Hi Youtube friends
Hey Youtube Friend`s! How is going?
Today we'll have two reviews of two products
One is the Dolly Skateboard and the other one is the tripod head
We're gonna start with the Dolly SkateBoard
This is the box
Let's see what's inside
It doesn't wanna come out
Basically it is a skateboard
With which you can do steady takes
Because it goes above the floor
And you don't get the shaking like with the hands
The dolly skateboard has two parts
And it is super tightened
I need a knife to open it
Basically it is a skateboard with two silicone wheels
And it has a piece
With which you can tighten the wheels
To keep them rigid
and for pushing the skateboard
In this part we have the normal screw to hold the camera
The wheels are silicone-made
This allows it to have a good grip on the surface
And to not make any sounds with the floor
When the skateboard is moving
The other element is the head of the tripod
It is an incredibly useful tool
For example when you have a Dolly Skateboard
You put in the tripod head
You put the camera to the tripod head
And you can kneel the camera to make some good shots
Plus, if you have the extension
You could locate the camera even higher
In the tripod head you have a piece
That can be detached and there you can secure the camera
In the back you have the water bubbles
To know if it is leveled
In the upper part you also have the water bubble
In the bottom you have the tripod connector
And you can also do it with the wheels on the sides
So that it is steady and you can take your photo or video
These are the two items that I wanted to show you
The Dolly Skateboard
And the Tripod head
They are very important for the takes

Distintos tipos de harina cannábica para tus recetas, cocina, weed cooking - Duration: 15:13.
- Hi welcome again to UndergrowTv... Another visit of the rasta cheff... Hi Damian.
- He's going to ellaborate a new recipe... What for today? Well... We'll do different kind of breads with a
- couple of different flours that we'll see in a while... Really interesting. Perfect.. Welcome to Original Weed Cooking.
- It's about flour this time. In this video we'll know abour flour 2.0... With cannabic flour cooking time,
- and a comparative about tasting because we'll do breads with hemp and cannabis flours.
- Well... Let's see how to do cannabic flour. Well we started from a garden's rests,
- ecologic garden this time, what we like to use. We must dehidrate the product to get a dry flour
- to keep during a long time... Until 1 year. We grinded our rests until get green dust
- and then dehidratation in the oven at 65-70 degrees during 20-25 mins...
- And then repeating the process 2 or 3 times to ellminate all kind of humidity and keep it without problems.
- Perfect... We decarboxylate it making a better edible and low acid levels
- decreasing stomach damages... Yes we'll make it more digestive.
- And it will be better for our recipes, because we'll avoid that fresh clorophyle flavour we don't want.
- Perfect let's elminate acid from our plant decarboxylating it following the instructions on screen as we said.
- It depends on your oven, because some people does it with more temperature but less time,
- so correct limits... Damian's method is best because with lower temperature,
- we'll keep psichoactive effects better. Yes that's it Maka because 70 degrees will never degrade tricomes,
- and we'll keep it there for whenever we want to use it. That's it we keep the tricome to feed you.
- Damian already took the rests out of the grinder... Tell me Damian.
- As you can see, i've got this flour only grinded,
- in an oven paper as you can see, let's introduce it at 70 degrees during 20 minutes... No problem.
- Then we'll repeat the process as we said... Really easy and without any kind of mistery. Perfect... Skunk1 by Sensi
- Seeds... Tremendous for our example. Introduce it into the pre warmed oven, during the adequate time
- to dehidrate our flour. Once we've done it, repeat it to increase your flour's quality.
- That's it second turn... And it must be ready... How's that Damian? The process ended and
- you can appreciate it touching this dry dust... It's almost ready.
- We could repeat the process if we want... But it's ready to be used or to be kept. Perfect, once it's done,
- we'll put an example to contrast
- differences between consuming weed or hemp, with health benefits.
- That's it... Let's do a simple recipe... Home made bread, worlwide consumed... To see differences between flours
- and we'll be able to compare between the skills of these products.
- Perfect... Cannabic flour is ready... We already know about it... But what can you say about hemp flour?
- Well here it is... We'll use it in the recipe... It doesn't contain any kind of thc like cannabic flour...
- Hemp flour is a rich fountain of Omega 3 and 6, fat acids, really nice for organism,
- and a high fountain of fibber to make digestive system work better... Really interesting. A really healthy complement.
- We can find it at any market because it doesn't contain any kind of psycho active substance. You'l find a lot of
- brands like Sensi Seeds are working with it... Breeders Hemp too... We'll taste one of them
- to see how it works... We'll make a few buns as an example of how to taste it. Simple recipe
- to appreciate differences between those flours. We've already made videos about cannabic flour so, in this video
- we'll resume the process to taste those flours. While Maka rolls a joint, let's see this bread recipe...
- Really easy and interesting... Let's talk about quanitities. To make a normal wheat bread, without any hemp or
- cannabis... 250gr of wheat flour, 150ml of water, 2gr of salt and 5gr of fresh yeast... Dissolve it in water before.
- I've got all prepared to make hemp and cannabis buns too... I've got 10gr of
- cannabis flour... We've already seen how to decarboxylate it... And 240gr of normal wheat flour... 250gr as a result.
- And for hemp flour, we'll need 30gr so... we'll need like... 230gr of wheat flour.
- Any kind of psycho active effects, but a rich fountain of vitamins, Omega 3 and 6...
- So healthy. Let's start with cannabis flour bread... Pick 230 gr of flour and put it in a big bowl,
- Add hemp flour directly... And a bit of salt.
- Mix it homogenously. Once flours are mixed with salt,
- let's form the mythic volcano... A simple hole in the middle... Add water and, using circumferences...
- Incorporate it. Take a little from those 150ml of water, add it to a glass to mix with the fresh yeast.
- Split it and then add it to the water.
- Dissolve it with patience... Once it's dissolved, add it to the center of our volcano.
- Let's add the yeast... If there are a lot of rests on the bottom, you can add a little of water to end it.
- And now, clean hands and let's knead it... When the center starts to dry,
- Add more water... Now it starts to be hard... Add a little bit more.
- I looks like Oreo's dough... Yes as you can see... It contributes with those dark points... Hemp's flour is
- more dark than cannabis flour... Our rests flour use to come from selected rests...
- Clean rests... And hemp's flor... We're talking about an entire plant... It can contain whatever... Trunk, seeds...
- So colours variate. Yes but it's really nutritive... That's it. Really interesting.
- If we see that we need more water or flour, only compensate it to get the texture we want. You amalgamate
- it? No... Only knead it. Once we've got all of it together, knead it during 10 minutes aprox,
- and then we'll let it ferment while resting well covered... 10 minutes kneading and then rest.
- Now simply make a ball with your dough, and put it to rest covered in a wet zone during 20 minutes...
- It should be ready... To know exactly the time... The dough should double its size.
- Perfect... A joint and it should be ready... Now Maka, with cannabis flour,
- add our 10 gr to wheat flour, and the same proces... Add it, mix all together, add water and knead it.
- Perfect... The same quantity of water... All quantities are the same. Our second dough is ready, texture is
- pretty homogeneous, so let's repeat the proces... Let' it ferment. Damian... 20 minutes.
- Yes... Let it grow. As we can see, the doug is the double size now,
- so let's knead it again and give it the final form of our bread, and let it ready to put into the oven.
- Perfect so form it and how much more rest? The same conditions... Other 20 minutes.
- Perfect. And now simply oven. Give it the original form to put it directly after resting.
- Once we've got it, if we push a little bit... Dough comes back to original form... Nice. Ready to rest
- a little bit and to the oven. After the last fermentation, only cut it a little bit to let i grow,
- and to the oven. 180 degrees like... 40-45 minutes before checking.
- It's tremendous... I started with cannabis one. Now we'll taste it as compaign to something. I hope you did it
- as well as it. Texture is almost the same... Great results... I need to taste it. You can see colour differences,
- It's cannabis bread, this one is hemp's bread, with more cereal, and this one, wheat's normal bread.
- A good selection of breads to a nice tasting... Good smoking. Good smoking undergrowers.
- We want to dedicate this show to Me Planto and Bilman associations in Asturias. Thank you.

