Easy and Delicious Low Carb Almond Cookies – Keto Cookies - Duration: 3:15.

Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present low carbohydrate almond cookies. This is a very

easy recipe to make when that Cookie Monster in all of us comes a-knockin'.

With under one and a half carbohydrates per cookie, you'll be able to stay low carbohydrate

while enjoying family gatherings, holidays, or when you just want a sweet

little afternoon snack - perfect with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Let's get started.

Begin by pouring eight tablespoons of melted,

unsalted butter into a large mixing bowl. Add a granulated sugar substitute equal

to one cup of regular sugar. Mix to combine.

Add a lightly beaten egg and mix thoroughly.

Now we'll add just a bit of salt and a little almond extract. Give another mix

to combine. Our final ingredient is almond flour. We'll be using three cups total -

but only adding at 1 cup at a time. This will help to ensure we don't have any

dry clumps in the finished product and makes it a lot easier to mix. After we've

roughly mixed in the last cup of flour, finish, using our hands to mix and blend.

Work the dough until no more dry flour is visible. Grab about a tablespoon of

the cookie dough and roll it with your hands to form a small ball; about three

quarters of an inch in size. Continue until all the dough is rolled. I finished

with 26 cookies, but depending on the size of the dough balls, you may have a

little more or less. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment

paper, being careful not to overcrowd. With your hands and fingers, gently press

down on each dough ball and form a round cookie. To give our cookies a nice little

touch, press a thinly sliced almond to the center of each cookie.

Brush the tops with a thin coating of egg white. And for our final touch,

sprinkle a small amount of granulated sugar substitute to the tops. Place the

cookies in the middle of a preheated 325°F oven for 25 minutes or until

nicely golden. When they're done, remove from the oven and place on a rack to

cool. These cookies have the perfect texture and taste - perfect for dunking!

There you have it folks! My low carbohydrate almond cookies. Easy to prepare and

delicious to eat - by themselves or enjoy with a nice hot cup of coffee.

A great low carb option. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did, please like and

consider subscribing. I'll have something new every week. Thanks for watching and

I'll see you next time!

LFP 082 How I Began Changing My Life One Habit at a Time | Learn Flute Online Video Podcast - Duration: 12:42.

Hey'all, it's me Rebecca Fuller, the expert and instructor of the Learn Flute Online programs

and flute education information series.

Are you ready to tackle yet another part of what it takes to get confident, and love your

hobbies?

Let's get started today on habit-making and how I began changing my life one habit

at a time.

I don't have a lot of time to watch television, but I love superhero shows and movies.

I can't help but fantasize a little bit about what supernatural abilities I would

have in that world.

Haha, I can think of a few actually.

But, here in the real world, there are also quite a list of things I've always wanted

to be able to accomplish.

Most and many of these things are pretty much out of reach for the time being, and I guess

that's why they're still on "the list."

A few years ago, I was contemplating and wondering how some people get to the higher levels they

are on in certain subjects.

I am always fascinated and amazed at those who achieve high performance -- on any subject,

whether it be an olympic athlete or an entrepreneur who patents their invention and sells many

millions of them.

How did they do it?

I like to think about this kind of thing.

Might be funny to you, but there is actually quite a bit of research on this exact subject.

I find it very interesting.

So, during my contemplation hours a few years ago as I wondered about this I wondered if

I could ever achieve some seemingly impossible skills.

You know, it's one thing to be born with a gift, and it's another to discover the

gift, use it, and nurture it to beyond the natural ability stages.

I wondered about this a lot about this time I decided that I needed and wanted to be a

better educator, and in the course of learning to help others learn, I discovered that I,

myself needed to become a better learner myself.

I wanted to figure out how to fit it all in, and get really accomplished.

In order to do this, I knew it would take time.

I knew it would take effort.

But really, it's not hard work.

It's actually quite enjoyable…

I've found the secret.

It just takes a consistent effort to go well beyond my natural limits.

Really.

It's true.

It's all about taking a new habit that needs to be formed and keeping with it in a systematic

and educational manner until it becomes second nature.

Then, something new or the next step can be added on.

