Stress After Pregnancy | Tips To Deal With Stress After Childbirth/Postpartum Stress | Mumsworld - Duration: 6:26.

hey guys welcome back to mums world I hope you all had an amazing week there's

a saying that giving birth should be a woman's greatest achievement and not her

biggest fear when you bring a new life into this world there will be huge

changes in your life in fact your entire routine will change having a baby is

exciting challenging and for some it can also add some mild stresses to their

life and this is a very natural thing this kind of stress is also known as

baby blues and it vanishes in few days or within a week you may feel extremely

emotional cry for no reason find it hard to sleep loss of appetite and sometimes

even depressed this usually happens with most women after childbirth because your

body goes through a lot of hormonal changes if you're going through this

kind of stress then don't worry these are very mild and it won't stop you

from leading a normal life but if it does not go away after two weeks and

continues for longer then you need to call your doctor to seek immediate help

this is something known as postpartum depression which is more severe and

intense I won't go deep into this topic in

today's video but it's very important for you to know when to seek help how to

know if you have postpartum depression here are some of the symptoms severe

mood swings and excessive crying finding it hard to accept the baby difficulty in

sleeping or sleeping too much loss of energy and feeling Restless loss of

interest in life thoughts of harming the baby and yourself regret over becoming a

mom don't feel like breastfeeding the baby and bonding with the baby and so on

to help you out I will be sharing some simple tips to deal with stress after

childbirth stop thinking or worrying too much once you have a baby you have

millions of questions running in your head especially if it's a newborn

you're always worried when your baby cries too much or if your baby does not sleep

enough and when it comes to breastfeeding you are always

concerned whether your baby is getting enough milk just remember that worrying is

not at all the solution it will only affect your health after birth for a

baby it's an entire new world it will take time for the baby to adapt to the

life outside the womb and for the new mom to get adjusted to these changes

when you go to a new workplace you take time to mingle with the people and get

adjusted to the environment this is exactly the same so you need not worry

at all just enjoy the phase and be confident about yourself babies cry to

communicate their needs so it's best that you respond to their signals rather

than worrying about it despite all your swaddling and singing if your baby still

continues to cry for longer then call your doctor immediately there could be a

physical cause sleep or take a nap whenever possible lack of sleep is one

of the major reasons for stress if your little one is keeping you up all night

then try to sleep when he is napping if you find it hard to sleep during the day

turn on some light music shut all the curtains to get that night feeling and

relax your body needs enough sleep to re bounce avoid all kinds of distraction

like your phone your laptop watching TV forget all the work that you have and

take rest don't compare your babies with other babies for example your friends or

relatives baby might be having a different sleeping pattern some baby may

sleep through the night and some baby might have reached his/her milestone

before your baby worrying about all these things will only give you stress

every baby is different if your baby is happy and healthy then you need not

worry at all don't compare yourself with other moms even though we think we're

pretty good at motherhood we always compare ourselves with other moms who

are better than us at handling everything it's normal for you to feel

that you could do better but remember one thing mother

is not a competition we all want the best for our babies and it's okay if you

can't get it right all the time you are the new mom with the new baby so

it will take time for things to get right in the meantime just do your best

give some time to yourself after a baby you become so busy that you forget to

think about yourself take some time off to go out and get some fresh air set

aside time each day to relax with a book or listen to music or watch a favorite

movie even if it's for a few minutes spare some time and engage yourself in

doing things you love to do the most don't read too many books on baby

care or parenting it's okay to read books on parenting and child care but

gathering too much of information will always confuse you there is no right

approach to parenting just observe your child and respond to their needs follow

your instincts and eventually you will get it right stay hydrated staying well

hydrated can keep your stress levels down whereas when you don't give your

body enough fluids you're putting stress on it and a body will respond to that

also nutrition plays a very important role when you're stressed so make sure

that you eat healthy because what you eat will have an impact on your mood as

well as the quality of your breast milk along with this do some breathing and

mild exercises to relax your mind it's okay to take help sometimes handling

everything all alone can be stressful

in such cases don't hesitate to take help having someone to help you out makes the

adjustment to a new baby easier you will also have enough time to take care of

yourself the baby & also bond with the baby when

stressed out always remind yourself that this too shall pass if you're finding it

really hard to cope with it talk to someone don't be afraid to call your

doctor for additional support remember you're not alone

Why Should I Help Others? - Duration: 28:34.

ANNOUNCER: THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS PAID FOR BY

THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.

GINGER: DOES HELPING OTHERS REALLY HELP YOU?

WELL, THERE IS A BENEFIT TO IT, BUT IT'S REALLY EASY TO MISS

WHEN YOU'RE GOING THROUGH STRUGGLES OF YOUR OWN.

JOYCE WILL SHED SOME NEW LIGHT ON THIS TODAY.

ALSO, OUR "HELP ME" QUESTION IS A GREAT ONE: WHY DO PEOPLE GET

AWAY WITH SIN?

AND WE'RE SHARING "YOUR VOICE" ABOUT BREAKING FREE FROM

BONDAGES.

THAT AND MORE COMING UP.

GINGER: AS WE WALK THROUGH EACH NEW DAY, WE ALL HAVE

QUESTIONS.

THEY'RE JUST PART OF LIFE.

BUT DID YOU KNOW THERE ARE ANSWERS FOR YOU?

GOD SAYS WHEN WE LOOK, WE'LL FIND HIM.

HE'S NOT TRYING TO HIDE ANYTHING.

SO, TOGETHER, WE ARE DISCOVERING LIFE'S EVERYDAY ANSWERS.

GINGER: HI, EVERYONE, WELCOME TO "EVERYDAY ANSWERS," WHERE WE

WORK TO PROVIDE BIBLICAL ANSWERS TO LIFE'S QUESTIONS THAT WILL

GUIDE AND STRENGTHEN YOU TO OVERCOME YOUR CHALLENGES.

SOMETIMES THE BEST WAY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE IS BY HELPING SOMEONE

ELSE WITH THEIRS.

SO, TAKE A LOOK AT THIS COMMENT FROM TWITTER.

HEATHER SAYS: "BY SERVING OTHERS VIA CHURCH AND SOCIAL MEDIA,

IT HELPS ME DEAL WITH THE CHALLENGES OF MY CANCER."

WOW, HEATHER, WE WILL PRAY WITH YOU FOR COMPLETE

HEALING, AND GOD BLESS YOU FOR REACHING OUT AND DOING SOMETHING

FOR OTHERS.

IT REALLY IS TRUE, EXACTLY WHAT HEATHER SAYS.

SOMETIMES IN OUR MOST DIFFICULT TIMES, THERE ARE BENEFITS TO

HELPING OTHER PEOPLE, AND JOYCE WILL SHARE THOSE AS SHE ANSWERS

THIS QUESTION FIRST: "WHY SHOULD I HELP OTHERS?"

JOYCE: "FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: JAMES 2:14: "WHAT IS THE USE (OR THE PROFIT), MY

BRETHREN, FOR ANYONE TO PROFESS TO HAVE FAITH IF HE HAS NO

[GOOD] WORKS [TO SHOW FOR IT]?

CAN [SUCH] FAITH SAVE [HIS SOUL]?"

NOW, HE'S NOT TALKIN' ABOUT HIS SPIRIT.

HE'S TALKIN' ABOUT HIS SOUL.

YOUR SOUL IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR SPIRIT.

WHEN JESUS COMES TO LIVE IN YOU, HE COMES TO LIVE IN YOUR SPIRIT.

IT'S OUR SOUL THAT NEEDS A WORK DONE IN IT.

"IF A BROTHER OR A SISTER IS POORLY CLAD AND LACKS FOOD FOR

EACH DAY, AND YOU SAY TO HIM, 'GOOD-BYE!

STAY WARM AND WELL FED--'" OR IT KINDA COMES DOWN

TO THIS: "I'LL PRAY FOR YOU."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: THAT'S OUR OUT OF EVERYTHING THAT WE DON'T WANNA

DO, "I'LL PRAY FOR YOU."

AND I'M NOT SAYIN' THAT PRAYER IS NOT IMPORTANT, BUT I ALREADY

SAID LAST NIGHT, "LET'S STOP PRAYING ABOUT THINGS AND ASKING

GOD TO DO THINGS THAT WE COULD EASILY DO OURSELVES AND JUST

DON'T WANT TO."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: WHOO, I'M HAVIN' SO MUCH FUN.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND IT'S ONLY FRIDAY MORNING.

YOU KNOW WHY I HAVE FUN?

BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT THIS CAN DO FOR OUR LIVES.

I'VE GOT THIS THING BURNING IN ME.

I WANNA SEE PEOPLE HAVE THE LIFE THAT JESUS DIED TO GIVE THEM.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: THAT'S WHAT I WANT MORE THAN ANYTHING.

AND WE HAVE LOTS OF PEOPLE BORN AGAIN IN OUR MEETINGS,

AND I'M GRATEFUL FOR THAT.

BUT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH, I DON'T WANNA SEE PEOPLE JUST BORN

AGAIN AND THEN STAY MISERABLE.

I WANNA SEE PEOPLE LEARN HOW TO LIVE THE WAY JESUS WANTS THEM TO

LIVE SO THEY CAN HAVE WHAT HE WANTS 'EM TO HAVE, AND THAT IS

PEACE, AND JOY, AND RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND POWER,

AND A GREAT LIFE WHERE WE BEAR GOOD FRUIT FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: THAT'S WHY I GET EXCITED.