BOURNEMOUTH V LIVERPOOL - AWAY FROM ANFIELD AND BACK TO WINNING WAYS? - Duration: 6:06.
BOURNEMOUTH V LIVERPOOL - AWAY FROM ANFIELD AND BACK TO WINNING WAYS?
BOURNEMOUTH FORM.
Bournemouth's last home win was a 4-0 trouncing of Huddersfield Town.
Since then they have drawn three and lost two, with one of each of those at home.
Eddie Howe will surely have been impressed by his side's efforts at Old Trafford on Wednesday when they were unfortunate to leave Manchester with no points.
LIVERPOOL FORM.
It was all going swimmingly for Klopp and co until the Merseyside derby.
Yes, those jammy Toffees managed to scrape a draw with Rooney's late penalty.
Of course, Liverpool should have had the game put well beyond doubt by that stage.
It was more of the same midweek, as a well-disciplined West Brom also managed to hold out and take a point from Anfield.
Before that, Liverpool were banging in the goals and only conceded two in the last five so it's not exactly panic-stations yet, despite what many of the kneejerk-reactionists would have you believe.
TEAM NEWS. BOURNEMOUTH TEAM NEWS.
Several Bournemouth players had to receive treatment at Old Trafford on Wednesday night so I expect some changes to Howe's starting lineup.
Former Red, Brad Smith, misses out with a hip injury, as does Tyrone Mings with a back problem.
Bournemouth have no suspensions for this game.
Bournemouth's Top 3 Rated Players this season (WhoScored. com). Surman ————— 704 S. Francis —————- 701 J. King ——————- 6.97.
LIVERPOOL TEAM NEWS.
Clyne is unavailable until February with a back injury.
Matip is not expected to be fit again until January while Moreno (ankle) is also unavailable for the next few weeks at least.
Lallana will be hoping for more minutes on the field so depending on how the game is shaping up I would expect to see the England international given the chance to gain some more match fitness.
Daniel Sturridge is also a doubt with a tight hamstring.
Klopp surprised many of us with his inclusion of Loris Karius in the starting eleven against West Brom.
It's just a guessing game for us fans at this stage but I feel he may continue with Karius in goals at the weekend.
I think Mané will start on the bench this weekend with Solanke getting a run up top alongside Firmino and Salah.
Gomez and Henderson will also most likely make the starting eleven in place of Alexander-Arnold and Emre Can.
Liverpool have no suspensions for this game. Liverpool's Top 3 Rated Players this season (WhoScored. com). Coutinho ————– 7.78 Salah —————— 7.6 Firmino —————- 7.24.
PREDICTED XIS.
Bournemouth XI (4-4-1-1) – Begovic; Smith, Francis(c), Aké, Daniels; Ibe, L. Cook, Surman, Pugh; King; Defoe.
Liverpool XI (4-3-3) – Karius; Gomez, Lovren, Klavan, Robertson; Henderson(c), Wijnaldum, Coutinho; Salah, Solanke, Firmino.
WHEN THEY LAST MET.
Bournemouth had the better of Liverpool in their league encounters last season.
Eddie Howe's men won this fixture 4-3 after a cracking game at the Vitality Stadium.
The Reds were not able to exact revenge on Bournemouth at Anfield in April as that game finished 2-2.
PREDICTION. Bournemouth 2 – 3 Liverpool.
After 11 goals in their two meetings last season I'm going for goals aplenty again on Sunday.
I think Liverpool have been performing better on the road lately and I think they'll claim all three points in what should be a highly entertaining match.

Jurgen Klopp rules out Naby Keita January arrival - Duration: 3:09.
Jurgen Klopp rules out Naby Keita January arrival
Any hope of Liverpool bringing in Naby Keita early this winter appears to have been ruled out after recent comments from Jurgen Klopp.
The Guinean midfielder would be just what's needed at Liverpool, adding dribbling and the ability to work neatly in tight spaces from central areas.
But the 22-year-old, who was signed last summer ahead of a move to Merseyside at the end of this season, will be remaining at Leipzig according to Klopp.
Asked on Friday if there was any prospect of doing a deal to bring him to Liverpool early next month, Klopp said: "There is an agreement with the club that he will come in June or July to Liverpool.
"There is nothing else to say about that.
We really don't think about it because of all the things Leipzig have said.
"They said they do not have to sell any player.
Why should they do something like that (letting him leave in January)? So no, we don't think about it.".
Keita has scored five goals in 19 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
He's also been sent off twice for Leipzig and a further red card playing for Guinea.
Liverpool paid Keita's £48 million release fee last summer, plus an added premium in order to get the deal done early.
Some reports this week claimed the eventual fee could be as high as £66 million.
The claims, from SportBild, suggest that if Leipzig finish seventh or below, Liverpool will pay £57 million.
A fifth or sixth place (Europa League) finish will see Liverpool hand over £62 million.
And if they clinch a top four finish – therefore a Champions League place – Liverpool will pay £66 million.
It's also claimed that Leipzig inserted a clause in his contract which includes a profit if Liverpool sell on Keita in the future.
Whether these claims are true isn't clear, but regardless, he's comfortably Liverpool's record transfer.

Juventus reportedly prepared to make Emre Can one of their highest earners
Italian giants Juventus are said to be ready to make Emre Can one of their highest earning players and give him the starting role as their 'No.
6' in midfield.
The German midfielder is out of contract at Liverpool at the end of the season and therefore free to sign an agreement with a foreign club from January.
This has seen Juventus among the clubs linked with the 23-year-old, and it's now claimed the Italian side are confident of signing the former Bayern Munich youngster.
Goal's Melissa Reddy explains that Juve are prepared to make Can focal to their long-term core of their side, giving him the holding midfield role that he desires.
Can would replace the injury-plagued Sami Khedira and line up alongside playmaker Miralem Pjanic.
There have been claims in the past that Can wants assurances over his role should he remain at Liverpool, but Jurgen Klopp has shunned his compatriot in favour of Jordan Henderson as Liverpool's deep-lying midfielder.
Klopp has insisted that Can could remain at Liverpool but all the noises point to a move away, which opens the question of whether the Reds will look to cash in on him in January rather than lose him on a free in the summer.

Çeviride proje yöneticiliği nedir? #t-1soruyor - Duration: 8:19.
Project management is planning, organizing,
and supplying of the resources in accordance with the project's aims and goals,
and managing these sources.
What I mean by "project" is the job offers we are sent by our clients.
These offers could be document translation, interpreting, subtitle translation.
Or different transcription services etc.
All of the works that a translation company recieves to make money are actually a project.
Project management in translation is completing and managing these commissions
In this sense, project managers act as a maestro managing the stakeholders.
Who are these stakeholders? Translators, editors who control the translation, and proofreaders.
Translators, editors who control the translation, and proofreaders.
The important thing here is, it may be different in other businesses, but in our company at least,
project management includes quoting a price, informing the client
about the deadlines and in what quality standarts we are up to.
These are some of the responsibilities of project managers.
After the client recieves quotation and confirms it,
the PM assigns this job to most suitable translator available in accordance with the budget and time.
Ensuring that the deadline is not exceeded and using the resources of his/her as well as other sources for proofreading
By the way, the manager may take the wheel in editing and proofreading processes.
This is entirely decided by judging the nature of the job.
This could be done so as to deliver the commission faster, or to save the budget that, otherwise, could be spent more.
CAN ONLY TRANSLATORS ACT AS PROJECT MANAGER?
We generally prefer our project managers to have a translation-related background.
This is not a necessity but it is important as the manager will manage the "translation".
It is also important that they have a degree in translation discipline.
When I work with translators for internships, they see colleagues in action from various positions.
There are project managers in our office.
So our interns get to see what these people do.
We have sales specialists as well, also called business development specialists. Interns see what they are doing too.
Thus, project management is, in fact, one of the most ideal positions that language service providers would consider, after translators.
Those who don't wish to become a translator after graduation,
can readily head for project management.
However, students must have some qualifications for translation project management.
Which are, I am totally telling these by considering my personal experience:
Some of which are to follow the processes,
to prepare and follow a schedule,
and to direct the people and shareholders in a proper way according to this schedule.
As well as being able to be detail-oriented.
What I mean by "detail-oriented" is, you know, translation is a very important issue and large translation projects can lead to major results.
For that reason, it is important to ensure that the translation is done properly, that the quality standards are provided,
and that the translator and other shareholders are suitable for the instructions given by the customer,
and also some translation projects require the "Desktop Publishing (DTP)" service which we also call "page-layout".
Preparing the translation in accordance with these services is also very detailed work, and therefore needs to be detail-oriented
In addition, the project manager should be patient, as he will be in contact with different people
both with regards to customer and translator and the real laborers who care for the job.
And being forsighted is also essential.
- WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF PM IN WORKFLOW? - In translation, the importance of project management is great.
As I said, the project manager can be considered as a conductor and a chorus without a conductor would be a mess.
That's why we need someone to manage translation works.
It's a must, an essential.
And it is also important to duly perform it.
At which point, I suggest that the translation students keep their options open.
That is, there is no obligation that you have to be a translator after graduating from a translation department.
You can think about translation project management as a small career change after working in a translation field for a little while.
For this, as I said before; You need to be patient, to be detailed, to follow your schedule,
to be visionary, and your own communication skills need to be stronger. If you improve yourself in these fields,
or if you think you have a tendency towards it,
I suggest you to take a look at the translation project management
If I give an example according to my own experience, I like project management more than translating.
I've been doing project management for a long time
and I've done it with great pleasure.
For this reason, I would recommend it to graduates or translation students with peace of mind.

