JUST IN: Starbucks Caves To Trump's Common Sense Demands, Ends Year Long War - Duration: 1:40.

Starbucks Caves To Trump's Common Sense Demands, Ends Year Long War.

Starbucks just caved to President Trump and all that is left is for the NFL kneelers to

get wise and come to their senses and it will be a clean sweep for President Trump.

Trump bashed Starbucks for refusing to celebrate Christmas among other transgressions.

But the Christmas one really annoyed Trump, and with good reason.

They refused to say the word Christmas or even show any Christmas scenes on their ubiquitous

coffee cops.

They tried some happy holiday BS and most people were simply annoyed.

That our culture has devolved to the point that saying or showing Christmas was a bad

thing.

Thank God for President Trump.

Because he – in his own brilliant way – showed America how stupid we had become and how we

were arguing about things that simply do not matter.

Honor the flag, celebrate Christmas – what is so hard or wrong about that?

Most Americans agreed and now finally Starbucks has caved and agreed with Trump.

And it is about time.

For Starbucks just released their new Christmas cups and to the shock of everyone the cups

have Christmas trees and celebrate Christmas.

According to Mashable, after years of not recognizing Christmas "the 2017 cups feature

a Christmas tree, doves, ornaments, presents, and holiday cards."

Look, the reason Trump keeps winning is not that he is better at the game than all the

rest, which he is, but that he is right and they are wrong.

What do you think about this?

Ride With Norman Reedus Season 2 Diary: 'I Love NYC' Official Teaser - Duration: 2:13.

19 years now.

♪♪

Well, the difference in New York is,

people come up, and they just like --

mostly just come up and shake your hand and go,

"Ohh, yeah. Right on."

And they, you know -- They don't...

They don't geek out [Chuckling] like other places.

As big as Manhattan is

and as many people that there are here,

it does feel like a community.

I mean, I remember, like, 9/11,

like, the lines around the block to just donate blood

were just totally impressive.

And people bound together and tried to help.

I mean, there were so many vendors giving away,

you know, lunches and free dinners

to the people helping.

[Thunder crashes]

Man, when that happened, I wasn't even in New York.

I was in -- I was in another country.

And I was on a little boat going from one place to the other.

And Mingus was really little, and he was on my shoulder,

and he was throwing up all over my shoulder,

and the boat's like [Mimics engine],

and he's just puking all over me,

and there was a little TV on the boat,

and they were showing what was happening,

and I thought it was a movie, at first.

I was like, what kind of movie is this?

And when the boat landed and all these people were like,

"Oh, you know...

We're New Yorkers right now. We're New Yorkers, too,"

and I just -- I remember, like,

you know, just that --

that sense of bonding together

and everybody feeling that, and it was so heavy,

Carling Pub Quiz 1998! [Review] | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 4:39.

If you're anything like me, then at some point in your life, you've drank heavily.

Maybe you still do, but I'm not here to judge.

But I will talk about some positives and negatives.

Negatives are excruciating hangovers, dehydration and an absence of cash.

But on the positive side, sometimes you'd wake up next to....

SOME FREE Software, such as Carling Pub Quiz.

That's right, during the late 90s and early 00's there was somewhat of an explosion in

the free things offered in pubs category.

Whether it's free hats, squeezy stress toys or even audio CD's.

There was always some form of branded marketing being dished out to drunken punters.

The Carling Pub Quiz arrived when Multimedia was the hot thing.

Just imagine having the fun of the pub quiz machine in your very own home.

Yeah, it's not quite the same is it?

Gathering your mates around your Windows 98 machine and booting up a half arsed implementation

of a pub favourite.

But let's dive in anyway.

"Now you can challenge yourself with traditional pub quiz questions on your PC at home.

With over 7,000 questions covering entertainment, general knowledge, etc, etc.

You can challenge up to 3 friends to an on-screen buzz-in quiz or for larger events create and

print out your own traditional quiz sheets.

Alrighty then.

Well, installation is pretty quick, which you'd expect given this CD only contains 6MB

of files.

Under the GSP menu we find Carling Pub Quiz tucked away.

GSP being the company behind this and numerous other budget multimedia titles of the time.

At this point if you're stuck, you can dive straight into the "Help" section, which opens

up a standard Help file.

Here we can find out how to Answer Questions among other gems of knowledge.

Starting the quiz presents you with a list of question collections, along with player

options and a timer function if desired.

Multi play can be achieved through taking turns via.

a buzzer with a nominated key, or a combination of the two.

