BREAKING NEWS – TRUMP JUST DID IT!
Obama Ready To Start A RIOT!
President Donald Trump is on a mission to make America great again and has been actively
doing that daily since taking office one year ago.
The overhaul of changes has not gone over well with his detractors, especially his predecessor,
Barack Hussein Obama.
Obama worked hard to destroy our country, especially in one particularly sick way that
Trump could not ignore.
He just made a massive change for the betterment of those who deserve it most, much to the
discontent of Obama and the Democrat party.
It's only a matter of time now before the racist rioters take the streets and start
destroying things to get what they feel they're deserved.
Not on Trump's watch!
The military was greatly diminished and disregarded under Obama who repeatedly proved that he
has zero respect for these brave men and women and the important sacrifice they make in protecting
our nation.
For eight years, Obama did everything he could to diminish our military's capabilities
and disrespect our soldiers.
His disdain for them and disregard for their sacrifice evident in everything he did from
making them scrap for aircraft replacement parts in a junkyard to reducing them to his
personal servants who hold his umbrella.
All this was going on while he was giving hoards of American cash to our enemies, making
them stronger while weakening our defense against them.
We're now seeing what a difference a patriotic president makes.
Among the most important Americans in this country to our president and first family
who have repeatedly proved it, are our military members and their families.
Both Donald and Melania have made great effort to show their appreciation for these heroes,
every chance they get.
This latest move is probably Trump's biggest yet and our Service Members and their families
certainly deserve it a lot more than welfare gluttons do who Obama catered to.
Conservative Tribune reports:
While former President Obama dramatically downsized our military, President Donald Trump
has delivered on his promise to dramatically change American soldiers' lives for the
better.
On Tuesday, Trump signed into law the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act, a $700
billion defense budget that will dramatically increase military spending and capabilities.
The massive budget increase will give American soldiers the largest pay raise in more than
seven years.
According to American Military News, the budget signed by Trump will give U.S. troops a 2.4
percent pay raise and create additional opportunities for employment in the military to ensure America
continues to have the strongest military in the world.
"This legislation represents a momentous step toward rebuilding our military and securing
the future for our children," Trump said Tuesday at the White House while signing the
measure into law, according to the Washington Examiner.
"I applaud the work of the members of both parties who came together to pass the National
Defense Authorization Act, which passed with overwhelming bipartisan support— something
that sounds very nice to my ears."
Trump's timing on this was no coincidence.
He wanted to ensure the best for our military in the wake of another terrorist attack on
our soil, knowing that they are crucial to protecting our nation from this threat that
his predecessor brought here.
That comes at no small cost or sacrifice and he does not spare anything when it comes to
protecting America and taking care of those whose job it is to do that.
"In the wake of the failed terrorist attack in New York on Monday, Trump stressed the
importance of ensuring the U.S. is fully capable of protecting itself from operations such
as the one carried out by a radical Islamic terrorist," Conservative Tribune continued.
"These attacks underscore the dangers we face from around the globe, the National Defense
Authorization Act could not come at a more opportune or important time," Trump said.
"History teaches us that when you weaken your defenses, you invite aggression.
The best way to prevent conflict of any kind is to be prepared.
Only when the good are strong will peace prevail."
This also comes at a time when we're on the brink of World War III which will be brought
on by North Korea's improved ballistic missiles that have the capability of reaching America.
There are still a few of Obama's hurdles he has to cross before the funds can be freed
up, which were probably put there by him on purpose.
"NDAA sets the budget but does not provide funding, which Congress must do.
Trump urged Congress to pass legislation that will fund the defense budget," American
Military News pointed out.
"Now Congress must finish the job by eliminating the defense sequester and passing a clean
appropriations bill," Trump said, according to the Washington Examiner.
"I think it's gonna happen.
We need our military, it's gotta be perfecto."
Trump has built our military back up to its former glory before Barack Obama stepped in
to destroy it, just as he promised he would when he vowed to always support them.

Top 10 Favorite Books of 2017! - Duration: 9:21.
Hi guys. I'm Beth. Thank you for joining!
Today we're going to talk about my favorite books of 2017.
Hi guys. Thanks again for joining. 2017 is almost to a close and so
it's time to take stock of the year, including the year's best books. Now I'm
kind of lying a little bit when I say "the year's best." What I'm going to look
at is going to be just my top 10 favorite books that I read in 2017. These
aren't even books that were necessarily published in 2017. They're just books I
happen to read, although several of them are new.
I have my handy dandy list here
with my terrible, terrible handwriting so I will be referring to it as we go
through the video. This is presented in no particular order, but I will save
my favorite book of the year for last.
So, in no particular order, here's the first
of my top 10 favorite books of 2017.
Number one: The Troop by Nick Cutter. Whoo!
This book this is a horror book and I really love horror/suspense; the creepier
the better, which is very strange and dark and twisted. But that's how I roll.
The Troop follows a group of Boy Scouts who are going out for a weekend camping
trip. Meanwhile, this strange virus has come out that makes people hungry.
