Youtube daily report Nov 6 2017

The farewell is so hard, but what can we do?!

What can we do! It's sad, but life can sometimes

drag you deep in despair

Art is playful...

Art plays today with a stunned spirit

And it takes my attention away, even if I try to resist.

And it takes my attention away, even if I try to resist.

And it takes my attention away, even if I try to resist.

I've devoted my life to the struggle of my people. Life is everything for a human being;

if we lose it, we lose everything.

Art is part of people's lives

People have their own art, their own culture.

Culture is the people's identity, It´s his identity card

The artistic message makes these unknown people's plight public

because the message is heard by friend and foe.

Everyone understands art.

If you hold a political conference along with a concert, people go to the concert

because they get it, they understand it and they like it.

The youth in the Occupied Territories is strongly fighting the occupation.

My message to the Sahrawi youth is preserve our culture and identity;

that which sets us apart from the rest.

Everyone has their own culture and customs

I have fond memories from here, I cannot forget it,

when my family was whole.

My family consisted of 10 siblings; 5 men and 5 women.

Three of my siblings were in the military, among them, Mustafa, in the Spanish era.

We were inseparable with some of them: Kaltum, older than me,

and Martyr Jalil, younger than me.

We used to play together, I remember all that,

And like the song: I cry and sometimes make others cry.

When we went out, we used to listen to the birds, like we're doing now.

We had some goats to carry food and blankets.

From Meheiriz we left for Tifariti, there the Moroccans bombarded us.

That same afternoon an Algerian aid caravan came to take the civilians to a safe place.

We arrived at the camps. I trained as a nurse.

When I returned, Jalil returned from military training. He was very young;

older than him, I was 18 or 19, can you imagine?!

My mother tried to stop him. We all did.

We didn't want him to go to war; boys his age had gone away to study.

He went away and never returned.

He was fighting on the southern front,

Where the French Jaguar fighter planes attacked, helping Mauritania.

He died a martyr during the French intervention. We still don't know where he's buried.

Shortly after, my older brother Nafee died a martyr.

He was the eldest of the boys,

He died the same year Jalil did.

What we had then was war.

I want to express my full admiration for my mother. She lost three children,

Jalil, Nafee and Mohamed Salem, and she lost two brothers, Mohamed Fadel and Moulud.

She also lost four nephews.

I make my admiration manifest because her faith is solid, her will is fierce, and her morals high.

I still remember Jalil when he came, God rest his soul.

He was still young. He came from Edjeneyen, where he was training.

He left one morning, never to return.

True. He came... I ran after him for a while.

I reached him. I grabbed him. I didn't want him to go...

I tugged him and tugged him...

I still remember him. He'd laugh with me and play,

though he was younger than me;

but I still remember him...

I remember his whole life...

When he was with me... a little boy...

Do you remember him?

They told me... his brothers,

"We want him to be useful to his people.

If something good comes of him, fine!

and if he fails, we will all fall;

we are in God's hands."

And I see you too... I see you walking...

You were leaving... they said, "here she is"...

Where were they taking me?

You were going to sing... I can see you...

There.. you were walking

Did anyone ever dedicate a poem to you?

Lots!...

Tell me one or two...

Here it goes, "Heal me of the sorrow of the night,

You nourish my eyes

Like the sadness of the first-timer"

What is the first-timer?

A first-timer is a female camel whose calf just died.

They are called "the first-timer"?

Like the sadness of the first-timer.

"Heal me of the sorrow of the night, you nourish my eyes..."

Like the first-timer...

"my hands are tied

For what I want from you"

I don't know, maybe I didn't say right.

Well, say it again. Try to remember it.

"He left unable to find a word to say

Temptation fell and existence fell"

And people were left staggering.

"he collapsed going down..."

I don't know... or he came undone...

Say what you know or remember.

It's wrong!

"to you, my beloved, and may the best-loved friend guard you,

may people come to see you always"

This is good. Who wrote it?

It's all Said's.

Said Uld Sidi Salek?

- Uld Eddaf. - Uld Eddaf...

Who else sang to you?

Nobody else, and I don't want anyone singing to me.

I didn't ask him for any poems, either.

