Youtube daily report Nov 2 2017

Hi guys! How are you today? I hope you are doing super good and welcome to those who are new to my channel.

You can´t even imagine the place I am at right now.

I am in the land of the Scorpions, Durango!

I had said that this was the land of the Scorpions.

They have a hill that is made out of iron and lead.

It doesn´t have the same quantity as before.

In that hill, the Scorpions were located and because of the heat,

it caused them to reproduce more and more poisonous.

In fact, the Scorpion of Durango is the third most poisonous in the world.

The biggest Scorpion in the world was also captured here in Durango.

Many of the houses that are here have this waterway.

In them there are little animals similar to shrimp, but these have small antennas.

And the kids come here and fish them with a rope and a nut.

They put it in a tortilla and they eat it.

El Saltito!

Look my friends, I am with Pedro, he is our tour guide for today.

He has been a very good person with us.

This waterfall was formed with the impact of a meteorite.

But how did the water appear?

It´s one of the arms of the River Tunal. This river passes very close to San Juan del Río del Centauro,

and a deviation was made.

It´s a historical place for Durango right?

Yes. El Saltito is one of the most representative places for this city.

Four waterfalls in the column of the lower part.

It has also been used as a movie set.

The first movie of Adam and Eve was filmed here, in the lower part of this great river,

and recognized as El Saltito.

And there are so many more things to see. Let´s go!

Right now we are going to go taste 12 types of Mezcal.

Add me!

If we start speaking weird, don´t blame us. It´s part of the show.

Good afternoon!

Welcome to El Malpais. This is where the process of the elaboration of Mezcal begins.

The maguey we use is called Maguey Cenizo Durangensis.

It´s wild maguey.

And what you are seeing right now is a cooker.

This is where we cook the Mezcal.

We clean the cooker very well.

And then we add the firewood that we are going to use.

We stack it nicely and in the center we leave a mouth.

And that is where we are feeding the fire.

All these rocks are heated up. On top of the heated rocks we put the agave.

We cover it up with grass and a canvas.

It is left to cook from 3 to 4 days.

Alright, now let´s go over there.

As you can see, we chop them.

And with a shovel we insert them here already chopped,

coming out grounded as so.

Once grounded we put them in here. This is the fermentation area.

We fill those holes up that look like drawers and the fermentation lasts three days and three nights.

After the three days, we pass it over here where the man is covering up.

The other side is already on, he steps again and the first distillation begins called water wine.

He takes it off, and puts it back for the second distillation.

In the second distillation the water stays there, and we let the pure mezcal pass through over there.

Here is the area of barrels, where we rest and age it.

This is quiote of Mezcal and we are going to try it.

It´s good. It´s very strong.

Up! down! center! and in!

This is grape liquour.

It wasn´t so bad. It´s good. It´s not as strong as the pure Mezcal.

Here in the El Malpais you can try the drinks and you can also get food.

These are the gorditas. They are kind of different of how we use them in the north.

They are sealed up and have everything inside.

Valvina Gómez, she is in charge of the place.

What are the gorditas made out of? Because they are very good.

We gave you pork rind,

red and green picadillo,

rajas with cottage cheese

and beans with cheese. They are so good!

For all bad Mezcal, for all good too. If it doesn´t go away, you forget it!

The great Mezcal of Malpais.

Film of the Old West.

More than 167 movies have been filmed.

Celebrating the 60th anniversary of colume films in Durango,

the Rising Texas came,

or the Rangers of Texas. Durango, the land of the cinema, Durango film.

We are rich!

All these signs represent all the films that have been shot here.

They are everywhere in the park, it´s so cool! Really makes you feel like if you were in those Old West times.

We are in the museum of Popular Cultures.

I am with Ms. Sochi who will share with us some fun facts of the museum. As you can see, it is very colorful.

And why is that? Our ethnic groups really like colorful colors.

In some beginning it was said that it was because they wanted to imitate the colors of the ones that conquered

when they arrived. Their clothing is also very colorful

and they would dress that way to be seen by their gods.

This room is dedicated to craft awards.

It´s an annual contest elaborated by the coordination of Popular Cultures.

And the piece of art made by the winner stays inside of the museum.

Indigenous and Popular culture are in here, as long as the artist is born in Durango and the material that he or she

used to produce their handicraft is from Durango.

This is the common use of the Guaje. It is used as a container to drink water.

And how they personalize it with our ethnic groups.

Something very special in the museum that I really like is this mask.

Made out of dehydrated nopal.

This is a basketry room made with natural resources.

With this our ethnic groups make their furniture.

This is a ceremonial chair. Where the sorcerer Chaman sits when an important ceremony is taken place.

For them the sorcerer has the highest authority. The one that has the last saying is him.

You can see all of these fun facts here

there are so many more to discover in the museum

that is why we invite you to come to the museum of Popular Cultures in Durango. Goodbye!

The cathedral has a very interesting story because it talks about a nun named Beatriz.

She was in a convent and got out because she went after her parents that had died.

So she had been visiting the Cathedral, and doing stuff at home to pass the time.

She found a French soldier who was in a troop. He had been stabbed with a knife

and was scared, so he asked for help in one of the houses, which was Beatriz´s.

She helped, cured and hid him. They fell in love.

He wanted to leave out of fear of being caught and having them both killed.

When he left, he was caught and killed.

Beatriz found out she was pregnant and swore that he was going to come back.

Here in Cathedral she would go up on the left tower to get a better view of the whole city,

to wait for his arrival.

He never came back. They found her dead body, she had jumped off the building days before her baby was due.

And they say that she shows up every night in the left tower.

Meli tell on me if I am lying.

At night time Durango has a different view, yes or no?

Completely different view. So many lights!

It´s so beautiful, very colonial, everything is antique.

Such a calm place to be if you want to come with your family.