Very, very hungry. Kind of like The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
And they eat everything, and
it just takes them over like a parasite, and then it gets a little bit Lord of
the Flies-ish because they turn on each other. It's just so good, so stark, pretty
graphic. So if you have a weak stomach, maybe stay away. But if you are dark and
twisted like myself, go for it. One of my next favorites is Homegoing by
Yaa Gyasi. Oh this look is so good. It follows generations and generations
of family members through the years as they move from a slave ship to a colony...
or maybe it's actually vice versa... to the US, to just different parts
in history and life. We only see glimpses of each of those lives, but
those glimpses are so touching and moving and I just I want to live more in
them. Not live there personally, but I want to look more in them, in the books.
It's such a good book. One of my very very favorites of the year. So glad I
read it. All right, next is The Animators by Kayla Rae Whitaker. This book was
really good, too! I'm going to say that about all the books because these are my
favorites of the year. The Animators follows a couple of friends who are
animators (duh) and they're kind of turbulent young-adulthoods.
They're not perfect.
They're very, very flawed. They drink too much. They drug too much. They work too much.
And they just, the devotion and friendship that they have for each other
is moving. It's also, I mentioned last week, part of the Tournament of Books and
I won't be surprised to see that one go far.
Another favorite is This is How
It Always Is by Laurie Frankel because the story just touched me so much.
It follows a family dealing with their youngest son's identity as a girl. And so,
they are an open loving family. The kid has the best of all circumstances. But
still, it's really difficult. Really difficult! And so it's a really good book.
One of my favorites of the year.
Hunger by Roxane Gay. This is a nonfiction book
in which Roxane Gay, famed author, talks about her own struggles with food with
body acceptance with body shaming. She just peels herself open
(not literally), lets us see inside to her very core, and of course I'm not ... I'm not using
that to say that I feel like I know her intimately. I don't. We're strangers.
But she exposes such a raw and vulnerable part of herself to us in those pages
that I just I'm so thankful for it. And I'm thankful for her giving us that
story of herself. So, another favorite is
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
Those three-named authors,
I always have a hard time with. This is a really fascinating book. Think of the
biggest starlet of the world, like a Joan Crawford. Very polished, very beautiful
very glamorous, but very private because of the media. Pretty much ... pretty much
everything you knew about celebrities at that time was what was made for the
media. It was more about, "Look at them in their glamorous pearls and diamonds."
In this book, we see the secret life of Evelyn Hugo and her true love. Even
though she has seven husbands, she talks about her very unexpected and very
moving true love of her life. It's just a fascinating read. Ooh, and it's fiction.
It's fiction! Evelyn Hugo ... there was no Evelyn Hugo. She's a fictional character.
But it's, um, oh it had me turning the pages almost like you would on some
tabloid, if you were thus inclined.
Another favorite is The Hate U Give by
Angie Thomas. I've talked about how I'm surprised that this one didn't make more
best of lists. It didn't make the Tournament of Books long list. It is
young adult. I'm usually not much into that genre. Nothing against that genre or
the people who read it it's just not usually the one I gravitate towards. But
I heard so much about this book that I read it, and it broke my freaking heart
within the first few pages. Oh man, it's such a good book! And so, it was one of my
favorites of the year. It had a look at the Black Lives Matter movement from
several different perspectives, so there was not necessarily a big hero of the
story other than the main character, who was not really a hero. She was just a
girl who was trying to make sense of what was going on around her.
It was just ...
It was a good book. I feel so trite saying stuff like :it was a good book" but there
you go. Another favorite of the year was
Little Fires Everywhere. It dealt with a
lot of things. So, white privilege, economic privilege, cultural
appropriation, single moms, and even just moms and their relationships with their
children. But aside from that, it was just a really good story. And it has also
shown up on many best of lists. Not that that impacts that being on MY list in
one way or the other.
Another favorite was Final Girls by Riley Sager.
Of course with my deep, dark heart, I have to include at least one thriller that
goes ... it goes pretty thrilly. Thrilly?? Is that a word?
It's thrilly. So, Final Girls. It's suspenseful. It's really, it has a
twist at the end, has twists throughout the book, it has unreliable characters,
and unreliable narrator, just, um, it's a good book. It was really compelling.
And then, my favorite! Here's my favorite. My favorite read of 2017:
Eat Only When You're Hungry by Lindsay Hunter. Oh, I loved it so much! I did a
whole other video on how much I loved this book. Now, it's gotten kind of a
mixed bag of reviews from just the general public. I haven't read a whole
lot of reviews from the reviewing elite yet on that one, but the general public
seemed a little bit iffy on it because the characters in the book are so
aggressively unlikable. They're so broken. But I think that's what really appeals
to me. We see this character study of a man who's just on a downward spiral,
and he's at the part of that downward spiral where it's almost like a tornado.
He's just twisting and turning so much on his way down and the velocity of it
is so hard and fast that he can't seem to back out of it. And it's just stark
and moving and dark and just, oh, even now, thinking about it, I just, it stays with me.
