How To Manifest Your Future Life - Duration: 7:02.

Today in Monday meditations and motivations we'll talk about manifesting and the

action steps you can take to manifest the future you desire a collaborative

gathering place especially for women to share personal stories support and

advice wisdom included first let's define manifesting what it is and what

it isn't as a verb to manifest is to make clear or evident to the eye or the

understanding to prove and put beyond doubt or question manifesting is a

simple set of actions that anybody can do every day to get what they want

manifesting isn't a wish upon a star that magically comes true in that moment

without any help from you if you've watched the 2006 documentary

film The Secret then you know there are three steps or phases to manifesting ask

believe and receive let's break those three phases down into seven actions

we'll start with the first phase ask and divide that into the first two action

steps action step number one get clear on what you want

I recently mentioned to my husband that we should move to Estonia when we retire

because I've heard good things at that point he began to investigate the

geography and climate the cost of living the language and the culture of Estonia

we have thought about visiting there next summer we also talked about it with

family and friends you see I'm not yet clear if that's what I really want until

we've both thoroughly examined what it would be like to live there once we know

for sure we want it then we can start to make it happen action step number 2

ask the universe for what you want there are many ways to ask including prayer

meditation visualization vision boards or you can write a letter to the

universe ask the universe for what you want every day to make your request

clear and unwavering next we move into the second phase believe, with action

step number 3 work toward your goals manifesting is the art of co-creating

with the universe working toward your goals increases your chances of

receiving what you want write down three actions you can do today to bring you

closer to your goal actively start and keep taking action until you've reached

your goal for example I want to create a successful YouTube channel I started

with asking friends to interview with me and I consistently create and post six

videos each week I also research other channels and how they've succeeded over

the years and I follow their example as new ideas come along I'll try them

and see what works I'm co-creating my success with the universe as my partner

action step number four trust the process it can be frustrating to keep

making videos every week when I'm only getting a few views and one or two new

subscribers each week but I know that it takes six months to a year to build a

business on youtube and if i keep at it trusting that it will work in its own

time then all my efforts will pay off whenever you find yourself doubting

catch yourself and replace those doubts by saying I'm getting closer and closer

to my goals every day the universe has my back and I'm grateful

phase three receive starts with action step number five receive and acknowledge

what you get a good way to get started with this step is to write down the

evidence in a journal at the end of the day make sure to include anything that

happened to you during the day that moved you a little bit closer to your goal did

I get another new subscriber maybe somebody posted an encouraging comment

or liked my facebook page celebrate every small win and be grateful for it

and more wins will follow action step number six

keep your vibration high this is where we use our magic according

to the law of attraction you attract what you're sending out manifesting is

not just an intellectual exercise it also requires our feelings and

emotions do whatever it takes to feel uplifted joyful and thankful and more of

the things that make you feel that way will come into your life I can make a

habit of being grateful by finding something to be thankful for every time

I stop at a red light while I'm driving find ways to make a habit of joy

and gratitude keep a gratitude journal put up affirmation notes around the

house post your thanks on Facebook or whatever works for you action step

number seven clear your resistance doubts pain procrastination frustrations

anxiety fears regrets and resentments are all forms of resistance we need to

feel worthy of what we want instead of believing that others deserve it more

than we do remember we all deserve to get what we

want and there is enough for everyone no matter how much we receive if I have a

million subscribers to my YouTube channel that doesn't mean other channels

will suffer or lose subscribers so why shouldn't I have a million subscribers?!

if you have trouble with any of the seven action steps I suggest you try

something very simple for you to manifest everyday to get into the

practice and habit of manifesting then try something a little more difficult

each successive day until you're manifesting a life beyond anything you

dare to dream how about manifesting clean laundry start with ask believe and

receive you could do it all by yourself but try asking for help to get it done

then when you've received clean laundry be grateful for how it feels and smells

take joy in that achievement and ask again for something a little bigger

keep asking believing and receiving and rejoice in your abundance to become the

type of person who can achieve the goals I want to achieve I need to manifest

them I am who I believe I am and daily manifest my success leave a comment

below if you have manifested benefits for yourself or your business and tell

me your story if this is your first time here please

take a moment to subscribe I'll continue to post new videos several times each

week featuring personal stories support and advice wisdom included

frustrations anxiety fears regrets and resentments are all forms of... resistance.

Tecla: Making the world more accessible, together. - Duration: 1:54.

We are a team of doers, a team of dreamers, innovators, and disruptors.

We are changing the way the world sees accessibility by giving independence to a new realm of creators.

Our philosophy at Tecla is to provide access to all.

This means we believe that everyone deserves to be included, independent, and empowered.

This is our drive, day in and day out.

There are approximately 10 million people in North America, Australia and Japan with

significant upper-extremity mobility impairments that impede the operation of touch-based devices.

The total market estimated value is over 5 billion.

At the same time, device manufacturers and wireless carriers struggle to comply with

accessibility legislation by providing accessible products and services.

This is where we come in.

Tecla has created a new hardware device, the tecla-e, that can control multiple Bluetooth

devices, including smartphones, tablets and computers, control switch-adapted equipment

like call bells, bed controls, wheelchair functions, and door openers, and provide integration

with smarthome technology.

tecla-e also provides caregivers and families with tools to monitor the person receiving

care.

tecla-e is always connected to the internet and provides location, activity, and temperature

information.

tecla-e is a cloud-connected assistive device giving people with upper-body mobility impairments

the ability to fully access smart-devices and technology.

Users can send and receive emails and text messages, browse the web, watch videos, launch

and use apps, read books, change the TV channel, turn the heat up, or make phone calls at any

time.

This can all be done using the accessibility switches they are familiar with like buttons,

joysticks, sip-and-puff controllers, or their wheelchair driving controls.

With over 3000 current Tecla users worldwide, we are looking to expand our ability to increase

independence on a larger scale.

Let's make the world accessible, together.

How To Start A Presentation - Secret Tips for A Killer Presentation - Duration: 7:13.

Have you ever like been to a presentation where, where the person like

giving the presentation just act like super super nervous and and make it up

and they, you know, they've got their notes and they're like, hi my name is

Eric and this is how to give presentation.

Are you kidding me?! That's

not how you give presentations! My friend, are you a presenter? Do you stand up in

front of people to deliver a message? In this video, I'm gonna be giving you

several tips on how to incredibly begin each and every one of your presentations

so that you hook the audience and so that you deliver massive amounts of

value with your message.

Have you ever been to a presentation and within like the first 60 seconds you

were already asleep? Have you ever wanted to give a presentation but as you were

preparing it you thought, how do I even begin?

My friend, my name is Eric Bailey I

am the president and CEO of feel well live well and I have literally given

thousands and thousands of professional presentations. Public speaking is for

whatever reason one of the highest fears on the planet. Like an old joke says that

people would rather be the person in the coffin than the person giving the eulogy.