Horace Mann, who was a key educational reformer back in the eighteen hundreds, said it very

plainly and best.

I quote "Habit is a cable, we weave a thread of it each day, and at last we cannot break

it."

Did you catch the visual there?

I picture those big, heavy iron cables you see coming off of the ships in a harbor.

They are made of smaller strands and woven together to make something that can hold thousands

of tons of pressure and weight.

When I decided to learn a set of new skills, some were pretty big so I immediately began

to worry.

You know how it feels.

Worried I'll never achieve something to a proficient level because perhaps I wasn't

born with the knack for it.

Or, worried someone would see my try and fail, etcetera..

The normal human stuff.

Well, how was I going to overcome these invasive thoughts?

They're annoying, and I still have them depending on what I'm doing and especially

when I'm embarking on a new learning journey.

I had tried to adopt new habits before, and expected myself to achieve at greater heights..

Only to find that I would lose motivation after a few days, when I noticed I hadn't

reached any level of achievement.

Then I'd give up and return to my old ways.

This is disheartening, and I didn't want to be this way any more.

So, this time it was going to be different.

I took a lot of time to determine what was going on with me, and I found one simple ingredient

to success that I hadn't tried before.

Want to know what it is?

Oh good.

Well, since you're still here listening, I'll go ahead and tell you: It was two-fold.

The first was that I seemed to only choose new skills or habits that would for most people

be considered an entire life-overhaul.

Big, giant, earth shattering ideas that were monstrous to look at.

And then, I exposed to myself that I had a real problem with "Patience".

I lacked patience in allowing myself to be a beginner and learn something from the bottom

up.

I'll give you an example here of one of my very earliest quests at creating a new

habit..

I was really trying to learn how to create new habits because I had a lot of steps to

go if I was going to make all of my new goal.

A few years ago, I really needed to up my game in physical health.

I had a list of things I knew I needed to be doing, but I really wasn't.

The list overwhelmed me because I knew it was going to be tough to keep at all of those

new things every day.

.. forever.

So, I pulled up my big-girl pants and decided to start with the one simple task that I could

focus on every day without too much pain.

Instead of trying to look at the entire giant list of things I should be doing, I chose

to take one thing, do it continuously, and do it well.

I was going start and end my day with a large clear glass of water.

Now, this may not sound like any big deal to you, but at the time I wasn't drinking

enough water, and I knew it.

My energy was lower than I wanted it to be, and this was just a first step towards getting

what I wanted.

I determined that I had to be patient.

Not expect a perfect score on the first few tries, and resolved to keep at it until it

was easy, natural, and just part of me forever.

Haha, okay don't laugh here, because I found that it all sounded easier said than done.

I tried making tally marks on a paper to keep track of the days I kept with my water-drinking

goal.

Promptly lost my paper on only the third day, I tried placing glasses of water strategically

all around the house in order to remind myself to drink them, and I even made a paper chain

like a first grader would to keep my success going day after day.

Was I perfect?

No.

BUT, I found that through patience I could forgive myself for losing sight for a few

minutes or days, and then just get right back on track.

It's through this patience and self-forgiveness that I was able to FINALLY make this a habit.

Once I buckled down, got on the patience wagon, and kept at it, I was able to make a permanent

change.

This was just the first step to many steps that I needed.

You should take notes here: One change at a time.

One to five minutes at first.

Small changes.

No more seeking for large dramatic changes that would overwhelm me.

I decided to take a new skill or idea all the way to 'easy habit' before adding

another small one on.

I know that doing this can do amazing things for a person.

Even one new habit a month can amount to a potential of thirty six new desired skills

in just three short years.

That can make a monumental difference in your life.

I know it has in mine.

A few more examples of my 'patience experiment' have been reading motivating and educational

materials each day, doing pushups, achieving ten thousand steps daily, focusing on positivity

and gratitude, as well as, you guessed it- making sure my flute is nice and shiny clean

when I put it away daily.

What things can you dream of achieving?

If it really came true would you feel like a superhero?

I know I do.

And, I'm not done, because the next step is now to eliminate one negative habit each

month.

Whoa.

