Welcome back to another episode, Im john and today I have prepared a new full flavor eliquid

recipe that uses only 3 flavors.

The idea behind this eliquid as always is to get a nice and flavorful vape while keeping

it fast and simple.

So after say that, today's recipe is Yellow Pear.

To get the main flavor I was between flavourart and inawera.

They both have a very good and true tasting pear flavors, but for this recipe I needed

something that not only tastes good but also has some authority to be able to work as the

main flavor.

Now the pear from flavourart is a great flavor to be used as a fruit enhancer.

It will add extra brightness and sweetness to most recipes.

But it also has a downside, that when it's used solo it tends to fade rather quickly.

So I went next to Inaweras pear . This is also very similar tasting to the flavourart

version but this flavor was mainly created to be used solo so it can carry the flavor

for longer due to additional additives it has.

But there is also a downside of containing all these extra aromas which is a harsh chemical

aftertaste overpowering the eliquid at anything higher than 5%.

So here is the full recipe.

Inaweras pear is used as the main flavor at 3%.

Together with some raspberry from capella.

Even though the ratios are very close the raspberry is a much weaker flavor and it is

used here mainly as an enhancer.

It will bring some mild sourness to the vape that will help mellow out the candy sweetness

coming from the pear and add some extra mouthfeel to the whole flavor.

In the end there is also 0.5% of sweetener which I recommended to be a sucralose based

sweetener because there is already enough ethyl Maltol inside the 2 other flavors.

Also instead of the sucralose, stevia would work well here too or even something with

menthol or koolada.

And finishing is all mixed at 60% vegetable glycerin and 40% propylene glycol and steeped

for only 3 days.

It will not need much longer than that, maybe wait for 5 days if you want to leave it longer

but the most important thing is to blend it well originally when you are making it.

The flavor of this eliquid is something very unique.

The combination of pear and raspberry creates a rich and flavorful vapor that tastes very

smooth.

It is an eliquid that will vape easily and without creating any flavor fatigue.

The main thing you taste her is the pear with the raspberry only helping it in the background

so this is technically a pear juice eliquid and thus the recipe title.

If you like fruity eliquids or you are looking to take a break from thick creams then this

recipe would be something good to refresh your taste buds.

Am aproximativ 400 de dolari.

Cu banii ăștia îți poți cumpăra un aparat foto DSLR pentru începători.

Perfect! Și ce marcă să-mi cumpăr?

Eu prefer Canon dar fratelui mei îi place Nikon.

Care-i diferența dintre cele două.

constructive dismissals

Now a constructive dismissal is really just a fancy way to say "I

quit" to your employer, but to also at the same time

exercise and enforce all of the rights that you would have if you were an employee who was fired without cause.

So the general rule of thumb and British Columbia is that an

employee an employee who quits their position isn't going to be entitled to any severance pay or any notice.

They're walking away from the job, and you know that's on them

But constructive dismissal is a very specific

category in the law that allows an employee who quits

To bring a claim against the employer for severance. The idea is is that although the employer hasn't fired the employee

they have, by their conduct or the way that they might have changed the employees

workplace or duties,

changed their employment.

Such to the point that they've pretty much been fired and have all of the rights of a fired employee, so not every minor

change that an employer might make to an employee's

employment contract or to their workplace will result in an employee having the rights of a constructively dismissed employee.

A really obvious example would be if you were a CEO one day

and then you showed up the next day, and you were demoted to Janitor.

Well you haven't been fired, but you're essentially being fired

You have all of the same rights to claim for severance as an employee who has been fired?

but not all cases are that black and white and

there's a lot of gray area so it's important that you do consult a lawyer before exercising the

option of constructive dismissal

And whilst she is thrilled with her success, she misses having a normal social life experience. She explained: This isnt a 9-to-5 job. Its not like we clock in and then were out, like were living together.

I dont have a normal social life experience. Like, Im not going to school and then going to parties after and meeting people.

At the same time, I still need to live life. Im human and I need to hug people, I need to laugh with people, I need to cry with people. Like, I need that part..

today we're gonna be talking about why Ben Simmons should be considered a NBA

MVP candidate what up to all my subscribers how you guys feeling today

I'm feeling great so let's get into this Ben Simmons discussion one we're gonna

talk about why Ben Simmons should be considered an NBA MVP candidate two I'ma

list of NBA players who are considered MVP candidates after just the first nine

games three I'm gonna talk about why these players should and shouldn't be

ranked four at the end of this video I'm gonna compare Ben Simmons stats to all

of these players stats 5 there is no five

let's just get into it now all of these players are legit candidates for the

2018 MVP they're from the nba.com Kia watch list

now there's 10 players on this list but I'm only gonna key in on 5 but I am

gonna list all 10 just so you can see what it looks like now number 10 on this

list I had Andrew Wiggins number nine is Kevin Durant number eight was Kyrie Irving

