In October 2016, I was detained at the post of DPS.
Reason - video shooting inside.
The police detained me. In respect of me, material was prepared on Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Then I appeared before the court.
The court recognized my actions as lawful, and the judge doubted the lawfulness of the actions of the police.
As a result, the policemen themselves were on the dock
For 18 trials, the court found them guilty of abuse of office
However, the punishment was not connected with a real deprivation of liberty.
This decision did not suit me
I wrote a complaint to the Saratov Regional Court, since the punishment for this crime is set too gently
The prosecutor supported me and sent an appeal, in which he asked to tighten the punishment.
Defenders of the accused said that the verdict was really soft, but despite this, they will file a complaint and ask to justify the police.
The judgment day has come. In the debate of the parties, the prosecutor Christosenko Pavel Gennadievich delivered a magnificent speech.
He detailed the essence of the crime committed by police officers Kulteleev and Gubanov.
The prosecutor noted that their actions destroyed the position of the Russian Federation constitution.
Attention is the verdict of the judges:
The court collegium sentenced: the verdict of the Volzhsky District Court of the city of Saratov on August 14, 2017 regarding Kulteleev Marat Maximovich and Gubanov Stanislav Vladimirovich - to cancel.
Kulteleev Marat Maximovich and Gubanov Stanislav Vladimirovich found guilty of committing a crime under part three of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, stipulated in paragraphs "A" B,
the Court considers it necessary not to bring them to justice on the basis of Clause 3, Part 2, Art. 32 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for the absence of a crime in their actions.
Earlier in the court police officer Gubanov openly announced that he was ready to carry out illegal orders.
He explained that he can not distinguish a lawful order from an illegal one.
Such police officers are funded by citizens
Apparently, the rights and freedoms of more citizens are no longer the highest value of the State.
It is interesting that the guarantor of the constitution fulfills its function?

Today we are going to make Creamy Cashew omelette. Have you ever try this?
If you have't , I'll tell you how to make it. once you'll have it you will have it repeatedly.
Let's have a look at the ingredients :- 2 Beaten Egg, Chopped Coriander
Chopped Onion, Mustard Oil, Cashew Paste
I have taken few Cashews and blend them mixer into a fine paste with some water.
Black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, fresh cream & regular spices.
Let's make Creamy Cashew Omelette.
Turn on the induction on high flame & add put 1 tbsp oil to heat up.
Now will make the egg mixture, to this we'll add 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tbsp Cashew Paste, 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder, 1 finely Chopped Onions
Adding Coriander( Quantity as per your liking)
Salt to taste,1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Mix it well.
Its mixed well and now the oil is also heat up
We'll pour the mixture & will cook it for 2-3 mins and then we'll flip it.
2-3 mins has been passed let's check the omelette
the bottom layer is completely cooked, now time to flip it up.
beautiful golden brown colour & even tempting.
Will cook it for 2-3 mins & then its ready to serve.
2-3 mins has been passed Creamy Cashew Omelette is completely ready. Turning the induction off.
So here I've a garnished plate with some cream and cashew paste with little bit of black pepper powder.

And what I ordered today are: Mapo Tofu made with Black Angus beef (Roughly 10 portions)
'Ankake' Rice with Peking Duck ( 3 portions worth) Shrimp with mango mayonnaise sauce ( 10 portions worth)
I hear that 'Zensyutoku' is known for their Peking Duck Since I love Peking Duck so much I really look forward to this itadakimasu
this is an appetizer It's so colorful
It's got Peking duck and it looks so yummy
The meat is full of flavor and it goes so nicely with the 'Ankake' poured over it
this would go so nicely with rice
The skin is so tasty
It's got all sorts of things like shrimp and veggies It's packed full of ingredients
Chinese food is always so colorful
And this is the Mapo Tofu That peppery aroma is so wonderful
The color really stimulates the appetite
The tofu is so jiggly and the pepper gives a really nice spicy kick
I think it would go so nicely with some rice
This isn't the shrimp in mayonnaise sauce and it's got mangos on it
This will be my first time trying shrimp in mayonnaise sauce with mango
The shrimp are crazy huge
the mangoes go so nicely with the sweet mayonnaise sauce
It's so yummy and the shrimp are so plump
This has so much Peking duck in it It's such an Indulgence
The peppery flavor in this mapo tofu is so strong SO SPICY and really stimulates the appetite
Among all these rich dishes this mango dish is especially fresh tasting
The mapo tofu is all done
The Peking duck is all finished as well
The last of the shrimp in mayonnaise sauce itadakimasu
the 23 portions of Chinese food was so yummy
All the dishes were packed so full of veggies Seafood and meat And such significant portions that were yummy
Everything was so nice and with such big portions