This is getting intense right!

Nobody likes to focus on their naughty habits, but if we want to achieve real greatness,

we must.

Easy, small achievements with patience in mind.

An example of this could be keeping from biting finger nails, popping knuckles, criticising

a spouse or family member, or whatever it may be.

We all have something we can improve on.

Taking ten big cleansing breaths is something we can do while controlling the urge is sometimes

all it takes.

These things are free.

No money or time involved either.

Just start small right?

Next, I determined to practice creatively on my flute each day.

Sound fun?

It is.

I can get more into these details another day, but I wanted you all to know that I have

done something with my practicing that really works.

I cap my creative practice time to just fifteen minutes.

Why you ask?

Because I want to leave this part of my practice session (which is my new habit I've been

forming) with a craving for the next session instead of thinking of it as a time-burden

that could suck the life from my excitement faster than anything.

I know I've probably given way too much information on myself in this episode, but

my hope is that you learn from my experiments, and find ways to feel fulfilled in your intentions

every single day.

I like to live life on purpose… instead of allowing life to live me.

If you've had a difficult time making and creating life changes like I was having, remember

that trying harder and thinking you need to go bigger is possibly just the opposite of

what really needs to happen.

The superhero skills come by focusing on one small thing, for a few seconds or minutes

at a time, consecutively.

Then move on from there.

Well, I appreciate you and your journey.

I also hope that you will come to the comment sections of these audios and let me know what

you think.

I'm releasing these all week by week still, and will be pointing students at different

discussions at different times by either linking in a module lesson or sending it out via email.

Philippe Coutinho outlines his ambitions: "I have never wanted to settle" - Duration: 3:49.

Philippe Coutinho outlines his ambitions: "I have never wanted to settle"

Philippe Coutinho has vowed to continue to improve, as he closes in on the fifth anniversary of his move to Liverpool from Inter Milan.

The Brazilian made the £8.

5 million switch from the San Siro at the start of 2013, and swiftly developed into one of the Reds' most important players.

He has scored 46 goals and laid on a further 40 in 190 games for the club, with his output increasing dramatically over the past two seasons.

This term, he has already netted four and assisted three in nine outings, ensuring his status as one of the bargains of the decade in the Premier League.

And reflecting on his development on Merseyside in an interview with Goal's Melissa Reddy, Coutinho explained how he has "become stronger here in every way.

"When I first came to England, there was so much to adapt to and learn," he said.

"It was a completely different experience for me, but also a challenging, exciting one.

"Every year, I've felt like I've taken more on and become better, more complete and mentally prepared—not only with football but life in general.

"I have never wanted to settle, because I know that improvement is something that doesn't stop.

"There are always new things you can pick up and many ways to develop.

I'm happy with how much I've grown, but I'm not finished yet.".

Estimations of Coutinho have fallen rapidly on Merseyside following his efforts to force through a transfer to Barcelona last summer.

The No.

10 is no longer a bona fide fan favourite at Anfield, but his integral role under Jurgen Klopp has remained the same, able to shine in a variety of positions.

Continuing to outline his ambitions as a player, Coutinho alluded to both how he has maintained his form since his failed move and his motivations for seeking a departure.

"To be honest, I have never stopped to think about the player I wanted to become," he added.

"I have idols and an idea of success, yes, but I never had a picture in my head of how it should look for me.

"I guess it's because I believe there's always ways to improve myself so there can't really be a complete picture—it's always a work in progress.

"I just aim to be the best version of myself in every aspect, every day.

Coutinho is already one of the standout players in Europe's top five leagues, and has now established himself as a key man for Brazil.

But his assertion that he can continue to improve is encouraging, but perhaps also a sign of his desire to further his career with a move from Anfield.

TAG: GREECE w/eng sub - Duration: 14:36.

Hi everyone, I'm Martyna!

Toady I want to tell you something more about Greece.

I'm back here for a while,

so I also want to come back to my original thought about my YouTube channel.

Which was shearing my knowlage about Greece.

I'm coming to you with a TAG.

TAG: Greece, simple as it is :D

I looked for it, I didn't make those questions by myself.