Unfortunately so many people don't know how to actually begin a presentation.

Over the next few minutes I'm gonna give you a number of very powerful things to

do to hook your audience and deliver extremely powerful introductions and

extremely powerful ways to begin your presentations.

I'll never forget my very

first professional presentation. I was as scared as you can ever imagine.

I remember going down to st. George Utah and my father-in-law had put together

this group of people that I was gonna be going and presenting this awesome class

and hopefully making some sort of offer to get paid for another higher level

class and the class ended up and finishing and I've made this offer and

we, everyone gave themselves a huge round of applause and then I went and I hid in

the closet because I was so scared that nobody would sign up for this next level

class and that nobody would like like me and that nobody would have enjoyed my

presentation.

I didn't know if my ego could handle the blow because I was so

so scared of how people actually perceived how my class went.

And a big

part of how people perceive how their classes go is within the first 30

seconds of the introduction. Now what did I just do there? Step number one to a

powerful presentation is two to three what are called enrolling questions.

And these are questions that you can ask the audience to do just that, to enroll

them into whatever it is that you're teaching. For example, when people come to

my relationships class I may say something like, how many of you would

love to have better relationships? and how many of you would love to have a lot

more happiness in your lives? And most people of course fit into one or both of

those categories and so they will raise their hands thus I have enrolled them.

What's the word? Enrolled them into my presentation.

Next is a very brief introduction. You want to introduce yourself by name as

well as the name of your presentation. You want to acknowledge the people for

being there and so something that I really loved that I found is really

really helpful and really effective is I have them turn to their neighbor and

either give them a high-five or wrap their arms around their neighbors give

them a pat on the back and say, congratulations for being here! It breaks

the ice and it makes it actually fun. It raises the energy of the room and

suddenly people are paying attention to you because now they know you're not

just some generic person that's going to stand up there and just read a bunch of

notes and say, hi my name is Eric and welcome to...

Are you kidding me? How many

times have you ever gone to one of those presentations? You're just like, ah would

you shut up? let's go already. The next thing you want to do is what's

called earned the right. Notice how I told you that I've given literally

thousands of presentations of that I'm the president and CEO of feel well live

well. That in and of itself allows me even just a little bit of credibility

since I've got so much experience. What type of experience do you have my friend?

What type of qualifications or certifications do you have that allows

you to stand in front of people and deliver certain messages? Make a list,

pause this video if you need to but go right now. Make a list of all the

different qualifications that allow you to be an expert and stand up in front of

other people. It could simply be that if you're teaching a class about children

for example that you're a parent and that you've raised so many kids. If

you are say like a religious leader and you will want to stand up in front of

like a class and teach like a Sunday School class you could say something to

the effect of, I've been studying my scriptures now for 25 years. Doing

something to earn the right allows you to be more credible and again allows

people to pay more attention to you because now they know why you're there.

Finally you want to end with what we call the with them principle which

stands for, what's in it for me? People want to know why they should pay

attention and why they're there in that class learning from you. Briefly outline

some of the different principles that you'll be discussing and if you want to

take it one step further, you could even share some results so that other people

that have applied those principles have received. And here's a bonus tip for you,

if you really want to hook the audience and really really enroll them into you

and your message, go into a story. It doesn't have to be super long, it doesn't

have to be super detailed, but people that like to engage in stories

especially if it's something that everyone can relate to such as your very

first presentation. My friend, use these tools. Make a list. So one more time, two

to three enrolling questions, a quick introduction and acknowledgement of the

audience, earn the right, what's in it for me and then a brief story to engage and

one more time enroll the audience into your message. Use these to start all of

your presentations and watch how much more powerful you become. Thank you so

very much my friend for watching this video. As always, if you haven't already

Don't Forget the Details: Two Minute Tips with David Bergman - Duration: 2:04.

Hey there. I'm photographer David Bergman

and this is Two Minute Tips for

AdoramaTV.

Today I'm gonna give you a tip

to help you make a cohesive series of

images that tell a story photographer.

Robert Capa

is famously quoted as saying. "If your

pictures aren't good enough, you're not

close enough!" This is great advice that

can mean a few things, but one way to get

close and bring your viewer into your

pictures, is to shoot detail photos. Most

wedding photographers already notice

but capturing details is an important part

of any story. Of course you need to have

the wide shots of the ceremony, and the

medium shots of the bride and groom

kissing, but don't forget to zoom in

tight and shoot the rings, and the

flowers, and the shoes! Don't forget the

shoes! You should take this same thought

process to any shoot. When you're on

vacation for example, don't just stand in

the street and take a shot of the scene.

Look for those little details to tell

the story of your trip. Maybe there's

interesting architecture. Make sure you

show it. Keep your eyes open for anything

that is unique to where you are that

really sets the scene. When shooting

these things, you can use a dedicated

macro lens to get in really, really, close.

But most of us don't carry one of those

around on vacation,so you can either

zoom your lens in to separate your

subject from a potentially distracting

background, or you can stay wide and just

get in closer by zooming with your feet.

Just make sure it's obvious what you

2017 Global Day of Action - Support. Don't Punish - Duration: 2:47.

It's time to stop criminalising people for using drugs

and it's also time to think about how we better support...

...as a drug user and secondly as a person...

Support. Don't Punish.

'Support. Don't Punish' is a global campaign calling for more humane drug policies

We believe that our drug laws should prioritise public health and human rights, and not imprisonment and punishment.

The campaign aims to promote drug policy reform and increase access to harm reduction interventions.

Every year, on the 26th June, the campaign organises a 'Global Day of Action'

This date is also the 'United Nations International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking'

A day on which most governments showcase their contributions

to the global war on drugs.

In the past, some governments have even held public executions

or beatings of drug offenders to celebrate this UN day.

The Support. Don't Punish Global Day of Action seeks to reclaim the 26th of June

with high profile and symbolic local actions

organised by activists from around the world.

These include protests, marches,

debates with policy makers, speeches by people who use drugs,

media appearances, music concerts, art displays,

sports events, street art, gatherings and conferences

ranging from a few dedicated supporters to several hundred participants.

The 2017 Support. Don't Punish Global Day of Action was its fifth and the largest to date.

Thousands of people joined in action

across two hundred and six cities

from across 94 countries.

We want to honour and recognise those voices

and invite others to join in next year's day of action.

Participants from this year's day of action said:

'We felt an incredible spirit of unity and positivity in the air as we went shouting and chanting the slogans in support of our community'

Another said:

'Today society in Georgia is against violent drug policy.

Fear, repression and persecution can be replaced by education, prevention and care'

To find out how you can plan an action in your city,

wear the logo and join the interactive photo project, visit:

Campaign Promises - Jack Marshall Can't Do This - Webseries - Episode 18 - Duration: 3:17.

