Chit Chat Easy Work Makeup + Giveaway (Tagalog with English Subs) - Duration: 19:54.

I just preped my skin, my next step is usually sunscreen, but if in on night shift

I go straight to makeup.

The first makeup I'm going to apply is Benefit Erase Paste concealer

in number 2 Medium.

Because I have dark underyes & I always say this on my videos

I apologize for the noise

They're building an apartment, and they only rest at night

But I couldn't film at night because I'm using natural light

so I apologize

I'm just applying the concealer on my eyes

because I have really dark eyes

The next step after concealer is cushion.

for those who didn't know I worked as a nurse and at work I really didn't have the time to retouch my makeup so I always use cushion

so that my skin tone is all evened out

cushions have so many benefits

some has anti-aging properties,

brightening, it evens out the skin tone,

it has SPF, that's why I love cushions

the cushion I'm using today

is the IOPE intense cover cushion in #21

This is actually new, this is my 2nd time using this

the one that I was using before was IOPE matte cushion

and I'll do a review on this, I'll post it next week

this is the satin loose finishing powder in No.1 Pure Natural

i love this powder cause it smells so good

and it feels silky on the face. it's actually my 2nd pot

i'm just going to set my undereyes and t-zone

i'm your a nurse you usually don't have the time to retouch

so you need to pack in the powder on your face

so you won't be oily

I'm just gonna leave it on my tzone while I do my eyeshadow

and i'm just going to apply this on my lids

you can use concealer instead of eye primer

I use this on my eyes

usually when I do my work makeup

I use a single eyeshadow

if I have the time, I blend in other colors

i'm just applying this from the lash line

and blend it upwards

i'm just doing a color wash on my lids

it's so easy

i always do my lashes last so it will not mess up my eyeliner

so l'll be doing the contouring next

yes I always contour because I have a wide face

i'm using MAC harmony which we also used for the eyes earlier

i'm just applying it below my cheek bones

and on my jaw

i also apply it on the sides

when contouring, just apply it on the features you want to hide

i want to hide my cheeks and double chin so that's where I contour

it's not that complicaed

and I don't contour my nose for work because I will just get sweaty

I just contour the sides on my cheeks

now that my liner is already dry, i'll be curling my lashes

I curl my lashes from the roots to the tips

so it gives a C-curl not L-curl

i'm just curling it until I reach the curl I want

my lashes are hard to curl because they're so straight

they're long but they hang down

and not all mascaras work on my lashes

they're so stubborn

before I apply mascar I'm going to set my lashes with a mascar fixer

I always use a mascara fixer

because it helps my lashes hold a curl

because my lashes won't hold a curl no matter what unless I use a fixer

by the way i'm using the NATURE REPUBLIC GINSENG ROYAL SILK MASCARA FIXER

I showed this on my august favorites and it came with the black mascara

I just use washable mascaras

so it's easy to wash off since I apply it everyday

idk what color this is

it's like a taupey brown color with glitters

i always use this on my lower lash line

it's not that noticeable but when you look at it upclose

you will see the glitters

i'm just waiting for the fixer to dry so let's do the lips first

I always use this at work, the Rouge Edition Velvet by Bourjois

in the shade Beau Brun

the color is like a brick red, reddish brown color

i'm just applying it on the center

and just blend out the edges so that I get a smudged look

i'll add more

since i have thin lips I always apply lip color outside the lines

l.et's do the blush

the blush i always use is the NARS Enrapture blush

it looks natural, not too pink (1st one)

i'm applying this the upper part of my cheekbones

and now i'm just going to brrush off the excess powder under my eyes

let's now apply mascara

this is the last step

i'm using the PeriPeraAir Wing Lashcara Long

i love this mascara cause it has fibers

which makes your lashes more volumized and long

this is what I do everyday before going to work

Taking energy meter readings sounds needless and complicated, but in fact

it's an important and simple way to understand your energy usage and get

There are four main types of gas and electricity meters: single rate, dual rate, dial meters and

smart meters. Gas is measured in cubic meters or cubic feet, and electricity is

measured in kilowatt hours. Your meters may look a little confusing now but

we'll help you make sense of them. For single rate meters write down the

numbers from left to right - ignore any red numbers or numbers after the

decimal point. Dual rate meters are for those of you

on two energy rates for different times of the day. Write down the numbers from

left to right. Ignore any red numbers or numbers after the decimal point.

