Hello everbody
I am Regine
Welcome one day more to my channel
"Beautiful inside and outside"
Today I want to share with you the theme
coconut water and its benefits
Now, what is coconut water?
Coconut water is found inside the immature coconut
what is green
It is a clear liquid and is not coconut milk
Coconut water has a long list of healthy benefits
here I give you a compilation
of the most outstanding benefits
and centifiedly demonstrated
We start with the benefits for the physical aspect
Yes, you listened well
Coconut water is catching more and more fame
for its great anti-aging effect
This food is a great source of cytokinins
a plant compound associated with the reduction
of aging of human cells
Cytokinin is a phytohormone
capable of delaying the process
of degenerative aging
that our cells suffer over the years
Thus, any cream
which has an extract of coconut water
It makes you 10 years younger
Apart from this
it's a super moisturizing drink
drink coconut water
is an excellent and natural way of moisturizing
First
coconut water contains 94% water
Also this drink stands out for owning
large amounts of electrolytes
has the same level of electrolyte balance
that human blood
If you are an athlete, you will love it
Contains potassium, magnesium, sodium, calcium and phosphorus
are 5 essential electrolytes
to recover
after a physical training session
Has very similar effects
to a sports drink in terms of rehydration
Another benefit is
which is a natural antioxidant
Free radicals
are reactive molecules
that cause oxidative stress
and can cause significant damage to our body
Although our organism
has its own "antioxidant system"
with which maintains a balance
between oxidation and antioxidation
Food intake
rich in antioxidants
helps the body with this work
Coconut water is rich
in phytohormones
in vitamins
free amino acids
and other active compounds
with a great antioxidant effect
Also reduces fluid retention
it means that it is diuretic
For its potassium content
helps to expel fluids
while reducing sodium levels
of the organism
And as
reduces tension
Having high blood pressure is a problem
increasingly common among the population
is one of the major causes
of heart disease
Coconut water is rich in magnesium and potassium
two minerals
which has been demonstrated
that can favor the regulation of tension
And, like many healthy foods
It increases the body's defenses
Many of you live in a country
where fresh immature coconut is not obtained
but fortunately it offers more and more
coconut water in supermarkets
The only thing you have to look at
that is treated in the ingredients really of
100% natural coconut water
Coconut oil
also has many benefits
but this I will tell you in another moment
Ok guys
That's all for today
I hope you liked it

Cauliflower Pizza Crust BURRITO Recipe - Duration: 9:14.
chef buck here and today we're gonna cook up a cauliflower pizza crust
burrito ...we're gonna make our standard cauliflower pizza crust the
absolute best cauliflower pizza crust in the world but instead of making a pizza
on top we're gonna put some burrito type stuff and then roll it up boom and turn
it into a burrito there we have it at 2 cups of grated cauliflower
it looks like cauliflower confetti you know and I just
use a box grater now the key to a great cauliflower pizza crust is to get the
water out of here to get the moisture out so I'm gonna throw this in my
skillet I got it like on medium heat and it's gonna make a lot of noise when it
goes in this skillet because that water is gonna be cooking off and we're just
gonna stir it around for about 10 minutes on medium medium-low heat until
until it ain't making no more noise you know hear that... that's the sound of water
getting out of cauliflower town it's just a nonstick pan
I don't have any oil in here I don't have anything and I'm not really trying
to cook this cauliflower up we're just gonna stir it around until the fat
sizzling anymore until we dried it out all righty so it's been going for about
five minutes and you can still kind of hear it....it's definitely
quieted down there's still water in there we want to get rid of you can
still see the steam come coming off of there so we're gonna
keep giving it an occasional stir let it go for a few more minutes here so it's
been about 10 minutes and as you can hear or not hear it's not really
sizzling at all anymore you know it's taken plenty of the water
out so now I'm gonna get it off the heat and I'm gonna leave it alone and
let it cool down for a few minutes and this stuff cools down really fast and
while that cools down .... we're gonna go ahead and get the rest of
our pizza crust ingredients together just one egg boom
and then we're gonna add one cup of grated Romano cheese you can use
parmesan the cheese is going to help to hold the
cauliflower together just like the egg is but this here since it's a hard
cheese I think it makes for a firmer crust so I like using Romano parmesan
you know try out the cheese's if you like those are just the two that I like
to stick with we're not gonna put any seasoning in here because if I'm making
a cauliflower pizza crust you know all the flavor is gonna go on top you don't
have to add any salt or anything like that if you're using a hard cheese like
this there's plenty of salt in there already now we're going to add our
cauliflower in here it's cooled off enough and it's a lot drier than when I
first grated it... it's still a little warm but that's okay
doesn't have to be stone-cold so we just want to mash it together now we're going
to cook our cauliflower pizza crust on a pizza pan but we're gonna do it on
parchment paper... parchment paper is essential for a successful cauliflower
pizza crust don't use wax paper ....wax paper
will come back and bite you in the (bleep) so be careful when you're grabbing your
paper and then we're just gonna throw it right in the center of our parchment
paper and it's not gonna stick together like a regular pizza dough ... we're
just gonna shape it into a square
you don't have to make a square that's gonna get you into MIT
Stephen Hawking isn't gonna come by here and check your
corners... he's a scientist ...so now we've got it spread out into a nice square you
know a nice uniform size not too thin around the edges
....doesn't seem like it could form into a decent crust but
once that egg cooks and this cheese melts together with this
cauliflower it's gonna be a nice cauliflower crust got my oven preheated
at 400 degrees.... slide it in the oven leave it alone for about 15
minutes see what happens all right so it's been 15
here we have it's looking pretty good whoops ....hot hot hot
the cheese is all melted in there and it
no longer looks like a patchwork of cheese and cauliflower it's come
together into one cohesive cauliflower crust we'll go ahead and leave it alone
for about five minutes and let it get a little more confident in its structural
integrity ....so it's been cooling down for about four minutes and it's
a little easier to handle and it's not sticking to the paper at all
it tastes just like whatever you're gonna throw on here the
cauliflower isn't an overwhelming flavor ...the cheese really overpowers
that and whatever toppings you're gonna put on here ...oh man look at that
structural integrity dude
our bean mixture is made up
want to have this filling ready ahead of time so that
you can dress this up and roll it up while it's warm
gonna take our bean topping and spread it on here and put
as much on here as you like you want to spread your beans out but you don't want
to spread it all the way to the edge and you don't want to make it so thick
that it's gonna be a pain to roll it up use cheddar, pepper jack
whatever kind of cheese you like and you don't have to put too much you know
because we got cheese in the crust so keep that in mind you know if you're a
cheese freak knock yourself out I like the flavor of cilantro but this
is an optional ingredient... so there we have it looks like it's gonna be a
Mexican pizza right but what we're gonna do is roll it up and this is
why you want to do it while it's warm you know cuz it'll be nice and pliable
and if it starts to fall apart if it acts like it wants to the pull part
then just press it together we've got it nice and rolled up and I'm gonna cook it
with the seal side down but we'll move it later and it's
super heavy... this is gonna make two very good sized burritos there
we have our cauliflower pizza crust rolled up into a very formidable heavy
burrito and we're sliding it in the oven and still got it at 400 degrees
let it cook away for about ten minutes get a little more color on the outside
get that cheese melted up and then we'll check on it in just a little bit... we got a
little bit of color on there not all that pretty but that's okay because now
we're gonna take a little bit cheese put on the top and then we'll slide it back
in the oven for another minute let this cheese melt on here and give it that
extra burrito looking pizzazz one more minute no muss no fuss so that's it
cheese is nice and melted on there you know it's not too pretty right now but
once we put it on a plate and dress it up a little fancier
put it in it's nice party dress it's gonna look delicioso...we will give it
a few minutes cool down before we handle it
a little bit of rice that I've cooked up with some salsa here... little slaw with
our dinner ...go ahead and cut my burrito right half and this is gonna make two
very filling burritos you know cuz unlike a flour tortilla
this cauliflower crust is a lot of cauliflower... it's a lot of
cheese... so it's very heavy... this is a very heavy and filling burrito ....camera
girl thinks that we could cut this into thirds ... she thinks that this
serves three people and for sure it good you know if you're one of those type of
people now you can put guacamole on there you can
put sour cream on there, put salsa, whatever you like put a little bit
of green onion on top we've got some cilantro left over alright
SuperDuper delicioso very filling cauliflower pizza crust burrito
look how picture-perfect that is ... if you like a cauliflower pizza crust
definitely try making a burrito with it you will not be disappointed
makes a great burrito man ...great comfort food
give it a try let us know what you think if you want
to print the recipe go to myfoodchannel.com you'll find all our
recipes there if you liked it give it a thumbs up... share it with your
family and friends ... that's it thanks for watching and we'll see you in

I Worship the One True God - Just a Minute! - September 28, 2017 - Duration: 1:01.
