Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet - PL & ENG - motocaina.pl / kasiafrendl.pl - Duration: 5:00.

We're on the Italian side of Mont Blanc.

Aren't the views breathtaking?

But we're not here for the views.

We're here to show you this beautiful E-Class convertible.

We're going through an 11 km long tunnel under Mont Blanc,

we can go no faster than 70 km/h

and we have to keep the distance of 150 m from the car in front of us.

There's a choice of a few driving modes,

we switch them using a switcher located on the centre control.

I can select from Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport Plus,

and Individual, that is adjusting to your own preferences.

I can change the look of the dashboard

either to Classic, Sport or Progressive,

the last of which looks the coolest, in my opinion.

Something changed... Ok, here's the Progressive look.

We've covered 21 km and the fuel consumption is 12 L,

but I think it can be lower – 7-8 L per 100km,

even when driving quite dynamically.

There's cruise control here enabling almost autonomous movement,

for example on a motorway, but also on regular roads.

You just have to set whatever speed you wish.

Of course, the system will react at once

after seeing speed limit signs, and will reduce the speed accordingly.

It keeps us in our lane,

so unless we turn on an indicator,

the steering wheel will bounce back to keep the car going along the lane.

We're driving in Sport mode which is expected to be very "aggressive."

That's not the case.

Keep in mind that it's a convertible tuned to be quite comfortable.

I've just turned on the Adaptive Cruise Control,

the car is turning by itself.

The system reminded me to keep my hands on the wheel.

Now I can keep driving in this mode,

what is signalled by this green steering wheel.

If I let go of the wheel, the car turns and controls the speed by itself.

The current speed limit is 90 km/h due to road works.

The boot in E-Class convertible isn't too capacious,

a normal thing for a convertible.

It has the capacity of 310 L when the roof's folded.

Maybe it's not much

but we'll be able to pack two suitcases the size of a normal hand luggage.

We're getting more space when the roof's unfolded,

we can pack more things up here and the capacity increases to 385 L,

which is quite a lot.

Class inheritance - Java in 2 minutes #19 - Duration: 1:51.

By Chiccodb00 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtF8xxYtL6cVSVP2wkMj1Sg

Hi, I'm Chiccodb00,

in this episode of Java in two minutes I will explain the inheritance of the classes.

Through class inheritance

we can create "children" to them,

which as the name suggests will take from the father all the methods and attributes.

Suppose you want to create the PallaTennis class

which will be the "daughter" class of the Palla class

it will inherit all attributes and all methods

then type, weight, diameter, changeType and various getter and setter.

So for declaring the class we will write

public class PallaTennis extends Palla{},

while for the constructor we will write

public PallaTennis(double peso, double diametro)

note here, that the type parameter has been omitted,

this is because we already know that the type is "tennis"

(hence the name of the PallaTennis class),

then inside the constructor,

instead of allocating all the variables,

we will call the constructor of the Palla class,

to do this we will write super("tennis",diametro,peso);

The "super" command allows you to recall a method

(in this case the constructor) of the "father" class,

so if, for example, we would also call the change method

inside the constructor, I'll write super.cambiaTipo ("tennis");

One important thing to keep in mind

is that attributes, except for the public and protected

can be read and edited inside

of a method writing super.<method name>.

Another feature of the daughters classes,

is that when we create the object of the Ball type,

I can also initialize it with PallaTennis

writing Palla tennis = new PallaTennis(12.0,3.0); but not vice versa.

If the video helped you understand the subject,

leave a like!

otherwise leave a dislike

Anyway, you can always comment on it to help me improve future videos

Yes, mum, I'm getting in the queue now... Of course…

but if they don't have that number, I'll get whatever they have, ok? Love you.

Excuse me, are you in this queue?

When you are not lucky, things like this don't happen to you...

It reminds me of the one I had...

Poor thing passed away last year.

Which one do you want, sweetie?

Pardon me, what number do you want?

This?

Give me two of this one, please.

You don't suddenly meet someone like this...

Well, my name is Daniel.

...My name is Daniel.

So odd, so strange, so special...

...Ah, yes, of course, Danielle, with 2 L's, right?

And of course, when you are not lucky,

you don't come across that same person the next day.

Yes, the Christmas lottery. Here's very typical to see

all the winners hugging each other and celebrating with cava

where the ticket was bought.

You don't connect immediately with her, despite having no idea where she comes from...

Put this on, or you'll freeze to death.

Neither do you start liking dogs, despite never having been a dog's fan...

Nor do you forget which day it is.

Nor you remain speechless.

I really don't know who you are, but I…

I love you, Danielle.

When you are not lucky, you don't get to steal a kiss.

Hey, hey... C-L-O-S-E-D.

She must've got confused with the Metro thing.

Come on now, she's foreign not Martian.

Which is why, when she disappears from your life,

you don't even question why...

Because you... are unlucky.

Dani, brother… She must be gone already…

And there it is, ladies and gentlemen! The big prize!

So, tell us Daniel, how many tickets did you have?

Just the one.. but... A friend of mine had another

but I think she's got lost somewhere...

Maybe it's true that some of us are just unlucky

Or maybe...

Maybe just for once...

Yes, mum, of course I'm happy...

We have been so lucky!

As santinhas [PT-ES-EN] - Duration: 4:06.

I will tell a story for you came children.

The most relaxed girls let's say like this.

Hello YouTube people here is your friend powermafia.

In another story of powermafia.

Personal the story that I will tell today is the story of the saints.

I studied at SENAI school was between 15 and 16 years old and the nerves, hormones were already

they were already totally in the Flower of the Skin.

And the Senai being a school of only boys the situation was worse did not have a kitten (girl),

did not have a girl was complicated.

The options of the time were if your father had a Playboy magazine or something

or to the newsstand because we did not have the advent of the internet yet.

The personnel of a solution that was very interesting that it was the saints.

The saints were the same as the saints, the calendars that you carry in your wallet

Only they were more relaxed girls so let's say like that.