When Doing Deals, Should I Use An LLC or Land Trust? - Duration: 3:44.
Hey, it's Joe.
This question is from Fernando Diaz.
He says, "When you plan to do a lease option assignment, do you recommend doing it under
an LLC or a land trust?"
When you do a lease option and you don't have a license, and you're buying the lease
option in order to sell it to someone else, what you need to do is take it under your
own name rather than an LLC.
You have to be the principal in the transaction or you have to have a license in order to
do this legally.
So, you can take these under your own name, and then you can turn around and sell them
and you could put all the money through your LLC, which I think still makes sense to do
that.
If you put the money through your LLC then you can save some money on taxes, you can
also have some asset protection.
My CPA tells me that it doesn't really save you a lot on taxes until you get to about
$75K a year income, which won't take you long if you're doing a deal or two a month,
especially if you're doing the for rent method deals.
So, do it under your own name when you take the lease option memo and then put it through
an LLC once you start making enough money to make that profitable.
The other reason to use an LLC is if you have a lot of other assets that you're trying
to protect and you don't want them to get tied up in a transaction that might go bad.
Most of the time when you do deals the way I'm teaching, the transactions are not going
to go bad, but sometimes they do and if you have a lot of assets then maybe it makes sense
to set up an LLC and do it that way.
Just remember there's going to be a cost for the LLC and you're going to have taxes
done every year in the LLC.
So at the beginning, you can do all your taxes through as Schedule C on your 1040's, you
know, through your personal account, you know, as you're starting to build your business
and you can still take all your business deductions and do all that stuff through a 1040.
But eventually you're going to want to switch it over to an LLC because it's going to
be less likely that you're going to get audited with an LLC than it will be with your
personal returns and doing it through a Schedule C.
The people that cheat the most on their taxes, or they get caught at least, on their taxes,
are people that are doing Schedule C's, they're doing their own home business and
they're taking deductions that they shouldn't be taking and that's why the IRS looks those
people more carefully and they often do more audits.
I was audited twice while I was doing 1040.
Since I've been doing LLC and an S corporation, I've not been audited.
I understand my audit risk is down to like, three percent, but, I've not been audited
yet.
So that's something to keep in mind as you're doing this.
As far as land trust, you may be thinking about something that you might have heard
about taking a subject to property through a land trust in order to hide who owns the
property and have it essentially in the name of the person who sold it to you so that it
doesn't look like you own it, so if you go to the bank the bank won't take that
property back.
I don't find that necessary.
I have a lot of subject to properties and they're all in my name and recorded and
I haven't had any problems with the due on sale clause and if you look at some of
my other videos I talk about due on sale clause and why it might make sense to pay attention
to that.
But it's not terribly important when it comes to deciding what kind of structure,
business structure you're going to use when you're doing deals.

I am NOT gonna putting my foot down so I have been searching for some time now for some way to alleviate this and
I have found it. I truly believe this is the best investment I've ever made
Basically, and you know you're gonna hear a lot of things about making money online alright
And and there's a lot of BS out there, and so I did my research for years even okay
And I've done a lot of investing I've had several different businesses. I've been very successful; a lot of failures, too you feel forward
But most of all I just want to touch on the fact that I have found a way that I will be able to
basically run my businesses from anywhere in the world so
Not only will I be able to have an unlimited amount of businesses, but I will be able to
you know run them from my laptop, so
It's just pretty amazing so basically you know when life is the best of us would have ever made the for my first month in

It's almost like selfish passion really because it's about me. I am happy when I'm helping people and doing good things for people so
What I love about this business, too is that you know it's all about. It's an education system to kind of sum it up
It's not something I can explain
But it's an education system that teaches you how to make money online in several different avenues. There are no limits at all
so and there's a little
capital involved in a beginning, which is very nice and then also there's also financing which is even better, so

the education system first teaches you how to
Make money online for yourself
And then you then can help others make money online which is for me huge because I really enjoy
Watching other people's lives transformed
changed and just ultimately helping others achieve freedom
Because you know and like I said and you may have seen I had an interview
recently about this because I've had some success with it and it's a pretty big deal, so I actually interviewed but

There's a huge epidemic
happening with depression
and I really believe that part of this depression is because the parents are working all the time and
the kids are just left to their own devices and so the children yet even young ages are having this depression and
then the parents are depressed because they have to work all the time and
They're not there for their children and so it's going both ways so the real answer to that is economically
and/or financial freedom just financial freedom the real answer to that is financial freedom so if I can help
other families and other mothers and fathers
like me
To not have to work so much even I don't want to quit tattooing. I love what I do
I just want to do it on my terms and
So and I want to travel, and and I want to take my kids to see the world so with this
That's the answer and that's what I can do