Liverpool need to pay £35m to land Alejandro Grimaldo | News Now - transfer | #LFC - Duration: 1:51.

Liverpool are reportedly showing interest in the highly rated Benfica left back.

The full back role is one area where Jurgen Klopp could be looking to improve either in

January or in the summer transfer window.

New summer signing Andy Robertson is yet to settle in, and has hardly played in the Premier

League.

Klopp has trusted Alberto Moreno for the first-choice role, but he has looked shaky at the back

at times.

Robertson has only managed two Premier League starts so far, and there is a growing concern

whether Klopp rates him at all.

According to reports from Calcio Mercato, Liverpool have been tracking Benfica's highly

rated young left-back, Alejandro Grimaldo.

The 22-year-old has played nine times this season and has put in attractive performances

against Manchester United in the Champions League.

However, in order to capture his signature, the Reds will not only have to beat Italian

giants Juventus, but will also have to cough up £35m.

In all probability, Liverpool will give Robertson the time to settle in, and integrate him gradually

into the first team picture.

A move for Grimaldo in January is highly unlikely, as Liverpool need to bolster other

priority areas.

What Causes Antibiotic Resistance | What Is Antibiotic Resistance |How To Stop Antibiotic Resistance - Duration: 2:19.

Antibiotics are some of our most precious medicines and we're going to lose them unless we protect them

so spread the word, share this video to your friends and family so they can use antibiotics properly

antibiotic resistance let me first give you a short explanation of what it is and how it happens

imagine the white tablets as the bacteria and the box of amoxicillin is the antibiotic

antibiotic resistance can build up after bacteria have become repeatedly exposed to antibiotics

the bacteria change or adapt so they are no longer affected by the antibiotic

in other words the antibiotic can no longer kill them

so now the resistant bacteria can continue to multiply even in the presence antibiotics

now think of the last time you had an infection it wasn't a big worry

because you know you can get some antibiotics

but the problem is antibiotics don't kill bacteria as well as they used to

and I see it in practice more often than I'd like to

in fact some bacteria are now completely resistant to all of our antibiotics

you know before the 1930s when antibiotics were discovered by Sir Alexander Fleming

bacterial infections that we now see as trivial were often fatal

so how do we protect our antibiotics?

Step 1! Don't demand antibiotics from your doctor

we've all been there when you feel absolutely terrible and you just want something to help

remember antibiotics make very little difference to colds, flus, sore throats and coughs

so ask your pharmacist for some over-the-counter medicines to treat your symptoms

last week I made a video about colds and what I recommend to treat your symptoms

so feel free to check it out

Step 2! Take antibiotics exactly as prescribed with a consistent time between each dose

some antibiotics are better on an empty stomach so they can absorb better into your blood stream

and some are better after food

so pay attention to the additional information on the medicine label from pharmacy

and always read information leaflet for extra instructions

Step 3! Never save antibiotics for the future always complete the course even if you feel better

and definitely, definitely don't share them with anyone else

it's widely accepted that stopping antibiotic treatment early encourages the bacteria

to develop antibiotic resistance

this is probably one of the biggest threats to everyone on earth and the problem will only get worse

unless we make a change just imagine what will happen when antibiotics no longer work

so please like and share this video to help spread the word

hey guys thanks for watching if you haven't already hit that follow or

I Seonho You, All Ilhoon Us, Miss You All Lena! (Finale) [The Cushion (Taku;sion)] 12. Launching - Duration: 17:34.

Though I'm Il-hoon Jung of BtoB, rocking K-pop world,

But I was really nervous.

What if it's priced around 500 won.

It worried me greatly.

Our cushion foundation is really great.

I think everyone has finished quoting their prices.

Let's go over the prices of

representatives of general public first.

The quotes are!

(Drum rolls)

Oh!

Ganghee Kim (college student) wrote 24,000 won.

Ohyiji student wrote 16,700 won.

It's still expensive for me.

Ah.

If it were priced at this, I'd buy it for sure.

Oh.

Ganghee Kim wrote 24,000.

You quoted the highest price among the three.

Firstly, the MAC cushion foundation I use is 52,000 won including a refill.

Comparing to its quality, I prefer 2D4's texture better.