And they were basically easy to get a santinha as there were a lot of boys in school

There was practically a black exchange of saints and let's say there are 3 types of saints.

The tempting girl who was in a pose spicy but still in clothes with that

Mama's face I want to give that whole business, that other provocative one and the same thing

tempting But usually she was with the part of the melon from outside she forgot the part

From above we had a vision of Paradise.

and every santinha of those usually her rank was based on this the more provocative the

The most expensive girl's photo was more difficult was to get that little girl for your collection.

And had the depraved even though it was that woman who was without any clothes at all

stripped that was the most crowded that the people really wanted, she was the most expensive.

It was very funny. Everyone practically had _ santinha.

I also had santinha in my wallet I could not stay out of this.

And had once the teacher came to me and asked.

The boy do you have santinha there?

I have a teacher.

Ah! Let me see.

Wow, even the teacher asking to see santinha, I'm going to end up losing my little sister but I showed her

it.

I took the baby, I took out my wallet and showed it to him.

There he.

He took it like this, let's just say that's the little one.

What a beautiful santinha! Look what a girl.

Look! Even the teacher was in the dance. everyone wanting santinha to the teacher.

Good people This was my story I hope you liked the video I am

What is wrong with this?

I've got no network either.

Is that a UFO?

What did your mother just say?

Nothing. Something about the moon.

Yes, mum, I'm getting in the queue now... Of course…

but if they don't have that number, I'll get whatever they have, ok?

Love you.

Excuse me, are you in this queue?

It reminds me of the one I had...

Poor thing passed away last year.

Which one do you want, sweetie?

As you can see, there's quite a queue.

For the love of…!!

Come on!!! We haven't got all day!

Pardon me, what number do you want?

This... This one?

Give me two of this one, please.

I'll pay now and you can pay me back later.

Shouldn't you put a collar on the dog?

Well, my name is Daniel.

...My name is Daniel.

You're called Daniel too?

Ah, yes, of course, Danielle, with 2 L's, right?

Nice to meet you.

Sorry, over here we kiss all the time.

So…here's your ticket and…good luck.

Let's hope we win it… Bye bye.

OK, so that was weird!

And to your right you can see the famous Park of Retiro,

called 'Retiro' because the kings used to "retire" here"...

Ok. And also to your right...

Hey! Marga, can you cover for me?

Wait! I only speak Japanese!

It doesn't matter.

You have to pay me!

Don't make me call the police over 2€!

Don't worry, sir, I'll pay the 2€,

my apologies.

And you?... I can't believe you chose to steal this thing…

What did you say???

Let's go, let's go.

Jamón, (ham).

Ja-món, (ham).

You like it...? Yes...? No...?

So, this is a typical bar.

Here, you'll find one in every corner…

Wow, so you did like it!

At this rate I don't know what you're going to do without me.

You'll have to take me back with you to your country,

well, If we "win it"…

Win it.

Yes, the Christmas lottery.

Here's very typical to see all the winners hugging each other

and celebrating with cava where the ticket was bought.

It's very nice.Well, it's never happened to me but that's what they say…

My name is Daniel….

My name is Danielle...

Very good. Nice accent!

My name is Danielle...

My name is Danielle...

My name is Danielle...

My name is Danielle...

And mine is Paco!

These are the Christmas lights; but they haven't been turned on yet.

I bet in your country they're already...

Oh, look, we´re in luck!

How the…?

Let's stop at my house to get a coat for you, or you'll freeze to death...

A COAT.

Edu I'm home!

Wait here.

I have something of my ex's that might fit you.

Guess who just fix the toaster?

Your friend here. She picked it up as if she'd never seen one before and… ping!

Ping!

But Dani, brother, how could you bring her home?

What country is she from, anyway?

Is it possible to share dreams?

What?!

Edu, last night I had a very odd feeling.

It was as if she and I…

like if we were both having the same dream.

Yeah, right. She must be an alien who, as part of her European tour,

decided to come and visit, well, Spain of course!

And now you two are hooked up telepathically.

Well, I want to help her. I think she's completely lost.

Okay, but just for a couple of days. And if the dog poops at home, you're cleaning it up.

Yeah, sure...

Oh, and she should also fix the video game console. Bye!

Bye!

"Esperanza" – It means "Hope", that's my metro stop.

That's where you always have to go back to. Understood?

Es-per-an-za.

Yes, that's right! OK, so I'm off to work.

Remember... Esperanza.

Oh, and please, don't steal anything!

What the…? She might be strange, but she is definitely not stupid.

I know you may have to leave soon,

or that someone from your country will come looking for you…

And I don't even know if you are understanding me…

But I…

I love you, Danielle.

Look at the birds!

Well now you cannot see them, but they will come in the spring...

And what about the sky?! Look up, look up!

I'm telling you, Spain is... What am I saying, Spain,

this planet - is total!

Total!

Excuse me Miss, the Metro is closed.

Hey, hey... C-L-O-S-E-D.

There's a bus service running, go and take a look.

Esperanza - Hope...?

Hope? Yes, we Hope to re-open again in 10 days.

Will she know how to get back? Maybe she got confused.

Come on, she's foreign, not a Martian.

Esperanza...

Esperanza...?

Esperanza...

Esperanza...

Esperanza...?

Esperanza...?

No, thank you.

You can stare at it as much as you like, but it's not going to make you a millionaire!

Dani, brother… She must be gone already…

And then you take the "churro" and dip it in hot chocolate

and then you eat it.

Very typical.

Christmas Lottery,

they are now announcing El Gordo.

Very typical.

Four million eeeeeuuuuuros!

And here is where the winning number was sold.

So, tell us Daniel, how many tickets did you have?

Just the one.. but... A friend of mine had another but I think she's got lost somewhere...

What? For me...?

Yes, mum, we won...

Yes, of course I'm happy...

I'm heading home right now, okay?

We have been so lucky!

Woman Distraught After Wheelchair Stolen.