The forces of darkness want your heart.
They want you to bow to anything or anyone other than the Lord Jesus Christ.
They want your worship.
This was Satan's goal for Jesus.
He wanted to turn Jesus's heart away from his Father.
So he took Jesus to the top of a very high mountain and showed him the kingdoms of the
world.
All this can be yours if you will just bow down and worship me.
Jesus said to him, " Away from me Satan!
For it is written: "Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.
Here is the good news.
Through the power of the cross God rescued your heart and turned it toward him.
Your heart belongs
to the Lord.

How to paint realistic luscious leaves in watercolour with Anna Mason - Duration: 4:50.
Hi it's Anna Mason, and in this watercolour tip video I wanted to show you my glazing
method for painting leaves.
This works especially well for painting any deciduous type leaf which contains lots and
lots of veins to it.
Like these apple leaves.
You may have found these overwhelming to try to paint and get them looking realistic if you've tried them before.
Either you attempt to ignore the little micro veins in them altogether and you end up with smooth,
more stylised leaves, or you can get obsessed adding too much veiny detail and they don't
look right either.
So here's my method for getting the balance right.
I started with a drawing where I marked in the most prominent of the veins - the central
one and the ones coming off of that.
When we look at the photo I'm working from, we can see that these veins are a pale yellow
colour and, because they're pale, I want to paint them first.
And when you zoom right in and look super closely you can see that this colour is also
present in the tiny little veins that come off of the secondary veins and the even smaller
ones that come off of them.
But as we're painting at this size, we don't actually need to paint all of those tiny veins.
If we were painting the leaf at twice the size - or even
more, then we'd need to add
more of these veins in to achieve a realistic level of detail.
But when we're painting at this sort of size we just need to create the impression of these
smaller veins as we paint.
And in addition, those tiny veins are so thin that they actually appear a shade darker than
the wider veins when we're viewing at this scale.
So what we're going to do now is to focus on painting the widest of the veins which
are highlighted here and they're easier to see against a white background.
Being widest these veins stand out more strongly against the darker leaf colour around them
so it's these that we're going to paint with the yellow mix.
I apply the watery yellow colour to the main veins, not worrying if I paint over the pencil
boundary as I'll be working with darker colours around the veins to define them later.
Next I paint the watery blue-green shiny highlights to the leaves to make sure that I had those
in the right places, before going on to paint a watery pale version of the main green of
the leaves everywhere else, using a small brush and taking care to work around the yellow
of the veins.
With that dry I go in with the very darkest tones within the leaf next.
Using a thick dark green mix, I apply with a small brush, making sure to leave lots of
gaps to create the impression of some of the tinier veins in the leaves.
This is something that you can get quick at with practice but it's important not to get too
formulaic and uniform in your application.
It does take a while but it's so important for creating realistic looking leaves.
Next I water down the mix a little to work on the darker midtone parts of the leaves
too.
The leaf is now looking really disjointed with all those gaps I've left standing out
way too much.
So it's time to unify them a bit by applying a glaze over them.
For this I use a mix that's not as watery as the first ones I used, but more watery
than the ones I've just been using.
I work gently with my brush so that I don't disturb the little markings I'd made before.
I then use this same consistency mix to create smaller shapes into the lighter parts of the
leaf, just as I did with the thicker mixes in the darker parts.
With that layer dry I'm into the adjustment phase where I darken the veins again to bring
them back in balance, then the darkest tones again to get them looking right and the lighter
midtones again to get them in balance too, before I apply another glaze over the lighter
tones within the leaves to darken those micro veins some more.
After I add a few more adjustments and details the leaves are finished.
A full video class of these apple leaves showing you what colours I use and each step of the
painting in thorough detail, is available now in my online School.
If you've enjoyed this tip video, please subscribe to my YouTube channel and I'd love it if you'd
share this video with your friends.
And if you'd like to take one of my tried and tested video classes for free, hop on
over to AnnaMasonArt.com where you'll find even more
resources to help you pick up your brush and paint the way you've always wanted to.
Remember, you won't improve your painting unless you make the time to paint.
So be sure to schedule in some me-time this week and paint something that you love.
Thanks so much for watching and I'll see you soon with another tip for creating watercolours
with 'wow'.