It applies with moisture, and finishes with matte finish.

It suits my preference.

Considering that it doesn't contain a refill,

I thought this price would be appropriate.

Heesun Chae, representing 25-35 age group, quoted 18,000 won.

Your quote is lower than students' quotes.

If I go to drugstores, such as Olive Young and LOHBS,

Most cushion foundations range between 18,000 won to little over 20,000 won.

I thought average price would be good.

It seems the development team members aren't happy with the quotes.

Let's smile. We should smile.

But my ego is at risk.

Ah, Il-hoon has his ego on this cushion foundation.

What would be the price considering your ego?

Clients quoted how much?

It's very reasonable.

It's a reasonable price, and great quality for its price!

(Drum rolls)

30,000 won.

You also mentioned its quality for its price.

30,000 won is never expensive for this one.

Maybe not for you.

Are you trying to sell us here?

No, no.

If you visit department stores, it's 90,000 won.

90,000 won?

Yes, the recent red cushion foundation is 90,000 won.

Sometimes you can find 100,000 won ones.

I strongly think that this is comparable to prestigious brands' cushion foundations.

Also, considering its quality for its price, this quote is,

Then it has great quality for its price.

Right.

Why are you erasing your quote?

Even road-shop brands' cushion foundations are well over 20,000 won.

They're well beyond 20,000 won.

She's almost crying.

Let's check how much Director Pi has quoted.

I'm curious.

I'm so curious too.

She quoted 26,000 won.

Yes. 26,000 won would be offline MSRP.

Comparing this with MAC cushion foundation, 2D4 is better.

Considering that, while it's better than MAC one,

and 80% of price comes from packaging,

its product content is almost the same.

Really honestly.

It's the price of its looks.

And when considering online lowest price,

I quoted this, as lowest price,

so students like Ohyiji can also buy this.

That's my reasoning.

Let's go to Ock Seo for her quote.

How much did you quote?

I quoted,

(Drum rolls)

28,000 won.

Oh, that's the closest to client's quote, 30,000 won.

This is good.

It's a great product, and I liked it.

It's very similar with Clio's that cushion foundation.

The MSRP for that one is 30,000 won, with a refill.

That's why.

I bet that doesn't contain spa water.

Of course not.

I am satisfied with its features,

moisturizing mochi sponge, and everything is good.

It's slim and nice.

Yet, as it was made as slim as possible,

you can't avoid its lid to smudge a little.

Knowing that its ingredient mix is recommended,

I thought 'Oh. I really want that'

Also, its development phases were transparent through this show.

Considering all these factors in,

I thought this was a suitable price.

I can see you thought a lot.

I really did.

Thank you.

Ock Seo's reviews are summarized as 'the prestigious one among med-low price range.'

Something like that.

So while it doesn't position itself on the high-end,

yet surely a prestigious product among other med-low price products.

Yes, correct.

Thank you.

I think we all can look forward to how much this item will be priced at.

I want to ask the viewers for your opinions, on its suitable retail price.

Feel free to share your opinions.

Leave lots of comments.

Thank you all today.

Thank you.

We made a tailored cushion foundation for various needs.

Not only its price, but also its features.

This cushion foundation is of you, for you, and by you.

We will do our best till the end.

This is Seonho's idea,

mochi sponge.

Like red bean filling in a mochi.

Such a great idea.

It perfectly fits to skin, and increases its staying power.

Also, Il-hoon's idea was to contain

Belgian spa water in cushion foundation!

Yeah!

Her skin tone is #23 shade.

I recommend using #3 'elegant and poised bomb' for her.

Also, our cushion does not use numbered shades, which is not fun.

We came up with new names, 'cute and lovely bomb', and 'naïve and careless bomb'

Please take a note on that.

So cute!

Cutesy!

It's cute!

When applying base makeup,

cheeks are where you can apply in most layers.

It has least wrinkles, and flaky pores.

I recommend starting from cheeks,

and pat other areas with remainder on puff.

It really fits to tone amazingly.

She's turning into a goddess.

She's a goddess!

'A goddess~'

Especially for smile lines, and both sides of nose,

where foundation gets cakey easily,

you don't want to apply too much.