But they always want to crash us. And why is that? Because we cross when the light is green, but it doesn´t

but they want to crash us. They have to wait.

They have something in their DNA that makes them glow in the dark. No one knows why but it´s a characteristic of the Scorpion.

The people that hunt them down use an ultra violet light to do so.

These still have poison in them. The ones that are found in tacos and lollipops are obviously prepared,

so they can´t harm you.

Scorpion with chili.. yummy!

The tunnel of the mine. Armando is telling us that this tunnel is real right?

Yes. This tunnel was made during the times of the Christian war.

In 1926 to 1929.

Back then the fathers were chased and killed, that´s why these tunnels were made, to hide and transport them.

This tunnel connects with 3 temples, San Miguel Arcangel, Cathedral and Santana.

In the mines that they had, they would put jails to punish those who did not do as they were told.

Every person that was brought in here did not make it out alive. Because inside of it, there was a Scorpion.

The one that I was telling you about at the beginning.

One of them asked if they would grant his liberty if he made it. He asked for matches and a small bench.

He captured him and made it out alive.

You can imagine how scary it would be to be down here most of the time, so they would make their own altar

to pray to God to make it out.

How did they know when there was no more oxygen and had to evacuate the mine?

In the colonial times, when they were down here, they would use candles.

When the fire became less, it meant that there was no more oxygen, or that is was almost gone, so they had to leave.

Or they would also put canaries in cages.

If the canary died, that meant that there was no more oxygen, and they had to start running.

This lycanthrope used to exist. It was found here in a town called Nombre de Dios.

You can buy rocks that are brought in from the mine. I bought this one!

We invite you to come visit us in the tunnel of the mine, you are always welcome here.

Ride in tranvía around Durango!

Here is the waiting area to go on the cable car and we are next!

Alright, pay attention. We are going to start with a prayer.

Hi tito! (grandpa). We are in your home land tito, it is very beautiful!

After you get on the cable car, on the other side there is a small store with souvenirs and food. Melissa bought green obleas.

I bought this Scorpion clock.

And souvenirs that also have Scorpions in them.

A small cow boy boot that you can use for Mezcal shots, a typical drink here.

Any many other things, like Melissa´s obleas.

You have to come to the gazer up here. You come up in the elevator

and you will have an incredible beautiful and panoramic view of Durango.

My friends I am here with two gentleman in charge of the Secretary of Tourism of Durango, and they have a message for you.

Hi friends, we invite you to Durango to see all its beauties, to get stung by a Scorpion and to eat tacos out of it.

To all of the subscribers of Tourism with Pao, we give you a warm welcoming to our city

you have your home here. We have many attractives and things to offer. We will wait for you with open arms.

This was the end of the video.I hope that you liked it, and if you did, make sure to give it a like, subscribe and turn on notifications to follow me on my next adventures.

No more mistakes with MODALS! 3 Easy Rules - Duration: 9:57.

Hi. I'm Rebecca from engVid.

In this lesson you'll learn how to use modal verbs properly, and how to avoid making the

most common mistakes that students sometimes make when using these special helping verbs.

Now, even though modal verbs doesn't sound that exciting, when you see what they are

you'll realize that we use these verbs all the time, and so you need to know how to use

them correctly. Right? Okay.

So, let's look at what modal verbs are.

So, these are words that express different kinds of things.

For example, they might express ability, possibility, permission, obligation. Okay?

And some other things like that.

And they behave differently from regular verbs, and that's why they're sometimes a little

bit confusing.

But let's look at some examples of what modal verbs are.

"Can", "could", "may", "might", "should", "ought to", "must", "have to", "will", "shall",

and "would". Okay?

These are the most common ones.

All right.

So, I'm going to give you now three basic rules that you can follow to avoid most of

the mistakes that are usually made with the modal verbs. Okay?

So, first of all, make sure to use the modal verb as is.

That means don't change it in the present, or the past, or the future.

For example, we can say: "He can swim."

This is a correct sentence.

It would be wrong to say: "He cans swim."

Because, here, the student put an extra "s" there.

All right?

And we don't need to change that modal verb ever.

Okay? All right.

Second, use the base form of the verb after a modal.

Don't use "to".

What do I mean by that?

For example, you should say: "He might join us."

Not: "He might to join us."

Okay?

This is a really common error, so make sure you don't make this one.

So don't use the full infinitive to join after a word like "might".

Just use the base form of the verb, which is: "join".

"He might join us.", "He could join us.", "He should join us.", "He must join us." and

so on, without "to".

All right? Very good.

Now, the next point is if you need to, say, use the modal verb in the negative form, then

just use "not" after the modal.

All right?

Don't add any extra words most the time; there's one little exception, I'll explain that to

you, but for most of them, don't use words like: "don't", or "doesn't", or "isn't", "aren't",

"wasn't", "won't".

Okay?

So, with most of these modal verbs just say "not".

For example: "You should not smoke."

Not: "You don't should smoke."

All right?

So, here the student knows and learned all these lovely words: "don't", "doesn't", "isn't",

"aren't", all that and try to use it when using the modal verb, but that's wrong.

Okay?

So, the only exception is with the verb...

With the modal verb "have to", there if you want to make it negative, you need to say:

"You don't have to do this", okay?

But with the other ones, we just say: "You cannot", "You could not", "You may not", "You

might not", "You should not", "You ought not to", okay?

So there you have to be careful where to place it.

"You must not", this one I told you is an exception.

"You will not", "You shall not", and "You would not".

Okay?

And the other thing to keep in mind when you're using this word and "not", this is a really

common mistake, so the important thing to remember: This actually becomes one word.

Okay?

Only in that case.

You don't say...

You say: "cannot", but it's actually one word.

All right?

Most of the time, almost always "not" is a separate word with all of the modal verbs.

But not with "can".

