El juego del go: Filosofía sobre un tablero. Algo más que un juego, 1 de 3 - Duration: 32:58.

The game of go. Philosophy on a board. Part 1: More than a game.

Surprise and curiosity often results found with a game called go.

-monosílabo- himself and his name is peculiar and even funny. It is not related with

golf, nor bingo, nor with the gogos disco, nor with football ...; And it's funny

check their permanent presence in the language.

Ah !, moss, plant funnier,

because as I told a friend: can play mus and go!

Go is also the verb go in English but no "gou" it is said, and is "the game will";

is that rare game that comes out in the crosswords as "Japanese game" but

that almost nobody knows. And is that the word Go is the name of the game in Japanese,

in China it is called Weichi; and baduk in Korea.

To play go just need a board and stones, white and black. On the dashboard

You must have drawn a grid or grid. The grid has been used more

historically, it is 19 x 19 lines, it's where the beauty is reflected best

and depth of go. But it is known that ancient Tibet used the 17x17 board;

and in any case, to learn to play you can start with a smaller board,

13x13 or 9x9.

We are surprised to see how the go board is present in everyday life:

There are boards go everywhere ...!

on the tiled floor and walls ...,

in the clothes...,

on the street ... in ... manhole covers, look,

this he has just 19x19! ... It's amazing!

and see you under the Eiffel Tower is a board go!

There are also stones everywhere,

Go but must be oval and round. Good are made of black slate

shell and white; currents are simply of plastic or glass.

They are little buttons, or lentils ... and beware with the kids !, they are not candy.

Usually they placed in two bowls, one 180 181 white and one with black, which gives a

total of 361 stones, as many as intersections have the board, but rarely get to use all

Go is a game of intelligence in which

no chance intervenes; undoubtedly the oldest and fascinating of all the games and

strategy that today is known and practiced. He arrived from the East, where was born more

4,000 years, originally it is directly related to education, because it has

a Chinese legend that was invented by legendary Emperor Yao to instruct his son.

It serves to develop imagination, creativity, ability to concentrate,

the ability to discern the meaning Harmony, proportion and aesthetics

Why in ancient China it was one of the

called four arts, with painting, calligraphy and music.

Old and new at the same time fascinates who finds out, he sees appear before it a

wonderful horizon full of possibilities, an infinite, hidden and mysterious space,

an intangible beauty ... A simple game, yes, but full of values

exceeding playfulness. Hence its appeal, its magic and its millenary existence.

So we ask: What is actually the go?

It may be difficult to understand what is because, really, it does not look like any

another game. Go is a natural, abstract game, subtle, full of logic and common sense.

It is a refreshing space for the mind ... Like another world within the world ...

It is also a way to perceive the ephemeral of existence, and become aware of

different reality, beyond time and space. So it is no coincidence that those

Taoism as special beings called Immortals appear in many representations

playing go. And is that the idea of immortality is present on the board: When a

group of stones is alive, means is indestructible, invulnerable ... a point

insurance support, ie immortal.

Despite its simplicity, the board and go stones

They constitute a profound symbolic language.

- The square represents the material world, Earth.

- And the circle the spiritual world, Heaven. The circle represents the intersection of

wheel with its center, which in turn is the center of the cross, the fifth element, consciousness

- The black and white represent the duality,

as the symbol of Yin and Yang, couples from which everything is born,

binary "on-off" present in all the declared.

The image of a panel full of stones also suggests ways of nature,

called fractal geometry,

in which an apparent chaos within very precise mathematical rules hide.

In a way, go practice becomes an extraordinary learning laboratory.

The game teaches us to be bold yet cautious

The very bold and ambitious behavior is as dangerous as very fearful or conservative.

It should not attack while the defense therefore be neglected.

However, excessive caution does not allow

see opportunities when they present themselves, and causes the loss of initiative in the game.

GO teaches us to persevere in the

project development, but also namely time change strategy.

Do not act rigidly insist ideas that are no longer valid to change the situation.

No need to keep fighting for what is lost,

but at the same time not to leave never fight until

He has not exhausted the last hope.

The go reflects the idea of dynamic equilibrium: The stones should be neither too concentrated

or widely dispersed. Often it is surrounded Rodeador; the dead, alive and dead alive.

The win may be obtained by the accumulation small advantages, although sometimes necessary

risk everything in a decisive battle. Is Undoubtedly the beauty of this dynamism, and

the excitement of these transformations.

Develops the vision go together, the

global vision, and allows you to check the excessive localism, particularism and selfishness,

lead to failure.

Each new stone changes the situation on

the board, and the player must learn to recognize and constantly assess changes.

That assessment must be fair, and therefore must consider the entire board.

The opponent must always be taken into account, because in a way, it is a game of go

construction in which two opponents, even without proponérserlo cooperate in production

a work that can satisfy both the winner and the loser.

The kind of intelligence that puts demands go also involved human qualities: Prudence,

courage, tenacity, serenity ... So no software, play

good to go; nor a human being can play well so machinelike.

Go integrates the activity of both sides the brain, the left, which brings into play the

analytical skills and the right, capacity creative. Therefore also it constitutes an authentic

prevention against all types of disease mind, including Alzheimer's disease.

Go practice gives us serenity, calm and balance, allowing us to leave

aside the problems of everyday life and its load remain at least for a while

The concentration and abstraction

facilitating the go can even serve to overcome pain, as in the case many times

represented a large Japanese character He is playing to go as he performed

an operation arm.

The passion and captivates go because it's something that You are discovering oneself. But after a certain

time, a surprising discovery is made: life go and look. How?:

- The game starts with an empty board and, at least in principle, we have much

freedom to go where placing stones We want. Even the stages in which

develops the game: fuseki, chuban, and yose, keep a parallelism

with what is youth, maturity and old age.

In the first stage are plotted the main lines of what will come next,

in the second fully developed our capabilities, and the third is collected

the fruits as lived before. - That initial freedom that is necessary

find meaning or strategy: We need know what to do. Should we not also

discover a meaning in life?

- Go is easy and difficult at the same time.

The simplicity of its rules contrasts with its extraordinary degree of depth and subtlety.

And this paradox leads to another: a master of Go knows how to find the easiest way

play, something that costs a lot of beginners, those who choose very complicated moves,

with disastrous results. - A novice player craves go capturing stones

yet one learns expert sacrifice. It's the same difference

between childishness and maturity. - We play go according to our understanding

the game. Also, necessarily entails living a way of understanding life.

- Each item is different, as is each new day. It is therefore necessary to maintain

the ability to see everything as something new if we want to improve both the go and in life.

Otherwise it falls into the routine, automatism and mechanicalness, main

causes of degradation and aging.