Arsenal news: Pundit reveals how Mesut Ozil feels about signing for Man Utd
ESPN.
That is the opinion of ESPN FC pundit and former Everton and Scotland midfielder Don Hutchison. Ozil is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of this season and has been linked with a move to Manchester United.
The Germany international worked under Mourinho for three years when they were at Real Madrid. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has claimed both Ozil and fellow contract rebel Alexis Sanchez will not be allowed to leave in January.
However, Hutchison reckons there is no chance of either of them extending their current deals, suggesting talks between the parties have completely broken down.
I think under Jose who he's worked with before I think will excite Mesut Ozil Don Hutchison on Arsenal star Mesut Ozil. And he says a move to Manchester United is a better option for World Cup winner Ozil.
"It all probably started 18 months ago because if you allow the likes of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez go into the last year and last six months of their contract, you're basically saying we can't keep hold of the players," Hutchison said.
It's gone very quiet of late and that means there has either been no talks between the agents and Arsene Wenger and Arsenal's staff, or they've completely broken down. I would suggest the latter. It's not Arsenal (Ozils best option).
I think under Jose who he's worked with before I think will excite Mesut Ozil.. But Hutchison has claimed United may not be Ozil's ideal destination and says a return to La Liga may suit him more.
"I think for Mesut Ozil a different league will suit him, I think somewhere like La Liga suits him more than the Premier League," the Scot added.
I think the Premier League is too quick for him, I don't think there is any surprise that the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Riyad Mahrez, the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil are all playing well, because the window is opening in the next couple of weeks.
That's why they're playing well.
I honestly think when I look at Mesut Ozil as a player he's a technician, he's superb and he's brilliant but I think a fast league like the Premier League is too quick and too strong for him..

C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge Allied Mission - Hidden Danger Part I - Duration: 56:45.
Hidden Danger, Allied Mission made by FlyingZ for C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge
Music are from the World Beyond and Twisted Insurrection OST.
Includes custom voxels and SHPs from various artists, credits are in the description.
Player's color changes are made by me with custom rules.ini file.
Hidden Danger is a mission about Soviet experiments on the cloak technology, it's also very tricky one (as most custom missions).
The beginning doesn't look so hard, just pretty straight-forward path with spy to enter the Transmitter, nothing else.
You have all of the 3 Cloak Labs revealed around the map, you must destroy all of them, quite easy huh?
When you proceed to clear the coast from the Soviet units and the buildings, you will be interrupted by Boomers, Typhoons and even a Dreadnought.
Proceed with caution because OP Boomers and Dreadnought can deal a lot of damage to your slow Aircraft Carriers.
When you land on the beach, you don't have much time to waste, build and train defenses around your base because enemy attacks are relentless.
Another problem comes from the fact that there aren't much money on the map, really its extremely scarce and you must get Derricks.
Derricks that are really scarce too and nicely defended by the enemy, you must push forward to capture and secure them.
The closest enemy to you is the small Soviet base to the north, destroy it from their tank and infantry attacks to catch some breath.
There are also two Oil Derricks in that base, place some Patriots around to take care of the annoying Floating Disks.
Then you can take care of the Yuri's base to the south, it's a bit harder because it requires Navy and ground units to destroy the Lab.
When you destroy the last Lab... holy Jesus, this is a so big plot twist that my jaw dropped... see you in Part II of this hell.

WHY I LEFT YOUNIQUE (Life Update & ❤️ to ❤️) - Duration: 3:07.
Hi guys welcome back to my channel.
Today is just going to be a quick little video.
I'm going to be giving you a little life update and have a little bit of a heart to heart with
you.
So you can probably already tell what the video is going to be about based on the title.
So just as a disclaimer that title is not meant for clickbait purposes.
So if you're here thinking I'm going to be bashing the company or bashing the products
then this is the wrong video for you.
So if you're here genuinely wanting to know what's going on in my life and why I decided
to leave the company then please keep watching.
So over the past two years I have worked for Younique.
Now don't get me wrong I'm not leaving the company because of their products.
Their products are absolutely amazing high quality, great ingredients, cruelty free,
but most important the company has a great mission statement to help uplift and empower
women.
I have seen so many women's lives being changed by this company including mine.
In fact I would not actually be here making these videos on youtube if it was not for
Younique giving me my confidence back.
So I did not take this decision lightly.
So the reason I've actually decided to leave the company is because I have a bunch of goals in mind
I want to accomplish and I just feel like I can't put 100% of my time in this business.
So I really want to focus on building my Instagram and my following and building relationships
with all my followers online and as well I really want to focus on growing my youtube
channel.
So I can't dedicate my time sporadically to a bunch of different things.
I want to put 100% of my time into the things that I am truly truly passionate about.
So that is why I ultimately decided to let something go and unfortunately it had to be
Younique.
So this isn't to say that just because I'm stepping back now doesn't mean that I might
not ever return to Younique.
That might be a possibility down the road, who knows.
That's the great thing about Younique is their doors are always open.
So I really have to truly thank all of you who have supported me through this business.
If you've made any purchases, liked any of my photos, shared any of my posts, I truly
thank you.
I would not have been able to get to this point if it wasn't for all of your love and
support.
So I really hope that you guys will continue to love and support me on the rest of this
journey through my social media.
One of the ways that you can help support me is by hitting that Subscribe button.
Also give me a follow on my Instagram at The Pretty Witch.

my Younique team.

Fishing // Last day in Norway - Duration: 7:40.
Hi everyone, and welcome to another video from Norway.
We're .... Let's take that once more.
Hi everyone
We've had a great trip, we've shot lots of fish while spearfishing,
we've collected lots of oysters -
and had a lot of good food.
And as you can see behind me Kasper is preparing the boat -
'cause we thought we'd be doing something a bit different on our last day here.
Sun is shining, there's ...
Yeah ...
But we thought we'd be doing something a bit different today.
Kasper is preparing the boat as you can see behind me.
We're going out to catch some cod, some saithe, whatever we can find out there.
It's calm, the water looks good, and ...
We're going out. See you out there!
Let's try this thing.
"Wiggler Gummi Makk Glow Rigged"
With a pirk. My fishing rod can't handle that -
but we'll try it out anyway.
Yes!
It's a tiny little saithe!
- That's not very big. - No, we'll let it grow bigger,
'cause this is just too small.
Too small indeed. But it shows that there's fish here.
There's fish here! Let's put it back out and let it grow bigger -
and we'll see if we can't find its big brother.
Let's do that.
A small one, Kasper.
A real tiny one. You didn't find the big brother -
instead you found the twin, I guess?
Nah, I think this one is the little brother.
That's the little brother, yeah.
This is a saithe too, right?
That's also a little saithe, yeah.
Here's the big brother!
Another saithe.
Great!
I think it's still a bit on the small side.
So let's release it and take this one's big brother.
Time to catch some fish!
Is it heavy?
It is. It gave quite a pull just when it struck.
That looks heavy.
It sure feels heavy.
Damn, it's tough to pull in.
There's one.
You hooked it in its head?!
Yeah, somehow I managed to.
Another saithe.
This one makes me want to say
It'll be eaten!
- You have the tape measure? - Yeah.
That's half a meter.
- Half a meter? - Half a meter. Good enough for me.
- It going home with us. - I think it's dead already,
'cause it got a hook in its brain.
How did you ... why ... how ...??
I don't know.
You have the priest?
- There. - Saithe's ready.
It's not the biggest saithe in the world, -
but this'll be good. I'm thinking oven baked saithe.
- World class! - We'll take it back home and share it with Helena.
Deal!
We're done for today, and for this whole trip in fact.
Six days in Norway.
Only one thing remains -
and that's a long drive home.
Damn it's raining!
We're on our way home, it's rainy and windy -
and there's no more fishing or spearfishing for us, that's just not possible.
As you can see the windscreen wipers are on,
and we're on our way to the ferry now.
We're going home to cut all our videos -
so we can show you all the great experiences we've had.
See you!
Probably the world's biggest oyster.
Kasper and I have gone to Norway
I can think of no better way to spend a holiday.
Here you go.
This'll be so incredibly awesome!
Welcome to the Ideart Cooking Show!
- This is so good. - Let's take one more!
This'll be so good. Have a look inside.