It will get cakey.

I applied #3 'elegant and poised bomb' on her.

I can't see any blemish, pigmentation, or freckles.

It toned up and fit to skin greatly.

It's so great that I want this skin for me

Apply on lips and say 'mamama'

Mamama

No, I meant for the model.

Mamama

Dad's going to feel left out, 'papapa'

Papapa

Blusher application varies by different facial shapes.

In case of today's model,

I think anywhere will be gorgeous!

I need some good laughs.

How is she?

Super pretty?

Super pretty!

Super duper pretty?

Super duper pretty!

This completes a mini makeup show for tonight.

Thank you.

Next runner up, is my beauty mentor, who I respect a lot.

Please welcome Il-hoon Jung of BtoB!

Hello, I'm Il-hoon Jung.

The season full of green has passed already,

and we're turning into season of calmness.

I wish you all will have easy breezy path in your life

like the cool breeze these days.

What does cushion foundation mean to you?

My life!

Life.

It's my destiny.

Destiny.

It could be philosophy for someone, and maybe a belief.

He looks like you.

Come on.

Descartes, a well-known mathematician and philosopher of 17th century

states in his skepticism as follows.

"If you would be a real seeker after truth,

it is necessary at least once in your life you doubt, as far as possible, all things."

This statement has motivated us to develop a new cushion foundation.

I'm going to show you the chronicles of 2D4 development

weaved with our passion and energy.

Practically magic.

Yeah!

Hope you'll enjoy it.

Why is it so sad?

I know, it almost made me tear at the end.

It's so fun!

Please support and love our new cushion foundation!

I'm actually using a cushion foundation.

I'm thinking of using The Cushion,

mochi mochi.

It's very new. Revolutionary.

It's a revolution.

Revolution! Oh!

Male groomin is in these days.

The Cushion fighting!

I was wondering what all the fuss was about

also found out that her work environment was pretty impressive. (with Seonho)

I was envious of her watching the videos.

The Cushion fighting!

I loved it.

It was a success!

True that!

Thank you all for your work.

We all did great job.

Yay!

Thank you Ms. Park.

We launched the new product,

now watching the sales soar is the only thing left.

We'll have to see about that,

but consumers recognize the great product first

I'm expecting to see some good results.

I agree with you.

I've come across a number of good makeup products doing Youtube videos,

but didn't have a clue about how products were made.

After going through all this,

I have more feelings for my makeup products and I have started to cherish them more.

How about you, Il-hoon?

While doing this project,

I met a very special someone.

Someone who can be the most important person of my life.

Oh no,

is it me?

I'm really really really sorry,

but I think it'd be best for us to remain just friends.

I'm sorry.

Lena,

Don't count your chickens. I haven't given you the eggs yet.

Ms. Park, I really appreciate your hard work.

I wrote this with all my heart.

What?

I can't believe it!

Il-hoon, you have nothing for us?

No, nothing for you.

Omg.

Since Ms. Park is corporate counterpart,

I'm giving this to her on behalf of all of us.

Aw, thank you so much.

This means a lot.

I wrote it in the letter,

Are you interested in going out with me seriously?

I'm not asking this because your father is the president.

I really like you.

Have you heard a fresh line like this like phytoncide?

Open it.

Now?

Yes.

'Open the letter~'

'Open it~'

'Noona, I don't think you should sing.'

Oh, give me a minute.

Hello?

This is a nice surprise.

Yeah, I miss you too.

Ok, I'll finish early.

See you soon.

Love you back!

Ms. Park, who was that?

Do you have a boyfriend?

Um, I don't have a boyfriend, but I have a husband.

What?

Ms. Park!

Are you married?

Oh, you got married early.

I can't believe it!

Aw, she must be happy!

I'm envious.

Love you~

Love you more~

Miss you~

Miss you oppa~

Right, Il-hoon?

Um, wait, wait.

Ms. Park, actually this is nothing.

I'm sorry. Hahahaha!

This is really, really nothing. Seriously.

It's not a thing! Hahahaha!

Cut!

Okay!

Yeah!

Thank you everyone!

Thank you!

Was that really the final cut?

Yeah, really.

Oh, the real final cut.