The difference between American and Japanese McDonalds. - Duration: 7:50.
yo natalia natchan here!
so it seems that you guys really enjoy watching
my video called "the difference between american and japanese"
im so thankful and happy
sometimes people come up to me
and tell me that they really like that video
so i just wanna thank you guys
and since you guys like it so much, i wanted to do one today as well
and recently i did a live on instagram
and we talked about the difference between japanese and american customer service
and its so different
japanaese people are so careful when it comes to this
the customer ALWAYS comes first
in america it really depends on the worker i guess...
but one thing i did notice abotu americans
is that we start conversation more
well for example if you're at the convenience store
they'll be like "hey hows it going?"
or compliment your clothes
in japanese, the phrases are already chosen
i guess it kind of shows
how much customer service means to them
and so in the case of american fast food...
the one and only... is obviously mcdonalds
and honestl american and japanese mcdoanlds are pretty different
so today i want to look at american mcdonalds
and the japanese mcdonalds
and look at the differences
sorry its kind of late so i gotta keep it down....
difference between japanese and japan
when japanese mcdonalds is crowded
omg so many people
when american mcdonalds is crowded
japanese mcdonalds staff
thank you!
next up please!
american mcdonalds staff
when you take awhile to order in japanese mcdonalds
have you decided?
oh! one second please.
have you decided?
omg this shit happens everytime!
i cant see from that far.. and how the hell am i supposed to know what i want already!
are you ready yet?
customer if you're ready i can take-
teriyaki burger!
and what would you like to drink?
can i get you a drink?
orange juice! (wait! i wanted a coke!)
for here or to go?
to go! (wait... what? why????)
thank you very much- NEXT PLEASE!
have you decided yet?
when it takes a minute to order at american mcdonalds
when you want to add to your order in japan
can i get that without meat?
without... meat?
wait one minute please!
sure..
yes mam! without meat!
so ill have the egg burger with no meat patty...
oh and can i add lettuce on that?
im sorry mam but that egg burger doesnt come with lettuce
thats why im asking if i can add some
you want to... add.. lettuce?
im sorry ma'am we cannot do that!
when you add to your order in the states
when they get your order wrong
excuse me.. i order a quarter pounder...
but instead i got a double cheeseburger....

HAIR CARE TIPS | HOW TO STRAIGHTEN DAMAGED HAIR (English Sub) - Duration: 5:15.
Hello, everyone! I'm Claudia and welcome back on my Youtube Channel!
I know that last week you saw me wearing no make up and trying a scary sheet mask
You can find up here the link to the video from the last week. (My weekly skin care routine)
If you haven't seen it yet
This week, as I already told you, we'll talk about hair
My hair is already washed, I've skipped this step
Because I guess everyone knows how to wash their hair, I hope so
I've made myself a hair mask at home
Where I've added 1 egg yolk, olive oil,
Castor oil, coconut oil
And a hair treatment from Joico
After 30 minute with the mask on my hair
I've washed my hair with this shampoo
Also from Joico
For very damaged hair, because mine is really damaged
As hair conditioner, I use one from Yves Rocher
For dry hair
And very damaged
With Jojoba oil
Without silicone, paraben or colorants
I know you've seen me using a lot of Yves Rocher products
But I really like them because they're natural,
at good price
which is perfect
Also each time I visit their store they give me some gift
for every purchase
And I looove gifts
I hope you'll not get scared, this is how my hair looks after I let it dry itself
First of all, I'll comb my hair
One of the mistakes I used to do a long time ago
was to put some thermal protection oil
before straightening my hair which is a Big mistake
Because with every move you make to straighten your hair with a brush
you actually spread that oil all over your hair up to the roots
and your hair will get greasy very quickly
So all I do before is just spray some thermal protection when my hair is wet
And I bought a spray to prevent greasy hair
First I'll straighten the upper part of my hair because I want volume
Now I'll straighten the lower part with a brush and my hair dryer
Now that I've finished the lower part, I'll spray some hair spray
And now I'll stay like this 30 minutes, 1 hour or all day if you can
Once I kept them all night
which was great
after 30 minutes I'll show you how my hair looks
As you can see it is better to straighten your hair with a brush and a hair dryer
It looks natural and you also have volume
Now when I'm done with the hair I put some regenerating oil on my hair ends from Dove
If the hair is very damaged you can do this daily,
I do it on the first days after washing my hair
because it is very dry it absorbs it very quickly
This is it, I hope you enjoyed it! Don't forget to subscribe!
To be notified the first when I'll be posting new videos every Thursday
Take care of you! Kisses! Bye!

elektronarzedzia / Power tools/電動工具/Herramientas Eléctricas - Duration: 16:56.
Welcome
Today I will talk about some power tools.
This is not an advertising film !!!
Just answer the question : to buy the best and most expensive or cheap and lower quality?
Now days,it is not secret that so many things are disposable...
The stuff are designed to break up....
There are so many company...what to choose?
such diversity cause headache for many guys...
Today I will try help you
I will not talk about Festool because everyone know that top quality stuff.
I have many Festool tools. I will not try convince you that they are good.
they are very good but expensive ....
There are other less expensive power tools manufacturing company and they good.
I like BOSCH.I have many tools of Bosch as well.
That have 2 or 2 1/2 HP. I think...not sure...
I use this router for big and very big profiles.
This one have plunge base and regular as well
always try buy power tools with rotary regulation.
That is very important for working in other materials like Plexiglas.Too high speed could melt your material.
This Makita have 1 HP
I have the regular and plunge base for this router
rotary speed regulation ....
Gradually setting of the depth...
Why I love it? Because of the size. The 1 HP router they made in 1/4 HP size of regular router.
that is about 1 HP router as well. You see is much bigger...
you can see the size difference
All the small trimmers use to have 1/4 HP
The some size Makita as a first company made 1 HP router
That size is so comfortable of use and you have power of the big size router.
For fancy piece of furniture you must use more accurate routers.
Festool , Makita , Bosch....Porter-Cable ,Dewalt ....that only a few good company
For not precision jobs like trimming plastic laminate I have very cheap routers
Like this one. I've bought it for $20
I have this one over 10 years...
I made myself the beveled plate for trim plastic laminate or veneer on doors....
The doors have bevel on the edge, so the regular plate doesn't works.
The bevel is usually between 2 and 3 degrees.
During the last couple years the routers become really, really cheap....
Mass production from China caused you can buy that router for 1 hour to 1/2 hour of labor....depend where you live....
Therefore I have dozen of them and I keep the cutters without removing them.Because the changing cutters during the week cost me more money than another router.
....changing cutters during the week cost me more money than another router.
hobbyists.... that different story....I talking of professional cabinetry shops.
woodworkers usually under estimating their own time spend on the project.
exchanging the bits takes time.Time is a $$$
I have many of them.I usual set one cutter for one operation and not exchange it for months.... some of them even couple years...
I have usually 3 or more sets of the some kind of tools. Not necessary the same company made.
I have huge contractor box and I store my tools in that boxes on the job sides.
Some guys have a"sticky hands"...
That is life...
I do not want tell something bad about anybody.
That's it about routers
summarizing ... If you need router just for one operation buy the cheapest one
for one operation is good enough..
You do not need make precision adjustment because you use it for one operation....
About the power drive guns and drills that is different story.
Do not buy the cheap one and do not buy the counterfeit batteries usually made in china...(not branded)
Not branded product is half cheaper but 3 times shorter life time
this one I bought dozens years ago when that impact gun was first time on the woodworking show.
When I got it for the first time to work, everyone thought the clutch in my drill was wrong adjusted.
This gun caused so weird noise ....
After they find out what it is next week half of them have impact drive gun like this.
That technology changed construction business so much.
now days almost everyone have home at least one.
I had so many company made impact guns and drills
That technology changed construction business so much.
The cheap one has so big and poor quality battery.
