My name is Germán Mancilla
and I dedicate myself to graphics and to street art
I consider graphic design and all the art
as a means of expression.
There are many bad things that happen in my country
that hurt me:
to see injustices
to see that rape, kidnap
or kill innocent people.
Sometimes we can not have the freedom to express
and when I can go in the street
I stick my posters
and one of these posters is like a skull soldier
which is for me like a tyrant,
and I always put a background message:
This message is
"it's already enough".
I use my art to express my pain,
my freedom of expression.
I approached street art
because I feel that it has more expressive power
compared to a gallery or a museum,
on the street it is showed to all people.
I always need to do something for others
which can change their day
that makes them fell something different
but do something for me as well.
I do not really like working with technology tools
because I have the feeling that they take the soul away
My work is closer
to popular graphics, to traditional engraving.
I visually adore
the contrast between black and white,
I mostly use
recycled wood
because there was a time of my life where
I did not have the money to buy the materials,
then I said to myself, "It's garbage okay,
but it's also a material, a support that can serve me."
At this time I work in a pub
and I'm the barman
I chose to do this job as well
because to live with art
sometimes it's not possible
and I had to find a stable job.
I'm very happy.
Make graphics or paint a street fence
it's happiness for me.
Happiness is like an action you can be happy if you want.
you can be happy if you want.
When we born they give us a seed
and talent is implanted in that seed
however it grows through the effort
because it is not something that comes like this: "I'm just talented and enough".

He has a studio in Oaxaca called Gabinete Gráfico.

My #1 issue with this game right now is that it is completely fucking broken...
...sometimes.
I have gotten into so many matches now where it's just a laggy unplayable disaster.
I mean, are you looking at this footage right now?
This shit is unacceptable.
You would figure a company like DICE that has put out
how many Battlefield games at this point, would understand
what kind of network you need to make a game of this scale run smoothly,
but, nope! EA probably said,
"Hey, come on! I already gave you $10 to make this game."
"Now you think I'm gonna give you another quarter to pay for the servers?"
"Get the fuck outta here! Also, put in these dumbass loot boxes!"
Now usually in games like Battlefield or Call of Duty, you have a progression system,
where you earn new guns and perks and I mean...
Back in the day, you would usually get that stuff pretty rapidly.
*"Congratulations" repeated*
Here, they have turned unlocks way, way the fuck down in the hopes that
people would just get frustrated and buy their upgrades with real money.
The trick with these progression systems is that you want
players to feel like they're unlocking cool new stuff by playing,
but without explicitly making them better than people who are just getting into the game.
Battlefront 2 is very black and white about this.
You either have the Star Cards that make you win
or you have nothing and you suck dick.
The upgrades very literally make you better at the game.
Here's a card that makes your grenade better.
Here's a card that lets you be Yoda faster.
This Pay2Win system pissed people off so bad
that EA actually retracted the ability to buy your upgrades.
Temporarily.
So we'll see how long- OH!
You can now purchase a loot crate
...that allows you to instantaneously win the match.
Thankfully, I think DICE has realized the best part of this game
is simply destroying people as Darth Maul.
With the new Battle Point system, everything you do earns you points
towards playing as a X-Wing or a Super Battle Droid
or once in a blue fucking moon, an actual cool guy.
"Boba Fett, baby! That's what I'm talking about!"
"Now where's somebody for me to shoot, huh? Who wants to get shot?"
"I can't find anybod-- No!"
"NO! NO!! COME ON!!"
You still rarely get to play as the hero characters,
but at least they feel somewhat obtainable now.
It's a smart way to make players feel involved in the match as a whole,
because the best way to get these battle points is to pursue the objective,
you know, except when it isn't at all.
Unfortunately, DICE has not realized that
players do not give a rat's fucking ass about the objectives.
Even with the incentive to pursue them,
most people would rather just walk around and shoot people.
There just isn't anything interesting
about going into the middle of the map,
holding [G], and hoping nobody shoots you.
"Oh, shit! I'm Lando versus Kylo Ren versus Yoda!"
"Now this is what I'm talking abo-"
"WHAT THE FUCK. WHAT THE-"
[Soldier]: "Blasted Imperials!"
The campaign is bad.
A wise man once said, "There are no bad controls. Just bad players."
He was later revealed to be the creator of Bubsy 3D.
Some shooters feel great on a controller. This is not one of them.
Aiming is too slow up-close and too imprecise when you're far away.
On the other hand, driving vehicles with a mouse and keyboard is a goddamn hell nightmare.
So the ideal way to play this game is
mouse and keyboard on the ground
and then you swap to a controller for your starships.
Once again, these are technically a part of the game, but they don't always feel like it.
There are some maps where you might be able to shoot someone on the ground if you're lucky,
but in my 12 hours of playing this game,
I have never once been killed by a pilot while I was on the ground.
But I- I have seen people try.
Here comes a guy now-