- The go also brings us closer to knowledge

of the laws of life and nature. He board would become a small ecosystem

where everything is harmonically related, and the player is discovering the laws that govern it.

- Like life, the go is dynamic, deep

and mysterious. It shows you always have anything beyond that still do not see but can

discover. So grows the philosophical search and innate sense at all

Humans. Search for balance and harmony, pursuit of abstract beauty that is hidden

behind all forms, search for knowledge.

- And, both on board and in life, that knowledge is what will make us truly

free, as it will allow us to choose which our movements and actions correctly.

In this way the go becomes a way of moral development, consisting of

always seek the best move, the right thing, the best way to act.

One way of overcoming mistakes, their weaknesses,

they are, really, our main adversary.

Go is therefore a purely human game,

and the game comes to amount to a conversation in which both players are showing on

the board even the most intimate aspects of his personality. That's why they call in Japan

"Shudan" which means "language without words ", understood without words," speak without speaking. "

This explains the Chinese proverb that says, "Use the wei-chi to make friends"

since the go facilitates personal relationship and mutual understanding.

Inevitably,

the style of play will reveal whether the player It is aggressive, ambitious, impetuous, reflective,

generous or stingy, bold or coward unruly or submissive, rigid or flexible ...

Therefore we can say that the go is a game purely human, typical of humans,

endowed with discernment and conscience. Although it might be doubted this claim,

if we consider the answer Emanuel Lasker, world champion chess between

1894 and 1921, gave a reporter when he He asked about the go:

"Chess is limited to the inhabitants of Earth, but if there are intelligent beings

on some other planet, surely they know the go. "

All these aspects explain why the go has been and continues to be applied to different

fields of human activity. As a strategy game par excellence,

GO is highly regarded by diplomats and politicians, and it has been traditionally part in the

curriculum of military academies, both Chinese and Japanese, because it can

They are embodied much of the principles contained in the classic treatise by Sun Tzu:

"The Art of War", which some It could well be called "The Art of Peace"

largely because it is dedicated to how prevent conflicts before they occur.

Also in the go he dominates the idea of "living and let live ", not Checkmate, own

Chess; and although there is also life and Death on the go, this death is the same as

It exists in nature, due to natural laws.

Although there is no struggle with the physical body, the go is considered a martial art, because

on the board develops a true combat, where the psychological aspects

and mental are of fundamental importance.

This explains why the mental strength of Go players

is valued with a category system similar to martial arts. And also

He explains why many samurais practiced go.

The go was also chosen by many monks Buddhists, it reflects well one of the

fundamental concepts of Buddhism: Detachment.

It may be that one or more stones have

had a crucial importance at a time of the game, but once circumstances

have changed, you have to play with the possibility abandoning.

And in recent times it has gained prominence the implementation of business development go

and the business world, it is known that most Japanese executives

I usually practice. Leisure and business joined on the board, where negotiations

and exchange gains and losses, growth and expansion ...

Both go as business is important have a proper sense of risk, spirit

entrepreneurial initiative ...

And each player is like the director

of a company, its great strategist.

All these values go explain that their

dissemination in the West will be increasing.

They are known some books that talk about the go: Shibumi, Jian, the player go, Chung Kuo ...

And it is known poem dedicated to him Jorge Luis Borges:

"Today, September 9, 1978, I had the palm a small disc

of three hundred and sixty one required for the astrological game of go,

that other chess East. It is older than the oldest writing

and the board is a map of the universe ... "

There are also some films in which

GO appears: "Pi, Faith in Chaos" and "A Beautiful Mind," based on the

life of John Nash, Nobel Prize in 1994. Nash he perfected the "Game Theory"

Von Neumann and Morgenstern, establishing the chances of a clash of opposites

both sides can win.

It is striking the complex reaction of Nash,

in the film, when you lose a game of Go.

Gradually are the number of Western who accept this legacy from the East. Nevertheless,

It is still pending recovery value traditionally had in the past:

cultural, artistic and philosophical value. A value that will allow Western man

use the game as a way of overcoming staff, value for the Japanese

Kido speak of "the path of go".

Having gone through the centuries with rules

game so simple and almost invariable They give the flavor of the classic: I old

and once again, not subject to fashions, always attractive ...

His likeness with life make it a simple learning laboratory where

each stone is putting us clear life aspects,

of ourselves and others.

Go is also a valuable educational tool,

a tool in our power to develop and keep our minds active,

while we had fun.

If it is true that we live in the "leisure civilization"

with many hours of free time at our disposal, the go is presented

as an alternative extraordinary entertainment, clean, green,

for anyone

of any age. A real challenge for who we are not satisfied with amusements

passive usual, but we seek leisure quality where to test our

capabilities and develop them.

A beautiful alternative to telebasura, consumerism,

crime and so many other problems of our time.

Therefore, we can say that the go is more than a game. That recondite, mysterious

and attractive ..., that enchants the go, that that every human being seeks even unknowingly,

It is nothing other than knowledge, but not a mere academic knowledge;

depth knowledge of the laws of Life and Nature, the universal knowledge

that every human being, of any age and Instead, you need and want to learn.

This is the natural relationship go with -understood philosophy is in its traditional sense,

as love of wisdom, and this relationship produces the real discovery of the game,

thus it is showing us its deepest aspect and magic.

Magic, ultimately, is what has motivated the survival of go for thousands of years,

and guarantee its existence in the future.

"Ok it's kinda dangerous to record here. So I will stop now..."

"...and hopefully I'll see you when I arrive in one piece."

"ok, finally we are at our hotel."

"After 31 hours of travelling we finally arrived"

"...and it looks beautiful here."

"That's our room."

"Also the owner is super nice."

"He is even giving us a ride to a restaurant now."

"So we don't need a Tuk Tuk."

"However, I guess that's enough for the first day..."

"31 hours drive, flight, ride and tuk tuk to this place..."

"Good night!"

The Story of My Life by Sri. Vethathiri Maharishi CHAPTER 15 Experiments - Duration: 9:02.

CHAPTER - 15 EXPERIMENTS

Some time earlier, one day, I was waiting to catch the bus on my way to work, at the

bus stop opposite to Mandaiveli post office.

A cobbler used to be there, who occasionally mended my chappals if they needed mending.

That day I had entrusted such a piece of work to him and he was busy, stitching.

I noticed his stomach.

It was completely shrunk.

"Why, friend," I asked, "have you not had any breakfast?".

"No!" he said, and then added, "I didn't have any food,Sir, last night either".

I was stunned by his words.

"why?", "I had no earnings, Sir.

That is why" This piteaous admission pierced my heart.

He charged half an anna for that service.

I made it an anna that day and proceeded to my office.

"I didn't have any food, Sir, last night".

Those words were still ringing in my ears.

