I left Congress undefeated and unindicted.
People say to me all the time what is wrong with our country. What is wrong with our
democracy. Why has it deteriorated to this. The thing that most threatens our
democracy is gerrymandering and it's all about, you've heard this phrase, it's
about whether the people pick their representative or the representative picks the people.
The principle is that politicians and candidates and political parties want to
win because they think they're right they think they're better than the
opposition they think their ideas are I think their parties and so it's not
surprising it's not just your craven self-interest but it is a political
process that people who the parties think they're they need to win because
they like their ideas better than the opposite party the point of the story is
you can't trust politicians to draw the boundaries right myself included
Congress says you may have noticed it's not very popular there are some things
that people like more than cars 48% of people like head lice over Congress
Brussels sprouts by 46% colonoscopies are more popular 27% more popular
used-car salesmen root canals traffic tram jams and Donald Trump is 2 percent
favored over Congress I would be tying him with cockroaches so despite the fact
that Congress is so unpopular if you look at the left the elections in 2016
98% of house incumbents and 93% of Senate incumbents in 80% of governors
were reelected so what does that tell you it has to tell you something with a
body full of people who are so detested are so successful in being reelected and
I would suggest I think it's beyond a doubt that it has everything to do with
gerrymandering districts to make so many of them safe
so they almost can lose if they and many of them seem to try very hard
this is an astonishing thing I think last year there were all 435 seats in
the United States House of Representatives were up for election and
I could have told you six months before the election
now 400 of those dishes elections were going to turnout because there are very
very few seats anymore where the general election is really contestant it's all
over in the primary and the incumbents know for the 400 out of 435 cases
roughly that they're going to win we're going to win because their districts are
safe so what is that what what what does that mean it means that in a time when
our our culture of our media our politics is getting increasingly
polarized there's very little penalty anymore for being on the extremes of the
right or the left because if you're in a safe district you can do as rocky things
is what you can say wacky things you can be an extremist you can refuse to
compromise you can spend term after term after term of getting practically
nothing done for the country you're probably going to get reelected anyway
and so no surprise that our democracy is not working no surprise that we're not
compromising anymore because nobody wants to compromise and compromise has
become a dirty word if you compromise your primary challenger is going to use
that against you because anymore Democrats can't be left enough and
Republicans can't be right enough because there's always somebody to the
extreme of them who will try to take them out in the primary when the vote
turnout is low and the people who turnout tend to be more of the special
interest in more to the extremes of the of the little spectrum and the result of
that is nothing gets done because our form of government was designed for
comfort compromises it was designed that way and
when you say I can't compromise because if I do I'll be taken out in primary or
it can't compromise because my my leaders my majority term I mean our
leader will punish me if I do if I can't compromise because Rush Limbaugh or Rico
motto or somebody will chastise me publicly then there's no compromise and
when there's no compromise nothing good it's done and you can see
pick your issue and not much of value is coming out of their conversation the gap
is wide the gap is real and the gap is very very harmful so there are two
things that are important in politics the first is money and they can't
remember what the second is I did something that was either really brave
or really stupid of when I was first in Congress within my first month or so I
said I'm not going to take any PAC money at all
I remembered Newt Gingrich said why did I put you in the Energy and Commerce
Committee I could have put somebody there for one and all that PAC money and
my my proudly thought I was a fool and my campaign manager thought I was a fool
now I made the argument that I can buy more trust for my constituents without
taking any PAC money then I could buy evolve attack money in the world and I
think I was right and it worked and I've been defeated as I said so in
2016 51% of all of the money raised came from
special interest groups and very wealthy donors with very very usually very
radical ideas so the total federal tax spending in 1992 was 188 million in 2016
ten times that one point eight billion dollars of special interest money when I
was in Congress there were maybe five of us that refused to take PAC money I
don't think I could I don't know that I could be elected today reelected today
if I wasn't if I which not only ensures the incumbents
the safety of reelection but it also tends to buy their votes and so when
you're getting money from the heart right you're getting money from the hard
left getting money from valued special interests your unand
to break with them toward a compromise and again political paralysis if you're
a kamut community of culture of color of common interest and your debt and your
community can be divided up and split up among a multitude of ditch of
congressional districts then you lose powers and of course in many places in
the country that is one of the prime motivations if you have a let's say a
congressional district I'm not sure what the numbers are today but it's probably
something 750,000 people that a congressional district if you have a
city that has roughly that number of minorities of African Americans say you
can have your own district and the left one of your own but if you take that
group of 750,000 black people and you put them in seven different districts so
now there are a hundred thousand in each of the districts and they're outnumbered
seven to one guess who's better without election right so if that's another
pernicious abuse of redistricting it's just bad for business because it
produces uncertainty in every business your investors need to know what has
some reasonable sense of what the future holds in terms of public policy so you
can decide whether it's better to invest in this or that or open up this business
or continue this business or borrow money for your business but if you don't
know what's what the future holds and you and that's because you have an inert
Congress that can't figure out how to create a future for us create a sensible
public policy future for us that industry and business small business and
more spacious businesses don't do nearly as well yeah we have a legislative body
that can't agree what day it is let alone pass a a budget
a spending plan at this point is there any other leverage that we have other
than postcards and phone calls to try to push this effort any harder than than
that I suggest all of the time that you
actually go sit down with your representative people tend to think that
that's not collecting to have it um I almost guarantee you that if you call
your state representative of your state center somebody shaving their head in
the back now
well I believe it is a duty of every elected official to take every meaning
that they possibly can with their constituents the constituents you know
that's really they look for they work for you not the other way around and you
know if you ask for a meeting and they don't give you a meeting I would write a
letter to the editor and I would say I would call the reporter and say why is
it that you know I tried to get a meeting with my representative and he or
she refused to do that I think it's a story in and of itself if five or six or
ten of you asked your representative for a meeting it's a little harder to say no
to isn't so that's one way you can call us you can figure out from the
membership of the organization I'm sure they can find out who in their
municipality do in their district right is it is interested in this issue and a
member of this organization and you can get together and contact each other and
say let's write a letter and all sign it and hand you know hand-delivered walk
into the district office and say here's a letter from ten people in your
district we've got a meeting on this subject please tell us when we can have
it I like comment on this notion that we can't hold a public hearing because
there's a lawsuit think about that imagine if the chairman of a committee
is really wanted to hold a hearing really really wouldn't want to hear
somebody filed a lawsuit that has something to do with this subject do you
think that legislature goes yeah well they've never really wanted that so if
you couldn't hold a hearing because there was a lawsuit somewhere on the
same issue no hearings health whatsoever okay
so that's that is in all due respect to the chairs of those committees that is
just an excuse where our glory was growing up my wife
and I which are glory require that she do a time out and that
meant going to her room the phone the computer TV not what I've done once and
it effectively is written to my representative that I voted for you in
the past but this issue is so fundamental to our democracy it's bigger
than most anything else we're dealing with and no matter how many good things
you've done for us next time I'm going to give you a time now I'm not going to
vote for you no matter what now me doing that alone got me nowhere and I bet you
there was a couple of couples and representatives office but if a lot of
people would say you got to sit one out and come back maybe the next time around
but unless you work towards getting this past not going for you next time that
way the only expression I like which is if you can't change their mind change
the faces thank you for being here thank you for caring thank you for here

Yoga for Gamers | Health Potion Ep3 - Duration: 11:22.