[Sad Dunk]: No....
I'm gonna be real with you guys. I don't really despise this game.
I actually had fun playing it, you know, when it wasn't lagging beyond reality.
Really, all they gotta do to fix this game is
fix the online,
fix the single player,
fix the loot boxes,
fix the battle points and heroes,
fix the objectives,
fix the controls,
fix the vehicles, and then BOOM!
You have a great game here.

Todays patient he was having some hair less patches on this area
this patches he wanted to fill up beacuse he was very uncomfertable with those patches
he was not able to grow his beard so he consulted to our clinic & will decided to go for his
hair transplantation.
For beard transplantation the first and most important part is slit making
here there has to be concentration for how much density to be given you can't give very less
densiy in that region then patient won't be satisfy and you can't give very more density
than the surrounding area that will agian look very unnatural.
Beard hairs they grow along skin so angle of beard hair should be not
more than 50 degree & again direction should also match
to the surrounding hairs.
So slit making is very important part in beard transplantation after making
slits in this patient we gone for grafts extraction we will decided to take the grafts from
beard only we have to selected lower part of neck region because patient also told that
he usually trim that part & we required not more than
250 grafts so that was very small area from where we have
extracted beard.
The second part is that these hairs are similar hairs to where we are going to
plant them so their character was similar & their growth is similar so after beard extraction
the second and most important part comes is plantation of these grafts here again we have
to do with carefully the plantation process beard
hairs they are usually curl hairs so the curl of hair
should be towards skin so they will grow along skin if it is in opposite direction the curl
is opposite to the skin they will grown outward
and that will be very unnatural thing.
After beard transplantation patient maintain very good followup he was taking some medications
like nutritional supplement he taken good care of transplanted area first one week.
So after scabs are gone and all beard hairs survive they
grown.
You can see his after photographs that the transplanted area is matching with the surrounding
area.
So for those young population who wants their beard to be of proper density and if
they are unsatisfy with whatever density or any
hair less patch in beard area this can be a great alternative to them thank you.