In my opinion it is good to buy good quality branded impact gun or drill
I have the longest and highest Fraigrtliner ( Mercedes) van and some day I will show you how I organized my tools there.
I like my van because I can walk in on the back deck
The grey line is more for hobbyist the dark blue for professionals
but I like the grey one more
The blue one are too crazy for me.I have them but I like the grey one more
more like limousine not the sport car.
Tools like chop saw table saw and jig saw I like more in traditional version not the portable with battery.
Why?
Because even if you not use the tool for 2 or 3 years you will need new battery. I have not that problem with traditional tools with power cord.
the battery are designed to broke out after wile ...
Remember the impact guns and drill buy the good one .That could cause much less frustration for you.
I saw chop saw and grass cutters on battery but. .. not comments.
except routers !!! in my opinion not worth is to buy the very cheap stuff.
In general, everything according to financial power and needs
I hope it helps you .
In general, everything according to financial power and needs
Wood shop is not charity organization so you must estimate what you need and what you can buy...
Do not underestimate.... because cause stress and trouble at the end

Correct Use of CAN and COULD | What's the Difference? | Modal Verbs in English Grammar - Duration: 6:24.
Hello there.
You know, I get this question all the time – both from my students in my classes and
on YouTube – what is the difference between 'can' and 'could'?
Well, in this lesson, I will teach you the three main differences between these modal
verbs and I'll show you how to use them correctly without making mistakes.
As always, there is a quiz at the end of the video to test your understanding.
The very first thing you should know is the basic use of 'can'.
This verb is used to show ability.
Here are some examples: I can play the guitar.
He can lift heavy weights.
She can beat anyone at chess!
So, all of these express ability.
What about what 'could' then?
Well, 'could' is just the past tense of can.
I can say: I could play the guitar when I was in school.
That means, I had the ability in the past, but now I can't play the guitar because
it's been a long time and I'm out of practice.
Here a couple more examples: He could lift heavy weights until he had the accident.
She could beat anyone at chess in her prime!
'In her prime' means in her best years.
Maybe when she was younger and was playing competitively.
So in these sentences – 'can' shows present ability, and 'could' shows past
ability.
This is the first difference between the two words.
The second difference is when we want to talk about possibility.
To talk about what is possible, we normally use 'could' and not 'can'.
Now, imagine that you and me, we're both waiting for a train at a train station.
It's time for the train to arrive but we don't see it.
So I might say: Hmm, the train could be late.
So I'm making a guess about the current (or the present) situation, saying what is
possible.
Here's another one: If you don't study, you could fail the exam.
Are you sure to fail the exam?
No.
You could pass.
But I'm saying that it's possible that if you don't study, you'll fail.
Notice that this sentence talks about future possibility.
Ah, but I have a question – we just talked about present and future possibility.
Can we talk about past possibility?
Yes, we can.
Here's an example: Robert could have gotten the job if he had gone to the interview.
So what do we understand from that?
Well, there was a job interview.
It was possible for Robert to go to the interview and get the job.
But he didn't go.
So he didn't get the job.
Now, as I said before, we use 'could' in all these sentences to talk about what's
possible in the past, present, and future, but there is one situation where you can use
'can' and that is when you want to talk about general possibility.
For example: You can catch a cold if you go out in the rain.
Traveling across Europe can be quite expensive.
You can see that these are just general statements about what is possible in the world.
In this case, it's OK to use 'can', but this use is less common.
Normally, when we talk about possibility in our lives we use 'could'.
Remember that.
Alright, let's now move on to the final use of 'can' and 'could', and this
is in polite expressions when we talk to people.
There are four situations you need to know about.
The first is making suggestions.
For this purpose, we use 'could'.
Here are some examples: We could try that new Italian restaurant tonight.
You could ask your sister to lend you some money.
In the first sentence, I'm making a suggestion about where we can have dinner.
In the second, I'm suggesting that if you need money, why don't you ask your sister?
Using 'could' just makes it very polite.
The second situation is making requests.
Here, both 'can' and 'could' are possible: Can you pass me the salt?
Could you pass me the salt, please?
Or on the phone: Can I speak to Rahul?
Could I speak to Rahul, please?
Did you notice that I said 'please' at the end of the sentences with 'could'?
That's because 'could' is more polite than 'can'.
So if you are in a formal situation, like if you're talking to your boss or other
superior and you want to be very polite, use 'could'.
If you're with friends or family, then 'can' is fine.
Our next function is making offers: Can I get you something to drink?
Could I get you something to drink, sir?
Can I help you with that?
Could I help you with that, madam?
Again, notice the extra politeness with 'could'.
Finally, the last conversational situation is when we want to ask for permission.
Here are some sentences: Can I borrow your pen?
Could I borrow your pen, please?
Can I take the day off tomorrow?
Could I take the day off tomorrow?
If you're very friendly with your boss at work, you would use 'can', but if your
boss is very strict, then you would use 'could'.
OK, if you're ready, it's now time for the quiz to see if you can use 'can' and
'could' correctly.
On the screen, there are eight sentences.
In each one, I want you to fill in the gap with 'can' or 'could'.
Stop the video, think about your answers, then play the video again and check.
OK, here are the answers.
How many did you get right?
Let me know in the comments section below.

Should you offer discounts on your products and services? - Duration: 5:11.
hey guys and welcome back today I want to talk a little bit more about
discounts and whether you should ever offer discounts on your products or
services
first let's talk a little bit more about why people offer discounts to begin with
oftentimes it is to move product to move your services to sell more however it
can come off as desperate oftentimes when we see someone discounting
something we start to wonder why it's being discounted what is the true value
of that product or service because it's being discounted if you offer discounts
it can often send the wrong message if here you have established this value for
the service or product that you offer you've told everyone this is what it's
worth this is what it's priced at and then you turn around and say well no
actually on these certain other days of the year or this week only it's actually
worth something completely different and it's really hard to build that value
back up again after you've discounted it and told everyone it's actually worth
less I want to point out that it's much more widely accepted to discount
products than it is to discount services now with products often it is a
mass-produced thing every product is essentially the same there's no real
level of customization there so you can get away with discounting more easily
especially when it comes to you know certain times of the year or trying to
move more of them because by bringing the value of it down or bringing the
price of it down you're not necessarily devaluing the product itself because the
product stays the same yet with a service often times you are with the
client is dying or they are buying a customized experience and so when you
drop the price of that and you devalue that it's a lot harder for a client to
understand why it might go back up later or why it was that price in the first
place plus customers tend to understand that when they are buying a product they
are buying not just the cost of the materials themselves they go into the
product they know there's markups involved they know there's you know
depending on how many different stops the product has to make to get to the
consumer or how many different distribution channels there are you know
that's gonna change the price of a product so and we all kind of
know how that works so when we see you know at you know Walmart or anywhere
else the price of something dropped we're we're not as often put off by that
and that doesn't in our minds devalue the product itself but with a service if
you discount it you are devaluing it and you are
compromising the overall view of your service and what it entails so you have
to be really really careful about that and honestly myself I don't believe in
discounting my services they are what they are because my services are
customized my services are working with you know individuals or students or
anything else to consult with them and give them feedback on their businesses
that is something where my level of knowledge or expertise or experience or
advice that I'm giving that doesn't change based on the day of the week or
the month or because I just feel like booking more clients this month that's
not gonna change anything so I can't devalue my expertise in my education and
all of this these background pieces that go into the price of my service yep on
the flip side of that with the pricing workbook for example I am NOT as
attached to the price of that that the work of yourself isn't gonna change no
matter how many I sell any given year so that's something where I would be more
open to discounting it if I needed to sell more of them or if I wanted to open
up sales for a particular audience that is a product that is something I don't
mind putting a discount on my services no way not gonna discount those not
gonna devalue those because those are based on a personal experience with each
of my clients so now what can you do instead of discounting you can add value
to what you already have so whether this might come in the form of giving an
extra bonus or giving more of your time to a client or giving an additional
service that you add on to your current service that they're looking at whatever
that might be by adding value by giving them more you
can often still have that and send for them to hire you or work with you or
buy your product than just by discounting it so there you have it
are you someone that has discounted in the past or do you offer discounts on
your products and services I'd love to hear in the comments below and if you
like this video be sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel
because you know me I like to talk all about this kind of stuff I love numbers
and the pricing and love talking about values so you want more of that be sure
to subscribe I'll talk you soon

Ailee - Rainy Day - Duration: 3:37.