Remember that dumpster fire of an election last year?

Well, to commemorate our one-year survival of those awful campaign commercials,

I've created a commercial of my own.

I'm Jack Marshall and I approve this message.

Intimidation.

I think I'll keep him.

Deception.

Mine? No. I have my own.

And violence.

It's come to violence.

House and Morgan have no limits.

They'll do anything to get what they want.

Their treachery

What happened to your face?

is only matched by their incompetence.

I'm not a robot.

Well...

Sometimes, I just sit in my truck.

And an inability to get their story straight.

Mr. Morgan? He's here nearly every day of the week.

Once, twice a week.

It makes you wonder if someone else is pulling the strings.

I'm the executor of your aunt's estate. Everything goes through me.

Jack Marshall and Paul Stoddard have a proven record of honesty, kindness and integrity.

A world traveler and a man of the cloth.

Don't be fooled my House and Morgan.

Vote YES for Marshall and Stoddard.

Vote YES for good.

I'm Jack Marshall and I approve this message.

I fired Morgan.

House clearly wasn't interested in following my orders,

so I had to do it myself.

Arthur's been calling nonstop,

probably because Morgan ran back to him crying.

Those calls are going straight to voicemail, let's not kid ourselves.

Still no word from Stoddard yet on the blueprints

and my continued work on the riddle comes up short, yet again.

I still don't know what the deal is with House.

Maybe he is a robot.

I'm not a robot, Mr. Marshall.

That's something a robot would say.

How can I earn back your trust?

Find me those blueprints.

I believe they were destroyed.

By whom?

Your aunt.

Why would she do that?

I haven't the slightest idea.

Well, this is not helping your case, House, so?

Who does he work for? Me or Arthur?

Please let me know if you find out because I still don't know.

Okay friends, whatever you do and however you vote,

just remember stay clear of House and Morgan.

Where am I gonna go

Don't know, ok

Where am I gonna go

I'm flubbernucked anyway

So fly

I won't keel over and die

I'm on fire

The fire rises

There's nowhere to hide here

So fly

Oh say can you see

How boned I am

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy

How boned I am

It's only 1 am

I don't know if I'm doing anything right

We all do

I'm a sleepy baby

Turn out the light

Don't look back

I'm not gonna look back

No matter what you tell me

I'm not gonna do that

No matter how long

No matter how strong

I wanna look back

No way, in hell

How To Dress Younger Than You Are - Duration: 10:19.

Welcome back to the Gentleman's Gazette!

In today's video, we talk about how to look and appear younger than you are.

This is actually part of a video series so if you want to learn how to dress your age

or how to look older than you are, please search these videos here.

So first of all, why do you want to look younger than you are?

In today's society, aging is hard and youth is often idolized.

Luckily, as a man having a few wrinkles and gray hair, doesn't make you look like a grandpa,

but wiser and adding a few elements to your wardrobe and the things you do will really

help to make you look younger without looking foolish like a teenager.

Also, looking younger can help to advance your career and remain in the workforce as

the zeitgeist and many companies often is to get rid of older employees.

So what are the things that you can do to look younger?

First of all, embrace a healthy lifestyle.

I know it's not something you immediately see from the outside but if you eat the right

food, if you workout, and take care of your body, it will show.

That also means getting enough sleep because only if you feel well will you look great.

I also encourage you to try new things; maybe a vegan or plant-based diet with Whole Foods,

just give it a shot, do it for two weeks.

See how it makes you feel.

Don't be afraid of trying something new.

Two, definitely wear sunscreen or use a face lotion product that helps protect your skin

from everyday sun impact.

It's good against cancer but it also prevents wrinkles.

No, I'm not talking about your character wrinkles those are fine but you don't want those deep

craters otherwise, you look like a raisin.

Three, go lift some weights and work out.

As your body ages, you'll lose muscle mass and having that nice attractive v-shape will

help you to look younger and vital.

Four, update your email address.

Nothing says I'm an old man as having an old btg 3 508 @aol.com, msn.com, hotmail.com,

you name it.

Young people these days go with Gmail addresses and so should you.

Five, hang out with younger men.

You may have your prejudices but honestly, there's a lot to be learned from young men

even if it's just your technical stuff.

Also, being around young people makes you think in a different way and I guarantee you

it will make you look younger as a result.

Six, stay up to date especially in terms of technical stuff.

That means get rid of your flip phone.

I know the battery lasts for a whole week versus the new smart phones, you have to recharge

after a day but honestly, when you are away from an outlet for more than a day and all

the opportunities you have with new smartphones is incredible.

You can control all the lights in your house, and a sprinkler system, and even talk to people

from around the world all from your phone.

Isn't it amazing?

That aside, being up to date makes you look young.

Seven, choose a more youthful haircut.

The way you're perceived as a whole can hugely depend on your haircut.

If you haven't changed your barber in the last 20 years, you get the same boring haircut

every time, maybe think about spicing it up, maybe going with an undercut with some more

product.

You'd be amazed what impact it can have on how you look.

Also, it's very important that you keep your eye hair, your nose hair, and your ear hair,

under control.

Nothing says I'm an old dude like ugly hairs poking out from your ears and your nostrils.

Eight, choose more youthful glasses.

Those old titanium glasses that you got in the 90s are just outdated.

Right now classic frames, bolder frames, are more popular and I suggest you go to the optician

and try different options and you don't even have to spend that much.

You can even go to new places online, order frames and get something new for under 100

bucks.

Honestly, it will make you look at least 10 years younger if you choose the right frame.

The same is true for sunglasses unless of a nice pair of sunglasses here I'm wearing

a pair of Persols Steve McQueen series and to learn more about those and where and how

to buy them, please check out this guide on the website here.

Nine, Take care of your teeth because they're a highly visual indicator of your age.

If you've smoked a lot in the past, or a lot of coffee, or drank out a red wine, chances

are, you have like a yellow tone to your teeth so consider going in for a teeth whitening

because that will certainly impact the way you look.

Ten, cover your softening jawline maybe with a beard.

I know when you grew up in an office job, you had to be clean-shaven.

Today, that's not the case anymore and the urban beardsman has really risen in popularity.

If you want to jump on that wagon and cover up your jawline, make sure it's neatly trimmed

and has a unique cool look to it.

Eleven, stay away from styles, patterns, and cuts, associated with old men.

By that I mean don't wear orthopedic shoes or white tennis socks with white trainers.

It just puts you in the category of 80 plus.

Also, don't wear sandals or socks with sandals.

Of course.

you should also ditch all your 90s ties.

I know you wore them when you had great sales meetings but the patterns are really dated,

the width is very wide, today a lot of younger men were slimmer ties and especially the patterns

and the color schemes are very different . For a selection of tasteful ties in different

lengths so you find exactly the right tie for you check out our shop here.

