Youtube daily report w Nov 14 2017

Hello, good morning, welcome.

So now I am generally at work and I teach.

And I will do that for a few more hours.

I want to avoid this jump in time and use this time to say something to you.

And I had some ideas about what I was going to say and different things I wanted to say.

But how iit is in life, something is and then it isn't.

Priorities are changing.

And today I would like to tell you that...

I am nominated for the title "Graduate with Passion".

So it was like that.

October 31, the last day I sent my application

for this contest for the title.

And I was just informed that

yes, I was accepted. And you can now vote for me.

In the description of this movie you will find a link.

And for sure I will attack you with this link on my private Facebook, on Facebook page aaand

everywhere.

So...

Go to this link. Scroll down to the bottom of this article.

Where you can find questionnaire and vote for me.

Of course you can vote for other people

but if you watch this movie, then you probably know who you should vote for.

And you can generally vote on all devices.

On tablets, on smartphones, on computers.

So tell your friends,

relatives, mothers, wives and lovers.

my fate is in your hands.

I entrust to you my potential title.

Take it...

Take it very seriously.

I'm counting on you.

Should I win?

Since I'm on this list, why not?

It is true that editing these films has become my hobby, my passion.

My life is to some degree subordinated to possibility to editing them.

I trafiają one na różne strony. Stronę ESKA, fanpage MOSiR.

And someone watches it. You watch it and you do it successively.

Which means that it isn't completely suck.

And all I have from this is pure satisfaction.

So if I could be appreciated winning such a tittel...

title,

why not?

But ok. We're talking here and I just finished my job.

So let's back to Katowice.

Ok. So it's after work.

I met Karolina. Come on, say hello.

Hey.

And we are going to eat something.

We thought with Karolina that we would go to the restaurant "Sztolnia"

next to Silesia (name of hypermarket/megastore).

And we have 2PM, Sunday.

And we are already in the traffic jam

on DTŚ road to go in Silesia City Center direction.

What kind of absurdity is this?

People, there are pretty weather. Go to the Chorzów Park,

Silesian, or how you will name it and not to the hypermarket!

Srsly?!

I quickly stated that we have to leave the car elsewhere, because

See all these cars? They all go to Silesia.

On 2nd exit is the same situation.

Massacre.

But food. We're going to eat. I am hungry.

A nutritious meal and a glass of wine and the man immediately feels alive.

Last I tried to encourage you to express your opinion about MotoLog.

And generally

everyone who commented said "Yes, continue it.". So it will be.

I have to arrange an action plan for this format and we will see what happens.

Pan Keysha stated that color grading is better.

I think so too. It is more natural. I think so.

At roughly the same parameters that I used earlier.

Ok. So we are going to the car and I'm going to take Carolina home.

Exactly.

Look. Look at all these people. How many cars are there? As they all stand in traffic.

All these people are going to Silesia.

Why when this day is nice?

Karolina "Do not rush me, because I'm losing my breath." [Polish song lyrics]

Look how she runs, look how she goes.

Here. We take a stairs.

I went home, but what's going near all hypermarkets

it's some kind of massacre.

Ccongestion and traffic jams.

I don't know. Are they trying to

compensate for yesterday's holiday and closed markets?

Or what?

Really...

Generally I feel that I no longer have energy today.

I thought I would do more today, but probably not.

The only thing that comes to mind is to see a few episodes of BoJack Horseman on Netflix.

Or.. Oh! F1 rides in Brazil.

It is also a good idea to spend the evening.

So...

Have a nice day.

See you.

You know what will happen now.

E-Verify v. I-9 - Duration: 1:57.

- Hi, I'm Beth Milito,

and you're watching NFIB's Small Business LegalEase.

At a recent NFIB member meeting,

a participant asked,

"Isn't E-Verify just an electronic replacement

for the I-9 form?"

This is a great question, and I'm glad someone asked it,

because knowing the answer is critical

to compliance with federal employment regulations.

The answer is no.

The E-Verify program does not replace the I-9,

and participating in E-Verify does not remove

an employer's obligations to comply with the I-9 process.

The I-9 is a form that employers must use

to verify the identity and employment authorization

of each person they hire.

E-Verify is a free internet-based system

run by the federal government that allows any US employer

to electronically verify the employment eligibility

of new employees.

E-Verify is voluntary for most employers,

but mandatory in some states,

and for employers with federal contracts.

Employers who use E-Verify must still comply

with I-9 requirements.

In other words, E-Verify doesn't replace the I-9.

Instead, it's an additional tool

to help employers confirm that employees

are authorized to work in the US.

When in doubt about either program, remember this.

I-9 is mandatory.

To learn more about E-Verify or the I-9, go to

www.uscis.gov.

Thanks for watching today.

I'm Beth Milito, and this is NFIB's Small Business LegalEase.

"Eu nunca fui tão Feliz" - Rafael Bittencourt - [Making of the New Album Pt. 23] - Duration: 17:38.

It's sunday on the 23rd day.

Is today a sunday 23rd?

Today is sunday... but, no. No that much. Let me see.

It's 20th.

It's a sunday 20th, it'd be 23rd if we were in another year or month.

Ah, you did a rhyme, uh?

You see? 23rd with month. (Portuguese rhyme)

You're a poet.

I am tryoing to write some songs for the new album.

Let me ask you something,

What will happen today?

Today we are starting to record the leads and solos for the new Angra's album.

Can you explain the difference between leads and solos?

The solos are the parts that the guitar takes place of the voice as the most part.

Instrumental part.

And creates a melody that is interesting talking about guitar.

And the leads are melodies created to complete the music arrangements.

But they have the same sound.

Yes, it is.

The same phase on production.

Yes. Dave was saying that what will chance from lead to solos

is that we must use a booster pedal to change a little,

maybe some effects, the delays.

But the base is the same.

I will change the strings now.

By producer suggestion, he suggest to use this D'addario.

It's the NYXL.

He believes that it sounds very good.

The strings vary when you are recording, the tuning goes up and down,

it's not so precise the tuning.

He said that this one is the best of all he used.

I am accepting his recomendations.

And I will put it in my guitar.

Well, we are using these strings to record the bases.

They are very good on tuning.

And also a very good sound.

I will take these strings out from my guitar.

And I will draw to the fans.

My guitar is regulated to a normal tuning, but we recorded the album a tone down.

The instruments are usually tuned in E, we are using them in D.

In guitar with the this floating bridge,

it's more difficult to change the strings. You need to regulate the whole guitar.

Ajust everything so it is okay in this new tension.

Basically because the tuning in E is usaually more tense.

But it depends on the kind of strings.

I am using heavier strings than the one that are already here,

maybe I will need just a few changes.

I was listening to the song now.

In fact, it starts with the four chords for two times...

The second time may happen something... Thst's too much time

just repeating the riff.

I think that it was his idea. He pressed the play and...

Perfect!

So, it's good if you listen...

Play there, try some things...

No... but you can check if you feel that. Maybe you think it's okay.

I am listening here and I am alert.

Okay.

Then, you start to try your concept based on what you listened to.

Okay... deal.

He's so cute, this guy.

Well, now that senile moment comes.

I don't remember where I put the strings. And I just opened the bags.

Ah, they are here inside.

I am looking the open package and thinking it is empty.

But no. it's not empty.

Empty pack... I can imagine the comments.

"ah, look the empty pack".

"Oh fuck".

Well... let's work.

So, there was something funny one of these days.

That way funny...

Now I remember and see that is funny.

I went to a musical store to buy the strings.

And I also bought some picks.

Some picks I like. I'll show you after how it is.

I took five picks.

"Ah, ok... I will take those".

It's a difficult pick to find in Brazil.

It's not so easy.

So, what happened?

I took the picks to pay.

"I will take the strings and also these picks here".

"Ah, ok... they are five".

"These five picks", I said.

The guy looked and said "There are six".

"Ah okay. Six is one more. It's okay".

After I got home I realized that one of them was a little used.

Then I thought "I bought a used one. That's bad".

I reflected about that.

The thing is that I had a pick in my pocket as a reference.

Two show the man if I needed.

And it was mine, for sure.

It means that I bought my own pick twice.

I took the pick in my pocket, when I showed the cashier

there were six, mine and the five new ones.

And I bought my own pick, as well.

I bought it twice.

Some day before, I used a lot, and one day I bought it again.

This things was very bad.

I realized then that the ages are coming.

I am 45 years old.

I think that...

It's a personal confession.

Fans think we are immortal.

Infinity and immortal.

But I think that in my forties, thank God the longevity is bigger.

I think that at the age of 45 years you still have youth

You also have ideas, goals you want to achieve.

