Oh my god, my camera's gonna die. I'm so stressed out!

I look like a naked mole rat once again,

because, I like . . . because I am a naked mole rat.

So today, I'm going to be doing

my November Ipsy bag unbagging.

I wanna die.

I didn't put on any makeup today,

so that's why I'm not wearing any makeup whatsoever.

I'm honestly not quite sure

what's in my Ipsy bag this month.

I never checked. So . . .

This is the second-to-last Ipsy bag

of this year, y'all. It's coming to an end.

I don't think I'm gonna be getting

Ipsy again next year.

I'm probably gonna move on to Boxycharm,

just because my love for makeup

has grown so much since last year

that I think that I'm ready to take the next step.

But, yeah. This is what the bag looks like this month.

I really wish that I had gotten the one

that was brown leather and then, orange.

I loved that one. I really wanted it.

But I got the blue and black one.

It's fine. Whatever.

It's not like I'm paying ten bucks, you know. It's fine.

Literally, the name is Barf - ly.

We have the Too Faced Hangover Rx Priming Spray!

It's awesome! Wait. I want to open it.

You've got to be f-ing kidding me.

No. This is literally the size of a f-ing perfume sampler.

Honey, what the f- do you mean?

Also, this perfume sampler wasn't even filled all the way.

I feel cheated.

Ulta, what the f-- are you doing?

Okay, but you know what?

We have some really good base products.

I look like a f-ng mess. Okay.

Let's start with the Too Faced Priming Spray.

Why couldn't it have been, like, this size?

Like, I got this as a Sephora reward.

Why couldn't it have been like this much?

M-kay. I'm gonna rub that in.

It feels really nice. Feels very hydrating.

It smells very coconut-y,

and I hate coconut, so . . .

But now I'm gonna take the Touch in Sol

- okay, we like that brand -

Advanced Real Moisture Liquid Foundation.

And this is in the shade 23 - "Natural Beige."

I am not beige in anything.

Oh. That might be my color.

I'll do half of my face with my Real Techniques sponge,

and I'll do the other half with a brush.

I think this is almost exactly my color.

It could be a little bit lighter.

But this would be perfect for my September shade.

Like, not super tan, but not super pale.

Okay. Okay.

I like it better with a sponge, I'll tell you that.

I feel like I like mostly everything better with a sponge.

You know what? I was expecting to hate it.

I will just flat-out tell you.

Like, I actually thought it was gonna hate it.

But . . . I don't hate it.

And it is a pretty good shade match.

All I told Ipsy about my skin shade was that I was light.

Maybe that was just dumb luck.

I feel like Ipsy shouldn't be including face products.

I just think that's too risky.

They can do highlighters and stuff,

but foundations and concealers? I don't think so.

I don't think so, sister.

Now I'm going to be using the "Barf - ly" Cosmetics

Highlighter in the shade "Candlelit."

I hate plastic wrap more than I hate myself,

which is a lot.

I'm really scared.

I feel like this is gonna be a champagne highlighter,

and I hate champagne highlighters so much.

It's a champagne highlighter.

They look so ashy on me.

But maybe, since it's winter . . .

No, but this foundation is too dark.

First, let's swatch it on our hands.

Okay, okay. Not that bad.

It's so oily. It's like . . . it's really, really greasy.

Feels like I'm rubbing sweat onto my face,

to be quite honest. It's so greasy.

But, yeah. I'm gonna set my face,

I'm gonna do the rest of my makeup,

and then I'm gonna come back

and show you the blush and the eyeshadow.

I'm really happy with my eyebrows today.

You guys might think that they're ugly,

but I feel like they're sisters today.

Like, twins might be a stretch, but they work.

Also, I just wanted to pop on

some of this OFRA highlighter.

I just want to say, we don't f-- around with this p--y sh-t.

No.

No, I'm sorry. I . . .

Uh . . .

"Barf - ly"? I don't . . . I don't know her.

I only f-- with this sh--, b--.

Oh wait, let's apply blush first.

So this is a Tarte blush. I'm excited.

The only Tarte blush that I have

is in the shade "Exposed."

This is their sample size,

but it still is really big.

And you would never go through this.

This is in the shade "Feisty."

It's kind of like a deep rose shade.

I also . . . I just love Tarte's blushes.

They're pretty sheer,

which I like. So that you can build them up.

Their colors are just so pretty.

And they last a really, really long time,

So now we're gonna work on the eyes.

The pigment that we have is from Naked Cosmetics,

and it is in the shade #MN-06.

"Mother Nature," I think.

It looks to be like MAC's blue / brown pigment.

