Youtube daily report w Dec 29 2018

Hi my name is youhei ozaki. Thanks for watch this video. This time talk about bone rubbing self movement that improve stiff neck and cheek extra moisture.

This time, aiming point is cross point of lower jaw and cheek bone. At especially,it is lower jaw side of that place. You can to soften together jaw muscle and neck muscle.

At first, check current neck condition. You can to check neck thickness by pinching. Please don't check with roughly at this time.

Check firmly the stiffness and thickness. Cheek place is also same. Please remember those stiffness and thickness.

You will feel that self muscle become change by this self care. Muscle is become soft or become thin. Thickness become increase in softening process when muscle become soft.

About this talking is i explain in other video. In this video is do only self care. At next please check neck movement.

I tell aiming point. Touch lower jaw bone, then heading for ear. Maybe you will can to touch cheek bone.

Fit self finger sharp joint into that cross point. I recommend to use finger third joint. Please use especially the finger more sharp place.

This self care don't need strength. If you feel pain when change finger angle, your angle is OK. Then please move mouth muscle in condition that keep pushing jaw joint.

Please move pushing place little by little. Perhaps about this painful is maybe you feel receive punch. I don't have quarrel experience.

Maybe this painful is like boxing. But if your face muscle, you don't feel pain. But actually, this painful is stiff muscle.

Please check face stiffness and thickness after 1 minutes by pinching. You feel to decreased cheek muscle thickness by this self care. Next, check neck movement again.

Case of me,i couldn't feel the change. Self care time is OK with 1 minutes every day.

Please try it. Thanks for watch this video. See you!

Get Rich Quick = Lose Money Fast - Duration: 6:05.

So we all want to get rich quick, right? I know I did. But this just doesn't work,

and as a matter of fact, the more desperate you are to make money fast, the more likely

you are to crash and burn just like I did. And I'm going to tell you all about it.

Coming up! Hey, I'm Dr. Brad Klontz! On this channel,

we help you transform your relationship with money, master the psychology of wealth, and

live a life of abundance! So, if you're new here, please subscribe

and click the bell so you don't miss anything! Let's get started!

It's so easy to fall victim to the promise of making some quick money. You've probably

heard the saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is," right?

But here's the thing. It's so easy to brush this aside when we see a sweet deal

sitting right in front of us. Especially when we know someone it's worked

for already. We've all heard stories of people who made

it big – quickly. Just the thought of this is intoxicating.

Imagine investing just a few thousand dollars into an "opportunity" and making hundreds

of thousands of dollars in a matter of months. Oh my gosh, it'll change your life. Think of what

you could do! Think of how good it would feel! Think of what you friends would say!

In this state of excitement, it's so easy to push aside doubt and those negative people

in your life who are scoffing at you and telling you – you're being a fool.

No way! They're the fools. This can't miss! Not this time.

Oh yeah, they'll be sorry later! And society feeds on this stuff and so do

financial predators selling us get-rich quick schemes. They're all over the place.

So have you ever been tempted to invest money in a get-rich quick-type venture? Let me know

in the comments below. And I'll tell you this, I've been tempted,

and I did it, I jumped in with both feet, and I got crushed.

This is a clip from an interview I did with Leisa Peterson on her Art of Abundance podcast

– a great channel to subscribe to if you like my content.

I have a link to the entire interview with her in the card above and in the description

below. So check it out. In this part of the interview I talk about

MY get-rich-quick attempt, how it crushed me, and how I was able to rise from the ashes

and launch my new career. Brad I am so excited that you are here. I've

been reading your books and watching you on YouTube, and this is a great honor thank you.