It really stays with me. So, that's my favorite of 2017.
All right. Let me know
your favorite reads of 2017. I really appreciate all of the
recommendations you guys have given me on the comments section of these videos!
I've gotten some really good book reading experiences out of it. Thank you
so much for watching, and I will check you out next. Check you out? I will see
you next time. Thanks. Bye. :)

Putin Explains Why He Decided to Run for Re-election and What is his Vision - Duration: 1:58.
Darya Knorre, Govorit Moskva [This is Moscow Speaking] radio station.
Mr President, why have you decided to run for re-election? What is your goal and mission?
What do you want to do for Russia? How should Russia change by the end of your next term, provided you win the election? Thank you.
You know I have spoken many times about a Russia I would like to see. I have done this at large events and at low-key events.
I will say it again: Russia must be spearheaded into the future.
It must become a modern country with a flexible political system, its economy must be based on high technology, and labour efficiency must increase manifold.
I would prefer not to talk about my election programme at this point. Just like any other candidate I will certainly have one. In fact, my programme is almost ready.
Let me repeat that this is probably not the right format for presenting it, but I can share with you some of its highlights that should be the focus of attention for the authorities and society in general.
Specifically, this has to do with infrastructure development, healthcare and education.
This is also about high technology, as I have already said, and improving labour efficiency.
There is no doubt that the ultimate goal of all these initiatives should be to increase household incomes in our country.
This is what I can say about my programme in the most general terms. I think that during today's conversation we will come back to these matters.

All I Want For Christmas is a Clean Dream Act - Duration: 2:55.
I don't want a lot for Christmas
There is just one thing I need
I don't care about the presents,
Underneath Trump's Christmas Tree
I just want DREAM Act to pass
More than you could ever know
Make our dreams come true
All I want for Christmas... is DREAM Act
Ooh Congress~
I don't want a lot for Christmas,
DREAM Act is one thing I need
I care about two million DREAMers
Losing their jobs, hopes, and dreams
I don't want no spending bill,
Without a clean DREAM Act attached
Congress won't make me happy with a yes on spending bill
I just want DREAM Act to pass
So that we can save DREAMers
Make our dreams come true
All I want for Christmas is DREAM Act
Ooh~ Congress!
All the lights are shining so brightly everywhere
And the sound of children's laughter fills the air
And everyone is singing
We hear the DREAMers asking
Congress won't you please bring us what we really need
Won't you please pass the DREAM Act for us
Oh I don't want a lot for Christmas This is all I'm asking for
I just want to see my family standing right outside my door
I just want DREAM Act to pass, more than you could ever know
Make our dreams come true
All I want for Christmas... is DREAM Act!
Ooh~ Congress~

How to Cook a whole FROZEN Chicken in the Instant Pot - Duration: 8:37.
Aw! How often does this happen to you you? You defrost your bird... Right? You take it out
of the freezer and put it up in the fridge and let it thaw out for the day.
You get home from work all ready to cook chicken and it's still frozen SOLID!
What do you do? I've got a solution for you! I can cook that chicken in less than
an hour and a half stay tuned and find out how!!
so we'll take a frozen bird and get it out of the packaging. if your bird has what's called in the industry, a "diaper",
with that little plastic thing that they stick in and it kind of soaks up the
moisture -- soaks up, well, all of this stuff. run it under a little bit of warm water and
you can slowly peel that off that's really not something you want to cook
get your bird in the pot and then like I said you've got two options here you can
go with just you know your commercial barbecue sauce I'm gonna do about a cup
of that two cups of that and a cup of water put on the lid set it and go or we
can make our own barbecue sauce which is what I'm gonna do to do that again with
the chicken we're gonna add about a cup of onions you can buy these onions
pre-chopped if you look in the freezer to partner with the frozen vegetables
you can actually buy a bag of chopped onions which is real nice to keep in the
keep in the freezer for doing stuff like this if you don't like chopping onions
from here we're basically just gonna formulate a simple barbecue sauce so I'm
gonna go in with then a third of a cup of apple cider vinegar
homemade is best about a third of a cup of honey good healthy dollop of your
favorite mustard about a half a dozen cloves of garlic remember that pineapple
juice I mentioned it comes with little cans for doing stuff like this
keep some of these in the pantry they're super handy I'm gonna do that instead of
my water if you like your barbecue sauce sweet try another sweetener we've got
the honey in there we'll do about two tablespoons of molasses and go for some
spices maybe some cumin is nice a little bit of sweet paprika smoked
paprika does real nice healthy grinding black pepper a good solid pinch of salt
you've got a whole chicken here I'm calling it half a teaspoon and then
again if you want you can do some fresh tomatoes cut up in here I like to keep
my pantry well-stocked so I can put together dinner when I'm hungry this is
just a can of diced tomatoes pop on the top set this to seal once you've got
your bird in the pot then you have to program it to cook it so what we're
gonna do is set it to pressure cook for an hour this is a four pound bird I've