"I'LL PRAY FOR YA."

NO, "GOD, I'M GONNA PRAY FOR THEM, BUT IF THERE'S SOMETHIN'

THAT I CAN DO TO HELP, SHOW ME."

YOU KNOW, I DON'T EXPECT TO GET A WHOLE ROOM FULL OF CLAPS.

I'LL TELL YOU WHY, BECAUSE WE'RE AFRAID GOD JUST MIGHT SHOW US

SOMETHIN'.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I MIGHT LOSE MY BRACELET.

I MIGHT HAVE TO APOLOGIZE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: COME ON.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: ALL RIGHT, I'M GONNA TELL YA SOMETHIN' THAT I READ

YESTERDAY MORNING, AND I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOOD SO I'LL JUST SEE

WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT IT.

THIS GUY WAS BASICALLY TALKIN' ABOUT SPIRITUAL MATURITY AND HOW

WE NEED TO GROW UP, AND IT TAKES SACRIFICE DAILY TO BE ABLE TO

DO THAT.

PAUL SAID, "I DIE DAILY."

AND WHAT HE MEANT BY THAT WAS, EVERY SINGLE DAY, HE HAD TO SAY,

"NO," TO HIMSELF AND, "YES," TO GOD.

AND EVERY TIME WE SAY, "NO," TO SELF AND, "YES," TO GOD, THERE'S

A LITTLE BIT OF WHAT THE BIBLE CALLS, "DYING TO THE FLESH,"

ALL RIGHT?

I'D LOVE TO WRITE A BOOK CALLED "DYING TO SELF," AND JUST SEE IF

I COULD SELL EVEN TWO COPIES.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: SO, HE SAID, "WE ALL ADMIRE THE MARTYRS OF THE PAST,

PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED RATHER THAN DENY CHRIST."

AND I MEAN, WHO WOULDN'T?

YOU KNOW, YOU READ BOOKS LIKE, YOU KNOW, "JESUS FREAKS," OR,

"FOXE'S MARTYRS," AND YOU'RE LIKE--SOME OF US GET NERVOUS

PRAYIN' IN A RESTAURANT.

SO INSTEAD OF PRAYIN', WE ACT LIKE WE GOT A HEADACHE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: [MUMBLING]

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND THEN IF WE'RE OUT IN PUBLIC

AND WE START TO TALK ABOUT GOD, WE GET QUIET, LIKE...

THE SINNERS ARE SCREAMIN', AND WE'RE GETTIN'

QUIET, YOU KNOW?

AND SO, WE READ THESE STORIES ABOUT THE MARTYRS, AND PEOPLE

WHO WERE EATEN BY LIONS AND SAWN IN HALF AND, YOU KNOW, WENT

BEFORE THE FIRING SQUAD, AND WE'RE JUST LIKE, "AHH."

AND THEY DESERVE HONOR, AND NOBODY'S TRYIN' TO SAY THAT

THEY DON'T.

BUT HE JUST HAD A POINT THAT I THOUGHT WAS INTERESTING.

HE SAID, "I KNOW PEOPLE PERSONALLY THAT, IF THEY WERE

PUT TO THE TEST, WOULD GO BEFORE A FIRING SQUAD BEFORE THEY WOULD

DENY CHRIST."

AND I IMAGINE THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE LIKE THAT HERE IN

THIS ROOM.

I THINK I WOULD DO THAT.

NOBODY KNOWS WHAT YOU'D DO, I GUESS, TILL YOU COME RIGHT DOWN

TO IT, BUT I PRAY THAT IF I'M EVER PUT IN THAT POSITION THAT I

HAVE THE COURAGE TO BE WHO GOD WANTS ME TO BE.

HE SAID, "BUT THOSE SAME CHRISTIANS THAT WOULD STAND

BEFORE A FIRING SQUAD RATHER THAN DENY CHRIST, IF YOU TALK

TO THEIR FAMILIES-- ABOUT HOW THEY ARE ON

A DAILY BASIS AT HOME BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, THAT'S WHERE WE

NEED TO DIE."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: BECAUSE TO BE HONEST, I MEAN, A FIRING SQUAD WOULD BE

QUICK AND DONE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: [LAUGHING]

YOU'RE GONNA DO THIS THING GOD'S WAY, IT'S A DAILY,

ALL DAY LONG, DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY AFTER YEAR

AFTER YEAR.

COME ON, GIVE GOD A PRAISE.

[AUDIENCE CHEERING]

JOYCE: VERSE 17: "SO FAITH, IF IT DOES NOT HAVE WORKS (DEEDS

AND ACTIONS OF OBEDIENCE TO BACK IT UP), BY ITSELF IS

DESTITUTE OF POWER."

AND WE SEE THIS ALL THE TIME.

THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO GO TO CHURCH WEEKLY AND THEN DO

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ANYBODY ELSE.

AND I WAS ONE OF 'EM FOR A LONG TIME, AND I THOUGHT

I WAS SO SPIRITUAL.

GO TO CHURCH, AND THEN GO OUT WITH MY FRIENDS AFTER

CHURCH AND GOSSIP ABOUT THE PASTOR.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I HAD NOT LEARNED ONE THING ABOUT BRIDLING MY

TONGUE YET.

COME ON, YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND DON'T YOU LEAVE HERE TODAY AND TALK ABOUT ME

IN A BAD WAY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

[AUDIENCE CHEERING]

JOYCE: IN VERSE 18, HE SAID: "BUT SOMEBODY WILL SAY [TO YOU],

'WELL, NOW, YOU [SAY YOU] HAVE FAITH, BUT I HAVE [GOOD] WORKS.

NOW YOU SHOW ME YOUR [ALLEGED]

FAITH APART FROM ANY [GOOD]

WORKS [IF YOU CAN], AND I BY [MY GOOD] WORKS [OF OBEDIENCE] WILL

SHOW YOU MY FAITH.'" NOW, AND THIS IS A GOOD ONE,

"YOU BELIEVE THAT GOD IS ONE; THAT'S GOOD.

DEMONS BELIEVE THAT."

WOW, OKAY THEN.

"ARE YOU WILLING TO BE SHOWN [PROOF]," VERSE 20,

"YOU FOOLISH (UNPRODUCTIVE, SPIRITUALLY DEFICIENT) FELLOW,

THAT FAITH APART FROM [GOOD]

WORKS IS INACTIVE, INEFFECTIVE AND WORTHLESS?"

LET ME SAY AGAIN, WE ARE NOT JUSTIFIED BEFORE GOD BY

OUR WORKS.

I MEAN, EPHESIANS 2:8 AND 9 SAYS: "WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE,

NOT BY WORKS.

OUR SALVATION IS NOT BASED ON WHAT ANYBODY CAN POSSIBLY DO.

NOBODY CAN TAKE CREDIT FOR THEIR SALVATION.

IT'S TOTALLY BY THE GRACE AND THE WORK OF GOD.

AND WE RECEIVE THAT BY FAITH."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: BUT WE'VE GOTTA CARE ABOUT SOMEBODY OTHER THAN

OURSELVES.

I MAY BE OKAY, AND I MAY BE ON MY WAY TO HEAVEN, BUT AS

A CHRISTIAN, WE ALL HAVE A JOB.

AND I'M NOT TALKIN' ABOUT YOUR OFFICE JOB OR YOUR FACTORY JOB.

WE ALL HAVE A JOB.

WE ALL HAVE A MINISTRY, AND A MINISTRY DOESN'T HAVE TO

BE UP HERE TO BE A MINISTRY.

I HAVE A MINISTRY BESIDES THIS ONE, IF YOU WANNA KNOW

THE TRUTH, AND I TAKE PART IN IT EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY LIFE

EVERYWHERE THAT I GO.

BECAUSE WE ARE JUST FOOLING OURSELVES IF WE THINK WE CAN GET

UP IN FRONT OF PEOPLE AND PUT ON A SHOW OR PRETEND ON SUNDAY

MORNING TO BE SOMETHIN' SPECIAL, BUT THEN, BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

AND IN OUR DAILY LIFE, WE'RE ACTING LIKE THE REST OF

THE WORLD.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I'M BLOWIN' THE TRUMPET IN ZION, AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: JESUS IS COMING SOON, AND WE ALL HAVE A JOB TO DO.

PEOPLE WILL SAY, "WELL, I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY PURPOSE IS."

YOU HAVE A JOB TO DO.

GET OUT IN THE WORLD AND ACT LIKE A CHRISTIAN.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: BEHAVE LIKE A CHRISTIAN.

SHOW THE FRUIT OF BEING A CHRISTIAN.

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU DID SOMETHIN' FOR SOMEBODY ELSE?

AND SOME OF YOU ARE AWESOME.

YOU KNOW, WHEN I--I'M NOT JUST PREACHIN' TO YOU.

WE GOT MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WATCHIN' BY TELEVISION IN MANY

DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD.

BUT THERE ARE PEOPLE IN HERE THAT YOU WATCH ME EVERY DAY,

AND IT'S MAYBE BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE YOU DID ANYTHING FOR

ANYBODY ELSE.

