Try to do it at least for sometime only but we should do it

But if you have completely sitting job then try to give some movements to your hands and legs

Also keep the movements of head & even if you rotate your neck

Even if you keep the movements of your hands so that will be added in your activities

This will be beneficial for you to give you a healthy lifestyle

Though physically we are going against the nature

But try to take maximum of nature friendly or natural food items in your diet

We should have maximum intake of vegetable and fruits rather than having junk food

Because due to night shift and lack of time people prefer eating food in canteen

Canteen in offices provides either junk or fried food

So try to carry some fruits or vegetables with you from home so that you get natural food

Before you go for work you should have balanced dinner which contains

All group of food items including fruits, vegetables, salad and Dal - Chapati.

Try to have minimal quantity of carbohydrate

Taking balanced diet will help you to pass 3-4 hours easily rest you can take some light snacks

Take the fruits from carried from home, that will be better for you

Don't take too much coffee and tea

Have proper intake of water and never tries to avoid water

Make sure that you have 3-4 litre of water intake in a day & less intake of tea and coffee

Apart from that if you have any medical issues like Headache, Stress & Anxiety.

Moment you notice any symptom of it, never ignore it rather you must take medical help

Because these problems can be severe for the people who work in this kind of job or routine

People who work in evening or night shift, they face these types of medical issues

Which can turn into complicated so before they turn complicated you must take prior medical help

Apart from that try to stay happy and do medication if possible

One more thing to be take care by the employees and the employers who belongs to this industry

Work should be done in forwarding shifts rather than backward shifts

Forward Shift means - if you had work in night shift then your next working shift would be morning

And after working in morning shift you next working shift should be evening

Rather following evening shift after night shift and then morning shift

No backward shifts instead maintain forward shift so it will be easier for your body clock to adjust with it

what is up people welcome back to Satori graphics home of graphic design content

right here on YouTube I have to emphasize that this sports logo design is

not mine exactly I draw inspiration from an existing logo design I'm simply here

today teaching you new techniques to create a sports logo design in Adobe

Illustrator and also to inspire so watch the tutorial take notes and then go

ahead and make your own designs using these techniques also at the very end of

the video I'm going to try and add a nifty tip for your graphic design

workflow so watch out for those are my videos from now on the first thing we

need to do for the sports logo design illustrator is to grab our trusty pen

tool this is the driving force for any vector design

I have past videos on tips and tricks with the pen tool which I'm going to

link in the description at the end of this video so check those out but we do

need a blog shape for our design in today's a local design tutorial

the shape isn't super complex to make and you can adjust everything the direct

selection tool at the end as I play this 30 second section of me using the pen

tool I would like to remind you all to hit the bell icon next to the subscribe

button on my channel because I know not all of my subscribers are getting my

uploads in their timeline but anyway back to the sports logo design tutorial

you can see I'm finishing up the path but take your time with the pen tool to

generate a cool-looking shape for the base of your logo design

once you've finished take the direct selection tool and click and drag the

anchors and the Bezier curves adjusting a sports logo design as you see fit I

really like the shape of this design as I feel the dramatic swoosh effect can

own speed and motion which is perfect for sports logo design once you've gone

ahead and made all of the adjustments with direct selection tour you will now

need to open up the appearance window

this is going to allow us to add multiple strokes to our logo design at

once and give us a large scale of adjustment on their strokes add a field

color like I'm doing here and then add a stroke color too making sure that the

stroke is below the fill layer for the stroke I'm going to use a very very dark

almost black color of blue increase the stroke away until you're happy with the

sports logo design so far when I was designing my sports logo I forgot to do

this but for both shades of blue it's gonna help you guys if you do at this

stage make both squares of this color so open up the color palette and copy the

color code with command C or control C on a PC

so mix more squares offer the outboards somewhere with these two colors so we

can sample them later so go ahead and add a new stroke in the

appearance window and then drag it below as before

you can play around with the stroke ways but once you're happy paste a lighter

blue color code on to the largest stroke with command or control V

so you now have an outer blue stroke around the sports logo design make sure

you now have just the white stroke selected in the color palette and by

using the pen tool we're going to draw a highlight on the top section of our logo

design in today's illustrator tutorial

again I've sped up this section because it would take four times as long to view

but you just want to make a shape following the contour of the sports logo

design like I'm doing here take your time to draw out your highlight and

remember and you can use a direct selection tool afterwards to adjust any

part of the path

once you be connected the past flick the stroke over to a white Phil

as you can see I've done the same thing here on the lower half of the Sports

logo design but to add a shadow instead of highlights I'm gonna make a block of

the dark blue color but I hope you guys have already done there and you ever

forgotten like I did using the dark blue sample color we're gonna draw in a black

shape from the mouth on a Sports logo design

after the mouse finished drawing some shapes to resemble the eyes on our angry

sports mascot so get creative with the pen tool and drew out your shapes using

ctrl or command Z if you make a mistake

you can draw an ascension in the middle of the eyes are we gonna cut out using

the Pathfinder tool next

we have a few more details to add so a sports logo design in today's

illustrator tutorial and I do have that daily tip at the very end of the video

I was posed like a mascot needs a horn so go ahead and draw that in with the

pen to reposition of the selection to adjust the shape with the direct

selection tool

so once you're happy add a kind of yellow orange fill and then increase the

stroke wait

as you can see I've spent quite a bit of time filling around with this part the

design changing the shape and the color and so forth

to add even further detail use a dark blue color that matches a stroke and

then use a pencil to draw some lines like so

so here's my sports ledyba sign so far I've added some gnarly teeth with a pen

tool and I finished the horn if you select all of the shapes and make up the

horn and press command or control G it should group them together sample the

blue shading color and then Joanna shape is gonna resemble the shadow underneath

the horn

you can then move the horn to the front of all the layers on your Sports logo

design there's one more thing to do in today's sports logo design Adobe

Illustrator tutorial if you resize your logo the stroke may evil on the design

because it isn't match proportionally so in an illustrator settings make sure you

have the scale Stroke option selected

now you can resize the design and the straggle remain proportional to the size

of the logo itself

and they have it one nifty sports lugar design in today's tutorial graphics

help your graphic design workflow something I want to add at the end of

your work for a better you can create customer swatch libraries for specific

documents or design styles so open up the swatch libraries and then create new

add a relevant name and then drop in your colors

Due to health and personal reasons, Duna and U-Si have left the group. Currently, BADKIZ is working hard at preparing for their comeback and new album.