I have known from experience how cruel the pangs of hunger could be.

There are a lot of poor people who starve for lack of means.

When will such a state of affairs change?

This thought became an obsession.

I returned home in the evening.

I didn't even go to my master's house that day.

The theme of hunger haunted me.

I came to a decision while so many among the poor can afford only one meal a day, and some

time go without even that, why should I eat twice a day?

Would not one meal be enough?"

That was the way I argued.

That was the resolution I made.

I gave up supper that night.

The next night I told my sister that I didn't want my supper, that I was observing a vow

like this for some days.

When I woke up in the mornings, I had the sensation that I was light, as if I were flying

in the wind.

I would wait a short while, clean my teeth and take my breakfast.

Then only I would find strength slowly returning to my limbs.

I decided to set this right.

In the evening I started munching a quarter anna worth of groundnuts.

In about ten days I was restored to normalcy!

I got over the urge for supper when evenings came.

But the thought kept recurring, "What should I do to get the world rid of poverty for good?

What is there I could do?"

Thus I dispensed with my supper, from my twenty third year onwards.

That training has held firm to this day.

When friends insist, sometimes to please them, I accept some light refreshment.

That is all.

My supper continues to be what it had always been a

cup of milk.

About eight months after our marriage, my brother

developed hernia trouble.

He could not work at the loom any more.

I kept a large establishment.

It is true that the deficit was not unmanageable.

But the setback was there, all the same.

My brother's ailment and the growing number of my

dependants were both burdens.

The only possible course for me was to work harder than ever.

Three years passed.

Deep within me I was happy whenever I thought of the

special blessing that has been confered upon me.

I mean, of course, my wife.

She was a tower of strength to me, removing obstacles from my path, solving our

problems and softening the impact of life's struggles.

But I felt sad that I was not in a position to give her

all the comforts to which she was accustomed to in her

home.

Her father was addicted to gambling.

Betting on horses was his weakness.

Deaf to all advice, he lost everything and became quite poor.

His income dwindled, since he could not devote as much attention as before to his

profession.

It was at this stage that his daughter was married

to me.

Those who are born poor develop fortitude.

But, for Those who have seen better days, poverty is

really painful.

I had hoped that by marrying me she could get back some of the comforts she enjoyed

in her younger days; but unfortunately my financial condition was not good enough to

put an end to her trials.

She, on the other hand, was never a victim of self pity.

I never once found her bitter, or in a complaining mood.

She did not spare herself.

She gave her full coopeartion in improving our lot.

Ours was plain living.

To each of us, the other was really an asset.

In this frame of mind we carried on, doing our duty, in perfect contentment.

I was now twenty seven.

I hit upon a plan.

"We could settle down at Guduvancheri.

Village life is cheaper.

A railway season ticket costs only nine rupees a month.

If I brought two measures of milk with me, any hotel in Madras would take it and there

would be a profit of fifteen rupees a month.

That would take care of the railway fare too."

Such was the trend of my thoughts.

The Postal Audit Office in which I was employed had a canteen.

I met the Secretary of the canteen, told him of my scheme and asked him to take two measures

of milk from me each day.

He agreed to my offer with pleasure.

They found the quality of the milk to be good and the coffee prepared with it quite tasty.

They ordered four measures more.

The very next month I took my family to Guduvancheri.

I fixed up a house.

The rent was only a rupee and a half.

Although the roof was leaky we found it a bargain at that

time.

I now made a profit of fifty rupees a month on my

milk sales.

In my Office they were buying guard files for pasting

and preserving vouchers, from dealers in the City.

Now there was a proposal to manufacture them with waste

paper available in the Office itself.

An Office Superintendent, personally interested in me, told me this

was a profitable source and that I could bid for the contract.

There was however one condition.

I was to furnish a certificate to the effect that I was a qualified

binder.

I was prepared to meet this condition; I caught

hold of a book binder, and learnt his craft in just one week,

sitting at it day and night.

I demonstrated my newly acquired skill at a

printing press and obtained the required certificate.

Thus I secured the contract from my Office.

When I returned home to Guduvancheri every evening,

I took a stock of boards and waste paper sheets.

My wife arranged them carefully in the right order and

stitched them.

On getting back at night, I glued the sheets together, pasted marble paper on the boards

and the files were ready.

We manufactured about two thousand files a year like

this and earned three hundred to five hundred rupees in a

lump.

Within two years, we purchased a house at Guduvan-cheri for six hundred rupees.

The profit from the preparation of files was on the

increase.

The milk business too was quite brisk.

We had a sizable sum of money on hand.

This milk supply however involved risk.

Hot weather soured the milk in summer and we had to replace

a few potfuls.I had deputed a man specially for

that, but he was not able to manage.

I decided to close that business.

The net profit was twenty five rupees per day then.

I had a friend called Gaffur Sahib who was in the same line.

I made over my whole business to him.

With the cash I had, I proposed to start production and

sale of lungis (cloth).

In Angappa Naicken Street, Madras, there was a

prominent firm with the name 'Maulana Lungi Company'.

I went there and entered into an agreement with

them for the supply, under the stipulation that goods were

to be inspected only on Sundays, so that there will be no

difficulty in my attending the office on other days.

They proved amenable.

I placed my brother in charge of production and sales

of textiles and I myself attended to that business at other

than office hours.

3 Free Market Research Tools to Help You Learn More About Your Audience - Duration: 6:57.

I get lots of questions from people who are interested in knowing more about their audience,

but don't really have the budget to invest in awesome tools like Affinio, Crimson Hexagon,

Nexalogy, and Klear.

Now I've talked about some of these in a past video where I dove into some of the social

intelligence tools we use at Truly Social, to get a deeper understanding of an audience.

It makes sense for my company to invest tens of thousands of dollars per year into research,

because well, it's our business.

But if you're a small startup, or a sole proprietor, that's a lot of cash.

When I get asked on how to find out more about an audience with free or inexpensive tools,

I point them at the hacks I'm going to cover today.

There's lots of data out there if you know how to look for it.

After this, you will.

My name is Tara, and this is Truly Social.

I'm gonna cover three free tools that are right under your nose: Google Analytics, Twitter

Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.

Now, let me warn you.

If you're really in the startup phase and have little to no following, you may not get

too much data from some of these tools. (namely GA + Twitter)

But it's worth keeping an eye on as you grow.

Let's start with Google Analytics.

To start, just type analytics.google.com into your browser.

You'll go straight into your analytics platform.

From there, click on the audience tab.

You'll see some options, demographics, and interests amongst others.

You can click into demographics and see the standard stuff like age and gender, but I

don't think that information is all that interesting.

The stuff that is super interesting is in the interests tab.