Leisa I am really excited to chat with you. I wanted to ask you some questions just about

your background because I don't get it when I read the bio and so I was curious so when

you first started out you have a doctorate in psychology correct me if I am wrong. That's

right. and I was curious if you knew that you also were going to be helping people with

the financial their financial trauma or emotions when you started out. Yeah, well absolutely

not, so I went to school to become a clinical psychologist and I will say this too I grew-up

lower middle-class working class and so when I even approached the field of psychology

I had the sense of like well I don't want to be poor like my family so this has always

been in the back of my head since I was a child I think like there has to be a better

way. But in the realm of psychology you know we really weren't taught about money or anything and

I had to borrow money to get my degree in psychology so when I got out of school I owned

$100,000 in student loan debt and that was just the way I had to do it to get through

school but it was terrifying to me so I grew-up lower middle-class working class but I also

grew-up with this sense of like you know never borrow money you need to be save your money

which added to a total scarcity-like upbringing too right because we were saving all the money

lots of fear around not having enough which also is part of the pattern of why we didn't

have enough they're very closely linked in my family history so anyway I had this anxiety

about having all this debt and in the course of a year I am over here in Hawaii so I was

here in Hawaii doing my post-doc residency and in the course of a year I saw a colleague

make $100,000 trading stocks. Now when I say a colleague I am talking about a psychologist

who knows nothing about money by the way nothing about investing and so I was sitting there

going oh my gosh I know the same amount about investing as he does I can make $100,000 in

a year so I sold everything I had that was worth anything and so for me that was mainly a

truck that I had and I cobbled together all the money that I could and I put it all in

the stock market and within a year I was going to pay off my $100,000 in debt, so this is

how I got interested and then you know as the story goes I put it in and it went great for

about three months and then everything dropped off and when I say everything I mean the entire

the entire culture this was the tech bubble so I put it in three months before the tech

bubble burst and so I saw what was to me everything I saw it started to lose it each day more

I had the feelings the panic oh no what did I do terrified what do I do know and so um,

being a psychologist at least I had sort of the mentality that if you're running into

trouble it's probably your fault. So that's actually a really good good mindset right

so because if it is my fault that means I can do something about it so I love it when

I find things that are my fault in fact I am searching for I am hoping things are my

fault because then I can do something about it. You can see that my expertise in the area

of financial planning and financial psychology was really inspired by my desire to transform

my own relationship with money and to not keep making the same mistakes Make sure to hear the whole interview I did

with Leisa on her Art of Abundance channel at the link below.

How to Assemble Low Poly Crafts Paper Models Tutorial - Duration: 10:48.