With "can" it actually becomes one word: "I cannot arrive"-okay?-"on time", like that.

Okay?

So, now that you've got these basic rules and you've understood how it works, let's

do some practice to see how well you've understood.

Okay, so let's get started with our exercises.

Now, the rules are written at the top just in case you didn't remember them exactly.

First one, remember use it as it is, don't change the modal verb.

Second one, use with the base verb.

Don't use the full infinitive "to" something.

And the last one: Use "not" after the modals when it's negative.

Okay?

All right.

Try to keep those in mind, but most of all let's look at the actual examples and you

tell me what's wrong with them.

There is something wrong with each and every one of these sentences.

Okay.

Number one: "You must to finish your homework.

You must to finish your homework."

What's wrong there?

What did the person do wrong?

They added "to". All right?

This was our second rule.

Right?

You cannot use "to".

Just say: "You must finish your homework."

Okay?

That's it.

Number two: "I don't can drive. I don't can drive."

That's wrong.

What should it be?

"I cannot drive."

Okay?

That's what we said here in the third rule.

Right?

That just use "not" when it's negative.

All right?

And remember with the word "cannot", it's one word.

All right.

Number three: "You should not to smoke.

You should not to smoke."

What's wrong there?

Okay, again, we want to take out this "to".

The sentence should be: "You should not smoke."

So, again, you don't want to use the "to".

Just use the base form of the verb.

Don't use the full infinitive.

Okay, number four: "We not could call you.

We not could call you", some people say, but it's not right.

What should it be?

"We could not call you."

Remember?

"not" goes after the modal.

Okay? Not anywhere else.

Next: "He mights go to sleep.

He mights go to sleep."

It's not right.

It should be: "He might go to sleep."

Okay?

This was our rule number one, here, at the top.

And the rule was that we don't change anything.

Right?

We just say: "He might go to sleep."

We never change the modal.

Right.

Next, number six: "They can to stay with us."

Somebody says very kindly: "They can to stay with us."

It's a very kind suggestion.

It's not grammatically correct.

Let's make it correct.

What do we need to take out?

This, okay?

It should be just: "They can stay.", "They can go.", "They can leave.", "They can come."

Whatever.

But no "to".

All right?

So this was our rule number two.

Okay?

All right.

Number seven: "We would not to arrive on time.

We would not to arrive on time."

Again, you want to take out this "to".

And the reason why this keeps happening is because this is the most common mistake.

All right?

So that's why I have more of those here for you to review.

"We would not arrive on time."

Good.

And the last one: "She wills return soon.

She wills return soon."

Okay?

So what's wrong there?

The first rule up here, okay.

The rule says that the modal verb doesn't change, and here it did get changed, so we

have to take out the "s", and then it will become: "She will return soon."

which is correct.

Okay?

I know there are a few things to keep in mind, but the more you practice, the better you're

going to get at it.

Homelessness Helps my Poverty: S1 Ep #4 Victim Mentality - Duration: 16:50.

I am a victor! Romans 8:31 says we are more than conquerors in Christ who loves

us so check this out oh by the way Paula my name is Liberty

beam justice and there's no period in my weeks my victories never end and yours

don't have to either my friends huh best wife ever here Liberty be justice

reminding you that you are worth it Valdes mucho okay so remember last

episode of how homelessness heals my poverty and ten things I can't put into

my bank account I said homelessness didn't happen to me I happened to

homelessness well things don't happen to Liberty V I happen to think and that

reminds me of another quote that has been instrumental and getting me to act

and do the things outside the box and think of things another way so I'm here

to retrain HOLLA! yo brain! so check it out "People are always blaming their

circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. the people who

get on in this world are the ones who look for the circumstances they want and

if they can't find them they create them" George Bernard Shaw sorry but George

Bernard Shaw said that. okay and Bob Proctor taught me that on his "Born Rich"

program. okay so I recommend to watch Bob Proctor "Born Rich" anything by Bob

Proctor okay? and anything by Joel Olsteen okay ?so now going back now when

I changed my thinking from the "victim mentality" and well this okay before

you're thinking "Oh, what does that mean victim mentality?" right okay so you might

you might think it's something different okay? you might not realize the scope of

the victim mentality you know the people and maybe it's you maybe it's you "oh

poor me boohoo my moment did this to me my daddy did

that to me my grandfather did that he's dead

my sister did that my brother did that you know somebody stole all my money my

boyfriend did this my best friend did that" okay and so on and on and on right?

blaming everybody for your problems basically and oh

you're always sick you always complain there's nothing good

in this world everything's always bad right? now listen I know from personal

experience that was me okay? and so when I shifted so now you know would that be

is it if you it's you fine just listen. change it. change it as we can

do so in the past I believe everybody for you know why my life wasn't going

well today you know like ten years ago everything was everybody else's fault

and I can't member who said it but I heard he listened to a lot of podcasts

and personal development people will always tell you that the day that I grew

up was the day that I decided to take responsibility for my life I took

responsibility for my thoughts I took responsibility for my actions I took

responsibility for not feeling well physically mentally emotionally socially

and financially and so I decided I'm gonna change my life and and here's what

happened see when I blamed everybody for my past it was always my it was

everybody's fault it was always and I was always miserable you know nobody

ever wanted me around because I was always sick always complained that

nothing was ever good you know and everything was always everybody else's

fault you know why I wasn't doing well today why I didn't go to college why I

didn't have the nice things that I wanted why I couldn't publish a book or

whatever it was always everybody else's fault basically so you know I was

depressed I was sick physically mentally emotionally socially financially I was

poor. right? I was always sick I was always you know physically I got a

cancer few years ago the Lord healed me and I couldn't walk few years ago but praise the