channel every week on Wednesday I put out a new video and my whole channels
goal is this one thing is to help grow your faith and to help equip you to
accomplish your dreams and your goals hey so I want to talk to you today it's
not always gonna be easy but I can promise you it will always be worth it
you know every time that I've done something big for God it's never been
easy in fact I will tell you this at the moment that I say yes it's like
everything goes crazy and I start to question myself
you think about Peter whenever Jesus beckons him to come out on the water it
says that the very minute his feet hit the water he began to look at the wind
in the waves it's like he thought well goodness if I step out to walk on water
to Jesus then that must mean that the circumstance is going to get better but
I found that often our circumstances are gonna go in the opposite direction of
where God's taking us why the enemy is always gonna use what's around us to try
to keep us from where God's taking us you know whenever I first got asked to
speak I remember I was absolutely terrified I was so scared and I stood up
there that first time and I remember I opened up my mouth and I didn't even
know if words we're gonna come out I was so scared and you know what happened
right after it doesn't speak in that first time I got my next invite to
preach and you know what the next time it was just as scary and I think
sometimes we think if God's called us to it then the beers gonna go away that
it's gonna get easier and although I will say that said some things do get
easier with time I don't think that it ever gets easy necessarily there's
always gonna be circumstances there's always gonna be things and it's not
always gonna be easy but God's promises in his word that it will always be worth
it you know I love reading Paul's letters in the New Testament and I love
that he writes here in 2nd Corinthians chapter 11 verse 25 he says three times
I was beaten with rods once I was stoned and he's not talking about drugs
he says three times I suffered shipwreck a night and day I have been in the deep
and what I think is interesting here is Paul's letting the people know I've done
a lot of great things for God but it's not because my life was easy it's not
because I'm less busy than anybody else it wasn't because everything was handed
to me on a silver platter I remember there was one time I was
talking to a lady after church and she said you know there's so much I would do
for God but my life is just so busy I don't have time and I thought about this
and I thought how easy it is for us to buy into the sly because for some reason
in our mind we think the people that do great things for God must not be very
busy they must have not have both schedules like I have they must not have
big agendas with lots to do in kids and sports no the truth is they're just as
busy as you in fact I would say they're probably busier but they've made this
one determination is that God's gonna do something beautiful with their life and
they understand that it might not be easy to serve every Sunday it might not
be easy to give time to your local community it might not be easy but
they've decided this it will always be worth it so many times in our lives we
feel like everything in our world has to line up before we step out and do it but
the truth is that it's called a step of faith because it's going to defy logic
if it didn't defy logic it would say a step of common sense right it doesn't
take faith to walk across your house from the living room to the kitchen why
because you know logically there's nothing there that will hurt you it's a
step of faith when you know that the circumstances are adverse and that you
could be overcome pause letting us know here that he's
gone through some really big difficulties he says three times he
suffered a shipwreck what I think is interesting is that the Bible really
only tells us about one and that's in the book of Acts it tells us about how
he was shipwrecked but just think about this Paul lets us know three times he
was shipwrecked and yet he survived this would be the same as us getting on three
separate planes that all went down and yet we live I mean that is some really
big adversity he says a night and a day I've
spent in a deep the phrase there in the deep is the Greek word basis and that
word basically means in the deepest of the part of the sea so in other words
he's saying I was in a place where it seemed like there was absolutely no hope
and I wasn't there just for a moment but he says I was there for an entire night
an entire day in other words I was in a place where I was completely forgotten
by man it looked like my situation was going to take me under there was no
light to be found and yet God still found him he said in
other words I've gone through really unlucky breaks I've gone through times
of being in the darkness and feeling like nobody's gonna be able to find me
and yet God still knew how to make something great come out of my not good
see Paul's letting us know it even a 24-hour period treading water and the
deepest darkest place of the sea could not make the enemy forfeit the good
things that God has and I want to tell you in your own life that yes it may be
hard but you know what it is always gonna be worth it don't quit when times
get hard in fact when times get hard you've got to begin to have a greater
determination than ever before you know when I pick up my Bible and I read so
much of it about from Paul in the New Testament I think what would have
happened if Paul would have quit what would it happen if on the first
shipwreck he thought well I guess it's just not worth it and we would have
never had Romans if you thought well I guess there's just no hope for me we
would have never had first and second Corinthians if you would have said well
I guess it's just too hard then we wouldn't have Ephesians I want to tell
you that your life is leaving a story for other people to read and if you quit
what are they gonna pick up whose story are they gonna pick up to tell them that
they can make it whose story is it that's gonna inspire them to keep
fighting for their dreams friend let me tell you it's so much more than just
about you see Paul had a determination on the inside because he knew that it
might not be easy but he knew in the end that
God was gonna make it all worth it I want to announce this over you that you
are not defeated other people may have dropped out of sight and they didn't
survive you know Paul didn't talk about any of
the other people that parish in those shipwrecks he just kept his eyes focused
on Jesus and the same is true for you maybe you started after your goals and
two seemed like tons of people were going with you you had a group of people
they were all determined and now it seems like one after another they're
dropping off but Fran let me just tell you I want to announce over you that you
just keep keep keep your eyes on Jesus and that I'll tell you this that the
greatest and get back on the enemy that you can have is to keep fighting to keep
pressing to not give up when times get hard God's power has enabled you to
overcome this far and he's not going to let you down now yes it may be hard but
I can tell you at the end of this it will be worth it so hey did you get