Aw, it's sad.

Only his name is here and not torn.

With the completion of cushion foundation,

I'm going back to BtoB and absorb myself into music.

Oh,

and with the next girl I fall in love,

I'm going to first ask her whether she's married.

Um.

every moment was good.

The weather was proper.

Seonho was proper.

Everything was good.

I really enjoyed doing this. It was really fun.

We never stopped laughing while filming

I was really happy meeting and working with great people.

And it was a great opportunity for me as well.

I'm going to miss everyone already.

For the last few months,

I think I put my most energy into The Cushion.

I really did my best, and I enjoyed a lot too.

I hope our fans who love us

will love us even more.

Love you all!

Grace's Guy's and St Thomas' journey - Duration: 1:39.

I'm a prostate cancer nurse specialist. I've been at Guy's Hospital for 14 years

my role is mainly to support the patients through their cancer journeys

so from diagnosis, that is being told they've got cancer to living with

cancer to living beyond cancer. I started as a band five, did rotation in renal and

urology decided urology was my field so I did a lot of bladder cancer, kidney

cancer and testicular cancer. The department grew so I did a management

job for a few years then decided I just needed to branch out a little bit just

to gain confidence in my role so I decided to be a ward manager for about four years

which was just totally amazing. Then decided, okay now I need to specialise.

What made it easy to settle in all those jobs was the support from

my managers and I've had clinical supervision through it all.

Academically they've been there through it all so I'm not doing a job due to my years or due

to the people I know, I'm in a job where I've got the skills to do it.

I think it's because I've had amazing managers and that's why I am where I am.

There's always opportunity, I think that's what keeps me going because it's good, it's

amazing, the support is just phenomenal.

This is my Guy's and St Thomas' journey. What will yours be?

How to use LinkedIn saved search 2017 - Duration: 4:24.

LinkedIn is all about connecting with the right people and using search is a

great way to do that did you know that in LinkedIn 2017 and the free version

you can actually get up to three saved searches so you can run through the

process of creating the search save it and then linked and we'll even let you

know when there are new results to look at how useful is that is how it's done

okay so here's a search for social media training I've typed into the LinkedIn

search area yeah in the new version there's no advanced search button

there's none of those options but as you'll see there is still some filters

that you can apply so I do social media training that's quite a generic search

I'll run that now notice that some of the first results returned are with this

little gold iron which is the premium members so you know there could be

additional benefits for having Premium Membership there to show up it was also

more self on there let's narrow it down to a people search so we want to look at

people but you know I want to target people in my local area who perhaps to

ride social media training services partnership opportunities and all that

sort of things so if I now say I can I want to filter it just by location and

I'll say UK and look I can do cities all so I'm going to go right out in my local

city which is knotting up let's see how many results we get now six thousand

okay now one of the cats just the second-level connections I have so

somebody who's quite close to me that's a thousand three hundred results I can

add additional keywords for one or two but let's just use the advanced search

capabilities if I put this in quotation mark because that means the exact phrase

has to appear in that person's LinkedIn profile so let's from that search and

now you see it's down to eighteen so these are probably key people the

second-level connections that I may look to connect with but I want to come back

to this and see over time if anybody else shows up on

LinkedIn who could meet this criteria so here where it says save searches the

scroll down I can click create search alert the only option now used to be

daily weekly monthly now it's just weekly but this is great to get an email

from LinkedIn when there are new results any updates it's great because you don't

have to do the work you've set this up once and then you can leave it running

so I'll click Save now and I have one Save Search I can click manage make any

changes obviously you can have three running at any given time for free but

so you might want to alternate which ones you're looking for just do one more

example of us don't do something for a specific job role so let's let's go for

Human Resources again in the nothing merrier quite a number of results

thousand-plus so I might want to add an extra criteria and

so we looking for somebody specializing in human resources recruitment this

could be extremely useful again once you've finished you happy with the

criteria let's say create search alert and save that so it's a free resource

it makes LinkedIn like a virtual assistant give it a go see what you can

get from it I've been Paul from PR Wilson Media your

social media personal trainer Cheers

THIS WILL EFFECT EVERYTHING. IN 360 & 216 THOUSAND DRIVERS NEEDED - Duration: 12:14.

