so it's a good idea to buy some over-the-counter vitamin D3

I always recommend taking 1000 units daily which is equivalent to 25 micrograms

it's also reasonably inexpensive, I pay £1.50 for a pack of sixty and that lasts me two months

exercise I know it's probably the last thing you want to do when you're tired on a dark winter evening

but focus on the positives I'm sure you'll be surprised how energetic your endorphins will make you feel

after getting involved in some kind of physical activity

remember 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise is all you need per week

while it's normal to slow down over the winter there are some medical conditions

that could be causing your tiredness

sometimes a lack of energy and enthusiasm can be a sign of winter depression

JavaScript Tutorial for Beginners #6- If-else conditional statement - Duration: 8:13.

Today we will be discussing about statements in JavaScript.

No statements in JavaScript can be of various formats and they could be

presented as follows below: The first one is

the break which is used to exit a loop.

The continue statement that breaks one iteration and continues to the second in a loop.

Then comes the do-while statement.

this executes a block of statement and repeat it if the

condition is true.

If-else condition operation.

If this condition is true then do this else do that; that means there is a particular

condition.

We are going to concentrate into this particular statement in this part.

Then comes the function which performs a specific

task.

And the var command hummer which declares the variable.

That means we are now familiar with this kind of operations.

But a lot of tasks to be performed here.

Another point is - return which stops the execution

and returns the value.

But, in this particular tutorial we would like to focus our

concentration in this particular if-else conditional operation; that is when a condition

is met then the block of statement will be performing a particular task and if that

condition is not met then another possible instruction or set of instructions will be

performed and the value of execution will be returned to you so this is the thing that

we are going to concentrate into this tutorial.

That means the if-else condition.

We have previously discussed on var- that means

declaration of variables and we have discussed on many things but this is the first

time we are now entering into the hard core area of a programming language.

Now so far from our previous tutorial what we have observed, we have used this kind of

statements on many occasions over here such as; we have used document.write(); this is

a kind of statement that that means you are

using a statement over here and you are using this kind of variables and you are using this

sort of things; you have used alert statement.

So all of these things those are the kind of statement that you are using.

Now in this occasion we are practically going to use and if else statement.

But before we make an example of it, the first thing

that we are going to know - what is an if else

statement?

If else statement means a kind of condition that which is to be met.

So in this particular case too, we will see that

this is the condition.

Here will come the condition and if this condition is met then

this or these statements should be carried out in this particular case.

And care to note that this condition it always comes under

first bracket; and the statements those are to be executed in this particular case will

be coming under this parentheses, should be appearing under this parentheses.

As we can see, here it is.

So this is the basic structural view of and if else statement.

If this condition is met then then execute this kind

of statement; else if this condition is not met,then execute this particular set of instruction,

then execute this particular set of statements.

So this is what is known as if else condition.

That means if this condition is met, then use this statement to be carried

out; else you may use this statement - here.

So this is the thing that you need to remember.

I am just deleting this off and let's work on some live examples.

For say I am putting a variable name of num1.

I am assigning it to 5.

Now if we say..

So we have to put a condition, if Num1 is compared to 5; this

is the thing that you need to carefully notice that here I have used two consecutive equal

signs or equal operators, but here we had used a single equal operator.

Practically this is an assignment operator where I have

assigned this value of 5 against this variable num1.

Here I am checking the condition whether it is compared to 5 or not.

If it is compared to 5, then....

Now first of all I am providing a line break tag so the significance

of this line break tag will be discovered soon.

According to this command or instruction as we can see here that a

number is assigned against of variable and then it is compared that why that is variable

is compared to 5 or not; if it is 5 then the string and the number that means the

variable will be concatenated and will be displayed into your web page and if it is

not then nothing will happen.

So this is the thing that we need to check.

First of all get back to your project and reload.

So we can see the due to this line break tag we have a new line over here and

this is a proper number 5 - that means it is showing the true Manner here.

Now if we change to 6; now if we come back and reload

we can say that there is nothing.

This happened as we never mentioned what will happen

if this particular condition is not met.