That being said, young men today oftentimes don't wear neck wear and so you can also skip

it, leave the top or the top two buttons open, however, make sure not to button your shirt

all the way down to the belly button because that makes you look like a wannabe cassanova

or Hugh Hefner.

One of the things I see a lot in older men is the way they dress.

I know in the 90s you had these Blazers with lots of shoulder padding, lots of fabric that

draped from your chest, and very roomy cut khakis, and you maybe wore them with some

tassel loafers.

There's very little that says old man to me like this uniform business outfit that is

simply not up to date anymore.

Instead, go with a trimmer cut jacket.

It doesn't have to be slim fit or skinny fit but just get rid of those excessive shoulder

pads.

Go with a more natural shoulder, maybe go with 3 inch lapels, you don't have to go extreme

and go super skinny because that's over the top as well.

Just like you have to overhaul your corporate wardrobe, you have to do the same thing with

your casual clothes, those old stonewashed jeans that look like a carrot on your legs

are simply outdated.

Now people wear Japanese salvaged denim they maybe pair it with a pair of red wing boots

or similar stuff maybe with a flannel shirt and if you want to look like a younger man

you should go in that same vein.

Twelve, add color back into your wardrobe.

I know it's a very underrated thing, but stay clear of the muted pastel colors.

Try to go with something that's a little more lively because that's what younger people

would choose.

You don't have to go overboard and wear super bright Pinks but rather than like Navy,

get two shades lighter, maybe go for a richer blue, maybe something like this linen green.

Find ways to add colors back into your wardrobe, maybe if you wear a lot of jackets and sport

coats, use pocket squares, maybe if you want to wear a tie, go with a knit tie with more

texture or a different color.

You can also go with different socks or just exchange your shoelaces and give your whole

new outfit a pop of color.

For a whole range of colorful accessories that make you look more youthful, please check

out our shop here.

Thirteen, make sure to keep the fit of all your clothes trim.

You don't want wide boot cut jeans, you want slim jeans but nothing that is skinny.

The sleeves on your jackets or sweaters shouldn't be puddling but close to your body and flattering.

Rather than going with an oversized navy blazer, consider going with a Harrington jacket, rather

than having your sack style oversized blue dress shirt, invest in a trim fit denim shirt.

Also, take a look at what younger men are wearing. For example, right now the Apple watch

is popular and so are wrist bands, you can add these elements to your outfit to look

very young.

Also, if you like tweed, it is a fantastic garment for fall/winter but go for louder

colors.

If you can't find them or you maybe want something for the transitioning seasons, maybe you go

with a linen Safari jacket in an interesting color that will just help you look much fresher

and up-to-date.

Overall, don't be afraid to be bold.

At the same time, you don't want to dress exactly like your teenage son because that

just makes you look foolish and ridiculous.

In this video, I am wearing an outfit that is much more associated with a younger man.

rather than a dress shirt I'm wearing a polo shirt with bold stripes in blue black and

white instead of a tweed jacket I went with a lightweight Safari jacket there's some snap

buttons it has a zip there's lots of pockets so it's very practical but it just has a much

more youthful look to it at the same time I don't look like a teenager my pants are

denim they're not too tight but I have a trim cut and I'm combining them with boots which

is very popular and went with a pair of oxblood cordovan boots because they can be combined

with basically anything and to spice things up I went with contrasting off-white shoe

laces that pick up the white stripe in my polo shirt and just highlight my boots and

then I'm different-looking the socks I'm wearing our fort Belvedere but the boots come up so

high that you don't really see them likewise for a selection of shoe laces in 15 different

colors check out our shop here to the left here you can see a mannequin with a typical

denim shirt you can find those in lighter washes as well as a Harrington jacket which

is a fabulous alternative for a casual jacket instead of a blazer to make you look younger

Mountain flying tips -- This isn't Florida anymore! - Duration: 7:35.

Hey everyone. Jason Schappert

here, MzeroA.com. Alongside Hunter

one of our great CFIs. Probably helped you out with some customer service questions on the phone, on the live chat, on the

emails as well. You all have been asking for a mountain flying video

so, welcome to Scottsdale, Arizona. Heading north up to

Sedona right now. Hunter's been living

in this area for a little bit now. We're just kind of talking

about some mountain flying factors and the first thing that comes to mind,

we're flying through this ravine on our way to Sedona. You know there is no direct route to Sedona how we

wanted to go. We're kind of zigging and zagging. I mean looking at your,

I don't know if we can see ForeFlight here, but it's like, we're all over the place trying to get to where

we're going. So, good on you planning that out and flying this route ahead of time to know

but Hunter, the conversation we're having is, if we had an engine failure right now my

friend, where are you going? Well Jason if we have an engine failure, we have to look for our best possible

option and you know in the mountains here, you are basically going into the ravine and looking

for somewhere along the shore line or a road. But

that asking yourself where are we going to put it if we have an engine failure is a lot more difficult

in mountain flying. Well and that's you know I always say I'm never a fan of pushing it, so

like I would not, if it was IFR today, I just wouldn't be here

right now. It's not worth it. It's beautiful, don't get me wrong, I want to see it.

Forbid we had an engine failure, I've yet to see a

straight road. We could be swimming down there is

probably one of our best options honestly because these roads are

there is probably a gradient there that we can't see and realize

on top of all the curves, on top of that's also the best place to put power lines.

to bring power to these little towns and everything else. There are not

a lot of good options and then two, beyond that, now that we've entered into this

the thing I'm always concerned with is weather and winds. You've been out here

and when you think of Pheonix is it's always beautiful, it's always pretty, and yes, but I've heard

when it rains it comes on quick and it rains. I don't know if you've had a chance to experience

any IFR conditions, but like when we were flying in Florida, weather just

comes up so quickly you know. Absolutely, when we have

dust storms out here in Arizona, winds can go up from three knots up to 40 knots

in just a few minutes. So it's really important especially mountain flying, I like to

keep water underneath me and always have a way out especially. On that,

what you said is so important. Always having a way out. Yes, we're flying into this ravine, yes

we're following this little reservoir here, but not without a way out. We have options on either

side to get out. We're purposely above. Could we have flown lower and

got prettier, beautiful scenic shots? Sure we could have but

it makes way more sense to be up here, to be safe and give ourselves some more

options. We're coming up on this huge reservoir now. I see that big old dam in front of us.

And again just giving us more options, but you're not putting it down

over here or anything. So that's really a big concern. I'm starting to, I was

previously, it's getting better now, but catching those up drafts and those downdrafts. There's

leeward winds everything else coming off the mountains. It's a calm day today. Absolutely.