Lord! Now I can walk again because I know that I am worth it! and that's why

I'm here to show you you are worth it you can do anything you want to do see

but you know what the worst thing was you know what the worst thing about the

victim mentality was? it was the fact that it took away my power you know what

I mean? like it took away my power it took away my options in life. you know?

and I didn't want somebody else controlling me anymore

that's why I forgave all those people for hurting me because even if they're

still hurting me I can get but if they're not hurting me anymore

then it responsibility for my own feelings and my own thoughts and my

words towards myself but worse towards others and my ash and all those things

that's my choice and I have the choice to change my life today and so do you

okay don't let people steal your power my friends don't let circumstances steal

your power don't let financial situations stay your

power don't let sickness dictate your future

and tell you that you're going to die because you have the choice and you are

live stronger than anything you have a lot more power than you think if I can

heal from cancer and in my Stein and you know being like 80 pounds and now I can

walk in a more muscular and healthier than I've ever been in my life you can

do it too you can I'm here for you want to show you that you can do anything and

that you are powerful and that you are worth it okay

ballets mucho okay so yeah so you know I decided that you know I felt like a

slave I was slayed to everybody else were slaves of people with opinions of a

slave to other people like I felt like I I wasn't worth it so I had to be good to

everybody else even though they treat me like crap even if they hit me like my ex

even if they hit me I was a slave to my old mentality I was saved to poverty I

was a slave of sickness I was a slave to you know just feeling bad in every area

of my life you know and mentally especially that's where it all started

so so let me tell you something check this out you ever feel like you're

so scared like you're paralyzed with fear like you can't do nothing I'm sure

you're out there going yep yeah everybody a lot of people's out there

watching going yep I felt that way well you know the devil scared me into

submission you know you backed me into a corner

like a little mountain lions cage and I was so fearful ah I remember that being

so fearful everything and everybody and I never took responsibility for my own

dreams and goals I never wanted to do anything and that means I was robbing

you I'm robbing you of all my gifts if I'm not doing the show no matter if I

get paid or not I would do this show sleeping outside for ten more years if I

have - because I want to show you that worth

it you can do it but I never you know that's a responsibility to show the

world what the Lord has done for me but I don't like the word responsibility as

much as I it's a privilege it's an honor and I want to do it I have to do it

because I want to do it okay I feel this fire in my bones and I just can't

control it I have to do this okay I have to get better too because I want it to

be good so I can understand where I'm coming from

so that y'all can implement these things in your own life okay so please do me a

favor comment below tell me what you think about this now listen I want to

tell you something now check this out I want to blow your mind right now this is

gonna really help a lot of people I remember I'll never forget this dream I

had this dream and I looked it up I just study dreams right and it was called an

epic dream and the dream book right and it was I don't know at least five six

years ago and so how'd his dream and I was crying

right I was in the well let me go back I was in a prison cell crying and I was

sick I was tired I just couldn't sleep I was just laying on my bed and this old

dungeon and and Jesus came right I prayed God help me help me Lord please

Jesus help me you know and so Jesus came right and and he came and he sat down on

a chair right across from my bed and I just kept crying and I looked at him

right and he looked at me sat down for a minute look to me and I quit crying for

a minute but then Jesus got up and walked out and I was crying no no please

no go don't leave me you know don't blame you can't leave me no well I got

my senses for a second there and I looked up and I said I stopped crying

right and I looked and I was like oh my gosh how come I never noticed this

before the door was open Jesus walked out that door it's not like he became

like a spirit or something like a ghost able to walk through those

doors this ain't Halloween this is real stuff you know he walked right out the

door and the door was open the whole time y'all get what I'm saying? what I'm saying to you is this I had the choice I

had the choice I was sick physically mentally emotionally socially

spiritually financially in every way and I had the choice the whole time I had

the choice to be free I had the choice to walk out that door and I didn't

because I first of all I didn't know that I had that choice that's number one

but once I did realize that I had the choice it didn't take me long it took me

too long I don't know how long I don't keep track of exact times I'd be crazy

right but I made a choice pretty quickly though to be honest and it didn't take

very long maybe a couple years first I became free spiritually emotionally

mentally I quit taking pills three years ago and now I'm free physically because

I had the sickness like I had and I decided a few years ago when I when I

left Pennsylvania to move to South Carolina I decided I'ma be free

financially so that's why I'm here as I said on my trailer

you know I'm your Harriet Tubman to show you the way out on the Underground

Railroad the way out of all these prisons and into freedom spiritually

mentally emotionally socially and financially okay so since you know since

God opened my eyes spiritually I became so much healthier like I said in every

way mentally emotionally socially financially spiritually and you know

that's why I changed my name because my name is Liberty V justice and there's

no period in my"V" cause my Victories never end and yours don't have

either my friends I am a victor I want you to say that "I a'm in Victor not

a victim" okay you are victorious as long as you choose to be okay

and so Phillipians 4:13 this is our all King James Version

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

I can do all things because I am willing that's simple because if I want

to do something I'm gon do it it might take me a while but I'm gonna do it I've

been on YouTube two and a half years now I'm starting to get the hang of it I'm

starting to get more subscribers people are liking it because I'm doing really

good shows you know and but I would like to do better obviously because I want

y'all to be happy and satisfied with my work and I want you to get something out

of it because I want you to be the Victor too- okay Romans 8:28 all things

work together for those who love the Lord and are called according to his

purpose and I am called according to his purpose that's why I'm here in LA now

I'm here for you you know? and uh here's another one I want to give you another

one this is one of my grandma's favorite verses this is 1 Corinthians 2:9 "but

as it is written eye hath not seen nor ear heard neither has entered into the

heart of man that God what God has prepared for those who love him" okay? so

that was all my grandmother's um I don't even know what to call it but her little

part when she went home to be at her in her mansion with Jesus okay? so I like to