In this case, you can see that this audience has interests in business, investing, health

and fitness, and business and economic news.

You can see what your audience is interested in when it comes to your own category, versus

outside of your category.

In the case of this audience, they're into celebrities, weather, and sports.

Now this isn't a huge revelation, but it will help you get a bit of an idea of what types

of sites your audience visits.

How does this help?

Well, you can target your advertising better.

Create content that they might find more relatable and interesting.

You can tell your PR team where to pitch you for coverage, as just a start.

Let's hop over to Twitter Analytics now.

You can either access Twitter Analytics by typing in analytics.twitter.com while you're

logged in, or it's also in the dropdown menu.

From the analytics landing page, click the audience tab to get to the interests categories.

Warning here, just like Google Analytics, you may not see anything here if you don't

have enough traffic, or following.

But for those of you that do, I like to do a comparison set up first, before I look at

anything.

I click the add comparison audience option, and choose all of Twitter.

This helps set a benchmark so I can know if the audience over indexes on an interest for

this account, or under indexes.

You'll see what I mean in a second.

In my case, my audience is very interested in technology and entrepreneurship, 60 to

64% more interested than the general Twitter audience.

A few years back, I started posting a lot about fashion, because I was doing a fashion

startup, and my numbers dropped.

This tells me why.

There are lots of cool insights in Twitter Analytics, like TV genres your audience prefers,

the stuff they buy, and their buying profile.

You can even find out their household income, net worth, marital status, and education levels.

My audience is educated and affluent, which is good to know if I'm approached as an influencer.

The third free audience analysis tool is found in your Facebook Business Manager.

There is a lot of stuff in here, so I'm gonna just fly through it a bit.

Now you can access the audience insights tool by going to business.Facebook.com and clicking

on your business settings.

You'll find the audience insights option probably hidden in this pop out menu.

I use it all the time, so Facebook has created a bookmark for me.

Choose the everyone on Facebook option to start building the audience.

The default is the United States, because most of the rich data is US based.

In this case, with content marketing, I'm gonna try to limit those above a certain income

category.

By the way, there are lots of interests you can type in here, that are not show in the

default dropdown.

Often you can even put in competitors pages, as long as they have a decent following.

So US based Facebookers who are interested in content marketing.

Again, above a certain income level.

You can see now that they're indexed slightly higher female and 35 plus.

Facebook, like Google, classifies audiences in categories as well.

This audience has [inaudible 00:04:18], top professionals, and established elites.

Or in other words, wealthy people, which is not surprising, since I chose 100K plus.

Active lifestyles, corporate connected, et cetera, et cetera.

Basically a professional audience.

They're working in management, sales, arts, and media mostly.

Now let's skip page likes for a second, because it's the big unveil, and hope into location.

Not surprisingly, higher percentages come from New York, LA, and Chicago.

Under behavior, you can see that they tend to like more pages.

Now you can look at household income and size, which I already limited through my query,

and into spending.

This is kind of surprising.

They spend less in general, online and off.

Now that you've seen all that stuff, let's go over to page likes.

This is the really interesting stuff.

Their top software choices are Infusionsoft and Shopify.

Also, Salesforce and Hootsuite.

They love the social media publications.

Use Uber and Zillow.

Get lots of their education online with Mindvalley and Udemy.

Rely on Whole Foods and Blue Apron for their groceries.

They seem to really like food too.

Their favorite movie is Food Inc.

Seem outdoorsy as well, as we see REI and all the National Park Service on their affinities.

You also get to see the top 100 pages that they follow.

Once again, these are sort of by relevance, which is a score that is made up of volume

and affinity, which means that the pages at the top are followed uniquely by this audience,

as opposed to Facebook general.

If I sort by audience, it shows the number of people in this audience who follow that

page.

All of this is really helpful for benchmarking.

Here are the pages you can see.

Content Marketing Institute, Digital Marker, Infusionsoft, Mary Smith, and so on and so

forth.

None of these pages are super surprising, but if you search for another affinity group,

you may be surprised at the results.

Pretty cool, huh?

Those tools are 100% free.

The biggest issue for Google and Twitter is that you need a certain audience size to even

access these insights.

You can only access them for your own account.

Whereas Facebook, that is some rich data right there.

So have at her, and have fun.

Yourself at home as you might be able to hear in my voice right now. I am

Sick I am just getting over a cold

Hopefully I'm getting over it it has been 2 and a half days

Since I've started to feel the symptoms of the cold and so far they've been quite mild

And I think that if I hadn't have done things that I'm going to tell you about in this video

It would have been a lot worse the things that I'm going to share with you

I have been doing for years, and I swear by them every time

I have a cold at the first symptom of the cold I do these things and

It really shortens the life of the cold and it helps you to feel better faster

So you can get back to your life and move on because I really want to move on from this cold right now

Just a disclaimer

Terms and conditions and full disclaimer on my website as well

Seconds to hit that subscribe button down below. It would really help me out to expand and grow the reach of this channel and

You'll go with more people so if you are ready

Let's get into these cold remedies tips number one thing that I'm going to talk about is drink water

Drink lots and lots of water drink water all day every day

But especially when you are sick staying hydrated is important in general, but when you are sick

You need to basically flush everything out of your system

So drinking water will help you to do that it helps to just get everything flowing and moving all of that stuff that

Infected stuff in here in your body that is going on when you have a cold

Drinking water will help you to feel a lot better a lot faster

if you drink a lot

You can also drink tea when I have a cold in my throat and nose and head my throat is sore

I like to drink this tea called throat coat it. Just it's not the my favorite flavor of tea, but it really does help

the throat

I might have some after this video because talking for

15 minutes is really not going to be beneficial for my throat another side tip don't talk for 15 minutes straight when you have a

Throat ache throat code tea even any kind of herbal tea is going to help to

alleviate some of that pain the heat on the throat is going to help to soothe the throat ache keeping that body hydrated and

Helping to flush out all of the bad stuff in there for lack of a better term

Is going to help you to get better faster my next tip is taking zinc and vitamin C

Zinc is one of those vitamins that you can take too much of

So I only do this when I am sick because I don't want to overdose on think it's not good for you

I take is I cam sometimes. I also take Emergen-C.

Those little packets that you can dissolve into water

It's another great way to stay hydrated while also getting vitamins is to drink your vitamins

You can take the emergency in the regular format, or you can take it with some added melatonin

Which helps you to fall asleep.

So definitely don't take that before you drive or anything

Take that the nighttime one at night when you're sleeping or before you go to sleep

Just kind of really packing in those vitamins every time you're sick

Helps the body to combat the cold the next thing that I like to do is

I like to use my oil diffuser and put in some tea tree oil tea tree oil is a natural antimicrobial

So it kills bacteria.

