The 3 Best Facial Peels to Remove Dead Skin Cells Natural Cures Tips - Duration: 3:49.

The 3 Best Facial Peels to Remove Dead Skin Cells

If your skin is very sensitive, be careful you don't harm it with harsh products.

Meanwhile, always remember to moisturize after exfoliating.

1.

Milk, marigold, and rose petal facial peel With its special combination of gentle ingredients,

this facial peel is ideal for people with sensitive skin and one of the best facial

peels there are.

It contains lactic acid, antioxidants, and antibacterial compounds that help remove impurities

from your skin to keep acne away.

The application of this peel will tone your skin and prevent wrinkles.

Ingredients

1 cup of whole milk (250 ml) 1 1/2 tablespoon of dry marigold (15 g)

2 tablespoons of rose petals (20 g)

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a container and chill in the refrigerator for one day.

Application

After this time, remove your makeup and apply the treatment.

If you like, smooth it over your neck and chest as well.

Let sit for 20 minutes and then rinse.

Repeat 2 or 3 times a week.

2.

Almond flour, oat, and honey peel

Next, this facial peel recipe brings together ingredients with moisturizing and exfoliating

properties.

They will remove dead skin cells without interfering with your skins natural pH.

Frequent use will help prevent dark spots while also preventing blackheads and breakouts.

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons of almond flour (15 g) 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground oats (15 g)

2 tablespoons of honey (50 g) Preparation

Add all ingredients to a container until a thick paste is formed.

Application

Smooth the mixture over the area you wish to exfoliate, making gentle, circular massaging

movements.

Let sit 15 minutes and then rinse.

Use twice a week.

3.

Yogurt, rose petal, and jojoba oil facial peel

Very nutrient-rich and moisturizing, this peel removes dead skin cells and helps with

overly dry skin.

Its considered one of the best facial peels.

In addition, it stimulates cellular regeneration and stops premature aging.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of natural yogurt (60 g) 1 1/2 tablespoon of rose petals (15 g)

1 tablespoon of jojoba oil (15 g) Preparation

Add the yogurt to a container and mix with the rose petals and jojoba oil.

Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Application

First, take a small amount of the mixture and apply it with gentle massaging motions

to your face.

Then, let it sit 20 to 30 minutes and then rinse.

Use at least once a week.

Top Six Games to Play with Your Steam Controller - Duration: 4:51.

I've been hugely impressed by the versatility of the Steam Controller, and the way it has

empowered me to play PC games.

I went from hunched over my desk with a mouse and keyboard to relaxing on the sofa with

this comfortable gamepad in hand.

Hi I'm Gardiner, The Linux Gamer and here are a few of my favorite games to play with

a Steam Controller.

Number 6 Nuclear Throne

Nuclear Throne is a fantastic game.

It's a top-down roguelike shooter that comes from Vlambeer a fantastic indie team that

make great titles.

This title is a good fit for the Steam Controller because it gives fine control of movement

and aiming.

Some may argue that the control pads are not as accurate as a desktop mouse, and yeah,

they're right.

But personally I find the Steam Controller to be a good stand-in for a mouse, especially

when compared to playing with a controller's thumbstick.

Number 5 Civilization VI

Civilization VI is a turn-based strategy game that I thoroughly enjoy but I'm a sofa gamer,

not a desktop gamer.

I was skeptical of playing this game with the Steam Controller at first, but quickly

warmed to the potential here.

If you know what you're doing and are willing to tweak and refine the controller's layout,

Civilization VI is transformed by the Steam Controller.

I'm not a huge fan of the developer's preset config, but like I said, once I got

the game configured the way I liked, Civ VI is now one of my favorite games to play with

the Steam Controller now.

Number 4 Snapshot

Snapshot is an oddity on this list; it's a side-scrolling puzzle platformer that usually

uses a keyboard and mouse to play.

However I feel the Steam Controller is a natural extension of the title's core gameplay.