The buzzer, and in fact, sound effects through-out are a little sporadic.

Sometimes they work.

Othertimes, no tomato.

Plus you might as well buzz in for every question as early as possible, as there's no penalty

for doing so, and it blocks your friends from having a chance.

But if you're playing with 1 person, which is more than possible after your friends all

leave, then you just answer question after question after question until either the timer

or the questions run out.

There's no multiple choice as you'd usually expect with this type of game.

Instead you have to type the answer, although there is some lee-way in how you answer.

If your response doesn't match exactly, then you'll usually be asked if it's close enough,

requiring honesty.

Plus the algorithm doesn't work all the time, sometimes completely marking down answers

which are correct to all intents and purposes.

You can see this is firmly based in the late 90s with some of these questions, whilst others

are of course, timeless.

The idea is to fill up your bar, or glass, whatever that represents by getting correct

answers, and at the end we're presented with nice chart to indicate the losers and winner,

if there is indeed a winner at all from playing this game.

This is late 90s CD-ROM software at it's very worst and also because of that very reason,

it's very finest.

Which is why it's marvelous, and worth venturing into - for me at least - if only to remember

how awful free gifts from the pub truly were.

How To Overcome Objections - Duration: 2:49.

so YouTube welcome to episode 4 daily inspiration to overcome its episode 4

it's called how to overcome objections it's doing a quick video objections are

hard I know they are really you know people think of objections as you know

failures you think about it objections aren't failures at all

basically what objections are you can think of it as earning the Egyptian's

you can think of it as objections to practice your craft you can just think

of it as really focus on what you're doing think about this someone is trying

to sell something right say when someone objects for someone's that they're

trying to get someone to buy or what have you they're going through the right

processes of you know contacting the person being professional things like

that the prospect still says no person keeps going to them keeps going to them

or you know goes to everyone else and they keep getting knows one thing that a

mentor really told me about as far as like being able to sell and passing

through objections he was saying that really objections are you know a good

thing objections are you know something that people should look forward to and I

was I asked I was like why he was like because every no of course gets you

closer to it yes and not only that every note gets you stronger and stronger

overcome different objection types if you keep going and if you keep

practicing your sales techniques you know

persevering through objections you pretty much went through almost every

objection that you can think of and you can counteract that objection to get

more yeses and on top of that perseverance you know kills over any

kind of objection anyway the more you keep going the more you persevere you'll

start getting more yeses and less nose and less objection that's really just

something to think about sure having issues with objections or if you think

about giving up because of objection that's the worst thing to do because

objections are your best friend if you think about it

so that's episode 4 how to overcome objections in episode 5 thank you guys

for watching

That now leaves this uncleaned land.

The impatience and loneliness that yearns.

The Story Of Alpina | Power & Style - Ep.19 - Duration: 21:30.

So after tons of requests the Story of Alpina is finally here.

Alpina is a very unique tuner, especially compared to other German tuner's.

Differently from AMG and Brabus or G power which would built crazy cars with crazy power,

Alpina has always been more simple, with combining beauty, luxury and power in one perfect package.

Plus their racing history, is very successful, not only compared to other tuner but also

compared to car manufactures.

So guys, with any further ado, welcome back to another video and here is the story of

Alpina.

Before I start I wanted to say that I'm going to make 3 videos about Alpina, the first

video would be their story, the second video about all their cars and the final video would

for their racing history.

I'm doing this thing because otherwise the video would become very complicated.

So back to the video now.

Alpina the brand originally was formed by Dr. Rudolf Bovensiepen in 1949.

But They made office machines and mostly typewriters, instant of powerful luxurious car's.

And they were quite successful.

But everything would change in the early 60s, when they tried some new business ventures,

but thing didn't go as they planned and the Alpina brand was bought out in 1 January 1965.

This was the story of the Alpina name.

The story of Alpina the BMW tuner begins in 1 September 1936 in the town of Chemnitz,

when Burkard Bovensiepen was born.

After finishing the school in Oberstdorf, he decided to study for engineering and economic

in Munich.

In 1957 Burkard started a small business by becoming a small shareholder on a company

which exported VW Beetles to the USA.

But everything changed probably in the early 60s.

Burkard had bought a Fiat 1500, but he wasn't happy with the performance.

So he brought the car to a friend for a tune-up.

He and his friend added a Weber carburetor, a more aggressive crankshaft and opened up

the muffler.

So they managed to gain 8hp, and the Fiat ended up with 75hp.

