Many are already beginning to choose recipes for the festive New Year's table,
and all fans of the original snacks suggest preparing together with me cheese rolls with three different delicious fillings.
These snacks are prepared quickly, and the filling can be very different,
I offer my options, and you can fantasize and use any other,
which you like - meat, fish, vegetable.
Such rolls will decorate any festive table, and especially will taste to all lovers of cheese.
Let's start cooking, for the beginning we will prepare cheese for all three recipes.
We stack chopped pieces of cheese in separate, preferably dense plastic bags.
I pre-boiled water in the pan,
and now we lower the bags of cheese into a pot of boiling water, but we do not put it on fire any more.
We put the saucepan aside for 20-25 minutes to completely melt the cheese.
In the meantime, we prepare the fillings for all three rolls.
For a roll with crab stuffing, in a bowl with crab sticks rubbed on a small grater
add crushed squirrels of boiled eggs (I also rubbed them on a small grater),
squeeze garlic through the press, add mayonnaise, salt and white pepper to taste.
The mass is well mixed, the consistency should be plastic,
not dry, but not too liquid, but such that in the future it was easy for us to spread it.
While we set it aside.
In a separate bowl, mix cream or curd cheese and grated yolks on a fine grater.
All is well rubbed into a homogeneous mass, and if it is dense - add a spoonful of mayonnaise.

For a roll with greens and red pepper, we prepare the following products.
In the bowl we spread grated Adygei cheese, soft cream cheese,
We chop garlic, add mayonnaise, salt and white pepper to taste.
The cheese mass is thoroughly mixed until a uniform plastic state is obtained.
Separately, the red sweet pepper is cut into lengths into strips, not more than 1 cm thick, like this.
And now it is necessary to cut all the greens finely.
I use a large bunch of fragrant cilantro, dill and parsley, and a little fresh green onions.
All the greens pour into one bowl and mix it well.
Now prepare the products for the cheese roll with ham.
In the bowl we spread soft cream cheese, finely chopped table horseradish, a little mayonnaise and a pinch of salt.
The mixture is thoroughly mixed until uniform.
Separately, fresh cucumbers with a vegetable peeler I cut into such thin slices.
In the meantime, 25 minutes passed. and our cheese melted well.
We get the first portion of cheese and, without taking it out of the bag, we roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangle.
Next, we cut the bag along the center and on both sides at the base with scissors so that the cheese layer remains in the center, the edges of the bag are opened to the sides.
Now we are preparing a "crab" roll.
On the rolled cheese sheet we spread the cheese-yolk mass and spread it evenly on the whole surface with a spatula.
On top of an even layer lay out lettuce leaves,
in which it is first necessary to cut out the harder middle part and lightly press them against the cheese mass.
Further on the leaves of the lettuce we apply the crab mass and distribute it evenly, not reaching the edge 2-3 cm.
And now, helping yourself with a package, we twist the layer into a tight roll.
We wrap it in the same film and tie the ends.

We shift it to any flat surface, and while we set aside.
We are going to prepare a roll with greens and Bulgarian pepper.
We prepare the cheese layer in exactly the same way as in the first case.
On the rolled layer we apply cheese-garlic mass, distributing it on the whole surface.
From the top with an interval of 2-3 cm spread the sliced sweet pepper, not reaching the edge about 10 cm.
On the pepper lay a thick layer of a mixture of sliced green, and also leaving a bit of free space.
This is done so that while the roll is rolled, the filling remains inside.
Cut the greenery tightly to the cheese base and begin to fold a tight roll.
We rotate it along the bag and tightly tie it, as in the first case.
We shift to the same tray and we will prepare the third roll with ham stuffing.
In the same way, we prepare the cheese base.
On top of it, we apply an even layer of cheese mass with horseradish
and lay tightly each other sliced thin slices of fresh cucumber.
As in the previous roll, the filling is not laid out on the entire surface, but leave the free edge.
On top of the cucumber lay out thinly sliced slices of ham.
From the edge where we will wrap the roll, we arrange it in a row of olives without pits and
gently, slowly moving the tight roll, trying to keep the olives in the center.
We roll the roll into a film, we tie the ends,
we put it on a tray to our rolls and send them to the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably at night.
Before serving with completely cooled rolls, we remove the film and cut into portions, not more than 1 cm in thickness.
And now let's cut it and see what they are inside.

And now we will cut the roll with greens, in my opinion, it is the most beautiful!
In addition to the fact that all the rolls turned out beautiful, they are also very tasty!
As a filling for these rolls you can use the simplest products,
but the result will always be excellent!
Cooking such rolls can be with red fish, pate from the liver, with vegetables in Korean,
with mushrooms, it all depends on your preferences.
