How Natural Cheek Asymmetry can Get More Accentuated with Weight Changes, and Aging - Duration: 6:57.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted your question with a single photo and you're asking is there a way to

make your left cheek look like your right.

And you've noticed that there is a difference between your cheeks and you want to know is

it because the left cheek has less muscle.

Well, I can certainly address your question of course in the absence of a physical exam

and give you some guidance how I discuss this with my patients every day in my practice.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

Helping people with concerns about their facial symmetry is something that we do in our practice

everyday and we provide the full range of solutions from minimally invasive non-surgical,

to complex surgeries.

So I would say that your question is extremely common and certainly the relevance now and

the tools we have to help patients like you give us a lot of opportunity to make a difference.

So let's understand some basic principles.

One of the things that we notice in our practice with patients is that as we get older or if

there is any fluctuations in weight, it's very often becomes something that people notice

is the difference in the volume in their cheeks and I think it's very important.

It's a commonly held understanding in our speciality that the area from the eyes that

form an inverted triangle to the chin includes the cheeks and it's an area that really

defines very much the impression of our facial expression.

So if you have nice looking eyes, well sculpted cheeks and a nice taper to your chin, that's

considered very attractive.

So when people see that the cheek look relatively hollow or one side looks more hollow than

the other, it draws their attention.

So to begin with, in our current understanding, it's really not so much the muscle as you

had asked but it's really about the bone structure that is critically important when

it comes to symmetry.

When we think about everything else, the bone structure is like the foundation.

It's the framework and it is natural for all of us to have some asymmetry.

There's always one side of the face that has more projection than the other.

Now as the soft tissue around this area whether it's the fat, muscle, skin, soft tissue,

can decrease with aging or weight loss that asymmetry that originates from the bone structure

becomes more obvious.

Now this leads us to a solution which I think is really significant and has been very effective

for our patients and that is a procedure called Structural Volumizing.

Structural Volumizing means that what we're using is actually long lasting injectable

fillers such as Juvederm Ultra Plus and Juvederm Voluma and we're actually placing it using

a very specific technique on the bone structure thereby addressing the underlying foundation

that is responsible for this asymmetry.

Now I understand that you want to make the one side look exactly like the other and in

our practice, we strive to accomplish as close to as symmetric as is possible.

And in a way, that really blends so well to the use of fillers.

With fillers, we can actually really sculpt.

We can put subtle differences in the volume at this level to create balance.

A lot of people are afraid of placing fillers in their cheeks because they see famous people

who they feel have endless resources and end up not looking so good.

A lot of times it's because the fillers are placed more superficially and placed just

under the skin.

And if the skin is in variable degrees of tautness and it can just essentially look

a little bit puffy and not desirable.

When we do Structural Volumizing, it actually looks like the bone structure is naturally

accentuated.

It's really a nice way to do this and it has been something that the feedback from

our patients has been nothing short of very enthusiastic.

So I think that would be my recommended option for someone like yourself in our practice.

Again, this is in the absence of a physical exam but I think it's worthwhile investigating

and learning about this.

So we didn't really have a proper lunch today let's be honest.

We were just kind of snacking at home before we left.

And we've been filming most of the day so we've worked up an enormous appetite.

So we have a favorite restaurant in the city.

This is going to be our third time going there.

I can't pronounce it but we'll let you know once we get there.

And yeah the food here is amazing.

We already know what we're going to get so we're all set.

So okay it would appear that the name is Konoba Skoblar so in we go.

Starting things off with the wine then.

And we've become quite familiar with this one.

Yesterday we were trying to figure out what hints can we smell and taste in here so let's

try once again.

I like how they give us a nice generous portion too.

I know that is a big glass of wine.

No stinginess.

So the hints I believe, same as yesterday, it is the same wine.

I was going with black cherries and what was the other one?

Still, the rumours are landing and aren't likely to stop—particularly concerning one particular outgoing.

Emre Can is heading into the final six months of his contract and he'll be able to discuss terms with new clubs from January.

The Reds would naturally prefer to keep hold of the German midfielder, but if he's to leave on a free transfer, would it be more preferable to get money for him in January?.

Juventus are the favourites to land him and chief executive Beppe Marotta hasn't been shy about admitting their interest.

MO SALAHS goal against Bournemouth made him the first Liverpool player to score 20 before Christmas since 1986.

That record was set by none other than Reds legend Ian Rush, who made over 400 appearances for the club.

Salah has been a revelation for Liverpool this season.

End of 24-year Cycle � Archangel Michael Speaks Out � Part 1 of 2

Time of Completion

I have just been listening to An Hour with An Angel and would like to tell my readers

about what I�ve heard.

Before channeling Archangel Michael, Linda spoke to Steve Beckow about how Archangel

Gabrielle had recently reminded her about the end of a cycle of 12:12.

Linda explains that December 12th, 1993 was the opening of a transition period into the

Golden Age.

Then back in 1993 the Council of love told Linda that this would be the beginning of

a 24-year cycle.

Linda was in her early 40s at the time and thought �give me a break � 24 years!�

So, she went on to explain that these 24 years from 12.12 1993 until now we have seen to

be a time of intensity, completion, chaos, turmoil, expansion and Archangel Gabriel was

pointing out to her that those 24 years had passed now and its time to CELEBRATE.

Its now the end of that 24 years cycle � its time for a significant opening, and a brand

new Golden Light Grid has been anchored on Gaia by Archangel Gabrielle We are the people

anchoring this new realm on Gaia, this new paradigm of existence.

Linda mentioned that we are now in a �gap period� between the 12.12 {December 12th}

and January 1st, 2018 {a reminder here that we are right now in the portal opening that

Cobra told us about between 17th and 25th December when we have direct connection with

the Galactic Central Sun energies} when many �domino pieces� will be falling into place.

