Should You Warm Up Your Engine Before Driving? Scotty Kilmer, S11 E48 - Duration: 3:13.

one, two, three, four!

Rev up your engines!

It's time for the Scotty Kilmer Channel

today I'm going to help you answer the question, should I warm up my engine

before I drive it or not, and to answer that question correctly, we're going to

have a little history lesson here, when I was young everything had carburetors on

them, and I'm so old they actually had hand chokes on them, and chokes make them idle

faster, when you pulled on them, they idle faster, and once they warmed up you

turned to choke off, so you had to warm them up before you drove them, and then

they had carburetors that had electronic chokes on them, you didn't have to pull

any cable, it was all done automatically, but you still want to start it up let it

warm up a little bit then hit the gas, it would idle down some, and then drive,

but even with modern carburation, it still wouldn't get the air fuel ratio

perfect, so the car would run well and wouldn't damage the engine by running

too rich or too lean, then the game changer came, which was fuel injector, now

this is a 24 year old Toyota Celica, it's got electronic fuel injection but

it's an older system, it doesn't have a MAF sensor to measure how much air is

coming into the engine, and it only has one oxygen sensor to monitor the

air-fuel ratio, the modern cars have many different sensors, some as many as four

and the modern ones don't even call the front one oxygen sensor, they call them

air fuel ratio sensors, they're much faster and much more accurate, so the

engine will always get the right amount of fuel no matter what the temperature,

humidity, or whatever, it finally got cold here in Houston, so I can show you the

difference, here's the 24-year old one when I start it up cold,

you can see it's idling pretty high as it warms up, but here's it more modern

Toyota Matrix, and watch the difference when it starts up ice-cold, you can see

even though it's ice-cold, it's idling much lower than the older one was,

because it's got a much more complicated fuel injection system that can meter

things better, and this is still a ten year old one, the newer ones are even

more sophisticated, so in any modern day car, you don't need to warm up the engine

before you drive, but of course, you have to be logical about this, if your car's

covered in snow and ice, you got to let it warm up, so you're warm inside and

you get the snow and ice off, and I know some guys will say, well I want my

engine to warm up, so the oil flows, modern cars use very lightweight oils

they flow immediately, unless you live where it's 50 below or something, you

don't have to worry about the oil not flowing in any modern car, so now you

know, unless you're driving some old antique that's got carburetors on it, you

don't need to warm up your engine before you drive, and remember if you've got any car questions, just visit the Scotty Kilmer Channel.

Something like guacamole - #CocinaConFlandy - Duration: 4:55.

Hi everybody! I am Andy

And today i'm going to teach you how to make something like guacamole

is my version of it

i hope you like it

We are going to need 2 avocados

The idea is to cut them in cubes, before removing the skin

because it's easier this way, and we obtain very small cubes

The second ingredient is coriander

And we need to disinfect this

So, meanwhile this is disinfecting, we can proceed to the next step

We are going to need the green onion

First we remove the bottom,

We take out the first layer of the green onion

and then the dead leaves.

And then we wash it well

We cut it in diagonal

Or however you prefer

After 5 minutes, we are going to wash away the disinfectant

we cut the bottom of the coriander

and we cut it very thinly

After we have this ready

We are going to take the juice from a lemon

(for this cuantity of avocado)

Now we add the salt

And pepper to taste

And now we mix everything

This could be made as a dip for chips or bread

Or to eat it like a salad

I hope you enjoyed this video

Share it with your friends and family

Have a great day!!

The Butler Did It! - Duration: 4:07.

Okay, so I'd like to start off with a story. This actually happened. My wife and

I were walking through an airport and she pointed out something that she likes.

I said, "Oh, that's the bomb." Now, I could have said "that's awesome" or "that's great,"

but no, I'm in an airport and I say, "That's the bomb."

I want to invoke the idea of a mental butler to try to explain why that

happened. Like literal butlers, mental butlers help you accomplish tasks.

Specifically, mental butlers bring you thoughts based on whatever stimuli are

in your current environment. You can think about mental butlers as

disembodied voices that are whispering thoughts into your mind. Mini-mes

that are constantly opining on everything that's going on around you. So

when I was in an airport, when I was at that airport, my butler was whispering to

me, "Hey, you're in an airport, you should be thinking about bombs right now," and so

I blurt out a 20-year old cliche that I never even really said in the 90's. We can

study the mental butlers in the lab with showing people stimuli outside of

awareness. In particular, we can use subliminal stimuli. Let's see what one of

those looks like. Let's slow that down so you can actually see what word was

presented. So, after people see words related to aggression, they act more

aggressively than they would have otherwise. Take a second to think about

the implications of that. We are changing our behavior based on the whispers of

our mental butler without our awareness and without our consent. Right now you

should be thinking, "Wow that's really cool," and, "Wow that's a little bit scary."