Some dual meters have a single display where you might have to press a button to

view each rate. Write down the numbers from left to right, press the button to

Welcome to Jonathan Bird's Blue World!

One of the greatest places in the world to see Great White sharks is Guadalupe Island

in Mexico.

I haven't been there in ten years and so now I'm heading back!

Guadalupe is a tiny island 150 miles off the coast of the Baja peninsula in Mexico.

It's not easy to reach.

My trip begins with a van ride from San Diego California down to Ensenada, Mexico, passing

some ruggedly beautiful coastline.

I board the Sea Escape live-aboard dive boat.

This big boat will be our team's home-away-from-home for 5 days as we travel to Guadalupe and dive

with the sharks.

On the back of the boat, there are two huge shark cages just begging to be used.

With all the pressure on sharks around the world, and overfishing of the oceans, will

Guadalupe still be as good as it was back ten years ago?

Once the crew and all the passengers have arrived, we leave the dock and start our 18

hour run to the island.

Within three hours of leaving the dock, we come across a whale entangled in fishing gear.

The crew mounts a daring rescue, which saves the whale and only costs us a couple hours

on our crossing.

We are joined by a pod of Pacific White-sided dolphins on the bow as we continue our way

west.

The next morning we awake while approaching Guadalupe.

The island is spectacular.

There is little in the way of vegetation growing on this harsh volcanic rock.

About 200 fishermen live on the island in camps here and there, but most of the inhabitants

are birds, and pinnipeds—seals and seal lions.

Because the fish life here is so abundant, the seals and sea lions have plenty of food.

There are thousands of them, frolicking in the surf.

All those big seals and sea lions attract Great White sharks!

In fact, between the clear water and the massive numbers of sharks, Guadalupe Island is now

considered the number one place in the world to see Great White sharks.

Our crew anchors the boat and begins the process of getting the cages in the water.

We barely have cages in the water before the first shark shows up, wondering what delicious

snacks we may have brought.

Ten years of interacting with the sharks has taught them that divers mean no harm, and

usually come bearing gifts.

Big, yummy fishy gifts.

The bait wranglers have a tough job.

This may seem strange, but they are not trying to feed the sharks.

In fact they are trying to keep the sharks interested enough to stick around without

feeding them.

If you actually feed the sharks, they fill up on bait and then leave.

So the trick is to keep pulling the bait away at the last minute.

It gives the sharks a challenge that they keep pursuing.

Every once in a while though, a sharks gets one by doing a stealthy approach.

So they manage to grab enough baits to feel encouraged.

And the divers love it almost as much as the sharks!

Once the shark action is on, the crew starts putting divers in the cages.

I suit up and get ready for action!

And of course, when you dive with sharks, you always wear gloves so your hands don't

look like bait!

You have to cover all that skin!

Haha!

I head down to the swim step with excitement.

The sharks are out there.

Nothing is quite as exciting as the first step into the cage.

But first I need a weight belt.

50 pounds worth.

That keeps me planted on floor of the cage for stability.

I'm going to sink like a brick!

I also get a regulator hose attached to my back.

The divers breathe from a huge tank of air on the boat.

It's easier and more compact than scuba tanks, and we have an unlimited dive time.

Divemaster Benjamin Olivari hands me my big Gates camera, and down I go.

I get my camera turned on and focused as soon as possible so I'm ready for sharks.

Soon Cameraman Tim joins me in the cage.

Now we wait.

The cage is thrown around in the waves.

It's not an easy place to shoot steady video.

But the sharks are around, and they have a habit of appearing seemingly out of nowhere.

It's surprising how easy it is to miss the approach of such a large shark.

The solution is to keep an eye on the floating baits.

That's what they're after.

Take your eye off the bait for one second, and you might miss it!

Not all the divers can be in the cages at the same time, so we take turns.

The people on the boat are getting a great show.

But the view from underwater is hard to beat.

My big Gates camera is a handful inside the cage, but the action is amazing!

It's a wild ride, but everywhere I look, the sharks are awesome!

Sometimes a shark gets very persistent about getting a bait.

This big male is in a battle of strategy against the bait wrangler.

And all the action is playing out right in front of me.

In the end, the shark wins.

And I have it all in the camera!

Every once in a while, a shark takes a little interest in the cage.

But for the most part, they only care about the bait.

They have no interest in us.

Now you might be wondering why I don't go out of the cage and swim with the sharks.

The main reason is because the Mexican government does not allow it.

The fact of the matter is that White sharks are incredibly large animals.

