How to remote park your Mercedes-Benz via your phone | Veritasium Episode #4 - Duration: 2:54.

In this episode, I'm gonna look at Remote Parking Assist,

how you can actually park your car with your smartphone

and then get it out of a spot

without having to be in the car.

We have had parking assistance systems in the cars

for quite some time and that actually allows you

to get out of the car before you park.

I'm here at Mercedes-Benz' SimCity facility,

that's what they call it,

and in front of me is a simulated parking lot.

So, I want to get this car into a position

where it can park itself

and then we're gonna get out of the vehicle.

Yeah, Derek, let's have a look at it.

All right, so what do I do?

So, you have to press that little button, here.

That's the parking button and you see, now,

our command system changes a little bit.

Drive a little bit and now you will see the animation,

so the car is searching

on both sides for a parking spot

and we now pass by those two 90-degree parkings

and you see that one, here, to the right

is very, very narrow.

And the car now measures and looks for free parking spaces,

so it went by.

It probably shows us, here, the parking spot.

We move a little bit forward

and now you can stop.

The car has identified two parking spots

that I can see nicely on the display,

and I'm gonna pick this one right here.

And I press that? Correct.

And now, we just want to go inside the parking lot

of the Remote Parking app,

so you just have to go into Park.

And, now, activate Reverse.

And I select this? Yes.

And you see, it starts the Remote Parking app

to continue waiting for connection.

Can I get out of the car?

We can get out of the car.

You grab your iPhone All right.

and your keys and let's have a look at it outside.

Sounds good.

So, I'm activating the Remote Parking app.

Perfect, and now

it starts the engine.

So, I just keep moving my finger

on the screen, Correct.

and it'll keep driving itself.

It did a pretty good job in a tight spot.

Now, there you go.

I just brought this car to a stop.

It found its own parking spot

and then it beeped to let me know it's done?

Yeah, it beeps and said, okay, we are good,

and it locks the doors

and we can go, now, for coffee or something.

Sounds good, let's go.

Sarita pun kembali tinggal di Indonesia setelah tiga bulan menetap di Melbourne, Australia.

Sarita menceritakan, seminggu kepulangannya dari Melbourne, dia dan Haris sama sekali tidak bertegur sapa.

Akan tetapi, dengan dirinya yang kini selalu ada di rumah, membuat Haris mulai kembali mendekat dan mengatakan pada tiga anaknya, kalau dia tak ingin bercerai.

Haris mengatakan, saya bisa memperbaiki diri, jadi saya terima dia, saya ampuni beliau, apa ya saya memaafakan beliau untuk kita memperbaiki.

Beliau pun sekarang ini sudah meninggalkan perempuan itu, tapi nggak tahu meninggalkan dalam kapasitas apa ya, ungkap Sarita saat ditemui di kawasan Bintaro, Tangerang, Sabtu (8/7/2017).

Akan tetapi, beberapa waktu lalu, Jennifer Dunn sempat memposting video dalam Insta Story-nya dengan hashtag sayang istri.

Video tersebut memperlihatkan Jennifer Dunn memegang minuman teh susu.

Ketika dia posting di insta story kemudian ada suara suami saya. Mereka lagi kumpul ya, mungkin mereka lagi kegep (tertangkap basah).

Saya marah kebetulan saya posting juga. Suami saya kebetulan nggak respons juga, ceritanya.

Tapi seminggu ini suami saya menjauh dari perempuan itu. Postingan yang ada tulisannya sayang istri itu fiktif.

Jadi, artinya perempuan itu sengaja memposting tulisan sayang istri itu supaya membuat saya marah.

Saya marahin suami saya, suami saya nggak nyaman sama saya terus suami saya kembali ke perempuan itu, lanjut Sarita membeberkan maksud hashtag yang ditulis oleh Jennifer Dunn.

Untuk status suaminya dengan Jennifer Dunn, Sarita pun mempertanyakannya secara langsung. Sang suami menegaskan tidak ada hubungan suami istri antara dia dan Jennifer Dunn.

Iya saya tanya apakah kamu menikah dengan dia. Mas Haris bilang tidak.

and inner surface of the mixer trough

As for coming near

2018 I am collecting some goals,

Some reading goals of mine to accomplish next year.