Obama Trolls Prince Harry For Wedding Invite, Gets Hit With �Nasty Surprise� From Queen
Prince Harry, the son of Princess Diana and Prince Charles, announced his engagement to
Meghan Markle, an American actress, and Barack Obama immediately started trolling Harry on
Twitter for an invite. Attending a royal wedding is considered the big ticket for all movers
and shakers, and liberal losers claim that Harry hates President Donald Trump but loves
the Obamas. Well, they all just got hit by a nasty surprise by the Queen, making Barack
look like a fool.Prince Harry, who is fifth in line to the British throne, just announced
that he is marrying an American actress, thirty-six-year-old Meghan Markle. To most Americans, it�s no
big deal, but to Barack Obama who is trying to retain power and control, an invitation
would be an enormous deal.
So Barack trolls Harry on Twitter, tweeting, �Michelle and I are delighted to congratulate
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on their engagement. We wish you a lifetime of joy and happiness
together.� That turned into the liberal loser media going berserk, speculating that
the Obamas would score an invitation. The tweet has almost one million �likes.�Yahoo
News reported, �Obama�s sweet tweet to the happy couple immediately took off, with
Twitter users asking him to �come back� and exclamations of �we miss you!� but
also with many saying they couldn�t wait to see the stylish Obamas �pull up to this
wedding.�
Well, that�s not going to happen. How do we know? When Prince William got married in
2012, the Obamas were in the White House. You would think they would be included on
the list, but the Queen snubbed them. �The Queen personally invited 40 heads of state,
who received the gold-embossed invitations over the weekend to the April 29 [2011] wedding
of the future king. The Obamas, however, were not among them,� reported the Daily Mail.
Now, the liberal media has amnesia with numerous reports saying it will be the Obamas invited
and not the Trumps. Trying to salvage Michelle and Barack�s reputation, the media is saying
that �the Obamas didn�t attend the 2011 wedding of Harry�s big brother William,
reportedly because of security costs for the then-first couple to attend,� reported the
Independent.
That�s plain malarkey. Presidents attend weddings and go overseas all the time. The
Queen wasn�t a fan of Michelle Obama at all. The royal family didn�t exactly give
Michelle the red carpet treatment � as a matter of fact, they totally ignored her and
gave her a sit-down with Prince Harry. He is a member of the royal family, but he�s
not exactly the Queen of England; he�s not even the future King of England.
According to the July 6 edition of GLOBE Magazine, not only did Queen Elizabeth snub Michelle
Obama but she ditched the former President�s wife so that she could go to the horse races.
Then, Michelle got �handsy� with the Queen, an absolute �no-no� when it comes to the
monarch. As the first lady, Michelle should have known the protocol, the Queen does not
get �hugs� nor did she appreciate Michelle pushing her toward a chair.It sounds silly,
and it is, but what is fascinating is Barack�s trolling Harry and the media, from the Washington
Post to Newsweek issuing articles saying Trump will be snubbed and the Obamas will be invited.
If Trump is invited, some say it is because Markle is an American.
Markle is a dimwitted Hollywood leftist actress, who called Trump a �misogynist� while
she was on Larry Wilmore�s show. From an article back in 2016, the Mirror reported,
�The actress also branded the Republican nominee as �misogynistic� as she tore
into him during an interview on the Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore. Protocol dictates
that members of the British Royal family must remain politically impartial.�

The video is about a 94 years old woman who went skydiving
because she thought, she has to live in the moment
I especially admire her courage when she wanna jump outside of her world.
Do you know how tough her decision was?
Think about it,
Do you also date to try something very exciting?

let me explain my question:
Did you have any dreams 10 years ago?
And now, how's the dream?
Or did you always make wishes on your birthday,
but have no results year by year.
My dear, look at this great maiden, she feared nothing
and made a huge jump on her 94th birthday.
How cool she is!
We always say "I'm gonna do something, after bla bla"
So, Gary V told his audience and readers, over and over again
"get rid of 'gonna', you're going to die"
That's right!
Life is too short to use "gonna", just do it!
Make your wishes become true.
Although teachers told us
"don't do impulsive things"
but sometimes being overly careful just means you dare not try
you dare not do something big for yourself.
Life has no miracles.
Every historic record was
created and broken by people, so you know, you can dream big
How about setting a target
but do nothing all year long.

