guys it is day 9 of my weight-loss journey and I wanted to talk about
something that I incorporate whether it's me trying the military three-day
diet or other diets or way of eating like Kido
I always incorporate the intermittent fasting method and I will do this for
the rest of my life because there's no way you'd want to fall off a doing the
intermittent fasting because of the simple fact that it simply works
intermittent fasting has cut me down on my anxiety medication I used to have
anxiety for years I started to have symptoms when I was like around 16 and
it got progressively worse as my life went on and I was dealing with issues
and things in my life and it had got two all-time high and I started taking benzo
pins which are like xanax lorazepam and ativan I take the generic - ativan which
is lorazepam and it's a benzo and it's habit for me and sometime when my
anxiety was out of control I would take more than I was supposed to take and
then I would be at tours and a month out of pills and I was feeling sick like I
was an addict and I had to change that it took me many of years to discover the
intimate and fasting and when I did it was a blessing it was a godsend because
it it almost completely it's it's still there like the anxiety but it's
tolerable and people who have severe anxiety when I say it is tolerable I
think to just give you an example how now it's tolerable I'm doing
fasting because it when you're on this way of eating it generates new cells in
the body and stuff that has been damaged over time and things that have been
depleted like serotonin it brings it back naturally
um just by being on the intermitting fast and it helps regenerate things in
the body that otherwise would not have regenerated and made the body work
properly or look better or make you feel better
but doing the intermittent fasting I am down from 3 milligrams a day of
lorazepam / an event which is the brand name for the medication - now weaning
myself down not by the doctor's orders and I don't recommend people do this I
think that you you're not me should talk to your doctor consult your doctor about
any weight loss videos that you look at and see if that's a good idea but this
is what I'm doing for myself I have weaned myself down so one and a half
pills and then next week I'll be down to one pill and then I'll go to half a pill
which will be points it won't even be one milligram and I'm doing this because
I'm owing I'm only going to use my anxiety medication as needed I'm not
gonna use it as a daily regimen to help my anxiety because fact of the matter is
now that I'm on the intimating fast it's the opposite usually medications as your
body gets a buildup in a tolerance from it it stops working it's the opposite
now the medication is too strong I used to be able to take three pills and I got
through the day and you know if I was lucky to take two more milligrams after
my three milligrams a day just to sleep I was lucky if it even helped me sleep
because my body had build up a tolerance but studying the intermitting fasting
and body is regenerating new cells and it's
cleansing out the liver and the kidneys so that the medication can now absorb
properly and now my body has reversed there's no tolerance of the medication
it's almost like I'm taking the medication for the first time and it's
too potent it's too strong for me now it's like I cannot tolerate the effects
of it it's making me really drowsy I uh I had took the medication today for an
example and I was on the phone with a friend and I went off and almost into a
deep sleep while I was on the phone I just dozed off to sleep and I want to
say of the time that I had talked to her let me look on my phone here because I
know that it was wicked early and I could not believe that I slept to this
time let me look in see here just being with me guys just bear with me should
have had this prepared but I didn't so ok I talked to her around three o'clock
we got off the phone and our lady we talked on the phone for hours but this
time was about an hour so I slept from four o'clock all the way to 9:30 at
night yes four o clock p.m. and I just got up at like 9:30 tonight and I am
I've been up for a few hours now and this is because my body is cleansing out
sufficiently because of intimating fast and all the fat cells and all the the
water and all the toxins and everything that my body is not eliminating
correctly from one being overweight and not healthy and I'm getting there it's a
mini fasting is doing that so if I wanted to try a Jenny Craig diet
or keido's diet or a military diet I would not stop my intermittent fasting I
would just put that diet into my way of eating which is I have a four-hour
window so I'm not gonna eat three meals a day eight hours I'll just eat my
military diet within those four hours and I'll get the maximum results and
nine times out of ten military diet makes people hungry but if you only have
a four-hour window to cramp in these many calories you're consistently eating
so there's no way you're going to be hungry and by the last meal of the four
hour window that you have you're not going to be hungry you're going to be
focused on digesting that food that you took in the four hour window and waiting
for the next day to do your next meal so I do suggest always consult a doctor
first but I do suggest that you do the intermittent fast because I'm telling
you it's going to make you look years younger it's gonna make you feel great
and all the ailments that are going on with you like I also had from my anxiety
twitching that's like almost completely gone away can you imagine when I lose
all the weight how my body is going to regulate the way it did when I was 13 14
and didn't have anxiety or any of these issues that I have now can you imagine
if I'm telling you that I'm getting off of a medication that's habit-forming can
you imagine that is not something that people can honestly tell you that they
can do and it's from some type of diet or regiment that they're on which I'm on
a eating regimen this is how I'm going to teach myself how to eat just like
years ago I taught myself how to eat until I was satisfied not into
was full it took me many of years to get the concept apply the concept and do it
in my everyday life never to eat to him full I never liked that feeling when I
was doing it from being raised as a kid and our parents made us eat like that
until being an adult I always felt uncomfortable in my own
skin when I ate and ate and ate when my body was telling me you had enough so
when I eat like that now once in a while when I go to a restaurant I feel like
I'm going to die I feel like this will be my last meal in the world I'll never
eat again because I ate so much instead of listening to my body sending the
signals that I'm satisfied I'm fine I don't need anymore food so it took me
years to incorporate that into my good habit so with eating too you're
satisfied drinking lots of water and also incorporating the intimate and fast
I guarantee you even if you're not on what you call a diet or you're not
eating well you're eating junk you could still stop losing weight until you get
it till you start trying to find things online or through your doctor's office
of meal plans that you can incorporate and I cannot forget because I listed
like three things the water intimate and fast and eating to your satisfied but
also most importantly you must work out it's not gonna work you're gonna if you
lose weight it's gonna take longer to lose and if you do lose away fast it's
gonna come back fast and not only that you're not gonna be healthy and you're
not gonna look healthy people who just lose weight and don't work out
they don't look healthy and that's just a proven fact pictures don't lie so with