Linda reminds that neither she or the Council like giving dates but that when the Council

starts sounding like they do now its time to pay attention!

We have reached the completion of a period.

We have been in a 24-year cycle and we are still standing!

As the so called Harmonic Convergence took place in 1987 we have been in a 30-year Ascension

process.

During this time, we have had repeated waves of the Mothers Tsunami of Love, Spiritual

Beings Tsunami of Love and the activations of our DNA {spiritual bodies} preparing us

to be the creators and co-creators of Nova Gaia.

This has not been an easy process by any means.

Most of us have had difficult, trying, even hellish experiences during this time.

Linda used the description of sometimes feeling like you are in quicksand.

But the foundations have been laid for the �Cities of Light� all over Gaia to come

into form with new types of government, community, neighborhoods and families.

We are learning a new way of looking at partnerships, relationships and learning to use the �Universal

Laws� in a practical way to build a world that works for everyone.

Divine Mother has spoken a while back about the ensuing worldwide �heart opening�

event.

In fact, all my readers should be well aware that this event will be the key � most important

aspect of the so-called Event.

Like Linda Dillon we should all be looking forward to what lies ahead.

Archangel Michael

If you like me have consciously asked Archangel Michael for protection and or simply company

on your journey you will be aware that he turns up at regular intervals deepening our

sense of peace within.

He explains that we need this inner peace to ascend to the higher realms.

He gives us a gentle reminder that the entire Co of Heaven are an �interwoven� group

and are working side by side with us in the �assumption of our divine authority, which

is part and parcel of anchoring peace in physicality on this planet.�

Archangel Michael on the Middle East

The following words are notes that I made while listening to Michael and are as close

to a transcript as I could manage.

We will soon have the entire transcript and I will add that eventually.

Michael spoke of the continual upheaval in the middle east area of Gaia, which he says

have been �sectioned up / divided up into oblong squares that are not of truth.� �Tribalism,

hatred, greed and ultimate forms of protectionism, isolation, limitation, lack has created an

unholy/ungodly mess in which every faction is jockeying for power, NOT right stewardship

but the abuse of, control of keeping self-interests and not protecting certain interests.�

He said; �look at Yemen where there is murder, mayhem, starvation and disease.

How does this contribute to the wellbeing of people whether they are Hindu, Muslim,

Christian or Jew?

This does not reflect faith, only limitation, and levels of abuse so terrible.

There is a political allowance to starve people, children to death.

How can this relate to Love or Peace within or without.

This chaos is coming to the forefront to be seen but the price for those who do not participate

but are suffering victims, because of where they have ended up geographically, is an abomination

that needs to come to a conclusion.

How We Can Continue to Help

Archangel Michael expressed a thank you to all of us on Gaia who are meditating and sending

love to war torn places and places where people are suffering right now.

He mentioned the many lightwarriors that travel with Him nighttime to anchor the elusive quality

of peace all around the globe.

He also mentioned the Star Forces ~ our Galactic Families and the light they are continually

sending to us which has been titled �Porlana C� and how they intervene more and more

even on the surface catching bombs in war torn palaces etc.I recall Cobra recently saying

how the Pleiadians are continuously working on dissolving pollution etc. l Finally, and

not in any way least how the human Gaian factor of lightworkers affect change by declaring

and holding the vision of peace and love.

A reminder that we can decree and declare and command that the Universal Laws of Change,

Transformation and Transmutation {if you like in the name of Sanat Kumara our beloved Planetary

Logos} can be used by all of us at any time to transform any and all situations now.

Your declaration, your voice, your divine authority gives you the right to do this and

you cooperate with the Light Forces in this way.

My channel is about exploring myself.

What I experience while I'm making this channel and videos,

who I meet,

that was why I've been making exchange students friends from the 1st semester,

and 2nd semester, too,

I made a lot of exchange students friends in a different way.

I felt it would let me learn many great things,

and know more about myself at the same time.

Like 'This is how I am, but see! They're different!'

'Then why have I lived and grown up like this?'

'What's the difference?'

Foreign exchange students were really good for me to compare myself with.

They belong to a group called 'university',

but grew up in different environments.

In 2016 1st and 2nd semesters,

I became a friend of many exchange students,

had a lot of experiences,

and felt this one thing.

They're kinda similar.

I'm not trying to generalize everyone there.

Imagine how many foreigners are.

No, not imagining 'foreigners',

imagine how many kinds of people there are.

And how many places?

Among those numerous particles,

there're people who came to SKKU 'cuz they love Korea

and spending time with those exchange students...

does share similar feeling & learning, I felt.

First of all, they're all 'students' who came for study,

so that's one thing in common.

And without, let's say, worries of accommodations and livings,

they're mostly just trying to have cultural experiences here.

That explained big parts of them.

But there's no end for explorations,

and I consider my channel as an exploration.

If I feel it came to an end, I won't be able to keep making videos.

I actually made this plan a while ago:

After 2017, I wanted to stop finding more exchange students to make videos.

The biggest reason is because I'm not as curious as before.

Let me explain more.

In the morning, I woke up and tried to go to my part-time,

it was 7:30 am.

I opened the door,

and the roof was like,

I could even make a snowman.

I wanted to find something new.

I'd love to get out of Korea,

it could be China or US, anywhere,

finding their lives and cultures,

filming them all,

That's what I'd love to do.

But I think I have to wait more for that.

What I'm interested in right now is...

people outside the campus.

It's because I graduated,

also 'cuz my interest is changing,

I expect more stories from foreign people outside the campus,

more backgrounds as well,

and I wanna learn more from them.

I'm going to Seonleung station.

I'm meeting somebody because of that.