Dreams... you still have many characteristics

from the youth.

But you can also see some things from a new moment you are.

It's a turning point.

Now, there is something I like.

About my age.

I was never happier.

Today I can be euphoric.

But I have a tranquility, a peace of spirit, I can say.

It's better to be alive, it's better to wake up, it's better to do things.

You are less anxious, less euphoric, less worries, maybe.

Fellings that don't let you live things completely.

When we are young we don't live completely.

You live with intensity.

You live that thinking about the next thing you are gonna do.

Without living, trying... I don't know.

Completely.

I think that this age, I am mature to select what I want and what I don't.

So, things I live are the ones I chose to have.

So, I am more complete bout things I live.

Well, I will continue to change the strings.

I will take camera to record marcelos tries and ideas.

What's up?

It's aggressive.

What it's like to be a woman in Hollywood | Naomi McDougall Jones - Duration: 17:01.

Reviewer: Camille Martínez

I'm going to begin today with a story

and end with a revolution.

(Laughter)

Are you ready?

Audience: Yes!

Naomi McDougall-Jones: Here's the story.

All my life I wanted to be an actress.

From the time I was very small, I could feel the magic of storytelling

and I wanted to be a part of it.

So, at the ripe age of 21,

I graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts

in New York City,

bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, and ready to take my rightful place

as the next Meryl Streep.

That's my grandmother, not Meryl Streep.

(Laughter)

Now, it's important for this story that you understand

that I was raised by a raging feminist.

I mean, just to give you some idea:

when I was five or six years old and obsessed with "The Sound of Music,"

and running around, singing, "I am 16 going on 17,"

all day every day,

my mother sat me down for a very serious conversation

and she said, "OK, look.

I'm not going to say that you can't sing that song,

but if you are going to sing that song, I do need you to understand

the extremely problematic gender construct that it reinforces."

(Laughter)

So that's where I come from.

So it just honestly never even occurred to me

that I would be prevented from doing anything in my life

because I'm a woman.

OK. So I graduate.

And I start auditioning and I get work, slowly.

But I just start noticing that the parts available for women

are terrible.

But, remember -- I came here

to play smart, willful, complicated, interesting

complex, confident female characters, right?

Like Meryl.

And all of the sudden,

I am wrestling with 300 other gorgeous, talented women

to play ...

"[Female] No dialogue.

The character only needs to stand on a balcony,

look forlorn, and walk back inside the house.

Only partial nudity."

(Laughter)

"[Sarah] Brian's love interest.

Attractive, cute, and flirty, she is the ideal girl and Brian's prize

throughout the entire film."

"[Mom] A proper Southern belle who is making peace with the fact

that her only purpose in life is to tend to her husband."

"[Abby] Must be OK with a tastefully shot gang rape,

along with performing 19th-century dance."

(Laughter)

Those are actual casting notices.

And so I just mentioned this to my agent one day,

I say, "I feel like I'm not really going in for parts

that I'm actually excited about playing.

And he said, "Yeah. I don't really know what to do with you.

You're too smart for the parts

that are being written for women in their 20s,

and you're not quite pretty enough to be the hot one,

so I think you'll work when you're 35."

(Laughter)

And I said, "Oh. That's funny.

I always thought that when you were 35, you were kind of, like,

over the hill as an actress,

that you were relegated to playing 20-year-olds' mothers."

And he said, "Yeah --

(Laughter)

It's just the way it is."

So, maybe a year or so after this,

I'm having lunch with an actress friend of mine,

and we're talking about how insane this is.

And we decide, you know what? No problem.

We'll just make our own movie.

And I'll write and then I'll write it about two complex female characters.

So we do.

We set out to make this movie,

and sort of accidentally, we end up hiring an all-female production team:

the writer, directors, producers,

and it's a film about two women.

And so pretty soon, we're sitting in the office

of a successful male producer,

and he goes, "OK, girls.

So, you do understand that at some point you are going to have to hire

a male producer onboard, right?

Just so that people will trust you with their money."

Over and over again, people tell us,

"Yeah, but people don't really want to see films about women,

so maybe you should think about making something else.

It's just the way it is."

So we make the movie, anyway.

We scrape together 80,000 dollars,

and we make it, and it does so well.

It gets into tons of festivals and we win a lot of awards

and it's big and exciting.

But these experiences I've had just keep rubbing at me.

And so, I just start talking about them,

first, at Q and A's after screenings of the film,

and then I get invited to be on panels and talk at conferences.

And the really amazing thing is that, to begin with,

when I'm just talking to audiences

and other people, you know, coming up in the film industry,

the universal reaction is,

"Oh my god! This is terrible. What do we do about this?"

But the bigger panels I get on,

suddenly an Oscar nominee tells me,

"Look, I totally agree with everything you're saying.

You just need to be really careful about where you say it."

An Oscar-winning producer tells me

that she doesn't think it's a good idea to play the woman card.

It's just the way it is.

And I think this is how sexism continues on in 2016, right?

For the most part, it happens casually --

unconsciously, even.

It happens because people are just trying to get along

within an existing system.

It happens, maybe, out of a genuine desire

to teach a young woman the way that the world "just is."

The problem is that unless we do something about it,

that is the way the world will always be.

So why should you care about this?

Right?

I mean, we're facing some rather significant problems in the world

just at present,

what does it really matter if I can't get a job,

or you're stuck watching "Transformer 17," right?

(Laughter)

Well, let me put it to you this way:

the year "Jaws" came out,

Americans suddenly started listing "sharks" among their top 10 major fears.

In 1995, BMW paid the James Bond franchise three million dollars

to have James Bond switch from driving an Aston Martin

to a BMW Z3.

That one move caused so many people to go out and buy that car,

that BMW made 240 million dollars in pre-sales alone.

The year that "Brave" and "Hunger Games" came out,

female participation in archery went up 105 percent.

(Laughter)

In fact, studies show

that the movies you watch don't just affect your hobbies,

they affect your career choices, your emotions, your sense of identity,

your relationships, your mental health -- even your marital status.

So now, consider this:

if you have watched mostly American movies in your lifetime,

95 percent of all the films you have ever seen

were directed by men.

Somewhere between 80 and 90 percent of all of the leading characters

that you have ever seen

were men.

And even if we just talk about the last five years,

55 percent of the time that you have seen a woman in a movie,

she was naked or scantily clad.

That affects you.

That affects all of us.

We actually can't even imagine how much it affects us,

because this is all we've ever had.

Stories -- and movies are just modern stories --

are not frivolous.

They're actually the mechanism through which we process

our experience of being alive.

They're the way that we understand the world

and our place in it.

They're the way we develop empathy

for people who have experiences different than our own.

And right now, all of that is being funneled at us

through the prism of this one perspective.

It's not that it's a bad perspective,

but don't we deserve to hear them all?

How would the world be different if all of the stories were told?

So what do we do about this?

This may be the first time a lot of you are hearing about this,

but a lot of us within the film industry have spent years --

a lot of people, a lot longer than I have --

giving speeches and doing panels and writing articles

and doing studies,

and really just yelling at Hollywood to do a better job about this.

I mean, we have really yelled at them.

And yet, Paramount and Fox recently released their slates,

and of the 47 films that they will release between now and 2018,

not a single one will be directed by a woman.

So it is beginning to occur to me

that waiting for Hollywood to grow a conscience

may not actually be a winning strategy.

In fact, it seems to me

that whenever there is a small, ruling class of people

who have all of the money and power and resources,

they're not actually that excited about giving it up.

And so you don't get change by asking them

or even yelling at them.

You have to make that change happen

through a revolution.

Now, please don't worry -- I promise you, here, now, today,

our body count will be very low.

(Laughter)

So, now before I get to my four-point plan for the revolution --

yes, I have a four-point plan --

I have two pieces of very good and important news for you.

Good news number one:

there are female filmmakers.

(Cheers and applause)

Yes! I know!

(Applause)

We exist!

We actually graduate from film schools

at the same rate that men do -- 50 percent.

So here we have our 50 women.

The problem is that as soon as you get to the micro-budget film,

so even the very smallest films,

we're already only directing 18 percent.

Then you get to slightly bigger films,

indies in the $1-5 million budget range,

and we go down to 12 percent.

So by the time you get to the studio system,

we're only directing five percent of movies.

Now, I know some of you out there will look at this

and secretly think to yourselves,

"Well, maybe women just aren't as good at directing movies."

And that's not a totally insane question.

I mean, we like to believe the film industry is a meritocracy, right?

(Laughs)

(Laughter)

But look at this trajectory.