Firefighter I Exercise Video #2 - Duration: 11:54.
*Cheering.*
Hi, everyone!
I'm Kristi. I'm the fitness specialist here at
WCTC and I'm so excited to have the
Firefighter I students here with me. *Cheering!*
We have Lexi "Whoo" and James
"Whoo" and Villa "Oh, yeah!" and Zach
"Yea!" and Kayla "Whoo" and Ryan "Woooo!"
"Whoo-hoo!" So let's go ahead and get started.
*Clapping.* Let's start with a big deep breath all the way up
and down. We're gonna start bending our knees just a little bit up
and down. We're gonna get our bodies
moving, warmed up, ready for the
the work ahead. So, if you guys
want to take the workout up just a little bit, you can
always follow Lexi. She's gonna do a little bit
more intensity than the rest of the group.
And if you want to take it down just a little bit, you can follow
Zach. Our next exercise
is high knee pulls. So we're gonna bring our arms all the way
up and bring our knees up.
So Lexi's gonna
pick it up just a little bit here.
Let's add a little crunch
too. So, as we bring our knees up, we're gonna
crunch our abs.
"Whoo! Pick it up, Lexi. Yeah!" Arms up.
The next exercise we have is we're gonna do
cross reach across our chest.
Are you feeling warm
Brian? "Yeah, I'm feeling warm." 'Feelin'
good."
All the way across. Make sure you're turning your knees, hips, and
toes.
So, as I
mentioned, Lexi is gonna take it up a notch, so our next
exercise, I'm gonna have her do just a little bit
more. So, we're gonna do a lateral
step and reach. Step and reach up.
Step and reach up. Step,
reach. Lexi's adding
that little jump here.
James is
following. Reach up, James! "Woo-hoo. Yeah. James!"
"That a boy, James."
Starting to feel a little bit of a sweat
goin' on here. "I'm feelin' it. Oh yeah."
Next, we're gonna do small
arm circles. So just
forward. Try to make sure your arms are
about parallel with the ground.
Feel those shoulder joints warming up.
We're starting to breathe
a little bit more "Oh, yeah" a little heavier. "Yep."
And let's reverse direction.
*Inaudable* "Noah." "Keep it moving."
Next we have
hip openers. So we're gonna take a step, bring our
knee all the way up and around.
We have two ball and socket joints.
One in our shoulders, which we were just doing, and
one in our hips. So we wanna make sure to get that full range of motion
here.
You guys look great! "Whoo-hoo!"
Next, we have
twist, elbow to opposite knee.
*Inaudible.* You guys can all join me here.
Make sure you pull your belly button to your side.
Feel that crunch with our abs and obliques.
And we have butt kicks next.
So, I'm gonna turn to the side so you can see we're gonna bring our
heel all the way up to our butt.
This one Lexi and James is... are gonna take it up
a notch too.
Shoulders back. Smiling!
"Whoo-hoo!" "How you doing, Mac?"
"Great." "How you doin', Lexi?" *Chuckling.* "Good."
"Here we go, Ryan. Kick those butts!"
"I know." We're
focused on upper body. We're gonna do a back exercise next.
We're gonna reach one arm up and one arm down.
Squeeze those shoulder blades.
"I can feel 'em." *Laughing.* Nice
job Kayla! *Cheering.* *Inaudible.*
Nice strong arms.
Next exercise
we're gonna go back to our lower body. We're gonna
do a side lunge for our inner thighs.
We're gonna step to the left and then step to the right.
So they're all join me.
Step to the left and step to the right.
If you're following Lexi, she's reaching
down for her toes here.
Try to make sure both toes are facing forward. We don't wanna
turn our toes.
Feel that stretch in your inner thigh.
"Feels good." Next, we're gonna work
our hamstrings a little bit, so we have windmills.
So, hands out to the side, and we're gonna reach for the opposite toe.
Try to keep your back nice and straight.
Besides that small twist that we have.
We're bending
from the hips.
How's it going, James? "Going good."
Nice smiles, guys!
"Whoo."
We're gonna do a jack and a squat next.
Hands up at the top.
"Whoo!"
Lexi and James are taking it up a notch. "Oh, yeah."
"Here we go!"
"I love exercise!" Aw, you guys
are doing great. I love your enthusiasm.
*Laughing.* I'm just gonna
turn to the side to show you this next one. They're all
gonna stay forward, though. We're gonna take one foot
and lunge it back, and then step together.
Take it back and together.
Nice job guys. I'll join you here.
The key for this one
is to make sure that your knees are not going over your
toes. So if you can get a big step back,
and dropping straight down; not leaning
forward.
*Clapping.* Nice job. You guys are awesome!
We have fast
feet comin' up next, so feet are a little bit wider
than hips, and we're gonna go really quick.
"Whoo!" ..Football... "Yeah! Whoo-hoo!"
Lexi and James are gonna drop down.
"Yeah, James!" "Go, Lexi!" And go.
And, go.
And, go.
And, go. Anyone
else want to join them? And, go.
"Feel the burn, James." Our next
exercise is mountain climbers in the air.
Right arm, left knee, and then vice versa.
Lexi and James are gonna take it down and they're gonna do
mountain climbers on the ground. All right, guys, get started.
They're doing
a really great job, aren't they? Keeping it all the higher
intensities. "Oh, yeah." This is our
last one where we're gonna be doing a little extra intensity.
We're gonna all step on our left foot
for this next one. Lift our right leg up
and try to balance here. Shoulders back.
Chest up. And let's try and spell our
first name with our leg.
So, not from the toe
but from the hips as we're movin' our leg.
If you want a little extra challenge, you can close your eyes.
And, let's go ahead and switch to the other foot.
And let's try and
spell our last name.
I think you guys must have been working hard. "Oh, yeah."
"Oh, man." *Chuckling.*
"Fun stuff."
Well, we're definitely more alert now, right? "Oh, yeah."
And let's go ahead and put our foot down
and we're gonna do full body stretch.
All the way up and down. We're gonna
bend our knees just slightly. All the way up;
look up at the ceiling, bring your hands back.
And we're gonna bring
our elbows down.
Bring your left arm across
your chest, and let's move your wrist.
And open up your chest and switch.
Still smiling. That means we're
"Whoo!" having fun, right? "Oh, yeah."
All right, and everyone is gonna turn to the left
and take your right leg back. We're gonna do a high
lunge. So we're just gonna dip down just a
little bit; both arms up in the air. Nice and
straight.
And we'll
bring our hands down. We're gonna move that back leg in just
about a foot or so and straighten that front leg.
Keep your back straight, shoulders back, and we're gonna
point and flex.
And bring our angles here...
And we're all gonna turn
to the right this time,
and switch.
Hands up.
And sink low.
Little balance challenge
here, huh? "How you doin', Caleb?"
"Fabulous." "Whoo-hoo!" "Exactly."
*Inaudible.* *Chuckling.*
And hands down. You can go ahead and bring that back leg
in about a foot and straighten that front leg.
Shoulders back, and let's point
and flex.
And we're all gonna face the front.
We're gonna bend our knees. Come on down,
roll your back, arms all the way up.
We're gonna play the piano keys on the way down.
Let's take
one arm forward, hands up,
and stretch the wrist. Here we go!
"Whoo-hoo!" "Good job, guys." And down.
We're gonna switch from our right
hand. Pull on to all of your
fingers, and
we're gonna stretch down.
We're gonna take
one more last deep breath in,
and out. Thank you guys!
*Clapping.* *Cheering.*
Good job!