hi and welcome to Hedgehog Hollow hope you're having a great day today I want

to have talk to you all about low poly crass which appeared in my favorite

things of 2018 and I want you to show you how to build one because they're so

cute look at this lovely little catcher that we made here who stands off in my

little background so often that you see him and then also Hannah built this

seahorse and she's also bought some more she's making you can get unicorn heads

to put on the wall you may have seen amber with her tiger head on I'll pop a

picture up if I can on the screen you can get all sorts of fun things to go on

the wall in nurseries there's animals you can get there's all sorts of fun

things and I also thought I would show you how you make one so this is the Pug

they come up with some instructions in and there is also a QR code on the back

here that you can get an instructional video but I'm going to give you one as

well so that you have some other options it also gives you a difficulty level at

the top here so that you can know how hard each model is now when you get your

model they have lots and lots of pieces which we have here and then you also get

a trial built so you get to have a practice before you get going and that's

what we're going to build in today's video but what I want you to show you is

you'll notice that each piece is numbered so the first thing you're gonna

do is you're going to put your pieces in order so this one's number one this one

is 10-1 on here so you want to look at that big number this one is 26 so you're

going to stack them in numerical order that's the first thing you're going to

want to do and then they also have a smaller number so I'm going to bring

this even closer so that you can see so for instance in here this says 160 this

says 160 so you would glue those two numbers together we go like this this is

165 this says 165 you would glue this together so you can see how this is kind

of together I'm going to assume this is

probably the nosepiece so it would start to go together like this so you would

glue all of the alike numbers together now I played with lots of different

glues when we were putting our samples together we tried just regular Elmer's

glue we tried like print stick style glues

like glue sticks we tried tape runners we tried glue guns

we tried all sorts of things and the best glue we came up with was the

nouveau Deluxe adhesive it dried clear and it dried nice and quickly and also I

could get small amounts because it has that fine tip on it so let's build our

small one you are the two tools I found I used the most was my Teflon bone

folder and my tweezers so they're the two things I have to hand here so this

is my bow tie that comes in my kit so it has three pieces so I have a piece

number one I have piece number two and of course I have piece number three so

we're gonna start with piece number one and we're going to just start folding

along some of these lines and it's kind of pre scored a little bit for you so

you're gonna find that these are really easy to start folding so I'm just gonna

fold all around and then I'm also going to just use my bone folder to make sure

those creases a nice and the thing I like about the Teflon bone folder as you

can see it has this curved edge to it so when I'm taking those scores I just run

it along there and I'm getting a nice fold and it's not damaging my cardstock

in any way it's just kind of helping those fibers

and paper really is just fibers put together just bending them nicely so I'm

just going around and so I'm going to do this to all of my pieces so now we have

all our pieces folded and scored ready to go so let's start with our adhesive

and what I like to do is squeeze a little bit onto a surface now you

a piece of parchment paper if you have a glass mat if you're a crafter you can

use that too you really don't use much glue and then what I like to do and

again you could use a cotton bud it does have a fine tip on the adhesive so you

don't have to do it this way this is just how I like to work I just take a

little micro brush and again I buy these on Amazon and I just put a little bit of

glue along the edge this is my number one and then I have a number one on here

and what you'll notice is this one has a circle that means it's gonna be a

mountain fold so it's gonna be an up fold but I'm just going to add ear this

onto here flaps go on the inside I never want to line it up as best as you can

now whilst that's drying we're going to work on our number two my number two is

over here and I already touched that my number two is over here so again I'm

just gonna pop a little bit of blue along here and you can see this gives me

nice control you could also do it with a toothpick that would work well too and

if I'm in little areas I mean this is not one of them but I'm just going to

show you I would do this with my tweezers so I would just stick it down

and hold it down with my tweezers my number three is over here and my number

three is over here I now see that this number 24 is going to want to stick onto

this tab so I'm gonna do that at the same time so again I'm going to take my

little bit of adhesive this time going to put pop this on the flap here this

because it's easy to get to so you can see these really come together quickly

and we built the cat in about an evening and a bit it didn't take very long at

all why don't you get going it's really all about the prep work as with many of

these projects just prepping it making sure your folded bone folder is a really

good investment we found we were really glad we had one I sent one of the girls

home with a bone folder lots of deceives all those kinds of

things so I'm just gonna keep working along here and I'm just gonna keep

building my little bow tie which is our practice project and you

can keep watching I'm gonna speed it up just so that you don't have to sit here

watching me fold all these from piece of I'm gonna keep just working in order and

then we're gonna have our finished boat hi

q Anna we're always sunny Asian we fight to make love at the same time

would you break up just because I've told you

I recall the time she said sorry

not sure if you stolen

give me a chance just

just let us keep with a black

you know to see if you golly I'm missing when you seem too far away okay so I

have finished my cute little bow tie you saw it come together there so one

thing you're gonna say is definitely pay attention to the numbers because I salud

one of those numbers in the beginning out of sequence Gregg is laughing

because he knows I am terrible at following instructions and following

them by numbers or to the letter like actually following through on

instructions so I then had to kind of make it work I'm Adriene and I can't

remember his girlfriend's day and the two of them run the company they're so

sweet I met Adrienne at the National stationary show which is how I found out

about low-poly crafts and their company is growing so big it's amazing to see

there recently in Oprah Magazine and things but look how cute this is and it

was really really simple and then you can kind of hang this and he had oh I

don't like this throughout the show it's really really sweet to watch but yeah

they're really simple if you follow the numbers while this I got back on track

with my numbers I was good to go but it's really fun to do you can sit or

anything it's something you can do in front of the TV I really find that this

is great and the nouveau Deluxe dries nice and quickly if you get this I will

link up these particular tweezers they have a really like long nose on them so

when you get in there you can like in the back here when I was putting this

last piece together I can like really get in there and hold those two pieces

together which I find really really handy so they are my top tips my tools

and how you a symbol assemble even a low poly cross thing so from me and my new

pet cat because these are the only kinds of pets allowed in this house then we

will say goodbye don't forget to give us a thumbs up if you enjoyed this tutorial