How To Make A Flat Poster Design | Satori Graphics Updates - Duration: 12:02.
today here in satori graphics you're going to learn how to make a flat poster
design in Adobe Illustrator in the description below is a link to the final
poster design and a mock-up then you can use for your very own flat poster design
also there's a quick Illustrated tip at the very end of the video in relation to
illustrator brushes
what is that people welcome back to tutor graphics the home of graphic
design content right here on YouTube before we getting today's flat poster
design tutorial I would like to ask you guys if you think it's a good idea to
review your designs one episode per week if you do like that let me know in the

said the final design is linked in the description below for you to download
but for a flat poster design we're going to be using a three document with a
three millimeter bleed and of course it needs to be CMYK for print
I'm using a light blue for my background but you can use whatever color you want
for your flat face or design using the rectangle tool create a shape that
covers the entire canvas we can then lock it in place what is move around
throughout the entire flat poster design tutorial
choose a shade a very dark blue that is close enough to black but not quite jet
black and then take the rounded rectangle tool click once on the canvas
and then type in seven millimeters with the corners repeat this once again but
with a white rectangle and lay over the top then you need to take the prepare
tool and sample the background color
make a third rounded rectangle for this time with a smaller round corners and
then place in position like so
at this juncture select the y-shaped and press command or control C to copy er
then select all three shapes and then align them like so to make sure they're
positioned perfectly
open the Pathfinder window and hold down shift and click both the blue shape and
the white shape and then use this function here in the Pathfinder panel if
you then press command or control f you will paste the shape back into the
correct place and insulate both the black shape and the blue shape and
repeat the process finally send the blank sheet backwards once now your tape
cassette shape has the mid section cut out
just to demonstrate something quickly I've made this midsection too wide even
though it's been cut into the shape we can still use direct selection tool to
edit the shape hold down shift and then select multiple anchor points at once
and ultimately with the arrow keys on your keyboard
the appearance panel and user prepare tool to sample the background color once
again we are now making the tape section for our flat poster design make a
perfect circle with the ellipse tool and then in the appearance panel add a new
stroke drag the stroke to the bottom of the layers and add a white color I'm
going to use 20 as a stroke thickness add a second stroke and make it black
but increase the stroke away quite a bit
then hold down the alt option key and duplicate the circle and adjust a black
stroke so it gives an illusion of a tape inside the cursor for a flat poster
design
select all of the shapes on the actual canvas and bring them to the front of
all the layers then we need to align the circles along horizontal plane and place
them within the cutout section
select the blank shape and then select offer there we want a slightly lighter
shade of dark gray blue so that we can create a small rectangle with the
rectangle tool
using direct selection tool we can then nudge the top anchor points over like
I'm doing here we then need to place the shape over the cassette tape perfectly
in place by holding down shift select both circles and then group them
together with command or control g select everything on your flat poster
design and then line them like so we're almost finished with today's tutorial on
how to make a flat poster design so stick around for the finishing touches
and then at the very end of the video an illustrated bonus tip based around
brushes
with the dough shade of black create a circle in the top-left of the cassette
and then duplicate it with the alt/option key we then need to make two
more circles and then add a yellow color to them
using shift-select all full circles group them together then duplicate the
group and reflect them by placing them in the perfect position on your flat
poster design
this next step is a bit of fiddly but it's fairly simple making yellow
rectangle like so and then duplicate it and turn that second rectangle to black
take your time to make sure that they're perfectly aligned right up to the edge
of the bisection we need the Pathfinder window open for the next pyre
we need to slide the white shape and copy with command or ctrl C select the