Hello and welcome to health Potion the show about gamers and Health.
I'm Jaymii
- I'm Karina
- and today we're talking about
yoga
[intro theme music]
so why do we as gamers care about yoga?
- well I would say it's very good for us
because it helps us to stretch out our muscles
so you know when you're gaming for a really long time
you tend to sit in the same position
and that kind of tenses you up a little bit
and you really need to kind of relax and elongate your spine
you know get some good posture going
also games put your body into like a sympathetic overdrive
so I'm sure you've heard of fight and flight, rest and digest
- yes - so our bodies are not really great at differentiating
the difference between a tiger hunting us down and a tiger hunting us down in a video game
- especially if you're playing VR - especially if you're playing VR
that stuff is tricky
so I our body can't differentiate between the two very well
so what yoga can give us is
it switches your body from being a sympathetic so that's a fight and flight
to your parasympathetic which is like your rest and digest
so it kind of forces your body into relaxing and taking a break
earlier this year I hurt my back at work and it sucked
it sucked a big time and I before this time did not really care about yoga at all
I thought why would I waste my time on this exercise which didn't really seem to do much
when I could be like if I'm gonna go out I'm gonna go for a run and spend all my time on aerobic type exercises
and then all the doctors once I did this were like "you have to do yoga"
It started off subtle at first like "have you tried yoga?"
and then it was just like "no you've got to do yoga"
because basically I wasn't allowed to do anything
I wasn't allowed to sit down and sitting down was like the worst thing for my back
and now when I do yoga I'm allowed to sit down again
basically those small times of the day
where like take a 10 minute break to do the stretches that my physio had recommended
basically just makes my back feel like magic
and I just thought if I'm doing this because of my injury but what was like before my injury
and just yoga just made be become so much more aware of my body and how it was feeling
and I become- now I know like when I'm sitting I understand how I'm feeling better
I just am more in tune with myself
even though it's kind of bad because I know when I'm more likely to be hurt
but I'm just more likely also to know what I need and when I need it
-Yeah it kind of promotes you to become a little bit more aware about how your body is feeling
in like a muscular sense as well as a postural sense
and you just deepens that connection
and the great thing about yoga is it's free
I think there's a lot of companies out there who promote certain products
and you "have to have it" but that's not really true at all
it's a- you know you have its origins in India of like centuries and centuries ago
it was practised by absolutely everyone in the country
and nowadays with the internet you- there's apps there's websites
all that teach you had to do it for free
and the great thing is it's for every fitness level
you can always do it to your pace and you can tailor make it
I think Jaymii has some apps that she's gonna mention - yeah
it's like use- well first of all YouTube is fantastic
there are like so many different YouTube videos you can do for free
so just you can just watch it and do that one
option number two is like there's some apps there's one app that I recently got-
which allows you to even choose which moves you want to make your own playlists
but of course once you know how to do certain moves
that you find useful so and you might not necessarily want to do a new routine
if you have like a small routine that you particularly enjoy doing
you can even just record- like time yourself, how long you want to do each stretch
and record it as a voice memo on your phone
and then just play it and then you know what you're doing
and you don't have to worry about money at all
basically learn the skills and then use them how it works best for you
'cause there's so many different types of yoga
there's like the hot yoga, there's the chanting yoga, there's like intense yoga
- remedial yoga - relaxing yoga
I think- I mean everyone thinks yoga and they think about these people like standing on their heads
and doing all these crazy bends and honestly that's... that's "Instagram yoga"
and that's not real yoga and it's very flashy and it's very fun
and I think great for those people for like getting to that level of strength and flexibility
but I think a little bit more of an everyday sense even if you can't even like touch your toes
like the fact that you're doing something good for your body
is good enough and it's like small tiny incremental changes
that happen within your body each time that you do it that means that you'll be better
just that little bit better next time and don't beat yourself up if you can't do a headstand
I can't do a headstand no I can't balance on one foot
I'm just not there yet and I'm totally fine with that
- my favourite yoga poses are the ones I can do lying down
especially in the morning because like my body feels incredible afterwards
but also I got to lay down
and like remember like one of the moves of yoga is literally laying down
- it's called corpse pose and you lay there and you just breathe
- and oh- and breathing we need to talk about breathing
- yes - breathing is like such a huge part of yoga
and it's something I am terrible at but I want to get better at
so with yoga they get you to focus a lot on deep breathing
so filling up your lungs all the way
and that's really really important because a lot of us have really bad posture
and we like shrink our lungs and we don't actually breathe deeply
but another part of yoga is actually breathing out and holding that breath out
and that's actually really really important for reducing stress and anxiety in the sense that
when we breathe out and hold the breath out
we're increasing the co2 level so the carbon dioxide within our blood
and that actually relaxes the body and it forces you to relax
because that low oxygen state kind of puts you in a weird little trance
it sounds really weird - I didn't know this I'm learning so much
- and it's actually really great for people with asthma as well
it can really help reduce your system's- um symptoms
and a lot of the people where you could like learn a little bit more about it's called Buteyko breathing
we'll put links down the bottom but it's that's the other side of breathing with yoga
as well as the deep breathing which increases your oxygen
but if you're a little bit stressed focusing on the breath out is really important
- when I get anxiety especially at work I stop breathing
it's like the first thing I notice especially if I'm talking to someone
and I'm nervous about my response
or like I don't want them to hear me breathing so I just like stop breathing and hold my breath
and then I just can never catch up so
- it's about the controlled breathing
and then like out and then holding that out for four
and then breathing in - and like breathing as well you breathe with like your abdomen
which is also fantastic for your abdomen
- Yeah because you're having to use those muscles
and it's kind of uncomfortable at first
'cause you're like oh my goodness I haven't used those muscles
I haven't innovated my diaphragm like enough in the past like 27 years
and it kind of freaks out a little bit
but it gets stronger again your body gets used to it and it helps improve your core strength
- and it means when you sit so when you're sitting down to play a game
you're actually like lifting yourself up better and so you're less likely to injure yourself
and just like you be able to sit for longer without feeling discomfort
- you can game for longer
which is always- which is kind of like the whole point of everything we're talking about
- Yeah exactly so you know your neck doesn't feel as sore
your shoulders and arms don't get as sore,
your back your lower back doesn't get us sore
I think we have another episode about ergonomics so when you're sitting and how to sit better
so that's gonna come up
I think it's, you know, very very important
- basically once you- like yoga is just like a fantastic easy small way to be able to understand yourself
and then you'll be able to apply that to like however you're moving and you'll go
oh yeah this is this movement and this is this movement
we haven't talked about towels
so yes you don't need any special equipment it's like completely and utterly free
even down to the fact that you don't even need a yoga mat now
- no you don't need yoga mat you can just use a couple of towels on your floor
that's enough to give you a bit of extra cushion you can even do it on your bed
if you don't have room you don't need any special clothing
just wear some normal loose comfortable clothes
- I yoga my pyjamas
- Yeah - makes me feel good [laughs]
- I yoga in my "home clothes" which are pyjamas
But mats are great too I got this one for really cheap at K-Mart
- oh yeah - so it's like 10 bucks
it's good for when um because I have very pokey like um hips
so if I do anything where I'm on my side it's like a little bit of cushion
So yoga free, it's easy you can do it to your own ability level
it'll help you reconnect with your body
and also help your digestive system as well
because it massages it all nicely
and remember if you try it and it's not for you you can try a different yoga instructor
or different videos or different ways of doing it
and if it's still not for you that's okay - that's okay
[laughs] this whole series is about exploring different ways to benefit your health
and not everything will be for everyone
but um hopefully we find that you get something out of it
- yeah - that's what we have for this episode
we'll catch you next time see ya - See ya
[music] so in yoga it's a lot about the deep breath- [loud high pitched sound]
dishwasher! - no I feel like it's the battery in my house alarm
but.... - Is it going to go again? - I don't know
- That's amazing

the past but this issue is so fundamental to our democracy it's bigger
than most anything else we're dealing with and no matter how many good things
you've done for us next time I'm going to give you a time now I'm not going to
vote for you no matter what now me doing that alone got me nowhere and I bet you
there was a couple of couples and representatives office but if a lot of
people would say you got to sit one out and come back maybe the next time around
but unless you work towards getting this past not going for you next time that
way the only expression I like which is if you can't change their mind change
the faces thank you for being here thank you for caring thank you for here