Using the right trackpad to control the viewfinder as you traverse the level with the left stick

is a true pleasure, and enhances the gameplay of a once mouse-and-keyboard only experience.

The game works well with a standard Steam Controller mapping.

Number 3 Stardew Valley

Stardew Valley is a masterpiece.

The game takes what works from other titles like Harvest Moon and gives it the PC treatment.

Playing Stardew Valley with the Steam Controller is just a natural fit.

You can interact with things in the world by clicking on them when they're in range.

It's really handy when you've gotta plant or water your crops.

I used the default controller config for Stardew Valley and it worked like a charm.

Number 2 Portal 2

Portal 2 has what seems to be a native implementation of the Steam Controller's API.

The controller is reprogrammed on the fly based on what you're doing in game.

For example, there's one configuration for when you're in a menu vs. a different mapping

when you're in game.

Portal 2 demonstrates just how easy it is to adapt from a traditional mouse-and-keyboard

to a controller with trackpad layout.

I didn't tweak any settings for this one.

It works great out of the box!

Number 1 Cities: Skylines

Of all the games I've played with a Steam Controller, I feel as though Cities: Skylines

is my favorite.

It's not the most well-integrated, nor does it have the most unique usage of the gamepad's

eccentric hardware.

Nope.

It's because as I come back to Cities: Skylines over and over again, the Steam Controller

is the only way I want to play the game.

I have all the commands I need at my fingertips.

And after I got my configuration set up just the way I like, every other way of playing

the game just feels wrong.

I think that's the Steam Controller's biggest strength.

Customization.

You just have to be the kind of person with the patience and foresight to enjoy that sort

of tweaking.

For all the games I've played with the Steam Controller, I can see the potential of the

device.

But two years out and I'm still waiting for a game to truly 'wow' me with an implementation

that fully exploits this gamepad's untapped skillset.

Will it take something from Valve like Left 4 Dead 3 or even Half-life 3 to prove to the

rest of the industry the potential the Steam Controller has?

I don't know.

What do you think?

Did I miss a game?

What glaring omission did I leave out from this list?

ENFP - Why Is The Grass Always Greener Elsewhere? #askdan - Duration: 7:16.

Hey Dan here and today we have a question from an ENFP about why the grass

is always greener on the other side it's an interesting question about how we

perceive things and her own career choices and that sort of thing so it

comes from Fernando writing from Buenos Aires Argentina wonderful city Malbec is

my favorite wine by the way if anyone wants to send me wine just just saying

so Fernando is 32 years old and he says he's an industrial engineer but the fact

is that he could not keep working for a long period of time when I'm working for

myself I want to work for a multinational company and when I'm

working for a multinational company I want to have my own business

I have the feeling I need to learn something new or I always need to learn

something new but something technical I feel adrenaline from this new knowledge

if I'm not doing work that is not technical or I don't care about I get

stressed a lot so to me this comes down to a couple of things right basically

what Fernando is describing Fernando thanks for question is that when he has

a job he likes some parts of it probably the support the community I'm guessing

the steady paycheck but doesn't have the same independence and freedom of working