So I've been taking this time

in November to reflect on my goals

from

2017 and make new ones

For 2018 and what I want to accomplish.

The first one is to finish the brothers Grimm's fairy tales a complete

Completed fairy tales. I only got into

The beginning in this book I am on

228 and the next read would be the Wolf in the Fox, and they have plenty plenty more of

Short stories in here. What short stories I'm looking forward to reading into

finishing this book is

Little Red Riding Hood,

Show White and rose-red, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Hansel and Gretel, the Crystal Ball,

Sleeping Beauty, and that is it. I am hoping to finish this

by the end of 2018. So this is one of the goals of mine. Another one is to

finish the series

I've started that I really liked the first book in and that I'll just give you guys a couple examples is

the Lunar Chronicles and the Percy Jackson series, I would really like to

Finish three... finish both of them. Hopefully when ever I get the books or check them out at the library.

Please check out library books because books can get expensive.

So I'm pretty good at a big bargain sale. There's more series than that. I've been really interested in Stephen King.

Every time I see his name Stephen King

It makes me want to say Stefan King from some reason

so let me know I'll get that problem because I really got that problem and

This one is in my thick ass book collection and when I say thick ass book collection that means their thick ass books.

So [Laughs]

That would be Under the Dome by Stephen King this is about

1072 pages

So it's the hucka Chuncka.

The only Stephen King book I read was Carrie, and I like that book.

This was the second book of Stephen King I had owned and the last mine recently got

was the Shining. I don't think I will read IT though, so Alexa I props to you on that.

I also want to read up on some veganism books because one of my goals for

2018 is to become vegan and

I've been contemplating about this for years quite some years now.

I want to go through with it next year as I'm preparing for that in eating last of last

of my journey as eating meat and dairy products.

I slowly changed over the years certain items from fast-food joints and just

the way I cook food now in my house.

I think I really want to go through with it because it's something I've been

dreaming about doing just like YouTube. I would watch youtubers and say wow I really want to do YouTube but

Never do it, and NOW I'm doing it. So.

Next year is about achieving

goals that you have for years and

achieving that and I hope you guys keep that as well and grow with books.

Really, hope you guys

achieve the goals that you set for

2018. Even though in life, we've been always asked

What are you gonna be when grow up?/ and What are you gonna do five years from now? I feel those are

overrated questions because

Nobody really knows where you're gonna be at in, Really!

Nobody knows where they're gonna be five years from now, but

it's really good to have an idea of where you want your life to be and see as you grow up you see people

changing what they are being becoming and just always evolving and change.

It's always really great to have goals to know where you want to go and what you want to do and always

checking in with yourself and seeing with your intuition

In our case right now we're using one CRM-System.

And on that CRM System we can track all our goals and meetings,

but I think we must spend a few months to find the right CRM System for us.

The first you need is a very good team.

If you have a really good team, you will find a really good idea.

But if you only have a really good idea, you will fail without a really good team.

The SIG Sauer P320 striker-fired semi-automatic pistol is the direct

development of the Sig 250 and is the ultimate Sig Sauer pistol evolution that

the company once started with the then highly innovative SIG 220.

Unprecedented modularity enables shooters and operators to customize the

pistol to meet their exact needs and in SIG Sauer's own words

it delivers elite performance for every application purpose. Unique design gives

the operator the freedom to change sizes and customize fit quickly and easily.

Using modular parts, such as a barrel, slide, frame and magazines it is possible

to configure the P320 from a full size to a carry, a compact and even a

subcompact, using one single core removable fire control housing.

The P320 is a double action only, striker-fired operating system with low profile that

is available in 45 Autot, 40 Smith & Wesson, .357 SIG and 9mm chamberings,

with a barrel from 91 to 119 mm.

The magazine of the Full-size 9mm holds 17 rounds. Last but

not least the P320 has been adopted as the new service pistol by the US Army.

The XM17 program soon it will also be available in Europe as a sports and

competition pistol. The P320 X5 and P320 RX with red dot sights.

The P320 is an excellent pistol, it has a very cool preset, the recoil is pretty mild, not

Pontiff at all, muzzle flip is very controllable, magazine change is sure.

Target is acquisition is very very very good as I said the recoil is very mild

and it is possible to have excellent grouping even with very fast shooting,

maybe the US Army did not make a mistake shooting this gun!