I know you've flown in some windier days where it's...

there's a reason why there's mountain flying courses, mountain flying books, and there's also

a reason that most flight schools won't just say here's the keys, go fly my

172. The mountains bring so many different elements to the equation.

Absolutely Jason. One thing I like to do when I'm mountain flying, when I'm planning a

route. Usually me planning cross country is like we want to go direct. Well out here in the mountains,

we can't go direct and one big thing is we're passing under this reservoir here in this dam

I like to have what I call an anchor point. And when I'm flying in the mountains, when I get to my

anchor point, I'm checking my climb performance, my instruments, the weather and this is my

kind of decision point of am I going to continue on or am I going to go back to where we came from?

to maybe fly another day? Wow and we're going to do the same thing. We're going to do a video out in Sedona

showing some high density altitude take offs and show that kind of

performance and rolling down the runway we are going to have that no-go point.

You saying even on a cross country, I have an anchor point that says I don't like the weather, I don't like the

way the airplane sounds. I just, I'm a little nervous right now and these mountains are intimidating

I want to go back home and live to fly another day and I will recreate this with my instructor

and build some more confidence up. I can choose a different route.

It is so great to have that. Aviation is very humbling

and yet you have to have that mindset though

to have the ability to turn back. And that's so hard to do early on as a student pilot because you think man I've got to get this

cross country done. My check rides next week. I have to, I have to, I have to. You never have to

be anywhere, you never have to do anything in aviation. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

It's just such a different perspective. And you know,

we've been watching the news a lot too. You guys have had, more so California, but out here

as well, a lot of wildfires and stuff. The smoke now brings the***

You say we never have crazy IFR days. You just said dust storms, you get smoke like

you don't get IFR like I think of IFR. Right, not at all.

The IFR here is mostly going to be blackout conditions. I mean it gets

so bad and not to get it wrong, the weather in Arizona is generally always good. That's why there's so much flight training

here, but when those dust storms come. I mean even when your driving along the road, they tell you to pull over

and turn your car off and wait it out. I mean it is huge so, now as we pass over

the ravine, what we're going to do is we plan to go toward Sedona. This is the point where we

have some low area. So what I'm going to do is start a climb up as we get into these higher

mountains on the way to Sedona and check my climb performance and make sure

that this airplane wants to perform enough so that we can continue on. And if for some reason

it didn't we would just turn back, go back to Scottsdale and try

a better weather day. Now lets see what we're getting here. That's not going to stay

but we can get 300 to 400 feet per minute.

I mean in Florida that would be disappointing, but out here that's a success you know.

in a way. Especially knowing we're at 6,600 feet and want to be

getting into Sedona, I want to be at 10,500 just to feel good. That's plenty of

cushion. Could we do it at 9,500? Yeah we could be around there but

I just want that extra cushion again if there's an emergency. And that's what you're thinking about too.

And not only, we're so worried about where we're going to put this thing down. Are we going

to put it in the water, are we going to put on this road, are we going put it in this valley that's filled with

cactus and everything else, but how long are we going to be out there for? What

is the last town you've see. You know, you are going to be waiting a while.

And how are we going to communicate this message because I guarantee our cell phones aren't going to work

All these little issues here that we have to think about here.

We left early. We're lucky. It's going to start getting hotter. That 300 feet per minutes going to

be 100 feet per minute before long. These are the things we have to start

pondering. Start really, really thinking about. Mountain flying is beautiful

yet it brings so many different and unique challenges that

we really want to think about. We're in a climb right now, but

in cruise, leaning that airplane out and

getting that. Are you a rich of peak or lean of peak kind of guy and doing what's best for

your non-turbo charged aircraft in this case when operating

through the mountains. That's what's truly so important. Listen guys. We're going to get back to

enjoying our trip over to Sedona. We're going to have some great videos coming out

of Sedona as well. So I can't wait to read your comments below this video guys.

Enjoy the rest of your day and most importantly remember

that a good pilot is always learning. Have a great day guys. We'll see ya. I wrote the

Pizza - Protein Treats By Nutracelle - Duration: 10:50.

hey guys welcome to Trotein Treats by Nutracelle I'm Melanie Wildman and as

many of you know I've lost over a hundred pounds since I had my sleeve

almost 10 years ago and I've been able to keep the weight off by eating super

yummy food high in protein high in fiber and I'm gonna show you guys exactly how

I transform really decadent food that you think you can't have into guilt-free

food that helps you stay slim and feel really fall now who loves pizza I'm

super excited because tonight I'm making pizza and I'm gonna show you guys how

easy it is to make a nice crispy delicious crust with all of the

ingredients and toppings that you love and to make it guilt-free so let's get

started all right now if you've ever tried some of the recipes out there on

the internet for making pizza crust then you've probably been disappointed before

I've made recipes that use cauliflower and there's so many steps plus it

doesn't smell very good in your house so I'm gonna show you a way easier way to

do it so you get a traditional pizza crust the trick is to start with

mozzarella cheese now I have a blend of mozzarella and cheddar and you can do

that too it's actually a little bit better if you can stick with just

mozzarella so I have four cups of mozzarella cheese here and then I have

sort of our little secret weapon I have half a brick of cream cheese and then

you're going to need 1 cup of coconut flour so I've got my coconut flour here

it's really full of tons of fiber so it's gonna make you feel really nice and

full with your pizza and then I have four whole eggs make sure you use whole

eggs and not egg white and then I have about two tablespoons of extra virgin

olive oil you could also use an avocado oil if you have that on hand and I have

some Italian spices I have about two teaspoons of Italian spices so a little

bit of garlic a little bit of basil whatever it is that you like to have you

go ahead and put your Italian seasoning in and then I'm gonna get you to

actually have a little bit of water that you're gonna set aside I'm gonna tell

you why later you're not going to mix it in with your dough and then finally last