Who am I for - Duration: 11:21.
HI it's Lao again I want to talk to you about a topic that I've gotten a few
emails and other questions relating to, people say you know, I want to I want to
really study you go deeper into my spirituality, I want to go deeper into
understanding myself, understanding my world, I'm not a religious person but I
really think after reading you know the Tao Te Ching, the Tao of Pooh, who various
other popular books that it seems like I really resonate with the DAO and so what
does it take to become a Taoist ?do you have to convert? they want to know
basically as a Taoist like what would I have to do? is there a temple I have to
go to? and and those are all very normal questions but it always comes to this
one point and I want to address that but I want to address the main point that
people ask me which is ,what do I have to do as a Taoist to study with you? to
learn from you ?- all of these things that you teach like how do I apply this
to my everyday life? when I have a job I have kids I have all these things? it
doesn't seem like it's something that we can do. The videos or the books or the
movies you see , whether monks or priests or renunciates, they're celibates I don't
want to live that life, but I do want to follow this .And so I say okay let's
break this down why does the Dao resonate with you or
with most people? and the answer is the Dao is not some atypical concept that
somebody goes okay well I've been studying in a human way I want to
renounce humanity and become a daoist no no, Dao just means The Way,
the way of what? the way how everything in the universe works I have talked
about this part of the subject on several videos but let me be more
specific and candid, a little more Frank . You are already born a Taoist, you are already
born in the way. Society , by its very nature has to take the individual and
their individual nature and it has to mold it to be a cog in the wheel of this
machine called society. The individual is always sacrificed for the greater good
ok. Daoists are the people who say I'm not willing to sacrifice who and what I
am or who and what I was born to be. I was born at this time because the world
needed what I have maybe it's a little match maybe it's a little candle but
it's mine and I want to add it to the greater light, and so when you come to
study with me or any Daoist teacher or even even a Sufi or
Kabbalists, we all study the same perennial wisdom tradition, there are cultural
things like for example those Sufis have a lot of Islam you know, Yogi's have a
lot of Hinduism but Daoists, Daoists have a very different relationship to the
perennial wisdom tradition and when you come to study with me or you come to
study with anybody who is really pure to those teachings and traditions you're
going to learn that, you first have to learn it's all going to be about learning
about you, knowing yourself ,right the Oracle at Delphi, that was the very first
thing you saw written on the balaustrad which was, Know thyself, and that's
that's what this is about, but you have to understand living in a society the more
you understand yourself, the more you understand your world, the more you
understand your world, the more you're going to have to
accept a certain amount of alienation, this is just part of the path it is not
easy to study because if your mind is connected to all of these structures
that are really arbitrary, they're imposed by people, somebody once wrote
that society or culture is just "mass hallucination everybody agrees on", when
you come to study these things you have to learn to separate, this mass
hallucination which is a framework, it's just a model that everybody works within
so they have a shared vernacular, or what they call a shared reality, but it really
doesn't work very well, that's why there's so many arguments and
misunderstandings, is because people don't actually share a lot of what they
think they share. It doesn't mean the same, and this is why marriages break up,
this is why there's problems and infighting in companies is because it's
not a shared existence at all. The way you communicate is the way you
communicate, and nobody really understands that ,until you understand it
and then can make that bridge, but if you don't understand you think well I speak the
same language as everybody else, they should know! no, they don't know, I'm so
sorry, the people who come and study with me
are people who study these traditions first and foremost,
have to give up what you think you know, the cup has to be empty, if you want to
be filled and you have to be willing to go very deep into those places people
just naturally don't want to go. It's not easy, it's very difficult, so if people
say you know, what do I have to do to study with you? I say, you have to be
somebody who is willing to let go of the need to know and be right, and be willing
to throw away your assumptions that you base your life on, and be willing to
accept life as it is, yourself as you are, and then come to understand what that
really means of how that really is beautiful. You have to be willing to let
go of indictments you have against yourself ,you know, hard feelings you have
against yourself and the world, the idea that the world is a harsh or a difficult
place, you have to be willing to let go social constructs, religious constructs,
many constructs, not because they're bad or because that you know they were
imposed and nefarious, but because you'll have to create that for yourself
you can use those things to create your construct, but those constructs themselves
were not meant for you, it was meant to mold you to it but you
have to learn to start molding yourself to your own understanding of life, and
then be able to translate and share that with people, the people who are NOT meant
to study with me, I will be very clear, are people who are looking for me to
magically heal them, I've had people write me and say Lao, I have this mental
illness, or I have this physical ailment or I have this and I believe
that you're a great healer and a great Abbot and a great Daoist, if you can just
heal me, I know that I can go and convert the world in your name.. the answer is no
I can't, no I won't, no, no. That's not how this works.
I cannot heal you of anything, the only thing that ever needs to be healed
anyways is simply your meanings in life, okay ? people who are coming to me looking
for comfort, I cannot give you comfort, the path and The Way is not meant for
those who are looking to be comfortable. Comfort hinders growth. I'm not saying
you can never be at peace and you can never be happy and you can never feel
comfort, or you have to shun it, I'm not saying wear burlap underwear, I'm saying
though, that if you think it's gonna be peace and love and oh my God we're gonna
be singing wonderful hymns together, no we are not, this is time to look at your
fears, look at your terrors, or look at your pains or your angers and resentment,
and you'll have to face them. And it is uncomfortable I will be there with you, I
will help you, but I cannot do it for you, I cannot do it on you, I cannot do it to
you, I have to be there and we will walk
through it together, but I cannot do it for you. There's no magic ping ahhhhh, no that
doesn't exist, it's hard work, every day. The hardest part is learning to let go
of your expectations, your resentments and to accept the world as it is accept
yourself and accept that it is okay , life becomes beautiful when you let go of
your expectations and you raise your standards .Those are the people that are
meant to study with me, those people who cannot face their triggers, cannot face..
it is best not to come to me, because my job is not to give you peace, my job
is to give you the whole picture and to call it down the middle that this is
what it is, and I promise all of my students, I promise all of my disciples,
the people that I trained, in various forms one way or the other, is that I
will never hide from you the reality of life. If you want truth , there are a
million books out there with truth but if you want real? that's the Way and
The Way will tell you, that if something is true it must also be a lie
simultaneously, so don't look for truth don't look for lie, simply see what is
and then ,what does that mean to you? this takes away the fear of , oh they lied to
me ! or oh they just don't want me to have what I want! it's not about that, it's
about you have everything you need but you don't have the skill ,simply that, you
don't have the skill to apply what you need to your life. You'll have everything
you want, once you gain the skill, once you gain the ability to say, I will
practice the 10,000 hours colloquially speaking, until I can let go of My
Mind's need to control, to project, and I can accept in the moment that this is
perfect ,and I just need to learn how to use this moment to my advantage, to find
the empowering meaning. okay I hope I addressed this, I hope you understand
where I'm coming from, what it means to walk this path because it will not make
you a peaceful person, it will give you the ability to choose peace regardless
if there's conflict or not. Peace is not the absence of conflict, it's a choice
you make even in the middle of conflict. It is not difficult for those who
practice and those who really sincerely apply, but at the beginning everything
takes time to learn .okay if you have any questions please leave a comment or you
can hit like or share if that's something you would like to do to create
a conversation you can always email me offline if you have something personal at
lao@fourdragonsschool.com okay see you next time

