Raizo is a Ninja from Wano Kuni which surley is in possesion of Ninjutsu.

He was a Guard from Oden so Raizo should have some kind of strength

Maybe he also has a devil fruit from which we dont know off.

Or he has a Jutsu

with that he can go in and out the Jail. Somekind of teleportation.

Or he can walk through solid matter.

I dont think that he could fight his way through because Kid and Luffy will be guarded.

And even if there are just some smal Gifters it would be a difficult task for Raizo.

Maybe he posses highspeed. We know

he has somekind of Cloning Jutsu but up till now

it isnt stated if it had been actual clones

from a Ninjutsu or if he is so fast that

the Human Eye cant keep up and sees Images.

Or maybe its somekind of devil fruit power

because when his clones went of they walked up into his body.

Maybe some secret technic

like Narutos Shadowclones.

There's a lot of people going to Japan during the vacation

guys, I've been to Japan for about 7~8 times!

So, I'll tell you some tips from those experiences

I prepared 20 tips

I'll give you some basic tips as such as essential apps

First, buy your tickets right! ( read the specific info)

Tickets to Japan come out cheaply, often

But, you really have to check!

The Checked baggage

when I went to Japan for my first time, I used Fly Peach and it didn't have checked baggage service

So, the tickets were cheap at first, but as I added checked baggage, the price got much more expensive than other airlines (And there was a crucial mistake on adding it offline)

Actually, if you don't have much luggage, or if you're not planning for shopping, you don't need this service

But if you're going in winter, so you need a lot of baggage,

or if you're planning for a lot of shopping, you really need this. So, you must check this (Especially if you're buying liquid gifts)

Second, the needed apps

you only need Google Map and Papago

Google Map Is more accurate than asking to natives

Except sometimes your GPS sensor is wrong, Google Map is a better idea

There was a time when I went a wrong way, since someone told me so (Although the person was really polite)

Papago Is a translator

I recommend to translate in English, rather than Japanese

If you barely translate Into Japanese and ask something

The listener might think that you know some Japanese, and respond in that language

So, you might not be able to understand the response

Asking something in English after an 'Excuse Me' is slower, but better to understand

Third! take a coin wallet

In Japan, the worth of 1000 Won Is 100 Yen

So, you'll need coins

So, it'll be nice to take enough cash. you can use cards in department stores, though

And 10! Anywhere you go, there's a 8% tax on the original price

So, don't panic about the higher price you have to pay

Most stores close easily

So, it seems that people drink early, and there are drunk people even in 7 pm

Since Japan is a popular tour site, it's ok to go to the routs that are in the internet

There are passes for only one lines, and some passes have limits to use

So, you have to check the subway lines you'll use before buying, and if you're not going to use the subway a lot, you don't have to buy them!

Japan's subways are hard to use

For example, the line you are on might change while you're on it

So, there are times that I had to transfer, but it was done itself

So if you're confused, I highly recommend to ask to the station staff before boarding

There are express lines like Korea, so check that before you get on (It's sad to lose your way in foreign places)

Most buses are boarded by the rear door, and you pay the fee when you get off

The price Is on the sign in the bus, so you can pay the price and get off through the front door

It's a good idea to pay it with coins! (It's the same to Korea)

Japanese taxis have automatic doors

So, don't try to open them by yourself

The price is different by the taxi's size, so you don't have to think about the color of it. just get on a clean looking taxi

There are a lot of restaurants for cafés that allow smoking

But, spitting in ashtrays or throwing trash in them are bad manners!

Some restaurants are parted by smoking and non-smoking tables, but it's not common

So, If you don't like smoke, you have to search about It

There are a lot of menus written in Korea

But sometimes menus written in Korean had higher prices than in Japanese

If you're worried about it, ask for Japanese or English menus

Or ask for both Korean and Japanese!

Also, ask for receipts

Sometimes they check on things that we didn't order (They checked on a beer)

I was mad about it and asked, and the worker just said it was might've been a mistake (There was a friend who was well in Japanese, and we asked politely, but there wasn't any apologies)

It felt like the person did it on purpose so be careful about such things

you can use toilets in convenient stores!

So, if you're really in a hurry for a toilet, use them!

And last 20!

Korean people! please don't cat call in Japan!

There aren't good Intents in cat calling

So, the image of Korean people is getting worse in Japan

I've seen once

when some Korean men tried to talk to Japanese women, and they just ignored. then, the men cursed

I was really embarrassed about it

So, please don't do that, and just enjoy your trip in another way!

Hackers leak details of 1,000 North Korean defectors putting lives at risk

HACKERS have leaked the personal information of nearly 1,000 North Koreans who defected

to the South, potentially jeopardising their safety and family.

According to the South Korean Unification Ministry, unknown hackers got access to a

resettlement agency's database.

The ministry said it discovered last week that the names, birth dates and addresses

of 997 defectors had been stolen through a computer infected with malicious software

at an agency called the Hana centre, in the southern city of Gumi.

North Korea is a brutal dictatorship and people who have fled have been abducted and there

was even a case of children being sentenced to hard labour after their parents escaped.

A ministry official told reporters on condition of anonymity, due to the sensitivity of the

issue: "The malware was planted through emails sent by an internal address."

The Hana centre is among 25 institutes the ministry runs around the country to help some

32,000 defectors adjust to life in the richer, democratic South by providing jobs, medical

and legal support.

Defectors, most of whom risked their lives to flee poverty and political oppression,

are a source of shame for North Korea.

Its state media often denounces them as "human scum" and accuses South Korean spies of kidnapping

some of them.

The ministry official did not say if North Korea was believed to be behind the hack,

or what the motive might have been.

A police investigation is under way to determine who did it.

North Korean hackers have in the past been accused of cyberattacks on South Korean state

agencies and businesses.

The communist dictatorship stole classified documents from the South's defence ministry

and a shipbuilder last year, while a cryptocurrency exchange filed for bankruptcy following a

cyberattack linked to the North.

North Korean state media has denied those cyberattacks.

The latest data breach comes at a delicate time for the two Koreas which have been rapidly

improving their relations after years of confrontation.

Affected defectors have been notified and there were no reports of any negative impact

of the data breach, so far.

The ministry official added: "We're sorry this has happened and will make efforts to

prevent it from recurring."

Several defectors, including one who became a South Korean television celebrity, have

disappeared in recent years only to turn up later in North Korean state media, criticising

South Korea and the fate of defectors.