Either you have to accept

that women are actually five percent as talented as men,

which I don't,

or you have to accept that there are serious systemic issues

preventing us from getting from here to there.

But the good news is, we exist,

and there is a vast amount of untapped potential over here.

Good news number two, and this is really good news:

films by and about women make more money.

Yes! Yes! It's true!

(Cheers and applause)

It's true.

The Washington Post recently released a study

showing that films that feature women make 23 cents more on every dollar

than films that don't.

Furthermore, my colleagues and I commissioned a study

comparing 1,700 films made over the last five years

and, looking at the average returns on investment --

so, how much money does that movie make --

comparing if a man or a woman filled each of the following roles:

director, producer, screenwriter and lead actor.

And in every single category,

the return on investment is higher if it's a woman.

Fact: women buy 51 percent of all movie tickets.

Films by and about women make more money.

And of course, at least some portion of the male population

does also like women --

(Laughter)

so "women films" are not just for women.

And yet, Hollywood only targets 18 percent of all of their films

as "women films."

So what you're left with is a giant underserved audience

and untapped profit potential.

So we exist, and we have stories to tell.

We have so many stories to tell.

And despite everything we've heard: you want to see them.

The problem is, we've got this thing -- let's call it "Hollywood" --

(Laughter)

no, no, I'm just kidding;

I've met some very nice people in Hollywood --

Hollywood, preventing us from getting to you.

So here is my four-point plan for the revolution,

and everybody -- man or woman, in this room or anywhere in the world --

is going to get to help.

And this revolution is not just for women.

Anyone who has been disenfranchised,

anyone whose story has not been told,

the same principles apply,

and I really hope we can do the revolution together.

My four-point plan.

Number one: watch movies.

Isn't this a good revolution?

(Laughter)

OK, first I want to talk to anyone who watches movies.

Who watches movies in here?

Great!

Will you pledge to watch one film by a female filmmaker per month?

That's it, just start there. Great!

If you need help finding them,

you can go to the website, moviesbyher.com

It's an easily searchable database of films by women.

And as you start watching all movies,

I just want you to pay attention to the female characters.

How many of them are there?

What are they wearing?

Or not?

Do they get to do cool things,

or are they just there to emotionally support the men?

I'm telling you, once you see this, you're not going to be able to unsee it.

And as you start noticing this, it's going to shift your viewing habits.

And this already sizable market is going to continue to grow.

Step two: make movies.

So now I'm talking to all the female filmmakers out there:

we need you to be very brave.

It will be harder for you to make movies.

In fact, there will be an entire industry constantly telling you

that your stories don't matter.

And we need you to make them, anyway.

That 18 percent in the micro-budget range -- that is on us to fix.

Don't wait for permission.

Don't wait for somebody to pick you,

because 95 percent says they are not going to.

Crowd fund.

Write letters to eccentric relatives.

I know how hard it is,

but you have to make your movies -- now, today, features, not shorts.

There is an audience for them, and they want and need to see them.

Three: invest in each other.

Fellow female filmmakers, I feel like we need to stop wasting so much energy

on a system that does not want us.

We need to find our audience and invest in cultivating them.

If we can figure out how to make our movies

and deliver them to the audiences that want them,

that's it.

That's the whole game.

And whatever they're doing in the middle

is going to cease to be quite so important.

Audiences, invest in us.

Help us make the movies that you want to see.

If you can give a female filmmaker 25 dollars in a crowdfunding campaign,

great, do that.

If you can invest more seriously

and help us over that critical million-dollar hurdle,

do that.

But invest in seeing the other half of the story.

Four: disrupt through business.

So now I'm talking to all of the businesspeople

and entrepreneurs.

This does not happen very often in the world,

but right here we have a golden situation

in which you can enact significant social change

while also making money.

Hollywood is a system ripe for disruption.

The old models of financing and distribution are crumbling --

please come in and disrupt it.

I'll give you an example.

Right now, with some incredible women,

I am launching the "The 51 Fund."

It's a venture capital fund

that will finance films written, directed and produced by women

in that critical $1-5 million range.

We will give a significant number of female filmmakers

the chance to make their movies

and we will deliver them to the audiences who want them.

Good for equality, good for business.

But that's only one example, we need more.

There is room for so many more.

So I say to you:

Hollywood is leaving money on the table.

Come pick it up.

(Applause)

Now, all of this may seem like a lot, but it is actually so doable.

Entrenched systems don't change because you ask the people in charge,

they change because all of the people who don't have what they want

rise up and make that change happen.

And don't you want to?

I want to see what the other 51 percent of the population has to say.

I want to watch movies that teach me about people

who are different than I am.

I want to see women's bodies on film that aren't perfect.

I want to give our little boys the chance

to empathize with female characters

so that they can become more whole men.

And I definitely want to give a little girl

who may not have a real-life role model

the chance to watch movies

and see women doing everything she dreams of achieving.

This is not about making one industry better.

This is about making a better world.

Will you help?

The time for waiting is over.

The time for the revolution is now.

(Cheers and applause)

6 Key Differences Between INTJ and INTP - Duration: 5:38.

Key Differences Between INTJ and INTP

The Myers Briggs Trait Indicator (or MBTI) is a helpful tool to identify personality

traits.

The MBTI identifies 16 personality types and divides the types into four categories with

two options in each category.

The personality type is described using four letters, one letter from each of the following

pairs: extroversion (E) or introversion (I), sensing (S) or intuition (I), thinking (T)

or feeling (F) and judging (J) or perceiving (P).

Today discussion will be focuses on the differences between the INTJ and INTP personality types.

Both the INTJ and INTP personality types are introverted (I).

INTJs and INTPs need a lot of space to think and contemplate about their ideas.

Both types are highly intuitive (N) and follow their 'gut'.

INTJs and INTPs are also both deep thinkers (T).

Logic, objectivity and curiosity guide them toward the future.

Some of the key differences between the two personality types are identified by the 'J'

and the 'P' traits in their personality type.

1.

Gathering Information

INTJs are viewed as one of the rarest personality types.

They are highly intelligent and have an extensive repertoire of knowledge in variety of fields.

Their creative and articulate nature, coupled with strong intuition, influences their methodology

of gathering information.

Firstly, INTJs gather information, prioritize the facts and select the data needed for a

comprehensive plan.

During the information prioritization and selection process, INTJs disregard information

they feel is not helpful and begin developing a detailed plan with the information left.

In contrast, INTPs keep all the information that is gathered plus all new information

and insights as they occur.

For the INTP, all the information is not collectible.

There is always something new to be added.

2.

Leadership

Both INTJs and INTPs prefer to work behind the scenes autonomously and are not interested

in leadership roles.

The key difference between the INTJ and INTP in this respect is INTJs do accept leadership

roles on occasion whereas INTPs do not.

Others tend to view INTJs as reliable, effective and potential leaders.

The spontaneous and flexible traits of the INTP are viewed by the majority as irresponsible,

and they are rarely approached for leadership positions.

3.

Decision Making

The INTJ's decision making style is structured, they weigh the facts and make a final decision.

The decision is based on known truths, facts, analytical thinking and is impersonal in nature.

They are confident in their fact-based decisions and able to answer questions quickly with

rationale if any aspect of their work is challenged.

INTP's tend to keep reviewing their options and struggle to make a firm decision until

the last possible moment.

When an INTP makes a decision it is never really final in their mind.

The decisions are tentative, flexible and adaptable if new options come to light.

4.

Structure

INTPs would not survive in a regimented detail oriented job for long.

Flexibility is imperative since they can only produce work when the moment is right.

As INTPs tend to live inside their own heads a bit more than INTJs, they seem to be more

detached and are not influenced at by other people's opinions.

Like INTJs, INTPs are responsible and trustworthy and but often viewed as 'being out there'

and not as responsible as INTJs.

5.

Planning

INTJs think logically versus the INTPs approach of trusting their 'gut' when planning

how to reach their goals.

INTJs are strategists and are excellent planners.

They know where they want to go and map out tentative steps that to guide them toward

their goal.

The INTJ's plan is organized, structured and based on concrete facts.

INTPs, the thinkers, never have a plan.

They focus on the future and let spontaneity guide them toward learning and investigating

how people, things and processes work together.

They are experts at turning conceptual thoughts into complex ideas.

The more complex the concept, the better INTPs likes it.

6.

Practical Applications

There is a key difference between how INTJs and INTPs implement their projects.

INTJs like to plan and participate in the implementation of their own designs and ideas.

In contrast, INTPs are only interested in the development phase.

INTPs are content to let others implement, and in many cases take credit for their work.

As they tend to keep second-guessing themselves on their designs and ideas,

any challenges or misunderstandings arising during the implementation phase of their work

would cause them too much stress.