Now I am providing here this else condition.

So in this particular condition.....

If this condition is not met then it will print

this particular string, is variable number, and it will correspondingly bring this particular

string over here.

So now let's get back to our project and reload.

Now we can see that this is not a valid number and then

it executes the data that is stored against this variable and then comes this string

again.

What you can do you can provide here another line break tag; this is the most

thing that you can do.

Now reload and you can see it is here.

So now I am just changing this value again and here pressing control

+ s, getting back to our project and on reloading we can see that this is the proper

number 5.

That means this condition is now checked over here.

So that is why it is printing the first set of instruction and the

next step of instruction is being skipped over here.

So this is the thing that we need to know about this if else statement which is used

in case of JavaScript.

So why such concentration into this particular if else statement?

Cause it has a numerous value in many occasions that will be using this kind of

statement in this or in our future tutorials.

And it is one of the most important one.

So this is the thing that we need to know from this tutorial and in the next tutorial

we are going to know about functions and after

that we will learn how to print values directly provided into your form element.

LEGO NEXO Knights Tech Wizard Showdown review! 72004 - Duration: 10:30.

hey folks this is the lego nexo knights tech wizards showdown set I do not have

the year 1 and year 2 large mechs to compare this to anymore for size but I

can give you a comparison just off of what's included here because this set

has a surprise you see this is not simply a mech here this is in fact a

mech within a Mac its exception this is a full-on battle suit in the standard

style that we got in the previous season it's just kind of recolored here

bringing in a lot of gold just the pearl gold color which I think actually looks

good here I typically don't like to see this much pearl gold in something but I

think it contrasts well against the existing colors the main colors for clay

especially with the dark blue and then he he you know he doesn't have anything

to wield with the battle suit there but they've got you covered with this

accessory pack on the back which holds merlok 2.0 or at least his digital

hologram projection here but it also has some accessories with the shield and a

sword that can be wielded by the battle suit so there's how that gets outfitted

with a nice sized sword and somewhat undersized shield I guess you would just

imagine that that shield would be able to kind of change its size depending

upon the incoming attack and then you can still use this little platform back

here and attach it to the smaller Mac attach it to the battle suit and then

merlok becomes your banner for the battle suit and you also end up with the

kind of jetpack or rocket pack on the back or if that looks like a little bit

too much with merlok you can just pull him off has his own separate projection

have him come up somewhere else and just use this like this and it has plenty of

the gold on it as well a little bit of a awkward flat platform there but it's

nice to be able to you know interchange pieces and of course this is using the

same system the same modifier system so you can take any of the components from

last year's sets and attach them to this or you can attach this to other things

you all works together it's all modular

alright so here's everything pretty much put back together with the main build

and combined as closely as it can be this also has accommodations for the

minifig accessories with the shield for clay being attached over on this side

with the major shield and also the six stud shooter blaster that's built into

that arm and then clays personal sword gets just attached very simply on the

side here this sword the larger one can also be rotated around the small one

just acts as additional decoration really just makes it look better this

has pretty decent articulation overall I think I would like to have seen a little

bit more to be able to especially reach across the the chest with the sword you

know it would have helped a lot you can kind of see I think there's a way like

this that's about yeah that's about it it's a little bit disappointing in in

that sense so you can do some some horizontal slashes and swings with it

but you just can't come too far across the joints have a good amount of

friction in them for sure you've got the ratcheted joints for the upper

extremities lower legs it's just one single leg assembly here but you do have

a small ball joint they can be used with limited range in the ankle and they can

also be kind of turned side to side a little bit so if you splay the legs out

in addition to rotating them you can get a little bit of action pose in there you

may need to repose the inner battle suits feet to kind of get them out of

the way I think this is about the the best way to kind of tuck them in to get

them out of the way but if you want to bring this main leg forward a little bit

farther than that thing you need to move this out of the way which looks a little