number 7 was LeBron James number 6 was Stephen Curry now the top 5 is who I

really want to key in and focus on okay number 5 Blake Griffin now I don't really

have a problem with Blake Griffin he's averaging 22 points a game 8 rebounds

and 5 assists that's great especially coming off that injury and then losing

Chris Paul you would think the Clippers wouldn't be in this predicament but they

are and he's considered an MVP and they're winning games to me his stats

are not that bad I mean 22 points a game and 8 rebounds that's legit but Blake

Griffin should be at least around a double-double to really be considered

A MVP in my eyes number 4 on this list is DeMarcus Cousins he's averaging

30 points per game 13 rebounds and 6 assists

that's nasty this is what I see wrong with the Cousins team his team is

4-5 if the season ended right now they will not be in the NBA Playoffs you

don't know how to win games he did the same thing with the Sacramento Kings

they didn't win no games and he had high averages now you averaging 30 points a

game you can't pop the top teams in the Western Conference or at least the other

teams that will pose a threat to your team that's not MVP like the other

thing I have a problem was he leads the team in every stat category so

apparently you don't make players around you better okay I love that you're

averaging 30 points a game like 13 rebounds and six assists but that's not

making people around you better that's not winning games you have another

superstar around you and Anthony Davis and you guys are sitting at 4 & 5 he's

average 30 points a game just like you and also should be considered a top

MVP candidate both of you guys are considered the best centers in the game

there's no excuse you should be winning games number three on this list they

consider Russell Westbrook I don't have a problem with that he had a

triple-double last year and won MVP this year not so great if it's team loss

today they would not be in the playoffs again the same situation as DeMarcus

Cousins you have great stats but you guys ain't winning no games now I know

some people oh it's the chemistry King Coopa J is the big three they just got

together no forget all that that's what the preseason is for if you feel

like your team don't have chemistry you shouldn't be playing those rookies in

preseason you should be starting your starting five and building that

chemistry then there's no excuse not to be winning games OKC should be at least

seven and two right now they lost some key games to Boston T-Wolves and the

Jazz now T-Wolves and jazz are considered top teams in a Western

Conference you have to pop them number two one is listed James Harden I don't

have a problem with James Harden he balled out last year's considered an MVP

not the end of this video I'm gonna compare James Harden's stats to Ben

Simmons right and you're gonna see why Ben Simmons could at least be ranked

number two even on the last person on this list at number one was Giannis

Antetokounmpo now Giannis is a baller Greek the three-ball right now

his team is 4-5 right now after nine games they will not be in the playoffs

he leads his team in every stat category that means there's nobody on his team at

all and it also means that players around him are not getting better

they're third in their division Detroit Indiana Cleveland all the head of this

guy actually they're tied with Cleveland but in

Cleveland you got another MVP candidate LeBron James and y'all just got popped by them you

can't do that if you're gonna be the most valuable player tenth and east

tied with the Cavs LeBron or him wouldn't go to the playoffs right now if the

season-ending sucks so how can you consider this guy a NBA MVP when

they're not winning games like that you know what it is

it was the hype It was the hype at the beginning of the

season with Gennis Antetokounmpo but at the same time I like to hype and

I appreciate the hype and he should be considered number one but at the end of

the day you're not winning games bro not making people around you better you're

not going to the playoffs right now got to get those W's now let's talk

about Ben Simmons Ben Simmons team is 5-4 they're third in Atlantic

division their division they're also fifth in the Eastern Conference so they

are a playoff team if the season ended today they wasn't last year a big

improvement because of who one guy Ben Simmons not one but two triple doubles in

the first nine games of the season won against Detroit in which they won 97 to

86 my man balled out he had 21 points 12 rebounds and 10 assists come on man

Detroit right now is like number two in the East and they're also

Giannis Antetokounmpo division and he lost to them he popped the Pacers another team

that the Bucks lost to drop the triple-double on him 14 points 11

rebounds 11 assists go ahead Ben Simmons MVP like he's got 18 points a game

eight assists ten boards that's sick for a rookie he's the first rookie since

Oscar Robinson has these type of numbers that's like 1960 and also he is the

first rookie since Oscar Robinson to have a triple-double within the first

four games not Michael Jordan not Kobe Bryant not LeBron James none of these

guys dropped a triple-double in their first four games like Ben Simmons just on

that alone that's NBA Rookie of the Year now let's talk about MVP okay now that

we talked about a team stuff and records let's get into some of these guys actual