10 Scariest Haunted Hotels You Should Never Visit! - Duration: 9:29.
Elite Facts Presents
10 SCARIEST Haunted Hotels You Should NEVER Visit!
Staying in a hotel can be a bit weird as it is. I mean let's face it, You don't know
who was in that room before you and you have no idea what went on in that room before your
date of arrival. However some hotels have fairly dark pasts that are common knowledge
to the public. So dark that people believe that there's spirits that inhabit these
locations. With that being said, Here's 10 Haunted Hotels You Wouldn't want to stay
in……...Unless you're a ghost chase in which by all means go ahead and enjoy your
trip!
10. Chelsea Hotel, New York City First up on this, We have a hotel which at
one point was Patti Smith, Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, and Madonna so called homes for some
time, However, It has been said there are two who still haunt the halls. Now even though
this hotel hasn't been open since around 2011 as it was closed down for renovations
(It was however opened back up in 2016 under the Chelsea Hotel Group moniker), former tenants
and employees have long noted paranormal activity surrounding the ghosts of Sid Vicious who
was accused for ending his then girlfriend's life while they lived there, and Dylan Thomas,
whose dedicated plaque on the outside of the building reads "Dylan Thomas lived and wrote
at the Chelsea Hotel and from here he sailed out to die."
9. The Marshall House, Savannah, Georgia Next up, we have a truly creepy hotel that's
located in one of the most haunted cities in the United States of America, the Marshall
House allegedly holds the spirits of Civil War–era patients from its former iteration
as a hospital. Multiple sources have claimed that they have seen ghost and spirits wandering
around hallways and foyers, as well as other creepy occurrences like faucets randomly turning
on—sans human touch.
8. Langham Hotel, London, England The Langham Hotel is said to be England's
first "grand hotel". This 5 star location has hosted distinguished guests ranging from
the likes of legendary author, Mark Twain to prolific writer, Oscar Wilde. Unfortunately,
People don't remember this location for the writers who previously stayed at this
location. It's the spooky stuff that's accumulated over 149 years that puts the hotel on the
list, including a German prince who leapt to his death from a window before WWI, and
a man who killed his wife and then himself on their honeymoon. On top of this, Other
spirits spotted on these grounds include the likes of Napoleon III, who spent some of his
exile in the Langham, a man with a bloody gash on his face, and various butlers and
footmen. Room 333 is said to be the most haunted of all the rooms in London's most haunted
hotel.
7. Ballygally Castle Hotel - Ballygally, Northern Ireland
Next up, We head over to northern ireland to look at the Ballygally Castle Hotel. This
former castle is haunted by Isobella Shaw, lady of the castle in 1625. According to the
legend that surrounds this castle, Lord Shaw locked her into a room and starved her following
the birth her daughter. The reason for this punishment is because he was wanting a male
heir rather than a daughter. Lady shaw would eventually meet her end when attempting to
escape. Today, more than 400 years later, she still roams the premises in search of
the child she never got to meet. Her room has been recreated and turned into "The
Ghost Room", which is open to visitors.
6. Elvey Farm - Pluckley, England Next up we head back to the united kingdom
to take a look at Elvey Farm. So in general, Pluckley is the "most haunted village in
England", at least according to the Guinness World Records. Elvey Farm, a dairy farm built
in 1406 was turned into a B&B in the 80s, sits at the center of all things supernatural
in Pluckley; ergo, it must be the most haunted hotel in England. Robert Du Bois, who ended
his life there, claimed that the guest lounge as his favorite haunt, while farmer Edward
Brett, who also passed away in 1900, has staked his territory in the former dairy, his last
words of "I will do it" echoing through the room. On top of this, There's also an unknown
man-ghost in military garb who resides in the barn, the so-called Red Lady bemoaning
her dead child in the graveyard, and the White Lady who haunts the church. Very Reservoir
Dogs ghosts, these ones.
5. Taj Mahal Hotel — Mumbai, India Next up, we head to Mumbai in India to take
a look at the Taj Mahal Hotel. Now in general, India is certainly akin to spiritualism and
mysticism. Mumbai's Taj Mahal Hotel is certainly no exception to this. So according to multiple
sources, This hotel is reportedly inhabited by the spirit of W. A. Chambers – an English
engineer who was part of the team that erected the building in 1903. He created the blueprints
for the building, took a trip back to his home in the United Kingdom, and by the time
he had returned, He saw that the hotel he designed was built facing the opposite direction
than the one he'd wanted. Distraught at the idea of his vision being botched, he ended
his life, and continues to safeguard the structure he loved so dearly.
4. Akasaka Mansion — Tokyo, Japan Next up, We have the Akasaka mansion in Tokyo,
Japan. So it's common knowledge that ancestors and spirits are dearly respected by Japanese
citizens. In Japanese culture, a visit from the ancestors is usually welcome. But not
at Akasaka Mansion, where the ghosts are undoubtedly tortured and their origins in the living world
remain unknown. According to multiple witnesses who've stayed at Building 1 have reported
fingers running through their hair and over their privates, being pinned down to the mattress
getting pushed and dragged from their beds, and having their backs scratched raw. There
is also a cool white mist that hovers at the ceiling and travels through the air vents.
This is pretty damn creepy to say the very least considering how many people have reported
to have had similar experiences when living in this hotel.