What Stranger Does Next Leaves Her In Tears

There aren't always answers for why people do what they do.

Our actions can have an impact on the life of another human being, and not always for

the better.

Sherry Valentine relies on her motorized wheelchair to get around.

Nothing could stop her from living a full, busy life.

That is until someone brazenly stole two of her wheelchairs from her front porch.

Sherry was left with no way to visit her friends or travel independently through her neighborhood.

The crime committed against Sherry eventually made the local news.

People were outraged that someone could be so cruel as to steal from a disabled person.

A woman by the name of Pat Haseck saw Sherry's story and wanted to help.

Pat's husband had recently passed away and she still had his wheelchair at home.

She figured the chair could be put to better use than just sitting in her basement collecting

dust.

"If she wants the chair, I would love to give it to her," Pat said.

"I thought, 'You know what?

I'm going to call and see if she can use it.'"

Taking matters into her own hands, Pat called Sherry and offered her the chair.

The kind generosity of a total stranger brought Sherry to tears.

Along with the chair, Sherry was also given a ramp to help her down her walkway to the

sidewalk.

"She made me the happiest person," Sherry said of Pat.

"I got to send her a card.

She's so sweet."

Sherry was all smiles as she took her new chair out for a spin around her neighborhood.

Whether Pat realizes it or not, she returned something precious to Sherry – her independence.

We're sure Pat and her good deed won't ever be far from Sherry's mind or heart.

When did you learn that you're Chairman Kang's son?

Does it have anything to do with your accident?

What are you talking about?

- Aren't you Kang Jihyeok? / - Kang Jihyeok?

I'm Kim Jihyeok.

Jihyeok.

Jihyeok.

Thank goodness you're awake.

It's so good to see you, Jihyeok.

Do you remember anything from your childhood?

No.

Not at all.

Let's not rush things.

Once we calm down and get used to each other

we can get closer as father and son, as a family.

You understand what I mean, right?

I have no clue.

Sure, I understand.

You're probably as flustered as I am.

That's why I'm saying that we should take some time.

Get some rest.

What do you do?

You'll find out soon enough.

D-Do I have a mother?

Of course, you do.

Really?

D-Does she know?

Of course.

You should've let me be.

It's such a bother to both of us.

I couldn't do that.

Because you are my child.

Because I'm his child?

What's the point now?

Why was the Financial Supervisory Service

looking into our family registry?

I think the prosecutor requested it.

I think they were investigating illegal gifts.

Why now of all times? Those jerks.

Whatever. This is just formalities

because of the new administration.

Did you look into that matter abroad?

Yes, and we should hear from them soon.

- Will it work? / - It's over 90% possible.

Really?

And overwhelm that man.

Throw money, women, whatever, at him

so he can't even think.

Yes, Sir.

That's the history of Kang Jihyeok's life thus far.

It would've been better not knowing, right?

Why must I learn all this?

He's part of the Hyeongseong family.

Thus, whom you must serve.

Last year, the chairman asked me to

look for him discretely.

I only recently learned of his existence and

because of the accident, I was able to run a DNA test.

That's the result.

I filled it with whatever I thought you'd need for now.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

And here is the key to the car you'll be using for now.

If you don't like it, I'll get you a different one.

Are you scouting me?

Famous teams do anything for players they're scouting.

You got me an amazing place and a fancy car.

No one would scout a son.

I guess they are doing all this because they are rich.

Regardless, it's nice finding my parents.

I get to live in a fancy place like this.

I guess money is good after all.

Bring that brat back and rip out his heart or...

What floor is this?

Oh my gosh.

Thank you.

I keep receiving help from you lately.

I...

Please let me know if you need anything.

Okay.

Wait.

What do you do?

I work for the Hyeongseong main office.

I look after the chairman's family.

Really? So you must see my so-called parents often.

I do.

Then go tell them

that I'm touched beyond measure

for this apartment and car.

Tell them that their son, whom they abandoned for

30 years like garbage, is happy beyond words.

Yes, Sir.

It's raining.

What a gloomy day.

You said to let you know if I need anything, right?

Yes, what do you need?

Another umbrella I can give to a pathetic woman

walking in the rain.

Dongseok.

You'll get up as if nothing happened, right?

I was too scared to even tell you

that I love you.

So please wake up.

I can't live without you.

Look who's here! Jihyeok!

- How's business? / - Good.

Why did you follow me here?

This is my job.

Goodness.

Mom!

- Oh my. / - Mom.

What are you doing? Get away! Gross!

You know how much I've missed you?

- Were you worried about me? / - In your dreams.

Why would I worry about you? I'm busy with my own life.

Are you his mother?

Not in a million years.

He calls every older woman "Mom."

Especially if he wants food.

He must have more than 30 moms in this market alone.

Come on, Mom. Those moms are just moms.

You're my mom.

Stop being gross and get off.

Where have you been?

And who is she?

What happened?

What happened? Something big.

Don't tell me...

You're not even married.

And what will she think of me now?

Don't get me wrong. I'm a nice, innocent man.

Auntie! J-Jihyeok...

E-Emperor Jihyeok!

Please forgive my insolence for not recognizing you.

I swear I will dedicate my life to serving you.

What's your problem?

I told you, something big happened.

He's the chairman's son. It's all over the news!

- Is that true? / - Nothing's for sure yet.

That's just what they claim.

I have something to show you.

Is the article true, Dad?

What is it? Does he have Mom's genes, too?

Or is he just yours?

Your mom gave birth to him.

He came out of your womb, Madam Choi. Did you forget?

I don't believe this.

to save our child,

that her parents are pure evil.

Go ahead.

So that means they've been watching you all this time.

It can't be hard for them to fake it if they wanted.

Why would they fake that you're their son?

All you have is your body.

What would they need that for?

Don't you agree?

If you don't trust them, I'll run a verification.

There's no need to go that far.

I think Daeseop's right. You're being too skeptical.

It's only 1,000 dollars.

Should we just buy that butcher shop?