They simply want no part of it.

The responsibility of implementation would require too much structure to their otherwise,

easy going lifestyle.

All in all, that's the Key Differences Between INTJs and INTPs.

Really cool information isn't it!

Stossel: Who Owns Your Body - Duration: 5:21.

Who owns your body?

I would think

you do.

And given that,

don't you have a right

to rent your body

to someone else?

I'm for rent. I'm not for sale.

This prostitute works at a legal brothel in Nevada.

This clip is from the HBO series Cathouse.

Everyone does it.

We're just smart enough to get paid for it

Now most people say,

women shouldn't be

allowed to sell sex

and those women are being exploited.

Julie Bindel runs a group that wants to end

all prostitution.

This is about the inside of your body being a workplace.

And some people say

that's okay.

I've interviewed a lot of sex buyers

and they talk about women

like they're human toilets

or spittoons for men's semen.

We don't need protection.

We're consenting adult women.

Christina Parreira is a PhD student

from the University of Nevada who,

to study prostitutes

became one.

I am a hooker.

Proudly,

you say it.

Very much so.

How can you be proud?

When people say

aren't you embarrassed to be a prostitute?

I say no.

I used to waitress and get hit on

and provide conversation and

that's kind of what I do now

except I'm serving sex and not food.

Also you get paid a lot better.

Oh well yes, yes.

Women working for Dennis make as much as

half a million dollars a year

for the top earners.

Dennis is Dennis Hof,

a man who owns seven legal brothels

in Nevada.

You're disgusting,

you're a pimp.

I am not a pimp.

I'm a businessman that works within the structure

of the state of Nevada.

This is a business opportunity for a girl.

She decides.

Christina decided.

She came to me said, I want to study legal prostitution.

I want to be the world's expert on it.

So I said well

then you better come to work here.

I was like what?

I did not plan this.

Will the Ethics Board at school approve this?

And they did.

And they did because it's legal.

What Christina learned surprised her.

I didn't know what I was going to find

when I started the study.

I was a little nervous.

I thought are the men pigs?

Like what am I going to find?

I assumed they just wanted sex.

They want conversation and companionship.

And they want texting in between their appointments.

They want the girlfriend experience

without the girlfriend hassle.

Companionship?

Companionship, right.

And maybe 20 minutes having sex.

Christina and many other sex workers say

sex work should be legal

because that will bring victims

out of the shadow.

Take it out of the hands of all these criminals

and put it in the hands of the professionals.

If God forbid

someone's going to assault you,

you can call the cops

you can hit the panic button.

If you're an illegal worker,

you're not gonna call the cops

if you get robbed or raped

because they're gonna arrest you.

They're so unrepresentative of the majority

of people in prostitution.

Bindel says prostitutes who fight for legalization

and those who speak to reporters

are a small minority of prostitutes,

that most are victims

held captive by pimps.

All women on the streets are there

because they have no other choice.

You could work at McDonald's.

Many people say

well, McDonald's is a rubbish job,

I'd rather be in the sex trade.

They have a choice

to get out of prostitution

if you don't want to do it.

I've never known anyone just stop like that.

Maybe they're liking it what they're doing?

You want to take that alternative away,

give them less choice?

I've never met anyone who's got out

who doesn't say they hated it when they were in.

Recently a California appeals court ruled that

legalization advocates have the right to challenge

California's prostitution ban.

During the hearing

a judge asked the state's lawyers,

why should it be illegal to sell something

that's legal to give away?

So a mother might decide to save her child's life.

She will give that child a kidney

right?

It's a bit different from having to sell it

and somebody buying it on the open market.

Why?

Because money is involved,

that makes it so terrible?

Because it's about

the human body being a marketplace.

Well, isn't it?

Boxers make money with their bodies.

So do dancers,

models,

football players.

The thing about the sex trade is that it is

that absolute connection

between the worst excesses

of patriarchy

and capitalism.

So you're just an anti-profit leftist?

I saw that prostitution was pretty much the worst thing

that can happen to women.

Police. Get on your hands.

The fact that prostitution is illegal

is so harmful to the women.

It's not saving them.

It's arresting them.

These woman by and large are happy.

They're all there consensually.

People say

this is degrading.

How is that degrading?

Or rather who is it degrading for?

Because she's getting paid a lot of money.

That feels good.

That doesn't feel degrading.

And he's getting his needs met.

So I always wonder who is it degrading for?

14 Celebrities You Didn't Know Were Bi! - Duration: 12:02.

14 Celebrities You Didn't Know Were Bi #14.

"Demi Lovato"- The pop singer and actress famous for her roles in various Disney Channel

television shows and numerous chart topping songs like "Heart Attack" and "Skyscraper".

She is another member of the new generation of celebrities

that renounce any labels on their sexuality.

Though she has only officially dated men, she has been seen on several occasions holding

hands with women in public.

Recently, she came out and addressed the rumors of her

bisexuality by saying that she is completely open to relationships with either men or women.

She went on to say that she has always felt that way and teased that if people want to

know more about her sexuality, they should watch

her new documentary.

Lovato has long been a positive role-model for children and teenagers

and is an advocate for many different charitable causes.

In 2017 she was listed as one of the top 100 most influential people in the world by

Time magazine.

#13.

"Billy Joe Armstrong"- The rock'n'roll superstar lead singer of Green Day, Billy

Joe Armstrong is famous for writing the punk tunes

"Good Riddance" and "Basket Case" among

other super hits.

The amazing showmanship of Green Day especially from the front man

Armstrong launched them into the upper echelon of music stardom in the 1990's and has

continued their success as one of the most popular punk bands of all time.

On the album, Dookie, he addressed confronting his feelings

toward men with the song "Coming Clean".

He later confirmed his bisexuality in a 1995

interview with The Advocate.

Though he has never been in a relationship with men, he has kissed

them during live performances.

He has been married to his wife Adrienne Armstrong since

1994, and they have two sons.

#12.

"Aubrey Plaza" - The comedian and actress famous for her role as April Ludgate in the

sitcom Parks and Recreation is known for her dry delivery and for portraying characters

that are lovably dense.

Though she eschews the label of bisexual for the want of not being sexually

pigeon-holed; she admitted to the magazine The Advocate, a magazine geared toward the

LGBT community, that she falls in love with both girls and guys.

She is currently in a relationship with writer Jeff Baena, and the two have been

dating since 2011.

#11.

"Frank Ocean"- The independent singer-songwriter and member of the hip-hop group Odd

Future, Frank Ocean is famous for his uniquely introspective blend of Rap, R&B and Soul.

He has also ghost-written for huge pop-stars

like Beyonce and Justin Bieber.

People had speculated that he was bisexual due to songs

like 'Chanel', which feature a male love interest.

In 2012, he confirmed these suspicions with a deeply heartfelt and personal letter that

he posted on his Tumblr page.

The letter went into detail about his love for a man.

And dealing with the challenges of growing up in a homophobic environment,

and being afraid of being himself.

#10.

"Kristen Stewart"- Kristen Stewart skyrocketed to fame because of her role as the female

lead in The Twilight Saga.

She has since gone on to play various roles from Joan Jett in "The

Runaways" to Snow White in "Snow White and the Huntsman".

Stewart is another young female star who prefers sexual fluidity to labeling

herself as gay, straight or bisexual.

However, since her relationship with Twilight co-star, Robert

Pattinson ended, she has not since dated a man.

And, she has openly been in relationships with several women.

She even appeared in a sketch on Saturday Night Live, joking about how she

is "so gay".

She is currently dating the Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell.

#9."Katy Perry"- The Grammy award-winning pop sensation, Katy Perry, is famous for her

songs about empowered women and catchy dance hits.

Since her breakout as a mega-star with the song "I Kissed a Girl" in 2008, Perry

has gone on to become one of the best-selling music

artists of all time.

And she was named the 'most beautiful woman in the world' by Maxim

magazine in 2010.

Though she was infamously married to comedian Russell Brand for two

years, everyone has been curious about her sexuality since she arrived on the music scene.

She has since revealed that the song 'I Kissed a Girl" was more than just a song.

It was a true story and hinted that she has always had romantic

feelings and attractions toward women; though she does not identify as any particular

orientation.

Perry has been dating the actor Orlando Bloom off and on since 2016.

#8.

"Miley Cyrus"- The pop-star and actress, Miley Cyrus, famous for songs like "Wrecking

Ball" and "Party in the USA"; plus starring

as the lead role in the Disney Channel show, Hannah

Montana, has been a fixture in pop-culture since the age of 11.