3. Dragsholm Castle — Hørve, Denmark Next up, We head over to Horve, Denmark to
take a look at Dragsholm Castle. The Danish castle was built in the early 1200s and was
home to many knights, kings and nobles. Since then, this castle has been converted into
a hotel. Reports have stated that this castle is haunted by a peculiar trio – the gray
lady, the white lady, and James Hepburn, the Earl of Bothwell, who was captured by the
Danes and kept in the cellar. The gray lady is a rarely seen former maid who continues
to check in on the order of things. It is also said that The white lady was the daughter
of a former castle owner who was imprisoned by her father for having a clandestine love
affair; she now listlessly wanders the halls. Now freed from his cellar prison yet unable
to leave, People have allegedly heard and seen the Earl riding his horse through the
courtyard every night.
2. The Queen Mary, California Now transformed into a hotel, The RMS Queen
Mary is an ocean liner that used to sail the north atlantic ocean from 1936 to 1967 before
it was purchased by the city of Long Beach, California. The most haunted area of the ship
is the engine room where a 17-year-old sailor was crushed to death trying to escape a fire.
Knocking and banging on the pipes around the door has been heard and recorded by numerous
people. In what is now the front desk area of the hotel, visitors have seen the ghost
of a "lady in white." Ghosts of children are said to haunt the ship's pool.
1. Fairmont Banff Springs Hotels, Banff, Canada Oh come one! Look at this place! It has haunted
written all over it. It looks like a modern mashup between Dracula's castle and an insane
asylum! Located high in the Canadian Rockies, the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel calls to
mind a beautiful medieval castle in the wilderness. The Fairmont management adamantly denies any
ghostly activity, but stories abound. One spirit frequently witnessed is that of a bride
allegedly killed in a tragic accident right before walking down the aisle. The other,
far more whimsical tale involves an elderly bellhop named Sam McAuley. Sam so adored the
hotel that after he passed, he continued to work there. Guests report a white-haired bellhop
helping them, only to vanish before they have a chance to tip him.
And that's our list? Did we miss any out? Let us know in the comments below! Please

Retired agent Jeff Danik says FBI won't respond to his FOIA on Deputy Director McCabe - Duration: 1:55.
Retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jeff Danik, who was a supervisor in the FBI's
counter-terrorism division, says he's now leading a fight to get documents to aide
FBI whistleblowers that accuse some FBI brass of bureaucratic corruption.
There's a lot of agents out there that think people committed crimes, did things wrong,
you don't talk about it. You have to internalize that because it's not fair to the person.
Either you climb in the ring with your evidence and fight 'em out in court or you keep your mouth shut.
Danik filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request for all communications involving Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and the Hillary Clinton investigation.
McCabe is currently under three federal inquiries.
The FBI denied Danik's FOIA but in June the Justice Department ordered the FBI to turn over the documents.
I don't know if they don't want those records
out because it pulls back the curtain and lets you see the framework of these investigations
or maybe they are afraid of what it actually says and who it reflects on.
Danik says the FBI has stonewalled and did not follow DOJ orders so he turned to Judicial Watch,
a conservative watchdog group to file a lawsuit.
There were other investigations going on into
Mrs. Clinton's conduct as it relates to the foundation that were similarly suppressed
and we want to know, through access to Mr. McCabe's documents, whether there's information
on how that was done and who was behind it.
Judicial Watch says without the lawsuits, the nation would be left in the dark.
I think you've got many FBI agents outraged about what went on.
They see the leadership as being corrupted and politicized.
They see the reputation of the FBI being dragged through the mud.
Danik and Fitton said they hope to obtain the McCabe documents by the end of the year.

Malik Obama Just Asked the 1 Question on McCain Nobody Else Has the Guts to Whisper | Top Stories - Duration: 3:09.
Malik Obama, the half-brother of former President Barack Obama, posed a terrific question about
Sen. John McCain early Tuesday morning, essentially questioning what exactly it is that makes
the Arizona senator such a so-called "hero."
"If @SenJohnMcCain is such a hero why is he so silent when people disrespect the flag?"
he wrote on Twitter.
Aside from McCain's praiseworthy military service, which includes serving in the Vietnam
War and being held captive by the North Vietnamese for nearly six years, the guy seems much more
like a back-stabbing villain than a hero.
Consider that every single time the senator has been afforded an opportunity this year
to rise up as a champion of conservatism, he's stubbornly rebuked it.
Because of McCain's intransigence, for instance, the Graham-Cassidy Obama "repeal" bill
proposed by Sens. Bill Cassidy and Lindsey Graham is pretty much dead in the water.
Leftists like comedian Jimmy Kimmel, who spent nearly all of last week blasting the "repeal"
bill on his late-night show — despite the fact he "has no clue what he's talking
about," as noted by Ben Domenech of The Federalist — couldn't be happier:
When know-nothing Hollywood elitists consider you a "hero," it's usually a bad sign.
But if only this were an anomaly in McCain's career versus the norm.
Two months ago the senator single-handedly killed a "skinny" Obamacare repeal bill,
despite him having repeatedly promised his constituents he would "repeal and replace
Obamacare as soon as possible."
I guess he never meant any of it.
Moreover, McCain has regularly attacked President Donald Trump over everything from his justified
pardon of former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to his allegations that the Obama administration
had wiretapped his phones.
In May he even went so far as to draw a false equivalence between the infamous Watergate
investigation that brought down former President Richard Nixon, and the bogus ongoing investigation
into whether the president colluded with the Russians to affect the 2016 presidential election.
"I think it's reaching a point of where it's of Watergate size and scale and a couple
of other scandals that you and I have seen," he said at the time.
"It's the centipede that the shoe continues to drop.
And every couple of days there's a new aspect of this really unhappy situation."
Way to really side with the team, McCain …
And God forbid he take a stand for his fellow veterans by joining the president in condemning
the punks in the NFL who've been kneeling during the national anthem.
The truth is McCain is neither a hero nor a team player.
He's a turncoat who's continually sacrificed his constituents, his party and his president
— and all for the chance to earn some loving praise from Democrats, i.e., his real constituents,
if you catch my drift …
Please share this story on Facebook and Twitter and let us know what you think about John
McCain's disturbing history of lies, treachery and back-stabbing.
What do you think about Malik's candid question?

If You Have Any Of These 14 Traits You Are An Advanced Soul… - Duration: 10:29.
If You Have Any Of These 14 Traits You Are An Advanced Soul…
THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS TO EVOLVE THE SOUL!
What is an Advanced Soul?
Advanced souls are enlightened individuals who incarnate into this lifetime with a specific purpose and mission – to
elevate their area or corner of the world into one of Light and Self-alignment to the Source.
Others prefer to call them Old souls since they have incarnated into this world multiple times compared with others.
They are souls that have progressed to a more advanced state of spiritual knowledge, awareness, and balance.
How to spot an Advanced Soul?
Advanced souls possess characteristics that are far different from ordinary human beings.
They manifest themselves beyond conventional wisdom.
Advanced Souls have these 14 traits:
1.
They have a penetrating gaze.