I MEAN, JUST MAYBE ONE OR TWO, I DON'T--PROBABLY NOT MANY

THOUGH, I'M SURE.

YOU KNOW, THE BEST WAY TO FIGHT GREED AND SELFISHNESS IS TO BE

AGGRESSIVE IN GENEROSITY.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND I CAN TELL YA SOMETHIN', THE MORE WE HAVE, THE

MORE TEMPTED WE ARE TO JUST LIVE OUR OWN LITTLE COMFORTABLE LIFE

AND STOP REACHING OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE IN NEED.

AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT SHOULD BE THE OPPOSITE WAY, BUT IT'S NOT.

I TELL YA SOMETHIN', HE TALKS IN HERE, AND I DIDN'T READ THE

SCRIPTURES, ABOUT HOW THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE RICH AND ALL YOU

HAVE IS YOUR WEALTH, YOU NEED TO NOT BE ALL EXCITED ABOUT WHAT

YOU HAVE, BECAUSE YOU COULD LOSE THAT IN A SECOND.

SO, IF THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE AND YOU DON'T HAVE ANY FAITH, THEN

YOU'RE ACTUALLY A POOR PERSON.

BUT PEOPLE THAT ARE POOR IN NATURAL THINGS AND THEY HAVE

A FAITH RICH IN GOD, THEY'RE ACTUALLY WEALTHIER THAN THE

PERSON WHO HAS A LOT OF MONEY.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND I'LL TELL YA SOMETHIN' THAT I'VE LEARNED, AND

WE KNOW IN OUR WESTERN CULTURE WE HAVE SO MANY BLESSINGS THAT

SOMETIMES WE JUST DON'T--I MEAN, I THINK, IN THE PROCESS,

SOMETIMES WE FORGET HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.

NOW, I CAN BE JUSTIFIED BEFORE GOD AND GO TO HEAVEN.

AND I CAN REALLY BELIEVE IN GOD, AND I CAN, IF YOU WANNA KNOW THE

ABSOLUTE TRUTH, I CAN PROBABLY MISTREAT PEOPLE WHILE I'M HERE,

AND I CAN STILL END UP GOIN' TO HEAVEN.

BUT I TELL YA WHAT I WON'T HAVE.

I WON'T BE HAPPY.

I WON'T BEAR ANY GOOD FRUIT.

I WON'T TAKE ANYBODY TO HEAVEN WITH ME.

I MIGHT KEEP A FEW PEOPLE OUT.

COME ON, ARE YOU OUT THERE?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND I'LL TELL YA WHAT ELSE I WON'T HAVE.

I WON'T HAVE ANY REWARDS WAITING FOR ME WHEN I GET THERE.

AND THE BIBLE TEACHES US THAT THERE IS GONNA BE REWARDS

WAITING FOR US BASED ON HOW WE'VE LIVED OUR LIVES AND WHAT

WE HAVE DONE WHILE WE'RE HERE IN THE BODY.

AND I PERSONALLY AM BIG ON REWARDS.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I MEAN, THIS TRIP THAT WE MAKE THROUGH HERE, LET'S EVEN

SAY WE GOT A HUNDRED YEARS, I MEAN, IT'S BAD ENOUGH.

BUT WHEN I GET TO HEAVEN, I DON'T WANNA SPEND ETERNITY

WITHOUT THE BEST LIFE THAT I CAN POSSIBLY HAVE BECAUSE I DIDN'T

DO HERE WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO.

I'VE BEEN SAYIN' THIS, AND I THINK IT'S A GOOD STATEMENT.

I THINK WE NEED TO SPEND HERE GETTING READY FOR THERE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND SO, MAYBE WE SPEND TOO MUCH TIME THINKIN' ABOUT OUR

INSTANTANEOUS COMFORT AND NOT ENOUGH TIME THINKING,

"IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER IF I'M COMFORTABLE HERE OR NOT.

I'VE GOT FOREVER TO LIVE, AND I WANNA MAKE SURE THAT I'M LIVING

NOW IN SUCH A WAY THAT WHEN I STAND BEFORE THE LORD,

I'VE GOT A FULL REWARD COMING BECAUSE I'VE BEEN

FAITHFUL WHILE I'VE BEEN HERE, COME ON.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

GINGER: SO, WE'VE LEARNED THAT HELPING OTHERS GLORIFIES

GOD, IT BUILDS UP REWARDS IN HEAVEN, AND IT PROVIDES A GREAT

EXAMPLE TO THE WORLD ABOUT LIFE IN CHRIST.

SO, WE ALSO HAVE SOME RESOURCES TO HELP YOU DEVELOP YOUR

LOVE WALK.

YOU KNOW, WALKING IN LOVE IS ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT REALLY

CHANGED JOYCE'S LIFE.

IT'S CHANGED MINE, AND I KNOW THAT IT CAN CHANGE YOURS.

SO, OUR OFFER TODAY IS THIS TEACHING FROM JOYCE.

IT'S CALLED, "HOW TO HEAR FROM GOD."

AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE A GREAT DEVOTIONAL CALLED,

"MY TIME WITH GOD."

NOW, IF YOU DO NOT WANNA HEAR FROM GOD, THEN YOU'VE GOT

SOMETHIN' WRONG IN YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THAT REALLY IS THE KEY

TO EVERYTHING.

AND THIS TEACHING DIRECT FROM GOD'S WORD WILL JUST HELP YOU

UNDERSTAND THE WAY THAT GOD SPEAKS TO US, HOW WE CAN TUNE

IN, HOW WE CAN HEAR HIM, AND THEN HOW WE CAN BE OBEDIENT.

AND THE DAILY DEVOTIONAL, THIS IS SUCH A GOOD ONE, AND IT JUST

MEANS THAT SPENDING THAT LITTLE BIT OF TIME EVERY MORNING WITH

GOD IS SOMETHING THAT WILL REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

SO, LET US KNOW RIGHT NOW THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THESE RESOURCES.

PICK THEM UP AND WORK ON THAT LOVE WALK.

NOW, YOU MAY SAY THAT YOU'RE JUST TOO BUSY TO HELP OTHERS

RIGHT NOW.

A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE IN THAT SITUATION.

WE ALL GET IT.

BUT JOINING US NOW IS A MOTHER OF FOUR, WHO TOOK A STEP OF

FAITH AND VOLUNTEERED WITH OUR MEDICAL MISSIONS TEAM TO REACH

OUT TO FAMILIES IN NEED.

AND SHE HAS LEARNED HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO DO SOMETHING

FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

SARAH LOLLEY IS WITH US.

SARAH, YOU AMAZE ME BECAUSE YOU'RE A MOTHER OF FOUR.

YOU HOMESCHOOL YOUR KIDS.

AND YET, YOU DECIDED, "I'M GONNA TAKE THIS STEP AND I'M GONNA GO

OUT AND GO OVERSEAS AND VOLUNTEER WITH

THE MEDICAL MISSIONS TEAM."

WHAT ON EARTH COMPELLED YOU TO DO THAT?

SARAH LOLLEY: WELL, I THINK IN HAVING FOUR CHILDREN, AND

THEY'RE FAIRLY CLOSE IN AGE, I WONDERED, "WHAT WOULD IT BE LIKE

IF I LIVED IN ONE OF THESE OTHER COUNTRIES AND DIDN'T HAVE MY

BASIC NEEDS MET?

WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDED MEDICAL CARE AND WE DIDN'T HAVE

THE MONEY TO DO IT OR WE DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE?

WHAT WOULD I DO?" AND I THINK THAT REALLY HELPED

ME IN STEPPING OUT AND DOING IT BECAUSE YOU OFTEN--SOME OF THESE

MOTHERS IN THE CLINICS, THEY HAVE THREE, FOUR, FIVE,

SIX CHILDREN, AND THEY COME IN, AND EVERY CHILD NEEDS SOME

KIND OF MEDICATION OR VITAMINS, AND THE MOTHER THEMSELVES

NEEDS SOME KIND OF HELP.

AND SO, IT JUST REALLY SPOKE TO ME, AS IN, LIKE,

"THIS COULD BE ME."

AND, YOU KNOW, I THINK, OFTEN WE PRAY LIKE, "GOD, WHERE ARE YOU?

WHY AREN'T YOU HELPING THESE PEOPLE?"

AND OFTEN, HE'S EQUIPPED US, LIKE, WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE HIS

HANDS AND FEET, YOU KNOW?

AND AS WE STEP OUT AND HELP THEM, IT IS GOD HELPING THEM.

GINGER: EXACTLY, WAS IT A BLESSING TO YOU TOO?

SARAH: YES, YES, I THINK, AND JUST SEEING PEOPLE'S--THEY'RE

NOT ONLY GETTING THEIR BASIC NEEDS MET, LIKE, PHYSICAL NEEDS,

THEY'RE ALSO GETTING THEIR SPIRITUAL NEEDS MET.

AND JUST SEEING THE COMBINATION OF BOTH AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT

REALLY DOES MAKE IN THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS' LIVES, AND, I MEAN,

IT CHANGES YOU ALSO.

THAT, YES, IT COMPLETELY SPEAKS TO YOU.

GINGER: AND YOU HAVEN'T JUST DONE THIS ONE TIME NOW.

YOU'VE DONE IT HOW MANY TIMES?