It should cost like 200,000 to 300,000 dollars.

Doctors Tell Mom Baby Will Die. 3 Yrs Later Gets Call From Cop – An Answer To Prayer

Angelina Castleberry was happily pregnant with twins – a boy and a girl – when she

got some news from her doctor that changed everything.

One of her babies – the little boy – was diagnosed with Posterior Urethral Valves,

a condition that causes the bladder and kidneys to suffer terrible damage.

The prognosis was grim.

Doctors told her that her child would most likely die.

Too much intervention to try and help the baby would cause the other twin to die, so

not a lot could be done in utero.

Angela had to have an emergency C-section at 31-weeks because of placental abruption.

Callia weighed 3 pounds, 12 ounces, while twin brother Matthew weighed in at 5 pounds,

2 ounces.

After eight weeks in the hospital, Callia was able to go home, but Matthew wasn't

doing so well.

He had bleeding and fluid in his brain, kidney failure, a collapsed lung, and pulmonary hypertension.

Doctors told Angela and her husband they didn't expect Matthew to survive.

Matthew proved to be a fighter.

He continued to defy all the odds and was eventually able to go home and join his sister

and the rest of the family.

But things were never easy.

By the age of three, Matthew had already had 14 surgeries and was on dialysis.

Heartbreakingly, each time he received an organ donation, it rapidly failed.

The Castleberrys were losing hope of finding a direct match donor that would work for their

son.

Then one day, Angela got a call from a friend and former co-worker, Deputy Alicia Lopez.

Lopez told her she had taken the tests and discovered she was a direct match for Matthew!

"When we found out it was Alicia, it was, like, 'Oh my God.

We've been praying for you,'" Angela said.

The transplant was scheduled for late July.

On August 1, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department announced that the transplant surgery

had gone well and both Alicia and Matthew were in recovery.

When asked why she would do something so big as to donate one of her organs, Alicia's

answer was simple: "When you see his face, it's kind of hard to say no."

The Aluminum In Deodorants Causes Breast Cancer! Use Lime To Eliminate Body Odor! - Duration: 2:17.

OUR WEBSITE : http://justhealthrelated.com/

The Aluminum In Deodorants Causes Breast Cancer!

Use Lime To Eliminate Body Odor!

By sweating our body protects itself from overheating in conditions of humid climate

or exhausting physical activity.

The extra thermal energy is ejected through the sweat particles, which cools the body.

There are lots of gland around our body, but no one likes the underarm sweat.

The glands in the underarms are the most active in our whole body and emit sweat every time

when it is needed.

This sweat contains fatty acids and proteins which are leaving the vestige on our clothing.

Sweating is one of the most important processes in our body.

Effusive sweating is also called hyperhidrosis.

Since the sweat smells bad it is improper and awkward, so we are using deodorants and

antiperspirants.

We shouldn't search for a solution that will stop the armpit sweating.

Sweat is healthy due to the fact that it includes chemical ingredients that work in the battle

against ailments.

One study has proven that the sweat includes natural antibiotics that can eliminate harmful

bacteria.

It is not logical to stop one of the most necessary procedures in the body.

Anyhow, we can definitely deal with the odor that comes from the sweaty underarms with

the help of some natural methods from the folk medicine.

Aluminum In Deodorants Can Cause Breast Cancer!

Use Lime To Eliminate Body Odor

It may be hard for believing until you try it.

Divide the lime in 2 pieces.

It should not be very ripe.

Rub each of the half on each armpit.

You will notice that your skin on the rubbed place will be brighter, however there is nothing

to be worry about, due to the fact that the color of the skin will be restored very soon.

Its acidity is the main reason that this fruit is so effective in the fight against the underarm

sweat.

The acid in the lime juice will reduce the sweat production and will work as a natural

deodorant.

It is worth mentioning that the limes have strong antibacterial properties, due to the

fact that the bad smell is caused by the bacteria.

Remember that the armpits are meant to sweat, since in this way our body ejects the toxins.

All you should do is to remove the bad smell with limes.

Why My Family Still Doesn't Do Sleepovers - Duration: 5:49.

A few years ago, Aileen and I made the decision

for our family that we believed was wise,

it was good for us.

At the time, we had no idea how that decision

would end up reverberating around the world.

We decided that we would not do sleepovers.

That for our family, we would not permit our children

to sleep over at someone else's house.

And that was fine and that was good.

Then I wrote an article about it.

And it got spread far and wide.

Literally, millions of people read that article

and it resulted in this outpouring,

this avalanche of feedback,

avalanche of information about other people's experiences

with sleepovers.

Today I want to tell you why my family still

doesn't do sleep overs.

(upbeat music)

- [Narrator] This video was made possible by Missional Wear,

by going to missionalwear.com/challies.

It's one of our culture's strange traditions

and I've got have no idea where it came from

that there's this right of passage

where our children are now old enough to sleep over

at someone's house or old enough to have

one of their friends come and sleep at their house.

If you really think about it,

it doesn't make a lot of sense, does it?

I don't know what the thrill is

in having someone over to sleep.

Yet our culture does it.

And it's become this accepted part of parenting

that you invite people into your house,

this accepted part of growing up.

That you go and sleep in someone else's house.

Well, when Aileen and I were thinking about this,

when our children were young.

And we thought about it before they were old enough

to do sleep overs.

We decided we would just put up a blanket ban

on sleepovers and that was really based on

two different things.

The first was one just experience we had had.

Now neither Aileen and I were ever harmed

at a sleepover.

We did participate in them when we were young.

But we knew people who were very seriously harmed.

Either somebody had abused them or hurt them.

Or they had encountered things

that they should not have encountered.

So for many people, they're first experience of pornography

was at a sleep over.

Their first experience of sexuality or even drunkenness

was at a sleepover.

And so we became very concerned that we didn't want

our children to experience any of those things.

Not only that, we didn't want to put our children

in a situation where they were young and venerable

and still too immature, still too inequipped

to know how to deal with a situation.