When advanced souls gaze at you, you feel like they're looking through your soul.
Their gaze is so deep it penetrates deep down your core.
Their eyes are steady and do not move much.
They're fully aware what's inside and outside of you.
Their eyes shine with the light of deep peace, compassion, and wisdom.
2.
They have soft and comforting touch.
Their touch is very light on the skin and seems to bring healing to someone who is suffering from any issues in
different aspects of life.
3.
They have a gentle and soothing voice.
When they speak, they do it with depth and refinement in the voice.
They're not loud.
They offer instructions that are wise and free of conflict, though, at times it contradicts with what you think is best
for you.
Yet, they know better where your life is heading.
When asked, their answers bear a ring of truth and bring clarity that eliminates your confusions.
Despite their gentle character, they're also firm in their convictions and decisions.
4.
Their aura is very deep and still.
They exude an air of tranquility.
Their presence is very comforting and makes you feel at ease and relaxed.
They are so tranquil you find yourself feeling so at peace with them as if nothing negative could drive away that
peacefulness.
Though they're usually quiet, their presence speaks loudly.
5.
They are sincere in all their interactions.
Because advanced souls are deeply conscious and aware beings, they act and speak with sincerity and reassurance.
You couldn't expect them to be untruthful, as their spirit is guided by wisdom and inner-knowing.
6.
They will gladly show the way, yet never impose.
They show others the path to enlightenment in a way that is not imposing.
They never impose on how right they were and how wrong others could be.
7.
They believe in the Oneness and connectedness of all things.
For them, everything comes from only one Source and only one Spirit connects us all.
Their perception of the world goes beyond frontiers, beyond skin colors, beyond borders.
Their spirit is magnanimous that they feel connected even with the birds of the air and the fishes of the sea.
8.
They are comfortable in their own skin.
Wherever you place an advanced soul, they tend to fit rightly with their environment.
They never lose their identity no matter where you place them.
They don't feel a tinge of humiliation or idolatry.
9.
They believe only in "what is".
For them, there's no positive or negative, only what is.
They're above the pull of opposites for they live in non-duality.
They exist in both the All-ness and the Nothing-ness.
Their life is a continuous journey in all realms or dimensions.
10.
They are not materialistic.
Despite their physical needs, they don't succumb to luxuries and extravagance.
They only strive to live comfortably and simply while doing their business on Earth.
They're fully aware of their temporary physical existence, thus they thrive in an egoless world of their own.
They know that ego is an illusion of a fake self, and because they don't identify themselves with such ego,
their life is not weighed down by it.
11.
They look younger.
The vicissitudes of life don't weigh them.
Their body feels lighter, they have fewer wrinkles and clearer skins.
12.
They honor "alone" time.
It's an absolute in the lifestyle of an advanced soul to be able to rest, replenish, recharge,
and connect with the Source.
A quiet time with themselves keeps them spiritually strong and grounded.
13.
They soak themselves in nature and connect with the animals.
Their most favorite retreat is spending time with nature.
Nothing beats the freshness and tranquility that nature brings.
They consider nature to have a spirit that responds deeply with their spirit.
Animals respond to them eagerly, as if they understand every word an advanced soul says.
Even the fiercest of animals seem to lay down its defenses in their presence.
14.
Their love is their compass.
They don't love because it's the right thing.
They love because that is what they are.
Love is written in their genes.
And this love is the main tool they use to lead others to the right path.
With these characteristics at hand, have you come to realize you are an advanced soul?
If yes, please feel free to add some of their unique characteristics too.
If you haven't, do you know one that fits this description?

Proof FEMA Is Killing People Who Come to Them for "Disaster Reli - Duration: 27:20.
Proof FEMA Is Killing People Who Come to Them for Disaster Relief
If you havent seen this yet youve GOT to. This guy was on the ground in Texas helping
with the disaster relief and what he has to say here is just WOW. It made me cry. I
mean I know FEMA is killing ppl. But to have it relayed first-hand like this makes it so
much more real. The govt is shutting down roads, locking rescuers out and then blowing
up damns to kill whole towns of ppl which theyve locked in. Theyre also doing
this to wash all of the bullet riddled bodies out to sea. There are THOUSANDS of them according
to eyes on the ground.
He says that the ppl who are getting on the FEMA prison ship/barges are being turned into
fish food. Notice how we havent seen one single social media post from ANYONE in these
FEMA relief camps? Why is that you think?
This guy relays a story about how about 1500 Texans at (I think he said who were taking
shelter at George Mason high school?) refused to get on the FEMA aircraft carriers because
it had been discovered that once these aircraft carriers left, they werent making their
destinations. The Texans at the George Mason high school where this was going on almost
started to riot because of itand because of the way they were being treated.
This mans story is incredible. His entire team of rescuers were brought into the TX
area by a state official right before they broke one of the dams there. They were basically
brought in there and left to die but this mans fast thinking and survival skills
made certain he actually set up an outpost on dry groundand he got some calls out
and began getting hundreds of armed militia members and three percenters in there under
the guise of dropping suppliesbut each trip they made he was actually using
these trips to drop 3-4 heavily armed patriots (each time) in these areas to protect Texans.
He believes he stopped the gun confiscation they were preparing to doand also the murder
of thousands more ppl. He got over 1,000 heavily armed patriots into these areas to protect
Texans. This man is a straight hero. You can see how emotional he gets during certain parts
of this story You can tell hes re-living these moments as hes telling themand
its obvious he witnessed and knows much more than hes telling The look of disbelief
and sickness on his face.as if he can hardly believe what it is he saw and what he now
knows You can tell hes having a really hard time processing it all.
These govt officials and private contractors were out hunting people and still are. All
of this is probably going on in FL right now also. Just like Katrina. They were also going
into the wealthy neighborhoods and doing their own govt looting.
This mans story is a MUST hear. It will have you spell bound.
After hearing this mans story it makes you realize that that homeless man on the
news WAS telling the truth. Im assuming you guys saw the video of the homeless man?
On live news?A newscaster was in TX a couple weeks ago.interviewing a man who was weathering
the storm on his own outside, taking shelter under some awnings. The newscaster walked
up to him and asked why he was outside. The man said because Red Cross and another FEMA
shelter were caught killing everyone inside. On live TV he said this!! The newscaster changed
the subject very abruptly.the man then started saying how he was a police officer.he
was cut off again. Heres that video if you missed it.
Also here are a couple of videos which support the mans (in the first video) claim. Why
wont they let rescuers in? Whats going on in there that they dont want people
to see?
Military and FEMA Take Over Kingwood, Stop Civilians from Helping In Rescue Missions
Also, these are the FEMA prison barges the man in the first video spoke about. According
to him if you get on one of these barges youre likely to end up as shark food.
As chilling as it sounds this isnt the first time FEMA has been accused of killing
ppl in their care. Josh Coy, the talk show host of the largest FM radio station in Alabama
started investigating the claims that FEMA was killing homeless ppl. He discovered that
FEMA was picking up homeless ppl in blue vans and theyd never be seen again. He says
it has to do with organ harvesting.