HOW MANY TRIPS HAVE YOU BEEN ON?

SARAH: WENT ON FIVE TRIPS WITH HOH, AND I WILL BE GOING ON

MY SIXTH THIS NOVEMBER.

GINGER: WHERE ARE YOU GOING?

SARAH: ETHIOPIA.

GINGER: ETHIOPIA.

SARAH: YES, ONE OF MY FAVORITES.

GINGER: YEAH, WELL, I'LL TELL YA, IT REALLY IS ENCOURAGING TO

THINK, NO MATTER WHERE WE ARE IN LIFE, IF GOD CALLS US TO DO

SOMETHING, IF HE ASKS US TO HELP OTHERS IN A PARTICULAR WAY, HE

GIVES US EVERYTHING WE NEED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

SO, JUST, FINALLY, HOW WOULD YOU ENCOURAGE SOMEONE, WHETHER IT'S

DOING SOMETHING AS LARGE AS TAKING A MEDICAL MISSIONS TRIP,

OR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS GOING TO A NEIGHBOR AND SEEING WHAT

THEY NEED?

HOW WOULD YOU ENCOURAGE SOMEONE TO STEP OUT AND DO SOMETHING

FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

SARAH: I MEAN, YOU JUST HAVE TO GO FOR IT.

AS SCARY AS IT CAN BE, I THINK THAT'S OFTEN WHEN WE KNOW WE'RE

SUPPOSED TO DO SOMETHING, WHEN WE FEEL THE, LIKE, "OH, GOSH,

I DON'T THINK I COULD DO THIS," OR, "SO MUCH COULD GO WRONG,

MAYBE I SHOULDN'T."

I THINK IT'S THOSE LITTLE PROMPTINGS THAT IT'S KIND OF

LIKE THAT'S PROBABLY GOD TELLING YOU.

AND IF YOU JUST TRUST HIM, HE EQUIPS YOU.

AND SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DIFFICULT, BUT IT CAN

STRENGTHEN YOU.

AND YOU LOOK BACK AND YOU REALIZE, LIKE, "OH, MY GOSH,

I WAS SO SCARED ON THAT VERY FIRST TRIP."

AND HE REALLY HELPS YOU, AND IT CAN BE YOUR NEIGHBOR.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY.

I MEAN, YOUR NEIGHBORS NEXT DOOR NEED TO KNOW GOD

AND EVERYTHING TOO.

GINGER: YEAH, THANK YOU, SARAH, WE APPRECIATE IT.

AND THANK YOU FOR VOLUNTEERING AND DOING THOSE TRIPS.

I KNOW HOW LIFE CHANGING THEY ARE.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC.

AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE SIMILAR TO SARAH'S,

CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING AT ONE OF OUR MEDICAL TEAMS WITH ONE OF

OUR TEAMS.

AND FOR MORE INFORMATION, YOU CAN JUST CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE,

JOYCEMEYER.ORG/MEDICALMISSIONS, AND YOU'LL FIND ALL

THE INFORMATION THERE.

AND IF THAT IS NOT WHAT GOD IS CALLING YOU TO DO, THEN ASK HIM

WHAT HE IS CALLING YOU TO DO AND GO DO IT.

YOU WILL FIND THAT YOU'LL HELP THAT PERSON, AND YOUR LIFE

WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.

IT'S WELL WORTH THE COMMITMENT AND THE INVESTMENT THAT YOU

WILL MAKE.

WELL, YOU KNOW, SOMETIMES YOU'VE GOT A REALLY BIG QUESTION

ON YOUR HEART, AND YOU NEED AN ANSWER RIGHT NOW.

WE CALL THOSE OUR "HELP ME" QUESTIONS, AND JOYCE

TACKLES THOSE.

IT'S TIME FOR OUR "HELP ME" QUESTION NOW.

[MUSIC]

GINGER: JOYCE, WE HAVE A QUESTION, AND IT'S FROM SOMEONE

THAT SAYS THEY'RE ANONYMOUS, BUT IT COULD BE JUST ABOUT ANYBODY

OUT THERE BECAUSE THIS IS THE ALL-TIME QUESTION THAT WE

READ THROUGH GOD'S WORD.

"WHY DOES GOD LET SINFUL PEOPLE GET AWY WITH THEIR SINS,

WHILE THOSE WHO FOLLOW HIS WORD SUFFER?"

JOYCE: WELL, FIRST OF ALL, GOD DOES NOT LET PEOPLE GET

AWAY WITH THEIR SIN.

HE MIGHT BE GIVING THEM MERCY FOR A SPACE OF TIME,

TRYIN' TO DEAL WITH THEM.

BUT YOUR SIN WILL FIND YOU OUT.

I WAS WATCHING A MOVIE RECENTLY WHERE EVERYBODY IN THIS FAMILY

WAS JUST SO WICKED, YOU KNOW?

THEY WENT TO CHURCH AND IT WAS ALL A PRETENSE, AND I MEAN,

THERE WAS JUST SO MANY TRAGIC THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN

THEIR LIFE.

IT WAS ALMOST LIKE, "YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING.

HOW CAN THAT MANY BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO ONE FAMILY?"

BUT I JUST KEPT FEELING IN MY HEART, "YOUR SIN WILL FIND

YOU OUT.

YOUR SIN WILL FIND YOU OUT."

AND REALLY, NOBODY GETS BY WITH SIN.

PSALM 37 IS A GREAT PSALM TO READ THAT, IN THE END, THE MEEK

WILL INHERIT THE EARTH, AND GOD DOES DEAL WITH THE WICKED.

BUT HIS TIMING IN DOING THAT IS SOMETHING THAT WE MUST LEAVE UP

TO HIM.

AND SO, IN THE MEANTIME, WE GET TO PRAY FOR THEM, AND WE GET TO

BE PATIENT, WHICH IS ALWAYS QUITE INTERESTING.

GINGER: I LOVE THAT, "WE GET TO BE PATIENT."

JOYCE: YEAH, WE GET TO BE PATIENT, WHICH IS ALWAYS

QUITE INTERESTING.

BUT, YOU KNOW, IT ALWAYS AGGRAVATES US, ESPECIALLY WHEN

WE FEEL THAT MAYBE SOMEBODY THAT'S WICKED AND SINFUL

ACTUALLY SEEMS TO HAVE MORE MATERIAL BLESSINGS THAN WE DO.

BUT WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT PEACE WITH GOD IS THE MOST

VALUABLE GIFT THAT WE CAN HAVE.

SO, THE PERSON WHO'S DOING WHAT'S RIGHT IS GOING TO HAVE

THAT PEACE WITH GOD.

AND THERE'S NO WAY THAT SOMEBODY LIVING IN SIN, KNOWINGLY LIVING

IN SIN AND BEING WICKED AND EVIL, CAN HAVE THAT KINDA

PEACE IN THEIR LIFE.

SO I THINK WE HAVE TO REALIZE WHAT WE DO HAVE AND JUST NOT

ASSUME THAT SOMEBODY'S GETTING BY WITH SOMETHING, BECAUSE SIN

HAS ITS OWN PUNISHMENT, AND IT WILL CHASE YOU DOWN AND FIND YOU

OUT AND DEAL WITH YOU.

GINGER: WELL, AND EVERYBODY SUFFERS.

I MEAN, THAT IS JUST PART OF THE NATURE OF SIN IN THE WORLD.

WE ALL, WHETHER WE FOLLOW GOD'S WORD OR NOT, HAVE PAIN

IN OUR LIVES.

BUT ONE THING THAT I THINK IS SO HELPFUL IS TO NOT TO HAVE THAT

NEED TO SEE THE SINFUL PAY FOR IT.

LET GOD TAKE CARE OF IT.

IT'S NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.

AND THAT PEACE THAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT, WE HAVE SO MUCH

MORE PEACE IF WE LEAVE THAT IN HIS HANDS AND WE DON'T FEEL

LIKE, "I'D REALLY LIKE TO SEE THEM SUFFER FOR WHAT

THEY'RE DOING."

JOYCE: WELL, AND ACTUALLY, IF OUR HEART'S RIGHT, WE SHOULDN'T

EVEN WANT THAT FOR PEOPLE.

WE SHOULD WANT GOD TO GIVE THEM A SPACE OF TIME TO DEAL WITH

THEM AND BRING THEM AROUND TO WHAT'S RIGHT.

SO, IF I'M JUST REALLY, YOU KNOW, GETTIN' EXCITED WHEN

SOMEBODY THAT'S WICKED IS SUFFERING, THEN I PROBABLY NEED

TO EXAMINE MY OWN HEART AND SEE WHAT GOD NEEDS TO DO IN ME.

GINGER: YEAH, THANK YOU.

[MUSIC]

GINGER: WELL, WHAT DO YOU THINK?

WOULD YOU ALLOW US TO TACKLE SOME OF YOUR BIG LIFE QUESTIONS?

WE WOULD LOVE TO HELP.

YOU CAN SEND YOUR QUESTIONS TO US THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA.

GO ON TWITTER, USE #ASKJOYCE.

YOU CAN DO 'EM ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE, OR OUR "EVERYDAY ANSWERS"

PAGE AT OUR WEBSITE, JOYCEMEYER.ORG.

IT'S REALLY EASY.