individual stats now Blake Griffin is averaging 22 points a game eight

Simmons over on the other hand 18 points a game eight assists ten boards that's

pretty much the same Ben Simmons could at least be number five on this list

DeMarcus Cousins 30 points 10 rebounds six assists those are extraordinary

numbers great numbers for a big man you look at Ben Simmons stats that's not too

far off from where he's at and the fact that they got DeMarcus Cousins number

four on this list with the stats that he had is crazy so it must mean something

if points don't really factor in like that Russell Westbrook now this is the

matchup I really wanted to key in on because for one

Russell Westbrook has similar stats to Ben Simmons all right let's check it out

19 points a game 18 points a game 9 rebounds per game 10 rebounds per game

11 assists per game 8 assists per game these guys are neck-and-neck and Russell

is number 3 and his team is not in the playoffs Ben has the same type of stats

his team is in the playoffs two triple doubles in the first nine games Ben

Simmons could be number three James Harden now I told you I'm a break James

Harden's stats down it's kind of weird when you compare him to Ben Simmons okay

James sorry 26 points per game 4.8 rebounds per game nine assists his team

is winning but he is 1 in 1 with Ben Simmons the first game James Harden popped him

Ben Simmons came back to them popped him now check this out this is going to be

kind of weird but true sports fans will understand what I'm talking to here

assists equal points now if you take 26 points per game and you take at least

four points off with that where would you be at 18 points now if you look

at it like this James Harden is averaging 18 points 9 assists 9 rebounds

that's the same as Ben Simmons you could take four assists away from Ben Simmons

which will drop him down to five and then add it to his point total which

would bring him up to 26 it's the exact same as James Harden Ben Simmons could be

number two Giannis Antetokounmpo number one 31 points per game 10

rebounds five point three assists now look at this is the exact same as

DeMarcus Cousins who is number four on his list and also both of these guys are

losing they're not in the playoffs now you look at Ben Simmons that's right we

just compared him to Russell Westbrook he's on his way to a triple-double right

Giannis is having an extraordinary season that's what people were saying that's

what the hype is but not really because his extraordinary season is not outdoing

the season Russell Westbrook had last year and Russell Westbrook had 31 points

per game while averaging a triple-double so I peg it just like this if Giannis

can't win games and win key matchups against key players and other MVP like

candidates he shouldn't be number one

What to Do When You Feel Lonely | Real Life Tips - Duration: 7:54.

Hey it's Abbi J from ajlifehacks.com and today I'm really, I don't know if excited

is the right word but I really want to talk about loneliness today and I want

to share with you some tips on how we can combat loneliness because I feel

like loneliness is one of the most universal feelings that all of us

experience at different points in our lives and so the tips I want to share

with you today can work for any age demographic where you live it doesn't

matter. These tips are going to help you to combat that awful and encroaching

feeling of being lonely.

[Intro]

According to physcologytoday.com there are about seven different types of

loneliness. There's the loneliness that comes from

hey I've moved to a new town and ciity and I know no one, to the loneliness of I

don't feel like people care about me. I might be surrounded by people but I just

don't feel like they care. Or the loneliness of not having pets in your

life or a sweetheart in your life there's so many different reasons that

we can feel loneliness and it doesn't necessarily mean that we're just off on

our own alone and that's why loneliness can be so universal and so pervasive in

our life is because we can be experiencing the loneliness of yes I'm

the new kid but even after years of oh I have my friend group people know me now

you can be hit with the loneliness of man they just feel like people don't

care or I don't have a sweetheart and I don't have somebody that I feel really

cares about me personally. And so what do we do about that? My first tip for you

for combating loneliness is to figure out why you're feeling lonely. Take a

second and really truly think about where your loneliness is stemming from.

Is it from your friends? Is it from lack of friends? Is it from an event that's

happened that made you open up your awareness to the fact that maybe you're

missing something in your life? What is it that you are feeling? Because just

saying "loneliness" and blanking it over with that isn't good enough to fixing

the problem. Just saying oh I'm lonely. Well guess what? You can be lonely and

hanging out with people and people are just gonna look at you like you're crazy.

So figure out why you are feeling lonely write this down think about this like

seriously take some time to dive deep into your emotions and where they are

coming from. The second tip I have for you with loneliness is to practice being

open now the skill of being open or I would say it's more a

choice and being open to life, to opportunities, to people, is something

that can be difficult for a lot of people. And why it's really important to

practice this is because if you want to change, you've identified in step one

what kind of loneliness you are experiencing or what

creates this feeling of loneliness for you, you're fine until tell maybe you go in

to the football games and you see all these people and realize that you don't

know anybody, like what is triggering your loneliness, and now you have to be

open to the possibility of changing that. And that might be putting yourself out

there like going to singles events or making new friends or letting people

know that you need more from them. It's scary. I get that.