hey everyone in my last video I was talking about in the mandate video how

the government has bought this mandate and I've talked to you several times on

live feed about this is a game of chess not checkers and I don't think a lot of

people really get that but here's my point in the whole issue if we used Eric

Fuller's numbers for his CEO of us Express he says that that owner own

operators are independence or whatever are running 500 extra miles a week 450

to 500 miles a week there's AB added million of us out here that's in the

category that he's putting us into if you take that 500 miles times the

millions you come up with 500 million it's just math right okay so now where

does that take us he believes this so much he is spending 200 million dollars

to buy 1400 new trucks all the other big carriers are doing the same thing look

at I can't blame him business is business it's just sad when

they buy the government to get what they want

that's what they do is buy the government

so do you think that he's gambling he's gonna gamble 200 million dollars on this

he's got the money and all these big companies to pay for focus groups to

tell him this here's the real issue and it's a perfect storm

truckers nose that says that we are fifty thousand drivers short that's

that's just a sum where you can go look if you want to look it up trucker knows

stats fifty thousand drivers as of this year

it raises every year they say it's gonna go up to a hundred thousand in the next

five years now our game is finding the numbers find the drivers where are we

going to come up with the drivers okay if the mandate okay we'll be back truck

here now if we take that 1 million independent truckers and deduct the

extra 500 miles a week that fuller says that they are running illegal add that

number if we get five million five hundred million let's divide that number

into the average truck miles of three thousand miles a week we get one hundred

and sixty six thousand miles that's a nice number isn't it one hundred and

sixty six thousand dollars no you know that's doable so how many drivers is he

gonna need to pick that one okay so he's gonna need direct new drivers

plus the original short drivers right add that all together you get two

hundred and sixteen thousand drivers needed to fill the vacancy now here's

where it gets real fun okay big business bought the mandate now big MS business

will run to the government again and here's the plan they're gonna say we

need people to feel these trucks because the groceries aren't getting to market

and everything else if there is gonna be a problem okay you know all of this

rates are gonna go up also so that should make you feel good okay so

they're gonna run to the government and the progressives I'm not gonna call

names because we have progressives on both sides of the aisle will say all

right we can bring in drivers from other countries will expedite the process for

you they'll give them work visas okay I'll call a few names they're gonna run

to the Democrats and say that and then the Republican progressives are also

gonna say gee we can pass a healthcare act now because we'll have the Democrats

and we'll make a deal all right I'm not either I'm not a Democrat or a

Republican so I can throw rocks but I'm not trying to

but the Republicans are always far for this trick don't say the temporary

aliens that come in will have a temporary visa nothing's ever temporary

with government you give something away it never goes away so they'll come in

the country they'll fill the trucks they'll do a little more testing for for

automation who knows where it'll go but the Republicans always fall for the

trick the government won't be able to bring in enough aliens fast enough see I

look up and then I lose my spot where I'm reading sorry about that

so they'll loosen up the restrictions on the southern border and they'll bring in

Mexican drivers tips to prep to come north when it does settles the

progressives will have a whole new voting bloc because they've got to prop

up to dying unions yes the unions are in bad shape guys but at what price I've

driven in other countries a lot of different countries it's terrifying let

me tell you how white fatalities will go up so the mandate will be useless in

that term term also because totality salaries will go up oh then they'll have

a whole new issue they're gonna want to talk about speed limits changes maybe

they'll take us back to 55 again I know you don't remember 55 mile an hour speed

limit but we sure used to have it okay where will we park after the mandate for

that this is just deductive reasoning you know it's all I've done here just

deductive reasoning what happens on point point B after you start with point

A and then you're gonna go to C and where's it gonna fall now now here it

might have a few other thoughts on the matter because I'm not real good at this

kind of stuff so what do you say moe well I say that you're right as far as

the government picking winners I think a big way that they're going to pick

winners is through government grants there's not enough drivers to run this

Freight so these driverless trucks really need to get on the road because

there's not enough people to drive them so the government will give a grant ie

mining your taxpayer money to I make it go to all sorts of places it could go to

driverless trucks it could go to rail to try and pick up extra free if that is an