And you're right on both counts. What does the butler whisper? Well most of the

time, the butler is whispering us information based on our stereotypes. So

if you're talking to one of your professors, your mental butler brings you

thoughts based on your ideas about professors. When I'm driving through the

"Great White North," my mental butler is going to help me

prepare to interact with Canadians.

However, these whispers can also lead to disasters. Imagine a police officer

interacting with an African-American suspect getting this whisper. Anything

that that suspect does can be misinterpreted as a threat by that

officer, leading to potentially tragic consequences. Now we should be outraged

and saddened by this, but before we get too self-righteous, realize that most

people in our culture have this same racial bias, even undergraduates. In a

simulated policing situation, black and white undergraduates alike shoot armed

black suspects more quickly than they shoot armed white suspects. Similarly,

white undergraduates mistakenly shoot unarmed black suspects more frequently

than they mistakenly shoot unarmed white suspects. So what can we do about this?

Well, the most important thing to do is acknowledge that you, personally, have

this bias. Now, that's difficult, that's painful. I mean I'm certainly not racist,

but maybe my mental butler is. That simple statement puts you on your guard

and then your behavior can change based on your conscious beliefs, like "everybody

should be treated equally," as opposed to based on the whispers of your

unconscious mind.

Don't Ignore These Early Symptoms of Stroke - Duration: 18:01.

10 signs and symptoms of stroke. A stroke, or cerebrovascular accident (CVA), is a scary experience. It occurs when the blood supply to the brain is impeded or cut off completely due to lack of blood flow (or ischemia), blockage (thrombosis, arterial embolism), or a brain hemorrhage. As a result, the brains stops functioning normally and oftentimes the muscles in the body, the reflexes, and the senses are all affected.

If you have multiple signs and symptoms of this problem, ask your doctor to check your health levels. And here are 7 Common Signs of A stroke that you should to know.

1, Weakness in arm or leg.

We already know that stroke usually affects only one side of the body and often a weakness appears in the opposite side. This can be manifested as a weakness or numbness in the arm or leg or even paralysis. There is an easy test to check if this is happening to you – just extend your arms with palms up for 10 seconds. If one of your arms drifts downwards, it usually means you are having a stroke. Do this with your legs as well by lifting each of them separately with your eyes open.

2, Difficult Speech.

Difficult or slurred speech is another obvious warning sign. If an individual suddenly has difficulty speaking or forming intelligent sentences, it can indicate a stroke. Observers often explain it as watching someone helpless trying to talk, or a look of sudden confusion on the affected person's face. The person experiencing the stroke can feel extremely confused at the inability to speak, put words together in a sentence, or simply trying to focus on speaking.

3, Loss of Balance. The onset of a stroke will cause extreme physical turmoil, so much so that often victims have trouble walking, lose their balance and coordination completely, and even have trouble sitting down without falling. You could stumble and it could feel next to impossible to get your balance, even just focusing on your balance and coordination. Dizziness, (discussed in more detail further in this article), is a common symptom that goes along with balance, walking and coordination issues because the dizzy feelings can actually sometimes be the cause.

While loss of balance is a symptom of a stroke, you can also experience it after a stroke. You may continue to feel dizzy and insecure in your ability to walk without stumbling or falling. According to the Stroke Association, you are more likely to experience balance problems if the stroke affected the left side of your body. Some stroke survivors may only feel mild balance issues, while others may have severe loss of balance, impacting their quality of life.

4, Impaired Vision. Those affected by a stroke often explain there is a period prior where they have trouble seeing or seeing clearly. They could experience double vision, blurred vision, or complete loss of vision. These vision problems might only be temporary, but observers can test visual aptitude by asking the victim how many fingers they are holding up. If they can't tell, call 9-1-1.

Many people who have had a stroke experience vision problems afterwards, especially if the stroke was on the right side of the brain. You could have blind spots or trouble focusing because of the cells that are destroyed in the visual cortex. While a high amount of stroke survivors have impaired vision, medical advances have increased the chance of seeing well enough to do regular things like shopping, going out for a walk, or even driving. Intense treatment involving retraining the brain has helped many survivors get some or most of their vision back.

5, Facial Paralysis. Oftentimes a stroke inflicts the facial muscles, where one side of the face droops or goes totally numb so the face appears non symmetrical when they try to talk or smile. This is a common symptom that's easy for other people to notice. When you suspect someone if having a stroke, you should ask the person to smile. This is a quick way to identify if they're having a stroke, and if facial paralysis occurs, get them emergency medical attention immediately. Even if the non symmetrical smile or speech difficulty isn't from a stroke, it's still a sign that something serious is wrong.