got in there figure fifteen minutes a pound we're looking at the B in an hour
so we'll do manual high pressure and then you just hit the plus button a
couple times and get it set so I've got it set for an hour and the three beeps
let us know it's cooking so this is gonna basically boil what's in there
it's just gonna get it really hot it's gonna boil that was why we had to add
the little bit of can of juice the pineapple juice the can of tomatoes so
it'll boil all that create a huge amount of pressure in there and that pressure
will actually throw the chicken pretty quickly and then go ahead and cook it so
you'll see this will stay just on for a considerable amount of time considering
we've got that four pound lump of frozen bird in there but then once it gets hot
enough once it you know creates the steam head it will start counting down
and you'll see these numbers start to slowly decrease from 59 on down to zero
and then we'll rejoin the video then so let's leave this alone for about an hour
and then we'll come back and see how our chicken looks
so at this point I'll just let this sit for about another ten minutes and it's
the innit so at this point I'll just let it sit for about another ten minutes
it's cooling down it's just holding it it's in keep warm mode it's cold I'm not
gonna actually release this all the way for about ten minutes I'm just gonna
kind of let it slowly cool down slowly bring the temperature down slowly bring
the pressure down and then after that ten minute period kind of like the rest
period when you're cooking meat which is exactly what we're doing then I'll go
ahead and knock this over and vent the steam so let's go ahead and let this sit
for another ten minutes and then we'll pop it open and see how our chicken came
out alright so when we get to around the ten minute mark go ahead and if you're
afraid I'd get over there and just let this vents out and let all that pressure
out of there you can't open this I mean this is a true pressure so you can't get
this thing open if this thing has more than a couple pounds of pressure in it
so you do have to do this step so go ahead and just let that gas off that'll
take probably two minutes once it stops hissing it'll come right open like two
minutes on the mark give me an idea of what we got but the tomatoes are all
well-cooked look at that garlic is just cooked right down to nothing
but let's see if we can get this bird out of here in one piece
and there it is what I want to do now is take what's in the pot and I'm going to
just dump that off into a saucepan and that's gonna be the basis for our sauce
nice thing about the instant pot too is that you can literally lift the cook pot
out of here with um without a hot pad that little bit stays cool on top what
I'm gonna do at this is just take it and put it on the stove and boil it off a
little bit reduce the volume and I'm literally just got my the all the liquid
from underneath the chicken I strained it out and I've just got the liquid and
I'm just boiling that on high heat and I'll let that reduce to about half of
the original volume and then that should be a nice sauce to serve over over our
chicken and rice
you
now when the rice is done and it signals like that go ahead and bench it right
away you don't need to do the slow cooldown period just go ahead and
benefit will pop this open and Daryl be ready once it stops venting you can
scoop your rice and in six minutes you've got awesome rice
pour over a little bit of our reduced sauce and you're ready to go
Bon Appetit thanks for watching guys enjoy your barbecue chicken so that's
the first of my instant pot recipes well in a second if you consider that the
yogurt but if you'd like to see me cook some more dinners in the in the instant
pot let me know leave a comment below and I will put together some more
recipes for the instant pot oh yeah and if you need any help cutting up the
chicken make sure you check out my chicken carton video from about a year
ago but it still holds true chickens a chicken thanks for watching guys take
care

Was PodCon 2017 Worth It? - Duration: 7:17.
Oh hi! Let's get right to it. The following 5 minutes and 27 seconds is
all about my journey to PodCon this past weekend. This includes my driving
there, the event itself, and then my drive back. If you want to simulate a podcast
just close your eyes.I'll see you at the end.
You probably can barely see me, but I have my iced tea, I have a few cereal bars, I'm
driving to Seattle!
And just like that, you're here after 13 hours.
So super fun fact. I got about an hour out from the American border yesterday
and that is when I realized that five hours behind me – back in Calgary – was
where my passport still was. So I'm freaking out. And I'm like, I don't know. I
pull over, I look on my phone. Like can I just use my Nexus card? This is this
fancy Fastpass card that when you're flying you go into, like, this special lane.
Can I use my Nexus card to cross the border? The website says yes. I'm like I
don't know. I still feel weird about this. I get to the border and I'm like, "I might
be wasting your time, dude. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to get through the
border here today." He's like, "Nope. Nexus card totally works."
Crisis averted. And I was able to drive the continuing ten hours to Seattle.
Kyle is a strange beast. What are we doing Nick?
TRAVIS MCELROY: You're watching a podcast in real time right now.
HANK GREEN: How did you lose your hat? AUDIENCE MEMBER: So I poorly tied it to my purse.
Which is not a good place to put your hat. HANK GREEN: You got inside, and were, like, my head isn't cool anymore gonna tie it to my purse.
Let this be a lesson to everyone. Why did you come to PodCon?
AUDIENCE MEMBER: Because I love podcasts. ***AUDIENCE CHEERS***
Also this show isn't for kids. Which I mention only so the babies out there
will them how cool they are for listening.