This tag was popular on Greek YouTube few years ago.

I translated all questions, have them on my tablet

and I'm ready to tell you my answers!

Keep on watching! Hope this video will be interesting for you!

First question: What is your favorite place in Greece?

I told you many times about it!

My favorite place is definitely Acropolis. I'm not a big fan of Athens,

it's love/hate relationship between us :p

And line is very, very thin :D

I have to admit that Acropolis is

amazing and breathtaking.

I've talked about it more in another video

"5 reasons to love Greece".

But in my city

I adore a pier!

Hope you can see a pictures now.

It's 1 km long, so it goes far into the water.

And spending time there

is priceless!

You can drive a bike, take a walk with a dog,

fishing, have a picnic,

you can do ANYTHING and you will have so much fun!

Second question: Greek word used in other language.

And again,

I want to show you a scene from "My big fat Greek wedding"!

It's soooo true!

We have take any word and

find roots in Greek language.

Except of words we all know and are very typical,

like mathematics, philosophy,

democracy,

the is one word, which you probably don't know

and it's soup (Greek: soupa, Polish: zupa).

So we wouldn't have problems

in a taverna :D

Third question: What is your favorite Greek cosmetics brand?

And don't know if you know or use,

but on a market there is one very popular Greek brand.

And it's called Korres.

They export cosmetics not only to Europe!

They are super expensive (in Poland).

You can buy them in Sephora and

the prices are crazy! Even 70 euro for a cream!

Here in Greece, they are not very cheap,

but ofter you can buy 1 and you get 1 for free.

My sister did it and she was very satisfied with it.

In my opinion quality is worth the high price tag ((in Greece, not in Poland!).

And I want to stressed,

and I want to quote.

Honestly, I didn't know that either. I found it yesterday, when

I was preparing my answers.

Korres uses homeopathy in the production of natural cosmetics,

with active herbal ingredients, without any synthetic chemicals.

I'm not really sure I encourage you to buy them...

but if you ever have an opportunity

you should try them out!

Even a tonic,

I used facial masks.

I didn't use those crazy expensive creams.

But I can reccomend masks, they are quite cheap! :)

And they are suuuuuuper good!

So yeah, Korres is my favorite Greek brand.

Fourth question, and... I'm very disappointed with myself!

It's a question about "favorite Greek artist".

I have to tell you,

I don't really have one!

I can't think about anyone,

I don't even have my favorite actor!

I'm watching Greek movies, but

I didn't see so many of them to love someone!

And also.. I'm not listening to Greek music.

I can't answer for this question,

yada yada yada :D

yada yada yada :D

I will think about it more!

Fifth question or it's more like a.. challange! :D

"Sing first Greek song you have in mind".

I won't do it, but not becasue

I'm too shy or I can't sing (but yeah, I can't :D).

I just...

really, really, really hate Greek music.

I don't like traditional songs, I don't like modern music or pop, whatever!

My ears are bleeding when I have to listen to Greek music for a long time :D

I have to deal with it somehow,

because they don't listen any other kind of music.

In pubs, clubs, even in buses!

Everywhere you have to listen to Greek music...

In radio, one every 20-30 songs is in English.

There is one song I remember and

it was first Greek song I've heard, two years ago, when I moved here :D

Here it is:

Question number 7:

Oh no, number 6.

Village in the mountains or sunny beach?

To be honest, in Greece is very hard to separate those two things :D

When we're on the sea side, there is 95% chances

that you also have mountain view around you.

So it's 2 in 1 :p

But when I have to choose one,

I would pick a sunny beach.

This is why most of us are coming to Greece, right? :)

BUT! I saw many vlogs and blogs from small islands

like Santorini or Mykonos,

and there I would really reccomend you to stay faw away from the center.

You can always come to this turistic side of the island,

but you will miss an opportunity to meet amazing people who lives far away from tourists.

In my opinion this is what you should try!

So of course

you should spend some time at the beach, but

if you only have a chance, take a car

and go up, up, up!

Question number 7: "What do you like the most and what you don't like in Greek people?"

I was talking about, I what I like the most is their way of sharing the meals.