Miley came out to her mother as pan-sexual at the young age of 14.

And admittedly has dated several women (including Kristen

Stewart's current beau, Stella Maxwell) since the fifth grade.

In recent years she has somewhat retracted that specific orientation of pansexual

due to not wanting to be labeled.

Because of her openness about her sexuality, she has become

an advocate and popular figure amongst the LGBT community.

She is currently either engaged or married to actor Liam Hemsworth, whom

she has been dating sporadically since 2009.

#7.

"Fergie" - She started off a child actor in the '80s on shows like Kids Incorporated,

Fergie became uber-famous as a member of the hip-hop

group, The Black Eyed Peas, who achieved international success with songs like "Where

is the Love?" and "Boom Boom Pow".

Though she is married to actor Josh Duhamel, she has

been extremely open about her bisexuality, and has

admitted that she has even gone to therapy to help her resist the urges to cheat on her

husband with women.

She has been quoted as saying "I think women are beautiful, I've had a lot of fun

with women, and I'm not ashamed of it."

#6.

"Alec Guinness"- Guinness is one of the greatest British actors ever to grace the

silver screen, renowned for movies such as "The

Bridge Over The River Kwai" and "Lawrence of

Arabia."

But, he is probably known more today for his role as Obi Wan Kenobi in the original

Star Wars Trilogy.

Though he was married to his wife Merula Salaman for over 60 years, after

he passed away, details came out about affairs he had with men.

In one particular instance in 1946, Guinness was arrested for committing

a homosexual act in a bathroom.

Apparently this news was never reported, as Guinness had given

the police a fake name.

Since the penalty was only a fine, the police never checked to see

if this was his real name.

So, the event remained a secret until 2001, a year after Guinness'

passing.

When his family and friends were asked about Guinness' orientation they said that they'd

always known that he was bisexual, but never told

anyone as it could've damaged his reputation.

When he was establishing himself as an actor in

the mid-20th century, bisexuality was still taboo.

#5.

"Megan Fox"- Actress Megan Fox's career was launched when she appeared in the movie

"Transformers" in 2007 and has since appeared in a variety of television shows and films.

She has been married to her husband actor Brian

Austin Green since 2010, and states that he is the

only man that she has or ever would be with.

She has said several times that she doesn't like

men, and that she is mainly attracted to women.

Because of her overall disdain for the opposite sex, she claims that she would never even

be with a woman who had male partners in the past.

#4.

"Marlon Brando"- Considered one of the greatest actors who ever lived, Marlon Brando

played a number of iconic roles in cinematic history.

From Stanley in "A Streetcar Named Desire" to Don Corleone in "The Godfather",

Brando set the mold that all male actors that came

after him would be judged by.

Brando was married to four women during his 80 year life, but

according to those that were close to him, he was never satisfied with one relationship

or being with only one gender of partner.

He was never one to outwardly hide his bisexuality, and openly

acknowledged it in several interviews.

Brando allegedly had affairs with many of Hollywood's

male stars, including Rock Hudson, Laurence Olivier, Cary Grant and Burt Lancaster, among

many others.

#3.

"Amber Heard"- Since her debut in the 2004 film 'Friday Night Lights', Amber

Heard has quickly risen to be one of the top young actresses

of the early 21st century.

Heard has already had some extremely high-profile relationships.

She was married to superstar actor Johnny Depp

from 2015 to 2016, when they divorced due to Depp's volatile personality.

After that, she went on to date super-entrepreneur, Elon Musk,

for a year.

Though she has dated two of the most famous men in the world, she has been very

open about being bisexual since 2010.

Heard dated famous artist and photographer, Tasya

Van Ree, for several years before her marriage to

Depp.

And though same-sex marriage wasn't legal at the time, the couple considered

themselves married.

The two were seen in public frequently, leading Heard to be seen as a role

model for bisexuals throughout the world, due to her confidence and openness about her

lifestyle choices.

#2.

"Katharine Hepburn"- Considered by many to be the greatest actress of all time, Katharine

Hepburn usually portrayed self sufficient and strong women on the screen.

And the confident demeanor she always displayed in public has

made her a role model for a generation of women.

Famous for movies like "The Lion in Winter" and "On Golden Pond", she earned a total

of 12 Academy Award nominations and 4 wins throughout

her lifetime.

Romantically, she was known for the over 25 year long secret relationship

she had with actor Spencer Tracy.

It was kept well hidden from the public, as Spencer Tracy was

already married, and the studios didn't want to

lose audiences.

But what were even bigger secrets were Hepburn's relationships with other

women.

Hepburn consistently dated women throughout her life; and notably had an intimate

relationship of almost 30 years with her secretary, Phyllis Wilbourne.

As it turns out, though Hepburn dated many men, she was never particularly

interested in being intimate with them.

Even in the case of Tracy, it was more of a companionship.

In addition, most of the men she

dated were bisexual, so they might have only been in these relationships for the sake of

convention.

#1 "James Dean"- James Dean made a lasting impact on the film acting profession, though

his career and life were cut short at the far

too early age of 24.

His roles in 'East of Eden', 'Giant' and 'Rebel Without a Cause' remain some

of the most emotionally stirring and intense performances ever captured on camera.

Though he had high profile romances with actresses Ursula Andress, Pier Angeli and Liz Sheridan,

several of his friends and co-workers noted that

he never seemed comfortable with female companionship.

Though some biographers and people who knew Dean, like Elizabeth Taylor,

claim that he was gay, the signs all point to him

being bisexual.

There are even conflicting stories that say he was, either only with women for

his public image, or that he only was with men in order to further his acting career.

The fact is, that the people that Dean was closest to were

male actors that are now known to be bi or homosexual.

There are several reports from multiple sources that Dean had relationships with

actors Rock Hudson, Bill Blast and Clifton Webb, as well as producer, Rogers Brackett.

Allegedly, Dean also had an affair that lasted almost a year, with #4 on our list, Marlon

Brando.

No matter what his preference truly was, James Dean will forever live on as an icon for

misunderstood rebels everywhere.

How To Get Kids To Listen Without Yelling - Duration: 14:50.

Do you ever find that you have to yell in order for your kids to hear you?

Today at Live On Purpose TV, how to get your kids to listen without yelling.

Like many of you, Vicki and I have a pet. It's a little dog, he's a yorkie poo, cute little

guy. We named him Mozzie and he is a smart little dog too. I was wondering

recently and I think I come in to Vicki about this, has he trained us or

have we trained him? You know what I'm talking about if you're a dog owner.

We train each other. This is true with our kids too. Our kids train us to do certain

things, to act certain ways, to respond to them in a way that they've trained us to

respond to them and we do the same with our kids. Notice that it's going both

directions because that's going to be important as we manage the dynamic of

how we're going to encourage our kids to listen to us without hopping into the

yelling mode. Now having introduced it with my dog, what if your kids have

trained you to yell? I had a dad come in to talk to me once. I can't remember all

the circumstances around his particular family but I think he was a single dad,

he had about four or five kids and he was just feeling so frustrated because

every time he asked the kids to do something, they would just ignore him

until he got so frustrated and so upset that he was yelling and then they would

finally respond. Can you relate to this? Does this happen at your place?

So he asked me a question, he said, "Dr. Paul, why do my kids wait until the twelfth time

I've asked him and I'm upset and angry before they'll do something?" How would

you answer that? Why did they wait and tell the twelfth time?

Because they have trained him to yell at them before they respond because he has

trained them to ignore him until the twelfth time so I asked him a question,

"Why do they do it the twelfth time?" Think about that for a minute.

What is different time number twelve from time number one? Picture this,

time number one dad is, "Hey guys would you please clean up all of that stuff so

that we can have dinner." Alright, now that registers with the kids as "ma-ma-ma

what did dad say? I don't know, was it anything important? I don't think so.

Do I need to pay attention to that? Probably not."

Time number two, "Guys did you hear me?" Kids are hearing "Ma-ma-ma

did dad say something? I don't know, I don't know if he said anything. Is it important? Yeah,

probably not." Time number twelve, *gets mad* popping coronaries and everything. How do

the kids hear that? "Oh, dad's talking, sounds important. I probably better do

something or I'm gonna get clobbered." That's why they respond time twelve

because they're interpreting it as "Oh, it's important now, I'm going to get

clobbered if I don't do something now." See, he has raised his voice to the point

where he triggers that understanding in their little minds. So how are we going to

switch this dynamic? My suggestion to him was, clobber him the first time. Now don't

misunderstand me, I'm not saying you should clobber your kids, I'm actually

against that but what I am saying is, move the real consequences up in the

sequence so that they follow the calm, cool, collected voice instead of the

yelling voice. We're going to train them to respond when we talk to them calmly

and in a loving tongue with a smile on our face. In fact, we can train kids to

understand that dad smiling means that kids better start thinking but they're

not equating it with that yet. So how are kids interpreting what we're

saying? I heard a phrase years ago that makes a lot of sense to me, "Bad breath is

better than no breath at all." So they don't mind having a little bad breath,

it actually makes them feel validated in some ways, so yelling at our kids is not

necessarily a punishment. In fact, from a behavioral psychology standpoint, yelling

is a trap because it is a reinforcement, not a punishment. I'm talking strictly

behavioral terms, those of you who've studied a little behavioral psychology

will understand that the difference between a reinforcer and a punishment,

a punishment decreases a behavior, a reinforcer increases of behavior.