We--nobody likes putting yourself out there because there's the fear of

rejection. There's the fear of not getting what you're after but you have

to combat those fears and push through it because this is a greater cost to you

finding happiness and joy and it starts with you being open to the possibilities

of new friends, new people in your life, new opportunities, and a new journey for

you. So start consciously practicing being open to the solutions to the first

loneliness triggers and symptoms that you're feeling. Now my third tip for you

is to be as healthy as you possibly can be. Now I get that seems a little bit

weird. We're talking about something that we feel emotionally, right? Loneliness

isn't a disease but loneliness affects us on all aspects of our health mental

and physical and emotional and so we need to combat loneliness on every front.

We need to make sure we're getting enough sleep, that we're eating as

healthy as we can, and that we're practicing you know the physical like

exercising and taking care of our bodies so that we feel our best. I'm sure you've

experienced before when you are sick like you just feel so vulnerable and

emotional and on the flip side when you've had a horrible day I'm sure your

body aches and hurts and feels just so tired. It's because

we're just so connected. We're just like one being. There's not an emotional

mental side of us and a physical side of us. It's one being insult in person. So

try to be as healthy as you possibly can because it's gonna help you, you know,

fight this emotional front of defeating your loneliness. And my last tip for you

and this is probably the most important tip and this is to look outside of

yourself. When we are lonely our world becomes very, very, very small and we

start to think about our problems and why people don't like us or why

everything bad happens to us and why this is happening to us and how other

people have it's so great and our world is hard. And this is really hard

and I'm not dismissing those feelings. I have felt those feelings. I have

definitely experienced then more than I care to admit, but we need to start to

open up our lives and to look outside of ourselves. This might be a new hobby.

This definitely involves service and I am a huge advocate that service does

not mean that now once a week I donate 12 hours iof my Saturday to go you know

volunteer at this organization. That's amazing but I personally can't

get that. But I can give a smile. I can give a nice call to a friend. I can send

a cute text to somebody to cheer up their day. I can pick up trash where I go. I

can serve in little ways every day. When you start to look outside yourself, you

start to realize that the world is so much bigger than you are and I don't see

that in a discriminating way. I say that in that people have it worse than you,

there's people who are more lonely than you and people that you need to reach

out to and this step really helps with step number two of opening yourself up.

They kind of go together. So start looking outside yourself. I pray

when I'm lonely. You can reach out to other people but make sure that you

aren't closing off your world and keeping it all about you and start to

serve other people and you'll start to see that your loneliness piece by piece,

is not easy and it's not instinct, but piece by piece your loneliness will

start to go away or not be as frequent. So there you have it! Those are my tips

for you for combatting loneliness. It's a scary thing to be lonely. We feel

like it's never gonna end but it does and it will and you know what? It might

come again in your life but use these tips. Find out what works for you.

Everybody is so different and maybe one of these tips is awesome for you and the

rest don't work but try it out see what happens for you and comment below. Share

You look at the knockouts hes had compared to the knockouts that Wilders had and it tells the story.

You just have to side with Joshua every day of the week, there are just so many KOs on his record.  I think his all-round technical game is better and he is more dangerous with his power..

Seconds After Revealing His Plan To GUT Obamacare, Trump Said Something That Stunned Congress.

Unlike Congress, President Trump is tired of playing games with American families.

He wants us safe, healthy, and fully prepared for life's many surprises.

He's tired of arguing petty details with career politicians while this country could

be marching forward, and he's tired of compromising with selfish men and women.

The good news?

Those days are done.

President Trump is now fully prepared to destroy Obamacare by executive order.

That means if both Dems and Republicans don't make good on their pledge to repeal the individual

mandate that forces Americans to purchase health insurance, President Trump will be

forced to take over completely.

The White House Office of Management and Budget has readied the executive order and the action

immediately caught the attention of Congress.

House Speaker Paul Ryan said Sunday that GOP members have recently toyed with the idea

of repealing the mandate through their tax bill, but as expected, Ryan wouldn't reveal

where he stands.

The mandate has remained the least popular feature of the Affordable Care Act and nearly

every Republican pushed to repeal and replace Obamacare in 2017.

Unfortunately for American citizens, that hasn't been enough to make it happen.

But if President Trump moves forward with the executive order, his administration would

stop collecting penalties from people who choose NOT to buy health insurance.

In layman's terms, Americans would stop being penalized for making the choice to forego

coverage.

This is big news for struggling families, especially when the Congressional Budget Office

reports that the average penalty is $695 per adult or 2.5% of income.

Want more good news?

The CBO also projects that repealing this single mandate would leave 15 million fewer

Americans without health insurance.

It's no wonder why President Trump has maintained his stance on Obamacare.

Nothing about Obama's attempt at socialized medicine is good for this country and now's

the time to let it die.

If this nation wants to continue moving forward and achieving greatness, we need to follow

a man who wants nothing less.