but not least is our natural Nutralean and we're gonna put four scoops of our

natural Nutralean in and that is what's going to give us the prebiotic

fiber that makes our gut flora so healthy and helps us to start burning

fat instead of storing fat and that's what you really want with your food your

food should be your medicine everything that you eat is really how you're going

to feel and when you get lots of prebiotic fiber and when you get lots of

protein you feel full and guess what happens when you feel full right your

cravings go away and you know a lot of us don't realize that when we're not

healthy when our gut is unhealthy and we don't have the bacteria we need we

actually don't absorb the nutrients from our food as well and when you're not

getting all the nutrients from your food you actually wind up with more cravings

so it's really important that you're feeding your body the kind of nutrition

that it needs so you can stay full and not be eating all the time all right so

we've got our natural Nutralean in there now I'm gonna go ahead and in the

same Bowl I'm going to just go ahead and add all of my coconut flour and I'm

gonna add my herbs just like that and now over here back to my four cups of

mozzarella cheese I'm going to add in I'm going to add in my cream cheese and

now I'm gonna put this in the microwave I'm gonna put it in microwave for two

minutes but I'm gonna pull it out out the one minute mark you kind of stir it

a little bit and put it back in so I'll be right back as soon as I have melted

my cheese a little bit once you get your cheese out of the microwave you're just

gonna go ahead and mix it and just kind of keep turning it over until it's a

nice even consistency of course if you're using all mozzarella grated

mozzarella then yours is going to be completely white and yours will actually

mix it's a little bit easier than it does when you have some cheddar but the

cheddar gives it a nice color we're gonna put that aside and then we're

gonna mix up our dry ingredients over here so just give them a quick mix so

that you've got your herbs all the way through your coconut flour and your

natural Nutralean is mixed pretty evenly

and then we're just going to mix our eggs here you just have to lightly whisk

them you can even do it just like with a fork exactly like I'm doing right

here and then all you're gonna do is make a little bit of a well in the

bottom of your of your flour and then we're gonna go ahead and put our whisked

eggs right into that little well there we go

and then I'm also going to add my olive oil so my two tablespoons of olive oil

I'm gonna put right in there and then I'm gonna go ahead and mix this together

and you'll see here it's almost the consistency of play-doh and just like

this we're gonna go ahead and I'm gonna put it right into my cheese mixture

there we go and now you can get rid of your spoon altogether you can just go

ahead and put that over to the side you've got all your yummy ingredients in

here and you can go ahead and knead them together so I'm just gonna go ahead and

I'll show you how to knead you kind of press down in the middle and then you

pull up on the sides and press down in the middle again so just keep doing that

until everything gets mixed perfectly together once you get it mixed so that

it's a nice even consistency then this is your dough and I'm gonna go ahead and

create a bit of a ball and put it right on top of my parchment paper and then

the reason why I have the water reserved is I'm gonna dip my fingers in the water

and then push out the dough starting from the middle just use your knuckles

and a little bit of water and they won't stick okay so this is what our pizza

crust looks like finished and now what we're gonna do is go ahead and put all

of our toppings on my hands are still a little dirty so forgive me and I am

using a low-carb it's really just a spaghetti sauce here but it's perfect

for making sure that you're not getting a bunch of added sugar I don't know if

you guys know this but sometimes there's as much as eight tablespoons of added

sugar in some of the brand name spaghetti sauce so you want to be

careful what you're getting I'm going to go ahead and put this on now I have my

oven preheating at 475 degrees and I know you might be

thinking Melanie that is so high but that's what's gonna give the bottom of

your pizza dough that nice crispy texture that you're looking for all

right and then we're gonna start with our meat and I'm using actually a

peppered dry salami and I have a little bit of chorizo but whatever kind of meat

you want you go ahead you can even use like lean hamburger meat ham chicken

whatever it is that you like you go ahead and load up that pizza and

remember the unhealthy part of pizza of course is the crust with all that white

flour and all of the oils that they use the seed oils and then of course all the

added sugar that they put in the sauce and even in the crust but because ours

is super high in fiber you're gonna find that with just a few pieces of pizza

you're gonna be nice and stuffed in fall okay and then I'm going to add my

vegetables and I'm just gonna sprinkle them all over you don't have to be

exactly perfect it's pizza and I'm gonna put some mushrooms as well on here

mushrooms are so good for you and they really help give you a healthy gut flora

as well I have some red peppers here doesn't this look wonderful so yummy and

now I'm going to go ahead and add my cheese so I have my extra cheese mixture

here I have some finely grated mozzarella with a little bit of aged

cheddar cheese just to give it that nice little punch of color and we're gonna

pop this sucker in the oven and keep an eye on it because we're working with

that a warmer temperature that we usually do a hotter temperature you want

to do for I would say about 15 to 19 minutes doesn't this look great you guys

let's get it in the oven and see how it turns out all right you guys let's do

this I'm so excited now there's two ways to go ahead and do this with pizza I'm

gonna show you the traditional way with one of these go ahead and cut your pizza

just like this or you can do what I love to do it's like my little secret

scissors and I can just go ahead just like this and cut my pizza

but let's grab a corner piece here so I can show you oh it's still super hot so

I can show you and I don't know can you see the bottom like that you guys look

at that can you see the steam coming off of it it is so hot but oh my goodness

this is crispy delicious and perfect pizza so I'm so excited I can't wait to

Armed Man Robs Wiener Stand, As He Runs Off With His Gun Makes A Mistake That Couldn't Be Funnier - Duration: 3:25.

It's not every day that the universe dispenses quick justice, and we should be grateful when

it happens.

When it happens, and it's also hilarious?

Extra grateful.

We've all heard the stories of idiot criminals – guys that haven't learned basic lessons

of common sense, and yet think they're qualified to rob a business.

Lessons like, for example, 'don't answer when someone calls you by your name while

you're robbing the same place you work at.'

Not smart.

But today's story is even better – it combines stupidity with poetic justice.

Per the 'stupid' part, the lesson is simple – don't try to flee a building while simultaneously

securing your handgun, grabbing cash off the floor, and slipping on a puddle of grease.

Because then you might shoot yourself in the wiener, after robbing a hot dog stand.

securing your handgun, grabbing cash off the floor, and slipping on a puddle of grease.

Because then you might shoot yourself in the wiener, after robbing a hot dog stand.

I promise I'm not making this up.

Fox News reports:

A man in Chicago paid a hefty price when he tried to rob a hot dog stand — he accidentally

shot himself in the penis during the getaway.

Our subject today is one Terrion Pouncey, who is about to learn the hard way that you

shouldn't multitask with a firearm.

Ever.

One of the [robbery] victims had been carrying a large bucket of grease.

With the gun pointed at his head, the employee was trying to hand over a stack of $1 bills

but the bucket slipped and the money flew out of his hands.

Pouncy grabbed the fallen money and started to run away while trying to secure his gun

at his waist.

But as he fled, the gun accidentally went off and shot him in the penis.

The thief didn't make it very far before the pain of his injuries took over and he

collapsed.

Ouch.

This isn't the first time we've seen a robbery foiled because the burglars lacked

basic common sense when it came to gun safety.

(There's also the lack of morals, but that doesn't catch criminals quite as often.)

So let's review – first of all, don't ever holster your gun in your waistband, unless

you want to get shot in the penis.

Second, don't ever holster your gun on a slippery surface, unless you want to get shot,

possibly in the penis.

Third, don't distract yourself with a secondary task – picking up cash – while holstering

your gun, in your waistband, while on a slippery surface.

Because…well, you get the idea.

Do You Have The Rarest Personality Type In The World? How To Tell If You're an INFJ - Duration: 4:55.

Do You Have The Rarest Personality Type In The World?

How To Tell If You're an INFJ

Out of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, INFJ type is believed to be the most rare.

These uncommon jewels of the personality spectrum make up less than one percent of the population.