But he decided to give up with Fiat's after his 1500 broke its crankshaft in Italy.

So because of this he decided to open his tuning shop and decide to work with BMW which

he had always been interested on, but also because BMW had just presented the BMW 1500.

The BMW 1500 was perfect for his new business since it offered perfect handling and performance

thanks to its 1499cc engine with 78hp, which was perfect for this car.

Burkard started experimenting with the car, he replaced the Solex carburetors, with a

pair of Weber's and modified the manifolding of his own design.

These changes increased the power to 88hp, which brought an instant transformation to

the car performance.

The conversion worked perfectly.

So Burkard started to sell these conversions as kits.

After getting permission from BMW and well-received article on German car magazine Auto, Motor

Und Sport in October 1963, Burkard started getting his first sales.

One of the things that really helped him out was his deal with BMW when his conversions

would be covered by the standard factory warranties.

Customer's started demanding additional performance and handling upgrades.

So, Bovensiepen started developing a new suspension system to improve the handling of the 1500

also he developed modified cylinder heads and started selling different aftermarket

parts, like steering wheels and seats.

By the mid 60s the demand for Burkard products was at such that Burkard couldn't cope on

his own.

And so, in 1 January 1965 he established Alpina Burkard Bovensiepe.

Since he liked the Alpina name he decided to pay a 3% license fee to the new owner of

the typewriter company.

And now he employed 8 workers.

By the mid 60s BMW models had started sharing parts with each other, so Burkard started

adapting his 1500 kits for the newly released 2000.

Also, around this time he was building fully converted cars to customer's specs, since

until then he was selling only kits which you could install by yourself.

In 1967 Alpina introduced her iconic logo, a heraldic type emblem with a crankshaft on

the blue field and a pair of intake trumpets on the red field.

In 1968 Alpina started working with the new BMW straight-6 engine for the e3 and e9.

By the late 60s the variety of the Alpina packages was at such that they had to distinguish

one model from another so they started using their known Alphanumeric codes for the names.

This system was very simple.

The letter A was used for the 4-cylinder M10 engine and the letter B for the 6-cylinder

M30 engine.

They also started using the letter C for the M20 straight-6 engine.

The first Alpina version of the engine would take the number 1, the second the number 2

and so on.

The letter S was used when the engine was developed into a second stage.

This system continued until 1978, when Alpina started using the engine capacity to distinguish

one model from another.

But this time they stopped using the letter A, and after many clients complaints they

also stopped using the letter C. So the C2 2.7 Was renamed B3 2.7.

The system changed again during the 90s.

But his time they introduced a very wired system.

For example.

B3 was the 6-cylinder 3-series B8 was the V8 3-series

B10 was the petrol 5-series Now they had also tuned diesel engines so

they started using the letter D and D10 was the diesel 5-series

And B12 was the V12 powered cars.

Also since BMW had presented the new Z series, Alpina started using the Roadster name for

the new convertibles.

In 2005 Alpina changed the system again, and this time they used a very simple one.

After the letter B would come the series model, for example the B3 was the 3-series and the

B7 was the 7-series and for the only SUV that they have built the X3 they use the DX3 name.

Back to the story now.

1968 was also very important for Alpina because was the year when they created their racing

team to compete in the European Touring Car Championship.

Like I said I'm going to make a whole video about their racing history but I'm going to

talk briefly on this video.

From 1968 to 1977 Alpina raced with a number of different car's 1600Ti different 2002s

and a CSL.

Their cars were very successful.

In 1970, they won the European Touring Championship, German hill climb different rally and track

championships and the 24h of SPA.

BMW, impressed by the work of Alpina, put them in charge of their racing division.

And they continued wining.

They won the 71, 73 European Championship with a CSL and the 77 Championship with a

3.5 CSL.

Alpina withdrew from the racing competitions in 1977 and returned in the late 80s, when

they raced for one year with an e30.

They left the racing world again and returned only after 20 years in 2009 with e63.

By 1969 Alpina was growing rapidly and they were making more than 4DM million.

Because of the high demand, Alpina moved from the old typewriter factory to the small Bavarian

village of Buchloe.

Also, Burkard managed to buy the rights to use the Alpina name from the typewriter factory.

The 70s would bring major changes for Alpina.

In 1970 Alpina started selling parts and kits in UK.

Because of the legislation and the costs, Alpina couldn't built RHD cars in Buchloe,

so they started working with different dealers to do the work for them.

This system continued until 1993 when Alpina had the capacity to built RHD cars back in

Germany.