And often, I think we put very young children

in situations they simply don't have the capacity,

the maturity to deal with.

And so somebody compels them to do something.

Somebody encouraged them to do something.

They're simply not old enough, mature enough

to know how to deal with it.

And they end up suffering.

And so for those two reasons,

and there were others,

but those were the two big ones,

we decided there would be no sleep overs.

And we really stuck to it.

And you know, it wasn't always easy.

Sometimes our children were mad at us.

They wanted to do what their friends were doing.

Sometimes the parents of our children's friends

were mad at us.

They thought we were being way overprotective

or that we were judging them.

And one of the most helpful things about just saying

no sleepovers was we never had to choose.

We never had to explain ourselves.

We never had to say to our children,

you can sleep at that person's house

but not that person's house.

That was very helpful.

When the parents were upset with us,

we just said no sleepovers.

And you know, since I wrote that article,

I received literally hundreds and hundreds of emails

and comments and they really reaffirmed

the decision we had made.

We learned a couple of things.

We learned that the upside of sleepovers

really isn't that high.

I mean, yes it's fun.

Our children want fun experiences.

But really, mostly what they get out of a sleepover

is a grouchy day the next day

and probably a sick stomach from eating too much.

So there's not a lot to gain.

But the downside and again I got so many emails,

just heart breaking emails about this.

The downside can be a lifetime of suffering.

The consequence, the positive consequences

are pretty minimal.

The negative consequences can be very, very serious.

And so we really believe

that at least for our family and our situation,

we made the right decision.

You know I think one of the things that came out of it

was a sense of relief.

Many people got in touch and were just relieved.

Now they may not have agreed with everything I said.

They may not have agreed with my entire position.

But I think they felt relief that

there was someone else out there who was saying,

you know we don't think sleepovers are a great idea.

Because again, there is this pressure,

this cultural pressure that good parents

let their children go to somebody else's house to sleep.

I just simply meant to say,

why don't you think about it.

Aileen and I, we're Christians.

We try to raise our children

in accordance with the Bible.

We believe that the Bible is God's revelation to us,

that it gives us wisdom.

You can read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation,

you won't find the word sleepover.

You won't receive a clear command

you must or you must not allow your children

to sleep over at someone else's house.

But you will find the importance

of raising your children

and the discipline and instruction of the Lord

and protecting your children,

taking good care of them,

expressing your love for your child

in protecting them.

We felt that as we prayed about it,

as we thought about it,

wisdom dictated,

we would not allow our children

to participate in sleepovers.

We had to heed our conscious there.

And that's all I say for you.

Read God's word.

Think about it.

Apply wisdom, heed your conscious

and make a decision that's good,

that's the best for your family,

for your children.

Hope you found this helpful.

If you did, why don't you click the like button

so maybe other people can find it.

And why don't you consider subscribing

so you can get some more videos like this one.

And I'll see you again soon.

Alchimia in "Policies Against Pain". Interview with Manuel Guzmán - Duration: 17:31.

Policies Against Pain

Hi. Good morning and once again, thank you very much to everyone who has come today to join us

on a very important day for us, because not only are we going to talk about medical cannabis, but it's also the day when politicians

are going to sit down at the table, we are going to debate together, and also the patients are going to come out to talk and explain our needs to you…

Hello, good day. Well, in this talk I will try in way of an introduction to this day, to summarise what we know today

from a biological perspective, pharmacological, clinical, about the topic that we'll focus on, which will monopolise the day today,

and also those that lie ahead, so motivating and so intense, which is, as you well know, medicinal cannabis.

And it's that cannabis reallyhas some unique properties, really exclusive, that make it a potential source (in some cases a real source)

of compounds to improve quality, to alleviate some symptoms of some diseases and to improve the quality of life as you know, of many patients.

Well, cannabis, as I think you all know, is unique within the plant kingdom, within the approximately 300,000 species

of plants that exist today in nature, cannabis is unique because it produces a series of compounds that are exclusive to it,

which we therefore call cannabinoids, and which are precisely

those that give it those bioactive properties, those unique pharmacological properties over human beings…

Hello. Manuel, or Manolo… which do you prefer?

Well, it's like Jekyll & Hyde, I've got both…two sides.

Both sides. The truth is that you're very well known, much loved. I believe you're the most appreciated now here in this world…

Well, in any case it's appreciated.

Yes, thank you very much for the talks because they are very, very clear and well, it shows that there's a lot of passion.

Simply, well I'm curious: Since you are at the Observatory (OECM) and well, you deal with a lot of sick people…

which illness do you think, when a patient comes to see you, begins treatment and starts taking it… in which illness do you see the most evolution?

Yes, the most widespread case among medicinal cannabis patients is pain, it is the most transverse disease.

What we are talking about is that cannabinoids have effects on neurological diseases, but one of them is the attenuation of pain, in oncology,

one of them is the attenuation of pain, in musculoskeletal diseases where one of the effects is the attenuation of pain, etc…

pain is a very transversal disease, very horizontal, very common to many diseases

and in fact is where cannabinoids probably have a better therapeutic niche. So, undoubtedly, in the fields of neuropathic pain,

chronic pain, arthritic pain, articular, fibromyalgia, etc, etc… that's where one probably sees a greater improvement in not all, but in some patients

who tolerate it and feel a beneficial effect in their evolution, and also it's such a long term disease, so variable

in terms of the causes in the management etc that each patient has and a disease where there are also more drugs and more general therapies to treat

it where, well, the treatment is also more flexible and it is easier to approach the patient. The patient can also incorporate it into their pharmacopoeia,

combining it with other analgesics, with their other types of habits and well, can get a better performance…

A better result.

And nowadays we know, you know, that our organism, like that of most animals, produces molecules similar to THC in the brain, and therefore they are called

endogenous cannabinoids (of our organism) or endocannabinoids. Among them anandamide stands out, this would be the endogenous THC,

speaking graphically, that our brain produces and therefore nowadays it is clear that the THC from the plant, as we have said,

acts through some receptors, sensors on the surface of many of our body's cellsand

it does so simply because it has the shape, the key of THC, which is practically identical to the key of anandamide.