option for some of them and it can actually go to trucking companies to do

more training to open up more facilities to bring more people in for anything um

something that we talked about before is the fuel surcharge came from a

government it was their plan in 1973 because of the Iranian fuel and oil

embargo okay but in a sense it came from something from the government right yeah

so all this is going to do is pave the way for the government to do to give out

money for certain things and the e-logs they're enacting that you know they're

changing this law right as drivers we should not want them to add this law or

that law or that law because every single law that's made has unintended

consequences if you do anything that you do has unintended consequences whether

it's meant well or not it may do good on this end but on the back end it's not so

whatever you're doing what the government is going to end up picking a

winner and it's gonna be whoever lines the politicians pockets whether it's you

know Amazon was there is with the driverless trucks if they've

been lying in pockets they're gonna be the one that gets a grant if it's been

the ATA and all the people that donate to them that's been lining the pockets

better then they're gonna get grants for more funding more schooling to open up

more schools to buy new trucks for whatever they need Mexico has ALDS on

board we have a cross-border trucking program that was supposed to only be a

pilot program it's now in full force it's still going and Americans pay 100%

for their LDS with our taxpayer money even though Americans have to pay for

their own we as the government pay for that for people that live in Mexico and

we give them most of their trucks over there so it's a matter of who's the

government going to pick to fill this void that they're creating just they

pick the winners and losers in every game one way or another they are going

to pick the winners and losers yes

there's a lot of other things that couldn't play with this I mean there

there could be some business opportunities for you and I I've been

told that I'm not going to be allowed to buy a bunch of more trucks again another

video talking about driver horror stories yeah and it's gonna be 100% true

all true stories stay tuned but anyway this is a game of chess not checkers

it's not about fiction about the mandate that should have been bitched about long

ago you know it wasn't it wasn't done the only way to handle this stuff though

striking can't do us any good it's its bori you have to vote and what

she would protect what MO was talking about was was lobbying the ATA is a

lobbyist group and they buy the government off with their lobbying Oh

Ida is a very much smaller group they don't they don't get the money they

don't get the funds in they do the best that they can but it's never gonna be

enough because the person with the biggest money has the biggest mouth no

used to spend time at the Capitol and it's Lobby and that's that's what's

there with Lobby people they set up an appointment you talked to your senator

you talked to your representative you're talking to whoever if you have enough

money you'll get an appointment with them if you don't you hope to catch him

in the hallway that's how it works yeah nobody wants to talk to you in the

hallway there on the web the bathroom the one if you ain't got money that's

what people are trying to do because that's all the time you're gonna get

with them right but anyway this could be a whole lot more in depth you can think

about it you might say it's kind of conspiracy theory yet my biggest fear C

theory you may never never materialize but then again I kind of believe it

conspiracy theory myself because everything is a conspiracy or it's

collusion if me and you do it we go to jail

it's collusion but they do it every day that's okay

all right we'll see you guys later carry on

How To Add SRT File To Facebook Video For Closed Caption - Duration: 2:29.

Looking to add an SRT file to your video that you recently uploaded

to Facebook? I'm going to show you how in today's video blog.

Hi there internet fans, Ryan Perry, Simple Biz Support. And in today's video,

I'm going to show you how easy it is to add an SRT file

to your Facebook video upload. In order to do that, we need to

jump on the computer, so follow me. To upload an SRT file on

your Facebook video, what you'll need to do is go to the business

page and then click on videos, on the left-hand side. Pick

the video that you want to change and in the upper right-hand corner,

look for these three dots, and here is where you edit the post.

And then look for captions. Now, one of the things that you will

notice when you try and upload the SRT file is

that Facebook doesn't know what language you're uploading. Unlike YouTube, when you upload the

file you actually have to tell YouTube that it's an English version.

With Facebook, what it does is it's actually part of the file name.

So, if you just try and upload an SRT file, you'll get this

notification, that you... "Please use this format: Filename.en_us.srt." What you'll

need to do is go into the actual file name and rename it,

making sure that after the first dot, you do en_us.srt. Once you've

changed the file name correctly, it will upload. So let's try again.