YOU JUST PUT YOUR QUESTION IN AND BE WATCHING FOR A TIME THAT

JOYCE MIGHT ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS, WHETHER IT'S OUR

"HELP ME" SEGMENT OR THROUGH SOME OF HER TEACHING.

AND SO IT IS REALLY HELPFUL TO SEE WHAT GOD'S WORD HAS TO SAY

ABOUT OUR OWN PERSONAL DILEMMAS.

WE ALSO LOVE TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, SO NOW IT'S TIME

FOR "YOUR VOICE."

[MUSIC]

GINGER: THANKS FOR SHARING HOW GOD HAS BEEN FREEING YOU

FROM BONDAGE.

YOUR ANSWERS ARE REALLY INSPIRING.

HERE IS ONE FROM KATHRYN.

SHE SAYS: "GOD HAS TAKEN AWAY MY BITTERNESS AND ANGER

TOWARD PEOPLE.

FOR ONCE, I CAN TRULY LOVE AGAIN AND BE LOVED.

I'VE HAD THREE BAD MARRIAGES AND I DIDN'T CARE ANYMORE.

I HATED LIFE, BUT WITH PRAYER--EVERYTHING CHANGED.

I LET GOD IN MY LIFE, AND I AM A BRAND-NEW ME."

THAT IS FANTASTIC.

TIA SAYS: "I'VE BEEN HOME WITH AN INJURY FOR OVER A MONTH NOW,

AND IT'S BEEN HARD TO REMAIN PATIENT.

PART OF ME WANTS TO GET BETTER FAST SO I CAN 'PLEASE EVERYONE'

WHO'S WAITING FOR ME TO GET BETTER.

BUT JESUS TELLS ME TO REST.

I AM HEALING!

I'M BEING PATIENT AND DOING ALL I CAN, SO I CAN RECOVER AND AM

LETTING GOD WORK THINGS OUT.

IT'S HARD NOT TO FEEL PRESSURED TO BE WHAT EVERYONE EXPECTS ME

TO BE, BUT JESUS SAYS REST AND LET GO OF THE FEAR."

WELL, I'LL TELL YA, IT'S NOT ALWAYS EASY IN SOME OF THOSE

SITUATIONS TO REST AND TO BE PATIENT.

AND WE DO HAVE THAT BONDAGE SOMETIMES OF MAKING EVERYBODY

ELSE HAPPY AND DOING WHAT THEY WANT US TO DO.

SO, WE HOPE THAT YOU'VE BEEN ENCOURAGED BY SOME OF THESE

THINGS.

YOU CAN ALWAYS LOOK ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE.

IF YOU JUST ARE HAVIN' KIND OF A HARD DAY AND YOU NEED SOME

ENCOURAGEMENT, CHECK IT OUT.

AND TODAY, WE WANT YOU TO TELL US HOW YOU'RE GOING TO REACH OUT

AND HELP SOMEONE ELSE.

MAKE A PLAN.

THAT'S WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

IF YOU DON'T MAKE A PLAN, YOU'LL NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH.

SO, DECIDE RIGHT NOW, AND THEN GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND TELL US.

USE #EA, AND WE'LL PROBABLY BE SHARING SOME OF THESE THINGS

WITH YOU VERY SOON ON THE PROGRAM.

RIGHT NOW, HERE'S A GLIMPSE AT WHAT'S HAPPENING NEXT WEEK.

JOYCE: STOP THINKING THAT YOU CANNOT ENJOY YOUR LIFE UNTIL ALL

OF YOUR PROBLEMS ARE OVER WITH.

A STRONG CHRISTIAN WHO'S STANDING IN CHRIST AND WALKING

IN GOD CAN ENJOY THEIR LIFE BECAUSE IT'S THE WILL OF GOD

FOR THEM TO ENJOY IT.

AND THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE LIVING ON VACATION, BUT IT MEANS

THAT YOU'RE LIVING IN THE REST OF GOD.

GINGER: DON'T FORGET THAT OFFER WE TOLD YOU ABOUT.

IT IS A GREAT ONE, A DEVOTIONAL TO REALLY HELP YOU IN YOUR TIME

WITH GOD CALLED, "MY TIME WITH GOD."

THESE LITTLE DEVOTIONALS FROM JOYCE ARE POWER PACKED.

AND THIS, FOUR TEACHINGS ON CD CALLED, "HOW TO HEAR FROM GOD."

WHAT A GREAT THING THAT WE ALL NEED.

SO, PICK THESE UP TODAY.

USE THE PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR SCREEN.

GO TO THE WEBSITE.

BUT DON'T WAIT.

AS PART OF REALLY STARTING THAT NEW--IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN DOING

IT ALREADY, STARTING THAT NEW TIME WITH GOD AS A COMMITMENT.

BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HELP OTHERS UNTIL YOU'VE REALLY FILLED

YOURSELF UP WITH GOD'S WORD.

SO, WHAT'S YOUR PLAN?

REMEMBER, YOU WON'T HELP ANYONE ELSE UNTIL YOU REALLY MAKE IT

A PRIORITY.

SO GIVE IT SOME EFFORT.

AND IF YOU DON'T, YOU MAY BE MISSING OUT ON SOMETHING

QUITE AMAZING.

WE CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR WHAT HAPPENS, SO MAKE SURE TO LET US

KNOW, AND WE'LL SEE YOU NEXT TIME.

UNE ANNÉE EN FRANCE | One Year in France (English subtitles) - Duration: 9:23.

Okay...

Let's do this.

Hey, everybody!

Okay, I'm sure you've already noticed

two different things about this video.

Mainly, I'm not speaking English

as usual on my channel.

Today I'm going to make a video entirely in French

It's my first video like this on my channel

Wow, my neighbors are seriously crazy.

The second thing: I'm not filming in the morning, like usual.

Normally, I start the day -- Saturday or Sunday -- with this, filming videos.

But I'm in the mood to film this video this evening

I tried once a couple weeks ago, I think, to film Saturday, and it was just...

It wasn't natural. I think it's more natural in the evening

when I've spoken in French throughout the day, and all that.

We're here. It's the best corner in my apartment where the light isn't the worst, at least.

Okay, a little bit of an explanation before I start the subject of this video

Many, many, many of you have asked to see this video

to listen to me speak French.

And I've wanted to, in fact. I've wanted to for several months now.

I have the feeling I'm ready to make this video, to introduce myself in French to the internet...

I don't know

It's a step, I think, a big step for me

because I've never made a video in a different language on my channel

And I'm a little nervous, actually

I've never tried to edit a video listening to myself speaking French

I think I'll notice a lot of mistakes when I edit this video

And if you notice mistakes that I make several times in the video

a really bad mistake, something that's a real problem

tell me in the comments, please!

But anyway, the reason I saved this video through these months that I wanted [to make it]

is because one year ago I decided that I would save this video for this very occasion

So it's something that I very much planned

This week, more or less, it's my "anniversary" in France

So, one year ago from almost today, I moved to France and I started my life here

And actually, it's also really close to my birthday, so...

I'm celebrating a lot right now!

That was the reason why I chose this subject for my first video...

Oh my god, okay, the genders in French are seriously complicated

Sorry, because I know I'm going to make a lot of gender errors in this video...

Today, I want to talk about talk a bit about my French, my level of French,

how I feel here in France, and all of that

after this crazy year

In case you don't know, just a little bit about my history with French

I've never taken any classes. I took Spanish at university

and I started French around two and half years ago, I think

after I met my husband (my boyfriend at that time), and he's French

So that's the reason that I now speak French...better than my Spanish

It's a bit of a shame for my Spanish, but I'm going to come back to it

And that's also the reason I live in France right now

I work here, but I use English more than French when I work

That hasn't improved my French very much, and it's a bit of a shame because

I wanted to speak French better [by now]

I imagined that I would be really bilingual

but really, I feel like I'm ALMOST bilingual...

especially when I'm talking about subjects that I know really well

I feel really, really comfortable with all of that, but

the moment I enter into a subject that I don't know very well

there are a lot of vocabulary words that pose problems for me still

It's just... It's a process

I'm still really proud of my progress. I think that's very important for people who are learning another language

It's very important to want to be better and want to improve

but to still look behind you and look at the progress that you've made

So, how do I feel here in France...?

I love France. I love Paris, even

It's been one year

I've heard that after two or three years, you get completely tired of Paris, and

and it drives you crazy and all that

but right now...I can see the bad things -- and if you want to see a video about that

I'm happy to do it, because

Paris isn't always "the beautiful Paris" that everyone talks about

There are things that are seriously bad about Paris, and there are things that are really beautiful about Paris

But I'm a lot more used to life here and life in French

It's the first time that I've lived for a long time in a non-English-speaking country

I lived in the US for most of my life

I lived in England -- of course, English-speaking as well

I lived for just about three months in Spain, and it was really cool, but

it was just three months, you know

So, it wasn't for a long time. I didn't really get used to...

being there and being in a country that speaks Spanish

and now, after a year, I'm TOO used to it I think

because I was [just] in Spain

and I wanted to speak French with everyone there

One thing that's still a little "annoying", let's say

and I think it's something that'll continue to be annoying for a while

It's that, in English... I studied English, it was my major, I studied literature

Languages, communication -- it's really something that I love

and I'm a bit proud of my level of English, my native language

There's the ability to speak your language, but then there's also this level of really knowing your language

And that was my subject, that was what I studied at university

So, communication is something I love, and in French...