So what THC does, imitating the action of this endogenous key that we have in our brain and in the tissues of the anandamide,

is to attach to the same receptors, to join the same channels…

Which is the disease that will benefit the most from cannabinoid treatment?

Well, it's hard to know. On one hand we have the classic therapeutic applications of cannabinoids,

for example the inhibition of nausea and vomiting, the inhibition of spasticity etc., the attenuation of pain, in which we still have much to learn.

And I think that the effects can still be optimised much more than we are aware today. That is, the first thing I believe, we must improve

on the indications that are already relatively well established, to reach more patients and to have better efficacy with fewer side effects.

Then there are some other diseases, for example, childhood epilepsies, where CBD has proven to be a very relevant antiepileptic,

but we still have a lot to learn. Is it better or worse than the other antiepileptic drugs that exist on the market today? Alone or combined with them?

Does CBD only attenuate seizures or does it actually improve the modulation of this nervous system and therefore all the functions associated with it?

The integration of the child at the educational level, at the family level, his intellectual, social development, etc etc…

that, well there are signs but we still have a lot to learn in this field also, which is really fascinating.

And then there could be new indications, where we're fighting but of course, it's more difficult to get to where I would say we would pass to another,

qualitatively, to another stage. We would pass from the palliative effect of the cannabinoids

to the, if you want, remedial or even curative effect, taking it to the extreme, right?

And above all it would be two types of diseases: neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. In neurodegenerative diseases

many laboratories in the world are trying to see if THC and other cannabinoids are not only palliative for some symptoms,

for example spasticity or seizures, but also can protect neurons and therefore can have a remedial effect if that's wanted, right?

And then there's the case of cancer, where cannabinoids can not only fight some of the symptoms derived from cancer, like pain, nausea,

vomiting, loss of appetite, etc. but perhaps in some cancers and in some patients In particular, cannabinoids may be antitumoral.

So I think we essentially have these 3 levels nowadays:

• The safest level, but we still have to learn from therapies, from conventional indications.

• An intermediate level of new diseases that have emerged in recent years, with children's epilepsies being the most relevant.

• And at thespearhead, more laboratory work, but there's still a long way to go to get to the clinical level,

which is the attempt to move from the palliative to the remedial terrain.

To the remedial terrain, of course. Because the trial with…are clinical trialson people far away? Is it a financing issue or a policy issue?

It's a bit of both. Some small trials have already begun to be done but we are still very much in our infancy...

Like humans, I suppose, no?

Yes, it is complicated. Well, it influences everything, it influences, really the trials can be done but the industriousness is enormous.

Sometimes it's a monster that you see before you, because being included in the list 1 of the United Nations (UN) and the subject of international treaties,

although really the states could pull out of these treaties but inpractice they don't.

This has also created a very strong stigma against the substance, which is still seen in many cases as a drug of abuse,

and it can become so under a different usage, because here we're talking about controlled therapeutic use etc.

A misuse, yes.

…and then that detracts greatly from the interests of the administrative staff, the clinicians, the companies that could finance the studies, etc.

So in the end we find ourselves in a situation where research in the laboratory with mice,

with rats, with cells, etc. advances in a more or less rapid way, but research with humans is desperately slow.

The most necessary…

But of course, yes, the most necessary without a doubt if we want to get medicine to the patients. But hey, there are shortcuts, like the medical card,

patients finding it for themselves, there are Associations, there are Clubs, but it's not the ideal situation, and that's why we advocate

and bring the problem to the table, we discuss it and try to regulate in the best way possible using examples that we already have from many countries

where there are things that work, sometimes not, and well, then taking the best of each one and adapting it as best as possible to Spanish socio-political reality,

health, etc. and well, try to do something worthwhile so that many patients can benefit.

What would you say, finally, what would you say to a patient who is considering it, but isn't familiar, doesn't know where to go, what can we say?

What would you say? And we'll take note of it for anyone listening to the interview and lend a hand to all the sympathisers.

Well, the basis of everything is information. So the first thing that should be considered is whether that patient is a potential beneficiary

of one of the better-established therapeutic effects of cannabis and for that it is best to be informed. There are many online resources

but there are also Associations, there are Institutions, the Spanish Observatory of Medicinal Cannabis (OECM) where you can find this information.

In the case a physician or specialist, or a doctor considering that the patient is really responsive to the use of cannabis

or when the patient makes that personal decision for himself, because obviously this is the right of each patient,

then we try to access the most relevant product in terms of chemical composition etc. to the illness, a product that is traceable and safe.

That is, the patient knows that he is taking cannabis with a certain amount of THC, a certain amount of CBD,

with a specific terpene chemotype etc etc… and that he also knows that this preparation is safe,

that it has no contaminants, no heavy metals or solvents, bacterial contamination, fungal, etc.

And then, well, ideally monitor the patient with a health professional. If that isn't possible, then with somebody close who has experience

and try to listen, understand, see how it's going… I mean, ideally a follow-up like any other medicine.

But if it can't be done, then at least integrate it as much as possible within your usual medication to be able to see what the positive effectsare,

the effects sought, the side effects, how any side effects can be mitigated, how we can improve the effectiveness of only cannabis as therapy

or cannabis combined with other drugs. Normally these are chronic patients with very devastating diseases etc

and are polymedicated patients, so that's also very important to take into account, to ensure the cannabis does not interfere negatively with medications,

but also because ideally, it can even promote the desired therapeutic effects, analgesic effects for example, with other medications.

Information is power, right?

Totally. It's fundamental.

Well, many thanks, till next time!

Thank you all. Truly, it's a pleasure.