Rehabilitation therapy plays a crucial role in recovering from facial paralysis. Some stroke survivors fully recover from facial paralysis over time, but it is permanent for many people. This symptom and often permanent effect of a stroke is caused by either lack of oxygen to the facial nerve in the brain, or bleeding that puts pressure on nerves and tissues.

FSMA_Human Food Rules_2: Do I Qualify for Exemptions? - Duration: 9:56.

- [Announcer] The following is for informational

purposes only, and is not intended as legal advice.

- [Presenter] Now let's find out if you are eligible

for any of the exemptions that are available

under the FSMA Produce Safety and Preventive Controls

for Human Food rules.

If you determined that your produce or foods

are not covered under the Produce Safety rule

or the Preventive Controls rule,

this video does not apply to you.

First, what is an exemption?

An exemption means you do not have to comply

with all parts of the rule.

You only have to comply with certain parts of the rule,

called modified requirements.

Exemptions are generally based on

the size of your operation, your intended buyer,

or how the product will be used

once it gets into the marketplace.

You will need to find out

what the modified requirements are.

Okay.

Let's begin again with the Produce Safety rule.

If you have determined that at least

some of your produce crops are covered under this rule,

now you can find out whether you qualify for any exemptions.

We'll walk you though each step in the flowchart

to see what exemptions might be available.

If you are unsure at any point

as we move through this video,

stop and go back to review it.

The first determination to make

is whether or not your produce is intended

for further processing that destroys pathogens.

For instance, blanching vegetables in hot water

before freezing, or thermal processing in cans or jars,

are processing methods that can reduce

the number of harmful microorganisms to safe levels.

So, for example, although tomatoes or carrots that you grow

may be covered under the Produce Safety rule,

if you sell them to a commercial freezing

or canning operation, you are eligible

for a processing exemption under the Produce Safety rule

for these specific crops.

If your produce will not go through further processing

to destroy pathogens, that is,

you know that it will be sold to consumers

in its fresh form, then you won't be eligible

for the processing exemption, but,

you may still be eligible for what the FDA calls

a qualified exemption.

So, now you need to determine whether

your average annual total food sales

are either less than $500,000 or at least $500,000.

Here, total food sales includes the value

of all the food your business produces,

not just your produce sales.

So, produce plus any other food crops,

like grains intended for making bread,

milk from your dairy herd, or even the value

of animals raised on your farm

that are intended for human food.

If your total annual food sales are $500,000 or more,

then you are not eligible for a qualified exemption

and you must comply with all requirements

in the Produce Safety rule.

However, if you chose my average annual total food sales

are less than $500,000, you still have a chance

to get this exemption.

The decisions that follow are related

to who you sell your produce to.

First, you need to decide how much

of your food sales are direct to consumers.

Examples of direct sales to consumers

are when you sell your produce

at your farm stand, a farmer's market,

through a CSA program, or over the internet.

Are more than 50% of your average annual food sales

directly to consumers?

If so, then your farm business is eligible

for the qualified exemption.

If this isn't the case, and 50% or less

of your food sales are direct to consumer, keep going.

There are a few more decisions you need to go over.

If 50% of less of your food sales

are made directly to individual restaurants

or grocery stores who prepare or sell it

to consumers at that site, that would mean

that the majority of your sales

are to grocery chain warehouses,

brokers, distributors, fresh processing facilities,

or other types of businesses,

where your produce will be resold to other businesses.

If this is the case, you are not eligible

for a qualified exemption, and you must meet

the full requirements of the Produce Safety rule.

But if more than half your food sales

are made directly to restaurants

or retail food establishments and not to a distributor

who resells to another business,

there is another way you might be eligible

for a qualified exemption.

If you fall into this category,

there is one more requirement you need to meet

to get the qualified exemption.

The restaurants or retail food establishments

you sold the food to must be in the same state as your farm,

or no more than 275 miles away.

This was written in the law by Congress

with the goal of giving local foods a break.

If that is your situation, then you are eligible

for a qualified exemption.

If your food sales are to out-of-state buyers

that are more than 275 miles from your farm,

then you are not eligible for the qualified exemption,

and you must comply with all requirements

within the Produce Safety rule.

Now we switch directions to the Preventive Controls rule.

If you decided earlier that you are covered

under the Preventive Controls for Human Food rule,

we can move on to find possible exemptions.

If your business is a farm

where commercial food processing activities also occur,

then start on this side of the chart

and go through the decisions.

We'll go over possible exemptions

for non-farm processing activities a little bit later.

So, if you process foods on your farm,

you need to decide whether all

of your processed food products

are on the FDA's list of low-risk products.

Those considered low-risk are the only

farm processing activities you can do

and still be eligible for what the FDA calls

a mixed type facility exemption.

So, what does the FDA consider to be low-risk?