check out the links in the description below as to how to get your own low poly

crafts and models go and check all of those out and I forget to hit that

subscribe button and ring the bell because if you haven't heard already and

I know I keep saying it we are the official partner of creative Asian 20:19

bring you all of the news from your favorite companies we

will see you again very soon have you something buddy

Unbeaten Liverpool have to improve everything, roars Klopp! - Duration: 6:46.

Dressed in white trainers, blue jeans and a grey training top, the man who has the destiny of this season's Premier League in his hands answered a very short question with an even shorter answer

'Has your team reached its potential yet this season?' Jurgen Klopp was asked. 'No,' he replied

Maybe this is the best news of all for those hoping Liverpool can win the English championship for the first time since 1990

After Manchester City's recent struggles, Klopp's Liverpool are seven points ahead of Pep Guardiola's champions and six in front of Tottenham, who are second

On Saturday Liverpool face Arsenal at Anfield. On Thursday they go to City. Two draws would probably be satisfactory but win both and Klopp will no longer be able to pretend that league positions don't mean much at this time of year

Liverpool will be very strong favourites indeed.Still, though, there is the feeling that City will come strong again in the second half of the season

They must do, surely. So if Klopp is to take his team somewhere that nobody really expected this season then he is right to hope for even more improvement from a side currently on course to break all kinds of club records

'There have been a lot of really good parts,' added Klopp.'But was there a game where I thought that it was not possible that we can be better? No

It was not there yet. We have to improve in pretty much everything.'We have had our moments, we have had very good moments

'I sit here and think it is like a kid getting a nice present for Christmas and then asking: "Where is the other one?"

'You always want something else or a bit more.' After 19 games, Liverpool have 51 points

That is more than either of possibly the two best Liverpool teams of all time — Bob Paisley's 1978-79 vintage and Kenny Dalglish's side of 1987-88 — had at the same stage

The 1979 side conceded only 16 goals all season, something we presumed would never be bettered

Klopp's team have conceded seven at the halfway point of what is admittedly a shorter season

So signposts to glory are everywhere for Klopp. Currently he doesn't want to look at them but soon he may have to

'We were not the hunters before and now we are not the hunted,' he said. 'We are just a football team who want to play the best season of our lives

I don't feel like a leader, we don't feel like leaders of it. That's a personal thing

'Maybe a lot of people are thinking like that but I don't feel it. There is absolutely no difference

'The difference comes when you have five games to go and you are six or seven points up

Then it is normal that things like this happen, but it is much too early now.'There have been some notable achievements in English football in recent years

It is only two-and-a-half seasons since Leicester City won the Premier League. So we have to be careful when we talk about what a Liverpool triumph would mean

Nevertheless, it would be a striking achievement and as such this is a very big week

Liverpool finished 25 points behind Pep Guardiola's City last season. City broke the 100-point barrier and were the first team to do so

We thought we would wait a while to see a repeat but seven months on and we are talking about it already

On Saturday, Arsenal will present a stern challenge. The teams drew 1-1 at the Emirates Stadium last month and Unai Emery's team have the capacity to trouble Liverpool on the counter-attack

Arsenal manager Emery revealed on Friday that he turned down the chance to sign Liverpool's forward Mo Salah from Roma when the Spaniard was coaching Paris Saint-Germain

'We had some doubts but those doubts he has broken,' said Emery.Klopp, meanwhile, managed Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang when the two men were at Borussia Dortmund

'He is outstanding, as a player and as a person,' said Klopp. 'He has speed and finishing skills

