or werewolves
there are other accounts of werewolves in Norse tradition such as Ulf Bjalfason
a character in the egg Egil's Saga
as soon as night approached . . .
his mood would darken and he had to get away from everyone and being isolated
people started to be suspicious and began to wonder that he might be one of those who changes his skin
people started to call him Kveld Ulf (Night's wolf)
a cool nickname
we can see in here the similarities with the previous account
isolation and to become a skin-changer
I'm sure you were already thinking about this
obviously, in Norse mythology, we have the great wolf Fenrir son of Loki
Fenrir will kill Odin during the events of Ragnarök
eventually I shall speak about Fenrir on another time
but Fenrir symbolizes the wilds, power, chaos, the other side of things that oppose order
but must exist to create a balance
the wild side of nature, its cruelty and destructive power
as we have seen before people sought knowledge in the wilds
spiritual knowledge
the knowledge that can only come from the dead, from what is chaotic, untamable
and people have always had this need to try to tame the untamable in order to survive
it's interesting to see that Fenrir will kill Odin
and Odin being the personification of wisdom and power but Fenrir is also power
the other side of power, the wild power, two opposites against each other
and it's the wild power that will eventually succeed but ultimately be consumed and fall
just as we have seen with Sigmund and Sinfjötli, they enjoyed their time being wolves
but could not control the power and the wild side to control of them
and one ended up killing the other
but taking their wolf-skins off
they became men again - civilized
Fenrir might be the remnants of a prehistoric tale about those who are skinchangers
that take the form of wolves and live their lives according to their wolf-totem
every tale has a moral and this one would probably be that seeking power is healthy and wise
but be careful to not let yourself be consumed by such power and let it control you
Fenrir also has two sons - Sköll and Hati - one chases the sun the other chases the moon
every day like a shadow
darkness seeking to overcome balance and nature itself
we have the same principle as with Fenrir
we know of two other wolves - Geri and Freki the Wolves of Odin himself
there is a great possibility that these two wolves are not just pets
two animals akin to dogs and Odin just likes to have them near, pet them, and feed them his food under the table
it's possible that Geri and Freki represents skinchangers
and that in fact these are two people, maybe Odin's own body-guards
or two chosen warriors of the utmost confidence
the best of the best, the perfect loyal soldiers
there are many archaeological finds depicting human figures wearing wolf pelts
in Scandinavian societies the tales of wolves went further than the mythological tales
there was the existence of the elite warriors called Úlfhéðnar (Ulfhednar)
people who went to war dressed with the skins of wolves, and were also warriors with immense strength
who sometimes fought naked without showing that they were uncomfortable with the cold weather
or the landscape itself, adapting perfectly to the harsh environment just like wolves
these Warriors went to battle in some kind of a trance
and did not have the need for weapons, they could kill with their bare hands
or bite just as a wolf does
in fact that is what they were-
people with the shapes of wolves, who thought that they were wolves themselves
and acted like the creatures
there is a great possibility that before battle
they consumed some kind of hallucinogenic, entering in a trance-like state
psychologically they could feel the difference
it's just like if someone asks you to lift a table and you don't have the strength or the strength fails you
and you- and it's hard, but when you are angry you gain strength and you can lift and throw the table with no problem
people sometimes go beyond the limitations they think they have
when they are physically and psychologically affected
when people are pushed into certain situations
the need to survive comes to the surface
and the wild and savage feelings hidden within us appear, almost feral
of course these accounts may be exaggerations but the fact is-
we find representations in archaeological excavations so people probably believed in this
and these Warriors were actually part of a cult which involved hallucinogenic-drugs
and pushing people to their limits, inducing rage, anger, inducing a state of uncontrollable mindless violence
being feral
these people were represented as wolves
from a cult which goes far back before recorded history
to prehistoric shamanistic communities of wolfmen or werewolves
alright friends I hope you have enjoyed this video, see you on the next one
and I am famished as a wolf
and I think I'm going to take a bite off of Mr. Tico here
alright
tack för idag! (thank you for today!)

5 Teleportations Caught on Camera - Duration: 2:53.Number 5
This clip made me go,
What?
Because, uh..
Just look at it.
Did you see that?
The person just appeared as if he fell from somewhere.
It couldn't have been the bridge above could it?
Lets see that again.
Who knows.
What do you think?
Number 4
In this short clip, we could see two cars going fast in a motorway which was supposedly
in Chile.
Zoom went the cars then poof, the dog suddenly appeared out of no where.
Lets see that again in slow motion.
All I could think off is either its cgi OR the dog had super powers...
Number 3
This clip was taken from Russia.
Just some people randomly talking.
When suddenly a man on a bicycle appeared.
Was this the trick of the camera?
Was it really teleportation?
I think its just the camera angle.
Or the camera man would have definitely been shocked at the sudden appearance of a man
on a bycicle.
Number 2
This one I am very skeptical off.
Its a pretty simple and pretty clear clip of teleportation.
In the clip, you see a door with the closed sign on it and you see a homeless man sleeping
on the ground by the wall and near the rubbish bin.
Then you see a hooded person walking towards the closed door.
He teleports into the shop.
While the man was in the shop, the time on the video seemed to fluctuate between 2016
and 2019.
Which I find very weird and unnecessary if someone actually made this.
Anyway, when the man teleported out of the shop, that was when the homeless man woke
up and got confused.
Confused at seeing someone that suddenly came from a closed door.
Number 1
Apparently the next clip was recorded in Hong Kong, 2011.