Low-risk processing activities include

making jams and jellies, syrups and honeys,

grains, oils, vinegars, baked goods,

and other products that do not require refrigeration

to keep them safe to eat.

Many small-scale processors add vinegar

or other acids to foods to pickle them.

However, pickled products are not on the low-risk list.

If, from this list of activities,

you decide that you process at least some items

that are not considered to be low-risk on your farm,

then you are not eligible

for the mixed type facility exemption.

But you may still qualify

for the qualified facility exemption.

To find out if you qualify

for the qualified facility exemption,

you will need to go through the decisions

on the other side of this chart.

We'll come back to that in just a bit.

If you decided that all of my processed food products

are low-risk, then you may be eligible

for the mixed type facility exemption,

but only if you meet certain business size requirements.

If you have less than 500 full-time employees on your farm,

or your average annual food sales

plus the value of your inventory

is less than $1 million, then you are eligible

for the mixed type facility exemption.

Recall that to get your annual total food sales,

you want to take the average of all your food sales

over the previous three years,

including things like produce, grains, dairy, and meats,

and don't forget to add the value of your inventory.

But what you if you have at least 500 full-time employees

and your annual food sales plus the value of your inventory

are at least $1 million?

Then you are not eligible

for the mixed type facility exemption

under the Preventive Controls rule.

So, if you either manufacture processed foods

on property that is not a farm,

or you do your processing activities on your farm

but were not eligible for the mixed type exemption,

now we can check to see if you are eligible

for a qualified facility exemption.

We only need to answer one question to find out.

Are your average annual food sales

plus the value of your inventory at least $1 million?

If this is true, then you are not eligible

for a qualified facility exemption.

But if your average annual food sales plus inventory

are less than $1 million,

then you are eligible for a qualified facility exemption.

It's that simple.

That was a lot of information.

Again, go back and review it now if you need to.

Proving eligibility for qualified exemptions

under either rule requires three years of sales records

to support your claim for the exemption.

You should begin collecting sales records now

to prepare you for your claim

once your compliant date occurs.

Keep in mind that the FDA can remove your exemption

if they find you are growing produce

or making processed food products under unsafe conditions.

As you can see, the requirements

for obtaining an exemption are complex.

If you are still not sure where you stand,

we recommend going to the Penn State FSMA website

to find an expert who can help you.

First time in the cinema VLOG - Duration: 14:55.

Hey hey! A dressed up girl. And a shaved man.

The girls got really happy when I shaved the mustache off. I was pretty tired of it actually.

Every time I ate or drank the mustache smelled of it.

It's Sunday morning 9 AM and we're having breakfast.

Harry's still asleep.

Yes. Let's tell them why.

He came into our room at 5 AM. It started with him screaming because he had lost his pacifier.

I went into the kids room and gave it to him. I thought he went back to sleep but 30 mins later he came into us.

He scratched his head and our heads.

I'm very tired, same thing happened last weekend. But I'll put some mascara on today Alma.

We have some fun plans today.. what?

Do you know?

Look who's up.

Hey, you're awake. Come here and give me a hug.

Hug me.

Yes.

Are we going to preschool today?

No. Don't you remember what we're doing today?

Moomin cinema.

Look here, we have Moomin mugs from Arabia. They're brand new and we haven't been drinking from them.

The family just pretends to drink. We have a contest on our Instagram where you can win these 4 cups.

Have a look at: the_swedish_family. Let's tell them what they need to know to win.

Do you know the name of this character?

And this character, and this one, and that one?

Moomin!

It's not that tough hu? Have a look at our Insta and compete. The mugs are super cute.

Let's get going. See what I have for the late riser, a picnic sandwich.

It's so nice to be up and out early on Sunday morning. The city's still asleep. It's my kind of city.

What time is it now?

9:50 AM.

Welcome.

Thank you.

I can see Moomin in the the ceiling.

Have a look up there Harry.

Daddy has to hug Moomin!

Really?

A lollipop!

Oh Moomin. Can I have a hug?

The movie is running in there but Harry had to take a break.

Look at the candy!

As we sat down we realized that it's Harry's first time in a cinema. Is it hard to sit still?

Yes, very.

Come close.

It says; Darth Vader.

Let's go.

What do you think of the film?

Poetic. From a bygone era if that makes sense. It's cute but way to slow.

Harry had ants in his pants.

Most people did.

Here's a market, a flea market.

That's right.

I grew up with these.

I know, your mum still has them.

I've seen a teddybear with a heart. Come here!

Yeah, that's cute.

Can we buy it?

Naaa.. you have to ask for the price.

I don't want to ask.

But you want it.

How much is this?

Higher.

How much is this?

Thirty.

30, 30, 30, 30.

But you don't have 30. If you want to but that teddybear you have to go home and sort out the toys in your room.

I'll buy it if you give 10 of your toys to charity.