Ailee - Rainy Day
When it rains like this
I remember when we broke up
I tried to make you stay but you left me
Did you hate me?
You coldly left without an excuse
(Where are you right now?) (As if the rain) knows my heart, it is crazily falling
And drenching my heart
If only I can erase
All of my pain with this rain
(It's a rainy day where tears fall) (It's a rainy day where memories flow)
I hope it rains harder,
Hope it pours all night, tonight
So that I can erase all of your traces
Your words of break-up was unexpected I didn't know it would end up like this
Like everyone else, you say goodbye
Without even noticing that it would end I always thought I would stay by your side
(Where are you right now?) As if the rain knows my heart, it is crazily falling
And drenching my heart If only I can erase
All of my pain with this rain
It's a rainy day where tears fall It's a rainy day where memories flow
I hope it rains harder,
Hope it pours all night, tonight So that I can erase all of your traces
The longing becomes my tears and spreads
It rides the thick raindrops and floats down
(Let it rain) harder, (let it rain) more (Let it rain) harder, (let it rain) more
Take all the pain and scars of our goodbye
(It's a rainy day where tears fall) (It's a rainy day where memories flow)
(I hope it rains harder)
Hope it pours all night, tonight So that I can erase all of your traces
It's a rainy day where tears fall It's a rainy day where memories flow
I hope it rains harder,
(Hope it pours all night) tonight (All of your trace) All of your trace, So I can erase it

The Armoury - Warframe - Arca Plasmor - Arca Bundle - Duration: 11:18.
Hey Guys! Welcome back to Another Video! Sorry for the Long Hiatus for about
Two or Three years, but i've been busy with both College and School. But other than that anyway
Today i am Introducing a new series that i had some thought on called The Armoury, Basically i
Go to other games and i explain the weapons they have and such and what they do
And what the base Damage etc is and how you can modify them. So today we are introducing our newest
Weapons to Warframe known as the Arca Plasmor. A Pump-Action well Wave-Force, i dunno what it is but
It's some sort of Wave-Force gun that chews through most of the enemies though so i have my friend
Apsithj here and his remarkable Stalker Skin Colours, it's Excalibur with
The Proto Skin and we will be showing the Advantages and the
Disadvantages of the Arca Plasmor. So this part though is that it's got a good Crit Chance
of about two percent so it's decent safely applying to build it for one
who's hiring Krauts so next up we got heist at chancel now
before we can not know the the archipelago is a radiation based within
the worth a guaranteed impact and if you're wondering what the impact is for
basically in you had me wrap it through it has a chance to stagger them now
joining what we are we're in the semi law it is similar one way we can deploy
some semi to enemies we've scanner with over the years so we don't get swarmed
in the missions below or get attacked by an angry store who knows well yeah I'm
gonna deploy some we're going supplies a couple of enemies that's out also will
test against symphonia now the radiation is highly F where to begin some Phineas
so I'll be deploying one
I the plebs these guys
no it's very essential so yeah so before it's a Venetian weapon it's
highly effective against paneer as you can see I just wear them sometimes I
just I came back this or even to survive while the tax do you get irradiated of
high adventure just survival just start I mean Joe and terrible guy or in just
turn off aspire video Molly portly Vegas for genious or no no oh gosh next up
I'll be showing you French food so I'm going to play 20 odd pictures
basically when we meet as weapon no it has a belt and puncher so this can go
bowling with the enemy for you want so for that fat Albert's blowing chunky
butchers and you guys are close quarter combat but it means that we can stupid
but they do pack a punch love this meat cleavers so they're level 50 yes no no
it's a good board
so as you can see it sports a guy as you can see that is Sam powerful punch
oh there's a disadvantage to a sponge to go see if it hits a soul or gets better
at well stop pulling forward okay has a short range of about 50 meters law
school it's not exact and so a short to mid-range and it's not like the Tigris
or it's an attackers but it's decent no for taking our groups name you so it was
quite very much across the corridors actually tight spaces on the clinic
gallons or corphish - great job yeah now we're gonna Sh
now I'm going to show you an expert of what it's not good against so good at
covering the streets and then we're going to the corpus now small these guys
and the Corvette's though we have shields which negate 25% of the damage
so you get a 95 percent damage more eye on it so so sponsor cops X I'm a little
shocked
because I think something went down that cause we or modified our weapons we
won't show us again some not to mention these guys a very flashy
well one big a dispenser Marissa when you killed Amy how greedy to the weapon
the boys disappear so if you have planes on that course and you run and there's a
summer occupies more and say yes to stick one because you can actually look
the body before actually desecrate the boy before even vaporizes instantly
since the hitbox is there we go clear that no no this is about a hobby
okay but when for some reason though the radiation affects the robots don't know
why how radiation elevate them look now in so corresponding anti moss let's go
you see the damage numbers I'm afraid am i software just let you just choose to
measure what the corpus they are trying to be both the damaged when plaintiff I
don't come out so oh no no we're going to annex faction that won't be affected
by the stock the only nasty infested why the main factions the game so do this
anymore now ancient healers these guys they get
they get a huge frenzy damage to it you see if you see an engineer take them out
immediately so we go for train charges over for soy Chi free
doesn't work well against the interface it's a duty weapon so see just me haha
damage for say Allah yo first % inspect the screen or my senpai percent
dependent since to taste the fish Porsche lies and normal flesh it just
needs a bit difficult to do if you find the interface ribs
now then another thing goes that the Ark of life such a huge AoE so when as you
can solving our she wasn't interested I had a large AoE ahead moment something
born our the range for the organizers as I said to fit me as but this can be
increased by using two specific mods known as phaser acceleration and project
I use it which makes them more versatile but this inclusive in 12 minutes they
have an extended range for short time for dissipates now then we are going to
the yeah we're going to the test strategies
now honestly the Peloponnesians back the when when you fire from 10mm et cetera
if know me at all it doesn't so the damage output goes from a hundred
percent all the way down to 50.3% betweens unification person of your
enemies now then the reload for the alchemist o as a default 2.8 this can be
decreased or go decrease by some but more than Christie you know reloads
speed actually so decreasing a lot minutes and less orbit so
see this is the reload animation now then the next but I said before I won't
punch for everything F etc is so when I should here you can see also small orb
there that's a quarter actually so if that hits a window way to save on those
propellers it won't go through I will just disappear instantly and no yeah I
think that's my friend absolutely here it's a lot about meant going out in this
voice chat here oh yeah thank you for watching this
video guys and let's radio probably ear the with a big camera which is the art I
know our weapon or in a site um yeah absolutely has are part of the Occupy
movement so you guys enjoy this with you know see you next time peace out

History of the Computer: Computing Origins - Duration: 13:42.