I won't repeat myself, you can watch it in my video "5 reasons to love Greece".

"Culutre of eating" here is very balkan, which means

that no one is getting their own plate with food,

but everything is placed on the table, so you can taste everything you want.

I really love it!

And this is what I like the most about Greeks.

And now... what I don't like..

Oh, ok.

I don't like to talk bad about Greeks,

all those stereotypes are enough.

Like one about their lazyness,

they are not paying their debts,

all things about crisis and yada yada yada.

I don't want to stressed it more. So I will tell you a different story.

There was a time, when I had to find an apartament.

So of course I was checking them out,

walking around the city, see which one I like more.

I have to tell you, that I didn't expect what I saw.

Unfortunately I can't forget about it.

In Poland, when you want to rent an apartment,

when we are an owner and we want someone to live in our house

we present it as well as it's possible.

So first of all.... it's clean!

Yeah guys, it's CLEAN!

And that's all.

In Poland, if you want to rent your house, it has to be clean.

Here......

just opposite!

I can't even say that apartments I saw were "messy".

It wasn't just dusty, like you know - for 3 monhts no one want to live there

- it can happen!

So then, it's dusty. And you didn't clean it.

This is what I can agree for.

But what I saw.... Oh guys, what I saw :(

It was extremely disgusting and I'm not even exaggerating.

When we did rent an appartment evenually (my and my friend).

We shared obligations between us, but not in the normal way.

We cleand what was less disgusting for us!

I said that there is not a chance I will clean a bathroom

and she didn't want to clean the fridge.

So yeah, we almost played "rock scissors paper" :D

It's for sure not normal.

So yeah, the worst characteristic you can have is being so thoughtless and careless.

I really adore them, but

what the heck Greeks? :D

They are not taking care about thigns.

About their own houses... yeah, they do care, I can't say.

But you know... Till the fence.

If there is something behind it...

Yeah you know "It's not his"!

I'm very sorry I had to tell it,

I hope you see my struggles.

I honestly don't like to say bad things about the others.

But yep, that was it!

Question number 8!

"What is your favorite Greek movie?"

So, my favorite Greek movie is

a English/Greek movie actually.

They speak more in English than in Greek :D

It's called "Never on Sunday".

Title says alot about Greeks too :D

But seriously,

it's a comedy,

about a prostitue from Pireus (district of Athens),

it's black and white,

with beautiful main actress.

It's very funny,

and I hope you can find English subtitles,

to understand Greek parts of it.

But if you speak basic Greek

you can easly watch it without any subtites.

I understood it all.

There is one more movie I want to tell you about.

I watched it few months ago and I liked it.

It is a movie about very sensitive but popular topic -

it was a movie about immigration.

Story is about a man who can't understand how all this happend,

he keeps thinking about Athens from his childhood.

He didn't know how to accept all those changes

and he tried to do something about it.

Which of course had and impact on other people.

I think you should watch it, it's really, really nice!

I can't remember the titles, so

I will show you the poster.

Question number 9!

"What is your favorite Greek meal?"

As an ex meat lover I have to say it is musaka.

But I also talked about it in "5 reasons to love Greece":D

But as a vegetarian,

I have to admit, that

I love startes and side dishes!

I LOVE tyrokafteri -

which is a feta dip with hot spieces and hot pepper.

If you like spicy food, you're going to like it!

I also like pickled aubergines

and of course Greek salad!

But the most the "last part" of is - olive oil with all veggie juices with bread!

I'm eating it every day for dinner :D

I hope you like my video and

you learnt something more about Greece.

Because it's all for you! So you can learn new things at home!

That's all for today! If you like it, please give me a thubs up

share a comment

and subscribe to my channel!

I also have new ediditn program, so you can tell what you think about it!

For now, this is my new background,

this is the only kinda nice place for a videos :D

Thanks guys, see you! :)

The Problem with Love Languages - Three-Minute Thursdays #3 - Duration: 3:49.

Welcome to another edition of Three-Minute Thursdays,

where I try to say something important, maybe even helpful,

about a topic that's of interest to Christians.

This week's topic is love languages.