Ten toys?

Yes, would you like that?

Yes. I'll give away 10 toys. I probably have 100 back home.

This is what Hötorget looks like every Sunday. You can find fair priced tools and other stuff.

It's a lot of junk too. As always in a flee market.

That's nice. Do you know where this is?

Try to read it Alma.

MA.. no don't move it.

M..A..L..A..Y..S..I..A

Malaysia!

Yes! Cool Alma.

We had a quick lunch in Axel's favorite restaurant.

These's probably no other place that Axel hates as much.

Hate is a strong word. But if you feel hungry and tired that's not the place to go.

It gives you no good energy.

Alma! Where are we going now?

We're going to see Santa Claus.

We're going to see NK's Christmas decorations. It's an institution in Stockholm this time of year.

It's very traditional. It opened a week ago.

It's 3 PM and we're back home. What do you think of the Christmas decorations?

What?

The decorations.

Yes!

Axel's preparing some stuff for work. Your traveling today.

Yes I am. Me and my boss are going to England this evening.

What are you up to?

I have ten toys in return for the glass teddybear.

Wow!

Bye doll.

Is it hard to give away toys?

No, it feels good to get rid of some.

For babies.

That's all.

Good work.

We're going to answer "Question of the day" we hava a viewer called Sofia Östh..

I have a friend called Sofia in preschool.

Really? Well, it's not the same Sofia. This girl's written to us several times. On our channel and Instagram.

She's asking what we think of bullying? And what to do about it?

Unfortunately, we have other young viewers that's written to us.

To let us know that they are bullied, in their schools.

Some kids have asked us for help. It's hard for us to help, but we'd love to. This is an important issue.

To bully someone is never ok! No matter what. And this is what we teach our children.

We talk a lot about it and use situations that occur to illustrate what's right and wrong.

When I was younger there were bullies in my school. And you never forget a bully.

Try to chew with your mouth closed Alma.

I still remember these guys. My analysis is that you never forget the mean ones.

So if you are mean to other people, you'll never be forgotten.

People around you will always remember you as a bully. That will close doors for you the rest of your life.

Think about that.

And if you are bullied, you have to talk to an adult. Mum or dad? Your teacher? Your coach? A mentor?

Scan your surroundings for a grown up you can ask for help.

Oh, this teddybear wants to travel with me.

Yes.

Oh, sorry.

I'm sorry.

What happened?

He stepped on my toe!

It felt like I stepped on a gooseberry. I'm so sorry!

A taxi is waiting for me downstairs. Thank you for watching this video.

Give us a thumbs up or down.

Don't forget to compete for the Moomin mugs. But I wont give you the right answers.

Leave a comment, keep posting questions and take care until next time. Bye!

Here you can take all the Sushi that you want... and also

and these (Jakinsushi) that are very good.

They're not so expensive...this one costs 4€ and this one 6€.

This one costs... well you eat that in five

this one costs about 80€.

this one 60€, but they're a lot.

... all this Sashimi only 6€! these 12€...

well, this looks really good.

This good fresh tuna costs 7€!

and above that you can also order it here.

So, I took some Sushi.

This cost 1,50€,

This one looks like rice wrapped in egg,

I took this one that cost 5€, there are also some sweet ones,

and I took some Take Away Sushi.

This one is tuna,

squid,

another tuna,

a type of mollusk,

then we have the salmon,

then the shrimp,

one with above the salmon eggs,

then we have the sea urchin,

another shrimp and squid one,

and at he end we have a Unagi...

As you can see the order wasn't respected, but it's more beautiful to see.

How to Create a French Ombre with Gel Polish - Easy Hack - Step by Step Tutorial - Duration: 7:20.

Hi everybody! I'm Kirsty Meakins from Naio Nails.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to do a French ombre using gel polish.

So, I've already created a ballerina-shaped nail. Now, I'm gonna use, obviously, use white at the end.

I'm gonna use snow white. We will also use from the nude pink collection **** and morning glow.

These two are from the nude pink range, so they are slightly transparent. Perfect for doing an ombre.

Now, this brush is an old brush and we're going to cut this brush. I'm gonna give it a haircut.

What I'm gonna do is, you're gonna cut slits into the brush.

With a brush of this size, you're gonna cut two slits. So, you have three sections left.

So just give it a little - just been to the barbershop. been to the barber shop and had a little trim

So, in my damping dish, I've got some gel residue wipe off solution.

We're gonna clean my brush out with them because it's an old brush. I wanna make sure it's nice and clean.

Adam: and to get rid of the hairs that you've just cut

Kirsty: Well, this is a whole old paint that's coming out of the brush.

Alright. So, we've got it clean now. So that's what you're tryna create, yeah? We're gonna use the white.

I'm gonna come on and go about three quarters of the way up.