PTSD: What to do - Duration: 4:49.
One of the kind of the one of the main challenges of working in a trauma
service and people becoming increasingly kind of trauma aware is make sure the
pendulum doesn't swing too far the other way. Because actually in the immediate
aftermath of something shocking all of those responses even if you're an
emergency responder who's been doing that job for 20 odd years all it means
is you're still a human being. The fact that you're not sleeping great and
you're dreaming about it and you're feeling really rattled and a bit upset
that doesn't mean you're ill. So if you're noticing that somebody is not
themselves you know or you yourself aren't sleeping great or you're thinking
about a lot more the key message in that early stage and later is to allow it to try
and tolerate the upset rather than avoid it and to trust your brain. That if your
brain is bringing a memory back into your awareness either at night or during
the day it's trying to do that because that work needs to be processed. You know
it's only doing that as a favour. Human beings are information processing
machines stuff happens to us we think about it we learn from it and we file it
in our memory bank. And PTSD is when that process of sort of assimilation is
blocked because the content of it is too emotionally upsetting or we just can't
make sense of it. It doesn't make sense whether that's you know a bombing of
children at a pop concert or there are some experiences that we just can't
quite compute and that's why the sort of memory doesn't get properly processed. So
the key thing is to not get frightened about being emotional and to see that as
being a human understandable response that you're gonna survive. And to give
the things some time. If you're dreaming about it and it's coming into your head
then you need to talk about it. If you're not a talker you could try writing it
down or you could just give yourself some time to think about it. So they're
the golden rules for post-traumatic stress and how to kind of manage them.
Ostensibly that's what we do in treatment. If you've not been able to do
that on your own and things have got stuck and you're in that horrible
feedback loop then what treatment involves is
helping you feel confident that you can survive thinking about it and the
emotions that come with it. So that that memory gets sort of
digested and processed and filed away. It's always going to be a horrible
horrible thing that's happened it's never going to be something that you
forget but we tend to use it's not here at the front of your head all the time
it's kind of filed away with everything else with all the other memories. So the
good news is that we have really effective treatments for post-traumatic
stress. I mean sometimes people get depression after a trauma exposure too.
But for both of those things you know we have very effective treatments for PTSD
for depression and for anxiety. And so it's about going to see your GP and asking
to get referred to your local mental health service there can be a wait and
you know that's not great but that's the way it is. But all across Scotland there
will be psychological therapists both psychologists and nurses and social
workers who have been trained in providing what we call these
evidence-based treatments. There was a big drive by the Scottish government to
make sure that there was good training for PTSD across the whole country so
there should be somebody in every health board. A number of people in every health
board who can deliver treatment for PTSD. A key message that we spend a
lot of time saying to people is please don't struggle on. You know though this
doesn't mean that you're weak or that you're going off your head or that your
brain is letting you down or you know we have really effective treatments for
PTSD. And sometimes just understanding what's going on
you know just recognising that this isn't about you failing or that it's not
there's something go wrong it's just that you're human there's understandable
reasons why your brain and your body are reacting like this is enough for people
to kind of to do less avoiding. And if we can help people understand what's going
on and give them some techniques to manage their anxiety and their distress
you know simple things like progressive muscular relaxation and breathing
exercises. Then if people can do that then actually they sometimes allow
themselves to think about it a bit more. And then the natural kind
process happens in and of itself. So there are things you can do even while
you're waiting for treatment that are probably going to help the chance of
that memory getting settled down.