They tried to kill Josh Coy recently when he went in for a medical procedure. In the
middle of the night multiple fake doctors came into his hospital room and tried to force
him to take an injection. He was able to hold them off and survived the asassination attempt.
Attempted Medical Assassination of Josh Coy- FEMA Camp Whistleblower
His investigation into disappearing homeless ppl is also detailed in above link ^^
So its extremely disturbing when we see the homeless being openly separated from the
general population and forced onto buses during these hurricanes.
HOMELESS BEING FORCIBLY SEPARATED FROM THE GENERAL POPULATION AND FORCED ONTO BUSES.
Posted by a friend in a private group Im in. She said this:
This was posted by (name omitted), she is in one of my FB groups. She is a first
hand witness to this. It is disturbing!!!
This alternative newsflash has come in to me today (9 SEPT 17) from Central Florida.
Homeless in Florida are segregated, deported to unknown locations as Hurricane Irma approaches
Poor and homeless people who were standing in line to register at community shelters
today have been systematically separated out from the lineups by police and transported
to unknown locations.
An eyewitness at a school shelter in Flagler County reported this morning,:
There were a dozen or so of these guys in line, mostly men and a few women, some
of them in wheel chairs. The cops got on the blower and read out a bunch of names and told
them they all had to get on the bus that just pulled up, it was a local school bus. One
of the guys whose name was called objected and asked why it was only the homeless being
put on the bus. Two cops immediately grabbed him and forced him on. A lady in a wheel chair
started screaming and demanding to know where they were going. I asked one of the cops and
he said to the local Salvation Army. But after they forced them on the bus and it left I
called my auntie on my cell and she drove by the only Salvation Army in the area and
there was no school bus there, the place was all locked up and boarded up against the storm.
A staff member at a community center shelter in Volusia County confirmed today that an
arrangement had been made to have anyone either homeless or on social assistance sheltered
in separate facilities. But the staff member gave no indication where those facilities
were or why the transportees had no choice in the matter and were forcibly pulled out
of the lines by police.
Did you catch that? OR ON SOCIAL ASSISTANCE? So what? Now if you receive food stamps or
welfare youre also destined for the bus ride to doom? That wasnt totally clearbut
the fact is it was statedtwice. Because if you look backin the beginning, the article
also referenced poor people.
Poor and homeless people who were standing in line to register at community shelters
today have been systematically separated out from the lineups by police and transported
to unknown locations.
Freaky. Thatll make you want to get off govt assistance real fast.
Watching that video is absolutely CHILLING. Esp when the officer says Im sorry,
we got the information after you got dropped off that there was a separate shelter for
homeless.
Its heartbreaking watching these homeless ppl standing in linelooking back at that
busperplexed about it. Then their heads kind of hung they file off onto the bus with
all their belongings. Makes me sadesp knowing theyre prob driving to their fate. I can
almost guarantee you those people we see there in that video probably arent breathing
anymore.
And here is an article written yesterday about how puzzled the police are in Salt Lake City
about where all the homeless people went.
Mystery In Salt Lake City: Where Have Hundreds of Homeless People Gone?
Excerpt from the article:
The streets around Salt Lake Citys downtown emergency shelter have long been home to hundreds
of homeless people. In recent weeks, though, nearly all seem to have vanished following
a police operation. Local residents are mystified as to where theyve gone.
The Salt Lake City police chief, Mike Brown, said he had visited parks and the Jordan river,
which threads its way to the Great Salt Lake and has homeless camps dotted along its banks,
but he hadnt seen an influx from downtown. Sgt Brandon Shearer has been up in a police
helicopter looking for camps and seemed equally perplexed when asked where the people had
gone. I dont know, he said. Thats a good question.
Advocates, for their part, fear a humanitarian crisis is brewing.
The unfolding drama is all the more remarkable considering that several years ago, national
media reports published claims by Utah that it had won the war on homelessness there,
at least when it came to housing those who had been outside the longest. Jon Stewart
ran a laudatory piece titled The homeless homed. But the picture wasnt quite that
simple.
In recent months, Salt Lake City has been convulsed by the situation around the downtown
shelter, called the Road Home, located in a onetime warehouse district now host to high-end
condos and shops.
Advocates and community activists are anxious about the months to come. Few of the people
arrested and then released have returned to the Road Home shelter, and the freezing winter
weather
While observers continue to wonder what has become of the population who lived around
the Road Home until only last month, the state is transforming the physical landscape there,
even though it plans eventually shutter the shelter and open three smaller ones in the
region.
Any homeless people who want to return are welcomed back but there are now 10ft high
chain link fences and floodlights that at night render the shelter akin to a high-security
border crossing.
Or perhaps a prison. While officials describe part of a recently blocked off street in front
of the shelter as a safe space where vulnerable, drug-free people can get help,
social workers have taken to calling it the yard.
And of course during these hurricanes in Texas its extremely disturbing to hear the leaks
that they were killing animals.of course they completely denied it when word got out
to the public.
A friend of mine on Facebook posted this on my page today:
My girlfriend of 18 years went missing two days after the hurricane. She is disabled
and needs her meds. She would have made attempts to call me but hasnt; its been 10 days
now & no word. Shes in Jacksonville. I filled out a Missing Person report, posted
flyers, drove up & down streets, emailed the news station 3 times with no response; Im
very worried. She did not take her purse, extra clothes, ID nothing. No one knows anything
(?) I dont know how or if shes eating & if she doesnt do her meds soon, she will
go full blown manic. I had stayed with her during the storm & she was stable. We were
without power for 2 1/2 days but I had propane stove, lanterns, flash lights, etc Then
I had to go to work Wed.; she didnt call Thur or Fri, so when I went to her house again
on Fri. afternoon, all her lights, a/c, tv were on & the front door was ajar. The little
puppy I bought for her birthday came out front to greet me which was unusual as she is always
with him. I searched the house, yard, called some neighbors but no one saw her. I stayed
at her house Fri, Sat, & Sun. I called police. Officer came out & told me to wait a few more
days, so I did. I called them again on Tues. & then I filled out the MP Report. Dont
know if FEMA was here but probably, as we were hit pretty bad here; lots of damage,
downed trees, & flooding. If you want to go to my page & scroll down, youll see the
MP Report on it; yes, please share. Im going to stay at her house again this weekend,
post some more flyers, & drive around.
Update: FEMA DID go through her neighborhood he found out.
And dont forget the fact that Red Cross is absolutely NOWHERE to be found anywhere in
the midst of these disasters. Yet theyre raising money non stop from gullible Americans
A Houston city councilman had strong words about the Red Cross. In fact, hes begging
people not to donate even a penny to the group.
Hear what he had to say about New Orleans and San Antonio:
This is a GREAT Black Child video. Check this outthis really puts things in perspective.
These famous rich ppl arent raising money for hurricane victims like they say they are.
Wheres the money really going? This is freaken insane.
So taking into account the above we already know that during Katrina its been admitted
by many that they were killing ppl instead of saving them. Here is my article from a
couple months ago:
BlackWater Snipers Killed Many Of the Katrina Victims!