Then, I'll take my brush and I'm going to tap it and that will start to create the blend.

Pop that in the lamp for me.

Clean your brush in the gel residue wipe off solution, make sure it's nice and clean with every time you use it.

I'm going to do a second coat and I'm gonna go half way up.

So, it's nice and bright at the end. And I'm gonna get my brush and I'm gonna tap tap tap to blend...

We pop that into the lamp.

Then I'm gonna use Shytime *** and I'm gonna come over the top here, come about halfway,

and I'm gonna tap tap tap...

And pop that in the lamp.

Second coat

And we're going to tap them.

Clean your brush, and you want to make sure it's dry and then you tap again. Pop that into the lamp!

Gonna use morning glow, and I'm gonna go all the way over this now.

Pop that into the lamp.

And then, we're going to go in with one last application of morning glow.

You gonna use your brush and you gonna tap the end. And that'll just help reveal some other brighter white.

You've got that gorgeous, soft ombre. Pop that in the lamp.

We're gonna apply urban graffiti topcoat. This is gonna make this super shiny.

Make sure you tap the edge that will prevent any lifting or peeling off the gel polish.

It's kinda wanna like shrink-wrap the gel polish inside.

Pop that in the lamp.

We're going to finish off with some cuticle oil.

and there you have a perfect gel polish French ombre.

French ombre, that's like, it's like, to me I can see a French person wearing a sombrero.

[Adam laughs] That's what I visualize

Adam: Oh my God! Kirsty:like a French person with onions and wearing a sombrero.

Adam: Okay! Kirsty: because it's like French Ombre.

Model: Perfect Kirsty: and I'm... is ombre Mexican

Adam: Ombre... It is O-o-m-b-r-e Kirsty: Ombre

Kirsty: Ombre or babies boomers, baby boomer. It's also called as well.

Adam: Or Ombre. I don't Kirsty: Ombre or babies boomers, baby boomer. It's also called as well.

Kirsty: Ombre or babies boomers, baby boomer. It's also called as well.

So, creating this look in gel polish is really cool because if your client wants to change their look Kirsty: Ombre or babies boomers, baby boomer. It's also called as well.

So, creating this look in gel polish is really cool because if your client wants to change their look

from each fill, you can do it gel polish. So, if somebody says, "Well, I want a French ombre",

and you think, "well, I've gotta take your nails off and do that in acrylic".

No! No! No, girlfriend! You can do it in *****. How cool is that?

There you are, guys! I hope you've enjoyed that video. Don't forget to check us out on Facebook and Instagram

and my snapchat which is Kirsty Nails and I'll see you guys in the next video. Bye bye!

I'm gonna start with... No! I'm gonna put that bit out, and we're gonna rewind.

I'm gonna find the brush that I've just been messing with, that I need, that I put where.....

YOUR IDEA IS NOTHING WITHOUT ACTION / DON'T BE AFRAID OF FAILURE / ACT ON YOUR IDEAS / CPA STRENGTH - Duration: 13:08.

yo yo yo CPA strength here back again with another video for the morning this

is gonna be your your idea ain't nothin unless you actually do something about

it now yeah you got to act on your idea I feel like Shia LaBeouf right just do

mood yeah cuz he was an actor and stuff so he just did it you know so many

people are just going around floating through life I did it for so many years

never you know having an idea how many times have you heard oh I had that idea

yeah we didn't do anything you got it you gotta have action you

gotta have action with your idea okay you gotta have actually look soju say

now you gotta have action on your idea

so I'm gonna tell you my ideas that I act on okay I wanted to be I wanted to

be a professional sports player never really went all the way in on that never

Amit made it to college athlete was it a total waste no because I can see how and

I used to practice really hard like on the tee and stuff I got better so I

could see how hard work overtime pays off so I don't think I was a waste you

know did I fail yeah I failed but okay so at least I tried I didn't really

fully commit but you know what I'm saying at least I got on the field a

little bit the next thing was a I was being a rapper I told everybody I knew I

wanted to be a rapper and you know I was just a colossal filler I was not good

I could not ride the beat at all but I had a lot of fun you know I'm asked a

lot of I'm asked equipment saved up so I can't I don't have money for equipment

yeah was gonna save up you know took me I think a year or a couple years

to get everything I didn't get everything I want all the equipment at

once but yeah it was not a good rapper and I never made a dollar off and all I

did was spend money spend money I wasn't even smart enough back then to

make it as a hobby I'm a tax return but I wasn't really making anything more

taxes who cares anyways yeah I failed at that too but like I get an idea in my

head and I want to do it was it a total failure I don't know because look I

never really stopped doing anything I think I'm gonna come around I'm gonna

drop a ha ha drop a hot Jim but it taught me that you know I kind of have a

knack for getting the equipment together I guess being a sound engineer or a

producer I really I think I have an ear for like who's good and stuff so but in

my in my future I definitely wanna have like a recording studio maybe be an

engineer and and sell recording time or just do a recording time with my friends

again and so I jumped on an idea I went for it I mean it was a total failure I'm

sure I'm sure there's a ton of people well no I mean I'm sure there's some

people going head dumb ass you know it's not I could be a rapper he he showed him