bit funky there to have that the bottom of the foot there but this thing has

pretty respectable stability not as much of a range of motion as I would like to

see overall but the most important thing is that it's being able to stand up on

its own and not always be ready to fall over so that's kind of the start of a

walking pose let me see there we go I can bring this leg back a

little bit again this is that same type of attachment point so you can take any

of the components from the year two sets and still attach them here on the bad

guys side this set gets just the small projection crawler platform for digital

monster X and it has a couple of shooters on the sides which feature

these new tech critter pieces that people have been looking forward to from

what I've seen it's it just uses a stud on one side to allow it to hook up to a

stud shooter of course that shooters can be turned side-to-side and such but

ultimately you're just gonna fire that off and that one is now across the room

but here's a spare there are three of these in total to go with the two

shooters it doesn't really quite look like a spider I think that this doesn't

look quite as good as folks were expecting it to just based on what I've

seen from the hype online it uses a single stud of course you can change out

the color of that stud you can build upon it and it has an anti stud on the

underside but you know this is a brand new mold maybe they'll start making

these in some other colors as well but I think it doesn't make for a good

substitute for an organic spider because it's not supposed to be this also uses

the new piece with a little bit of lensing built into it with the trans

bright green there just has a bar and just adds a little detail wherever they

want a little extra shaping and you know that's just mirrored from side to side

you can move the legs around a little bit obviously there is a ratcheted hinge

attachment on the base of this that will be usable with other sets as well and of

course it comes with a shield that can be used with any bad guy minifigures or

good guys I guess if you want the bad guys you do get in this set are the

infected biter on the left and a cyber biter on the right with the letter Y not

to the letter I got the new helmet mold on the left I think I'm looking at some

new colors for some of these parts pretty nice prints for the front of the

infected biter I also like that helmet which has

the attachment points for anything bar-shaped or sized on either side but

it does not cover up the back of the head well at all so you can start to

very easily immediately see the secondary face showing through that's a

bit of a disappointment it actually becomes worse when you're looking at it

set up like this if you're to turn the head around because then you see a more

obvious you know a bit of teeth showing up there so I think we'll more coverage

would have definitely helped here this is in gunmetal grey pretty good looking

prints though prints for the faces for each of these and you do have alternates

for both so that's a good thing as well on the protagonists side we just get

clay and I wanted to show him with his accessories on at first so you can see

just how much of that pearl gold is brought into his color scheme again I

think it actually works out pretty well this season and it's not overdone

there's a lot of it but I think it fits in I think that the dark color with clay

in particular works out we'll see how well looks up close with some of the

other characters with their color schemes but let me reveal a little bit

more of the prints of the new outfit here again brings in some of the gold

but that's not the pearl gold of course that's the metallic gold she has just a

little less orange in it or a little less red and a little less saturation I

think it's just a better looking gold but a different look here with kind of

the the robes that are set up a little bit more of a Truong kind of feel this

time around which again a good thing but I don't know how I feel about the

pattern compared to the year one stuff in particular year two is a bit

different I think it's a little bit closer to a year one in its its style

and amount of color yeah might take me a little while to get used to it I'm not

completely sold on that that design last up this scannable Nexo power is called

whirlwind it's not new this is the classic young

dragon and then here attached to the recolored combo Nexo power plate is one

of the new merlok powers this one is the sword of merlok and that is not against

a pearl gold colored piece it is a painted piece that has the metallic gold

color that I like much better and the design of these are are really nice

across the board with their colors and their overall design I think they make

for a very nice decorative elements by themselves even if you don't use the app

so that's the tech wizards showdown I really like the main build I like the

mech ception that could have been done poorly but it's actually done very

nicely I appreciate the continuance of the interchangeable system for attaching

things to the backs of mechs that you know just helps older sets to remain

relevant and usable so not everything needs to be completely redone and yeah I

think the figures are pretty good they could have done better with how they

treated the back of the head I think for this new helmet or just stuck to single

faces for those that a little platform for monster ox will have its own

significance but you know it's it's nothing really to write home about and

the little shootable tech critters I think are underwhelming as well so

[ENG SUB] [RECIPE] 🌮how to make Bulgogi Panini Sandwich [이제이레시피/EJ recipe] - Duration: 4:14.