I am so rusty! Fortnite Fun #1 - Duration: 21:16.
I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die. That's a great start to video isn't it.
hello, I'm gonna die. Oh my god I have not
played this game for a long time. I'm gonna be so rusty and bad, but it's fun
it's all about the fun and I have no
idea where to go and as far as I know there's new things in the game. I haven't
played it for a while and one of the crazy thing's is you can be a bush.
if I'm right you can actually be a Bush and that's got me scared a little bit,
because I can't even shoot peoplethat are just being people, so now I have to look out
for bushes. That's gonna make it even harder for me. Oh well let's hope we find
something good in here. Doubt it but think i've landed in the worst
place, but we'll find something, anything
no, like, what I can't remember the controls. Oh my god. Alright well guess
we will check in this building over here.
well I haven't died yet that's good. The plans coming together, but no I haven't
played in a while and I know that they've added some new stuff - so I
thought id check it out. You can be a bush, there's a suppressor submachine gun and and like that there's a jump pad thing.
I mean I'll probably never use them or even find them or even get the chance to use
them, since I am terrible at this game because I have no weapon yet whatsoever.
Oh well I guess we're going to go over to the..
it's a farm here, okay what's the controls I can't remember what button
does what now. Oh my god, yeah well let's hope at least we find a weapon of some sort
and some of the blue juice stuff, I call it bubble gum juice because I can't
remember the name of it but I just call it bubble gum juice because well I'm
stupid. I've got a feeling someone's already been here or someone will
probably already be here and kill me instantly.
nope nothing, nothing, what an excellent start the video.
What's this oh good we got some wood see. perfect pro player got that wood though.
got that wood. Yeah someone's been here because of the massive hole in the
roof. That's one thing about this game the building aspect, I struggle
just to work on the actual shooting killing people aspect
I've got to build too - well we got a gun it's a shotgun but it will, hey it will do.
Those gates are loud I should start being quiet. Will just jump over them. Oh what's this Oh
same one but oh well its ammo I guess. Oh something's going down I hear someone
and Oh empty it's not going good, no and no God right how to crouch
what's the button to crouch again no not you. No.
no. Even he's saying no not that one either. What's the button
this one? Hey there we go. Again like I said I'm rusty I'll get back into it.
don't worry. Nothing in here. Yeah got a feeling this has all been looted.
what's this, that will do, that'll do, burst. That will do, better than nothing. What's
that? no it's just light, okay okay. Oh we've got a revolver. I think everything from
here's been looted, we're not far from the circle. Got a feeling there's probably people
over there, so I'm gonna push up over here.
but like I said totally rusty I've not played this in a while even though I
wasn't rusty I'm still not that great at it.
it's all about having the fun. It's all about having fun, that's what I keep
saying, that's what I have to keep saying otherwise I'll cry. About having fun but
how many people are left anyway, oh top 50 that will do me, I'm joking.
I'd be happy with a top ten easy, I wanna lay low I haven't seen anyone yet at all.
It's quite quiet there's bound to be somebody around here, bound to be, will check
this house out anyway, but will play very defensive, get back into the routine
back into the swing of things, oh hello there's someone let's play this
smart be sneaky cuz I don't want to die. hello
it's the mailman got a package for you, it's a shotgun to your face you need to sign
for it. hello? I think he's gone I think he left. I don't hear him I think he left.
yeah he's gone, oh there he is in the water. well I think it's him
wow this is a fun gameplay. how do you check the map again. Oh god what is, what
button is it. You can tell I'm so rusty what the hell, no not that one, which one is
it. no, oh hey oh, god stop dancing. Okay I
mean I can't remember the last time I've played this game but right now it feels like
it's been years, obviously just that bad but I can't remember the last that I
played this game. I knew it was before like things were added like the jump pad,
the bush and the submachine-gun so it's probably a while at least. At least a
couple weeks, no. wow basically I stopped playing when call of duty came out. But I hear
we've got an update coming soon. like a Christmas update so probably try and get
back in the routine of playing to see what that's like. Its empty in here. I think we're
gonna hang out here for a while because the circle's closing in, we will see where
the circle goes. We're just gonna play smart, defensive, gonna take it easy
not the type of player that can go ham and just kill everyone and go on like kill
streaks and stuff because we will die
we're not that good, Oh we're top thirty.
Zero kills, Wow.
Oh god see, we're on the move again I'm actually quite worried about this Bush.
Thing is that I've seen some gameplay like on YouTube and stuff and it kind of
hard if they're not moving. It's hard to distinguish if that's a bush or a
person, I mean I'm easily distracted and I would easily walk past the bush not
thinking it's someone, I feel like, that's what I'm gonna die to all the
time. I don't see anyone. Somebody's built over there though. Yup I heard that.
He got killed I better move before he see's me.
I'm just trying to weave up here I think there is a petrol station or gas
station rather, if you want to call it that. I somewhat remember the map
somewhat remember the map
well I see someone, they see me yeah, they saw me and I think they've got some
decent stuff, their building. yeah they've got some cover but if he's got a
grenade launcher or grenades or something, I'm screwed
I don't see him he's a good player he's building doing something I can't do
what's he gonna do yeah anyway, run, no, jump, no. right probably
play this, He's still going he still think's I'm that side, maybe smart yeah,
he's coming, I'm gonna back off. he's a good player, way better than me and he's
got some decent loot, so I'm not gonna even challenge him. I'm gonna play
defensive, play a bit smart. I don't think he knows where I am though. look he thinks
I'm still down there.
I'm gonna let him keep thinking, that I'm happy with that when we come's this way I
will easily shoot him, we all know if I go into that I will die.
where's he going, where's he going. he gonna come here. no he's going the circle that's
fine
my aim is to get used to the controls back use to the map. finish high as
possible in this game just don't go in gung-ho because I would just die
constantly. I'm just trying to get use to the controls
so I'm starting to get there. starting to get there. I'm gonna go this way
I'm doing not bad, almost in the top 20 that's fine. right now I'm extremely happy.
Thought I'd die the second I landed, so I'm quite happy.
Make sure no stragglers running late,
but gonna take awhile to get back into the swing of things, back into the tactics. Just get back into..
even just being half good. Someone's built up there so I'm gonna
hug this. be sneaky. it's a big drop I'll go this way.
Okay. I'm still gonna hug this. Well we're definitely top twenty, that's fine,
that's good for me. If I can get like top five and even one kill I will be happy. I
will be extremely happy with that, you probably won't be. Probably bored as hell.
boring video, nothing exciting. but for me that is fantastic right now.
He's shooting at someone, Don't know who.
Sslowly make our way around, that's how we're gonna do this. This is a game play of
the year I tell you, this is amazing, it's, this is edge of the seat stuff. Well he got
someone I think, yeah so that's why I'm gonna hug this.
I'm not going into the open just yet. there's a building, some cover.
again we're outside the circle again.
right
what's in here. Ah bubble gum juice but I hate we can't go in a window it's big enough.
come on wait, pick it up, pick it up, there we go. All right very good.
that'll do me for now anyway, that might save us at some point, we hope.
unless I get sniped in the face, right now. right.
Oh wow we're in top 10. I've seen one person I think, no two - I almost
died to one of them, right we're gonna slowly make our way down here. the storms
coming in. but we're okay, we're okay.
don't see anyone, don't see anyone yet. no. I think we're fine here.
What's this? it's a pistol.
I'll just take it for the sake of it. someone's built here look, but no we're
not gonna go up there, just hug the bottom. play defensive but quiet. like I said
hopefully get in the top-five, get one kill, brilliant day for me, it's gonna start
getting messy, oh okay here we go, all right I'll get to this rock before he finishes
building. Come on hopefully doesn't see me, come on.
again outside the circle, ive got to move, but that means he's got to move as well how we gonna play this. someone else's shooting where did that come from.
there he goes he's shooting up and there, yeah someone's built up there.
so he doesn't know I'm here. That him?
He's got blue, he's got blue, I made him think though, we made him think, that's good.
That's good. You see look I wish I could do that.
Straight away build, build, build, I would just die, except forget that
actually oh you can build. I need to start playing something like duo's of squads
or what's that new one, 50 versus 50 or something, then I might get good,
get lucky on the back's of other people. Oh there he is. Missed, made him think again.
Don't think he knows where I am, he has no idea think he's confused right now, yeah
he's confused, that's good, top seven that's good
come on and get a top five. come on, we're gonna push up next to this I think
that's a guy from this tower, I'm not sure, we'll just play it safe just in
case, hopefully doesn't, oh my god.
I didn't see him at all, oh my god. Scared me
Wow, right med kit. let's run for it grab it run, I'm not sure if that guy's still
in that tower but that's why we keep running, up to here, anybody here
no. Okay let's heal up. wow. I didn't see him at all. God scared
me a little bit. But we got him we've got one kill. Yay see great video
did something. isn't that amazing. There's an air drop, a drop. should
I go for it. I don't know, cuz If I go for that I know I will get shot. There's someone
else. There's two airdrops. He's, I think he's going for one.he's gone for the far
one. they gonna get it? he's got that one. I think everyone's moved up it's just
within the circle. see I'm worried someone's on this hill still.
well okay top five one kill. Seriously that's great.
Let's get it. What we got? okay. Med kit. Oh a grenade launcher. One of those trap things that I'll probably never
use. because again I forget that you can actually build or put trap's down or
anything. I really need you start practising doing that. Probably save me some
point but I forget constantly. All right I'm gonna push up on this side just
wonder where that guy went. The guy that opened the other airdrop he's probably not over
here somewhere. Probably in the building. Don't see anybody.
we're just gonna stay low be quiet. Where did that come from. Oh okay that might act as a
distraction for me that's fine. My god i'm in the final three. Wow.
How am I in the final three? I haven't done anything, what I've done is basically walk around.
Wow. Okay I don't think that we will win this. I can't
see us winning this. I know I won't win this, I'll screw up don't worry I will screw
this up easy. I don't see anyone. Where are they. right,no one's no one's in that compound
in the left side anyway.
Wonder if their around here. Right-hand side, I don't see anyone, What? Oh my god, shoot. here we go. what the hell? no way! No way! I looked
before I went in, no one was, he must have been hiding right in the corner. Oh well that was fun.
Final three, one kill I'll take that, well done Kevin. Well guys hope
you enjoyed it hopefully we get better, doubt it but we'll find out. Thank you
have fun, enjoy the rest of your day. Bye