say she died she died today's you know what by - by the way today is feliz el

dia de los Muertos the today is the it's the day after Halloween

November 1st 2017 is my very first year in LA celebrating with people with

lovely people I love y'all so much dia de los birthdays and if you don't

know what that is I'm celebrating my grandma today because she died and

that's why I'm here because grandma said I can do anything I wanted to not

believe that and I know it now so anyway happy tonight's a day the day we

celebrate our relatives our heritage and whatnot okay? so Ephesians

3:20 says "He is able to do exceedingly I'm sorry I can't even thought "He is

able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to

the power that works in us" see that means that I have to use his power that

he gave me you see? and the power works in me just as it works in you you can do

anything you want to do too, ok? my grandma was the one who told me about

Jesus all right? I know she'd be real proud of me today I love you grandma ok

but you know I want to tell you something before I go you know you know

what the greatest thing out of all of this is I don't beat homeless is that

when I learned is Brendon Burchard taught me this he says I am coughing

this is what is up his affirmations I am confident in my ability to figure things

out and I am confident because or I should say um yeah I'm confident because

I'm competent but I'm only competent because I had like a God fits like my

friend leaves says Lea leave McGuire love you man he taught me that word God

but it's it's God that's in me and I know that if God's I mean I can't deny

him and say that I'm stupid or I can't do it because the Bible says totally

different and it says the same thing for you it's not just for me it's not just

for people who believe in Jesus is for everybody ok you are amazing you are

fearfully and wonderfully made you were beautiful Psalm 139 14 okay but anyway

yeah so I believed that I could come to LA I believed that I could make it with

my youtube and yeah I mean when I first started out for the first year it wasn't

even a thing I didn't really plan on doing YouTube I just wanted to be a

better communicator because I'm a minister I went to Bible College so I

could help you all okay so that's the greatest thing is that Nabil was I ain't

afraid of nothing no more because perfect love casts out all fear first

John 4:18 but you know it's like so many people just need love out there they'd

steal of them the same way - but you just share love and maybe

you're scared or somebody don't be scared say hi I mean you know what are

they gonna do don't be scared because that's a devil and just just act in love

because loving what you say it's what you do okay anyways I'm confident like

all the things I learned so much about computers about people about life about

everything and I am confident that no matter what I do in life if I want to do

something I'm gonna be able to do it especially if I have the goals like I do

have and you know about my restaurant free food nationwide for anybody all

kinds of things that I want to do for y'all because I have been given so much

my lord that I just want to give that you know so anyway I thank you guys so

much thank you for watching thank you for supporting my channel thank you for

sharing thank you sharing my shows thank you for commenting and tell me what you

like thank you for commenting and tell me what you don't like thank you for the

people that are hateful and say mean things about me that I don't even know

but that's okay I thank you all cuz without you all would be here and that's

you're the whole reason why I'm here okay so just remember just remember you

are in victor say this out loud "I am a victor not a victim"

okay you are a victor you can do anything you want to do because you're

worth it! I love you thank you and sharing is

caring don't forget sharing is caring and

comments thanks for everything go you are worth it! vales mucho! feliz dia de

los muertos! thank you gracias!

Vlog #1: #ThisIsMyEDS Day 1, stairs [CC] - Duration: 19:51.

Like, y'know what?

Maybe I'll try vlogging... so I'm at my dispensary and I just like...blew the attendant's mind.

I told her that Peppermint Mochas are available year 'round.

yeah, they're available year 'round.

You can get 'em all the time!

[Intro: Pinhead saying "I AM PAIN"]

Just got home.

So, I'm not gonna, I'm NOT gonna film this but this is what I'm gonna have to climb up

on the other side of this building because we currently live on the other side

of the building

in January we'll be moving to one of these first-floor apartments, but uh, it doesn't

have the little step, there.

there are no steps to it so that's super awesome BUT for the next several minutes this is what

I'm gonna be going up

this is why I need to move

I think what's funny is this idea that I'm gonna vlog, like, maybe daily when I have

no, NO idea what I'm doing I'm using my iPhone right now and that's

just how it's gonna be so

getting up the stairs wasn't to bad.

it really wasn't...compared to how it was.

I used my legs the whole time so that's pretty sweet.

but yeah, I've done a lot of what I need to do today.

I was gonna go to the bank, until I realized you can't just deposit a bunch of change...cuz

that's where I'm at in my financial journey... so, I changed my plans a little bit.

let's see what the cats are doing.

she can't figure it out... this has been a constant issue.

BABY, just go through it...

just push through it!

okay... alright she is like backing out to get out of frame maybe she's scared of YouTube.

oop, is she gonna get it? no.

Meesha's under the bed and under the bed is gross so we're not gonna go there.

um apparently the app store (windows) is tied to whatever language you type in?

cuz I was a Latin teacher and I make some Latin teacher content so you use this keyboard

so you can use certain pronunciation and markings...the more you know.

it's so cute how I tried to make a backdrop, but I can't really...it is what it is.

here I am!

I'm painandcats_ (said: underscore) on twitter. and um, here I am in my The Future Is Accessible

tank top, my bi flag, my unrest stuff.

not my glasses, cuz I don't have glare-free (lenses) so that sucks.

this is basically my first time trying this so it's going to be very choppy. you'll notice

I'm stopping it and starting it and I haven't even tried to edit this...

I don't even know what program I'm gonna try for it.

something easy and freeeee... or something that has some kind of like...free trial.

but I haven't done this before because I always felt that putting too much stuff up in video

form was a little intimidating. also, I was teaching last year so it just, er, not the

best idea. and then, um, now I feel like I need to be able to create something day to

day even though my ability to do a lot has been minimized so continuously, so...

I feel like even if I'm in bed I can at least do a few little shots.

the cats are always doing something, so...

I found something to do, so, I'm gonna do the #ThisIsMyEDS for day 1.