Even though they probably have no interest whatsoever in biting a diver, it is always

a possibility.

And even a small bite from an animal this big could spell death.

The Mexican government doesn't want anyone getting bitten or killed by sharks at Guadalupe.

It's bad for tourism and it's bad for sharks.

So we have to stay in the cages.

Unfortunately, the wind has kicked up some big ocean swell, and it's throwing Cameraman

Tim and I around in the cage like rag dolls.

It's all we can do to hold on, which is making the shooting really tough.

It's time to call it a day.

As the sun sets, we plan for tomorrow's diving.

The next day, the conditions have calmed down a bit…

I'm going to go in the deep cage!

It's going to be awesome!

So the crew decides to deploy the deep cage.

While the best shark action is up at the surface where the bait is, you can get a unique view

of the action from down below.

Okay, thank you.

And since we can't scuba dive down there without a cage, one of the cages is on a steel

cable that can be lowered.

Ben, can you hand me my camera?

It's up on the table.

The Gates.

See you on the flip side!

As they slowly lower the cage down, we all clear our ears.

If anyone can't clear their ears, there is a rope we can pull to tell them to stop.

Soon I'm in the deep cage, 30 feet below the action and looking up at the other cage.

There definitely isn't much shark action down here.

Occasionally one of the sharks gets curious and makes a wide pass, but they know we don't

have any snacks for them.

We mostly just look up at the sharks above.

Over three days of diving with the White sharks at Guadalupe, I see more than 20 different

sharks.

Some of them stay with us for hours on end, engaged in the game of trying to steal our

baits.

Most of the time the bait wranglers are one step ahead of the sharks.

But not always!

Looking down the island, I can see as many as 6 other boats here, full of divers that

have come to experience the world's greatest predator in its natural environment.

Guadalupe Island is an enigma in the ocean world—one of the few places where the marine

environment seems to be improving.

With careful administration by the Mexican government, the amount of marine life—including

sharks—seems to be getting larger.

In an ocean where things seem to be constantly on the decline, this is a breathtaking piece

of good news.

So I set out to discover if Guadalupe was as good as it was ten years ago and the answer

is no.

It's better.

Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the weather update.

Rain has stopped here in the capital Seoul, but it will continue in Gangwon-do Province

and the southern region until late at night.

But rain is not the only kind of precipitation expected for today, as the mountainous regions

in Gangwon-do Province will receive up to 7 cm of snow tonight.

Following today's rain, expect the mercury to drop quite a few notches.

Seoul will wake up to 4 degrees Celsius, while Daegu and Busan start at 5 and 7 degrees respectively.

As for the daily highs,...Seoul reaches 14 degrees while Gwangju and Busan will see similar

readings at 15 and 16 degrees respectively.

We won't have another round of showers until Tuesday, with conditions forecast to stay

on the mild side for the time being.

94-Year-Old Crossing Guard Never Misses Work, School Worries Day He's A No Show

School crossing guards are often unsung heroes.

They dutifully show up to work every day and make sure vehicles stop so children and other

pedestrians can safely cross the street to reach their destination.

It's a small job, but it's important.

Luther Walker is a beloved crossing guard in the community.

He helps out at Mitchell Elementary School in Dallas, Texas, by brandishing a stop sign,

blowing a whistle, and making sure everyone safely gets to school.

But one day the 94-year-old did something that made everyone very nervous.

Administrators at the elementary school got very concerned when Luther didn't show up

to work.

Luther had gotten dehydrated and was unable to find his way to the school.

He told ABC News: "I don't know what happened.

It seemed like a dream to me."

It was very unusual behavior for Luther.

He had always been very dependable and a hard worker.

The whole community was worried that something may have happened to the loyal crossing guard.

Fifth grade teacher Cyndy Spanguard explained that the children and staff are quite fond

of Luther: "Everybody kept checking for updates on him.

He's part of our family."

Luther, a World War II veteran, has been a crossing guard at the elementary school for

over two decades.

When he came back to work, he received a warm reception from those around him.

They surprised him on his birthday with gifts and artwork from the children.

They also paid his rent.

Luther loves his job and credits it with helping him live a long life.

One person who read his story on Facebook commented:

"What a wonderful story!

God bless you Mr. Walker!

You are an inspiration!

Thank you for your service & thank you for keeping the children safe!"

Another one added: "What a great example of what makes America

great.

A person being respected for who they are and the wonderful job that they do."