There are many situations where I really want to speak well

I don't just want to speak to be understood, but to speak WELL and to be impressive

So...

That's still not possible for me right now with French

It limits you a bit, so...it's a bit annoying for me sometimes

It's better, of course, than when I really didn't have any words, when my level was really low

but sometimes it's a bit more frustrating, perhaps

just because I know that I'm almost there. I'm almost there!

And I just can't manage to yet

But I know that it'll get there

In the future, I hope that I can speak really well. I want to be completely bilingual

and I think it's possible. It's really possible

I'm almost there, I know there's a lot of vocabulary that I'm lacking still

It's still that... And, because I never took classes and all that,

sometimes -- even though my level of Spanish isn't as good or as fluid as my French --

at times there are vocabulary words that I know in Spanish and that I can't manage to remember in French

And it's just because I didn't take classes

I really learned from speaking, from watching videos and all that

If you want, I can make a whole video on this subject

..... xD

Okay, I'm losing my French now. I think it's almost time to end this video

But if you want a video about that -- I've talked about how to learn a language and everything before, but

if you want something like that in French, perhaps, I can do that

I know that I have some work to do with French, always

It's going to be a very long road, I know

to be completely bilingual in a language... If you speak more than one language, you know this already

But it's something that I know I can do, and I really, really want to

It's something that's very possible, I know

And it's not JUST because I'm here that I want to be bilingual and that I want to speak French really well

but, also...it would be a bit less complicated if I spoke perfectly

to go to the grocery store or to be in the street and someone asks for directions

That's happened to me several times, actually

I'm going to end this video here because I have the impression that I'm talking and talking and talking

and I'm not really actually saying much

Thank you so much for watching this video until here, until the end

I hope that you enjoyed it. If you want to see more videos in French on this channel

with subtitles in English, of course, always

If I make a video in a different language on this channel, this English channel

I promise there will be subtitles in English as well

But if you want to see more videos in French, let me know in the comments

Let me know too if you have subjects that you want me to talk about, in videos in French or in English or what have you

I hope you liked this video, and I'll see you in another video very soon!

How Do I Find Jesus In The Middle Of My Hurt And Loneliness? | Serious Sundays - Duration: 7:47.

Arguably the toughest question anyone can ask is 'How do I find Jesus in the

middle of my hurt and loneliness?' And this was asked to me by a very dear

friend and when I heard it I was stumped because yes I have been blessed a lot

with beautiful family and so many things and so much in my life that I'm able to

do thanks to God's grace... I have also faced a lot of hurt and loneliness that

has made me just want to collapse into myself hide in a corner and completely

lose hope in that moment let me tell you for someone who is completely about the

hope of Jesus and how amazing life is with him for someone like that to lose

hope it feels a really really dark and so I can tell you firsthand that if I

were to look at Jesus through this lens of my heart and loneliness I would I

wouldn't go anywhere near him I wouldn't be able to see him and and here's why

it's because what hurt and loneliness does is it isolates you it's the same

way a turtle retreats into its shell and when a turtle's inside its shell it's

gonna take a lot for it to come out and look at the light again because it

doesn't trust the outside there's this really beautiful verse I want to share

with you it's from Romans 8 verse 26 and it says the Spirit also comes to help us

weak as we are for we do not know how we ought to pray the Spirit Himself pleads

with God for us in groans that words cannot express this verse is telling me

something really amazing it says that prayer which is actually the simplest

thing any believer can do just talk to God this verse is saying that we don't

even know to do that we're so weak and so far from the wisdom

of God that we don't have the first clue of knowing what we are feeling and how we

ought to pray to the Father in heaven who made us and it makes sense I mean if

we were to create a robot even with all the high technology

and mind-reading abilities it's not the same as a human talking to a human so it

makes sense that we wouldn't really know how to appropriately converse with God

especially in moments when we are weak as ugh

so when the Spirit of God is

allowed into this equation it rightly changes the question from 'how do I' into

'how can God show Jesus to me?'

okay because through this verse we can see

that we are highly incapable of helping ourselves we cannot even ask for help we

can't even pray for help we're that incapable and so we need to just allow the Spirit

of God to help change this thing entirely on its head

so when we are in

pain we can't expect ourselves to find Jesus okay because all you're gonna do

is end up beating yourself with questions like why am i not praying

enough or why I'm not able to concentrate on God enough why can't I

read my Bible these kind of questions that just make you feel you're not good

enough and it further makes you retreat into your shell what we need to do first

is acknowledge this all is way beyond you

we are pretty amazing human beings, I'll give us that, but there are so many

experiences that we alone cannot deal with

once you acknowledge your weakness

acknowledge God's strength so now the burden isn't on you to find Jesus or to

get help

shift your focus go to a hill look down a valley see the greatness of

God not the greatness of your pain and I'm gonna give you another verse to help

it's in Psalms 55 verse 22 which says throw your burden upon the Lord and He

will take care of you you will never allow the righteous to be shaken now

it doesn't say the righteous are unshakeable or they are not able to carry burdens we

carry burdens all the time and all the time we are shaken what it's saying is

throw your burden upon the Lord and then the Lord will not allow you to be shaken

this burden is the thing that is shaking you and

He's saying child give it to me it's made for me not you I didn't make you with the

ability to carry this burden I'm here to help you and you need to give this

burden to me if you want that help but how exactly do you go about this you

stop blaming yourself stop thinking - if you hadn't done this

this would have happened - if you hadn't said this he wouldn't have said that - if you

had just been more careful then you could have averted this danger or that

situation would have never happened - you're so lonely because you never allowed anyone

in - stop it. Just stop doing everything on your own

understand this the act of throwing is way ahead letting go I have let go

plenty of times let's let go something okay I let go

this but it's right here I can pick it back up and I let go again

and I'm fine and I'm free but as soon as a moment of vulnerability comes it's right

here throwing means you gather everything throw it

way out of your reach

into the arms of God

okay it's not throwing to someone who can then backfire it upon you or it's not

throwing into some kind of weird twisted river which will give it back to you

with its waves not river that would be an ocean

the truth is nothing can

handle this burden except God and you need to throw it to him and he will deal

with it he will not just carry it but he's gonna deal with it in a way that it

needs to be dealt with in a way that you cannot it's a great advantage I think

that we get to throw our burden to God and we don't have to carry it believe me

it's much easier saying it than actually doing it

I've taken years to throw some

of my burdens forget let go but to actually throw it away it's it's really

tough but you need to realize this burden is not meant for you it's not meant to

be something that you should keep bothering yourself with and it keeps

stunting your growth and yes we have wounds and we have hurt and pain that

doesn't just go once you've thrown away your burden okay the scars remain still

pricks now and then memories especially really hard to erase

but here's the thing we are not alone we're not dealing with this burden alone and that

makes all the difference in the world and once you have finally used all your

strength and energy to expel this thing from you then you can see Jesus he's

right there holding your burden like a tame little puppy for us these burdens

are like huge monsters crushing us every day but for him

well...He's our God, He knows

how to deal with our problems okay

He's been dealing with us so

and now since

you've given Jesus the responsibility of taking care of you he can finally

finally prove to you how his strength is made perfect in your weakness

I know this is

a lot to swallow it's it's easy to say and it's hard to do but it's infinitely

better than being constantly stuck in this hurt and loneliness I hope this

helped you feel free to email me at the email that I've given in the description

below I'm Vihan Damaris on serious Sundays signing off

YAKITORI IN JAPAN by Sebastiano Serafini - Duration: 4:30.

Hi guys, I'm Sebastiano Serafini and welcome to another video of Sebastiano Serafini in Japan!

If you're new to this channel, don't forget to SUBSCRIBE!

leave a LIKE and share it if you liked this video and also if you don't like it!

Today I'm here to talk about one thing that I love about Japanese cuisine

the YAKITORI

Yakitori means literally "bird on a grill"

In these Yakitori restaurants you can find pieces of chicken meat and other parts of chicken meat,

and you can order some unique pieces that are composed by chicken.

for example there is the cartilage piece or the chicken skin.

Obviously different pieces will have a different price and also another taste.

Well, since I went out eating them I wanted to share this experience.

I took basically a picture of everything that I ate.

The one that I prefer is the Sasami (normal meat), because it has more proteins and less fat, and I also love the taste of the meat.

Yakitori can be served salted or in the Tare sauce.

I prefer them salted, the Tare sauce is too sweet

it's good, the thing is that I don't like sugar very much.

It's made with soya sauce, sakkè,

and then with Mirin (it's a sweet sakkè)

and then there is obviously sugar.

They dip them in the sauce.

The taste is like a contrast between grilled meat and sweet

a lot of people like that, I prefer salt

there are some places where they put curry powder,

and sometimes also with spicy sauce.

It depends where you go and which you like.

Anyway, there are a lot of Yakitori...

you can order the thigh (Momo)

the breast (Mune)

you can also take the (Nigima) it's basically chicken and onions

or the Torigawa that it's made with the chicken skin

then we have the Reba that I can't eat and I don't like it... it's the liver...

If you like the liver, write that in the comments below.

Beyond the chicken meat you can find chicken meatballs

or you can take the Piman, that's green pepper

then you can also find the Aspara Bacon, (Asparagus wrapped in Bacon)

and also the Bacon Cheese (Cheese wrapped in Bacon)

I like tham all, my favourite is Mune

if you come to Japan I recommend to try them.