I was invited to do this a few months ago by annieelainey and I felt really bad but

the timing of when that month was kinda coincided with a lot of just...trauma relapses and fears

and all this other stuff so I couldn't make it to putting something up online publicly

especially in video form.

so 'I'm gonna do that right now after I deal with some stuff online.

well let's see how it goes.

I'm 31, I don't have any shame anymore...so if it goes poorly I'm just gonna put it

up anyway.

so, let's see, introduce myself, I'm Laura, my pronouns are she/her.

I'm agender but she/her... my EDS type is presumably EDS 3 or hypermobility because

I've never had a genetic test before.

but I definitely pass the EDS specifications so there's no reason to believe it's wouldn't

be hypermobile eds. but, 'know, I mean, it could be something else.

who knows if I'll ever have a genetic test? or will have access to that?

but I do have a diagnosis of hypermobile eds as well as fibromyalgia and any of the little

friends that go along with those two maladies.

how am I feeling today?

um...tentative? because I feel decent enough, I went up the stairs, I went out to do what

I needed to do, but I'm still really worried because I have to work 6.25 hours tomorrow

so um, I am worried about getting through that.

and if I overdo it today, I wont' be able to.

I'm probably not gonna leave the house again which means not leaving the apartment area

because going up the stairs just takes too much.

that might be the difference between me finishing out my shift tomorrow or not so...I'm not

gonna chance it because I'm poor.

alright, so...can I explain eds medically in a sentence?

um...everyone has glue that holds their body together and mine is...awful.

usually if people aren't too squeamish I'll just bend my elbows (I meant shoulders) backwards

for 'em and that basically tells them what they need to know...and they don't ask me

any questions.

but I'm pretty against doing party tricks on camera without the most ridiculous of,

like, content warnings before, and I'm NOT gonna do it now.

that's what I'd do if I'm really trying to hit it home or if someone's gonna give

me trouble about my parking.

um, buut, basically if you can explain and understand what collagen is, you can understand

what a deficit in it is, and uh, go from there.

what's your favorite analogy for how eds feels/ or what eds is like?

let's see...it feels like you're literally coming apart.

my ex-wife works at Lego and we had Legos everywhere and I should take some from her

the next time I see her but...do I have any?

I went from a house full of Legos to one where I could not find one.

anyway, sometimes eds feels like... you see how his head is a little...not exactly attached

but still not detached...that's how any joint could feel at any time so you just have to

snap it back in or deal with it.

that's how it feels. and that can cause some muscle strain. and not to mention if your

joints are doing that you can only imagine what some of our other body parts are doing

if our collagen is that bad.

pots is a big issue, or dysautonomia in general, so if you stand up too much you just might

be crashing back down.

you might lose consciousness or at least a little bit.

I usually lose some.

but I usually don't actually faint.

what are your symptoms and comorbid illnesses/conditions?

alright I'm just gonna go through the list supplied and I'm gonna link this google

doc as well what am I looking at?

there it is.

so, you can look through this as well.

I have chronic pain to the point where it's pretty severe now.

if I work 8 hours I should not be driving myself home.

I also cannot read past a certain point if I'm in too much pain.

joint pain, muscle pain, hypermobility... lax and fragile joints...

frequent subluxations and dislocations...

easy bruis--YEAH.

I find bruises where I don't even know where they come from. and that's just inconvenient

sometimes.

and I work in a place where I bruise myself all the time ad sometimes it's just a mystery.

I don't have stretchy skin.

I've had some patches of stretchiness but I really don't have that stretchy of skin.

if anything, it's super fragile.

like, I work as a barista at a large national, international coffee place,

and even the tape that comes out sometimes with the orders-- THAT'S cut my skin before

and that's just ridiculous! this is ludicrous! so... it's really fragile and I also have

these little spots all over which really caused me to tattoo over most of them when I had

the money to. and when I was able.

so now I don't see it so it's not really an issue.

so yeah, really not too stretchy on the skin.

just super fragile, SUPER bruisable, super tearable-- like it tears easily... also very

dry, so kinda terrible.

chronic fatigue, like, I don't really know how uh, I don't really know how to quantify

that.

cuz I feel like I've dealt with a certain level of like, uh

always there fatigue, y'know, fatigue always.

like if I'm in more pain I'm in more fatigue.

let's put it that way.

um, I don't have CFS or me or CFS/ME-- I don't have that, so it's not that kind of fatigue.

chronic migraines?

I don't really get migraines that bad, which is pretty awesome.

I do sometimes and they are debilitating.

I don't know if I have a Chiari malformation at all, I haven't had any serious investigative

work done at all to see what's VERY wrong with my back, or anything like that so I don't

know.

POTS?

I went to the cardiologist on a VERY good day.

lie, I went on the treadmill that day.

it was awesome.

so that day I was doing fantastically and um, I was feeling very mild symptoms so they

told me I didn't have pots. they did say I have dysautonomia, but I bet if I had gone

like three days ago when I could barely stand, I would probably get that pots diagnosis so

who knows.

gastroparesis?

I don't have any reason to believe I currently have that.

I have no reason to believe I may be headed in that direction, but I don't have any issues

like that right now

Sleep disorders... like, yes?

Pain causes sleep disorders.

I don't have any seizure disorders.

I have anxiety and depression for a long time.

I don't have bipolar depression or uh bipolar disorder.

lower vision?

again that's another thing I don't really know how to quantify cuz I thought I was "normal"

for a long time.

but I don't really have any peripheral vision.

so, I can see...this doesn't...this doesn't...no

uh, I can't really see too far to the sides and my depth perception is hilarious.

a lot of the times when I'm driving I'm just

doing a lot of educated guesses. which is really bad.

I don't drive that often.

just to and from work usually.