The racing victories helped them a lot during the early 70s, with boosting the brand reputation.

By 1975 Alpina had started selling kits and parts in Switzerland and had established its

own network of dealerships, through BMW outlets.

In 1976, they started selling kits in US.

The history of Alpina in US is very interesting.

The first Alpina tuned BMW in America was a 1602, a customer had bought the car in America

and had send the car back in Germany to Alpina to tune the car for him.

But officially Alpina's, were available in America only by 1976.

An American company called Hardy and Beck started importing Alpina parts and kits for

the e21 320i.

One year later two more companies also started selling Alpina parts, Dietel Enterprise and

Miller and Norbuen.

The biggest problem that Alpina faced in America were all the regulations that the American

market had.

Since the Alpina parts were built for the Euro spec BMW, the American Alpinas would

perform purely.

Also, the bodykits would not fit to the American BMWs.

So importers would only use Alpina suspension.

This let to feuds between Alpina and the importers, since they would use also different parts

beside the Alpina ones but they mark the cars as Alpina's with Alpina striping and brading.

Alpina stopped working with Hardy and Beck in 1979 and Dietel Enterprise faded away in

the mid 80s.

Miller and Norburn continued to sell Alpina parts for some times but they also went bankrupt

in the late 80s.

By the 90s Alpinas have been only available in America only in some BMW dealerships.

So this is the number one reason why you don't see many Alpina's in America.

Back to 1977 now, when Alpina had grown even more and now had around 80 employs.

In 1978 Burkard took a very important decision, when he decided to stop selling aftermarket

kits and parts and instead he decided to be focused only on building completely tuned

cars.

These changes were made because most of the Alpina sales were kits sale.

For example in 1977 Alpina sold around 300 cars, but in the same time they sold 700 kits.

And the problem with this was that some of these kits were put together by the buyers

them self, with zero quality control and in all sort of ways.

But these cars still carried the Alpina badge and these badly built cars could damage the

reputation of Alpina.

So everything was done to save the name of the brand.

Also, the same year Bovenspien agreed with BMW to get cars directly from the production

line.

And in 1979 Alpina started selling cars in Japan which would become one of their biggest

markets.

The 80s would be very important for Alpina, since a lot of changes happened and some of

their best cars came in the 80s.

Due to the oil crisis of the 70s, Alpina worked on building more fuel efficient cars without

compromising the performance.

In 1981 an Alpina tuned 318i won its class economy run race organized by Auto, Motor

Und Sport.

This was one of the main things that set them apart from the other tuners of the decade.

In the early 80s Bovensiepen with the help of BMW, started working to get recognized

as an independent car manufacture.

This was a very important step for Alpina, because this way they would lose the kit builder

reputation.

But being a car manufacture had its own responsibilities, because now they had to meet the emission

regulation.

So by 1983 Alpina is recognized as a car manufacture by the German Federal Motor Transport Authority.

Since then Alpina's have had their own VIN number.

The earlier examples are the coolest ones since they would just struck out the BMW VIN

number and would put their own.

Like I mentioned before he dint had the capacity to built RHD cars, so they struck a deal with

a UK based BMW dealer called Sytner to build the cars for them.

This lead to some exclusive UK only models.

This deal continued until 1993 when everything returned in Buchloe.

By the mid 80s the west German Government had started enforcing the use of catalytic

converters.

Originally the law was planned to get enforced by January 1986, but after the protest of

the German motor industry the deadline was moved to 1 January 1988 for the cars with

a displacement of larger than 2 liters and yo 1 January 1989 for the cars with smaller

displacement.

This law was a big problem for Alpina, since the catalytic back then were notorious for

restricting the power and the torque outputs of the engines.

So they started working with EMITEC to solve the problem.

EMITEC catalytic depended on metal substrates, which made them more expensive, but in the

same time made them more efficient compared to the ceramic-based catalytic.

Alpina finally presented their first catalytic car in 1985 and all their catalytic cars were

known as KAT.

Alpina worked hard to make the KATs more popular with making them more powerful than their

non catalytic versions.

By the late 80s all the Alpina's were built with catalytic converters.

Another way that Alpina promoted their catalytic technology was by entering an e30 in Group

A, and soon, after them all the other teams started using catalytic converters.

For their 25 birthday, in 1989 Alpina introduced probably their most known car the B10-biTurbo.

Like I said I'm not going to talk about the specs on this video.

The bi-turbo was the fastest Alpina for a number of years and also one of the fastest

sedans in the world.