I'm honestly not a huge fan

of the blue / brown duochrome,

but I'm going to use it today.

I think that I'm just gonna do a brown smokey eye,

and then do the blue on the lid.

I'll do the brown, and then I'll come back.

I'm back. I used the Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette.

I just used the shades

"Sandalwood," "Henna," and "Cocoa."

And that's what I used there.

And then, I left a little portion

on the inner part of the eye open for the pigment.

I'm gonna take this e.l.f. brush.

I cut it, so it doesn't really matter what brush it is,

because it's completely different than whatever it is.

Essentially, what it is now

is just a really short, dense brush.

And I'm going to take the pigment.

Should I spray it? I'll spray it.

Just because I feel like spraying it

makes it adhere to the brush better. I don't really know.

And I'm going up at the end of my sentences,

because I'm a real beauty guru.

Moist. Did I spray the wrong side?

I'm so dumb.

It definitely performs better when it's moist.

I feel like it just becomes more foiled,

which is true for all eyeshadows.

I like it.

You know, I'm not a huge fan of the color,

but that's just personal preference.

And it looks pretty. Like, they did it well.

They did the duochrome well. And I'm pretty sure

that Naked Cosmetics is cheaper than MAC,

and it's also cruelty free, and MAC is not.

So if you're looking for MAC's blue / brown pigment,

this is a really good alternative.

I'm gonna do my whole face, and I will come back

and give you my final thoughts.

I'm back. I actually really like the look that I did.

I just put some of the Urban Decay

24/7 Velvet Glide-on Pencil in the shade "Lush"

on my lower lash line, and on my tight line.

And I really like the way that it turned out, actually.

I'm a huge fan of the way that this pigment looks.

I just don't like pigments.

They're so messy for me.

But all in all, I was actually a pretty big fan

of this month's bag.

I got four products that I was happy with.

Like three and a half, just because . . . ehh.

I loved the foundation,

and I actually think that I'm going to wear it elsewhere.

Like, it's beautiful. It's like a soft matte finish.

It doesn't look super matte,

but it just kind of looks like my skin.

I love the Too Faced Hangover thing.

I wish that it were bigger,

but I do actually really like it.

In fact, I'll just set my face with it.

Oh.

I do like that. I'm actually kind of interested.

I kind of wanna buy the full size, because . . .

I with that they had . . . . like, the full size is so big.

Like, that's what she said.

It's also so expensive. I want this.

Why couldn't they have just put this in my bag?

I love the Tarte blush, obviously.

The only thing that was iffy about

was the Barf highlighter. But other than that,

I actually thought that it a pretty good bag.

I'm not gonna lie.

This is probably one of the best bags

that I've gotten from Ipsy.

I just was really happy with all my products.

I'm so impressed with this foundation, by the way.

Like, I actually might consider buying the full size.

I really, really like it.

An apologetic presidency catering to everything anti-American ended with Barack Obama.

President Donald Trump is in charge now and is doing everything it takes to make America

great again, no matter who offends.

With all the distraction on the petulant players in the NFL throwing National Anthem temper

tantrums, people have missed what else has been brewing which we'll soon be faced with

just less than two months from today.

Knowing what's coming, Trump has just declared a shocking new order.

When you're the leader of the greatest nation in the world, you can do what you want, which

we saw from Barack Obama who used that privilege for wrongdoing and the demise of our nation.

Trump is turning that train around by using his power for good in long-overdue ways, which

he promised to do when Americans voted him into office.

After publicly demanding that NFL players stand for the anthem, causing a heaping dose

of outrage from the left, he just doubled down on that declaration with what he's

insisting everyone starts saying now.

The liberal war of words is alive and well in our country.

The left wants to ban sentiments that trigger them and the right pointing out the obvious

that regardless of political standing, we all as Americans share the same right to the

First Amendment.

Now, Trump has just settled the most controversial phrase in our country once and for all by

making a new rule that's infuriating liberals.

The Hill reports:

President Trump reignited the "war on Christmas" on Friday, telling a crowd of supporters that

"we're saying Merry Christmas again" now that he's president.

Speaking to a packed crowd at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C., Trump argued political

correctness has gotten in the way of celebrating the holiday.

"We're getting near that beautiful Christmas season that people don't talk about anymore.

They don't use the word Christmas because it's not politically correct," he said

to strong applause and cheers from the audience at the Christian public policy conference,

sponsored by the Family Research Council.

"You go to department stores and they'll say 'Happy New Year,' or they'll say

other things and it'll be red, they'll have it painted.

But they don't say — well guess what?