What's up you cool babies? ***AUDIENCE CHEERING***
TRAVIS MCELROY: Wait what? Cim..cinnamon bun?
GRIFFIN MCELROY: Cin-a-ma bun.
TRAVIS MCELROY: Cin-a-ma bun! JUSTIN MCELROY: Cin-a-ma bun inside a cookie!
JOHN GREEN: Hank and I have a bet that if we don't get to Mars by 2027
we're going to rename the podcast Dear John and Hank. I'm very excited over that.
And he's like, why do people always assume that I want to talk about being
Italian? Just because I have an Italian accent. I don't want to have an Italian
accent, but it's the only one that I have. I don't want to talk about being from
Italy! It's the only thing I get to talk about.
JUSTIN MCELROY: This has been a weekend-long celebration
of podcasting. But as you're about to learn, it has also been its funeral.
ROMAN MARS: It's true. All those things that you learned in those panels. Forget it.
DYLAN MARRON: Hi. Oh, that's the second slide. Let's go back. Wait for it. Hello. I knew that we
HANK GREEN: I knew we wouldn't have a problem having enough to say if I just sent them on the stage. The
thing that I didn't account for is that they would just never shut up.
TRAVIS MCELROY: Can I say something touching for once!? God. Damn it.
NICK: OK, the premise is I wanted to figure out an Asian or Japanese accent I could do that
wouldn't be offensive. I think I figured it out. But here's an impression of what
Japanese people think Americans sound like. All right! Hamburger! Yeah!
SINGER: Sorry, there was a photo opportunity. So I thought I would oblige.
SINGER 2 (singing): October. Over. 100 degrees!
KYLE: How's your 24th birthday going there Chr– Nick. Oh my gosh. I almost called you Chris.
NICK: Get all the other pancakes!
I'm in Missoula.
Good morning Missoula!
Somewhere around here is the DFTBA warehouse, but I prefer not to be arrested for trespassing.
Now I'm home, and I am gonna go and sleep for 1,000 years.
And then I did.
PodCon was such a great event. I left feeling so enthused and inspired about what the
medium of podcasting has for the future. I heard the phrase "friends in your ears"
multiple times throughout the weekend. And I agree with that. These programs are
there with you on your commute, while you wash the dishes, while you eat. It's like
a really bad case of VD. That's an awful analogy, Kyle. It's like a good case of VD?
Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say? This medium is attracting such
interesting niches. And because it's audio-only
imaginations can be fully realized. I have so many ideas that I hope I get to
work on in the upcoming year, and if you don't know I am the co-host of two
different podcasts. One called Assumptions. The other called
Whatever This Is. Be forewarned they are very different from one another!
As for those other ideas I have, I just need to create an eighth day of the week
and then they'll magically appear. Did you go to PodCon? Did you even know
it was a thing? What are your favorite podcasts? Do you work on a podcast? Let
me know the answers to all those questions down in the comments below.
Monday is gonna be so much fun! That video is gonna be me, and a couple of
friends pitching podcasts to each other that we think should be made.
It's pretty funny. I mean it's not McElroy funny, but it's at least better
than Gallagher funny. I say to the people that are 50 years old in my audience who
will get that joke.

Thanks. Bye. :)

How to Not Get SUED When Dropshipping (w/ Aliexpress & Shopify) - Duration: 8:19.
Hey, guys.
So today, I'm gonna talk about how to protect yourself from being sued when dropshipping.
This wasn't a question I was planning to answer but we've recently had a flood of comments
and emails from people asking those questions so I knew I had to address it.
So here are the questions that I'm gonna be answering in this video.
One, will you be sued if you use AliExpress product images that suppliers have publicly
posted?
Two, how can you stop yourself from being sued for using copyright images?
Three, can you sell products from AliExpress that have trademarks on them?
So to find out the answers for these and how to stop yourself from being sued, keep watching
this video.
One, will you be sued if you use AliExpress product images?
I'm gonna preface this with the fact that I am not a lawyer but my answer to this is
no, no, no, no, no, no.
I'm gonna be honest.
I find this question quite surprising because it's quite common knowledge that China is
the country of piracy and knock-offs, yet people ask me this question all the time.
Piracy and knock-offs are rampant in China.
Pirated movies, games, and music are sold very publicly on the streets, even though
it's technically illegal, which is why I guess I'm a little bit surprised that people are
concerned that Chinese suppliers are gonna pursue you in court for using their product
images.
But I also understand because the thought of getting sued is scary so it makes sense
that you would want to double check.
I can tell you now, I am 99.9% certain that not only would a supplier not pursue you in
court but that they would view you using their images as a smart thing.
You see, in China, they have a very different cultural attitude towards piracy.
It's because in the West, we strongly value the rights of the individual.
In China, they do not.
And in China, the idea that just one person should financially benefit from something
that can be so easily and cheaply copied and distributed to the masses is crazy.
And I want to be clear, I am neither agreeing or disagreeing with these ideas.
I'm just explaining how things are different in China.
