Hi Accordo readers, I'm Osvaldo, welcome to my boutique.

Today we'll talk about the Cornerstone Antique Classic Drive

Cornerstone Antique Classic Drive, made in Italy,

sturdy metal chassis, true bypass, tubescreamer style

but with some personal touches that make it really interesting

and modern. It gives more gain,

there's a Presence control and we can scoop that midrange

wich is peculiar for the tubescreamer family so, if we leave the switch on,

it sounds almost like a TS808 more than a TS9, but if we're using a guitar

with more mids by itself, we can turn the mids down.

Let's hear it.

Wonderful Cornerstone. According to me, this is the

definitive tubescreamer. I'm actually using it by myself because it

allows me to retain that peculiar tone, but the mid scoop

makes it good for any guitar. I usually use it with

the mids on if I'm playing a

single coil equipped guitar because it gives me more bite and drive.

When I go with the humbuckers, I just take the mids off. Last but not least, the presence control

allows me to use it with virtually any amp

with no issue.

What inspired my journey

to Asia,

At first, finding a better weather, warmer…

because...

I wasn't ready to face the autumn in Milan, this year

And then the possibility of traveling sparing

about food, movements, lodging…

here is cheaper compared to Italy and Europe

I started this adventure

I use this world "adventure'

because I really like its Latin root,

from the world AVDENIRE

that it means "what is going to happen"

so it's a

hope, a projection to the future.

I left for my travel without

any goals or loopholes

but with the simple will

to begin a journey

and I can tell that...

lately in my life

I had some signals,

some of them more clear than others

I followed this calling

if I can call it like this

I felt this as a responsibility

for myself

and at the same time

it was for building a society

more close to the rhythms of Nature

and more oriented towards

a more coherent lifestyle.

in the last fall when I was in California

for working,

I participated to a special event

called: "Permaculture Day"

I had already heard

about this

and this concept

but the participation to this event

gave me the chance to dig deeper into the topic

The world "Permaculture" is formed

by two words: "Permanent" that means abiding

and "Culture"

with a double meaning: culture and cultivation

so, it has this double meaning

It is a system of design principles for human living

centered around natural ecosystems.

on the observation of nature

During this day, we went through

mini daily courses

like gardening, irrigation, bricolage, eco-building

the people had the possibility to experience

how

interact with the environment

and the nature and mostly

be active

towards the building of the world around them.

Something that I liked,

during this event,

It was match with live music,

good food

table with painting canvases

During this day,

I found out something commong between

all the activities ,

were three fondamentale ethics of Permaculture

They are: care for the Earth,

care for the people

and fair share

so,

When we talk about people

is allowing them to access

to what they really need for living.

About the Earth

is more focus on providing the perpetuation

and at the same time

the multiplications of the living systems.

Fair share

in Permaculture there's not refuse,

every this is reuse.

when we are in a natural environment

and we use left over of the natural place,

pollution doesn't exist

is all like...the compost

when we eat natural food

what we don't throw away something

it is incorporate again to the soil

This is a very ancient idea,

old as the human history

but new, innovative

that it should absolutely incorporate to our lives.

After this fabulous and concentrate example of

sustainability, in a little event

I decided in January 2017

attend to a Permaculture Course

In the world there are many permaculture courses,

they are based on 72 hours of teaching

and during this time

you can learn many many things.

Everything you learn you want to apply

and

inquiry more.

This course brings me

in a unique beautiful landscape

into the secular redwood forests

of the Northern California

Then,

I spend this period of two weeks

in a Buddhist Culture centre,

with other thirtyish guys

from different parts of US

I was the only italian with another japanese girl.

Why did I participate to this course?

Again, it's been something...

At the beginning of the video I mentioned about signals

and clues

Also here, there has been thread

in my life

and

Just before leaving for the US,

I red a book

written by an authoress

called Strahawk

The book title was "The Earth Path".