I hope you liked this video.

If you want that I do more videos about restaurants, leave a comment

also if you want that I try something

See you tomorrow, always at 2pm (Italian Time).

enjoy!

Now we're going to eat Yakitori.

Good meat skewers,

thay also have Nabe

a lot of good things!

I love Yakitori, everything is chicken, that means a lot of proteins!

We have here a drink with Soda, Whiskey, Tomato and Orange,

I will try it, I already know that it will be disgusting...

So, now arrived the Otoshi,

the chicken already came, it's only cooked at the outside, so well, we will try it

let's do a Kanpai, with this cocktail! It will be disgusting, I already feel it...!

at 2pm comes out the japanese school video that you asked

Today I already made 10 videos!

I don't know if they're good, but I had fun in doing them.

Look at the row chicken, it's a speciality here.

It's chicken sushi!

Here we have the "Kushi Katsu"

My friend here loves this!^^

then we have here some pork skewers, but I'm waiting for the chicken ones!

I ate a lot, I remind you that the finished skewers you need to put them here

look, you can also charge your phone!

As second thing we ordered this Nabe

the pot already came and we can put that on the gas.

we cook Nabe

I can't wait to eat it!!!!

delicious!

flowers and then have them around you while you draw it could mean going to a

little greenhouse or plant nursery if it's the winter there are lots of ways

to interpret this challenge and it doesn't mean to specifically have to go

out on a hike and use wildflowers as your inspiration but it's an idea and

that's what I'm doing so that's why I'm sharing it ouch my feet I'm barefoot right now

2017 Average Car Payment Invested (How Auto Loans Prevent You From Wealth) - Duration: 10:30.

so what would happen if you took that car payment you might be making right

now and instead invested it every single month today we're gonna be talking about

how much wealth you could actually build for you and your family just by

investing the average American car payment every single month after you've

watched this video it might blow your mind how much money your car payment and

your car is actually costing you that's coming up right now

what's up guys it's Mike and chipper I am so glad to see all of you

once again how is your week bin new to this channel I just want to say welcome

highly consider subscribing because every single week on this channel I make

new videos that are gonna help you with your finances investments taxes and

things that are gonna help you in your career and your everyday life are you

guys loving this fall weather I am totally loving on fall weather here

where I live in California fall is like basically the only time of the year

where the temperatures dropped from the 90s down into the lower 60s and even the

lower 70s so the temperature is actually enjoyable

now so that's why fall is my favorite time of the year another favorite part

of fall is actually the pumpkin the pumpkin painting actually made this guy

at work not too long ago and I actually put a play boat on him sorry I just had

to share this pumpkin with you it kind of looks like me after a week of tax

season okay guys let's get this started back in a previous video I talked about

how in 2016 it was the first time in history that the average car loan

reached this the $30,000 mark and the average car payment back in 2016

reached the 500 the 500 and $30 a month range now beyond that you know typically

in the past car loans would only last or be financed for three to five years

starting in 2016 car loans can now be financed up to

eighty four months and the average American is taking between six to seven

years to pay off their vehicle so what does this all mean for you guys even

right now at this point in time as we were getting close to the end of 2017 we

are now our generation is paying more for their car than any generation before

them vehicles are more expensive than ever and people are paying more and more

interest on their vehicles so why does this all even matter to you and me well

the reason that matters is because if we're trying to get ahead financially

and we're trying to reach our financial goals a car is one of the most expensive

things we can purchase and it can do major major damage not only to our

current finances but to our future of finances as well so now please join me

as we take a step into the shoes the average American and what are we

gonna do as the average American we're gonna go get a car and the car we're

gonna get it's going to be a thirty thousand dollar car and let's pretend we

don't put any money down so we have a thirty thousand dollar car loan now we

finance the whole darn thing and let's just pretend our payment is five hundred

and ten dollars per month which falls in the national average range okay now I'm

really going to show you some examples of how much money you could generate if

you were instead not buying a car but investing this money we're gonna look at

two examples because I want to give you guys two different perspectives are

different ways to look at this in our first example what we're gonna do is

we're going to pretend we took all that thirty thousand dollars and just

invested it and we didn't invest any more after that we just invested that

money and then we let it sit we let it the interest compound on it over thirty

years chippers show them the numbers okay guys

like I was saying in this first example we've invested the thirty thousand

dollars and we're never investing again now through the power of compounding

interest we're gonna let this money grow as you guys can see if we invest $3,000

and even if we just get a measly 4% average annual rate of return this money

is gonna grow into a hundred thousand dollars after 30 years so we could have

purchased that vehicle three times now if we go look at what the average stock

market return would be which is ranging between six and eight percent if you got

six percent the money would grow to a one hundred and eighty thousand if you

got eight percent your money would grow to three hundred and twenty eight

thousand dollars if you guys are really good investors and you could knock out a

12% return every year then that thirty thousand dollars that she would have

spitting it into a car would have grown into a million dollars after 30 years

all right guys in the second and final example we're gonna look on-screen if

what would happen if we invested five hundred and ten dollars a month every

single year for 30 years and we got various annual average rates of return

and we can see what that's good money is gonna grow to right now chipper show

them the information okay guys assuming we invested five hundred ten dollars a

month for 30 years if we got a 4% rate of return the money

would grow to roughly three hundred and fifty five thousand dollars five percent

rate of return the money would grow to four hundred twenty six thousand dollars

if we got the seven or eight percent average annual rate of return to the

stock market the money would grow to six - anywhere from six hundred thousand to

seven hundred and sixty-five thousand dollars and if we were a decent investor

beating the averages if we could get a ten or twelve percent rate of return on

that money our money would grow anywhere from a million to 1.8 million dollars

after 30 years

whoa those are some interesting numbers if he asked me now my question for you

guys is what would you rather have now that you know this information would you

rather have a $30,000 car or would you rather have the chance to someday have

hundreds of thousands or even up to a million dollars or more someday the

choice is up to you most Americans are choosing the vehicle

over a million dollars but they don't even realize it they don't even realize

that there's so much lost opportunity cost and the reason they don't think

about it and that's really what this video is truly about is that just to get

us to think about it a little bit more think about hey you know can I buy a

cheaper vehicle well a cheaper vehicle get me the same result in Austin at will

there's a lot of options out there you don't have to go buy a brand new car

look for used cars I mean I'm going to show you right now why the Ford Windstar

is my wife and I secret weapon take a look I hope you all can see this right

now I'm filming in my garage with my iPhone this is my wife and I secret

weapon are one of our secret weapons in terms of how we're able to save and

invest so much every month what you're looking at is a 95 ford windstar van

this car has no payment on it it's completely paid off as you can expect

based on its age this is what I drive to work every day I just drive it to

working back and I'm gonna try to keep this car as long as possible because it

allows us to save and invest so much of our money every single month and of

course I get made fun of for driving this a car that's so old I cuz I have

the oldest car and parking lot now where I work and so I get made fun of but

really for the financial security we have they can make fun of me all day

long bottom line guys is it's so easy to get

a car there every single month I get multiple offers for auto loans every at

least two or three every single month to go purchase the new vehicle but you

don't have to delay gratification it can really build you know if you delay large

expenditures like this but instead invest the money you can truly someday

have financial freedom it's not that hard but you cannot be like the average

American we just can't if we want to achieve those kind of results you have

to think differently you and I have to think differently about how that

money impacts s now what the reason I think so many people struggle with the

idea of opportunity costs is because it's invisible until you actually

calculate what the numbers could be it's completely invisible it's not seen in

the real world you actually have to take time and sit down and look on paper what

that money would compound to over time at various rates of return I don't know

about you guys but what I found to be true in life is that often the person

with a nice car is usually broke whereas the person with an older car is usually

the person with money and I hope that you can see when I showed you that video

of that Ford Windstar I thought I truly do practice what I preach on this

channel I well I want to walk the walk and talk the talk I don't want to give

you guys fake information or fake advice there's too much of it out there and I'm

sick of seeing that I want to give you legitimate information of things I'm

doing so that you can do them too if you want to you don't have to listen to a

thing I say well I just encourage you to think a little bit more about these

large purchases and how they might impact your finances down the road if

you want to reach your financial goals if you want to get ahead financially and

for the rest of your life and set yourself up well this is one of the best

ways to do it is don't take out a lot of vehicle debt find the cheapest car you

can find and invest that money strategically plan your finances and run

it like a business and someday you too can have financial freedom

alright guys if you enjoyed the video make sure you smash that like button

share this information with a friend and be sure to subscribe if you've not

already if you guys have any questions or comments about anything we discuss in

the video just drop them in the comment section down below and I will make sure

to get back to you alright guys I just want to say thank you so much for your

this video I will see you guys next week but until then I hope you guys have a

My school path / Why I'm not going to school anymore ? - Duration: 11:25.

Hello I find you today in a new video and today I will talk to you about a subject that is very important to me

it's my school experience my experience with CNED and why I'm not going to school anymore

This video is very important to me because I would like it to help you if you are in the same situation

in which I was a few years ago

and you learn a little more about me so let's go!