I am not an INFJ, and to my knowledge, I have only befriended one INFJ in my life.

This is not surprising considering how few of them there are.

I have, however, seen many, many INFJ cartoons, memes and YouTube videos floating around on the Internet.

This led me to do some research on these unique little snowflake personalities.

What I discovered was both fascinating and inspiring.

So, I thought I'd give all of you a peek into what INFJs are all about.

Who knows, you might just be one of them.

The most surprising thing about INFJs

One of the things that differentiates INFJs from other introverted types is their easy and pleasant conversation style.

They are known for being great verbal communicators.

To most friends and acquaintances, the INFJ type seems very sociable and extroverted.

This can cause confusion when INFJs become overwhelmed and must withdraw from people.

In truth, INFJs are just like other introverts in the sense that they are very selective with whom they consider real

friends.

They like helping people (like, a lot)

"You are not here merely to prepare to make a living.

You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision,

with a finer spirit of hope and achievement.

You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand." ~Woodrow Wilson

INFJs feel it is their duty and purpose to help those in need.

They are often involved with charities and NGOs.

They are known for being warm altruists who genuinely care about the welfare of others.

"I am indeed a practical dreamer.

… I want to convert my dreams into realities as far as possible." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

INFJ types are decisive idealists, which means that their strong ideals are supported by determined action.

Their decisiveness helps them to achieve their dreams and make a difference in the world.

Sensitive among sensitives

"I am observant of other people's emotional states." ~ Cate Blanchett

Like most introverts, INFJs are highly sensitive to the feelings of others.

They take extra care to be mindful of other people's feelings.

They will go great lengths to avoid conflict or criticism.

INFJs are also highly perceptive of inner, unconscious processes.

Reading between the lines is their specialty.

Geez, don't they have any weaknesses?

Like other intuitive introverts, INFJs sometimes struggle with external sensing peception.

This means that they can become so absorbed in their inner world that they are oblivious to the physical world (now

this I can relate to).

The rarity of their personality type makes a lot of INFJs feel like they don't fit in.

This might lead them to emulate a more common personality type, such as ESTP.

Famous INFJs

Mother Teresa

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Nelson Mandela

Nicole Kidman

Mel Gibson

Jimmy Carter

Goethe

Cate Blanchett

Mahatma Gandhi

Marilyn Manson

Lars von Trier

A New Place For INFJs

It can be lonely being the rarest personality type in the world – but it doesn't have to be.

7 Best Flat Feet Treatments - Duration: 11:18.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you my top seven

treatments for flat feet. so let's get started.

So flat feet are basically when the arches fall. this could be from weakness.

this can be from a mechanical issue in the foot, even up to the knee. so

basically you have your normal arch in your foot and flat feet is when it goes

all the way down, and so that causes a lot of pain and irritation. so a great

way to get that loosened up and going is to start off just with a simple ball

roll. this is a lacrosse ball. you can use a tennis ball, a racquet ball any kind of

thing that is pretty pretty firm. just to start loosening up that fascia

underneath. so I like to start with this just one or two minutes of rolling. you

don't have to go super crazy with it, but you're really just trying to loosen up

that fascia before you go into the stretches and exercises. go all the way

to the heel cause that fascia goes all the way down there, and then all the way

up to the ball of your feet. so just roll it through. if you have any specific

spots that are extra tender, usually that's right in the arch there, you can

focus on that spot a little bit, but you're not pushing so hard where it's

painful. while you're doing it, it might be a little bit painful, but you really

want it to just be loosening up and getting it going. so if you're really

hurting while you're doing this, you're probably pushing too hard and just

lightly roll on it. again this is just to get it loosened up and get it going. so

after you do about maybe one minute two minutes of it depending on how much

you've been doing that day, then you can go into an exercise where you're just

basically lifting the arch of your foot. so now you want to start exercising that

those muscles right in the arch there. the way to do that is you want to really

try and keep your heel and your toes down, and you're just going to curl that

arch up into a C position. so I like starting off sitting doing it you can

eventually go to standing, but while you're trying to figure it out, sometimes

it's really hard and sometimes your foot tries to cramp while you're doing it. so

just take it nice and slow. don't feel like you have to arch it up super

high the first time, and if you have that flat feet, it might be kind of hard to do

the first time. so trying to keep the toes down, trying to keep the heel down,

and just kind of curl up that part. so you can see there and then come back

down. so just a little hold at the top, little squeeze, you're you're squeezing

those muscles in there you're exercising them, and then you're coming back down. so

again, I would just start off with a little bit of these because if you

haven't been doing these, your muscles might try and tighten up or cramp up, so

I just start off with ten. you know maybe one or two sets of ten if you feel good,

you can kind of work your way up from there. another great treatment for flat

feet is to have some custom or semi-custom insoles, and I really like

insoles because I have a medium arch but I pronate my foot so having an insole

in there really really helps. and if you have flat feet, this kind of helps

bring it up and put your foot back into a neutral position because a lot of

times with those flat feet, your foot rolls in and you get that pronated

position, and then that can cause problems in your knees, problems in

your hips, problems with walking in general. and the folks at Tread Labs sent

me their semi custom orthotics, and so this is really nice here because it has

four different arch sizes that you can use, and when you go to their website it

takes you through some stuff where you can pick what you want, and what shoe

you're going to use it for and everything like that. and so this is

really nice. what's super great about this is this part is the part that

changes the height of the arch, and they guarantee it forever. so this is

something that they guaranteed forever that it will work and what's even cooler

about it is usually with insoles the top part here ends up getting worn out and

that's when you know it starts rolling up and and get gets worn because you're

using it a lot and rubbing it, and then people just then throw those insoles

away, but what you can do with Tread Labs is you can order just that top part, so

when that starts wearing out, you don't have to get rid of your insole you just

order some of those, go to their website and show you how to change.

so that's really really awesome - and you can see here where mine is the

medium arch and then so if you are not sure what you need you can go to their

website and use their customer service for helping. but a lot of times you kind

of know what your arch size is and if it doesn't work out for you you give them a

call and you can try another size and things

like that. so that's really cool as well. so like any insoles orthotics semi, or

custom, full custom you really want to build

your feet up to these. so if you have flat feet, if you have high arches, and

you haven't used insoles before, you don't want to just stick these in your

shoes and go all day because your feet are gonna get really really mad with you.

you really want to kind of build them up. this just like exercising in general, so

I usually recommend that when you first get them, just wear them for about thirty

minutes around the house and it might be a little sore in that arch especially if

it's changing that position a lot, but that's pretty normal. and then the next

day maybe go an hour then the next day two hours and you kind of work your way

up from there, but I really don't recommend just putting them in and going

all day because your feet will be really sore, and you'll you'll think that it's

the insoles but it's really just that your feet are trying to get used to it.