What I really like about this book was

how this this authoress

incorporate the natural magical tradition

there has been handed down during the years,

together with

new science discoveries

and the tecnologies applied to the Earth

but always respecting

her...

There was a big love for Mother Earth

but at the same time

an effective applicability

solution according to live respectfully with her.

See the magic in daily life

and starting to open my eyes

to changeability and intelligence of the nature,

it was the message from that book.

I believe in everybody's life

there are some invitations

this invitations,

if we are good to take them

they can bring us in places

where we could not explore rationally.

The invitation to be in this course

it was one of that…

and

this experience taught me a lot

about the techniques

used in Permaculture.

I had lesson three time during the day

in the morning it was more theoretical,

in the afternoon more pratical

and in during the evening usually,

we focused more about cultural and social dynamics.

Because permaculture is not only agriculture

but also social relationships.

In the morning we never miss

the salutation to water, air, fire and earth

and to the spirit

Everybody was looking to bring a song or an invocation

into the circle

After this we went trough the

pratical and theoretical activity

What I've learn during this course it's been

priceless

It's been putting together many knowleges

joined together

and connette to each other

At the end of this experience,

a question

was constantly present in my mind

What did they teach us, at school, during all of these years?

or rather

what did they forget to make us apply

all the

techniques and system that promote self-sufficiency?

For me it's been a crucial question

that, another time

moved my attention

on what is really essential in our life.

Living in a natural way,

respecting all the living system,

and

the answer is

open your eyes, open your heart and look up the Nature

Don't worry about Cowboys as Ezekiel Elliott suspension uncertainty continues

As the seemingly never-ending Ezekiel Elliott suspension story unfolds, many presume the weekly drama of will-he-or-won't-he-play is a huge distraction for Cowboys coaches, players and team executives.

Many also think Dallas opponent each week is frazzled by uncertainty as it decides whether to prepare for Elliott.

Id say neither of those assumptions is correct.

Now that we're halfway though the 2017 season, I believe the Cowboys have become increasingly used to the situation. It has become part of the weeks normal order of events with Dallas:

The league tries to enforce the running back's six-game suspension, Elliott and his attorneys get a temporary restraining order, he has a normal practice week and he starts on Sundays. Meanwhile, opponents plan to face Elliott, who hasnt missed a game all year.

When Elliott's suspension for violation of the leagues domestic violence policy was first announced in August (after a protracted one-year investigation by the NFL), there was significant consternation expressed by Cowboys owner Jerry Jones in light of no charges ever being filed in the courts against the running back.

But as the weeks have passed and Elliott has not missed a game, that discussion has toned down.

And as the team has learned to live with the Elliott case, it has started to hit its stride on the field, with three straight double-digit wins to improve to 5-3 entering Week 10.

Elliott is managing to have another excellent season, ranking second in the league in rushing, with 783 yards, after leading the NFL in his rookie year.

His yards per carry average is down a full yard, as defenses have been keying on him, but his reception total is up this season.

Not to equate the serious charge of domestic violence with player injuries, but the Elliott situation week to week for the Cowboys seems similar to that of a team for which a top player is questionable due to injury but shows up to play Sunday.

Except, in this case, Elliott is able to practice while he awaits word on his appeals.

The injury analogy illustrates our situation when I was with the Titans and our star quarterback, Steve McNair, battled back, sternum and leg injuries from 2000 to 03.

He often would be unable to practice during the week but would wind up playing Sunday. The coaching staff, led by Jeff Fisher, came to expect this as the norm, and backup Neil ODonnell would prepare all week only to see McNair ultimately start.

Ill always remember Week 3 of the 2000 season in Pittsburgh, where McNair did not start due to a sternum injury but came off the bench after ODonnell got hurt late in the game. McNair led a game-winning drive in his only series.

As we did with McNair, the Cowboys must be prepared for the possible time when Elliott can no longer escape his suspension.