I made the sauce for bulgogi first.

Chop the white part of scallions and mix it with the sauce.

Chop the onions before cooking it with bulgogi.

Mix it with beef and rest it for about 20 minutes.

Add a little bit of oil on heated pan and fry the bulgogi.

Add mushroom and onion together and fry.

Cut the ciabatta bread into two pieces

and put whole grain mustard and basil pesto on them.

Put stir fried bulgogi on the bread and add cheese on top of it.

The bread might get burned if you put too much of ingredients.

Cover the top part with another piece of bread and cook it in the grill.

I used double side grill so I did not put additional pressure to grill the panini.

Cut the panini so that you can easily eat.

Bulgogi panini with sweet and salty bulgogi is done.

I had it at cafe in the past and thought it was great, so I usually made it. But this is my first time uploading the recipe of it!

The bulgogi and the bread go well together! And the cheese also blended into the panini!!!

I made really simple bulgogi sauce, but you can also use any other kind of bulgogi if you have it at your home!

My 3 current favourite apps for artist - Duration: 11:00.

Hi and welcome to everydayidraw.

My name is Maja and today I will share my

top three best apps for artists with you.

As with any video on this channel I want

to remind you that this is only my

version. So if you have any other

suggestions please leave them down in

the comments below. I will share these

apps for both Android and iPhone. Even

though I will show it in my android all

the iPhone apps links will be listed

down below. And I want to start with

a good old Instagram. And you might be like:

"...well, hello... So obvious..." I know it is, but

there are a couple of things that

I wanted to mention about Instagram. First

is the tip, that I got from @anna_cattish

And you probably know her, guys, from

Instagram, because she's so big there! And

she's so amazing. And she told me, that

you should only follow the best artists,

because it will help you to do the

better visual library. And what I mean by

best artist, is that you, at first, know

the industry that you want to working.

For example, I really want to work in

game industry. I want to work with Bungie and

Blizzard, and Riot games, and, you know,

all the cool people. So I follow the best

people from my industry. It helps me by

seeing all of those amazing pictures,

illustrations and art, to actually up my

level. Because when I need to draw

something, I look inside my head, right?

We all do. We only draw things that we know

and we love. This is why, if you look at

the best of the best works your level of

visual library will actually get leveled

up really fast. You will not come with

bad decisions. Well, I mean, you will, but

you will lessen this opportunity to come up

with bad decisions, because you will

only see the best works. What I usually do, is

found out that pretty much all the cool

people do this kind of thing. So, I go on

social media where it is impossible to

remove somebody from your feed without

unfollowing them. For example, Instagram.

And I tend to find one cool person that

I really really love. And then I take a

look at their subscriptions. Like who

they are subscribed to. And usually I end up

adding a good bunch of 10-15 people

from their feed. Because, again, it helps

me to broad my vision. I also save

inspiration as probably all of us do.

I screenshot them and then I save them to

my Dropbox and from there they usually

go to my Pinterest boards. If you're

interested I will leave link to my

Pinterest as well. Last thing is that you

usually use your Instagram just as a, you

know, place, where you just randomly post

pictures that you did and occasionally

you post your cat. What I decided to do

this year and I was actually really

inspired by this course "Instagram with

intention" from Dean Street Society. Again,

links will be listed down below.

I figured out that all of the top artists

used their Instagram as a place where

they promote themselves. And, again, this

really depends on to whom do you want

to promote yourself. In my case I have

two audiences: you guys, aspiring artists,

people, who love to draw and who really

want to work in the same industry as

I do, like game design and stuff, and on the

other hand I have people, who are working

in the game design industry, and who are

my future clients. Like art directors,

artists, concept artists and stuff like

that. So I have to think of the ways to

get them both interested. Like to get you

guys interested in my Instagram and with

you I usually tend to think about like,

what it is, that is important to you, like,

you guys want to learn how to draw, how

to make money with it, how to build a

successful freelance business.