Trump Ally Roger Stone Says Its "Painfully Obvious" Trump Will Be Charged With A Crime - Duration: 3:45.
According to one of Donald Trump's longest known, longest serving allies, Roger Stone,
it is painfully obvious that Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor, will eventually end
up charging Donald Trump with a crime.
According to an interview that Roger Stone gave recently with Vanity Fair, "It's an almost
certainty that Donald Trump is going to be charged with a crime", and Stone went on to
say that it could be with the Russian interference thing, or it might even come from the sexual
harassment claims against the President.
Personally, I say why not both?
You know?
He's got so many potential crimes in his list of deeds for the last few years, I'm pretty
sure we could get him on several different issues.
But the fact that Roger Stone, again, one of Donald Trump's best allies in the White
House, is willing to come forward and say yes, this investigation is going to end.
It is quote, "painfully obvious" that Donald Trump will end up being charged with a crime.
The fact that Stone is willing to come out and finally admit this speaks volumes to this
investigation, and it also helps to shed a little bit more light on why Republicans are
so hell bent on claiming that this investigation is biased and corrupt and should be null and
void.
No, Donald Trump needs to be charged for the crime if he has committed a crime.
That's how this country's supposed to work.
I know it doesn't usually work that way, but in a perfect country, when you commit a crime,
you do the time.
You do get charged with it.
You go in front of a jury of your peers, and they decide your fate.
You present evidence to your innocence, the other side presents evidence to whether or
not to your guilty, that's how it works.
So Roger Stone is not saying anything completely off the wall here, he's just admitting that
what he knows about Donald Trump, yeah.
There's going to be charges filed against him.
Stone went on to say that clearly the only people in this country who don't understand
that this is going to happen are Donald Trump's lawyers.
Now as we have discussed in the past, Trump's lawyers are doing a very good job at convincing
Donald Trump that nothing bad is going to happen to him.
Recently, they told him that this investigation is about to end, he has nothing to worry about,
it's all going to be over.
In fact they said before Christmas, it'll all be over and you'll be perfectly fine.
Now, I'm no lawyer, but I do know honesty, and they should be telling him look, we don't
know what's going to happen, just mind your P's and Q's, be good, don't screw up, for
the love of God stop tweeting out incriminating evidence and tell your idiot son to do the
same, and we'll go from there.
We'll handle whatever comes from this.
Now, the other side of that could be that these lawyers are telling Trump that everything's
fine so that he doesn't fire Robert Mueller and then end up with more obstruction of justice
charges against him.
We don't know, but overall, Roger Stone nails it, his lawyers are pretty, pretty bad at
their jobs.
But if somebody as close to Trump as Roger Stone is willing to admit that charges are
inevitable against him, I think that's something that we should all take seriously and hope
that it does happen as Trump lawyers say before Christmas.