The truth now emerging about the cold blooded slaughter of Americans during the Katrina
disaster is very disturbing to say the least. I ran across the following testimony on Steve
Quayles site this morning. After doing a bit of research I found corroborating testimony
of this story from none other than Kyle Bass himself.
Aloha Again Steve,
I learned some very disturbing details from about a nearly decade old event that has been
kept a secret from me by a member of my own family.
Hurricane Katrina.
My sister is a nurse and back then when she renewed her nursing license she checked a
box on the form stating that she would be willing to help in disaster relief if needed.
Well she got the call when Katrina hit New Orleans and went down there to help.
She said that when she got there the first couple of days it was pretty normal. Treating
persons with broken bones, cuts, stitching people up and other minor injuries but then
came the body clean-up.
She was in the Super Dome and every day they gave her a small tin of Vicks to smear under
her nose and a big pack of gum to chew all to help with the smell of the dead. She said
that she has a strong stomach but she never dealt with anything like this before.
She went on to say that there were THOUSANDS of bodies and most all of them were shot.
The first ones they put in the body bags would be labeled as drowned or something else and
she said, Hey these have bullet holes in them. But she was told very firmly that
they drowned. Nobody else saw the bodies because they were all bagged and disposed of. Thousands
of them! Killed by the contractors.
Her husband also told us that he was stationed in Gulf Port Mississippi at the same time
and that there were bodies everywhere.
I always thought that Katrina was some kind of social experiment but I was wrong. It was
genocide.
The official death toll is greatly under stated and the real count is easily ten times that
number.
I just want to say. beware the next disaster.
(Posted on SQ, Jul 9, 2014)
Someone who read the above post added the following
Steve, Im a former US Army helicopter pilot that was flying in the gulf of mexico for
the oil industry. I got to know a former Army Blackhawk pilot there who swore he dropped
sniper teams on rooftops in downtown New Orleans during Katrina. He told me this years ago
but thought I would say this now to give credence to the other intel. This pilot was a standup
guy, not given to boasting. I believe every word he said.

Here is the Kyle Bass corroborationfrom this link
In early 2012, I had an unexpected conversation with my friend Chris Kyle (author of American
Sniper) about the Katrina debacle. I had heard rumblings about Special Operations (mainly
SEALs) snipers being deployed to New Orleans to support the effort to restore order. He
confirmed the rumors and shared his own intimate knowledge that close contacts of his, many
who were apparently still serving on active duty, took leave to work for the controversial
PMC (Private Military Company),Blackwater.
Chris went on to tell me that the bulk of the guys he knew directly had racked up over
thirty kills between them near and around the Super Dome. I asked him about Rules of
Engagement, and asked, Who were they shooting at, and he just gave me a big Texas shrug
and smile. I figured out really quick that it was 180 grains of due process (usually
to the head at 200M).
Steve Hynd is understandably upset.
Coming from such a source, these accusations have to be taken seriously accusations
that US military snipers killed US citizens inside the US with no due process of law whatsoever,
acting as judge jury and executioner. The Bush administration would have to have signed
off on the whole thing.
This is why the recent debate on Obamas signature killing program has focused too
much on the method of killing drones and too little on the lack of constitutional justification.
You dont need a drone to perform extrajudicial killings, not even of US citizens. If this
story is true, then yet again Obama is only following Bushs lead.
Webb writes that he is bothered by what Kyle told him. Ill go further. Im horrified
and angered. Those who set up this program are criminals of the highest order but
so too are the supposed heroes of special forces who participated. Even if they were
ordered to do this, they should have refused.
hqdefault
It is also important to remember that nursing home patients were euthanized for the convenience
of medical personnel:
Dr. Ewing Cook said that as staff at Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans were struggling
to evacuate patients from the flooded building, he gave the order to give Jannie Burgess,
79, who was dying of uterine cancer and kidney failure, a dose of morphine that he knew would
kill her.
Cook also described another area of the hospital that was crowded with patients on
cots and stretchers where he considered euthanizing the ones that had do not resuscitate (DNR)
on their charts. We didnt do it because we had too many witnesses, he told ProPublica.
Thats the honest-to-God truth.
Thirty-four patients died in Memorial Medical Center following the Katrina disaster, more
than in any comparable-sized hospital in the drowned city.
A coroners report stated that more than half of the bodies taken from Memorial tested
positive for morphine or midazolam, or both. Robert Middleberg, the director of the toxicology
laboratory where the autopsy samples were tested, said the high drug concentrations
found in many of the patients stuck out like a sore thumb.
I saw a video on ..I think A&E. about Blackwater, and they mentioned the places they had been
deployed to. One of those locations was North America which stunned even the interviewer.
When he asked where in North America he was told New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina.
They even show pictures of men on the streets there. I remember watching a live TV report
out of New Orleans in which they were showing people being offloaded from a military truck.
The reporter was saying how these people were rescued, etc., etc., and the camera swung
to the right a little and a soldier could be seen with a rifle at the ready pointed
in the direction of those being rescued. The camera swung back to the left quickly,
as if they werent supposed to be showing this. The elitist mentality isnt
limited to those at the top of the pyramid. Its evident in the attitude of many in this
nation
A soldier told me he had barge trash duty one day during Katrina but when he reported
to the barge there was no trash on the barge. There were 2,000 black men that had been shot
in the head. He said they dumped them deep in the swamps for alligator food.
The soldiers all should have reported this. Saying they were following orders is pure
BS. When they are no longer needed the government will get rid of them too.
Comment on article
So IF you end up in the storm.DO NOT TAKE SHELTER with Red Cross, FEMA or the Salvation
Army. (Heres a little fun fact for yathe Salvation Army is owned by the Rothschilds.
Rothschild means Red Shield in German. Its founder William Booth was a freemason
and he was funded byyou guessed it.the Rothschildsto start up the Salvation Army.)
These organizations all use the cover of goodness to do great evil.
Theyve used these organizations as fronts for many years. Doing good on the outside
in order to cover for their activities on the inside. And of course NEVER donate to
any of them.
Its been reported that many TX hurricane victims were taken to Wal-Marts which were
set up as FEMA relief shelters. But its also being noticed that not one person has
posted anything about it on social media.no picturesnothingAre these ppl okay? This
reminded melast Christmas Eve.my sons dad and I arranged to meet at a local Walmart
Supercenter in Roseville, CA (the one off Pleasant Grove) so I could pick up our son
from him. He was doing some last minute shopping and so when I got there in the parking I txted
him I was there and where was he exactly. No response. I waited and waited. I started
getting upset because I thought he was just ignoring my texts/calls. So finally I just
said Eff itIm gonna go inside walmart and get a couple things. Maybe hell reply
while Im shopping. So I go into the Wal-mart and as Im in there I tried to
call him again. My phone had absolutely ZERO service. No internet, texting, calls, nothing.I
couldnt use my phone at ALL. So I walked back outside the wal-mart and did a little
bit of testing.and I realized that they were using some kind of technology that completely
blocked any cell service within about 20 feet of the wal-mart entrance doors. I had to walk
pretty far out into the parking lot just to be able to use my phone. I finally found my
ex inside the store. Hed had no idea I was calling because his phone didnt work
at all inside the store. I asked some of the employees there what was up with that?? They
just shrugged and looked apathetic. But it was a really creepy feeling. Just a few days
ago I was inside that same Wal-mart and again I noticed my phone was useless inside the
store. I wonderis this even legal? For them to block you from using your phone like
that?