So those are the things, that I will talk

about on my Instagram. For example, I will

post a picture, but not only a picture,

but I will break it down to steps,

so you can see, how I did it, so you can

become smarter, probably, make your art

better, and it will help you to feel like

my Instagram feed is something, that

you're really looking forward

to checking, maybe. I really hope so. So, if you're

missing something from my

Instagram feed, please let me know in

the comments below, what you would like

to see more. And on the other hand I have

to show to future clients, like

art directors, that at first I can draw.

And then, that I can work with client jobs.

Like I can deal with *** goals. And again,

I will show it up on my Instagram.

Like, I will show more client work, if I'm

allowed, and I will talk about how I did

come up with this solution, why it was

important for the client. I also show,

that I really enjoy gaming. I mean, like,

I've started to enjoy it probably like a

month ago. So I'm a really new person to all

of this. But this is the things, that you

want to promote through your Instagram.

Like think of the audience, that you are

really wanting to talk to. And I think it

will help you a lot. The second application,

that I wanted to show you, is "Art anatomy"

or, it's called "3d Anatomy for artists".

And I've found similar thing, called "art

pose" for iPhone's. I will also leave a

link to an amazing tutorial on how to use

this particular app on iPhone, somewhere

in the cards. So please, check it out. This

app is amazing,

because you have a real 3d model of head,

trunk, upper and lower limbs. You can see

separate bones, part of bodies, and you

can see muscles. Also you have a view of

a full body. It's fully 3d, so you can

rotate it the way you want, you can see

different muscles in layers, like deep

muscles, or muscles, that actually create

the curves on the surface of the body.

I have a paid version, but I don't really

remember how much it costs. Like maybe 15$.

But I totally never regretted it,

because this app is so amazing. The only

down thing is, that on Android you have

no poses.

And if you're working on "Art Pose", on

iPhone, you could have poses. But I don't

really mind, because I combined this up

with anatomy courses. For example, if you

are thinking about learning anatomy in

English, I do recommend you to check out

Proko's videos. Again, they will be listed in the cards. And if you are

Russian viewer, you probably heard

about Alexander Rizhkin:D

Amazing, guys! So what

I usually do, is I would watch a little

bit of anatomy course. For instance,

I would do it with, let's say upper limbs,

like arms and stuff, torso.

I would watch a course to understand the

structure of the body. Then I would head

over to posemaniacs,

or any websites, that provides you with the

poses. On YouTube it would be Croquis Cafe,

I really love them, guys. And

I support them on Patreon. Check them out,

they are amazing. I would use my current

knowledge of anatomy to draw poses, but

in this case I don't really draw like 15

minutes poses, it would be a lot more

longer, like maybe half an hour to an

hour. And then I have a model in front of

me, on my monitor. And I have this app

open, because in case I have any doubts

about, like, what it is that I'm seeing on

the model right now, like, what kind of

muscle is that. I will check it out on my

3d app. And it's been amazing help to

remember all of those muscles, because,

you know guys, there are a shitload of

them in the human body. So this is how

I would use that. I don't necessarily

create poses in the app, because I find

it to be too stiff. And if I need any

kind of pose, I would rather look it up

on pose websites. And I will leave links

to several of them in the description

box down below. And the last app, I wanted

to show you today, is called "3D handy",

or "Handy art tool". It has 3d models of

hands, feet and heads. Both male and

female. You can rotate them the way you

want to.

You can change the lighting, you cannot

really see the muscles here, but with

hands I find it to be intimidating to

think about muscles, because there are

too much of them. And I'd rather work

with overall shape and form of the hand.

This I use as a reference to my drawings.

Like, for example, if I had hard time

drawing a hand or the pose, that I've

chosen in the previous step, doesn't

really, like "show" the hand, the way I need to,

Then I will go over to this app.

I also find it very useful with heads.