you had now had a shadow to our flat poster design so group every single

In October 2016, I was detained at the post of DPS.
Reason - video shooting inside.
The police detained me. In respect of me, material was prepared on Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Then I appeared before the court.
The court recognized my actions as lawful, and the judge doubted the lawfulness of the actions of the police.
As a result, the policemen themselves were on the dock
For 18 trials, the court found them guilty of abuse of office
However, the punishment was not connected with a real deprivation of liberty.
This decision did not suit me
I wrote a complaint to the Saratov Regional Court, since the punishment for this crime is set too gently
The prosecutor supported me and sent an appeal, in which he asked to tighten the punishment.
Defenders of the accused said that the verdict was really soft, but despite this, they will file a complaint and ask to justify the police.
The judgment day has come. In the debate of the parties, the prosecutor Christosenko Pavel Gennadievich delivered a magnificent speech.
He detailed the essence of the crime committed by police officers Kulteleev and Gubanov.
The prosecutor noted that their actions destroyed the position of the Russian Federation constitution.
Attention is the verdict of the judges:
The court collegium sentenced: the verdict of the Volzhsky District Court of the city of Saratov on August 14, 2017 regarding Kulteleev Marat Maximovich and Gubanov Stanislav Vladimirovich - to cancel.
Kulteleev Marat Maximovich and Gubanov Stanislav Vladimirovich found guilty of committing a crime under part three of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, stipulated in paragraphs "A" B,
the Court considers it necessary not to bring them to justice on the basis of Clause 3, Part 2, Art. 32 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for the absence of a crime in their actions.
Earlier in the court police officer Gubanov openly announced that he was ready to carry out illegal orders.
He explained that he can not distinguish a lawful order from an illegal one.
Such police officers are funded by citizens
Apparently, the rights and freedoms of more citizens are no longer the highest value of the State.
It is interesting that the guarantor of the constitution fulfills its function?

If, according to the prosecutor, the police Kulteleev and Gubanov trampled the foundations of the constitutional system, judging by everything, the judges simply killed the basic law.

Apparently this restaurant has branches all over China as well
And I look forward to enjoying some legitimate Chinese food today
Since I love Chinese food so much I really look forward to this today
The food has arrived
And what I ordered today are: Mapo Tofu made with Black Angus beef (Roughly 10 portions)
'Ankake' Rice with Peking Duck ( 3 portions worth) Shrimp with mango mayonnaise sauce ( 10 portions worth)
I hear that 'Zensyutoku' is known for their Peking Duck Since I love Peking Duck so much I really look forward to this itadakimasu
this is an appetizer It's so colorful
It's got Peking duck and it looks so yummy
The meat is full of flavor and it goes so nicely with the 'Ankake' poured over it
this would go so nicely with rice
The skin is so tasty
It's got all sorts of things like shrimp and veggies It's packed full of ingredients
Chinese food is always so colorful
And this is the Mapo Tofu That peppery aroma is so wonderful
The color really stimulates the appetite
The tofu is so jiggly and the pepper gives a really nice spicy kick
I think it would go so nicely with some rice
This isn't the shrimp in mayonnaise sauce and it's got mangos on it
This will be my first time trying shrimp in mayonnaise sauce with mango
The shrimp are crazy huge
the mangoes go so nicely with the sweet mayonnaise sauce
It's so yummy and the shrimp are so plump
This has so much Peking duck in it It's such an Indulgence
The peppery flavor in this mapo tofu is so strong SO SPICY and really stimulates the appetite
Among all these rich dishes this mango dish is especially fresh tasting
The mapo tofu is all done
The Peking duck is all finished as well
The last of the shrimp in mayonnaise sauce itadakimasu
the 23 portions of Chinese food was so yummy
All the dishes were packed so full of veggies Seafood and meat And such significant portions that were yummy
Everything was so nice and with such big portions