The biggest for Alpina came in the 90s and the number reason for this was the Motorsport.

The BMW performance division was competing against Alpina now, so they had to make even

more special cars.

So they started making better and more refined cars and offering a better overall package.

The interior started getting better and becoming more luxurious with more leather and wood.

Until then Alpina had used most of the time stock BMW gearboxes, or some time they would

use Getrag gearboxes.

But since in the early 90s the electronic gearshifters were popular in F1, Apina decided

to try and developed a similar system for their cars.

Introduced in 1992, the system simply provided the 6 speed manual BMW gearbox with an automatic

electronic clutch.

But this system was short-lived, since more manufactures including BMW had started using

automatic transmissions.

So one year later in 1993 Alpina introduced Switch-tronic which offered fingertip manual

control together with the option of the standard of the automatic gearbox.

By the late 90s Alpina was trying new technologies to make their cars more fuel efficient.

In 1995 was introduced the Super-KAT.

This new catalytic converter was electrically heated and was packed on the top of the range

B12 5.7 E KAT.

Since BMW had developed new much more powerful and more fuel efficient diesel engines, Alpina,

started working to make them even better.

So in 1999 they introduced the D10 bi-turbo based on the e34 5-series.

In 2000, they started focusing on using superchargers in order to gain more power.

So in 2003 came the first supercharged Alpina, the B7 E65 and two years later came the B5s

based on the e60 when they replaced the 5l V10 with a 4.4l supercharged.

In 2009, 20 years later after their last race, they returned to the racing world with the

B6 GT3.

But with no success.

2 years later they managed to went the German Gt championship with a B6 GT3 EVO.

In 2015 Alpina celebrated her 50th anniversary with the B5 and B6 EDITION 50.

Today Alpina is stronger than ever.

In 2014, they managed to sell more than 1700 cars.

A record for the company and also have managed to reach the American market with more than

400 cars in a year.

Also, they partnership with BMW is at is best.

And the car to prove this is the X5 4.6iS, when BMW borrowed the Alpina's 4.6 V8 engine

from the e39 B10 V8.

Also, Andy Bovensiepen son of Burkard worked for BMW in the early 2000, until 2002 when

he returned to Buchloe.

Alpina's now gets early access to new BMW models.

So guy thank you for watching, hope you liked the video and see you next time.

Vlogvember Gratitude Challenge: Day 1 Just 5 minutes - Duration: 9:13.

Holy cow it's November

Hey having a trainer karey today, I am the glorious train wreck mom and its member

When did that happen how did that happen you can see I'm still sporting Halloween hair and

Yet behind me is the remnants of

Remnants of last night between a four year old and a 14 year old

Literally dumping out the bags of candy and like going through it. It's like no stop stop

It's a 30-minute stop. Oh my god

I'm exhausted uh

Uh

Today is supposed to be the first day of NaNoWriMo, and if you don't know what that is it's National Novel Writing Month. I

Have decided to

Do an actual novel like

like a fiction

So I wake up and I'm like yeah, I'm gonna write. I would get it down

I'm gonna do 500 words on the first scene. Yeah. Yeah, yeah

Okay, so dragon didn't work

Dragons saying something's wrong with my audio jack. I don't know I don't know so I was like okay cool

I'll just go to my laptop and start typing things out there. Well. That's not charged

Not even close

So yeah first day awesome - Saul so the first date died November

Died November

Basically like Elf on a shelf, but with dinosaurs because dinosaurs are awesome

Yeah, so yeah, I'm like up a tree right now. Oh, and it's the gratitude challenge. I am doing a thing at work

Because that's kind of my job is like star coordinator. I'm supposed to basically keep the happy alive at the daycare

So I need obviously great

Cornucopias with a whole bunch of fruit and a bunch of flower or leaves now we're gonna put them on the wall

this is my vision at least we're gonna put them on the wall after everyone colors them in and

puts a name on them and

Everything that they're grateful for and we're gonna put it on the wall and display all the wonderful grateful things that were

Happy and grateful for and throughout the month. I'm actually going to go ahead and add

people to mine

So that they can see that I'm happy and grateful for them, and hopefully that will inspire them

To write other people down as well

Like I said you see this is the vision right this is the idea I?

Don't even I have them printed. I don't have them stapled. I don't have them passed out. I don't have anything colored

I don't even have a wall yet to put it on

You're not really fine you just can't get it and people wonder where the madness comes from seriously

I am over

Whelmed right now. I am seriously overwhelmed

on top of

everything else

you know I homeschool and

You know admittedly she's she's not doing very well in math and social studies

She's having a really hard time grasping neck so on top of writing the lessons for English and science

Which she's totally?