Because on 3D anatomy you cannot really

change the lighting. It's just, you know,

the overall basic lighting. But here you

can turn on and off different light

sources, then, for example, if you are

working on a portrait, it will really

help you to understand the way the light

works on your characters face, which

I find to be amazing. This app actually has

a limited amount of poses, but for me,

I find it to be sufficient enough, right

now. So those are my top 3 apps for

fact that I think video is the only marketing tool that you need in order to

the core of it all video is going to breed the primary tool that can really

drive your business board and let me explain why first of all we all know

that marketing for small business owners these are people that have a local

audience too wearing multiple hats they're working way more than 40 hours a

week and they're trying to compete in a very noisy and cluttered environment you

know the real question is how do you separate yourself from the competition

well for me in my business it's all about me for you in your business it

really should be about you there is no other you out there and the best way to

let people know is through video marketing I want to share a couple of

examples with you case studies if you will ones with an estate attorney and

one is with a chiropractic but first let's talk about some real live research

numbers on the power of video I'm sure almost everybody out there knows that a

picture is worth a thousand words well did you know that Forrester Research did

a study and found out that one minute of video is worth 1.8 million words now

think about it who's going to actually take the time and energy to read 1.8

million words but are willing to watch one minute worth of video another great

statistic comes from Forrester Research and that is the chances of getting a

page one that is the first page of Google ranking increases by 55 0 50

percent with video now another way of thinking

that about that is if you do not have video it's 50 times more difficult to

rank a webpage on the first page of Google let that one sink in for a little

bit if you've contemplated doing Facebook live videos get this you are

ten times more than likely to get comments on a live video than a regular

video upload on Facebook and seeing how Facebook is looking for engagement the

more engagement the more visibility the more visibility the more likely you are

going to sell products so live video on Facebook is a powerful tool I could go

on and on about video statistics and how powerful video is for small business but

let's shift gears and let's talk about the personal aspect of video and a

couple of local case studies the first one I want to talk about is an estate

planning attorney who when they launched their website had zero visibility online

and really was starting from scratch and we started out with a video campaign and

that is a video blog simple talking head videos like this where you stand in

front of a camera hit record and start talking about your industry

I had the client set up on shooting for videos four videos a month and it was a

little sporadic that's why I threw up free sometimes I'd get two sometimes I

get four but what shifted was in about six months

this client started getting calls from prospects going hey I saw your videos

online and I want to schedule appointment so if not only was the video

creating the visibility that we're talking about but it was also creating

conversion people are able to connect with this estate planning attorney

through her videos and went wow I like this person she's smart she's competent

this is the person I want to do business with and she was able to close more

business faster and and I think about two years or so almost 25% of her

business was through online since we had started out from scratch this was pretty

much all brand-new business that was coming in

through the web and that was just doing four videos a month uploading them to

youtube and then embedding them into her website as blogs very very powerful the

second case study I'd like to talk about is a chiropractor who opened up a second

office in another town and said Ryan what do i do how do I get visibility to

let people know that I'm down in this other city and I go well it's pretty

simple we're gonna shoot some videos about chiropractic and we're gonna

really target the specific city that you are working in which happened to be

Tiburon and if you take a look at this screenshot I took this was a few years

back you could see how powerful it is not only were we able to get the website

to rank number one on Google but three of his videos ranked number two number

three and number four essentially locking the first four positions on the

first page of Google now think about that

you only have tens positions in the first place and we were able to lock out

the top four positions by using video I have consistently used just video

marketing tactics along with blogging along with social media but we're using

that video in the blog we're using the video in their social media campaigns to

drive first page ranking for countless clients over the years you can do the

For my eyes, I'm going to use this champagne highlighter and apply it all over my lid

I picked this color because the shade is neutral and the shimmer really brightens up my eyes

I Highly recommend neutral eyeshadows for everyday makeup in either shiny or matte effect next I'm going to apply waterproof mascara

I tend to yawn a lot and whenever I yawn I get watery eyes, so if you're like me a waterproof mascara is a must-have

Next I'm going to apply some blush on the apples of my cheeks

I'm using a lip cheek stain you can also use makeup revolution vivid blush

Of all the products that I have tried these give a really nice beautiful

natural pink hue

Now I'm going to contour my nose and highlight the bridge of my nose

For my lips I'm going to use this sugar Holly Golightly lipstick it has a really nice pinkish nude color