In this map you'll see that some countries have a green circle. This map is online on our website, later I'll tell you where you can find it,

I will post it on Friday so that anyone can see it and it's also an interactive map, as I will try to explain later. There are countries where

there is a little green circle, which means that there is some type of regulation but it's not fully complete and a little black circle

in the medical cannabis program which allows access in all its complexity to all products including the plant (the herbal cannabis).

In contrast to all the signals from this morning that were quite pessimistic… I want to send a message of hope to you and say yes.

That there are things and that with time there are going to be more and more things.

I always have to put this slide into any talk I'm able to, I liked it a lot. It's Descartes, he is not Descartes, he is a child,

but Descartes was the first to speak about pain as a transmission system, which sent information from the periphery,

from the area where the pain existed to the brain. Before, the pain was in the heart, the pain was an emotion.

Descartes was the first to say no. Nerves also count. Something must be in the brain.

The United Nations (UN) treaties that regulate drugs DO NOT prohibit the regulation of medical cannabis at all.

We don't want Cannabis for a stye in the eye. We want it for terrible diseases!

Regulating medical cannabis, allowing patients access to it is an ethical imperative and we are wasting our time. Thank you.

Well, I think we have to be positive about the response of the patients, researchers, doctors and politicians.

The truth is that the Observatory (OECM) becomes an interlocutor and for the first time has achieved rapport among all these agents,

who in the end are those involved in cannabis, in what we want, right? In these policies on cannabis, it's very significant.

Next, we must denote the humanity that this type of event stands for, it makes your hair stand on end… and then also,

because a small negative point would be that some Parties, that in theory should have things a little clearer

and see this terrible reality that medicinal cannabis users are living, that they don't have a little more compassion on this issue, right?

In the end, the political opportunity, the times, have more influence than the needs and requests of patients, and this would be the small negative point.

But the balance is good, it's something that we are pushing forward and I think that they're going to take steps so that soon we'll have some changes.

Then, recognise the work that they're doing at the Observatory (OECM), an exquisite, magnificent work,

which without a doubt has made a quantum leap in terms of revindication and proposals.

Patients Manifesto :

We ask that you regulate the right to auto-cultivation and compassionate collective cultivation. Let us help each other!

The current situation only gives us legal and health insecurities, much stress and more pain.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain our situation, our needs and some of our solutions.

Please, consider the current policy of irregularity to which the medicinal use of this substance is subject, and where it leaves us.

Hopefully from your position you can help us. I hope you never have to go through this on a personal level!

… and please, remember : OUR PAIN CAN'T WAIT!!

15 Best Ways to Prevent Acne - Duration: 8:28.

15 Best Ways to Prevent Acne: Avoid Breakouts With These Tips!

Do you suffer from acne breakouts?

If so, you've probably spent countless dollars on acne creams and gels that promise to help

clear your skin.

The bad news is you're probably wasting your money.

The good news is, there are ways to prevent future breakouts that won't cost you a penny.

Acne breakouts often occur because of changes you've made to your daily routine.

Maybe you've started using a different laundry detergent, shampoo, face cream or soap.

These are often the biggest culprits of an acne breakout.

If you want to keep your skin clear and radiant, avoid breakouts by following these 15 simple

tips…

1.

Choose Acne-Friendly Makeup

The makeup you use (and how much you use) has a big impact on the health of your skin.

It's quite ironic that the products you spend a lot of money on to keep your skin

looking good, could potentially be clogging your pores and encouraging the pimples you're

trying so hard to hide.

If you're prone to breakouts, look for products that say "non-comedogenic" on the label.

This means that the product is specifically designed not to clog your pores.

Clogged pores are one of the leading causes of breakouts.

Many dermatologists will also recommend lightweight or oil-free products with a "non-comedogenic"

label, which is– which means that makeup won't clog your pores.

Also, avoid heavy, greasy products that contain ingredients like mineral oils and cocoa butter,

which can spur pimples.

2.

Change Your Pillow Case Weekly

Forget the $50 bottle of acne cream you've been purchasing every month, changing your

pillow case is a proven method for preventing breakouts.

All of the sweat, dirt and makeup from your face is seeping into your pillow every night.

Particularly if you don't wash your face before heading to bed, basically you are sleeping

in all of the dirt, oil, and debris that collected on your face all day.

If you don't wash your pillow cases regularly you're basically planting your face on a

pillow of sweat and dirt for 8 hours.

Not only will your face stay oily, but the potential for clogging your pores with excess

dirt is also very high.

Washing your cases will give your face the fresh rest it needs at the end of the day.

3.

Moisturize

If you've turned to acne products to control your outbreaks (which most of you probably

have), the importance of moisturizing becomes a key component in keeping your breakouts

at bay.

Most acne products contain ingredients that dry out the skin, thus, moisturizing immediately

after is critical.

Make sure you hydrate your skin with water before applying the moisturizer.

Daily moisturizing is an essential part of keeping acne at bay by clearing away excess

oils, dirt, and makeup that collect on your skin day and night.

This is why morning and evening cleansing and moisturizing is important.

If the acne treatment your dermatologist prescribed contains benzoyl peroxide or other drying

ingredients that can zap your skin of the moisture, a light moisturizer that contains

glycerin or hyaluronic acid will aim to keep moisture locked in your skin to prevent redness,

drying, and flaking.

4.

Review Your Shampoo

Have you noticed that you've been breaking out a lot more than usual lately?

You might want to check your shampoo.

Shampoos and conditioners with a lot fragrance and chemicals can irritate skin and cause

breakouts on your forehead, jaw, neck and back.

Considering using non-fragrance products (or all-natural products) and always make sure

you rinse the shampoo out of your hair completely before washing your face in the shower.

Organic products without added chemicals, oils, and fragrance may also provide a lightweight

wash and a natural smell without causing breakouts.

Make sure to wash your face after rinsing your hair to get rid of lingering shampoo

and conditioner residue.

5.

Stop Touching Your Face

You might notice that people who touch their face often are prone to breakouts.

This is because the oils and dirt on your hands are constantly transferred to your sweet

visage.