But, before we do that,

this video is made possible by Missional Wear.

To learn about their great line of products and apparel

for the holiday season, visit missionalwear.com/challies.

Now, let's get three minutes on the clock and here we go.

If you're a Christian, you probably heard of love languages.

A number of years ago, author, Gary Chapman wrote a book

called "The Five Love Languages"

and here's the book in a nutshell.

Each one of us has a love tank

that's continually running empty.

If you love me,

what you need to do is find out how to fill that love tank

and the way you do that is by learning my love language

and speaking that love language.

It may be acts of service.

It may be physical touch.

There's a number of different languages.

What you need to do is study me

and learn to speak that language

and that will be you showing love for me.

Now, in many ways, that is helpful.

However, I think there's a couple of flaws

that we need to point out and, once we see those flaws,

we can learn how to use these languages even better.

Here are the flaws.

The first one is that love languages

may actually simply mask selfishness.

It's possible that I am actually using a love language

that you appreciate in order to manipulate you,

so you give me love.

In other words, I will speak your language,

so that you speak mine.

Or I will speak your language to the degree or the extent

that you speak mine.

And so this may actually be a kind of back and forth

that we've negotiated

that we will speak each other's languages,

so, honestly, primarily, we can feed our own desire

to be loved.

Not only that,

but love languages really aren't even a thing biblically.

They're not love languages.

They're love desires.

These languages simply show how I desire to be loved.

And, as we look at the Bible,

we know I can't trust my desires.

I'm a sinful person.

My desires are deeply flawed,

because I, myself, am deeply flawed.

My desires may simply point to my idols,

those things I'm convinced that, unless I have this,

I cannot be happy.

I cannot be joyful.

We need to be careful of this

when we speak about love languages.

So, how do we use love languages well?

Well, first, we use them to point us

to the variety of ways there are to be loved.

If you have five children,

chances are you've got five people who like to be loved

in different ways.

There are many ways we can give love.

Many ways we can receive love.

And that's amazing.

God has made us to be different

and it's healthy and it's good and it's wonderful

to explore the variety of ways that we can love

and be loved.

The second way to redeem love languages

and I think this is the most important of all

is to look at another person and understand

how does that person want to be loved

and then turn it around and say,

well, that's exactly the way that person is most likely

to love me.

So, if that person loves physical touch,

that person will touch me, as a sign of love.

Even if it means nothing to me,

I need to learn to receive that as love.

You see, so we're not primarily talking here about how

to give love to one another, but how to receive love

from one another.

Do you see how we've turned them around?

Now, how do I know that love languages are flawed

and can be redeemed?

Because Jesus Christ did not speak the language I wanted.

He spoke the language I needed.

That is the heart of the gospel.

I wanted him to speak in all sorts of languages.

He spoke in the language I needed most.

That proves to me I cannot trust what I want.

Instead, I always, always need to look to Him

and to his word.

That's another edition of Three-Minute Thursdays.

I hope you found it helpful.

(happy music)

📝 Jo Cohen & Sex Whales - Run Away (feat.

Lusil) Lyrics

Run away, run away And I know, and I know, and I know

Run away now We can change anything, and make it better

together Now we're strong, don't question it

The truth will break your chain We have the key

(We have the key) Open your eyes and see

We are the ones that know the answers And they ain't never gonna hold us back

The sea that's stretching like the dancers Imagine life without a purpose

Now picture everything you're fighting for Now picture everything you're fighting for

Now picture everything you're fighting for

Run away, run away And time will find a place that we call home

Break a chain, anything We'll make it better together now

Don't be afraid of letting go I know there's more we can be free

Open your eyes and see

We are the ones that know the answers And they ain't never gonna hold us back

The sea that's stretching like the dancers Imagine life without a purpose

Now picture everything you're fighting for Now picture everything you're fighting for

Now picture everything you're fighting for

Jan Gehl - Manipulando qualidade de vida - Duration: 1:31.

I would say sometimes that whenever we build anything

we manipulate with the quality of life of people.

The great problem is that the great majority of architects

around the world don't know how they're manipulating.