I know colds are viral generally.

I like the smell of tea tree oil breathing in tea tree oil and having it

Just circulate around the air helps to kill the germs in the air

and I really like to do it during the time that I am sick or anyone else that I'm living with is sick because

I think it just helps to purify the air clear the air out of germs

And I love my oil diffuser in general

So, I couldn't recommend that enough. The next thing that I like to do when I'm sick is gargle with warm

Salt water. This is something that I have been doing since I was little because my dad swears by it

He and my grandparents. Have a whole list of

old Italian home remedies

that I used to do when I was little and they really worked for me some people don't believe in that stuff

But I do. Home remedies,

Homeopathic things I do you want me to do another video on

All of the things that my Italian grandmother taught me all the home remedies

Let me know in the comment section below

Yeah, gargle with warm salt water, so a full glass 8 ounces of not, too

Hot not too. Cold water just a little warmer than room temperature

I would say so you might need to microwave it for about 20 seconds depending on your microwave

You do not want to gargle with freezing cold water, and you do not want to gargle with boiling water

That is not safe

So slightly warm a little warmer than room temperature

And just a little bit of salt takes like a teaspoon not an actual teaspoon like a measurement teaspoon

But like a spoon that you use for your tea. Just like maybe 1/2 to 1/4

That's going up salt put it in the warm water stir it and allow the salt to dissolve and then you can gargle

Slowly, so one sip out of time gargle the water until the entire water glass is empty

So you'll obviously want to do this by a sink and marble very

Vigorously to get that muscle going and to break up all of that bad stuff

In your throat the salt is really good for that

It just helps if you have a throat ache, and I recommend doing this at the first sign of a throat

Ache the next thing that I like to do what I have a cold is

Use my neti pot so if you don't know what a neti pot is it is a sinus rinse system

You can do this with a few different types of devices

I prefer the neti pot

Because I just I don't know I've been using it for the longest amount of time, so I know how to use it

I'm used to it. It is a little tough where it comes with these saline packets in the pot

You fill it up to the line of water. You need to use room-temperature

Distilled or filtered water do not use tap water for this

That's at least what my neti pot box told me you dissolve the powder into the water

and then you actually put it to your nostril and you tilt the head to one side breathing out of your mouth and

The water goes up your sinus and although

Out the other nostril some people find this weird I find it very helpful and helps to just clear out the sinuses

If you have bad sinuses like I do

Where you get chronic sinus issues I'd recommend doing this regularly so maybe once every couple weeks

I think I'm a friend who does it every week who also has bad sinuses, so it's not

the most pleasant experience

But it gets the job done so the next thing I'm going to suggest well you have a cold is

Veggie soup this week

I have had red fish soup with kale and white beans I've had veggie soup with spinach and lentils

carrots celery

veggie broth

Just the warmth of the soup is very comforting to me and the nutrients from the vegetables are always always

Beneficial I love soup in general, but especially when I'm sick if it's just a great thing to have

getting all your vegetables in and

The comfort and warmth of the soup is just a great thing to do while you are sink

And finally my final tip for when you have a cold is

Rest so rest as much as possible even if you still have to work if you can work from home

Then take the time and really

Rest rest your body don't force yourself to run around can you're just trying to get worse and you're just going to

Prolong the symptoms, and it's going to take even more time for you to feel better

Which is less productive than it would if you were to just take a day and rest and let it just let your body recover

Just let your body do its thing let it run its course

There's not much else you can do for a cold because most more often than not a cold is viral

So they can't even give you antibiotics at the doctor to help to kill the bacteria or whatever that is

Making you feel this way, so

Rest as much as you can work from home if you can sleep in if you can take a nap

I highly recommend just letting your body recover so that you can get better

Faster also just to let you know during this time if I have a bad headache

I will take ibuprofen if I have a really bad thrown ache. I will take ibuprofen

sometimes I take tylenol so see them in a fin or what's it called paracetamol and acetaminophen and

Paracetamol are the same thing they call them different things in different countries for some reason, but yeah

I still take those things. I am not afraid to take Western medicine as well

I don't want to suffer if I don't have to and I think that taking those things in small

Doses is not going to kill you. I just do these homeopathic things as well to help myself

Alleviate some of the symptoms, and hopefully get the simple moving forward and out of my system a little bit quicker

I will leave links to everything that I discussed in this video everything that I can find in the description box below

And the blog post below as well. Thank you so much for watching, and hope you found this video helpful tomorrow

I will be posting a yoga class for when you have a cold

To help to alleviate some of your body aches help you to feel a little less fatigued

Just to move your body in a way

That's not going to aggravate your symptoms, and it really helped me to feel better

Why "Dream Jobs" Aren't Worth It - Duration: 11:06.

hey guys after last week's studio tour I figured I'd try a different point of

view for some of these vlog videos and see if this works we get to see exactly

how messy my desk is on any particular given day today's video is sort of a

continuation of a rant that I stopped myself from having about a month ago I

want to talk about work-life balance and following your dreams and how I think

that's all kind of BS a lot of people talk about following your dreams as if

you need to find a career that fits what your you know your passion is like you

find something that you're passionate about and then you get a career in that

it's that whole concept of love what you do and never work a day in your life but

I think that kind of is unrealistic meaning for a lot of people and really

not what my temperament I think I don't think I would be happy doing that the

way I see it it's more like do what you love and then what you love becomes work

and I personally much prefer to have a balance where I have a job that like I

don't mind it's fine I enjoy what I do but it's not my passion it never has

been it's just a nine-to-five job I'm actually still hourly even though it's

full-time which makes it even better because basically I'm only obligated to

be there for eight hours and then I leave and then I come home and that's

where my life happens my life happens at home where I have my hobbies and my

interests I have this YouTube channel I do you know knitting I have volunteered

with the church I spend time with my family and all the things that make me

me are things that I do outside of office hours and what I do for a career

is not part of my identity really

at all it's probably not even applicable for me because my hobbies wouldn't

really make great careers anyway you know I knit so I could start like an

Etsy shop but that's really hard to make a living off of you know this YouTube

thing you know maybe maybe it'll hit off and I'll be able to you know support our

family with YouTube but I don't well that might be like a pipe dream

it's not a goal that I'm like working towards with any kind of deadline

because I don't think that's reasonable and my degrees actually in languages and

so I had planned all along to like do work as a translator not an interpreter

live but a translator like on paper but the the problem with that is that I was

so focused on the academic aspects of getting into college in the first place

and then passing my courses that no one ever told me until I was ready to

graduate that most translation jobs are freelance and I find searching for work

itself to be so stressful that the idea of searching for work every day of my

life for the rest of my life just sounds like something that is it's a

non-starter I would never be interested in that kind of a career and so I'm much

happier with the job that I have that doesn't even use my degree but allows me

to have like just a paycheck every other week and it's the same amount every

other week and I'm able to just sort of live my life peacefully outside of those

eight hours a day this all came up in the first place when I was doing reading

getting things done by David Allen and sort of talking about some of my

thoughts during my September videos and the one thing about that book that kept

rubbing me the wrong way was this sort of assumption that that he needed to be

working on work stuff at all hours of the day and all days of the week and

sort of that assumption that I think certain companies might sort of have that that