So when an AliExpress manufacturer posts photos of the products they are selling on their
listing, they won't have the same reaction as we would have in the West because those
images are so easy to be copied and reused.
Instead, they'll be happy that you're using them to sell more of their products because,
of course, it makes them more money.
And consider this, take the self-stir mug as an example.
If we head over to AliExpress, guess what we will find?
We'll find that the manufacturers are stealing images from each other.
The same images are used by different manufacturers to promote their own version of this product.
And more importantly, all of these suppliers are just manufacturing their own copy of this
mug.
Who even knows who was the original manufacturer and creator of the mug?
And the same goes for the images, who knows who was the first manufacturer to take the
common stock images for this mug?
It's impossible to know.
If the original creator in China was going to be suing anyone, they would be suing the
manufacturing companies that are reusing them that are based in China, not some random person
who lives halfway around the world.
But the fact is is that they're not going to even sue their local manufacturing companies
because their cultural attitudes towards intellectual property are entirely different to ours.
So no, I don't think you need to be worried that you're going to get sued for reusing
their images on your store but I am not a legal expert, I need to state that.
If you're still worried, my recommendation to you would be to simply message the supplier
and ask them if they are okay with you reusing their images.
I've never met a supplier that would say no but it's always nice to get their confirmation.
Two, how can I avoid being sued for copyright images?
In China, they may not care if you reuse images that originated there but in the West, it
is an entirely different story.
I've had multiple friends that have been sued for making this mistake.
I had one friend that got sent a bill for $10,000 for accidentally using copyright images.
Interestingly enough, the lawsuit didn't actually go through because it was for one of my friends
that was based here in New Zealand and here in New Zealand, the laws surrounding copyright
damages are very different.
Here, to claim damages of $10,000, you need to actually show that you lost $10,000 by
someone illegally using your images.
My friend was not making any money off the images.
It wasn't a commercial website.
When they realized that he was broke and had no money, they just dropped the lawsuit and
he took the images done.
And no, they hadn't sent him a takedown notice.
It's a common misconception that you can skirt the law and just take down the images when
you get sent a notice.
No, they don't have to send you that.
They are perfectly within their rights to just immediately sue you.
But it was a good reminder that small websites that aren't even making any money yet can
still be sued for copyright infringement.
If my friend had been living in the USA, then that lawsuit would have gone very differently.
He got very lucky.
So don't think that because you don't have a super successful site yet that you're not
going to get sued.
You still need to make sure that you're following copyright laws.
An easy way to stop yourself from being sued for copyright is to use images that you're
allowed to use and an easy way to find them is with Google Images.
On Google Images, click Settings and then click Advanced Search.
Type in what you want to search for and then just scroll down to usage rights and select
free to use, share or modify, even commercially.
You'll be surprised at how many images you find that you're allowed to use.
Three, can I sell AliExpress products that have trademarks?
I'm gonna preface this again with the fact that I'm not a lawyer but no, no, no, no,
no.
You cannot sell items that are trademarked.
I know that I've probably confused some of my viewers because of the video I created,
"How to Dropship from AliExpress."
In that video, I highlight a store from a friend of mine called World of Harry.
It is a WooCommerce dropshipping store that dropships Harry Potter items from AliExpress.
Now the reason why I highlighted the store wasn't because I recommend dropshipping trademarked
Harry Potter items like he is doing.
It's because that website has a ton of SEO done to it and it's getting lots of organic,
free traffic from Google.
I was using it as a case study for how you can optimize your own stores for the Google
search engine.
In that video, I say two things.
Firstly, I say that that store is very well optimized for Google but secondly, I also
state that I do not recommend selling trademarked products.
Dropshipping trademarked products is a risky business because it's highly illegal.
I'll tell you now, I have a friend that told me a story about how his dropshipping business
almost ended in disaster when he first started it.
He was dropshipping products from China that were counterfeit and illegal but he was naive.
He assumed that because the manufacturers were selling hundreds to thousands of these
every week that it must have been legit and that they had every right to do so.
Well, he discovered that that was not the case one day when the Feds came knocking at
his door.
So he opened it and found that it was the Feds who had come to talk to him about how
he was illegally selling counterfeit items.
Now, like my friend earlier, he also got lucky and managed to avoid any serious legal action
or jail time but it could have so easily gone the other way.
So do not sell anything that is branded with a trademark.
You might think that because the self-stir mug with Harry Potter on it is selling 200
units a week that the manufacturer must have the right to do so but they don't so don't
sell it.
Instead, sell this generic self-stir mug that has no trademarks or logos on it.
There are so many cool, generic products to dropship on AliExpress so don't get lazy and
start selling trademarked products even though they can be very easy money.
So there we go, guys.

BREAKING NEWS! TRUMP Just Did It – Prepare for the RIOTS!!! - Duration: 5:31.
BREAKING NEWS!
TRUMP Just Did It – Prepare for the RIOTS!!!
President Donald Trump is about to strike a colossal nerve in the body of the welfare
system.
He's close to cutting the vein that feeds the body of the welfare abuse community.