Yelling is a reinforcer not a punishment. That's important to know because we

inadvertently set ourselves up for more problems when yell. It trains our kids

to respond then instead of when we're talking calmly. Here's a strategy that

might help and I've used this with so many clients and even with my own kids,

understand that your kids always always have choices, always, and if you haven't

figured this out yet, notice that what you give them as choices, sometimes they

pick something totally different, right? So they've always got choices and at a

very minimum, they have a choice to either cooperate or not with you.

So acknowledging their choice in the matter, let's set it up so that we have

the greatest opportunity for success. I need to go back to something that I've

mentioned before and that has to do with the rules of plumbing. Some of you may

have not heard this from me yet but there were times, early in our marriage

when Vicki and I would find that something's wrong with the house

and we need to have them fixed and we couldn't afford a repairman and so I got

to do a lot of home repairs, some of these involves plumbing. I'm not a

plumber, I'm a psychologist, there's a difference, they both start with P, that's

about where the similarities end. Except for this, I consulted with my dad

about this plumbing project that I was doing, he says, "Yeah Paul, there's the only

two rules to plumbing basically. Two things you need to know." "I'm interested

dad, what is that?" He said, "Well the two rules are first, water runs downhill." Okay,

I can see why that one's important then he pause for a minute and said,

"Rule number two, don't lick your fingers" And I laugh, it's funny right? But if you've

ever installed the toilet, you know what we're talking about here. Water runs

downhill, don't lick your fingers, what does this have to do with psychology?

I think there are two analogous rules in psychology. Rule number one, this is the

water runs downhill rule, some things you control, other things you don't. Get clear

about that, it's important and especially when you're dealing with your kids, some

things you control, other things you don't. Things like their attitude and

whether they're gonna cooperate or not, you don't control that, they do.

Here's rule number two, pay attention to the things you do control. This is going to

save so much heartache as a parent because we're going to focus our efforts

on what is within our own control to accomplish. Now let's go to the strategy.

Try this and make some comments down below about what you experienced about

this, I would love to hear from some of you on this. Here it is,

give them two choices, alright? Give them two. Now there's always more than

two but you're going to give them two choices. Either one is okay with you,

either one. We make this mistake as parents sometimes to say, "Okay you do

this or else.." Or else what? We give them a choice

that is one that we like and then they go pick something that we don't like.

That's why I want you to give them two choices, either one you're okay with.

Let me give you an example. You can clean your room yourself or you can hire

someone else to do it, either way it's okay with me, as long as

it's clean to my satisfaction I'm good. That's an example of two choices you're

okay with either one, okay. For a younger child, you can come with me on your own

feet or you can come with me on my feet, either one is okay with me. Do you see

either way they're coming with you. Are you going to come or not? Are you gonna come

or am I gonna leave you home? Look, if you're not willing to leave the kid home

and you shouldn't be, if they're young enough then this would be an issue, then

don't use that as a threat, they'll see right through it and your words will be

garbage. We're going to talk about turning your words from garbage into gold so

that when they hear your voice, your melodious pleasant voice, they listen and

pay attention because that's gold. See, we're turning words from garbage into

gold. So we're gonna give two choices you're okay with either one. Now here's

the kicker, you control one of them. Why? Because that one becomes default. That is

the one that is going to happen if they refuse to choose, they chose that one.

So in the examples that I gave, you can clean your own room or you can hire

someone else to do it, either one is really okay with me. Which one do you

control? That one because if they choose not to clean their room at all and they

probably didn't call up Annie's maid service, pre-paid of course, to come and

take care of that room for them, then what did they choose? They chose to hire

someone to do it and who did they choose? Chose you. Yeah, now you might be thinking

"I'm not going to clean my kid's room, they're supposed to do it."

Okay, fine. Remember we gave them two choices, you can clean it yourself, you can hire

someone else to do it. Either way is okay with me, don't go back on your word

and say, "Actually I'm not okay with that one now." You be okay with it.

I told my kids, they learned this pretty early, you can hire me any time you want

and then I gave them my rates. There's no kid out there wants to pay 200 plus

dollars per hour to have their room cleaned but that's my rate, just saying okay.

And I'm happy to come clean your room for that much, just give me a call and

we'll make an arrangement. Nobody hires me to clean their room for 200 plus

dollars an hour. Why? Because that's too expensive. What if your kid hires you to

clean their room? Well that's going to cost them something, I'm not saying you

should charge them 200 bucks, what I am saying is, it should cost them something

and you need to be able to control that cost, that's another conversation that

we'll probably have in another video, but you got to be okay with both

choices because one of those you control and that's the one that is default.

Go to the younger child example, you can come on your own two feet or you can

come on my feet, either way is okay with me.

You got a two-year-old who wants to do everything "by myself" right?

Have you heard that one? Yeah, which one did they want to choose? Well they want to be

in control of some things, they might choose their own two feet but if they

don't choose to come with you, you get to pick them up because they're two and you

can still do this, you get to pick them up and they get to go on your feet.

Now you might think well I just want them to come, I don't want them to fight

me. Right? Here's a little tip, think versus fight, think versus fight.

Every interaction you have with your kids is going to invite them to do one or the

other. What do we want them to do? Think because if they're thinking, they're

going make some pretty good decisions. What do they want to do. Sometimes they

want to fight and so they've trained us to yell at

them so that they can fight with us, it's not fair but it happens okay, and I don't

say they're doing this maliciously, I don't think they are, I think it's just

working for them and bad breath is better than no breath

at all. We're going to turn our words from garbage into gold so that when we

speak in that melodious loving tone of voice that we always use as a parent now,

they're going to hear that and they're going say, "What?" Okay, so pretend for a

minute that you give them that choice. You can come on my own two feet or you

or you can come on your own two feet or you can come on my feet, either way it's

okay with me. And then "I'm not coming" So you pick them

up and you take them. Now what happens the next time?

Assuming that you were calm and cool and collected, you didn't lose your cool and

fight. What happens next time when you say, "Hey we're going, would you like to

come on your own two feet I would you like to come on mine? Either way is okay

with me." Do you see what we're talking about?

Would you like to clean your own room or would you like to hire someone to do it?

Either way is okay with me. If they just paid a big cost the last time, they're

going to be thinking now. See now I've accomplished think versus fight, we've

turned our words from garbage into gold so that we can talk to our kids and we

don't have to yell and we've just trained them to respond to us

differently because of how we've approached them.

So now maybe you won't

have to yell as much and your kids will actually listen, you've turned your words

from garbage into gold. Live On Purpose TV has some more gold for you,

make sure you subscribe.

Celebs Who Refuse To Interact With Their Fans - Duration: 5:13.

It's not hard to be nice, right?

Well, these celebs weren't necessarily rude to their fans — they just kind of act like

their fans don't even exist.

Best of luck getting a selfie with one of these stars, because, well, it may not turn

out the way you're hoping.

Christina Aguilera

You'd like to think Christina Aguilera appreciates the fans who've stuck with her through the

ups and downs of her career, but allegedly, she doesn't always make them feel that way.

According to Bustle, the "Genie in a Bottle" singer apparently shut down an entire store,

then ignored everyone there.

A source claimed,

"As soon as Christina entered, she requested that the doors be locked so no one could leave

or enter.

The rest of the customers had to wait until she was completely done before we could leave.

And while we were on lockdown, Christina laughed when asked to sign autographs or take pictures."

Sounds like "What A Girl Wants" is to be left alone.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner

When Kendall and Kylie Jenner were supposed to promote their ghostwritten debut novel,

Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Livia and Lex, in the summer of 2014, they reportedly

signed the bare minimum of autographs, barely spoke about the book, and then bounced.

A source told the New York Daily News,

"The whole event was a joke."

"This type of diva behavior will come back to bite them in the ass.

For years they have used the media and made millions promoting themselves in media, and

then they take this ridiculous step?"