for himself I'm guessing that when he's working for

himself he misses maybe the support or team or things like that as well and so

it's always going back and forth what I think is going on here really is that

neither of these positions or are properly meeting your need so as an ENFP

you probably have a very high need for variety if you haven't watched my video

on human need psychology the one about why you procrastinate and date crazies

I'll link to that in a card right now so you can check that out but I'm guessing

one of your main needs is variety and that can come in the form of learning

new things having new challenges for us it's not ok to just do the same thing

over and over again right we want challenges I've actually found for me

it's a lot easier to do something big and challenging than to repeat something

I've already done it doesn't make any logical sense like in theory repeating

something I've done before where I have all the the scripts or the tools setup

or should be easier but it never is I need

that challenge of something new and so my hunch is that neither of these

positions whether it's working for yourself specifically what you're doing

for yourself or working for the multinational are meeting those needs

overall so maybe there's a third option that you could figure out how to design

for yourself that will meet your need for a challenge and variety and also

take the parts you like about working for a big company and the parts you like

about working for yourself and combine those see when you're trying to figure

out what your career should be or the right job or business to have it's

important to know that there is what the actual job is or what the actual

business is the high level stuff so I am a freelance copywriter or I have the

lawn mowing company or whatever that is that's one part but how you do it is

another really important part right and with any job and especially with your

own business there's many ways to attack the same outcome all right the same

thing you want to get done you can do it different ways so if you find that you

need a lot of that variety and challenge then have you ever actually sat down and

planned that into your business thought about how you can have new projects or I

remember Google before they became more evil sorry YouTube no I love you Google

I love you seriously before they change they used to give their employees a

chance to take one day a week and work on side projects like just anything they

wanted to do and that's where a lot of the Google innovations came from and

have a feeling that taking that extra day also helped they're more I guess

intelligent or driven or whatever employees tackle new things feel

challenged always being doing something new and having that sense of variety and

so if you're not already doing that think about how you can add that into

your business and maybe that's having a new you know challenging project every

year or something like that the thing is is your entire business doesn't have to

be challenging every minute of every day but you need to have something it sounds

like challenging you and they knew that you're learning because

that ultimately it's the same thing you the reason you like learning new things

is yes it's interesting and stimulating but it also means there's probably a

challenge attached to it right something new so how can you work that into either

a job or a business now personally if I'm choosing between those two routes

I would probably lean towards my own business especially with the economy in

Argentina and the ups and downs and hyperinflation and such that tends to

happen there probably there's some benefits to working for yourself and

maybe having clients from out of the country in that but either way whatever

you choose whether it's working for yourself or working for a company I

would spend some time thinking about why you really like working for a company

and get a sense of that write it down as a community is it the support of you

know bosses or peers is it the stable income what is that write that down

think about when you work for yourself what is it you really like about that

write that down and then obviously you already have this knowledge about

challenge and newness and get all that down and then spend some time trying to

figure out a way to design one thing you can do one business or maybe it's with

your job going to your employer and trying to negotiate different ways of

working so you can work in that challenge most employers are not opposed

to employees who want more challenge more responsibility they want to expand

their capacities right that's not a bad thing so that's what I would do go over

what needs are actually being met by these different roles and then figure

out how you can create some perfect role for yourself that design for you that

will actually keep you stimulated because as you probably know if you keep

jumping back and forth if you do it really strategically sometimes it can

help in your career but generally it's not a good thing you start to make

progress in one area then you quit and then you you know make progress in

another area then quit and go back and forth and I'm guessing by a certain age

companies would look at you and say well you keep quitting to do your own

business I don't know if we want to hire you and you're not gonna make the same

progress with your own business because you keep going back to come

so that would be my thoughts let me know in the comments if any of you guys have

advice for Fernando about what he should do or if you've been in a similar

situation as always if you have questions for me you can head over to

Dreams around the world comm and go to the a stands section and just send me

your question and I will answer it here on YouTube thanks for watching and be

sure to subscribe to the channel if you haven't already and catch you in the

HOMENAGEM A SRI PREM BABA PELO LIVRO PROPÓSITO/HOMAGE TO PREM BABA FOR THE BOOK PRÓPOSITO (PURPOSE) - Duration: 5:43.

It's painful to see human beings who can't share their gifts and talents with the world because of fear, because they have been infected by fear.

Because they have been infected by the idea of impossibility.

They have been infected by the poison of fear, the poison of greed, the poison of selfishness,

the poison from being obligated to have to follow a path that is not their own.

As co-editor of the book "Purpose,"first I would like to celebrate the sale of 110 million copies in less than one year.

In fact, "Purpose" is one of the 10 bestsellers in Brazil in 2017.

But I am glad to say that I feel the effect in my heart and in my life, Baba, from the power of this book and of your message.