It makes him an exceptional player.'Liverpool were not at their best against Arsenal last time

Nor were they against City when the teams drew 0-0 at Anfield in October. They will have to be better over the course of the next six days to take a proper grip of this title race

On Friday, Klopp carried the air of a man who knows that the biggest questions will be asked further down the tracks

As usual his comic timing was switched on.Asked how it felt to be the most popular German in England, he said without pause: 'It is only because of the alternatives

'Maybe go to Manchester and ask that question again…'But underneath he knows the scale of the opportunity and what it means

Win their next two games and all of a sudden Liverpool could be in Devon Loch territory

Primary Weapons Systems MK116 MoD 2 | FIRST MAG REVIEW - Duration: 13:38.

Oh clear before you watch this video if you're not getting notified when I

upload videos it's probably because you haven't clicked the bail symbol next to

the subscribe button down there also if you haven't received an email from me

with discount codes and secret giveaways it's also probably because you haven't

clicked this link and sign up for my email list you might want to do that now

I call this daddy-longlegs but it's official name is the PWS MK 116

I am for some reason I call it daddy longlegs for a reason that I don't

really quite know why but that's what I call her

I've had this wife before a good minute actually and I'll be honest this is not

the first time that I've shot it however I have not shot it extensively if you

follow me on Instagram you know and probably have seen this rifle a couple

of times on some of my posts that being said I've never really actually shot it

extensively and so this is gonna be the first mag of me shooting it extensively

so to speak Primary Weapons Systems is famous for their long-stroke piston system probably the

closest thing to an ar-15 ak-47 that's pretty much out there are there are

other long-stroke piston systems but Primary Weapons Systems is really more or less known for one of

the things that Primary Weapons Systems is also known for is making really lightweight piston driven

systems I have been a quiet Primary Weapons Systems fan for some time now I love their rifles I have

it in k114 I've never done a video on that I absolutely love it's my workhorse

it's a 14 5 pin and weld with their mod 1 this is their mod 2 and so the

difference between the mod 1 and mod 2 is for me more those differences are

more aesthetic driven and from a functional standpoint you know you have

now that's what they call the pic mod which is basically the ability to have a

Picatinny rail up front while still having em locks and em lock system key

mod actually throughout the rest of the rail so as far as how I have this rifle

setup I'm entertaining this as being my do everything rifle I what I mean by do

everything is if I was gonna have one rifle that I could just pick up a grab

and I can do just about anything with it or as close to doing anything with it

this is in the running for being one of those

rifles generally speaking I need to be able to one be short enough that I could

do close-quarter stuff if I need to but then also have a long enough barrel that

if I need to reach out and touch something I can go ahead and do that

while at the same time being light enough that if I have to wolf it so what

the last time I've ever had to hoof it will fit I don't even know what I'm

saying but the last time I ever had to do that was like never but you know it's

kind of fun to kind of think about this and I was you may find yourself in um

ank because quite frankly they're possible that being said this rifle

considering its barreling and considering its a piston is incredibly

light and that's the one thing I like about in the reason why I was really big

on making this possibly my do everything rifle trigger on this particular rifle

is a geyser trigger it does not come with a gauzy trigger it actually comes

with the zev trigger there was nothing wrong with the death trigger except for

the fact that it was a single-stage I don't like single-stage triggers so I

took it I took the zebb trigger out and I put it in the guys in church

I do think does that trigger look better it was kind of like a brownish color and

then you know it kind of had some skeletonizing and stuff like that but

for the most part it was a sickness a sugar I always seem to say sugars but um

another thing that's really known for two is the buffer tubes I love the

buffer tubes just especially considering some of the small detailing that they

put into them let's see here I'm running optics wise I'm running a trinsic on one