[Music]
Hi, thanks for tuning into Singularity
Prosperity. This video is the first in a
multi-part series discussing computing,
in this video we'll be discussing the
evolution of computing - more specifically,
the evolution of the technologies that
have brought upon the modern computing
era. The purpose of this video is so we
can appreciate how fast technology is
evolving and the people who have brought us
to this point! Many inventions have taken
several centuries to develop into their
modern forms and modern inventions are
rarely the product of a single inventors
efforts. The computer is no different, the
bits and pieces of the computer, both
hardware and software, have come together
over many centuries, with many people and
groups each adding a small contribution.
We start as early as 3000 BC with the
Chinese abacus, how is this related to
computing you ask? The abacus was one of
the first machines humans had ever
created to be used for counting and
calculating. Fast forward to 1642 and the
abacus evolves into the first mechanical
adding machine, built by mathematician
and scientist, Blaise Pascal. This first
mechanical calculator, the Pascaline, is
also where we see the first signs of
technophobia emerging, with
mathematicians fearing the loss of their
jobs due to progress. Also in the 1600s,
from the 1660s to the early 1700s, we
meet Gottfried Leibniz. A pioneer in many
fields, most notably known for his
contributions to mathematics and
considered by many the first computer
scientist. Inspired by Pascal he created
his own calculating machine, able to
perform all four arithmetic operations.
He was also the first to lay down the
concepts of binary arithmetic, how all
technology now days communicates and
even envisioned a machine that used
binary arithmetic. From birth we are
taught how to do arithmetic in base 10
and for most people that's all they're
concerned with, the numbers 0 to 9.
However, there are an infinite number of
ways to represent information, such as
octal as base 8, hexadecimal as base 16
used represent colors, base 256 which is
used for encoding, the list can go on.
Binary is base 2, represented by the
numbers 0 & 1,
we'll explore later in this video, why
binary is essential for modern computing.
Back on topic, progressing to the 1800s
we are met with Charles Babbage. Babbage is
known as the father of the computer, with
the design of his mechanical calculating
engines. In 1820, Babbage noticed that many
computations consisted of operations
that were regularly repeated and
theorized that these operations could be
done automatically.
This led to his first design, the
difference engine, it would have a fixed
instruction set, be fully automatic
through the use of steam power and print
its results into a table. In 1830,
Babbage stopped work on his difference
engine to pursue his second idea, the
analytical engine. Elaborating on the
difference engine this machine would be
able to execute operations in
non-numeric orders through the addition
of conditional control, store memory and
read instructions from punch cards,
essentially making it a programmable
mechanical computer. Unfortunately due to
lack of funding his designs never came
to reality, but if they had would have
sped up the invention of the computer by
nearly 100 years. Also worth mentioning
is Ada Lovelace, who worked very closely
with Babbage. She is considered the
world's first programmer and came up
with an algorithm that would calculate
Bernoulli numbers that was designed to
work with Babbage's machine.
She also outlined many fundamentals of
programming such as, data analysis,
looping and memory addressing. 10 years
prior to the turn of the century, with
inspiration from Babbage, American
inventor Herman Hollerith designed one
of the first successful
electromechanical machines, referred to
as the census tabulator. This machine would
read U.S. census data from punched cards,
up to 65 at a time, and tally up the
results. Hollerith's tabulator became so
successful he went on to found his own
firm to market the device, this company
eventually became IBM. To briefly explain
how punched cards work, essentially once
fed into the machine an electrical
connection is attempted to be made.
Depending on where the holes in the card
are will determine your input based on
what connections are completed. To input
data to the punched card you could use a
key punch machine aka the first
iteration of a keyboard! The
1800s were a period where the theory
of computing began to evolve and
machines started to be used for
calculations, but the 1900s is where we
begin to see the pieces of this nearly
5,000 year puzzle coming together,
especially between 1930 to 1950. In 1936,
Alan Turing proposed the concept of a
universal machine, later to be dubbed the
Turing machine, capable of computing
anything that is computable. Up to this
point, machines were only able to do
certain tasks that the hardware was
designed for. The concept of the modern
computer is largely based off Turings
ideas. Also starting in 1936, German
engineer, Konrad Zuse, invented the
world's first programmable computer. This
device read instructions from punched
tape and was the first computer to use
boolean logic and binary to make
decisions, through the use of relays. For
reference, boolean logic is simply logic
that results in
either a true or false output, or when
corresponding to binary, one or zero.
We'll be diving into boolean logic
deeper later in this video.
Zuse would later use punched cards to
encode information in binary, essentially
making them the first data storage and
memory devices. In 1942, with the computer
the Z4, Zuse also released the world's
first commercial computer. For these
reasons many consider Zuse the inventor
of the modern-day computer. In 1937,
Howard Aiken with his colleagues at Harvard
and in collaboration with IBM began work on
the, Harvard Mark 1 Calculating Machine, a
programmable calculator and inspired by
Babbage's analytical engine. This machine
was composed of nearly 1 million parts,
had over 500 miles of wiring and weighed
nearly 5 tons! The Mark 1 had 60 sets of
24 switches for manual data entry and
could store 72 numbers, each 23 decimal
digits. It could do 3 additions or
subtractions in a second, a
multiplication took 6 seconds, a division
took 15.3 seconds and a
logarithm or trig function took about
1 minute. As a funny side note, one of
the primary programmers of the Mark 1,
Grace Hopper, discovered the first
computer bug, a dead moth blocking one of
the reading holes of the machine.
Hopper is also credited with coining the
word debugging! The vacuum tube era
marks the beginning of modern computing.