I don't think I have any hearing loss, but it's one of those things that um

someone would probably have to tell me if I do have any mild hearing loss.

but I wouldn't know.

pulmonary issues?

not really.

cardiovascular issues?

like, I guess with dysautonomia, so, check? but my cardiologist said I was good enough

to not really go back to him.

cognitive impairments can be pretty severe especially if I'm' in enough pain, so, yes.

sometimes I can't read.

twitter is sometimes the best I can do.

difficulty concentrating is part of that.

irregular body temperature?

yeah, but that's gotten a lot better since we've moved to the desert.

I definitely have a limited ability to walk.

I am pretty far in my ezlite cruiser fundraiser, so that's pretty awesome and thank you to

everybody who's helped or spread the word on that.

so that's really, REEEALLY gonna help things.

it's gonna be awesome.

um I don't know if I have osteoporosis yet.

another thig that I just need to get investigated whenever I get access to that and the money

to do so, so...

I might be 40 by the time I figure that out.

I knew, I know I do a little bit [cough] I know from about 3 years ago that I have degener[stumble]

didisk[stumble]

degenerative disc disease.

and I knew I was showing signs of that.

um. the rheumatologist wasn't very interested in looking into it.

as far as I know I have no SI joint disease.

number 6: how does eds effect your daily life?

I'm not gonna go into this.

um, go to my twitter if you really want to see

I've been having daily breakdowns on how this has been limiting my life.

and how quickly it's been happening.

esp. in the last few months, so...

I don't go to the hospital often because we just don't have the money for it and the last

time we went they did more harm than good and I'm never going back there.

if you live in the Tucson area and want to know which hospitals not to go to, please

contact me on twitter.

so, I've been using high chairs at work to sit and take money from people as well

as braces.

I use braces all the time.

I have a back brace, which isn't the best, it's just whatever I could afford from amazon

and anything else I have from CVS.

I was gonna get some thumb braces but the company I was gonna get it from were moving

on to a different website, so I'm waiting for them to open back up so I can get that.

and oh, also the money, I'll have to wait for that.

I have my cat cane-- everyone who knows me knows that, so...

I'll leave a link to that as well this is my preferred handle.

my use of this is just becoming to hobble from one side of the area to the other.

and I'll be using the ezlite cruiser once I get it.

I have a manual chair, but it's the worst. and I hate it, and taking it in and out of

the car is basically equivalent to the spoons I would use hobbling with this [cane] so half

the time it's not even worth it.

cuz it' like a Tetris like fit to get into it [the car].

I do work, um... that's been part of the issue: I've had to cut down my hours because I

have to be on my feet at least a little bit, so, that intensifies the pain, which has finally

made it so I'm unable to work through it.

I've outlined what my plans are on twitter and I'm not gonna right now.

I'm on bedrest when I'm not working.

if I'm not on bedrest I'm right here.

I'll probably put a video from my phone where I'm spending a lot of my time.

here's the space; here's my cane, my Halloween blanket, but this is the couch. and I usually

don't have this flag up here, but I wanted something nice.

I thought it'd look nicer in the video than it did, but it didn't.

so, there's my table, all the stuff is really like, shoved over

to the side.

There he is!

Potato!

Xanthias! nope.

it's either here or in bed.

if I'm out here it means I'm having a better day.

I feel like I'm injured any time.

I feel like I'm potentially injured any time that I am putting pressure on my feet.

even when I'm lying down or sitting down.

there's something out in my foot right now for sure which is causing a lot of pain when

I move it a certain way but every bone in my foot is ready and willing to jump out of

alignment the second any kind of pressure is put on it, so a lot of that, moving around,

I've just gotten used to because it's been happening for the last year, so some of that

pain I've become a little more acquainted with and um...just like power through it but

some of it, it's NOT that kind of pain. and I haven't been able to acquaint myself with

it yet, so...that's why I'll be in the chair.

it's not my hips, and it's not my knees, it's my feet.

so...

so yeah preventing injuries?

I need the wheelchair. and I need space so I can use it and also have a job.

or whatever or even live.

luckily the wheelchair apartment we'll be moving to looks a lot better.

and it looks like someone with a wheelchair has lived there before, so hopefully there's

even more accessibility features inside.

who knows?

not me.

I am NOT gonna talk about how this impacts my mental health, or emotionally because uh,

you can see my daily breakdowns on twitter, and I'll link that, but I'm not gonna

talk about that on camera.

so that's it for that

and I'll find more things to weave through this but I'm sure it's getting a little

long as it is, so.

Former Child Star Feldman Promises to Release Names of 6 Hollywood Pedos - Duration: 2:33.

The allegations against Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Weinstein seem to have opened the floodgates,

and new allegations of sexual harassment, abuse and even rape have come pouring out

of Tinseltown and the wider entertainment world.

On Monday, former child actor Corey Feldman appeared on "Today" where he promised

that he would be releasing the names of six individuals in Hollywood who abused him when

he was a child.

Speaking with Matt Lauer, Feldman claimed that he had been stopped from releasing the

names in his autobiography by the book's publisher.

But he said he's trying to raise $10 million for a feature film about pedophilia in Hollywood

that would help expose the truth.

When asked why he wouldn't just go to the police with the information, Feldman said

he already has.

"I've told the police.

In fact, if anyone wants to go back to 1993, when I was interviewed by the Santa Barbara

Police Department — I sat there and gave them the names.

They are on record," Feldman told Lauer.

"They have all of this information, but they were scanning Michael Jackson.

All they cared about was trying to find something on Michael Jackson."

The Washington Post noted that Feldman's interview raised some eyebrows because people

couldn't understand why he is claiming he needs to raise $10 million before he will

expose the people who abused him — at least one of whom he claims is still active in Hollywood.

Feldmen explained he needs the money to create and produce a quality film and for the lawyers

to defend him after the truth comes out.