your job is your life especially if you are a non-exempt salaried you know which

fortunately like I said I'm not so I basically I have my hours and then I go

home and I'm not working and I'm never asked to like work on something over the

weekend but if I were I think that would really bother me a lot my husband's last

job was a little bit more that way and his current job has a much healthier

view of the whole work-life balance and they don't let him stay too late if he

needs to you know get caught up he just they're they just see the value more of

him being rested going home getting a full night's sleep enjoying his time not at

work and then coming back refreshed the next day rather than forcing him to stay

super late like his previous job was which I really appreciate you know as

the wife of course but also just like I'm also an employee and I prefer that

kind of a mentality of sort of a boss who realizes that he's not your life

he's not your wife he is not you know what you love to do 24/7 um you know I

never quite got the concept of a dream job people would ask me what's your

dream job and I've never really had an answer you know for a while I was saying

that I want to do translation but most of that was because so part of this is

just the way that career advice is doled out to high schoolers the best I got was

why don't you major in your favorite subject my favorite subjects were

foreign languages and so that's what I studied and it was a great experience I

enjoyed everybody in my program my professors my classes I got to study

abroad which was amazing but besides all that life experience

it's not something that I'm doing as a career because I was never told how to

turn it into a career and whether it was the kind of career that I liked I think

it's much more important to like your work environment than to be doing

something that you enjoy studying you know you can put up with studying

something that you don't like you know if maybe

you don't like math but your ideal work environment involves math you can put up

with studying it for you know four years and then you have the environment that

you like and so it's more important to consider things like do you prefer

working alone or in groups do you like open floor plans or you know

cubicles or offices or do you want to be you know managing a team or do you

prefer to be you know just doing your thing day in day out same stuff every

day do you prefer to be creative those are the kinds of questions that I think

are much more important than what subject you want to major in and I was

never really given that point of view of like even just the the point of view of

studying for a career instead of studying for a major and if I were to go

back and do it all over again I would definitely consider the career I want

before the major I chose and maybe even take a year off out of high school to

sort of figure that out for myself because you know I'm happy with where I

am regardless of what degree I got and whether or not I'm using it like I'm I'm

really happy because I'm not identifying myself by my job I'm identifying myself

by my hobbies I really enjoy spending my time you know doing my crafting stuff

doing my YouTube videos time on myHogwarts where I almost treat that as a job

like I'm able to treat my hobbies take them as seriously as I would take a job

because I have that time I'm you know I stick to a youtube schedule I have a

very strict like my Hogwarts schedule where I get certain things done every week and

whatever because I'm like held accountable only by my friends I'm not

getting paid for that and I think that's the freedom I wouldn't have if I were

chasing some hypothetical dream job that maybe required more work than it's worth

also I think it's also the glorification of money you know that you work harder

for a higher paying job you know I think there's a point at

which money can buy happiness but after that point it really can't

and only a fulfilling life of you know having hobbies and interests and just a

family that loves you in a home that you can feel happy and relaxed in is more

important than all of that but none of this is to knock people who do know what

they want to do and who are pursuing entrepreneurial pursuits or you know

that a hypothetical dream job if you know exactly what you want and if it's

something that you love to do then by all means that's amazing I'm just saying

that it's not me and I think it's not a lot of people but some of the people who

it's not for are still being given that advice to go find your passion and make

your job your passion or make your passion your job and if it's not a good

fit it's not gonna happen and you're just gonna end up being frustrated so I

guess my advice if you want it is um if you have a dream job already or if you

have something you're working towards as a goal that's fantastic but if you're

finding other people's goals be you know pressuring you into looking for

something that you don't feel comfortable in consider that where you

work doesn't define you you don't have to have a dream job to be happy and

fulfilled in your life so that's all I wanted to say I guess um I guess that's

why one thing why I have separate bullet journals for work I have a work bullet

journal I can link below and for home and everything in here is personal stuff

including hobbies including my Hogwarts which has some aspects of being slightly

job like but other aspects of being something that I just really love

spending the time with the people there and just enjoying my hobby and my um

sort of geeky nerdy fandom for Harry Potter

among other things so yeah that's that's all I have for you today thank you guys

for watching if you found that useful go ahead and like the video and if you are

interested in anything else I have don't forget to subscribe because I publish

videos three times a week and look forward to those I love you guys and

I'll see you in the next one bye

Francesca Moi - Build Your Passion Tribe To Speed Up Your Success - Passion Sundays - Duration: 7:04.