he sucked you know but it's like yeah ok they can say all that

I mean I I hope there's some people that how I feel about it was at least I tried

at least I didn't just watch from the bleachers you know like I thought hey I

love rapping I loved the art for I want to do that and so I tried and it wasn't

for me I mean I but I learned some other stuff that is for me and what I'm saying

is to failures professional professional athlete and rapper both failures

both ideas I had that I wanted to be I don't care it doesn't bother me and

shouldn't bother you to fail because then you've got someone else you know I

would think if I knew somebody said they want to be a rapper and they actually

tried for a little bit and then moved on to something else I wouldn't laugh at

them for trying I think oh that's cool I would maybe get inspired to try my own

thing well after after the rapping I never really said I would you know stop

that but anyways I wanted to be a certified public accountant with my own

business and that's what I wanted and that was a dream I had that was an idea

I had I went for it I didn't let the other maybe our failures maybe help me

because I've went for other stuff before didn't get it

life goes on but at least I tried the difference here is between the other two

times I really believed in myself I started believing myself the other two I

don't know why I would even announce I really wouldn't announce to everyone

in the world that I was a rapper but I don't know why weird announce it to

anybody if I never believed in it myself I don't know if I announced that I would

be a professional sports player that's maybe the problem is I didn't announce

tutor because I didn't believe in myself but I believe that could be a CPA and I

announced it to everybody and that was a big idea a big dream and I went for it I