Kylie reportedly is more standoffish with fans than her older sister, with Page Six

reporting that despite getting paid $200,000 dollars to celebrate her big 18th birthday

at a nightclub, she never once left the VIP area to mingle with the non-famous people

who paid to see her.

Tobey Maguire

Unfortunately, Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire has a reputation for being difficult to work

with and for treating human beings like animals.

Autograph Seeker magazine claimed Maguire is:

"...so wrapped up in his own egotistical web that he has earned the distinction of being

the worst signer of the year."

In January 2015, Maguire was caught on camera blowing off folks who waited for him outside

a vegan restaurant in Los Angeles — though it may have been the paparazzi he was actually

trying to avoid.

Kim Kardashian

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star takes so many selfies that she literally sold a

445-page book of them, but don't expect Kim Kardashian to pose for one with you unless

you're famous.

Talking to DuJour magazine about her now-husband Kanye West, she revealed,

"My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy.

I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships.

I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything.

I'm shifting my priorities."

Kardashian went on to explain that those priorities include becoming

"...more selective when fans ask for her photograph in airports or when out to dinner."

— especially when she's with her husband.

She added,

"I just tell them, 'Sorry, but my boyfriend won't let me!'"

Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel

The Sex Tape co-stars would probably like to erase the stories about their infamous

fan interaction at the film's New York premiere.

According to Radar Online, the pair were "awful" to their admirers.

A source told the tabloid,

"It's not like the fans were following them at a hotel or restaurant, it was a film premiere

with fans."

"Both of their attitudes were disgusting."

Sources claimed Diaz "lectured" fans, while Segel slammed a car door in a fan's face.

Fans also alleged the two ditched the scene before their own movie even started.

Tommy Lee

Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee is happy to take your money, but good luck getting an

interaction with him in any capacity.

The rocker wrote an open letter on his band's Facebook page in June 2012 announcing that

he basically wants nothing to do with the Crue's loyal fan base.

He wrote:

"I'm not here to take pictures with you, I'm here to entertain you!

Nobody put me where I am but ME!

They may have helped inspire me with their love for what I do…but I put myself right

here where I want to be with a lot of hard work, practice, talent, luck, etc…"

A year later, Lee announced that he would also no longer participate in band meet and

greets with fans, either — which he actually got paid to do.

Jennifer Lawrence

The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence told The Daily Telegraph that she's minimizing

fan interactions to maintain some semblance of normalcy in her life.

She admitted,

"I have just started becoming really rude and drawn into myself."

Lawrence went on to explain that she can't spend her days taking selfies with every stranger

who asks, saying,

"I think that people think that we already are friends because I am famous and they feel

like they already know me — but I don't know them…

I have to protect my bubble, like, 'I have a weird job — don't let this be a reality.'"

Autumn Weather (useful weather vocabulary) - Duration: 2:59.

I'm Abbey.

And I'm Lenka.

And we're Lights Camera English!

Today, we're depressed.

Because it's raining.

It's terrible weather.

We don't like it.

So we thought we'd talk about the weather and use some useful weather words.

Obviously.

This is terrible weather.

I know.

I hate it.

It's just so grey, cold, damp...

...and raining.

Yes.

All sorts of rain, it goes from drizzle, to raining, to pouring, to a downpour,

and then just back again.

Exactly.

This really isn't my kind of weather.

What is your kind of weather?

Well, I love autumn.

It's...

I, I love the early autumn.

You know where, where it's just tipping into it, so it's just getting slightly cold,

and the air's got that that crispiness to it and, and it's windy, and the clouds are moving fast,

and my hair is blowing everywhere.

That's my kind of weather.

I like fall.

Or autumn.

There's only one problem with it.

What?

Winter comes right after it.

Ah, every time.

Yes, indeed.

So, so what is your favourite season, or favourite weather?

I don't really have a favourite season.

I'm happy as long as it's sunny, blue sky, some clouds for decoration, and about 23 degrees.

About 23 degrees.

That's very precise, Lenka.

So you're basically happy at any time of year, as long as it's about 23 degrees.

Yes, exactly.

Which it's not, not today.

Not this time of year.

No. I find it quite depressing.

Exactly.

I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning.

No, no.

And when you do, all you really want to do is lay on the sofa with big fluffy socks on

and a big blanket and copious amounts of hot chocolate.

Hot chocolate?

Hmm. Do you have hot chocolate?

I can make hot chocolate.

Make hot chocolate, go, go, go, make hot chocolate.

So that was it.

LEPIEJ DZIAŁAJ / vlog #135 - Duration: 10:19.

Today there will be a guide: "How to provide proper light

to your vlog during winter".

Right!

Today something must be happening in the city because my navigation shows me completely

different way to my rehearsal room.

Some crash in Aleje Jerozolimskie, or what?

Never mind my dears, good morning, good morning.

We will talk about actions. Because lately

I was changing my website,

and I choosed a template

which gives me a possibility to insert my motto

in some nice,

noticeable place.

And I started to think what can be my motto.

And came to this:

"Action and quality".

I talked a lot about quality on this vlog

and I will talk more and more about it. But when in comes to action -

let's talk about it today. Let's talk why it's good

to do something, unlike to think

and wait for the right moment.

I've always been a fan of action, I couldn't stand

situations when decisions weren't made,

no one new what would happen next, no one knew their responsibilities

and so on. And I guess it's because

I hate stagnation, I like development, I like creating.

And it's impossible to create when we can't make a decision.

It's impossible to create when we don't make decisions, when

we don't move forward somehow. That's why

I've always prefered to act.

Making a decision, even a difficult one,

makes us free, right?

Because we can move forward, because

other things can happen,

In situation when we hesitate and think,

and hesitate, there will be nothing more than thinking

and hesitation.

And it's not true if we think that

the right moment will come, that we will be enlightened, that something will happen

to make choosing easier. In fact the

more we think about something

the more desicion is hard to make.

Because this part of our brain

which

protects us

from things which are new, which are

unknown,

which are

potentially dangerous. Because every change is recognized

by so called reptilian brain

as something dangerous, potentially making us

vulnerable to predators.

And it tries to protect us.

The more you think

what to do next,

the more the reptilian brain

has dominance over you.

That's why Merl Robbins tells

to count,

to count out from 5 to 1: five, four, three, two, one and

then take some action.

Because then the reptilian brain swiches

the way we think to the younger part of the brain

which is responsible for creating, for

higher emotions and stuff like this.

And I suppose this is a reason I've always been a fan of actions,

because acting is creative

and makes something from nothing

usually.

Or makes something new from something old.

Drums are packed,

because today I play a concert

with Painthing in "Znośna lekkość bytu". It means I am a drummer today.

While you are watching this it's after this concert.

We played last Friday.

Who was there, was there.

This place is well prepared for vloggers, there is professional

light.

- Great, look!

- You can stand near an umbrella

and film normally.

I'm getting back from Paithing's concert. It's Friday, midnight.

What's wrong with people? Why there is a traffic jam?

I've been standing at Targowa for 10 minutes.

What's wrong with this city? Why there is so huge traffic jam?

And yesterday Painthing's concert was very good.

I felt well playing, in general it was good.

People came to see us though this club

was kind of dive.

So it was nice.

Two? I have Saturday and Sunday, and also Monday free from work,

it means three days with the family.

We need it because for the last

2 weekends boths bands were very

active. Both! So I was outside more than usually.

So now we have to

make up for it.

So 7 kilometers, but - attention! -

after 30 hours of fasting.

And it's really great!

I will run another 5 kilometers I suppose.

So see you!

And at the end

I will tell you, that

it's true what scientists say.

During ketosis, fasting,

running is much better, I think

5 times better

than normally,

after having food.

I really recommend! It's incredible.

Efficiency?

I'm not sure, about 3 times better, without any problem.

Sticky wicket!

I hope you enjoyed.

10 Ways that Shadow Work Sky-Rockets Your Manifestation Results - Duration: 13:29.

After decades of non-stop "positive thinking" focus in mainstream spiritual discourse, few

people understand how doing shadow work (i.e., consciously integrating the darker side of

our souls) can radically improve your manifestation results.

And by manifestation results I mean your ability to generate tangible "wealth" in all forms

– satisfying relationships, work that you love, healthy habits, a secure foundation

in life – and yes, fancy possessions and experiences that you enjoy.

Let's now take a close look at the way that shadow integration work can make it possible

for you to shift the circumstances of your life for the way-better, all without a single

affirmation or Vision Board.

1.

Shadow work changes your fate.

"Until you make the unconscious, conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it

Fate" – said Carl Jung, the pioneering Swiss depth psychologist.