hello everyone and welcome back to passion Sunday's the best way to end the

week and start another our guest today has been called the meetup Queen she's

gonna help you build up your passion tribe of followers miss come on how are

you good thanks how are you thank you very much for being with us today that I

get your name right yes muy muy man it's not a custom way okay

so tell me more about what you do why did you get called the meetup Queen well

I find my story very fascinating because I believe that because of my story

everyone can do it everyone can get a six-figure business in such a short time

so let me tell you - not even two years ago I wanted to become Tony Robbins of

Australia and I was like how am I gonna do that here in Italian I am Italian

cause I have to become the Tony Roma's overstrain I know I know so I was living

in Australia and I moved around a changed city a lot and then I'm stopped

in Brisbane and I didn't know anyone but I thought you know what I can do this

I'm gonna just go to networking events how difficult it is to find a client

it's super easy right go to networking event and boom you're fully booked and I

started to go out and about to networking events and nobody wanted to

talk to me and nobody wanted to pay me I was like what's happening it's not that

easy I started to panic and then all of a sudden I was like okay I need to find

a shortcut I need to you know be in front of these people I can't just be

one of the crowd and so I thought I just start a meetup group so I went to meet

up calm and a subtle meetup group a lot of people think there's like a about you

know dating and stuff for that like milliner I said a business Meetup and

people said to come to my Meetup and ask me a lot of question about you know

mindset in business and all that stuff as I go that's really cool and then all

of a sudden boom three months later I'm fully booked doing one-on-one sessions

Wow can you believe it but still it wasn't just like being Tony Robbins

I was stuck right I was talking in one-on-one you know sessions and I

didn't know how to scale it and then all of a sudden I started to see the more

coaches were coming to my meetups I was like what do you want and they were like

we want to learn how you got fully booked in no time without knowing anyone

in Australia how so I created this program called at the

beginning was called meetup mastery and at each business owners have to use

meetup and Facebook to boom their business interesting so I love how by

pursuing your passion you failed miserably at the first step yeah cause

you didn't stop you convert it into something that builds up to you know

your multi figure business seventy six or seven figure business yeah in a few

years yeah that's that's a phenomenal so yeah success about pursuing passion now

I'm sure that wasn't as beautiful as it sounds now because somewhere along the

journey the dips were hard so I'm sure you're out crashed when you fail at the

first step how do you a passion to come back up

again oh my god such a good question because I feel that intrapreneurship our

passion crushes every single that yeah you wake up and they're on a high and

then after five minutes you read them an email what's up buddy Union so it's

really important to keep your mindset on top of everything isn't it I have this

little saying that our business is a 3d print out of our thoughts beautiful feel

like it so everything that we think is gonna be

manifesting so yes he was really hard so when I'm was going out and about to

networking event and nobody wanted to buy my my sessions I was like how am I

gonna do this and remember me calling my brother I

always look up look up to my brother and I said we're gonna do this this is too

hot I'm just gonna go back to a job and I promise you there's still some times

are still now I think why am I doing this sure go back to a job is not that

easy like and I don't never want to make people think that it's easy it's not

easy it's it's everything would do it's hard working his consistency and it's

focused what keeps you how did them add the the thing that makes me I actually

had a moment last month because I had a national tour and the national tour

itself was a six-figure in you know I come and I was like okay by now I should

be like jumping and going buy clothes and be super happy and I just I'm

feeling normal and I'm like I wonder why and then all of a sudden I'm getting

this email from one of the clients that signed up two weeks before saying that I

already changed their life and she hasn't even done the cost yet because of

all these things are happening already on Facebook and and this is a path and

that made me happy and I thought this is it I'm not doing this for the money I'm

doing this because I love ya I love seeing people that just like me two

years ago they just don't know if this is actually gonna gonna work out and

then all of a sudden they got fully booked meetups and and the diary start

to fill out and that makes me so happy yeah and so if you're gonna give

somebody one tip about creating their own meetups

what would the meetup Queen give that tip to somebody who wants to spread

their passion because we will never be able to spread the passion if we don't

have it the right tribe around us and that can be tough especially if you have

a very nice passion yes how can you identify those people quickly and build

that tribe around you yes so what I call it the laundry do you

take people from Facebook and you bring them into a live environment and then

you put them back into Facebook so what I believe is that I love the time the

people that come to the first probably months to three months of your Meetup

and not the wrong people and all the people that are gonna be maybe pursuing

your program or or become your clients but those people are the one are gonna

help you on Facebook to attract the right people so it's gonna be we're

gonna be patient we're gonna understand that we're gonna build that that trust

with the right people so what I believe is that the name is is super important

so at least we start to and select a few people from from the actual you know

very very big network and never forget the name right then at least we got some

people that are right and then what's the most important thing is not the

actual meetup is that the meetup you take a really good photo and then

consistently you keep posting the photo that you are the speaker at this event

and over and over and over and over again and you give really good content

on Facebook of what your expertise are and the right people will watch you and

what's your the quality clients that would just check you out on Facebook

until they're ready and then they're gonna come along to your event on your

workshop beautiful so just keep the passion going keep producing passion out

into the world and the world is gonna find you in a way yes once you give

eventually you come back also keep giving your passion so you get more

passion it's so good I love very much thank you

thank you so much passion what do you think I really hope you found this

episode as amazing as I did about building your passion tribe if so share

your comments on the blog below and share it with your friends and if you'd

like more tools tips techniques and exclusive interviews that I only share

on my website go to Mustafa calm until next episode live passionately

iPhone 8 Plus vs iPhone 7 Plus Camera Comparison - Duration: 5:48.

"Music"

Hey guys I am Sagar from Tecworkz.

And It is time, we compare the camera of the iPhone

8 Plus with that of the iPhone 7 Plus, and see how much of an improvement do we get.

The camera module and its specifications, are more or less similar to that of the iPhone

7 Plus, but Apple tells us that these are new sensors with deeper pixels, and the image

processor combined with the power of the A11 Bionic chip, gives the 8 Plus, an upper hand.

Out of the dual cameras on both these phones, the first has a 28mm wide lens, with an aperture

of f/1.8.

While the 2nd one is a telephoto lens of 56mm with an aperture of f/2.8.

Portrait mode was introduces back with the iPhone 7 Plus, and with the 8 Plus, we get

a new Portrait lighting mode.

It allows you to choose from various professional lighting modes, while capturing or even after

you have captured a portrait shot.

It is still in the early days, so it doesn't work every time, but when it does, the results

are truly amazing.

iPhone 8 Plus, has a few new tricks, when it comes to shooting video.

It can now capture 4k videos at 24, 30 or 60fps and 1080p slow motion videos at 240

fps.

Both of which are limited to 30 and 120fps respectively on the iPhone 7 Plus.

These features are not even available in most of the high end cameras.

So having them packed in your smartphone, is really impressive.

With all of this out of the way, lets take a look at the images and videos from both

these iPhones.

But before that, make sure to hit the subscribe button, so you don't miss out on any of

the amazing videos, coming up on this channel.

Right from the first image, you can tell, that the colours are more saturated and vibrant

from the 8 Plus, than what we are used to seeing from an iPhone, and I am liking it.

Apple seems to have made some changes, to its image processing algorithm, and now it

adds a bit of punch to the images.

Images from both these devices look really good, But the one from the iPhone 8 Plus,

show a bit more detail, and lot better dynamic range.

On the 8 Plus, you can have the auto HDR mode always turned on, which helps it capture more

details in the shadows, while also preserving the highlights.

I don't know if you can tell it through this video, but there is a bit more richness,

to the images from the iPhone 8 Plus.

We see even bigger difference, when we get indoors, in artificial and lower lighting

conditions.

Both devices still capture good images, but the iPhone 8 Plus also captures much detailed

and brighter images.

You can clearly see the 8 Plus, capturing better contrast, while the images from the

7 Plus seem a bit too flat.

Now, when we look at the Plus 7 Plus, we are talking about one of the best camera on a

smartphone, and it is amazing to see the 8 Plus, performing even better.

We have a wide and a telephoto lens on both, for taking images like these.

But honestly, I don't use the 2X lens very often.

For me, the second lens, comes in play while taking portrait shots.

7 Plus has seen improvements to its portrait shots over time, but the 8 Plus, takes even

better ones, right out of the box.

Even when you have multiple people in the shot, these images turn out great.

You can even use the portrait lighting modes on the 8 Plus, to get amazing images like

these.