Cowboys execs have made sure to have a quality backup in former Redskins starter Alfred Morris, who is a two-time Pro Bowl selection but has only 14 carries through the first eight games.

Dallas also signed the oft-injured Darren McFadden for further insurance at the position, but he has not played so far this season.

As for Cowboys opponents, their defensive coaches will continue to prepare game plans fully anticipating that Elliott will be carrying the load. They know he has been Dallas primary ball carrier all year, averaging 24 rushes per game.

The defending NFC East-champion Cowboys head into the second half of the season sitting two and a half games behind the 8-1 Eagles.

But Dallas knows it will face Philadelphia twice, including a Sunday night meeting at home on Nov. 19, then the regular-season finale in Philly on the afternoon of New Years Eve.

If the courts finally side with the league and the suspension sticks, the Cowboys losing Elliott down the stretch and possibly in the playoffs would be bad timing.

Elliott is just 22, and if or when he is forced to sit out six games, the Cowboys are hoping he will continue to mature.

The totality of his poor decision making — not only in the alleged domestic violence case, but also other issues, such as an alleged bar fight and the St. Patricks Day incident in March — perhaps played into the NFLs suspension. If there are no repercussions, will Elliott believe he can continue to make poor choices and skate by?

Another problem for the Cowboys and the NFL: The Elliott case makes the league look bad. It keeps a domestic violence issue front and center in a season that already includes enough bad publicity.

Meanwhile, its another week and another court hearing … and likely another starting assignment for Elliott in Atlanta on Sunday.

But at some point, the time could come for Elliott to sit out several weeks. At this point, even though they're prepared to play without their star running back, the Cowboys have to hope its not until the start of the 2018 season.

what's up guys it's matt from Macro Lean and in this video i'm going to be

talking about the vegan diet. The truth about the vegan diet, because there's a

lot of misconceptions and myths that have been floating around about this diet for

quite a while. I've been vegan myself for almost six months, before that I was

pretty much vegetarian, then came back to eating a bit of meat and fish, and now

I've decided a plant-based diet is best for me, best for the environment, best for

everyone. So let's get into it! The first myth is "You can't get fat on a

vegan diet" This is plain wrong! This is plain false! You can get fat on

any diet, on any eating style, on any eating approach! Why?? Because all foods

contain calories , all foods contain macronutrients...for example you could be

on a vegan diet and smashing down avocado, nuts, seeds, oils and tons of

carbohydrates, be in a calorie surplus... and guess what?? you're getting fat!

There's no eating style or eating approach where calories or

macronutrients don't matter and vegan is no different okay!!

There are fat vegans! you can get fat a vegan diet, so don't believe this myth!!!

"Where do you get your protein from?" Another classic question from non vegans!!!

Non veggies... People think that the only protein abundant sources are meat and

animal products, dairy products and this is false, that this is wrong!

Plant-based sources of protein are abundant, you have stuff like beans,

lentils, tofu, vegan protein powders. so if you have a hundred fifty grams from

plant-based sources of protein and a hundred fifty grams of protein from

animal products or meat.. Guess what you're still getting 150 grams of

protein in your diet! Plant-based sources is not hard to hit your daily targets. I

hit my target very easily and every single day. I'm an active fella, an active

chap. I go to the gym four or five sometimes six times a week and I lift

weights...do strength work, I also do some running and some boxing so I'm

pretty active. And I find it very very easy to get protein in, this is a myth

that you need to be eating lots of meat and lots of dairy to be hitting your

protein requirements. You do not! The third or final myth is being on a

vegan diet is boring and restrictive and you can't eat out?? false! wrong! It's 2017,

the vegan culture, the vegan lifestyle has exploded! Especially if you're in a

big city like London, LA, New York.. There's a vegan joint everywhere, normal

restaurants are serving vegan dishes so it's not hard, it's not restrictive. This

year alone I've had some amazing vegan food. I've had a vegan pizza which