In simple terms, your shadow is your unconscious.

(Jung sometimes referred to the unconscious as having a whole cast of characters including

the anima, animus, senex, etc. – but at other times he just referred to the whole

unconscious as "the shadow" – because it's the shadow is the BIG part of you that

just isn't in the light of your conscious ego awareness – it's unconscious.)

Your shadow is all the very taboo desires, emotions, and attitudes that you reject as

being "so not you" and so you push them out of your normal awareness.

For example: Desire drama and scarcity?

That's so not me!

I want peace and wealth!

Obviously!

… yet those denied and disowned desires for drama and scarcity still exist in most

of us, and they're beautiful and legitimate desires in their way —

…. but since we've shamed them as "not at all part of me!

no way! yuck!" they go straight to the unconscious shadow where they gain strength and creative

ability to shape our lives.

So the clincher is this: until you make your taboo desires, emotions, and attitudes conscious

– they will operate below your normal awareness – unconsciously – and from there, they'll

subtly influence all of your choices in life, and thus all of the treatment that you receive

from life – your "fate."

Think about it: don't we all have a friend who always seems to end up in a relationship

with a new person who turns out to be exactly like her awful ex?

And maybe her awful ex is exactly like her awful father?

This friend of ours isn't on a conscious mission to find someone awful to date – she's

probably intending to call in "true love" to her life.

She might be doing affirmations every day in front of the mirror like "I now have

a wonderful partner!" …

… but those affirmations do no good at all because she has an unconscious, taboo desire

for awfulness which is far more powerful than any lame affirmation.

And that unconscious, taboo desire is subtly controlling her choices and thus dictating

her fate.

The only way for this friend to stop the cycle of choosing awful partners would be for her

to become aware of and totally own her taboo desire for awfulness — and the only way

she would ever let herself become aware of that taboo desire would be if she stopped

shaming it.

Ceasing to shame our taboo desires is a tall order.

Most human beings won't do it.

It's hard.

And that's why most humans will continue to get what they always got – why all their

"manifesting" efforts go sour.

The good news is: if you're among the small percentage of people who is willing to do

the humbling work of owning up to your previously-unconscious, taboo desires – you can change your fate

dramatically.

2.

Shadow work leads you to see yourself as already-fulfilled in a genuine, not-fake way.

Imagine that this hypothetical friend of ours summoned the courage to see that it was no

accident that she kept getting into relationships with awful dudes who resembled her mean father.

Let's imagine that she became willing to see that somewhere within her, she had a highly-taboo,

highly-charged desire to experience that awfulness.

And let's further imagine that she decided she was going to stop shaming that desire,

to get on the side of that shadow desire and celebrate it – simply because it was a part

of her, and all of our parts deserve radical celebration and acceptance.

Well, at that moment our friend would have a flash of revelation: she would realize that

she wasn't a helpless, miserable being dealt a cruel hand by life — instead, she would

see that her current relationship, with all its awfulness, was perfectly fulfilling her

shadow desire for awfulness!

In that moment, our hypothetical friend would experience herself as a fulfilled person,

whose deepest desire was being totally and graciously met.

Ironically, her new identity as a fulfilled person would no longer be a "vibrational

match" (to use Law of Attraction speak) to her awful relationship…

…and she would likely very easily find the strength to walk away from that awful relationship

– and go on to create a genuinely new relationship that reflected "fulfillment" instead of

"awfulness."

See how this works?

With the power of shadow integration work, our friend has made a genuine leap in her

identity.

Through unflinching honesty, she's realized at a fundamental level that her deep desire

is already fulfilled – she doesn't have to "pretend" that she's a fulfilled

and happy person.

When she stops shaming and instead celebrates her long-standing, already-existing taboo

shadow desires, she profoundly realizes that she is a fulfilled and happy person.

Which then gives her the energy and strength to create a new pattern.

She has succeeded in making her unconscious desire conscious, so it no longer rules her

fate.

3.

Shadow work makes the nature of desire clear.

It's common in Law of Attraction circles for people to talk about the way that desire

creates reality, but often it seems that we get the opposite of what we desire, doesn't

it?

Here's what the Law of Attraction folks often don't explain quite clearly enough:

desire does create reality, but your unconscious desires (the ones you don't yet fully know

that you have!) have much more creative power and electricity behind them than your often

weak-sauce conscious desires.

Think about it: you might have a conscious desire to wake at dawn and do yoga and subsist

on green smoothies — but maybe you hit "snooze" till ten and wake up and have a chocolate

croissant for breakfast.

Why?

Your unconscious desire – for "being naughty" perhaps – is way more powerful than your

conscious desire for virtuous behavior.

As you may have noticed, shaming the part of you who wants to "be naughty" will

get you exactly nowhere.

It'll only cause you to further disidentify with that desire, driving it further into

your shadow, where it has more strength.

I suggest that the way to get the power of your desire for "naughtiness" to lose

strength is to begin by celebrating it, approving of it, and enjoying it.

That way the desire becomes conscious – and thus loses its "oooooomph."

4.

Shadow work helps you to stop feeling "at the mercy of cruel fate."

Once you do this kind of shadow work for a long time and get very good at recognizing

where your taboo unconscious desires are at work…

… you gradually start to see how just about every circumstance in your life that you "don't

like" — is actually passionately loved by a previously-unconscious part of you.

And once you really grok this – well, it's impossible to see yourself as at the mercy

of terrible forces beyond your control.

Instead, you begin to realize exactly how powerful you actually are – and with this

comes a deep sense of confidence and peace.

5.

Shadow work perfects your bullshit detector.

After you've spent a long time getting cozy with how much a shadowy part of you adores

your own "negative" patterns and situations…

… it's a lot harder for you to get pulled into the "poor me" stories that folks

use to manipulate.

This doesn't mean you'll stop being a generous and compassionate person – it just

means you'll have a much clearer insight into the shadow desire dynamics of everyone

around you.

So you'll be better able to help people to get in touch with their strength rather

than enabling their weakness.

6.

Shadow work gives you access to power you didn't know you had.

Think about all the energy that you might currently pour into resisting and feeling

sorry for yourself about certain situations in your life.

What if that energy was totally liberated and directed towards creating beauty?

Well, that's what shadow work can do for you.

It puts you in touch with a level of pure power that was previously unknown, unconscious

to you.

And so you have way more energy, clarity, and inspiration.

7.

Shadow work liberates your sexual energy.

All magic is sex magic.

Even if your act of manifestation doesn't involve actual physical sex or masturbation,

it still involves the electric energy of sex which is life energy, "the forces that through

the green fuse drives the flower" – as the poet Dylan Thomas said.

When you get into shadow work, you start to realize that it's possible not only to celebrate

and approve of your previously-unconscious, previously-shamed taboo desires…

… but to get off on them.

And when you do this, your sexual energy, and therefore your energy for magical manifestation,

goes through the roof.

8.

Shadow work alchemizes fear.

Everything you think you're afraid of – the scariest things in life – including death

– I promise you, some hidden part of your being desires those scary things…

…. just because those scary things are part of the range of experience and our human souls

happen to be curious about all experiences, not just the safe and wholesome ones.

When you realize this, gradually you're no longer able to be as afraid as you used

to be.

You realize that even the worst things that could happen to you would actually be fulfilling

to some part of your shadow…

… and you see that even the emotion of fear itself is pretty darn entertaining and pleasurable

in a weird way, like the kind of pleasure that comes from a scary movie or tv show.

Once your fear entertains you more than it scares you, you've become remarkably free.

Plus, those "scary things" in your field of possibility are no longer being energized

by fear (read: desire) … and are then less likely to show up.

9.

Shadow work increases your ability to receive.

Think about this: every "good" thing in life has a downside to it.

A new career with lots of money, a wonderful new partner – can all expose you to envy.

If you're afraid of the sensation of being envied, it's likely that you'll block

yourself from receiving those "good" things.

The more you do shadow work and get comfy with how much secret fun you have with envy

yourself, the more you're ok with experiencing the sensation of being envied by others…

… so you won't keep yourself small any longer out of fear of offending someone else.

You'll let yourself receive a lot more.

10.

Shadow work removes your denial.

"Denial ain't just a river in Egypt," my mother likes to say.

And it's so true.

Denial – downplaying or hiding something that's going badly in our lives because

we can't face up to the reality of it – is a common human game.

The more you do shadow work, though, the more you don't need denial.

You don't need denial because you've become big enough to give non-shaming love to everything

that shows up in yourself and in other people.

This means: you can face and handle the reality of life.

And ultimately, that's what all magic and manifestation is: intimacy with reality.