So this is probably the reason we havent seen one social media post from the ppl that have
been taken to Wal-mart relief centers (aka FEMA camps). Are these ppl okay? Are they
still alive? The question must be asked.
Just the other day, someone by the name of Sharon left this comment on my website
on my blog post I linked above (BlackWater Snipers Killed Many Of the Katrina Victims!)
Heres what she said :
Sharon September 5, 2017 at 4:04 pm
I was living and employed in a local government 40 miles above NOLA when Katrina hit. I was
a member of a group who was undergoing leadership training for future government organizations.
We were the up and coming leaders for that area of S. Louisiana. After Katrina,
we were unable to meet for a while but eventually did. In our first group meeting, we were allowed
to just talk with each other without supervision and try to decompress from the madness
our lives had become. During that time, one of the group who had been in charge of a local
airport told us about the 10,000 body bags that had been delivered and then the U.S.
General who told him that those would not be enough and more were going to another location
for distribution. A second member of our group then shared that her husband a coroner
had not been home in weeks because he had been conscripted to handle the dead bodies
that had been shipped to another parish approx, 150 miles away. Her husband stated there were
many thousands of bodies that were still unprocessed at that time. Nothing like this
information was EVER made public but none of this group would have lied. they were
all too raw and wounded from the whole Katrina debacle themselves. A week after that meeting
I left S. Louisiana and moved 2,000 miles away.
Also this is a GREAT article from All News Pipeline about the disappearing homeless all
over the country.
White Vans Taking People Away, Never To Be Seen Again! Are They Slated For FEMA Camps,
Extermination In Smokies? The proof is all there. Also read the comments
on this article. Some interesting things there.
Excerpt from above article: I reached out to a background source with
access to high level military contacts and was told yes, this is happening in other communities
and the reason these people are never seen again is because they are being picked
up and executed, bodies cremated in 18 wheeler portable crematoriums called smokies,
under the cover of night, leaving no ash, smell or smoke. We are also told this operation
started in 2005, that the term smokies is what they are called in the black ops world
and they come and go from underground bases.
Also if you want to get really creeped out.read this post on Reddit from 2014. A homeless
man began posting about what he was seeing..what was happening in his city
And being we all know these hurricanes are engineered.

Writing Affirmations: The Thought Process Broken Down (I Believe In Myself) - Duration: 5:57.
Hey everyone. Today I want to share an affirmation practice with you.
I have been talking about making affirmation videos for about two and a half years now.
That's a really long time to want to do something and not sit down and
actually do it. The reason that I did not sit down and make these videos is
directly connected to the affirmation that I'm going to share with you today.
That affirmation is I believe in myself. So when we write an affirmation we can
just write it all over a page kind of in a messy style making it into like our
own little artwork or we can just take a notebook and just fill it up straight
down- or in different directions like I did here- but just straight down is the
way that I normally would do this. It's a form of journaling that helps you to
center yourself, center your mind and really focus on a very specific thing.
As I share these affirmations I invite you to sit down and start your own practice,
however, you're welcome to just watch my video and listen to my thought processes
behind writing the affirmations because that might give you insight and clarity
into your own life as well. So the first thing that I do when I sit down to write
an affirmation is I think why am I writing this affirmation? what is this
for? Otherwise why spend the time? In this instance, writing I believe in myself
is an exploration into why it's so hard to believe in ourselves and why we often don't.
Sometimes we'll want to do something in our life we'll even feel
like deeply called to do something, and instead of doing that we'll do any other
thing to fill up the time, to fill up the space in our minds, to fill up the desire
and kind of block it, because we feel fear that we can't do it, we feel that
other people have already done it too well, and like we can't contribute
anything, or we're afraid that we'll fail or just all of these other fears that we have.
The second thing that I do when I sit to write the affirmation is I try to
get the feeling in my body of what it would actually feel like if I believed
the affirmation. So, if I write I believe in myself,
and there's like a positivity behind it like I feel the impact of that and I'm
like, wow that's that's a different feeling than what I normally have,
because often I don't believe in myself or we as people don't believe in ourselves.
So once I'm writing that affirmation and
I have felt that feeling in my body. I just keep writing and as I write four
times five times six times I start to notice that that feeling has changed and
I no longer am in that feeling, I'm now in my own mind and my own normal
feelings about whatever that affirmation is. So maybe I'm writing like, I believe
in myself, but I'm like ugh I really don't believe in myself, like this isn't true.
So then I pay attention to the thoughts behind that, like why isn't it true, why
don't I believe in myself, and different stories and ideas will come up.
Today when I was writing the affirmation I thought about how we often don't believe
in ourselves until there's absolute necessity.
So the first story that came up into my mind was a story about one of my
favorite authors JK Rowling. One of everyone's favorite authors.
And I thought about how she says she knew that she had to publish Harry Potter because
she saw the necessity of getting out of being poor and realized she needed to
accomplish her dream like she had always wanted to be a writer but she hadn't
actually taken that step to actually get that book out there, and she said she
just knew it deep in her bones and she said, it was necessary that I got this
published so that my daughter and I could have a better life.
So this story that arises in my mind is about another person, and it helps me to understand
what I feel about this affirmation, what I feel about believing in myself.
There was a time in my life where I didn't believe that I could travel. I believed
that I was meant to travel one day, but at this time in my life I just believed
that money was too big of an obstacle. I believed that my job would hold me back.
I believed that I simply couldn't do it
So the first time that I truly traveled I did a study abroad program to Spain and it was
during college. At this time in my life I was having a very difficult time in my
personal life and I literally wanted to fly away. Suddenly I wasn't scared of my
job holding me back, I wasn't scared of finances holding me back, I wasn't scared
of my personal life holding me back I just thought I'm gonna go do this and
I believe I can. In this instance it was only out of necessity that I finally
believed in a dream that I had held for a very long time. The process of me
writing this simple small sentence helped me to uncover a story I had in my
mind, it helped me to uncover beliefs that I keep inside of myself to kind of
keep me from going after what I really want in life. As you write your own
affirmations, notice the feelings, ideas, and stories that come up. The biggest
thing I want you to notice is how your life would change if you actually
accepted the positive thought and found a way to make it real in your life.
Notice how your life would change, think about everything that could change for you.
So you can write your affirmations five times every morning, 20 times a day,
you can have one big half-hour long session with a specific affirmation, you
can then journal about what came up during your affirmation or talk to
someone close to you about it, and notice how they begin to change you.
Thanks for joining me in this. I'm so happy you're here. Namaste.