The first technology that was fully
digital, and unlike the relays used in
previous computers, were less power-hungry,
faster and more reliable. Beginning in
1937 and completing in 1942, the first
digital computer was built by John
Atanasoff and his graduate student
Clifford Berry, the computer was dubbed
the ABC. Unlike previously built
computers like those built by Zuse, the
ABC was purely digital - it used vacuum
tubes and included binary math and
boolean logic to solve up to 29
equations at a time. In 1943, the Colossus
was built in collaboration with Alan
Turing, to assist in breaking German
crypto codes, not to be confused with
Turing's bombe that actually solved
Enigma. This computer was fully digital
as well, but unlike the ABC was fully
programmable, making it the first fully
programmable digital computer. Completing
construction in 1946, the Electrical
Numerical Integrator and Computer aka
the ENIAC was completed. Composed of
nearly 18,000 vacuum tubes and large
enough to fill an entire room, the
ENIAC is considered the first successful
high-speed electronic digital computer.
It was somewhat programmable,
but like Aikens Mark 1 was a pain to
rewire every time the instruction set had
to be changed. The ENIAC essentially took
the concepts from Atanasoff's
ABC and elaborated on them in a much
larger scale. Meanwhile the ENIAC was
under construction, in 1945, mathematician
John von Neumann, contributed a new
understanding of how computers should be
organized and built, further elaborating
on Turing's theories and bringing clarity
to the idea from computer memory and
addressing. He elaborated on conditional
addressing or subroutines, something
Babbage had envisioned for his
analytical engine nearly 100 years
earlier. Also the idea that instructions
or the program running on a computer
could be modified in the same way as
data, and to code them in binary. Von
Neumann assisted in the design of the
ENIACs successor, the Electronic Discrete
Variable Automatic Computer aka the
EDVAC, which was completed in 1950 and
the first stored-program computer. It was
able to operate over 1,000 instructions
per second. He is also credited with
being the father of computer virology
with his design of a self reproducing
computer program. And it contains
essentially those things which the
modern computer has in it, although in
somewhat primitive form. This machine has
the stored program concept as its major
feature, and that in fact is the thing
which makes the modern computer
revolution possible! At this point you
can see that computing had officially
evolved into its own field: From
mechanical, to electromechanical relays that
took milliseconds to digital vacuum
tubes that took only microseconds. From
binary as a way to encode information
with punched cards, to being used with
boolean logic and represented by
physical technologies like relays and
vacuum tubes to finally being used to
store instructions and programs. From the
abacus as a way to count, Pascal's
mechanical calculator, the theories of
Leibniz, Alan Turing and John von
Neumann, the vision of Babbage and the
intellect of Lovelace, George Bools
contribution of boolean logic, the
progressing inventions of a programmable
calculator to a stored-program fully
digital computer and countless other
inventions, individuals and groups. Each
step a further accumulation of
knowledge - while the title of the
inventor of the computer may be given to
an individual or group, it was really a
joint contribution over 5,000 years and
more so between 1800 to 1950.
Vacuum tubes were a huge improvement over
relays, but they still didn't make
economic sense in a large scale. For
example, of the ENIACs 18000 tubes, roughly
50 would burn out per day and a
round the clock team of technicians
would be needed to replace them. Vacuum
tubes were also the reason why computers
took up the space of entire rooms,
weighed multiple tons and consumed
enough energy to power a small town! In
1947, the first silicon transistor was
invented at Bell Labs and by 1954 the
first transistorized digital computer
was invented, aka the TRADIC. It was
composed of 800 transistors, took the
space of .085 cubic meters
compared to the 28 the ENIAC took up,
only took 100 watts of power and could
perform 1 million operations per second.
Also during this era, we begin to see
major introductions on both the hardware
and software aspect of computing. On the
hardware side, the first memory device,
the random-access magnetic core store,
was introduced in 1951 by Jay Forrester,
in other words, the beginnings of what is
now known as RAM today. The first hard
drive was introduced by IBM in 1957, it
weighed one ton and could store five
megabytes, costing approximately 27,000
dollars per month in today's money. On
the software side is where a lot of
major innovations and breakthroughs
began to come, this because computer
hardware and architecture was beginning
to become more standardized instead of
everyone working on different variations
of a computing machine. Assembly was the
first programming language to be
introduced in 1949 but really started
taking off in this era of computing.
Assembly was a way to communicate with
the machine in pseudo-English instead of
machine language aka binary. The first
true widely used programming language
was Fortran invented by John Backus at
IBM in 1954. Assembly is a low-level
language and Fortran is a high-level
language. In low-level languages while
you aren't writing instructions in
machine code, a very deep understanding
of computer architecture and
instructions is still required to
execute a desired program, which means a
limited number of people have the skills
and it is very error-prone. Also in the
early to mid 50s, to compile code back to
machine code was still an expensive and
time-consuming process. This all changed
with Grace Hopper and her development of
the first computer compiler, Hopper if
you remember from earlier also found the
first computer 'bug'. This allowed for
programming of computers to become more
affordable and nearly
instantaneous, instead of the
time-consuming process of writing code
in assembly and then manually converting
it back to machine code. As a side note,
Hopper also assisted with the invention of
and other early programming language,
Cobol. This era marks the beginnings of
the modern computing era and where the
exponential trend of computing
performance really began. While
transistors were a major improvement
over vacuum tubes, they still had to be
individually soldered together. As a
result, the more complex computers became,
led to more complicated and numerous
connections between transistors,
increasing the likelihood of faulty
wiring. In 1958, this all changed with
Jack Kilby of Texas Instruments and his
invention of the integrated circuit. The
integrated circuit was a way to pack
many transistors onto a single chip,
instead of individually wiring
transistors. Packing all the transistors
also significantly reduced the power and
heat consumption of computers once again
and made them significantly more
economically feasible to design and buy.
Integrated circuits sparked a hardware
revolution and beyond computers assisted
in the development of various other
electronic devices due to
miniaturization, such as the mouse invented
by Douglas Engelbart in 1964, he also
demonstrated the first graphical user
interface as a side note. Computer speed,
performance, memory and storage also
began to iteratively increases as ICs could
pack more transistors into smaller
surface areas. This demonstrated by the
invention of the floppy disk in 1971 by
IBM and in the same year, DRAM by Intel, to
list a few. Along with hardware, further
advances in software were made as well,
with an explosion of programming
languages and the introduction of some
of the most common languages today: BASIC
in 1964 and C in 1971. As you can see
from throughout this video, computing
since the 1900s has evolved at an
increasingly fast rate. Thus, in 1965, led
Gordon Moore, one of the founders of
Intel, to make one of the greatest
predictions in human history: Computing
power would double every two years at
low cost, and that computers would
eventually be so small that they could
be embedded into homes, cars and what he
referred to as personal portable
communications equipment,
aka mobile phones. We now refer to this
as Moore's Law.
Here are some charts to further illustrate
how fast computing was evolving and what
Moore based his predictions on: One of my
colleagues called this Moore's Law.
Rather than just being something that
chronicles the progress of the industry,
it kind of became something that drove
the progress of the industry. A
tremendous amount of engineering and
commitment has been required to make
that happen, but much to my surprise the
industry has been able to keep up with
the projection!