It is such an honor to connect with this movement, with you, with your team, and to connect with all these concepts that give so much meaning to our lives.

It is such a pleasure for us to see the impact, to see people sharing their gifts with others.

So, I would like to thank you, celebrate your life, send you a very loving hug, and say how happy we are to be connected with your work and your mission.

God, what else is my purpose in life? Who am I fooling, oh my god everything is messed up!

Why is everything going wrong? I was suffering, crying, working as an actress in a Mexican soap opera.

Until Prem Baba came to help, he came to save me, with this book!

After reading Prem Baba's book I asked myself, if I could be doing something and making money at it, what would I be doing?

When I answered that what I'd be doing is what I am doing today, it brought me such a feeling of freedom!

One thing is what you do to earn money,

what you do to please society, your family and those around you, or even to gain power and fame.

At some point it is the source of our enthusiasm.

But there also comes a time when this enthusiasm runs out.

A simple yet powerful way to begin the process of self-investigation and of revealing your purpose is by asking yourself,

"if I didn't have to worry about money, if I didn't have to please anyone, what would I be doing?"

The book "Purpose" has touched thousands of people and has inspired them to search for a greater purpose in their lives.

I feel that working on this book next to Prem Baba has without a doubt been the most meaningful thing that I have ever done in my life.

It is really a great honor and a blessing to be able to offer my gifts and talents to such a beautiful spiritual teacher.

So today I would like to say, Prem Baba, with you, my life has purpose.

I am living a life with Purpose!

English at Work - Episode 58: Pulling out the stops - Duration: 5:28.

It's that time again for English at Work.

Life in the offices of Tip Top Trading is still hectic.

There's so much to do and tomorrow the team is

launching its new product – the plastic aubergine – so everyone needs to

pull their weight and get things done – quickly.

The problem is, some people are a bit slow at being quick!

Could someone answer that please?

I'm on the other line.

Well I can't, I'm already on the phone.

Yeah, talking to your friend Marge.

And I'm busy… errr… writing a business proposal.

Could someone just answer that phone… oh, you're all busy.

I suppose I'd better do it.

(Answers phone) Hello? Yes?

Really!

I'm sorry about that.

We'll send someone round right away.

Yes, this morning.

Bye.

(To Anna) Anna, are you free to talk in my office now?

Yes Paul.

(Door closes) What's wrong?

Hold on – I just need a quick bite on a biscuit – that's better.

Now that was Nice'n'Cheesy.

They're not happy about how slowly we are processing their

order.

They need our plastic grapes for an exhibition they're doing at the

weekend.

But I thought Tom had sorted that out?

Clearly not.

I need you to pull out all the stops and sort this out.

Pull out what stops?

I mean do all you can to get this order completed.

Please.

But we've got the aubergine launch tomorrow.

Leave that to me and Denise to organise.

It'll be in… err… safe hands.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that.

Anyway Anna, your priority now is the order for Nice'n'Cheesy.

You're going to have to tell the team "We have an

order we need to process urgently", and "We need to pull out all the stops

to get this sorted".

You could also say "This is our number one priority" and

then delegate tasks to the team to help you get the order sorted.

Good luck!

Oh thanks.

Tom, I need your help.

It's that order for Nice'n'Cheesy, we need to process it urgently.

The order?

I sent that out ages ago, with the paperwork.

You mean this paperwork Tom, on your desk?

Oh no!

I must have forgotten.

I've had so much to do.

Well, they're not happy, so we've got to pull out all the stops and get them

their grapes.

OK but what about the aubergines?

Forget about the aubergines.

We've got to get onto this now.

It's our number one priority.

You go and get the plastic grapes from the warehouse, I'll sort out this paperwork, and

I'll meet you downstairs in 15 minutes.

Why, where are we going?

We're getting a taxi to the offices of Nice'n'Cheesy so we can hand deliver

the grapes.

Oh right, but isn't it nearly lunchtime?

There's no time for lunch Tom.