The Best Way To Find Cheap Flights - Duration: 11:17.
hi there in this video I want to look at the best way to find cheap flights I've
been travelling now for 27 years I left England in 1990 and I work and travel
mostly in Asia a little bit in Europe and also in America but mostly in Asia
even this year I've taken more than 20 flights so far so the number one place I
always go is to Skyscanner and I think they've been going about 10 years now so
there's some different ways you can use this and you can be like precise a
certain date or you can look at a range of dates like a whole month and you can
also just look at going if you don't know where you want to go or you just
want a cheap place then you can also do it that way so I'll show you the
different ways let's go on Skyscanner then this is the website Skyscanner.net
and i'm going to click here flights I'm in Phuket at the moment so I'm actually
gonna look at a flight that I need to take I need to leave here from my visa
I'm gonna put in Phuket and I need to go somewhere for my visa now let's say I
want to go to Kuala lumpur which is about the nearest place to here and
let's say I need to go on a specific date and that needs to be 10th of
December then I can do a search and I've
looked at one way here for the moment
and I can see here the cheapest one is $45 and that it's pretty good if it's
fairly near the day or actually even if it's not near the day but if it's a
very common route like from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur's fairly common then this
price will be fairly up to date or very up to date let's just
select that to check it's the current price and it is it's still 45 and that's
direct with AirAsia sometimes this will be out of date if the price is changing
quickly as it gets nearer to date it especially these bucket airlines or
these budget airlines they put the prices up as it gets near the date so
you do need to go and just double check it because this is looking at flights
from lots of different places it's not exactly live it might be a few hours
late so that's that let's go back to that search and let's say I want to come
back because I do actually need to go and come back to get my visa let's look
at return and I'll be returning on the same day I can do a search for that
and it will just give me the total price for going there and return now you
do have to take into account that these are budget airlines so you do have to add
some if you got check in luggage but it is a lot cheaper than Europe in Europe
it can get like 20 pounds sometimes 30 pounds for luggage but in Asia
and these budget airlines maybe from one country to another maybe 15 dollars
within the country I think less than $10 but you can find that out you might
have to go on the website to find that out so here I can see that I can come
back I can go there and come back for $70 if I go in the morning at 8 o'clock
and come back at 8 o'clock in the evening bit of a long day but maybe I'll
do something while I'm there or there's some other ones with less time between
them there's six hours between that one and one here 4 o'clock to 8 o'clock so
that's 4 hours and I can pay more if I want to do that so I'll make a choice
later but I do need to do that flight let's look at the next thing then let's
say we want to go there but we can go any time so I'll just choose a different
place let's say I'm in Phuket and I want to go to Singapore but I don't actually
mind when I go let's say I'm just going one way and I can put in a whole month
so maybe I'm going to go there in January but I'm flexible I don't need to
go a certain time and that's why I like this you've got some like Expedia where
you've got to put in the exact date and I think with Expedia you can't even put
plus or minus some days I'm not sure I quite often use travel trolley for long
journeys and that's even when I look on Skyscanner and they recommend travel
trolley as one of the best ones so I quite often use this for long
journeys Travel trolley and here you can put flexi dates but it's still only it's
plus or minus three days so a total of I think a total of five days
let's have a look here one two three four five six seven okay a total of
seven days so it's a total of a week and it will tell you the cheapest within
that week whereas Skyscanner it does a month so let's say Phuket to Singapore
in January and let's just search for that
so it's gone off to all these different airlines and different companies
like it'll check travel trolley or check Expedia and all those and it'll come up
with the best one and it's good that you can choose a whole month because if I'd
have chosen this week first to the seventh of January then I would have
thought well it's quite expensive you know this is the price to go to
Singapore but if you go the week after then here is $34 which is really
cheap and that's about the cheapest there's some others here thirty to forty
dollars so it's good that if you don't need to go on a certain time then
this helps you to avoid the holidays I expect people to be coming back from
Phuket to Singapore from their holiday and that's why it's gone up so it's good
to put in a whole month and to just see which is best
so that's doing it that way now there's another way you can do it and this is
say I'm in Phuket now and I don't mind where I go so it says here I can't
decide where I can go anywhere and let's say also I'm just going to go in
February and I don't mind I've got a holiday a week so maybe I want to come
back as well within that date I want to go and come back within
February and I want to just choose everywhere so let's do a search and this
isn't based on Asia this is any country I'm just using Asia because I'm in Asia
at the moment so I could if I like I could go to Malaysia $49 return
Singapore 70 Vietnam 97 Indonesia and Cambodia here so let's just look at a
couple of them let's say Vietnam and I can go direct to Ho Chi Minh okay I
didn't even know that so I can go from here to Ho Chi Minh and back from 97
dollars let's have a look at that if I click on that one
and this will give me the price to go and the price coming
back so I can just find one that suits say I want to go for a week
well it looks more expensive no about the same but if I go the beginning of
February looks like it gets more expensive towards the end and that might
be because of maybe they've got some holiday or maybe there's some might be
Chinese New Year maybe I'm not sure when that is this year but anyway so it looks
like I can go on the 2nd of February and maybe I want to go for a week I can come
back on the 9th and that cost me about a hundred and seven come back on the 11th
then that will cost me 51 plus 47 so that's just over a hundred hundred and
eight and I couldn't look at it like that so I can find the I think that looks
like the cheapest there 47 to go and 51 to come back so that's pretty good a
hundred dollars for a week's holiday for the flight and I have got to pay a bit
more for the baggage but actually for a week I could probably just take hand
luggage if I want so that's if you don't mind where you go and you're just
looking for a cheap place to go ho Chi Minh I've been there but a long long
time ago so it's some way that's a bit new to me and I can do that let's go
back to the previous results and you've just got some more choices here
Indonesia Cambodia and if I click on this like this Indonesia it will tell
me the different places so Jakarta Bali can go to Bali from 169 and to some
other places so that's using the everywhere that's using everywhere so
that's all about Skyscanner as I said I've been travelling for 27
years now I left in 1990 so I've made this blog and this YouTube channel
to really help people either traveling or working online and if people want to
do the same as me travel with different countries