to eight like I said I want to be able to one run CQB if I can which is

throwing this on my actual true one power and if I needed to do something up

close

so let's talk about this recoil impulse it's different and I can see someone

liking it because it is not a very linear recoil impulse it actually it

recalls a lot like a lighter version of the ak-47 and and a lot of it having to

do with the long-stroke piston system a long-stroke piston system that's what

she said and so it for someone who's used to shooting di guns direct

impingement guns it could startle you a little bit considering how this gun

recoils because it's so different it's not bad different I personally it

doesn't bother me is it better than a DI gun from what I shot so far it's just

kind of pick your preference kind of a thing so I can't say that the DI gun

probably does recall a little bit less the recoil on this is slightly harsher

now to the point while I think it will affect your speed and your accuracy if

you're really into really intuitive recoil impulse you're gonna notice it

like I said it's not a bad thing per se unless you're just really sensitive

about recoil it's if you are and yeah it's a bad thing

so even though even at speed I have to give a lot of it to the guys you

triggered just because I love the triggers I love guys Lee I really really

really love guys the triggers I'm sorry but I just do if I needed to I

can really run this gun at speed and which again it which goes into the hole

might do everything gun so we have close-quarters ability to run it

close-quarters ability to reach out and touched up as I'm gonna show you here in

a second being lightweight enough that if I have

to really kind of wolf hoof it around why I keep saying wolf I don't know but

Huff it around so to speak or just carry the gun for an extended period of time

almost like I'm doing right now it's not so heavy that it just becomes overly

cumbersome all right let's see what we do here so now on top of that not only

do I need it to be able to do all of those things I'd also want it to be able

to expressed and so wow at the same time while being suppressed not becoming

overly heavy or completely unbalanced one thing about piston guns they can be

a little unbalanced I love my hkm r56 svr it's a little unbalanced but I

talked about that in another video I think it was video about sailing in arms

great rifle where the stock was so light that it created about an imbalance in a

rifle and even though it was lighter felt heavier because of the weight that

was removed from the back

what is quiet I am now starting to realize why I was missing it first it's

because the targets are at an angle so at this distance I think I'm seeing them

head-on and I'm not and I'm just missing right off of the side I hope y'all

hearing it that's not about 400 ish yours so

so you see what I'm saying it's essentially like I said I'll do

everything rifle for me yes there are other 16-inch guns that I'm pretty sure

could do that and other things as well but the one thing that I got from this

Tyree love is the fact that it's so lightweight and it's a piston system

once you get that spans of reliability but I guess you could argue you know

pistons do break as well so you could run it to that type of issue but as far

as just being a dirty gun it's still running and still being able to kind of

push through you got to give it to the piston in that sense there's gonna be a

lot of people in the comment section of like no that's actually not true the DI

is just fine it's just as reliable okay well if it's just as reliable then this

is gonna be slightly more reliable and if it is just as reliable then I guess

it's okay for me to just go to a piston

I swear shoot long-range like I play basketball I remember back in high

school what I would used to do is I'd come down take not even high school was

like undergrad I'd come over take three or four steps past half court just to

watch it and they kind of look at it and walk away I was doing that before Curry

was doing that true story so I have this tendency when I'm shooting out the

distance so one that kind of look up and see my hit like I can actually see where

my naked eye which I can't but the beautiful thing is come on it's gonna

come look at this right here is uh at this place as you can see the target

down there to have these red indicators so if I were to say shoot one of them

night comes on and what that also does to is it kind of shows you how fast

sound travels and how much slower it travels versus the actual round so for

instance you're gonna see the red light showing that I hit the target before you

actually hear the auditory sound of me hitting the target

oh man so there you have it the Primary Weapons Systems MK 116 mot

- and I'm like I said of course you know I have my obligatory surefire light just