We need to do this now!

Oh Anna, you're amazing.

She certainly is!

Anna has wasted no time in sorting out this problem and

that's important if you want to keep your business going.

Here's a reminder of some of the phrases Anna used:

We've got to pull out all the stops.

We have an order we need to process urgently.

We need to pull out all the stops to get this sorted.

This is our number one priority.

Tom and Anna have made it to the offices of Nice'n'Cheesy.

Let's find out how they're getting on.

…so we're really sorry…

Yeah, really sorry… …about the delay and it won't happen again.

And hope you're pleased with the grapes…

….and the price!

Yes, the price is very competitive and if you can guarantee a bit more

'customer care', then I'm sure we'll be buying from you again.

Yes, of course.

Thanks very much and sorry again.

We hope to see you again soon.

Bye Yeah, cheers.

Goodbye.

Phew, well done Anna.

I think you saved the day once again.

Hey, hold on, isn't that your boyfriend, Dave from IT, over

there?

It is.

But who's he with?

You mean, who's he holding hands with?

It's Julie from accounts!

No, it can't be…

It is!

(Getting upset) What's Dave doing with another woman?

I dunno – but I never trusted him.

Come on Anna, you need a drink – a big one.

Oh dear.

Poor Anna, it looks like Dave's been cheating on her, but she

needs to keep a clear head for the big launch of the plastic aubergine

tomorrow.

Will she be led by her head or her heart?

Find out next time on English at Work.

Bye!

Valter Hugo Mãe - A fantasia que retrata a realidade - Duration: 2:05.

I usually say

I try to deal with the fantasy that justifies reality,

the fantasy that reality withstands. And, therefore,

most of the times, we manage

– at least that's how I work…

It does not mean it's a truth found for everybody,

but it's my way.

Usually, it's easier to define certain ideas

if we create a caricature of them… So,

to fantasize, even using the absurd, to make things extreme…

To deal with the very little and the too much,

it's a manner of defining these lines…

The broader lines of certain subjects.

So, if you look at my books,

everything's intense to the point of being… of someone's good,

they're eventually very good. If someone's bad, they're very bad,

if someone makes a mistake, they make a huge mistake.

If someone has a virtue, they have a huge virtue.

This accentuation, deep down…

First, I'm worried about escaping amenities. If everything's medium

you don't have a big story, you don't any excitement.

And, after:

to build something that proposes clear definitions

and that we suddenly know, or could defend

what seems good and what seems bad, right?

Ultimately, we're always dealing with these ethical concepts

of knowing what's good and what's bad.

Tiny Shipping Container House - Ep. 003 - Living Tiny Project - Container's Connection - Duration: 16:01.

Hello.

Hello. We are back!

So, this week's episode is about the connection between both containers.

Yeah. Today is a really special, important and crucial episode,

because, as you guys know, we have two sides of the container

and it's been raining a lot lately.

And, I don't know if you can see on the footage, but all wet there.

So, we need to get this job done as soon as possible.

So, I don't know if you guys are curious on how we cut the container.

So, basically we cut the wall using, not this disc, but this thin ones.

Basically we use an angle grinder and lots and lots of discs.

lI mean. Yeah. You can tell that had some problems.

If you use it right, the disc needs to be like this size.

Yeah. Basically, when we got right, we got all the way through this size to this size.

And that's really good.

But, sometimes we just do a small mistake (yeah) and we lose like, let's say...

a brand new disc. Because of one small mistake.

And that's what you're gonna see.

What kind of mistakes can be? Like, you can handle it...

Yeah. The problem is if you cut with the angle grinder, if you do like really really straight cut,

it goes perfect, really smooth.

But, it once you do any turn the disc breaks.

Because it's really really thin disc, so breaks really easy.

And when it breaks can be dangerous, because can explode.

Like this one.

Like this one. So, this happened in like one second or less than a second.

It was like "pow".

Yep! So, let's get to it.