so make sure you work your way up with the time that you have your insoles in

your shoes. if you're interested in purchasing the semi-custom insoles from

Tread Labs, make sure and click on the link up here. so the next exercise is

going to be a towel crunch. so it's kind of just like it sounds with your foot

you can take any kind of towel this one is a little bit thinner, so it's going to

make it harder which is good, but if you are starting off you might want a towel

this a little more coarse because that's a little easier to grab with your toes.

but basically you're just crunching up the towel with your toes, so you're just

kind of squeezing in those toes to try and crunch up the towel. so you can see I

have a little bit of a hard time, but I'm not really great at it anyways, but this

is just again working those muscles of the feet working the muscles in the

arches really just to get them going and get them working because you can see as

I curl in my toes, I'm working that arch area. so going back to the same thing

that I said with the other exercise if your feet haven't been doing a whole

lot of exercises, this might try and make them cramp, so don't feel like you have

to go crazy with this. just maybe try and crunch it ten times or time yourself, do

thirty Seconds to a minute, and then take a break because if you do too much those

muscles are going to get really really mad at you so just trying to crunch it

up. and again the different sizes of towel it's like a beach towel will be a

little bit easier and then if you get like a kitchen towel like this, then it's

a little bit harder. so the next exercise is going to be a windshield wiper, and

the anterior tibialis and the posterior tibialis where we get shin splints

sometimes are the muscles that help hold up the arch there they hold up that

inner side of the arch, so you want to exercise those muscles because if those

become weak that also makes you have a flat foot or fallen arch. so you really

want to exercise those muscles as well. so a really easy exercise for that is

the windshield wipers. so if you want to prop up your foot you can if you just

want to hold it up in the air you can, but make sure that your heel is not on

anything so you have nice free movement so all you're going to do is just kind

of like it sounds, is a windshield wiper movement. but really go out and up and

then in and up. so you're gonna go out, pull it up getting that anterior

tibialis, and then in and up getting that posterior tibialis. and you see my toes

trying to curl a little bit and sometimes they'll do that, but just going

back and forth get a really big squeeze at the end, a little pause and come back.

so it's not just this and it's not the whole leg going back and forth, you're

really trying to do that at the ankle in the foot. so out and up and then in and

up. so again just starting off with you know ten or fifteen of these, one or two

sets, and then if that feels okay, you can work your way up from there. so the last

exercise and stretch is going to be standing up. so this stretch standing up

you'll need a step a curb something where you can kind of be up on it and

hang your heel off. this is a planar fascia of stretch, and I really really

like this one because really stretches it out. it helps

stretch out that arch as well, but make sure you're being safe while you do it.

so if you have a little bit of balance issues, make sure you have something to

hold on to especially if you're on a higher step if you're on a curb I

usually tell people to put one foot a little bit more forward to give you some

balance. you're going to take the ball of your foot and put it right on the edge

with the step or the curb, and then take your heel and just drop it straight down.

you'll feel it in the calf area, you'll feel it in your foot. it's just a great

stretch for that lower leg. so this since this is a full stretch, you want to hold

this for 30 seconds. so just nice and relaxed. again if you need to hold on to

something, if you're doing it with your stairs and you have rails, make sure and

hold on because it's not a balance exercise, it's a stretch. I really want

you to be able to focus on that stretch. so after you do that give it a little 10

to 15 second break, and do that a total of three times. I like stretching it best

without my shoes on because I feel like that stretches that plantar fascia area

more, but if you do it with your shoes on that's fine, too. the shoes will help give

you a little more of a grip or if you've been running you can just do it on the

curb on the side with your shoes on, but if you're at home, just stretching out, I

feel like you get a little better stretch without your shoes on. just make

sure that you're stable and your foot doesn't slip off like that with the sock.

so three times thirty Seconds. the last exercise is just going to be a heel

raise. so again if you have a little bit of balance issues, make sure you're

holding on to something because you really want to focus on the exercise.

put your feet about shoulder width apart with your toes facing forward, and all

you're going to do is just go up on your toes lifting your heels, and then nice

and slowly come back down. so this is a controlled movement here. I'm not just going

up and down and using momentum like that, but really coming up nice and slow, and

then nice and slow coming back down. so again just starting off with 10 or 15 of

these. if your feet are really sore and hurting, this is going to be a little

tough to do if you get to 20-25, and it's pretty easy, then you can start doing it

with just one foot. so just coming up nice and tall and then nice

coming back down. those were your top seven treatments for flat feet. if you're

interested in purchasing the tread labs semi-custom insoles, make sure and click

on the link up here, and don't forget to subscribe by clicking down here. and

remember be safe (keep your feet happy), have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

D.I.Y. Leather/Pleather necklace - Collana in pelle/finta pelle fatta a mano - Duration: 7:22.

>> Hi and welcome or welcome back to my channel

today's video is a tutorial that will allow you to make

a unique, beautiful and easy

D.I.Y. leather or pleather necklace

like this one

I love the idea, which - as usual - I found on Pinterest

and I immediately decided to give it a try

and it's so easy to make it that I actually created 3 different ones.

You'll find out in a minute the needed supplies, which are just a few

and with a little bit of creativity you'll get a

perfect neckace to match your outfits as you'll choose the color you prefer.

if you like the idea too keep watching my tutorial and here is what you'll need

for this project

some leather or pleather in the color you prefer,

some hot glue or superglue,

a chain,

some jump rings,

some necklace clasps,

an hole puncher to pierce the leather

some pliers,

scissors,

a piece of paper

and a pen.

First of all we need to create a template to help us with the project

by drawing on a piece of paper a leaf shape around 8 cm long

As you can see I eyeballed the shape and adjusted it until I found the correct proportion

Now let's cut the exceeding paper,

let's fold the paper by the half

and let's cut out the leaf shape

with this technique we'll get the same width and proportions on both sides

Now that we have our template let's use it to cut out of the leather 4 leaves, just like so.

Ok, we have our leather leaves ready

now let's hot glue the two sides together, like so.

Let's try to glue the sides at different lengths on every leaf

so that the leaves will match one with the other when we'll assemble the necklace later

Brilliant, now let's glue the leaves together trying to create a lovely composition, like so.

In order to connect the chain we need to pierce the leather on both ends

I used an hole punch, but you can also use a wool needle or an awl

Once we pierced the leather on both ends let's cut the chain to the right length

by measuring it around our neck in order to avoid mistakes

Ok, now let's link the chain to the leather using a jump ring

let's open the jump ring and let's connect the hole on the leather to the last chain link

then let's close it back, like so.

Let's move on by cutting the chain in the middle

and let's add a jumpring and a clasp on one side

and a single jump ring on the other side.

et voilà, the necklace is done

If you like the idea you can make several ones in different colors, like I did.