Ryanair's Flight Cancellation: Consumer Rights Fully Explained - Duration: 6:49.
In this video.
The reason behind the Ryanair cancellations ...
What does Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary say?
Facts about Ryanair Cancellations.
What are your rights?
How do you get your money back?
Can your travel insurance help you?
Ryanair con more than 315,000 travelers by canceling flights last minute.
Hundred flights a day are canceled for the next 6 weeks.
That's 4200 flights in total.
Michael O'Leary spoke to the media Chief executive gives two reasons for the
cancellations The weather and due to a backlog of staff
holidays?
Here is Michael O'Leary, a video by Sky News
This is the worst excuse I've ever heard.
Here are the facts: Each airline company has to deal with weather and staff holidays.
Ryanair shows that it's poorly organized.
That pilots takes vacation can be arranged in advance.
That's bad planning.
Ryanair did not take that into account.
Due to the negligence of Ryanair, thousands of people are in trouble.
What are your rights?
Can Ryanair cancel flights?
No, Ryanair can not just cancel flights.
A deal is a deal.
If you have an agreement, you must stick to it.
I have read the terms and conditions quickly.
116 pages of letters, what do you mean transparent?
The airline industry is a difficult industry.
Occasionally flights are canceled.
For this reason, the European Commission is committed protecting consumers
Rights to the consumer and obligations for the airline.
What is Ryanair's commitment to the consumer?
Here are your three rights which Ryanair has to meet:
You are entitled to compensation.
Depending on how far your trip is: 250,00EU to 1500KM
400,00EU for over 1500KM And higher for over 3000KM
You are entitled to a refund or other flight.
And you are entitled to care.
The cost you make for overnight, food, etc Ryanair must compensate.
keep the vouchers How do you get your money back or how do you
submit this?
You would say that this should be very easy via their website.
Ryanair is hiding this very well.
The airline fails to be transparent to its consumers
This is how the form looks.
The link to the online form is in the video description.
If you're from the UK, you can also call the UK European Consumer Center for free.
Also, that data is in the video description.
"Travel Insurance" That's hard to say, this depends on the terms
of the policy.
If you have cancellation insurance, the chance is high
the cost of additional accommodation and other flight will be reimbursed.
But in practice, the insurance will do difficult.
One of the victims said that the insurance did not compensate.
With the reason that they only reimbursed if the pilots went on strike.
I contacted "Centraal Beheer"
And
Yeah
I found it striking as they behaved like I was the first one who called.
They pretended at first as if they knew nothing.
Then they check it.
To keep the story short. We had no right.
That was only possible when the pilots... ...or the airline were in strike.
How much insurance do you have to take is the question?
So I advise file a claim with the airline Ryanair.
Because that's your right.
More information open the video description with links and contact details.
In the future, inform yourself about travel insurance
before you book a holiday

WITH LELLI DE ORLEANS E BRAGANÇA
I think that the nature started… This thing with the greens came later.
After I really started to paint professionally
with canvas and decorative painting.
The green has always fascinated me. Several people, they always tell me:
'''I saw a paint, and I know it is yours, because of the greens''.
I like to play with the shades of green.
I paint in the fresh. So if the paint is in oil,
I will do the mixing of green at the screen.
It is not that I am mixing it here to put it there.
It is the game of green and the green fascinates me.
- Lelli...
you are an artist with a very rich work.
And a charming life story that is very rich and filled with curiosities.
Tell me a little bit about your career. It is a thirty-year old career.
You are part of the royal family.
You are passionate about horses.
- This passion for horses also brought this passion for nature.
Because when you ride a horse you have more time to appreciate nature.
And I always rode in woods and places like that.
And I always had this passion for nature.
Though a lot of people think nature is too classic or too academic, I do not care.
I invite people to enter nature, because nature is a current subject.
It is not academic. It is very current,
actually one of the most current themes nowadays.
And the colors fascinate me.
- Do you feel peace on the green? Find peace on the green?
- I daydream.
I totally daydream.
I start to imagine. When I start to paint, I start to imagine:
'How could it be back there'?
Most of my landscape paintings nowadays are invented.
But sometimes, when I paint...
I paint a flower that I have never seen before.
Then one day, I go out for a walk and I see that flower.
My god, I think I have seen it before, but it was in my unconscious.
So I let my heart be in charge.
- You have chosen a place, both to live and to produce,
that also refers to nature. Plants. Remote location.
Was that search on purpose, or not?
- It was a mere coincidence.
- A coincidence that it is not a coincidence.
- It's a coincidence that we do not understand.
I am crazy about palm trees. And what is the name of the condo?
It is Imperial Palm Trees.
So, it is not possible, is it?
- It is that story, right? There is no coincidence.
- And the view? When you go outside, what do you see in the distance?
Three Imperial palm trees.
and so, I say: "people!"
- It was already here. Waiting for you.
And what about your passion for travel?
- Ah! about this...
I joke that...
I already had this passion… my husband even more.
So, every time he comes and say: - "Lelli, let's go?"
I say "The bags are ready. Let's go!".
But we have to come back to work.
But I love it. I love to travel on horseback.
I love to travel. For example, recently I went to Scandinavia. I went to Moscow.
It was fantastic to visit that wonderful culture.
Moscow, Saint Petersburg. I love that too.
- There was this one time, when I was visiting Germany.
I was visiting the castles of Ludwig II of Bavaria
and there was a lot of marble. 'Wow, this is beautiful'.
Then a gentleman came and said 'it is all fake'.
'What'? 'How is that'? 'I want to learn!'.
And I went out hunting. And that is when I went to study in Brussels. Because,
I started looking, I started to consult people. Who knows about the course?
And I found this teacher, in Belgium. It was sensational.
At that time, I was not painting landscapes yet.
And he said something very beautiful to me.
He said: "Congratulations. But now you have to change your way of life.
It is not going to be trompe-l'oil. You are going to paint canvases.
And you are going to find your way, because you
have so much that lies ahead". It was so beautiful.
To this day, I visit the school. He passed away, but I always visit the school.
- Tell us, how it was to live in all those places. And which one is your favorite?
- Can we start from the end? My favorite is Brazil.
There is no way. It is my passion.
I lived in the countryside and then I moved to Rio to attend college.
I wanted to meet… my mother's family is all from Bavaria.
So I wanted to meet my cousins that I had never met.
My grandmother always said 'You are going to travel
on Christmas, it is a gift; a ticket'.
And I went to spend six months and spent two years in Germany.
Then from Germany, I discovered the course in Belgium
and I said "I will take this course".
But before I finished the course, my teacher gave me a job.
And work took me to several places. I went to Belgium. I went to Portugal, Paris.
I went back to Germany. I worked in Austria and Switzerland, everywhere, in Spain.
Then, in the past five years, I said 'No, I need to go back to Brazil'.
I could not stand it any longer.
And I was starting to paint the greens.
Working with the greens. It fascinated me. I wanted to be in the greens.