He also said he's not the only one who knows the truth.

"Let me push this forward, there are thousands of people in Hollywood that have the same

information.

Why is it all on me?" he said.

"Why is it, if I don't release the names in the next two months, six months or a year,

I'm the bad guy?

I'm the victim here."

No one is really calling him a bad guy.

Skeptics are just questioning if he really has the names he claims he has, or if he is

just trying to make a name for himself.

But Feldman was adamant that he has a story to tell that needs to be heard.

"I'm the one who has been abused.

I'm the one who is trying to come forward and do something about it," he added.

It become clear over the past few weeks that Hollywood is a lot more corrupt and disgusting

than anyone realized.

Hopefully, all of Hollywood's dirt is exposed soon so that the victims who have hidden for

too long can come forward and tell their stories.

Only once Hollywood has been exposed for what it really is can any meaningful change actually

occur.

Democrat Legislator Forced to Apologize After Video of Her Traffic Stop Goes Viral - Duration: 3:14.

The Democrat lawmaker from New York who made headlines this week after a video of her acting

like an unhinged lunatic during a traffic stop went viral has apologized for her bizarre

behavior.

"The video released earlier this week of my Town of Ulster traffic stop captured a

tough moment for me," Ulster County Legislator Jennifer Schwartz Berky said in a statement

to Kingston newspaper the Daily Freeman.

"Like so many working families, I too face tough times and stressful situations," the

statement continued.

"As a professional, a public servant and a mother, I know my interaction with Police

Officer Gary Short was unacceptable.

I want to apologize to Officer Short and thank him for his patience and professionalism with

me during a very difficult time.

"This has been a humbling experience for me.

I hope to use it to grow and learn how to better represent the diverse working families

who reside in the great the city of Kingston."

Just to clarify, the incident actually occurred May 24, and Berky likewise delivered her apology

Friday.

It wasn't until this week, however, that Short's dash-cam footage went viral, turning

Berky into an internet sensation, as well as the butt of many people's jokes.

The dash-cam footage specifically showed her throwing a hissy fit after Officer Short pulled

her over for driving 43 mph in a 30 mph zone.

While practically every driver has been pulled over for speeding at some point, that wasn't

the problem here.

The problem was more with Berky's attitude of entitlement, in that she appeared to believe

her position as local lawmaker entitled her to be let go without any stipulations, let

alone a simple traffic ticket.

"Yes, I will listen to you," she barked at the officer during one point in the video.

"And you're not going to let me go even though I'm a county legislator and I always

do everything right and I follow the law and I was at the same pace as every other car."

She also seemed to suffer from a lack of personal accountability.

When responsible adults screw-up, they fess up to it, apologize and accept the consequences.

Instead, Berky chose to try and weasel her way out of being cited.

Besides accusing Officer Short of singling her out, the Democrat lawmaker also threatened

to "call town of Ulster Supervisor James Quigley," according to NYup.com.

She even claimed "Ulster County Sheriff Paul VanBlarcum already had been contacted."

It's like a kid who gets in trouble at school telling his teacher, "I'm going to tell

my mom!"

Whoopdi doo, kid, because that doesn't take away from the fact you just screwed up.

In a similar vein, Berky's attempts to involve other people in her mistake did nothing to

erase her complicity in breaking the law, though it surely helped highlight her immaturity

to the entire world.

Whether or not her apology, which she released months after the incident actually occurred,

will help her restore her now-tarnished reputation remains to be seen.

Democrat lawmaker's apology.

Men's Jacket for Fall/Winter 2017 - Duration: 2:43.

Hey guys, how's it going welcome back to my channel so for today's video

I just want to talk to you guys about my top 3 fall and winter outerwear pieces to get you guys ready for the fall

No, not for the fall, but for the cold and rainy months

so with that being said let's just go ahead with my fall and winter outerwear essentials video

For the first outerwear that I'm showing to you guys today is this parka jacket

That I got from Zara a couple years ago, and don't worry you guys I would also leave

Some alternatives down in the description down below

Anyways, what I love about parka jacket is how simple and functional they are rain or shine storm

Or not this jacket will be there to keep you warm

So if you're looking for something that is pretty much universal you could wear at any situation

Utilitarian a parka jacket will be there

It will be your best friend, and you don't even have to worry about it so definitely for the first outerwear

That I'm recommending to you guys is a parka jacket

Now if you guys are looking for something thats a little bit more stylish

Other than a parka jacket a mackintosh is also a great alternative

And if you don't know what a mackintosh is it's basically just like a raincoat it works in the same way

Its main function is to repel the water away from you to keep you

dry from the rain in the way it does this

Is by having at least multiple bonded layers of cotton or a rubberized fabric

But keep in mind though

Since this is kind of like a raincoat you might want to double layer on the inside because it will not be there

To keep you comfort during a chilly day

But if you want something that is impermeable from the rain a mackintosh I would say is a great jacket

So for my last item that I'm sharing to you guys today is this

Overcoat that I got from J.crew, and the reason why I have this is because they are just so inherently versatile

Classic and timeless that you could basically pair it with any types of clothing whether it be jeans, shirt, pants, trousers

A Tank top and no matter what you do you would still look dressy because an overcoat can just elevate any types of

Outfit, but I just want to say though that if you are getting one just make sure that the fit is right

It's not droopy, it's not baggy, it's not billowy and...

try to get at least for material cashmere or wool because they just

Feel amazing and look amazing and as for the color

I would highly suggest you guys either getting a camel one which I'm planning to get

Soon in the future a grey one and also a black because those colors just complements any types of outfits

Anyways, that is all for this video. Thank you guys so much for watching if you enjoyed it

Please don't forget to give it a like and I will see your faces in the new video peace

¡¡VI AL ALACRÁN MÁS GRANDE DEL MUNDO!! - Duration: 16:00.