Upload, we're gonna do sharp, and you can

see the file name has changed. Default language

is going to be English, hit save, and everything

is taken care of. And that's how you upload an SRT file to

your Facebook videos. Now you know how easy it is to add an SRT file

to your Facebook video upload. If you have any comments, questions,

thoughts, ideas, I would love to hear about them in

the comments below. Feel free to give me a thumbs up,

too. If you didn't like the video for some reason, go ahead,

give me a thumbs down, I won't take it personally. Just be sure

to subscribe to this channel. Alright everybody, take care.

6 EASY HOLIDAY HAIRSTYLES | Mohna Sharma - Duration: 7:02.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel holiday season is almost here

so I'm going to show you six easy holiday hairstyles and for that all you need is hair ties and bobby pins and

lets get started

First off leave two front pieces of hair down and put the rest of your hair in a low ponytail

Split the ponytail using your fingers and flip the pony through it

Repeat the same thing with the two sections from front

You can either leave it like this or tie hair elastic in the middle of your ponytail

And now start twisting it like this

Then secure the bun using hairpins and

That's it you're done

For this hairstyle take two front sections of hair and make a twisted bun.

And secure it using bobby pins

Take two sections from sides and one section from middle and make a regular braid

Once that's done fan it out to achieve a thicker look.

For this hairstyle bring two sections of hair from sides towards your back and now we will create a knot

Repeat the same thing

And our knot is done now take both the ends and bring it under your hair

Tie a hair elastic and hide this tiny Pony tail there.

Grab a section of your hair from behind your ear and do a regular braid

Fan it out a little bit take the rest of your hair and wrap your braid around it

Then secure everything with hair elastic

You can also create a messy, bun

Secure the bun using hair elastic

Now wrap your braid around the bun and this will hide the hair elastic

Secure the braid with bobby pins

Take two sections of hair from front and do a regular braid on both the sides

Bring your braids towards the back of your head and secure it with bobby pins

creating a triangular shape

The last hairstyle is a four strand braid section your hair into four different strands

Bring the first strand over

the second strand and

under the third

strand

and again

over the fourth strand

Now we'll repeat the same thing with second strand it will go over

Then under

Then over again

And continue doing it over

And under then over

Once the braid is done fan it out a little

I'm keeping my layers in place using bobby pins

I have used a Scottish plaid bow to complete the hairstyle

And that's it if you guys like this video

Then don't forget to give a big thumbs up if you have any video suggestions then please leave a comment down below and let me

Rachel's Guy's and St Thomas' journey - Duration: 2:05.

I'm the paediatric placement development facilitator within the Trust.

I didn't think I wanted to work in a Children's Hospital but there was an open day

advertised in Evelina London Children's Hospital and I thought well I might as

well go for it. I walked into the hospital and completely fell in love

with it and knew I wanted to work here. I've been here for nine years now in a

few different roles and it was just the atmosphere, everything about it just made

me think yep, this is a good place this is where I want to work. I was a ward

sister on Mountain Ward prior to doing this role and then I was sitting

in an update and I heard about this current job and I thought that is for me,

that is what I want, and have now been in the role for nearly five years.

Evelina London Children's Hospital is unique because children helped to design it.

They wanted things like rocket lifts, they didn't want it to feel like a hospital basically.

Children were very much of the focus of the hospital

when it was built and that is still the focus now.

The clinical education team where I work

is quite a small team. We're a team of mainly nurses and a midwife helping

to support the student nurses and midwives in the Trust.

It's really lovely to be able to see them grow and develop and some students that I've worked with

in the past, I now see them as clinical nurse specialists, as ward sisters,

so I've been able to see that real progression with them.

I think the support that is offered is really fabulous.

I think people very much want to make you reach your potential and work out

how they can do that.

There are the different perks working at Guy's and St Thomas'.

We've got our own Thomas Guy Club on-site as well where there's a gym

swimming pool and a bar so we don't even have to go far to then be able to meet

with our colleagues and just have a laugh as well as having worked hard together too.

My advice would be to get rid of any of the presumptions or

assumptions that you have and just come in, see it fresh

and hopefully be wowed like I was when I walked in too.

This has been my journey at Evelina London, part of Guy's and St Thomas'.

When will your journey begin?