This is still in beta, so you can only expect it to get better over time.

iPhone 8 Plus, will take your low light photography game to the next level.

Just look at how much detailed, and brighter its images are compared to the ones from the

iPhone 7 Plus.

Even zooming in, we see the 8 Plus capture much more details, and lot less noise.

The slow sync flash on the 8 Plus, also gives better results, you can see it from this image.

With the front facing camera, I did not see a huge improvement in image quality on the

8 Plus, but again the way in which it process the images, adds a bit more punch to them,

when compared with the ones taken with the iPhone 7 Plus.

Video capture, is another area on the iPhone 8 Plus which saw a huge improvement.

Stabilisation is good on both, and the 7 Plus can take 4k videos at 30fps.

But on the 8 Plus, you can switch that up to 4k at 60 fps, and it even captures 1080p

slow motion videos at 240fps.

iPhone 7 plus, can capture a similar frame rate at 720p resolution.

It is clear, that the iPhone 8 Plus has a better camera, but If you are looking at any

of these images individually, they will look just as good.

So the answer to the question, that are the cameras on the iPhone 8 Plus, significantly

better than those on the 7 Plus, is a definite yes.

But if you ask me, that whether you should get the 8 Plus, if you already own the 7 Plus,

I would have to say no, unless you have the extra cash and absolutely need to have the

8 Plus for its better camera and, in that case, who am I to stop you.

But if you are using an iPhone 6S plus or the ones from before that, and if you are

due for an upgrade, then you should go for the iPhone 8 Plus.

Unless of-course you are ready to spend even more, for an even better camera performance,

in that case, you should get the iPhone 10.

But that is a discussion for another video.

So lets leave it at that for now.

That is it for this video guys.

Let me know your thoughts, about the camera on these devices in the comments section.

Please hit the like button if you enjoyed this video, and subscribe to the channel for

more amazing tech videos like this.

You can also check out some of the other videos on this channel.

This has been Sagar, and ill catch you guys in the next video.

Take Care.

Breaking: Democrats Almost Replaced Hillary With Their Back-Up Candidate After She Fainted - Duration: 1:54.

As a candidate, two-time presidential also-ran Hillary Clinton was weak in many ways.

In the most obvious way, of course, Clinton looked like she was physically weak at many

points during the campaign, with a nagging cough that kept reappearing at the most inopportune

times during speeches.

The low point came when Hillary was attending a commemoration ceremony about the Twin Towers

on September 11th of last year when she actually fainted at the event and had to get rushed

away from the scene.

At that point, former Democratic National Committee chair Donna Brazile stated that

she gave serious consideration to replacing Hillary on the party's ticket with their

back-up candidate.

Stated a report on Politico, "Former Democratic National Committee head Donna Brazile writes

in a new book that she seriously contemplated replacing Hillary Clinton as the party's

2016 presidential nominee with then-Vice President Biden in the aftermath of Clinton's fainting

spell, in part because Clinton's campaign was 'anemic' and had taken on 'the odor

of failure.'"

It went on, "Brazile writes that she considered a dozen combinations to replace the nominees

and settled on Biden and Sen. Cory Booker (N.J.), the duo she felt most certain would

win over enough working-class voters to defeat Republican Donald Trump.

But then, she writes, 'I thought of Hillary, and all the women in the country who were

so proud of and excited about her.

I could not do this to them.'"

Brazile added in her book, "Again and again I thought about Joe Biden."

However, she continued, "No matter my doubts and my fears about the election and Hillary

as a candidate, I could not make good on that threat to replace her."

Do you think Hillary should have been replaced after she fainted?

Trump Shreds George H.W. Bush After Bush Calls Him A 'Blowhard', It's GOP War - Duration: 1:52.

It's sad that so many big names in the Republican party are still so scared of outsider President

Donald Trump and what he brings to the table that they feel they need to slander him in

public.

In a another dismaying example of this, father-son Republican presidential due George H.W. Bush

and George W. Bush knocked Trump, as detailed in historian Mark Updegrove's new book The

Last Republicans.

Said the elder Bush about Trump last year, "I don't like him.

I don't know much about him, but I know he's a blowhard.

And I'm not too excited about him being a leader."

The younger Bush shared his same perspective about Donald, stating, "As you know from

looking at my family, (humility) is a certain heritage.

That's what they expect, and we're not seeing that (in Trump)."

Added Updegrove about Bush's comments, "When Donald Trump said, 'I am my own adviser,'

Bush thought — and this is a quote — 'Wow, this guy doesn't know what it means to be

president.'"

Thankfully, President Trump hit back hard against his two Republican predecessors.

Stated a Trump White House official to CNN about what the two Bushes said, "If one

presidential candidate can disassemble a political party, it speaks volumes about how strong

a legacy its past two presidents really had.

And that begins with the Iraq war, one of the greatest foreign policy mistakes in American

history."

They added, "President Trump remains focused on keeping his promises to the American people

by bringing back jobs, promoting an 'America First' foreign policy and standing up for

the forgotten men and women of our great county."

Do you think members of the establishment Bush family need to shut their mouths about

Trump?

【東方妖恋談】 Rebirth「GET IN THE RING」【Vietsub/Engsub】 - Duration: 5:30.

Rebirth English translated by Amen

I was washed by the downpour of light

Something's missing in this closed off world

Someone has certainly been looking beyond the horizon

that melts at ground level

Even if what I wished for is nothing but a lie

If in the end time turns into truth

then meaning and reason would really exist, right?

But it'll be looked right past won't it?

To some place, to somewhere, the stream shall go and be drained

as I'm preparing to return home, it's a lonely journey

Afterwards, after this dream, everyone will wave their hands

as if checking to make sure that they're awake

The place I'll someday arrive at, that place people call paradise

for some reason is in the nostalgic sky

Fleetingly and vaguely, why so seeming anxiously

do I peer into the lotus mirror?

The spectrum between colour and sound dies out

In a world controlled by loneliness alone

I was shined upon by the dawn

but even so my cloudy sake reflected the moon

Never wanna cry till the end of time

Never say goodbye, I'll be there for you

Never wanna die till the end of life

Knowing that the close by paradise is no longer eternal

and quietly ending your duty

for example even if that day did come you would continue to remain the same as you are wouldn't you?

And so, would be an eternal shrine maiden

Paradise tries to be reborn again

towards a very nostalgic sky

Yin and yang, dreams, and fantastic ideas are connected without an end

Here is a dream, here is a border

Paradise shall just accept everything

everything that was forgotten

That's the nursery rhyme without a name from that eastern country

Far away off in the distance, the fantasies that were lost

continue on

Never say goodbye, I'll be there for you

Never wanna die till the end of life

Open up your eyes and you'll see the truth