Excelling it she's like

two two-and-a-half months ahead on her lessons in those subjects

Math and social studies, they're just bogging her down so here. I am you know trying to be good mom

looking for other things to help her out, and you know, but you know looking at workbooks looking at work at

Websites and doing whatever I can to help that happen

I'm exhausted and it's only the first of November oh

my god

I

I don't know. I don't know how people do this all the time

This is crazy, but I am grateful for certain things, and you know as part of the gratitude challenge

I do want to put that out. I am grateful today

That it's only the first of November

It's a day in fact health for most people day hasn't even started

Usually I wake up at this time where I'm recording kid words, huh?

I know waking up at 5:30 to prepare for getting up earlier to be able to write and to

be able to do videos and

to be able to research for home schooling lessons and

To try to get stuff done in the house because guess what we still need clean clothes. We still need a clean floor

When you still need a clean couch?

Thank you

Life goes on and it's tough and

yeah, like I'm

Pretty close to a hook to a breakdown already

but then I remember, it's

only November

This isn't like you know it's Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I haven't written anything

I haven't done any dinosaur pictures and

It's not like you know I've got to cook the entire Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, and I have no food

That's not a bad thing to have remember it's not the end of the world

There's always later, and that's why I got him into weekend's on in November to catch up on your words, I guess

But

It's really hard for some some of us to admit that we are

not exactly

succeeding the way we should

If you're in that position

Here's my advice to you, and I'm hoping that I'm watching this so I take my own advice

It's gonna be okay

Not getting 500 words done in the morning isn't going to kill you

One lesson isn't going to kill her

It's going to be okay

Deep breath

and

Let it go

It's gonna be okay

It's a minor setback

But I live in Missouri

And I'm kind of used to potholes on the road and that's all this is it's just another pothole. Oh my god

Whatever having that commercial you guys remember the Geico commercial where?

The pothole talked and she was like okay back yeah, oh my god

I love that but because I'm a pothole yeah that one cracked me up. I missed those course that was funny

Anyway, see that's what we all need we need a little humor just to get through

One of my

Favorite things I remember from over the summer because spring and summer this year

At the daycare were really rough

Really rough I had four specific kids that

Made it very difficult to go in I'm not even gonna pretend. It made it very difficult to go in

So what I would do is just remember

This is five minutes

The next five minutes may not be like this it may, but I'm not gonna worry about that yet

Let me get through this five minutes

Take a breath. Let me get through this five minutes and

Yeah, it some of those five minutes were really rough and some of those five minutes weren't so bad

You just got to take a breath every now and then and go okay. This is just a pothole okay?

If you're in a pothole right now, and you understand all of this go ahead. Give me a like share comment subscribe

Hit that little bell, so you can see all of them. It's a regular basis

My book platitudes of gratitude is still available in eBook and paperback on Amazon Kindle

And that's all I've got for today trainwreck so for right now. I'm granted grateful

for five minutes

Five minutes to know that it's going to be okay

Probably in another five minutes, so that's my gratitude moment for today

I would love to hear yours stir those into the comments and that's all I got for today train wrecks all aboard

Haters | Young Adulthood Series | Spoken Word Poetry | By: Poetic Daisy - Duration: 1:28.

Haters

I wish someone told me that the haters never leave

You think you'd be able to breathe After high school, but there's always someone

with envy You may not form enemies

But if you strive for greatness, you'll be sure to find a hater

Someone who feels what you've accomplished is greater

Than them, but they can't let you enjoy your win

There will always be people so insecure within That they want to tear you down

Don't convince yourself that they won't be around

When you get older Wish someone told me that success is in the

eye of the beholder And when they behold your success with hate

They stop their own self from being great Because their mental state

Is so focused on your fate That they can't keep straight

The things going on in their own life They hold the knife

To their own network, burn the bridge that is their own

When all that needed to be shown Was love, support, and mutual respect

Wish someone reminded me to take time to reflect To be sure that I'm not a hater toward someone

else Wish someone told me being a hater is bad

for your health So much negative energy

But also wish I was reminded that positivity Always wins

And in the end They will pay

Maybe not today Or tomorrow, but their time will soon come

When everyone Sees them for the hater they really are.

The End.

Tidlösa människan | Timeless man - Duration: 11:49.

Self-knowledge is the basis of all therapy and social-cultural health.