Specifically speaking, this is going to make a lot of lazy people extremely angry.
There might be a handful of legitimately needy people affected, and I'm sure they'll
be taken care of another way, but for right now – this is best for the real welfare
and well being of the country.
Trump's team is working on a bill that will eliminate any chance of immigrants getting
welfare for the first five years they live in America.
This is a wonderful bill that will prevent people from coming to America merely to take
advantage of all the handouts and rob the American taxpayers and government.
There are just too many people living on the system, but more importantly, there are also
many non-disabled people taking the handouts and refusing to work.
It's acceptable for people who need help to use the system to allow them to live a
comfortable life.
However, when there's people who can easily get a job, and purposely choose not to (and
abuse the system), then those people should get the ax.
When it comes to immigrants flooding the gates of America and rushing in to grab free welfare
perks like it's a Black Friday sale at Walmart, then that needs to end immediately.
People who move to America should have a plan.
If you run to another country with no clue what you plan to do, then that's not exactly
a great move.
If you move to another country because you know they'll give you free money, then that's
not a good move for the country.
The way it should work is that people do something for their country if they want their country
to do something for them.
Moving to America to rip it off like a bank teller stealing a few bucks under the desk
does absolutely nothing for America except cost us money.
America loves immigrants, but the country shouldn't be responsible for paying for
their entire life.
There's already enough lazy bums in America, and it's time for the American taxpayers
to stop paying for them as well.
The middle class deserves a break for once!
If immigrants know they cannot attain free welfare handouts for at least five years,
then those who are motivated only by freebies will most likely stay in their own country.
The people who do that were planning to move here and steal from the taxpayers to pay for
their personal life.
No thanks.
They should pay for themselves in their own country or better yet, ask their own country
to pay for them.
Stop showing up in America and not doing anything for us.Anyone moving to America who will need
assistance will not be able to get it for five years.
If someone runs to America and doesn't need support, because they set out a plan for their
success, then that person is the kind of immigrant that America needs.
America needs to increase its standards for immigrants, and it's own civilians.
There are just way too many people sitting home taking advantage of the system when they
could be out making America great and doing something productive.Infowars reported:
"we announced a historic immigration bill to create a merit-based Green Card system
that ends the abuse of our welfare system, stops chain migration, and protects our workers
and our economy," he stated on his weekly radio address.
"As an example, you cannot get welfare for five years when you come into our country."
"You cannot just come in like in past weeks, years, and decades, you come in immediately
and start picking up welfare.
For five years, you have to say you will not be asking or using our welfare systems.
the president actually modeled his program off of Australia and Canada, both of which
feature a points-based visa system that rewards only the top immigrant achievers.
Migrants to those countries must compete for a limited number of visas by gaining points
for English proficiency, competitive training, a job offer or another major achievement that
benefits the host country."
He's not playing around, as you heard in Trump's previous video, and welfare and
immigration need and deserve a significant reform.
Whatever happens in our country needs to benefit us and the country in general.
The middle class is tired of paying for the losers and abusers.
Trump might face harsh criticism for this, but that's fine.
Tough decisions often come with much criticism.
Trump could make everyone in the country a millionaire, and the people on the left would
still complain about it, so there's not much point in listening to the extremists
on the far left.
The moderates in the center will understand the importance of refusing welfare benefits
to immigrants for five years.
The moderates and those on the right know why it's time for the country to stop paying
for the poor people of every other country.
There's an America first theme, and we need to pay for our people – as long as they
work for it.
We should probably expect riots to break out once immigration based welfare reform goes
into full effect.
We can really expect riots once welfare reform reveals all the people taking advantage of
the system and cuts them off.
Who's going to pay for all those kids now?
Looks like Mommy and the Daddies will have to get a job

Be Prepared for 2030 | AI and Automation | AiNews 6 - Duration: 4:27.
What's up guys, my name is Selim Chehimi, and today we are going to talk about AI, Automation, and Jobs.
For this video, I would like to present you three new reports that try to answer 3 questions:
• What can AI do? • Where is it headed? • How fast will it be adopted?
The answers that the reports provide are very
interesting. It turns out that AI is now doing less than most people think, but that it will do more than most people think and in
more places.
AI may be applied everywhere and adopted faster than previous technologies such as computers or the
electricity. Nowadays, researchers are striving to understand its impact on society.
So let's begin with the first report. The McKinsey Global Institute
published a report about Automation and Jobs. It shows many different paths that AI
Technology could take, as well as its effect on workers
depending on the job category and the country. Not surprisingly,
the jobs most at risk involve repetitive tasks
and the most job security involve empathy or creativity (psychologists, artists, writers).
In my opinion, even jobs involving creativity will be automated. The results are really stunning the technology could replace
375 million employees worldwide and about 1/3 of the U.S workforce by 2030.
Researchers from Stanford, the MIT and other organizations published the AI Index.