because I love surefire and excited one to a tragic on my my potential do

everything rifle I can suppress it I can go long I can go short I don't know why

I did that like that somehow signifies and it's it's lightweight Anna and I

have the reliability of a piston system so for me and then if I wanted to I

could go ahead and throw some bipods on here and I needed to pretty much have a

stable platform wherever I needed to go what adding excessive amounts of weight

to it and being in a position where I don't even wanna carry the gun cuz today

I'm heavy that being said this is the PWS mk1 16 mah - I like it like it a lot

Oh got to tell you guys it's also has an adjustable gas block so if you want to

press and you want to kind of interact with espresso in that regard if you have

any issues running you need more gas less gas so forth so on all that for a

chance you can do that with this kind of swell so I can't modularity versatility

all those things I'm looking for and like my do everything rifle and right

now this is making a great case for just say how's it again

I need ammo

real quick before you go I want to talk about the guy that put together title if

I could carry only one gun in this guy that talked about which gun that would

be and the reasons why so be sure to click the link in this video to download

How To & Why To Add Viewer Engaging Polls To Your Facebook Video Posts - Duration: 1:17.

Hi Taylor here with Financial Potion where video is your Financial Potion.

Today we're going to talk about adding polls to your Facebook video posts.

To never miss out on a video, please make sure you're subscribed to our channel and

click on the bell to get notified when a new video is uploaded.

Of course if you want one to one training, click above for our Patreon page.

Facebook is in such competition at YouTube that they are obviously looking to see what

YouTube users are liking and copying.

On Facebook video posts, you can also include polls.

Just like YouTube, we suggest that you place these multiple choice polls around the drop

off rate.

The drop off rate is the drop off of audience retention.

Chelsea latest news: Chelsea could decide Eden Hazard's future for him in January - Maurizio Sarri - Duration: 5:15.

Maurizio Sarri suggested that Chelsea could decide Eden Hazard's future for him in January if the Belgian continues to delay talks over a new contract.

Hazard reiterated after scoring twice in Chelsea's 2-1 win over Watford on Wednesday that he intends to postpone any firm decision on his future until the end of the season -- a stance intended to keep his options open if Real Madrid decide to make a push to sign him.

Chelsea are desperate to keep Hazard, and sources have told ESPN FC that the club are willing to pay their superstar more than N'Golo Kante's £290,000-a-week package if he agrees to spurn Madrid and sign a long-term extension to his current deal, which expires in June 2020.

Sarri, exasperated by the relentless speculation around his superstar, believes it's "time to decide" Hazard's future so that Chelsea can plan with or without him.

When it was put to him that Chelsea have little control over the situation as long as Hazard is reluctant to discuss a contract extension, Sarri replied: "I don't think so

The club can decide for him.". Asked if that meant Chelsea potentially selling Hazard in January rather than at the end of the season, he added: "I don't know, but I think it's right that the club knows the future and has the chance to programme [plan] the future."

Madrid are long-time admirers of Hazard, and speculation linking the Belgian with a move to the Spanish capital has only intensified as his contract ticks down

Yes, I am a bit surprised [it has gone on this long]," Sarri admitted before adding, "but I don't know the past so I can't say anything."

Hazard is not the only high-profile player at Chelsea with an uncertain future. Cesc Fabregas is set to be a free agent at the end of the season and has been linked with leaving to join a number of European clubs in January in search of more regular playing time.

Sarri, however, warned that losing Fabregas during the season would complicate his job

I think [he will stay], because in this position we have only two players, Jorginho and Fabregas, and so for me, it would be a very big problem to be without Cesc," he continued

I want him to stay.. "I don't know the final decision of Cesc and the club. If Cesc will go then I think we need to buy another player, and it's not easy because technically Cesc is a very important player, and it's very difficult to find in the market a player with these characteristics."

A sticking point in talks over a new deal for Fabregas is Chelsea's policy of only offering one-year extensions to players over the age of 30, and Sarri hinted that the club's stance is too broad and inflexible.

There are for sure offers for these players, as you know the big problem is the duration of the new contract," he said

The policy of the club is only to renew for one year for players over 30 years old

For a player of 31 it's a big problem to sign a new contract for only one year. The problem is only this."

Asked if he agreed with Chelsea's policy, Sarri replied: "It depends on the single situation I think

It's a rule so we have to respect it.". Get Chelsea latest news updates directly to your inbox Subscribe Thank you for subscribing