We're saying Merry Christmas again."

Trump went on to briefly pivot toward his push to cut taxes, calling for tax reform

as a "Christmas gift."

It's incredible to have a leader of this nation who doesn't want to take a sledgehammer

to the faith base that our country was built on.

America has always been great and steeped in tradition but it was liberals who systematically

dismantled that by making everything good and right, offensive and somehow wrong.

"He's used the argument on the campaign trail as a way to assert that political correctness

is preventing Christians from expressing their religious beliefs," The Hill report continued.

"And to bring the point home, his campaign held a 'thank you' rally in Wisconsin

last December where he spoke in front of a row of large Christmas trees."

"So when I started 18 months ago, I told my first crowd in Wisconsin that we are going

to come back here someday and we are going to say merry Christmas again," he said at

the time.

"Merry Christmas.

So, merry Christmas everyone."

Trump wants Christmas back in the agenda.

I'm guessing he's tired of everyone complaining about it.

I am too.

It wasn't ever a problem years ago and it's not a problem now.

Christmas is one of the biggest holidays in America and we're sticking to it.

We're not getting rid of Christmas.

We're not calling it winter holiday.

We're not letting these politically correct crybabies bully everyone into feeling bad

about loving Christmas.

It's a holiday where we celebrate an imaginary obese dude who somehow drops 100 lbs every

time he slides into our blackened chimneys, drops off loads of gifts with the price tags

scribbled out with a Sharpie, and somehow slithers back up the hole he came from and

leaves the scene without a trace.

No footprints.

Not a stain on his clothes.

Nothing but maybe a bite of a cookie and a sip of some room temperature milk.

It's our holiday and we'll enjoy it and give attention to what the real reason for

the season is.

Anyone who finds it offensive can celebrate their own holiday, but don't cry about ours.

You don't see conservatives whining about other people's holidays.

Go celebrate!

Enjoy your day and we'll enjoy ours and we can all celebrate New Year's Eve together.

Unless that, of course, is offensive too.

How I build a Fire Pit for my training camp #049 PaPa's Page - Duration: 25:44.

Papa Ron coming to you from Sacramento California.

Today I'm out in my back yard. I want to show you an area I going to put a camp site in.

My Grand-kids are getting in to scouting age and thay want to camp out in my back yard.

I Think this might be a good ideal. I can teach them some stuff. And I can use it to shoot YouTube videos.

The first thing I need to do is put in a fire pit.

I made a couple of passes with the tractor and scraped some dirt away.

So it looks like this.

I have a drum from a dryer I think I will use.

I will bury it leaving a foot sticking out of the ground.

Then we may try putting landscaping blocks around it.

This is the area we want to put the camp site

We will have to cut down some of the trees that are growing in to bushes from the stumps and get rid of them.

I think we will put in a gas fire pit too.

Because I can't take much smoke.

My lungs are in bad shape.

I have told the kids if this work out good we will put in a pizza oven.

To cook pizza in.

So I scraped a little bit of dirt back and I going to bring the rototiller out.

Dig down with it I think. This is hard ground.

So less get started.

We are going to have to water it, we are down to hard pan.

I'm going to drive a couple of states in so I can tell were I'm at after it rototill.

I'm out here working out here in my back field.

There's about 20 Wild Turkeys

This is Day Two.

Yesterday we had to stop, it was sprinkling on us.

We weren't sure if it was going to a down pour or not, so we had to pick every thing up.

We will move the sprinkler, rototill again and shovel more out.

Ok I Think that is about deep enough.

So I got a level and we will try to level the drum.

That level for a fire pit.

Ok Now I'm going to have my helper Rake it out

I'm getting to out of breath to do it.

I got it way out of round, I will give it a little push with the tractor to see if I can get it back in a round shape.

I think we better stop there, We have it kinda round with a flat edge.

Now we want to put landscaping blocks around it.

Well I think that is it, we need to sovel a little more dirt out of the center.

I think we have a fir pit for he camp site out here.

It's kind of like a deep rose shade.

I also . . . I just love Tarte's blushes.

They're pretty sheer,

which I like. So that you can build them up.

Their colors are just so pretty.

And they last a really, really long time,

So now we're gonna work on the eyes.

The pigment that we have is from Naked Cosmetics,

and it is in the shade #MN-06.

"Mother Nature," I think.

It looks to be like MAC's blue / brown pigment.

I'm honestly not a huge fan

of the blue / brown duochrome,

but I'm going to use it today.

I think that I'm just gonna do a brown smokey eye,

and then do the blue on the lid.

I'll do the brown, and then I'll come back.

