Hi guys , just some thoughts at the end
of this "Pimp my Bass" tutorial to give you a quick insight
of the painting done with "Plasti Dip®".
It's an inexpensive procedure, with a can of about 20 euros
you can paint the the full body. It feels very porous to the touch
and not smooth as in a normal painting
and the aesthetic result is definitely more than convincing.
The negative side is certainly linked to longevity,
the product easily spoils where there is more contact
such as the strap and the pants belt area.
The advantage, however, is tied to the fact that, once the film is removed, as you can see,
you can strip the film in a very simple way. Well, I've not the nails the film is easily removed.
In the bottom part the bass remains perfectly intact as it is in the original state.
Nothing happens at the instrument, that is intact.
So, as you can see, it's just a small plastic coat covering the instrument.
So in conclusion I consider it an interesting procedure that can turn out to be useful
for concerts where a particular look is required
Here, in Rimini, there's a even called "Pink Night" and they ask you
to dress in pink, to have a pink instrument. Paint the instrument one evening, the next day make it normal.
Or, to make another example, they ask you to use a tool with a particular color on a tour
It happens, just look at the experiences of some famous session musicians
And without removing paint and spend 3-400 euros for painting an instrument, with 20 ~ 30 Euros you have fulfilled your need.
Then, painting takes about 4 hours of work and an estimated cost of € 20 ~ 30 circa.

GG's platter has brought a continental dish for you
That is Hash Brown Potatoes with Mashed Peas"
Although we'll make potato patty but very differently, less spices
Even in the mashed peas we use least no of ingredients but tasty is not the word its very delicious.
Here we've boiled and peeled the potatoes
Now we'll grate the potatoes
Though we can mash it from hand but why we grate them to get the smooth texture and taste to the dish
Its very simple.. We'll add Butter, Salt & Black Pepper Powder in it
Here the potatoes are grated
Adding 1 big tbsp of Soft Butter
Since we've added the salt so now we'll add lesser Salt & Black Pepper Powder
Mix it well
Till the time heat up the pan
Mix it well with your hands to get mash properly, even though its continental dish
This is ready and we'll make its patty (Tikki)
In India we generally make round patty
But since its continental. there people make it in rectangular shape
So what we'll do, we'll try to make same shape like them
So its going to be rectangle
Neither its thin nor thick
Since we are using boiled potato which is cooked
So there will be minimum cooking time
So now you can see this is rectangle
Put the flame on medium and as you can see we are not using any oil rather putting it directly in the pan
Because the butter which is already there in this and that will cook it
Since it doesn't have oil so it will be brown very quickly and that is the colour which we want
That is why it is called Hash Brown Potatoes
These patties tastes more when we serve them with mashed peas
Hash Brown and Mashed Peas is an vegetarian dish
But to serve it to non vegetarian you can put a piece of grilled Fish and Chicken along with this dish
So may be on the GG's Platter you'll find the grill chicken also
You can search that recipe, you can combine it and you can serve it to your family
Increase the flame and after 2-3 mins we have to check whether the sides has turning brown or not
It has stared changing the colour
So we'll turn all the patties (Tikkis)
As you can see the Oil has come in the pan ,that is because of butter in the potatoes is oozing out now
Increase the flame and toast them for 3 mins from both the sides
We need a nice brown colour and we'll toast it til the time we get that
As you can see now they are nice crispy and brown
Take them out in a plate but not in the serving dish because
The second part of this dish is yet to get ready
Once that's prepared then we'll do the plating
Till the time we are keeping it aside
And the second part is of Mashed Peas
So let's do the preparation & for that we require Peas, Pressure Cooker, Water & little bit of Salt.
Let's take pressure cooker
Here we have 6 patties and that is for 2 people
For 2 people we'll take around 1 bowl Peas
We'll take water to just cover the peas. So we don't need excess water basically
Add Salt and mix it well
Put it on the flame and pressure cook till 3-4 whistles
Let us check the peas
So as you can see the peas are soft as we had put in minimal water
We just have to see that whether care getting mashed easily or not? So they are mashed & need to be mashed
We need to see that whether they can easily be mashed
Because if it would have not get soften then we could have cook them for 1-2 whistles more
Make sure that the peas should be mashed without giving much pressure.
So first we'll mash the peas
Don't mix it into mixer because we don't want the paste of peas
Because that's the difference between the peas paste and mashed peas
Mash it the way we could see the skin and the flesh is also out
Here we have mash them but we'll still heat up so that its moisture is evaporated & it will turn thicker
Till the time its getting thicker let's start preparing for its plating
Let me start the plating by putting Chopped Cabbage
Also putting Sliced Tomatoes
You can serve it with grilled tomatoes but let's serve it the way they are
Put little Salt and Black Pepper Powder over it
Now we'll add just a dash of Black Pepper Powder, not much
Because we want the sweetness of the peas should be there
So here our mashed peas are ready
So let's do the plating
This is the complete meal by itself and it is very fulfilling
This is going to be finish in just 2 mins
This is one of my son's personal favourite.. He just love this breakfast