got it because I'm not afraid to fail and you shouldn't be either another

another and so I got my CPA and then another step was you know opening my own

business now I've been opened that was another idea crazy idea but I did it now

I've been open for two and a half years and I'm turning away clients

this YouTube thing of course this YouTube thing even after all those

failures but then I had a couple wins but I said hey I don't care I want to do

the e time i watch the each of them I wanted to youtube so I tried the YouTube

and now so I've given you two things I've been failures at and I guess two

things three things I've been successful at I am happy that I tried all five

things you know it's a learning experience I'm I'm upset that I didn't

try more stuff or really give it my all but you know it feels so good so

liberating to have an idea and just go for it just go for your dreams you know

just try it just try it one time just try it one time you know there's five

different things that you know people told me oh you can't do that thing no

one was like oh that's a great idea except being a CPA of course that was it

that was the one thing out of the five that was a good idea although when I

said I wanted to quit to do YouTube so I could YouTube and lift more and then

make a and and make a little bit of money yeah everyone thought that was

crazy but that's what I that's what I that's the idea that I had in my head

right and I want to act on my ideas because you asked you definitely you

asked an older person you know they're more they're not sad about what they

tried you make it or you don't and and you can change your ideas and and not

like it but when you look back it's it's what you haven't done

you know knowing and and and there are going to be some people say you say you

start something up but I think it's the fear of failing most other people don't

really want to see you do better so they'll tell you oh yeah it's hard don't

do that you know a lot of people are like oh no he'll leave us or something

contentment life anyways yes sir there gonna be some people that talk mess but

you don't need to worry about those people it's I don't know why I see I

have this analogy in my head that only only one set of exercise will work good

for you yes there's gonna be certain like did there's gonna be certain people

say no um only only the exercise that I do is good and so they'd make fun of

somebody for doing a different exercise you know I wouldn't make fun of anybody

for exercising just the same just the same way as I wouldn't make fun of fun

of anybody for going with their idea you know trying to get a pad and trying to

get their idea selling a couple ideas so um and whatever your idea is just make

it happen just try it so much it's so much fun

just think of mmm think of all the people that watch football on Sundays

like but versus the amount I've actually played it's almost like life like um

most of people that I know that played football in high school or whatever

played football don't really watch it all day long some do but me because

that's they're bitter or something or they have other things to do but you you

you could look at the amount of people that play football versus like

professionals what a thousand maybe versus a

millions and millions and billions of people who watch I probably wouldn't

extrapolate it that much to other life but you know how many people actually

participate in in life and with the internet anybody you know you can do

anything these days you can learn anything do anything there's no excuses

you know there's no excuses in this day and age you know you you can go to the

library and get on the Wi-Fi and make things happen you can do that for free

you can go to a library anywhere in the US so I don't I don't know what anyways

excuses but you you know get off get off the get off the bleachers and go play

that's what I'm saying it's so much more fun you know cuz yeah like I gave you a

a couple big fails in my life and then I've given you some successes and I

don't know I just this fails I just who cares

but the successes are awesome so it's like shooting shooting a three-pointer a

basketball I love shooting three-pointers in basketball and you

know when I'm on a runway and I'm hitting feels good and when I'm missing

I gotta have amnesia but the thing is you're not you're not gonna it doesn't

feel the best when you miss but hey it's it feels so good when you win so step

out of the bleachers and get on the field what's your idea what's your

what's your thing that you think you can't do what's your thing that your

family's gonna say it I don't do you then I don't do that all your friends

yeah don't do that you know I'm just you know you got to live for yourself but

anyways run with your idea cuz your idea is nothing without some action this is

it for today until tomorrow CPA strength I'm out

dueces

Suzuki Gixxer Crash - The Aftermath and Damage - Duration: 3:42.

Previously unseen footage which I had not shared with anyone after the now infamous Suzuki Gixxer crash which was totally my error and yes it started the ABS/Non-ABS debate which I think is what we need to have more in the Indian motorcycling community.

hey what's up guys welcome to a yet another motovlog from your boy Phantom

rides now today I wanted to show you something which lately my crash video

you know the Jitsu crash which happened while I was coming back from Ali bog has

been getting a lot of views and a lot of comments and unfortunately not everyone

is obviously getting the whole point of it it was I you know it's what happens

when you put your video out on YouTube and people just randomly judge you for

whatever so anyways this is the part which I had not shared at this point we

had reached almost reached back into the city we were in the outer limits of the

city and we were just grabbing some tea before we split up on our individual

routes now mind you I had been riding the bike even after I crashed because

there was not a single mechanic who could have helped me and I will leave

notes about what all had damaged what I basically realized later as I said I've

not spoken about this this video has not been shared before so if you've not seen

the original crash video check in the haibach's

pause this video check that video first come back here the whole point of this

is me trying to start a conversation about KBS and what difference it would

have gained but anyways that's a topic for another day go check this video out

ok almost back in Pune and we're at a road

unfortunately our a small accident you can see the mirror is gone you see here

locked up my front brake because the guy in front of me stopped you can see the

number of ladies fucked up this has some scratch on it

and the gear levers is fucked up as well so more of fucked up turn of events so

close to home and this should happens but luckily no

major damage all the Angeles fine the thing is okay all the of the headlight

and everything else is working that's it I wish I had abs i think if i had abs on

this bike then the front wheel would have not locked up and i would have been

able to brake safely alright that's it guys next update later

thank you for watching guys I hope you liked this video please leave a like and

do comment below what do you think also stay safe out there

it's dangerous you know 150cc or not anyway chol can get you into trouble if

you mess up and like i said i messed up thank you fam until next time this is

Phantom out

Top Teaching Tip with O-man - Unique Ways of Managing Classroom - Duration: 3:15.

Hi! Welcome to another exciting episode of Top Teaching Tips with the O-man.

Today I will be sharing with you a number of unique ways of managing your classroom.

Keep in mind this video is not designed to supply you

with a Santa's list of behavior management techniques.

Also, there is no guarantee that each technique will work in every classroom.

So without further ado, let's begin!

We live in an age of mindfulness.

Studies have shown that promoting mindfulness in a classroom through meditation

can lead to an increase in grades and improved behaviour.

Try introducing meditation time immediately following morning tea and lunch.

Ask students to sit comfortably on a pillow or lie on a carpet.

Put relaxing music on to help them transition into a state of mindfulness.

Sounds of nature can be particularly effective in achieving this state.

Knowing children's names not only boosts your authority in the classroom

but also helps to keep the environment friendly.

There are multiple strategies you can implement for learning your students' names.

One I found particularly effective is designated seating.

No matter what shenanigans they might try they will never pull the wool over your eyes.

Shaun!

Present!

Rina!

Present!

Rina, do you have a twin sister I don't know about? And where is Yusuf?

Every day at school students tend to be seated for long periods which may promote disruptive behaviour.

Introduce some physical activity into your classroom that is both safe and enjoyable.

That way you avoid debilitating conditions, such as pins and needles and numb bum.

Drop ball is a game I played regularly with my classes.

The ball starts with the teacher and the teacher chooses a student to pass the ball to

and after they have caught the ball then they choose a new students to pass to.

If a student drops the ball, they sit down.

The winner is the last student standing.

If you find that some or all of your students have hands for feet then alternative activities are:

Yoga

Airband

and imitating animals

I hope you've enjoyed this video but most of all I hope it's given you ideas on how best to manage your own classroom.

Feel free to share your own techniques with the rest of the Protocol Education community in the comments below.

My next video which will light up your screens brighter than Rudolf's nose will arrive on December 11th.

This video will be all about Christmas Tips and New Year's Resolutions.

This is the O-man, over and out!