Seems like a photoshoot of some kind when a man in a hoodie was seen walking wierdly
and suddenly flickering with a blue light coming from his hands.
Looking confused at his own hands.
This made people around him to take a second look especially the camera man who ended up
chasing the man who ran away when he noticed that he was being noticed.
He only teleported when he was almost hit by a bus.
Still looking confused at his own glowing hands he then teleported away for good.
What do you think about this one?

What's in my Diaper Bag? | 0 - 3 months for breastfed baby - Duration: 7:32.hey guys! Shawn here. If you are new, welcome to prayerlights. This channel is
all about mommy lifestyle vlogs to help you raise a
Jesus loving child and sweet Finley here is probably gonna join us for some of
the video because she's fussy this morning. Today's video is my 0 to 3 month,
"what's in my diaper bag." So if you are interested to see what I pack in my
diaper bag for Miss Finley, keep watching. Hey guys! If you hear
any noises, Finley is right down here on a play mat beside me. We'll see how long
she stays that way. If you are anything like me, you enjoy watching
diaper bag videos to see, I'm always curious to see what parents put in their
diaper bag for their child. I just think it's interesting. Anyways here's my
diaper bag. It's a Lily Jade. I'm just going to be
taking things out of the pocket and show you what's inside. This is for a zero to
three months so Finley is nine weeks old. So on the inside of my diaper bag
there's this insert. I'm going to pull the insert out and show you what's in the
insert first. We've got our changing pad, and then I keep my wallet in a
pocket over here. Then I keep a change of clothes in a ziploc bag so
that if anything happens I can not just change my clothes but put the soiled
item back in the contained bag. And then over here I have some paci wipes
but I don't know why I have these because she's not taking a paci
anymore. She took it the first two weeks and then hasn't since bothered with the
paci. So I'm going to toss those out. I also have a cute little hair bow. I
always keep one of these. Just in case we go out. And then again I have pacis
but again she won't take to them so I'm going to toss those out while we're
cleaning. Basically I'm cleaning out my diaper bag now. A pair of extra socks.
Then I have my nursing cover and this was a...
a friend gave this to me that she used and it's one of those that has the wide
open part that sticks out. I really like this one. I don't know what brand it is.
It doesn't say on it. I've got three diapers. These are size one diapers,
honest company diapers. I just like having the patterned ones with me.
My favorite... I really like the baby care.. baby care... dry the baby dry from
pampers but I have some honest ones in here. And then in the center I've got
seventh generation baby wipes. I love these and a burp cloth. Can't have enough
burp cloths. I've got a burp cloth in here. What else?
oh so I've got the arm and hammer bags to put the dirty diapers in. But these are
actually the pet bag ones. And diaper cream, Honest company diaper cream. I
honestly haven't used this one yet. It's just in here and haven't had a
reason to use it. Then I've got a hat for her
because it's starting to get a little chilly in the morning, so just in case I forget
a hat or lose it. Oh and a second pair of socks. Let me
take those out now. I'm throwing hats around. All right,
and then I've got, I've got some, what are these called? Disposable breast pads. And
some fruit snacks. This could be for myself or for my nine-year-old son if
we're out and about. and do I have anything in here? there's a zippered pouch
in here. Oh good okay I've got some Scope
mouthwash for myself. There's some hand cream, some band-aids, hair tie... can't ever
have enough hair ties... and then two of the Wet Ones for myself or my son are
in there. And I think that's it in the big insert that comes in the diaper bag.
Then in the inside, so this is what the inside looks like, I have
the nut bars from the new grocery store Lidl. These are a dollar. They're almost
exactly like the kind bars which are more expensive and I love those kind
bars. I also haven't squished nutrigrain bar. Anybody else carry a
squished nutrigrain bar in their diaper bag? Then I have ..it's stuck...
little lint roller because we have cat. We have a cat in our house and frequently when
I wear black I leave the house with cat hair on my pants so I like to lint roll
myself when I'm going places. And then there's the inside pocket. And I have some rewetting
drops for my contacts. I have some powdered sunscreen with a brush which I
love. It's SPF 30. And then I've got some contact solution and my
extra case for my contacts. That's in the zippered part on the inside. I love that
you can just take the diaper bag insert out so if I don't have Finley
with me then I don't have to carry a diaper bag. I can carry a purse. This got the
three pockets on the front and I've got some mints in here. and Oh hand sanitizer!
I am never without hand sanitizer and the babyganic alcohol-free hand
sanitizer, in my opinion, is the best. It foams and it doesn't dry your hands out
and alcohol free. and then the other side I just have some receipts and a pen. But in
the top, this little top pouch, I keep... that's where I keep my lipgloss and
my lipstick that I'm wearing for the day. so I've got the
maybelline color blur stick. I love this. I've got an extra hair tie. I've got
some all-natural and sanitizing wipe. and then I've got just got like a
scrap piece of paper. And then in the back pocket, I don't keep anything in the
back pocket, it's for if I want to take my straps off and make it a
backpack. I'll put those in there. That's my diaper bag. That's what's in my diaper
bag. And then my son put this cute little rainbow
charm on my diaper bag for me. So I've already mentioned that I got a new
haircut and style. I got this done yesterday. It has been since January
since I've had anything done to my hair. I didn't get it dyed because I didn't
have enough time at the salon but I did get it trimmed a little bit. And then she
did the curls with a flat iron so I really love it. Let me know if you like
this new hairstyle. I'm going to try to attempt to do the Flatiron curls for myself but
we'll see how that goes. But let me know if you like this new haircut. Thanks
