I just look at the mess here this was a tidy workbench and we got to sort it out
see everything needs a home if you've got a home for everything there and in
the place of the mess you go well know where that lives

some stuff here that just stays here you see this is two three nine assemblies
compartment built but that's okay it's kind of like a little production line
and just leave it there the rest of it it got lost

bag and all the screws come out the bottom don't they I'll tell you what the
other thing we got to do today is we're gonna make the what's the word for it
the doublet connector for the top of the tree so I've got enough plastic around
here I'm sure we'll be able to make something realistic you know guys do you
recognize this it's an original d-10 holder apparently it clips on the back
of a Land Rover or something now when I bought it I had the impression that it
came apart but I just can't see how it comes apart maybe it doesn't come apart
I better vac as well today this is my own box of tricks
so that's 4dx commander in the field and then a box of paddock bags which I use
if you put a DX commander when you open the box some of the smaller components
are in the pan deed banks I'm just running out of room just running out a

for the ladder lined a balanced feeder so in fact I could just chop this I'll
tell you need to chop it do i what does that bit for then nothing it doesn't do
anything all these probably yeah so they're my
main connectors there and there I'll drill some holes put six mil nuts and
bolts through four connectors or ring connectors on there then come down and
go behind there and then up there actually go behind there up there and
then back through there if you know what I mean
I just want to had it before where it's it's broken that the lower lowest point

tree so I can hold it up easy enough I'll go for a walk up and have a look at
the other tree about 35 40 meters up the road where we need to fling one side of
the doublet over the other side down here might need my ladders because
there's a steel pole it's quite high it's about 25 feet but eight meters ish
nine meters and I really need to I don't know is that there happens to be a steel
loop and I would like to connect it to that but ideally I want to come down
with a like a pulley and I just got to be conscious and not taking a mickey out
of and the farmers courtesy if you know what I mean so I'm gonna start drilling
holes and all the steel work than putting cleats in everything I want it
to be just kind of hidden out of the way I think I'll use some of that
super strong 12 16 millimeter three-quarter inch type bungee cord that
I bought travellish I'll put the doublet up and then it might need to have more
tension so I have to get the ladder back up and retention it I think I will do
that I'll tension it at the top I'll just guess the amount of wire I need or
I could drop a go oh that's about a foot drop it down and at this point take your
foot off it and then put it back up again maybe a nice easiest way anyway so
there we are a day down all I haven't have given you a show around all of my
new toys and what I've done how it's all working how old yet another
day but I did buy these big speaker brackets for the little mini a visa many
V's mini to me place and that's great so what the two subs and the nice tops are
out the way now you see I had it anyway it's it's not like I went out and bought
this stuff also need to do is buy the brackets and the brackets were cheaper
than me fabricating stuff out of scaffolding poem because I've got meet
hundreds of meters almost of scaffold I've got a truckload of scaffolding
poles around the corner and I had already at the k1 the k2 amp you see on
Iraq here the DBAs cross over the two subs it also means it's a good little
party set up I can whip all this out stick in the back of the car because
some people say oh tell them could you do a little PA from my party and I
normally say no but I thought and I say no because acts got to take all the big
gear with me but this is like a little mini PA now isn't it so no anyway all