I'm back. I used the Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette.

I just used the shades

"Sandalwood," "Henna," and "Cocoa."

And that's what I used there.

And then, I left a little portion

on the inner part of the eye open for the pigment.

I'm gonna take this e.l.f. brush.

I cut it, so it doesn't really matter what brush it is,

because it's completely different than whatever it is.

Essentially, what it is now

is just a really short, dense brush.

And I'm going to take the pigment.

Should I spray it? I'll spray it.

Just because I feel like spraying it

makes it adhere to the brush better. I don't really know.

And I'm going up at the end of my sentences,

because I'm a real beauty guru.

Moist. Did I spray the wrong side?

I'm so dumb.

It definitely performs better when it's moist.

I feel like it just becomes more foiled,

which is true for all eyeshadows.

I like it.

You know, I'm not a huge fan of the color,

but that's just personal preference.

And it looks pretty. Like, they did it well.

They did the duochrome well. And I'm pretty sure

that Naked Cosmetics is cheaper than MAC,

and it's also cruelty free, and MAC is not.

So if you're looking for MAC's blue / brown pigment,

this is a really good alternative.

I'm gonna do my whole face, and I will come back

and give you my final thoughts.

I'm back. I actually really like the look that I did.

I just put some of the Urban Decay

24/7 Velvet Glide-on Pencil in the shade "Lush"

on my lower lash line, and on my tight line.

And I really like the way that it turned out, actually.

I'm a huge fan of the way that this pigment looks.

I just don't like pigments.

They're so messy for me.

But all in all, I was actually a pretty big fan

of this month's bag.

I got four products that I was happy with.

Like three and a half, just because . . . ehh.

I loved the foundation,

and I actually think that I'm going to wear it elsewhere.

Like, it's beautiful. It's like a soft matte finish.

It doesn't look super matte,

but it just kind of looks like my skin.

I love the Too Faced Hangover thing.

I wish that it were bigger,

but I do actually really like it.

In fact, I'll just set my face with it.

Oh.

I do like that. I'm actually kind of interested.

I kind of wanna buy the full size, because . . .

I with that they had . . . . like, the full size is so big.

Like, that's what she said.

It's also so expensive. I want this.

Why couldn't they have just put this in my bag?

I love the Tarte blush, obviously.

The only thing that was iffy about

was the Barf highlighter. But other than that,

I actually thought that it a pretty good bag.

I'm not gonna lie.

This is probably one of the best bags

that I've gotten from Ipsy.

I just was really happy with all my products.

I'm so impressed with this foundation, by the way.

Like, I actually might consider buying the full size.

I really, really like it.

respected culinarians in America is standing to my right,

my friend Michelle Gayer.

The owner of Salty Tart, one of the best bakeries in America. The expanding -

I could go on and on and on about Michelle's accolades.

Google that!

We are just thrilled that we have someone of her talents here to teach me

something that I'm really not that good at, which is baking. I know how to do

three or four things, I do them really, really well and that's it. That's where

my knowledge base sort of stops.

We're going to make pie, caramel apple pie.

Caramel-

We're gonna add to your repertoire of desserts. Right.

And you're gonna be able to nail a pie.

Mix all the dry ingredients into the bowl.

Pastry flour, I like half high-gluten flour.

Cause I think it adds up chewiness to the crust.

So now let's get the butter going.

Cut your butter into cubes.

Yeah.

And that's because I'm assuming it's easier to mix.

That's right.

I'm gonna add salt.

I just go in there?

Just start, just start, yeah!

And now kind of-

You want to do this between your forefinger and your thumb to make

little pieces. Oh.

Also I put sugar in my pie dough it needs just a little bit of sweetness.

My whole life I just went in in and squeezed, I did the guy thing.

I went cowboy style. I'm gonna- I'm gonna squeeze this

and it actually is much less effective than breaking up the butter with your forefingers.

It's like milking a goat.

If you've milked a goat before, it's like milking a goat.

I've milked a goat before.

Never have I ever.

So I'm gonna put in my vinegar,

which helps with flakiness as per my grandmother.

And we're gonna add the water.

Can you see it come together?

But if you squeezed hard,

it would come together completely. We're just not doing that because we're trying to

be gentle with it right now. It's like a baby.

Yeah, no cowboys.

No, no cowboys style.

No cowboys, just babies.

How, do you know how long it takes me to shower in the morning? Like seven

seconds because I have no hair and I don't use shampoo.

Boom!

So just get in hot water, soap everywhere, rinse once.

Dip in.

Done. And it's, I mean it's cowboy style.