But they're manipulating. And it's very important

to make research to find out

how the built form influences life

so that we can discuss what kind of life we want

in what kind of city, And then we can build a city

for that kind of life. Instead of just building a city,

putting people in and saying, "Do the best you can".

People are actually extremely adaptive.

We know really horrible areas

where people just adapt, because they have to.

If we look at the old days,

if we look at many of the developing countries

we can see really horrible physical conditions,

yet people still adapt, and get a life there.

But we know we can make it, in many cases,

for the same money, much better.

Your Blood Type Says A Lot About Health! It Can Tell About Type Of Diseases You're Most Prone To! - Duration: 4:40.

Your Blood Type Says A Lot About Your Health!

It Can Tell About The Type Of Diseases You're Most Prone To!

It can be easily said that blood type is one of the body' s most perplexing taxonomies.

There are 4 bins our blood can go down into– A, B, AB, and O– and together they stand

for the 4 groups of antigens located on the surfaces of the red blood cells.

While blood types generally signal who can donate to and receive from, it turns out that

they can tell a lot about one's personal health and well-being.

Here are 6 to think about:

1.

Memory Issues

At-risk: AB

The brain and the vascular system have a lot of things in common.

Namely, it has been recently found that those with type AB blood were 82% more likely to

experience problems with attention, language, and memory recall compared to other types.

It is believed that this is because of coagulation factor VIII, a crucial clotting protein which

may lower the quality of blood flow to the brain.

"Since factor VIII levels are closely linked to blood type, this might be one causal connection

between blood type and cognitive impairment," explained Mary Cushman, author of the recent

study, to Yahoo Health.

2.

Pancreatic Cancer

At-risk: Non-O

Judging by the work that researchers from Yale University are doing on bacterial infection,

it is accurate to say that those with type O blood have lower risk of developing pancreatic

cancer.

According to a study done by the University's Cancer Center which looked that bacteria that

prosper in people`s gut, those with H. pylory were at higher risk for pancreatic cancer,

because of the way A and B antigens help the bacteria to flourish.

People with type O blood can donate to anyone as they do not carry antigens on the surface

of their red cell.

3.

Heart Disease

At-risk: AB

According to a 2012 study from Harvard University, those with non-O blood are at greater risk

of developing cardiovascular disease.

But, it has been revealed that those with type AB blood were at the highest risk, exhibiting

a 23% higher possibility of suffering from heart disease compared with type O participants.

The study author Dr. Lu Qi, an assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition noted that

the makeup of people's antigens needs to be given the exact same importance as cholesterol

and high blood pressure.

"While people cannot change their blood type, our findings may help doctors better

understand who is at danger for developing heart disease," Qi said.

4.

Stress

At-risk: A

Given that some blood types are more likely to occur together with differing levels of

hormones in the body, doctors often modify their exercise recommendation based on the

patient`s type.

Those with type A blood are likely to have higher levels of the stress hormone in the

body.

Therefore, stress- reducing exercises like yoga and Tai Chi can be much more useful at

reducing the stress than running.

When the adrenal glands release more cortisol in the blood stream, one's stress response

grows more acute.

Those with type A usually get anxious faster and have a difficulty letting troubles go

away.

5.

Gut Bacteria

Not only can antigens be found in the lining of the red blood cells, however they can be

also found in the lining of the digestive tract.

As a matter of fact, almost 80% of people go down into this category.

Most of the bacteria that grow in people's gut use antigens as food, which dictates which

bacteria thrive and which disappear.

Recent research has actually found that those with type B blood contain 50,000 the number

of strains of friendly bacteria compared with people with either type O or A blood.

6.

Exercise Demands

The makeup of one's antigens in their cells can determine the amount of hormones being

released.

Those with type A and B blood react better to yoga and other low-intensity, relaxing

exercises.

People with type AB blood can benefit from well-rounder exercises that controls their

immune systems.

"Type O's are more prone to issues that arise from the inability to clear stress hormones

from their system rapidly," Dr. Ginger Nash, a naturopathic physician said.

"It takes more to get a Type O stressed, but it takes more to de-stress them also.".