The bell from newspaper tubes! Detailed tutorial! - Duration: 26:26.
hello everyone I am Lada
welcome to my channel
in the video I offer
your attention
detailed process of
weaving this
Christmas bell
so if you
are interested then I
I invite you to
view
I tried very detailed
to illuminate
all nuances of weaving
of this product
it is for me
proved difficult
product in terms of
weave especially in
weaving plan for
camera but nevertheless
I hope that I am with this
solved the problem
be sure to write in
your comments
questions feedback
offers for all
I will answer with
pleasure with you
let's talk
and look in
description under the video
there is also a lot of
interesting links and
information, for example
how I twist the newspaper
tubules and
technical issues
on which spoke
width of strip and so
further and so on to all
pleasant viewing and
night weaving
bell from
round bottom on
in my opinion it
should be
at the most
convex for such a
products such bottom
I showed how
weave in one of the
their videos very much
in detail a reference on
I leave it here
here or in the description
under video well and also in
this video also
I'll show it for him
need four tubes
length of each tube
I have enough for
it will be a bell
small size and
every tube I
fold in two
I try in half
add up
now I will do
the overlapping of these
halves
need here
watch closely
for my hands then
eat first do
so then I do
so now
the last tube
me goes first here
so then here
inside this tubule
push and so and so
and push here
such an intersection
tanks turned out here
it is very important that they
were not particularly wet
otherwise they will be very
squeeze
and here it is very important
that the tubes and
lay down in one
direction, see
here they lie with me
this tube
the upper one is here
leaves lower here
here is the same
upper right and
bottom left
here to the right and left and
here is the same thing
is done in order
so as to reverse
hand, too, was all
neatly
beautiful though for
bell probably
this is not necessary here is all
now I will pull up and
here by the way, so far I have not
this is all
it dragged on
especially
widened the
such a hole made
here i insert
she will serve a twine
and a loop for
bell and then
I will make here two
I insert the tongue
Here that's how these
let them hang out afterwards
I will trim them on that
the length that is needed and
again tighten
here you can tighten
so that is just 1
the end of each tube
pull up and that's all
very good
dragged on
this way
see generally
There are no holes
seen from the back
the parties are still the same
the most excellent all and
Now we are starting
weaving that I think
only quantity
I am enough
to start I
put together two
tubules and now
will be our bottom
braid
2 tubes do not pay
attention to these
here on this rope he
which sticks out of us
the main thing that she does not
got into the weave and
so first we
we braid the first row
two tubes each
I say again that I
at this stage
made a rope but
if you are uncomfortable with you
can rope
then insert here
here in the bottom and so
the first row I have a
puffed
now the second row I
I'm braiding for one
a pipe for this I
that's how I push them and
I braid on 1
the same goes here
actually
bell can be
weave and without shape
I'm basically a plate without
shaped bells but
it's already convenient for you
I have prepared
the form by which I
I'll try to do it
on video, I think that
if you have never
weaved a bell then
it seems to me that
form is better
try so
we are braiding one by one
so that's the way here
what happened
the beginning of our
bell and now
so I prepared
form just does it
Here's the one here
a cup seems to me
best suited
even the form has
I'm the bell
I apply to him and
I see that one more row
it is possible to weave
wax that is on
plane without form and
I do it that is
another series
we weave such
I do not forget
about building up in
where is the best
increase
of course at the stoichkoy and
since this form y
us a bell then
it seems to me that there
nothing at all
will be seen in our country
I grew up like this
many
they ask, that is, I
I cut off on a scythe
this tip of it
be sure here
also insert into
straw
the main thing is that the tip
that tube in
which you insert
too, was less
dry
not wet then
the
great, so here's another
once I last row
weave
on a plane one by one
I think that
we are building up
additional
we will not stand
because it's not for you
it seems that enough
quite so we still have
goes and all-all
last row we with
you proplely
we correct our
vertical tubes that all
we had
neatly
apply to the form
and I see that in
principle, I can already
these are the stoeches
duck
already in form and let's
let's try of course
better that the form is not
moved and needed
something to fix
for this I take my
favorite paint
scotch such paper
Scotch tape which in
principle, not particularly
injures paper not
especially injured
newspaper
here here so it is possible and
consolidate
cup one end
and the second end
directly possible
parallel
symmetrically it is necessary here
form we no longer
moves and starts
braid
here we certainly have
sharp transition see
goes by the glass
narrows
from the bottom to the walls
we will try it
soften a bit
because otherwise
otherwise we also have
bell will be
abrupt transition
I will now
a whip from top to bottom
this way
so build up and so
have continued
we can continue this
we get and behold
last row we with
you are weaving
and now we have a transition
goes to the walls
went braided form
let's see how we
will it all
pass the case
that without the form of course
but for me it is better without
form before
that there you are
control the form
can even this
bell
expand as you
convenient but if you want
neatly then
better of course, too, in
form the main form
find the right
I changed the camera angle
maybe so to you
will be better seen
here weaving
in form and here it is
I have a little
narrows as
the cup tapers
then expand
I will go the same way
I repeat with
weave
very very
tightly in shape i
wattle with the right hand
slab
left hand like this
here I hold myself
weaving
The main thing that stands
we watched in one
direction I have them too
correct
periodically
this way here
because of the fact that
that they are mine
the surface is like this
behold
they are
slightly curved
and they have to
constantly correct
here I am building up
well, after
have continued
here I got a little wet
tubes because
they have me a little
have dried up therefore from
spray them
a little water
sprinkled
by the way, these
Here are the ropes
pull them up
I did not interfere with something
guessed at first and
here we went
expansion
Yes, let's see how everything is
we are here
we are already going
expansion
very good shape
I got here
Yes, if the form
Dad to get something
very much all is well
will be half the battle
consider doing here
Well, I'm here about the plate a
somewhere up to here at
I'm already falling here
to extensions and again
turn on show for now
preliminary
result
[music]
[music]
[music]
[music]
[music]
[music]
[music]
include show
preliminary
result see
how much have I
I am woven here
form placed on
surface is like this
here is the way and
I fly so simply
it is more convenient to do this and
here is the distance
between the posts I have
very broad
centimeter 3 is if
you do not like this
and you want to do
for example less
distance between
then you
will need
additionally from
points somewhere in here
place these places
then the distance
between the stacks will be
you have less here
now starting
continue the weaving
where I need to build up
also behind the racks
has increased and continues
weave
here I'm through
a cup of it all
a plate can be handy
expand in this
place
I think that to expand
I will chew an hour before
the slab is this row
last and already possible
to expand those yet
greater expansion
here already look at
I was left completely
I'm a little bit now
I'm taking off the form for
I'm cleaning this up
this painting tape
do not hurt
tubule surface
so I very much
I love
the glass is removed
instead of a glass
if there is no such thing
This form can be
use and can
any
small bottle
adapt for these
objectives
well, you need to search in
economy can be
some
cups can
plastic something
to fill them up like this
a glass of ours
got out and now here
here too you see
flat enough
I'll show you places later
how to make it more
convex and see
now I will be here
here in this place
expand what i'm doing
I'm putting this one here
my bell is here
in this way on
the surface has become
a little bit like this
I adjust stoychki and at
we now have two
continuation option
weaving
bell
or we weave
completely on the table
that's the point here
bending
and thus we have
will be here a little bit
bent places either
we are doing it on weight
that is, like this
continue bending
yourself here
these are the lines in
external parties
thereby we
bell too
there will be little
extended children but I
I choose the second
option because
first I do not really
convenient on the table in front of
camera
maybe without a camera I
would choose the first
option here
we are building up here too
not only build
but I'm already finishing
practically my
weaving that is
it turns out that as
this I do
the bends I have here
will not instead
bends I cut here
these are the stoichki
prune them
practically
almost zero
that is, I'm drop white glue pva here
and they once showed
this but again I will show
that's how it is with me
everything is closed and
here I am practically
under this vertical tube
pruned
working tubules
it closes here
place here too
the most important is the
drip well
this place
was fixed so that's
we can cut even
here with clothespins
fix that
nothing was visible
well and
was fixed in
process of weaving is not
pasted but this
already as you please who
how does it
important to feel
your weaving like her
Do you go if you
feel something
need clothespins without
clothespins will be difficult
it's all about keeping
then take clothespins
and do not fix let
all is very stuck together
firmly
when we do not need
so much
volume bends
for example, and where we are
do not want
pendants were sticking out
there you can do it
such an option here
and everything will be hidden
very good but you can
make and bend then
there is a bell that
such product where in
principle, and that
Another option would be
look very
interesting because
by itself
the bell is very
interesting products
and here we need more
working straws
remove
here we have such a
situation workers
tubules are
here in this position
we
last vertical tube
fixed now that
I'm doing this
a tube of work
I cut off a bit
obliquely I her
paste here in this
place if correctly
working tube
glue
then it will not
noticeably in fact
in the product and this
I'm working like this here
I get it there
is this her there
paste
its main for example
too obliquely and so
cut and
glue people
here I fix everything
clothespins this place
I look up
carefully where is that
I still have here
tweak again
I say that you can also
bend
but this is how it is like
you look at your
discretion and while
we are here all
I stick together now
will work on
this place she had me
it turned out too
flat
I would like more
a convex place here
but since we were
form and form with us
Here is such a flat
Of course the ta-dan is needed
their moment to correct me
a little here
moisten with water to
this place has become more
malleable
changes and take here
such is the cap
or something that has
such a cap then
is he too
soft such is not present
sharp edges and
a small one
will be able to go straight there
you can penetrate and
finger on the very
business and here and so
from the inside I like
squeeze out the shape so
Here from inside I press
Here are these at the cap
inside and so on and so on.
squeeze out this form
it is mutating
becomes more
convex and then I can
finger a little
finish it all here
what is obtained
you can certainly weave
without form then we have
with you can this stage
skip that is
immediately weave more
round such a place
Well that's what we have here
Now we are
with you we make reeds
we already have a loop
is ready and why
can be done
way that is, here in
this rope to go
beads and here
to make a knot
here are two of these tongues
happened
[music]
[music]
[music]
the end I covered
bell with lacquer and
see which
the charm we have in the end
it turned out it is possible
decorate with a bow or
sequins but it's already
at your discretion
if you have

Handstand Series - Episódio 5 - Progressões (English Subtitles) - Duration: 3:53.
In this video we are going to introduce some preparatory exercises
and also some progressions so that you can learn a handstand
First, we are going to start with a Frog Stand
where we are going to work on our balance, stability and strenght
For this movement, put your knees resting on the top of your elbows
then lift your feet off the ground, by leaning forward
and through your hands, balance the control of your body
This exercises can and should be performed in two different ways
A static exercise
where we want to hold it from 30 seconds up to 1 minute
And in a dynamic way
where we switch from the beggining position to the final
Here we want to perform from 10 to 12 controled repetitions
Next, we have the Frog Walks
Here, we will start from a squat position
and then, by placing your hands in the ground, we will jump to an intermediate step of the handstand
This is a dynamic movement, which has the purpose to prepare the body to the movement
helping you to gain more shoulder strenght and stability
Now, starting with a similar position to the Pike Push Ups
in this exercise, we will just want to raise our shoulders
to keep improving our shoulder stability and strenght
But also, this way we can start to adapt to a real handstand position
In this exercise, you should try to push the ground as far as you can
Reaching your shoulders near your ears
We'll perform 5 to 8 repetitions
And also hold for more 10 seconds the final position
Finally, we will perform Wall Walks
Here, we will start by climbing the wall with our feet
and ideally reach the handstand position
We'll perform this exercise in a dynamic way, going up and down the wall
And we'll hold the final position in each repetition for about 1 or 2 seconds
Here we will do about 3 to 5 dynamic repetitions
and also, on the last repetition, an hold of 10 seconds in the final position
Where you should elevate your shoulders, contract your abdominals and contract your glutes
If you can't hold the previous final position
you can stay in an intermediate position
and where you should also perform 3 to 5 dynamic repetitions
and in the last one, hold the final position for 10 to 15 seconds
Remember to also maintain your shoulders elevated, and your abdominals and glutes contracted