Cowboy style.

I may be able to accomplish a lot because I'm not

like in the shower, doing my hair.

Sprucing.

Sprucing. Well that comes after, I'm not gonna lie,

you know? I'm a big sprucer once I get out of the shower.

You like to primp.

Okay, so now we're gonna put these

in packages and I like to make my packages

thin and round. Wow, see this is

the thing, people, myself included, we don't realize how forgiving this

actually is. This is a pretty loosey-goosey, no stress- Dough.

So it's warm and soft so we want to hustle this- Into the cooler.

Now this is firmer.

It's been in there for a while. There's a lot of dough here.

This is gonna make, this is gonna make-

Two or three.

Yes, so I'm just gonna kind of, we always want to make sure that our

surface is nice and floured. Cause you don't want it to stick. We want to keep

it going in the round shape cause that's the goal. Give me that pie tin.

Is it like this? Yep.

Like grandma did? And then I usually do like two inches and always

go bigger, right? Cause you can always trim away.

Put it into place. So now we're gonna refrigerate this.

So you could start peeling the apples.

And I'm gonna start the caramel

cause we're going to layer the

apples with the caramel sauce.

So we're gonna start with a clean pot and clean

sugar. Do you know why?

What do you mean?

I don't want any fat, I don't wanna dirt or debris.

That causes crystallization. So now we're gonna add just enough water

and I like to add the water around the edges.

So you don't splash sugar up on the sides

and then it's another way that crystals form.

That's right. Agitation causes crystallization.

We don't want to agitate, cause then we crystallate.

I like to, after I peel the apples, I do it on a mandolin cause it's really fast.

And it makes them all uniform, right? And cause I like thin slices of apples that

are all like, layered. So when you cut down into the pie- Stunning.

-more layers. We're all about the layers here. Right.

Okay, check it out, put an eyeball on this. You see how

it's getting thicker and it's almost kind of starting to turn amber? And I was

successful with no crystallization because I was deliberate with my sugar,

and my water, with my clean, all my things. And now you can kind of see it is

starting to turn brown.

And you have the larger bubbles which shows you that the thickness is there.

Yeah, so I'm just gonna give a little swirl and I want

a nice golden brown because I'm putting it in the oven. It's gonna cook more.

Oh look, and you can smell it too, right? So we're using all our senses, right?

Alright, so I'm going to add my heavy cream,

so I'm just gonna give a little

stir. Bubbles. Little stir.

Look at that beautiful caramel color. Now in goes some-

butter. Alright, back to the pile.

The next thing we're gonna do is lemon juice, some

sugar, our cornstarch.

The cornstarch is a thickening agent that keeps all the

slices and all the goo together.

Nutmeg and a little bit of cinnamon. So now

we're gonna fill this bad boy up. Go ahead and start layering those apples in there.

Now, I would imagine you want them-

Slow your roll, pump the brakes little buddy. I can't just do it cowboy style?

So now- Oh, I forgot about our caramel!

So I rolled out a nice long sheet because we do a little lattice top.

I like 'em thick because I think it just looks a little bit more rustic. I always

take the longest piece- Of course you do.

-to go down the middle and then the shorter pieces along

the side. You're gonna cut off all the excess.

So I like to egg wash the little sides so that they all stick. And because we're

gonna egg wash the top. And that shines it up too?

Yes. And it's just beaten egg, you didn't add milk or cream.

That sounds like another step, no one's got time for another step. So I'm just gonna

make sure that all my edges are together. Okay, now I'm gonna tuck it under, okay?

What?

What? Yeah. Tucking under. Oh. All the caramel, all those juices, you actually

need that crust there because you want to eat it with all that sky-high apple

caramel goodness. So now we're gonna do the crimping.

I'm so bad at this, want to know how I do it?

I go empanada style.

With a fork? With the fork or sometimes Chinese dumpling style.

I like that too. Yeah, but I want it to look like that

and now I know it's just- It's just your fingers

and your thumb. I like a little salt on top of my pie crust too.

Preheated oven.

You like it in the middle? I do.

The apples gotta cook. The corn starch has to cook.

That's what we're- I was, it was a trick question I was trying to see

if you knew. And you passed.

I mean we saw the juice coming out in the

corners and more came out as the pie cooked. The apples kind of collapsed

underneath which is gorgeous with that lattice crust.

So I'm a big fan of color

so I love all this. A lot of people would be like 'oh, too dark' I love it.

Oh my, I mean not that I doubted you, but look at that.

All those layers.

Oh my god.

And now the more you make it, the better

you're gonna get at it.