This might seem like common sense but keeping your hands away from your face is harder than

you think.

If you're sitting in class or at work, chances are your head is resting on your hands and

your fingers are running up your cheeks.

You might also twist your lip or finger your chin, leaving those areas prone to breakouts.

The more you touch, the more irritation and breakouts can result.

Keeping your hands and fingers off your face will keep it clean and healthy and help eliminate

future breakouts.

6.

Check Your Laundry Detergent

Much like shampoos, laundry detergents can be a huge culprit when it comes to breakouts.

If you're experiencing more breakouts than normal it could very well have to do with

the ingredients in your detergent.

Many soaps contain harsh chemicals and fragrances that can irritate skin (especially when you

use towels to dry your face).

What's worse is that a full cycle might not completely wash away laundry detergent

residue.

Especially if you don't have a soft water system, you may get traces of soap on your

face and body every time you put on and remove clothing.

Try switching to a non-fragrance detergent or one with more natural ingredients and see

if you're breakouts start to fade.

7.

Go Easy on the Makeup

This may be hard for some girls (especially those in high school) but lightening up on

the makeup will almost certainly help control your breakouts.

Not only are the ingredients in most makeup products bad for your skin but applying makeup

means touching your face, which can lead to a breakout.

If you must wear makeup, try adding a dab of liquid foundation to an all-natural moisturizer,

which will help hydrate the skin instead of drying it out.

Also, choose to go makeup free when you can.

Wash, cleanse, and moisturize your face in the morning using lightweight products and

leave your face without makeup so your pores can breathe easy for a few hours.

8.

Stay Out of the Sun

A little bit of sun has been known to reduce breakouts but too much can cause damage to

your skin and prompt a breakout.

If you're planning a weekend at the beach, be sure to load up on sunscreen and moisturizer–these

will help keep your skin hydrated and protected from the sun which will equal less breakouts

this summer.

However, like moisturizer, choose a lightweight sunscreen specifically for use on your face.

These "face" specific sunscreens often don't contain added oils, fragrances, and

chemicals that will put a heavy layer on your skin and clog up your pores.

Remember, when you use heavy products and sweat, you often trap perspiration, oil, and

dirt under beauty products and block the pores, which causes acne.

9.

Exercise

Exercising daily will not only help you look and feel better but it will also help reduce

the frequency of your breakouts.

Working out increases the blood flow through the body which will keep your skin looking

healthy and radiant.

Plus, when you workout, you perspire more regularly, which means you eliminate dirt,

toxins, and chemicals a lot more efficiently.

More efficient perspiration in addition to hydrating more often will also prevent acne.

As you drink more water and perspire, sweat is cleaner and clearer, which will also help

prevent pore blockage, oily skin, and acne breakouts.

10.

Reduce Stress

Staying calm and happy has actually been proven to help control breakouts.

Acne often appears when someone becomes stressed out or worried about something (perhaps you're

worried about breaking out) and tends to spread faster in these circumstances as well.

The best thing to do is to keep calm and try not to sweat the small stuff.

In doing so, you'll feel and look better.

In fact, dermatologists at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, suggest

that acne prone individuals experience acne flare ups when they are exposed to stressful

situations.

And although emotional stress won't trigger breakouts, stress potentially worsens an existing

skin disorder.

11.

Eat Healthy

An unhealthy diet has always been linked to acne.

While many studies fail to prove a direct link between the two, doctors and health experts

agree that maintaining a healthy diet can go a long way in preventing breakouts.

Also, you may not know it but you might have a small allergy to some foods (dairy is a

common one) which can spark an immune system response staring with acne or skin problems.

Reducing the amount of dairy you eat, along with unhealthy foods like greasy burgers,

french fries, chips and soda will undoubtedly help eliminate your breakouts.

Plus, if you touch your face after eating particularly greasy, oily foods, your skin

will inevitably breakout.

12.

Quit Smoking and Drinking

Hopefully, this will be an easy one for most of you out there (because hopefully you don't

do either of these things to begin with) but if you do smoke or drink you should seriously

consider quitting.

Smoking and drinking dehydrate the skin, making it much more prone to breaking out.

Plus, touching your face when your bring a cigarette to and from your lips will leave

oils and dirt on your face to potentially clog your pores and cause pimples.

Eliminating these bad habits from your daily routine will help your skin stay clear and

your body stay healthy.

A win/win, don't you think?

13.

Drink Water

We mentioned this in an earlier slide but drinking water is an easy (and cost-effective)

way to keep your breakouts at bay.

Drinking water not only hydrates your skin but it eliminates all of the unhealthy toxins

from your body–some of which may have been the cause of your earlier breakouts.

Consuming at least 8 glasses a day will keep your skin looking radiant and glowing everyday.

And combining healthy hydration with regular exercise will prevent breakouts by eliminating

excess toxins and oils via perspiration.

Your skin will become healthier, less oily, less dry, and less prone to pimples as a result.

14.

Clean Your Phone

Most teenagers spend countless hours on their cell phones every day.

What you probably don't know is that this little cellular device is one of the newest

causes of acne breakouts.

Why?

Because all of the dirt from the face of your phone (the phone you've been touching with

your filthy fingers all day long) seeps into your face every time you press your phone

to your head.

Your makeup rubs off on the face of the phone and is then transferred back onto your face

the next time you use it.

To prevent breakouts, clean the part of your phone that touches your face regularly and

that will, in turn, keep your face clean as well.

15.

Sleep on Your Back

This is another cost-efficient and effective way to keep breakouts from happening.

Sleeping on your back means that your face is free from the fabrics on your pillow and

free from your fingers and hands.

When you sleep on your stomach, your face a pressed up against the fabric of your pillow

which can irritate the skin.

Likewise, when you sleep on your side, half of your face is either pressed against the

pillow or pressed against your hands which you've placed in between your pillow and

your face.

Keeping your head from being touched by anything during the night will help breakouts from

forming – and it doesn't cost you one single cent.