It's a project that brings together
100 years of study on AI. It details as many measurable dimensions of the field as possible, including
the social impacts. In this report, you will find many graphic. For example, there is a graphic showing that image recognition and speech recognition
programs have matched or even surpassed human capabilities last year. Yet,
and that's very important:
Artificial Intelligence has not impacted the economy
for the moment. All the research and all the investments made to push AI have really a small effect on productivity.
Researchers from MIT and the University of Chicago published an article in November to try to explain
why. They explained that there is a lag in the adoption and effective use of AI.
Put together, those three reports show us that the technology is just one part of the equation and that economics, government
policy, and social attitudes will also play a major role.
Actually, all those reports are showing that a humongous transition is taking place. A transition that will have more impact than the
agricultural and industrial revolution.
To give you an idea, if we look at the adoption of major technology such as the electricity or computers, it seems that AI will
follow a similar path but at a different speed: it will be even faster.
For instance, electric motors were introduced in 1880 but productivity gains showed up in 1920.
Consequently, researchers predict that the social consequences of Artificial Intelligence will be more brutal than any past transition.
According to them, the more the adoption goes faster, the more social consequences.
The main point is: how can we manage this transition?
It may be extremely hard to handle because it will imply much retraining for workers so that they can find new jobs.
2030 is just 12 years away, it will happen so fast!
There are some AI skeptics
but I really want to emphasize that AI is by far the most important Technology of our era: it will happen no matter what.
Thank you so much for watching guys.
I hope that you've liked this video, if so, don't forget to share it with your friends.
As always, I'm here to help so don't hesitate to hit me up on any of my social medias below in the description.

for myself I'm starting to do we're not starting I want to do a detox again with
my um if you guys have my submit it's like an onion soup sort of I did a
recipe for it on my how-to channel and its really good for detoxing but it's
also just like super healthy you can actually lose like ten pounds just by
doing like it it for an entire week um and it's really just it's kind of like a
cabbage / onion soup so I'm going to go under the store really quick to get that
and hopefully I remember all the ingredients so pretty much you just need
one to two onions depending on how much soup you're making celery cabbage green
pepper and then some like onion soup mix and water oh and two tomatoes for me I'm
just gonna do one onion and half of a cabbage because it's just for me and I'm
only doing it for like three days and just for lunches so I only really need
this to make like three then maybe four meals if you guys wanna like the whole
recipe and see the step-by-step and everything I have a video on my how to
channel it's all link it below but this is a really good healthy recipe and it's
really really good for detoxing too like if you eat a bunch of junk and you just
really kind of want a fresh start type of thing this is a great way to kind of
like detox your body before you start I guess your new healthy lifestyle yes I'm
gonna let this cook for an hour and then I'm gonna eat a fun lunch so it's
finally lunch and I get to add my soup so here's my soup
put a little salt and pepper on it and it
really good now I say it's really good because this is the first time I've
eaten in a very long time after like you know a few days of eating this like
every day you will start getting sick of it or at least I do so that's why I
start maybe making like half portions and I only eat it for like three days
because I really can't eat it for more than that before I start getting really
sick of it
so Gracie and I just did a quick like 30 minute workout it's like really dark
when we left it was laid out like you like light light now it's really dark
yeah so we can only do like 30 minutes cuz Matt and I are doing actually I've
never done this before we're doing a taste test for noodle and company they
emailed me because I buy stuff there all the time
and they asked if we wanted to participate in like a taste panel thing
so we're doing that tonight apparently we're gonna try a new dish that they've
created and review it and then we get gift cards for more pasta you know later
or whatever so I've never done it before should be really fun and it's a free
dinner but I have to be there in 30 minutes so I have to jump in the shower
get dressed and hurry up and go alright so Matt's home or yeah I'm home whatever
um so are on our way right now to noodle and company me demon Chris yeah oh my
god I'm going like 80 miles an hour I was ready to risk oh we're too late
right now no actually don't turn stop oh my god okay I know we're like really
late I'm driving really fast we just arrived at new company but we're really
late alright so we're back home unfortunately I wasn't allowed to show
you like any of the dishes I'm not allowed to talk about it I can't say
like what kind of dishes we tested like nothing because these are dishes that
they are considering adding to the menu and it's actually gonna be like a whole
new thing you know it's still in line with what they do but it's gonna be like
a whole new category so not allowed to talk about it or tell you like what it
was but it's really really good so we actually have some that we got to take
home and then for doing the taste testing thing we each got two free bowls
so I'm really excited because now I get more noodles and company stuff yeah so
that was fun we've never done anything like that before now I kind of want to
like see if other restaurants do it or like try to get on some lists for more
things because not only do we get to like try something that's not even
available to the public yet but then it was free and we got free food so it's
really cool alrighty Matt and I are going to bed so
it's kind of our routine I'm watching a TV show on Hulu and he's watching a
YouTube video this is what happens every single night before we actually go to
sleep but almost everybody alright so I'm gonna go
ahead and end this video if you guys liked it please give me a thumbs up and
if you want to see more videos don't forget to subscribe thank you hit this
Bell you want to know when I upload my next video okay peace