U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have approved a joint statement
on Syria.
They agreed that there is no military solution to the conflict.
Putin said the agreement came as a result of discussions he had with Mr. Trump at the
APEC summit.
"We can say that the work on the sidelines of the APEC was useful and successful because
it was not easy to reach an agreement on the Syria statement."
Trump and Putin also confirmed their commitment to Syria's sovereignty, independence and territorial
integrity, and also called on parties involved in a Syrian conflict to use the Geneva process
to find a resolution.
The United States and South Korea started joint naval exercises Saturday.
Grace Lee reports the drills will involve three U.S. aircraft carriers in what military
officials describe as a clear warning to North Korea.
The USS Nimitz, Ronald Reagan and Theodore Roosevelt will all take part in the exercises,
a rare show of force timed with Trump's visit to five Asian countries.
Drills on this scale are a reminder that Washington can rapidly mobilize military force, something
Trump has been looking to emphasize as Pyongyang races ahead with its tests.
Washington says diplomacy is its first choice when it comes to the North, but in the words
of defense chief Jim Mattis, diplomacy is most effective "when backed by credible military
force."

How To Lose Fat Faster - Duration: 2:15.
what's up guys it's Matt from macro lean and in this video I'm gonna be talking
about "How to lose fat faster, how to lose body fat faster" We all wanted the weight
off yesterday, we all wanted the body fat off yesterday. So how do you do it? Well I
have two top tips for you here today and the first one is going to be a calorie
deficit! You need to be in the calorie deficit to lose body fat period! It is
paramount to losing body fat, no matter what diet, eating style, approach your
taking. You need to be in a calorie deficit, simple as that! Now you can be in
a sensible calorie deficit, or an aggressive calorie deficit and to be an
aggressive calorie deficit I'd say anything under 5 or 600 calories under
your maintenance level. Your calorie maintenance level is an aggressive
deficit. If you do that with consistency you're going to lose body fat faster!
Your body has to make up that number from somewhere that will come
from your fat stores, that energy will be taken from your body fat. So have an
aggressive calorie deficit be consistent with that and you will lose body fat,
you'll lose weight faster. My second tip would be combine that with intermittent
fasting which is basically skipping breakfast and pushing your first meal
back to lunchtime hopefully even later right. That's gonna help that deficit
number and help you feel full and satisfied on that smaller number. Because
you're consuming all your food, all your calories in a condensed window you're
also going to get tag-along health benefits such as increased levels of
human growth hormone which helps build muscle and burn fat. Helps you feel and
look younger too! yay! so when you combine that
intermittent fasting, IF also uses body fat for fuel in the fasting state with an
aggressive calorie deficit you will lose body fat faster. I personally think this
is a powerhouse for losing body fat whether you're doing at a slow rate at a
sensible rate or you want to be fast and an have an aggressive rate. Where you have that
lower calorie deficit, you combine that with intermittent fasting you be
consistent and you will lose body fat faster!