Even ancient philosophers understood this, and summed it up by the phrase "know thyself," or "understand yourself."

They understood that this should be made into our cultural ideal, and the fact is that if we really understood our religions we would understand that this has always been our ideal.

But religious or spiritual incompetence has throughout history been the norm, and still is.

When religions were first ruined, ancient Greeks attempted to save the wisdom by renaming it philosophy - "friend of wisdom."

And later, psychoanalysts attempted to revive essential parts of all this through psychology and psychiatry, but how successful they've been can be discussed.

Nothing seems to work properly when it becomes an institution.

My complete system and education for self-knowledge includes an inner observer or witness;

nine primary energies for the life force that give rise to character phenomena and human types;

an outer layer corresponding to the biological body; false identification in the form of cultural hypnosis;

as well as seven levels of consciousness that show our spiritual maturity or intensity of understanding.

And all this in combination is linked with causal-creating causality, such as accidents and circumstances.

So proper self-knowledge has the following dimensions:

1. Pure consciousness without definition (i.e. non-identification)

2. Energy Configuration (i.e. function within the species, elicited will)

3. The health of the body

4. What is adopted and borrowed from external impressions

5. Psychological and spiritual health (i.e. level of awareness)

6. The lack of free will (insight into how and why things have happened)

Realization of this self-knowledge leads to the following results:

1. Receptivity, impartiality, interest, unity with timeless principles

2. Self-love and profound satisfaction in the finding of one's life calling and its importance

3. Increased bodily health

4. Non-identification with acquisitions/adaptations, less seriousness, less easily provoked

5. Timelessness-consciousness, enlightenment, rebirth, real truthfulness

6. Humility and achievement of true free will to the extent possible - to be able to take responsibility

The aspect of self-knowledge I intend to focus on here is what is called internal observer or witness.

The insight about the reality of this inner observer, that this is our true identity and the core of our consciousness, is what I call "Timeless man" and which has also been called "universal man."

This is, so to speak, the religious dimension of Timeless Education, to "reconnect with the source."

What ancient religious writings meant by dying spiritually, or get stuck in the samsara wheel, was to become unaware of the core of our soul - the inner witness.

Such a person has no real substance, nothing stable to stand on, no sane self concept.

Such a person is constantly changing, assuming new unstable forms and temporary false identifications;

what ancient writings called wandering souls and reincarnation - which was psychological reincarnation: re-identification.

Such a person avoids self-experience, distract themselves from their own inner depth because this interior feels like an emptiness.

Such a person chases substitutes in the form of recognition and acknowledgement based on the expectations of the culture,

or wants to shape themselves based on something or someone who attracts and hypnotizes them, whether it is appropriate for themselves or not, and usually makes them take themselves far too seriously.

An identity that sometimes sacrifices and represses other aspects of their nature that also needs attention.

It makes man rigid and prevents her from acting naturally, flexibly, and spontaneously,

and makes her interests and desires narrow and limited so that they lose out on major parts and opportunities of life.

They can no longer appreciate reality or themselves, only their personal or borrowed ideals.

They become fixated on what has been in the past or may be in the future, i.e. on fantasies, and rejects the moment which is connected with real substance.

In other words, the absence of unity with our inner witness is self-deception and the basis for pathology.

It makes us into "temporary, unstable man" instead of stable, well-founded, Timeless man.

After going through the human types and partiality-psychology, it is important to remind us that our type, configuration, or energy pattern is not our true identity.

Our true identity, the identity built on a solid foundation, is Timeless Man.

Timeless man is the center of religion, it is real religion.

Timeless man is the third eye of Lamaism and Hinduism; Adam before the fall; Jonah swallowed by the fish; the "void" of Buddhism; Jesus on the cross; Muhammad who can't be depicted;

Odin who sacrifices himself for himself on the world tree; Daoism's Tao which can not be defined; "divine nature"; the divine child, etc.

Also Aristotle's "Enteleki"; Freud's "death drive"; Jung's "collective unconscious"; and Nietzsche's "Overman" are attempts at describing this concept.

But it is not always their interpretations hit the target.

It is sometimes difficult to determine whether it is us who misinterpret the concepts of these individuals,

or if the concepts themselves are misinterpretations of their own sources of inspiration and the original idea.

But in any case, it is better to create a new concept that more precisely and clearly reconnects to the source, and this new concept is in Timeless Education "Timeless Man."

Jung's twelve archetypes also have an analogy in Timeless Education, where I explain where Jung got the concept from and how he misunderstood it all.