To begin I will talk to you quickly about my school path so that you can understand what is happening

my primary there is nothing to say it was perfect I had great friends

it was cool! Towards cm2 I was getting really bored

so I thought it's ok, college is going to be much better

as little precision during the summer between cm2 and 6th I did a test with my psychologist

of Qi so a test to test the intellectual potential

and I was diagnosed early child, gifted, high intellectual potential, HPI

here and so suddenly it allowed me to understand that

it was normal that I feel different from the others since I had always felt a bit out of the way,

a little different, not thinking like everyone else etc.

And to have facilities so suddenly it has a little cleared but it's true that good

at that age, at 11, I was not really paying attention

but to have done it at the moment that explains a lot of things.

Then we go to college

6th was ok

I was a little bit boring but

in progress i mean, i made new friends etc since there was almost no one i knew this class

unfortunately during the sixth and the fifth I was put in classes called garbage classes that is to say that in my college was

ABC

the elite classes, D-E-F the garbage classes so we put

those who stayed and those who had the most difficulty.

So I was put in this class...

So here's the 6th I got bored but in the end I was really starting to get

to be fed up with it in fact of the little baby mentality that there was in this class

and I crossed the fingers so that in fifth I change class except that in 5th they did about the same classes

Great ! Arrived in 5th I was bored enormously, it was starting to not go

To explain a little more I am emetophobic so that is the phobia of throwing up

and for me the months

october november december january and even a little february it's a little bit complicated because

this is where there is more gastro etc so

I tend to worry a lot. And so every time spend this period there is enough

complicated for me but in addition there I realized that I was not like everyone

that everything that was happening in the class instead of making me laugh etc that bored me

that yeah actually I really understood that, that's where I really understood that I was not like everyone else.

And when you're 12 years old it's quite complicated to accept.

so

arrive in March

February-March I think I was starting to have big big attacks of anxiety and have a lot of trouble sleeping, I had sleep troops

I did not want to go to school anymore, I was always sad and I did not really understand why.

I was not harassed at school or did not have bad grades etc so

I did not understand in fact and then deep in me I was mad at

that everything goes well and that I can be sad. So that's where I started not to go really regularly

I could just go there I had too much anxiety attacks.

This is where it started

so the 5th it was that

I did just in March and after that it was complicated, a lot of absences

but they decided

in view of my results to make me go fourth and also to pass me in a fourth

elite ie to put me in 4th A. Arrived there it was necessary that I

getting to know new faces, there were people I knew a little bit because I was doing dance etc so

I knew a few people but it's true that it's the age when girls are hyper competitive

even if I think that after high school they are too.

Anyway, I was seen a bit like the weird but people came to talk to me

I tried to integrate at best but it's true that I was a little preoccupied by

by my anxieties. I thought that at school level it would help me but not too much in fact I also started to get bored

and then I started not going there anymore, I think in November.

When I say more go, it is not I decided overnight to not go there it was all the time efforts to go.

And crisis of anxiety on crisis of anxiety is exhausting for those who have and for those who know not to make the difference

stress is something that can be managed and anxiety crisis / panic crisis is something that is not managed that is not controlled

and I have often repeated I want to do it but I can not do it and that's something that teachers

and even the entourage has trouble understanding.

It is this sensation that I have always described,

it's as if I wanted to go forward but I was pulled back by my anxieties

and that was a little bit

it was complicated anyway.

So I started less and less go and less we go less friend so less we are supported so more is complicated

we feel different too. At school level it was ok, I tried to catch up a little bit

somehow with what others could give me but

I know it was complicated for them too to make photocopies etc I could spend

exams, checks I did it and it created a lot of jealousy because

I had good grades at these controls. You could not blame me too much

apart from not being there. I went back a little bit in February

I went two hours here two hours there, I went back and I might not have to go there

because the teachers started telling me that I had to get into the boxes.

How to say that I had understood in fact that I was not made for a box and it is already complicated to

accept but what more if I'm told it's in front of everyone

it's very very hard. So after that it started to go that I started to

to be more and more comfortable by going there an hour in an hour or so.

I thought the third is your last college go dark it's going to be okay

Yeah well I might have had to abstain because after three weeks had to start

I started to have big anxiety attacks and I could not go again.

So until February I struggled to try to find solutions, discussed with psychologists etc what could be done.

It is true that we came a little bit out of the possibilities

and in my head since the 4th trotting the story of CNED.

I started talking to my parents

who were initially a little reluctant because inevitably when we decide to do the courses at home we cut off the world

must know it.

The others are at school all day long and we are the only ones doing the lessons.

It may not be easy it's true that seeing the patent approach we just did not want that

for my anxieties I miss my patent.

So I decided to register and so I registered in February. I received my classes I worked as a sick person

and it was patent time when I had an anxiety attack the same day.

When I was there, going back to school was very hard and I came across an incredible

I thank the universe, a nurse who kindly proposed to me to pass the patent in his

office so that I can do it without anxiety attack so of course I accepted I passed and ...

I got my patent so I was pretty proud because

it had been in the years before and here it was, I was too happy to have it and came after high school the question of high school.

So what I wanted

go ? Where did I want to continue the CNED?

And for the second

honestly i did not feel able to, i wanted to take a break because the years before bah it's trying

Here I just wanted to take a break to try the cned and if I did not get there maybe I would have gone back to high school.

Except that in the second bah I fell in love

it's simply a way of

to organize to have free time as I said I fell in love with the operating mode of cned

and so the second went very well

Then came the question

the first so

Since I loved this mode of operation I decided to continue.

I had a lot of pressure anyway because ben there were bac exams, it's true that they told me but you're sure you'll get there

you do not want to take teachers

in addition in case.

I say nan nan I can get there I feel able.

I finished the program in March that is to say that I have not badly charbonned.

and

so I spent the tests everything went very well this time no anxiety and the results I confess I had a little

the ball in the stomach because we always question ourselves we say to myself did I do well?

Should not I have had to listen to others and take a teacher? And in fact in view of the results

I did it well because I'm going to say it because I'm pretty proud of it, at my time I did it alone

the teachers who interrogated me told me already that

I worked a lot

in view of the file that I had given and I had 16 so I am extremely proud of it.

I am extremely proud of my other notes, my parents are also very proud of what I did.

Because in fact others are more surprised than me

because as I have in the previous video I still have trouble telling me that it's complicated because for me it's the best

the best way to access education for me the classical school system does not suit me but I also know and I say

that yes the cned is not suitable for everyone, it requires rigor and discipline.

You just have to find his way, actually.

Came the question of bah this year the terminale what I was doing is what I was going to in a high school since

a few years before I said good

in the final I would go to high school to have teachers etc but there since I have

seen by myself that I could get there without a teacher I decided to continue to cned since as I said I'm really in love with cned.

If you want other videos on the cned tell me in the comments like that I'll tell you how I organize myself

how are things going on with them etc.

So now this year I'm still at the cned it's going very well

I'm going well

and then I am confident for the bac!

So here is this video is over

I hope ou like it, do not hesitate to tell me

as I said previously in the comments the ideas of videos that you would like to see on the cned or just on my channel

Also do not hesitate to tell me your course if you too had a path a bit fraught with pitfalls like mine.

I really hope that

through this video you will have seen that

if you struggling too you are not alone

and who always has solutions that maybe it will not be the cned, maybe it will be the professional way, maybe it will be

to continue in the traditional school system but that if you do not go into these little boxes, there is always a way to get there

certainly it takes more effort because you always have to find alternatives but

here I am the living proof it is possible.

Unti my next video

we can meet on the social networks that will be in bar info I send you a lot of love a lot of positivity

and here I do you huge kisses and I tell you very soon ciao

IQOS - Problems and Errors - Duration: 4:56.

Hello

I have seen the same problem on all IQOS devices after 3.4 months

After I finish my cigarette and the red light goes off

When we put it in the device

This error occurs

On all devices

So after 3.4 months, that's a surprise

We'll take it out, we'll try again

And eventually it will work

But with time, this error still occurs

More and more often

Which is annoying

What I noticed, like some cigarettes

Tobacco is very tough

And it feels when we get in

It's getting very hard

After the green light goes off, we notice that we shoot harder

That's the cigarette problem

It is not due to the appliance or is not cleaned

And with well-worn appliances and chopsticks

And with the brush, it's the same

It smokes but gets very hard

I have to shoot very hard

Otherwise, after 6 months, after using IQOS devices

If you can not let go of cigarettes I'm ok

But it would be best left

Another look, the batteries

At first, it takes a lot

After that, 2 packs of cigarettes

It is normal that it is a rechargeable battery

It is easy to clean

It's good to beat the dirt

It is clean, if necessary we use the chopsticks

I recommend them, they have a kind of spirits

Clean up very well

They're not expensive

It's about 20

Of course it comes out black

We wipe out here as well

And it is very important that the lid does not jump from cleaning it

Because there are deposits here too

And from here, there may be problems when we pull out the cigarette harder

The problem is from tobacco, but it can also be broken

You almost do not smoke at all, you get naked

It's black

Otherwise, for 6 months I smoke IQOS

And it's okay

Before we smoke 2 packs of cigarettes

Sober CHROME, that's why I understand with AMBER

It's orange

They're a bit stronger than the yellow ones

And the green ones are too mint

A second month no error occurred on any device

Then the errors begin

It makes you buy another device if you want to continue

This is the main issue at IQOS