Well. I've waiting for a long time to do that, I mean I'm still a bit scared.

I guess it's a bit dangerous to get the container, as I have no experience with this machine.

But, there is always the first time and we need to do it.

So, it's time to try it.

As you can tell, it's happening. It's not hard, actually.

No?

Not at all.

I mean, it's a little bit dangerous, because you fell like...

Do you wanna see how it the other side?

Because it needs to be really straight.

So, what we you trying to do is... I cut I leave a spot, I cut a leave another spot.

But, I'm trying to leave only easy places to cut.

So, in the end when I cut the whole thing I can control where it's gonna fall.

Yep.

And it needs somewhere where is really easy to cut the last... you know, to do the last cut.

So, like here is pretty easy.

So. What happened?

First broken disc.

Next problem.

We need to take off the part of the wall. But, we have only this side to take off.

We cannot take through the outside.

And when we cut, the wall fell to the inside part. I mean, to the outside.

Now, we are trying to to pull back.

And that's the other part of the house.

That's the rest.

So. What is the feeling?

Mission accomplished?

Yeah!

The idea is to paint. Yeah?

Just a... how you call it? Just the first layer of paint, just to protect.

So, the rain came back.

So, what happened?

The rain again.

This changing of discs is to cut this piece to use as a...

This disc I used to grind a little bit of the rust, now I change to the thinner disc,

so I can cut a stripe of this steel metal.

It's like a steel beam. I'm gonna cut a stripe so I can support underneath the container

this gap on the other side, there is a gap just like this one.

And we want to fill the... this space.

Let's do it.

That is it.

Well, that's pretty good. It's actually reused, recycled.

Yeah, I like this.

This have been sitting here on the land for a few years already.

Yeah.

Many many years, doing nothing. It's now is is gonna be useful for something.

Ups.

Now we are gonna hold here, with a C clamp.

I'm cutting too fast, actually.

That's the weird thing about doing something really hard and then going back to the usual,

it becomes too easy and I put it too much pressure I guess, so I used to much disc.

Not good.

But, it's done.

Now.

Let's try it out?

Now we're gonna weld both this together.

Next thing.

Yesterday I was welding the wall and I kind of burned all my hair in the back.

So, I'm gonna try a new thing today.

I'm gonna wear a shirt on my hair, at least. So I don't...

Let's see if it works.

As you can tell is not perfect, but it's a really thin line to weld.

But, it's getting much better, I guess.

That's it. Now we just need to some finishing.

With a layer of cold zinc.

We need to wait for... for it to get colder.

Oh, yeah, yeah. For sure.

It's really, really, really hot by now.

Yeah.

The bad news is that we are running out of gas.

I guess it's almost on the end.

Put this one first, right?

I guess we are over.

Yeah, finally.

Yeah, I mean...

The whole day for that.

No, but is... it was a long one.

And it's a really really important part of the building.

Now, we need to clean it up.

We need to clean it up and paint with the zinc paint.

But..

And sika flex (polyurethane sealant) before?

No, after.

The thing is that this is so important, because every single day that rains waters go...

water goes through here inside the home. I mean, the future home.

So, now I hope it's water tight.

Yeah.

That's pretty good.

I'm proud.

Me too.

Fifth step.

We need to pick this gap. In order to fix this, we came up with this solution.

Yeah. The problem is the gap is not... as you can tell is not the same,

I don' know if you can see, but it's not the same in the bottom as in the top.

So, if we put this plate in front you will never notice.

So, I guess, we can go straight to it.

So, what are you applying?

Cold zinc, like always.

Cold zinc, like always.

Well, time for the last step of this episode.

We need to fill up a gap on the north side of the container. And that's it.

So, I guess we can get straight to it.

Well, even though it's not perfect, we are done for the week.

I guess... it's too much already.

This we're gonna do the finishing, the final finishing, when we open up this wall to do a door.

So, it's going to be easier to access the little corner.

So, for this week... I guess it's over.

See you guys next week.