But because my whiteboard markers have been used up at the moment, a diagram of them will have to wait.

They are not important right now, I can only say that they constitute the primal frame for every ancient fairytale and mythological story,

which can be dressed up in infinite variations if one understands it, namely how we lose and find our way back to the internal witness.

The important thing is non-identification.

You are, as I've said before, not your culture, your subculture, your ideology, your religion, your birthplace,

your nationality, your mother, your children, your idol, your skin color, your body shape, your gender, your sexuality,

your age, your words, your thoughts, your feelings, your created works, or anything else that can be defined.

All that is acquisition, accidents, changing process, or biological functions and "tools."

It is not worthy of your identity.

If you identify with something, then that means it cannot be you.

"You" is not something you need to identify with. "You" is something that already is.

The fact that man can choose to identify with or not identify with, leads us to the conclusion that it must be this "we" that "choses" that is our real and deepest existence.

Developed is the individual who understands who they are - the internal witness - Timeless man.

That nothing else is worthy of your identity or self concept.

And for those who think that the idea of objectivity and being impartial sounds impossible, or the same as being totally indifferent,

I want to clarify that it is not a goal of indifference, on the contrary.

The one who is biased is more indifferent and uninterested in most things, apart from his own special "passion" or ambition.

But someone who dampens his own bias - i.e. passion, ambition, one-sidedness - and practices openness and curiosity for that which is usually not interesting, becomes more interested,

enriched by even small experiences, and becomes more appreciative - which is the very opposite of indifference.

Full impartiality is impossible for the lower energies, but non-identification should exist together with the lower energies' liberation.

All of this is also connected with the acceptance that everything follows the world's laws, causal-creating causality.

What you want to do is impossible in the end anyway, because actions can never carry out plans exactly, and depend on external factors that can rarely be taken into account.

Too much in the world is against our own partial interest, and even our partial interest or will and desire is nothing we have chosen. We are programmed.

So instead of seeking in vain for abundance that can satisfy us in the future, the goal of Timeless Man is to understand how we ALREADY participate in an abundance.

Nothing is more powerful than that.

Since the trick is to accept your drives without taking them seriously, and being able to control them when it is beneficial, it can be difficult to judge whether someone is enlightened or not,

since the enlightened and impartial mental state may be invisible.

Only an enlightened person can see that another person is enlightened, through special clues.

A truly impartial person is not even interested in being considered as enlightened, but he or she still values it more than anything else,

and hence the transmission of timeless wisdom is an important sign.

The more we reduce our self concept, the bigger and richer will be everything else.

The problem is that all this is difficult to explain, which is why religions have failed through their choices of words such as "self-sacrifice," "self-death," "self-annihilation,"

"taking up one's cross," nirvanic "void," etc.

Most spiritual teachings also focus mostly on becoming one with the internal observer,

but in Timeless Education this is done in combination with the realization of the lower energies in order to increase a sense of substance,

and even expressions of hate is allowed here, as it can be purifying, especially at an early stage.

The difference between using our energies for the sake of ambitions or bias, and using them with an impartial attitude,

is that the latter is more spontaneous, creative, and thus more efficient, healthy, fun and comfortable

since it is less serious and does not take things as seriously with a lot of unnecessary imaginations and fears.

In evaluating the phenomena of individuals and cultures, we compare them with how close they are to Timeless Man.

That is, how close they are to non-identification and omni-interest.

Nightcore - Start Again (Letra e Tradução) - AMV - Duration: 3:32.

And I remember everything, Everything I loved,

I gave it away like it wasn't enough

All the words I said and all you forgive

How could I hurt you again?

What if I let you in?

What if I make it right it?

What if I give it up?

What if I want to try?

What if you take a chance?

What if I learn to love?

What if, what if we start again?

On this time I can make it right

With one more try Can we start again?

In my eyes, You can see it now,

Can we start again, can we start again?

Emptiness inside me, wonder if you see

It's my mistake and it's hurting me

I known where we've been How did we get so far?

What if, what if we start again?

On this time I can make it right

With one more try Can we start again?

In my eyes, You can see it now,

Can we start again, can we start again?

I'm lost inside the pain I feel without you,

I can't stop holding on, I need you with me!

I'm trapped inside the pain Can we never love again?

I'm lost without you!

One more try,

Can we start again?

In my eyes, can you forgive me now? (Can we start again?)

Can we start again? (one more try?)

Can we start again?

Can we start again? (can you forgive me?)

Can we start again?
