Yana, what's the easiest way to make coffee?
- I'd say it's coffee in a cup.
- Really? You can just brew coffee in a cup, and it will be a right way?
-Yes, everyone does it!
-Yes, but not everyone knows how to make good coffee in a cup
and get a cup of dirt as a result.
Several tips: the coffee itself,
its roast and grind,
which should happen as close to the brewing as possible
finally, it's the right water.
-Okay, then let's make it and show it.
-First, the cup always must be warm.
You need to pour some hot water in a cup,

Take medium ground coffee
One cup requires 11 grams of coffee

The anti-American epidemic within the National
Football League has reached pandemic proportions as the Commissioner sits back and allows the
problem to persist while it gets worse each day.
If the league doesn't get ahead of the problem immediately and change the course the season
is going, it could be the end of the NFL as we know it.
However, the star player for the Green Bay Packers wants to ensure that happens with
what he announced he'll be doing at the next game that could officially destroy his
entire team.
The point with the National Anthem protests have been made and now it's time for it
to stop, but that doesn't seem like it will happen anytime soon.
The competition level within the sport has transferred from the actual game to who can
make a bigger, more disgusting statement than the last athlete.
It appears that Packers' Aaron Rogers wants that title in a sudden surprising move.
Of all the teams in the NFL, the Packers was among those who have gone against the grain
and not wasted airtime and energy protesting.
This was in large part due to coach Mike McCarthy's unique approach to combating this issue on
his field.
From the start of the preseason when the protests began, McCarthy preempted the problem on his
team by educating his players on why we stand for the anthem since ignorance is why most
of the idiotic athletes are sitting or kneeling on the sidelines.
He's put the knowledge of the real history of this nation on the field to stop players
from making fools of themselves with protests.
However, his quarterback didn't listen to this lesson, or one of the team owners'
shocking ultimatum yesterday.
Rogers just proved that players don't care about anything other than the attention they
get.
Just hours after one of his team's shareholders announced that he's ready to call it quits
if the protests across the NFL persist because he's livid about what it's done to the
league.
The quarterback must have taken that as a challenge, spitting on this man's massive
investment and followed up the announcement with one of his own.
Circa reports:
National Football League (NFL) star Aaron Rodgers says that fans should lock arms during
his next game in a show of solidarity with players.
"This is about equality," he told Packers News Tuesday.
"This is about unity and love and growing together as a society, and starting a conversation
around something that may be a little bit uncomfortable for people."
Who it's really "uncomfortable" for is the shareholder of his team who is rightfully
fed-up with these constant antics that distract from the sport.
It's time to separate athletics and politics and let people enjoy this past time again.
Now he's probably panicking about the loss of revenue his franchise will likely face
like the others teams have experience who brought protests on the field.
Rogers' misguided move to lock arms in the name of "equality" and push this agenda
could destroy his team if the shareholder sticks to his threat of bailing out of the
business and if fans start boycotting too.
This seems to have already begun based on the reactions.
The quarterback explained more about why he decided to suddenly do this protest now.
"But we've got to come together and talk about these things and grow as a community,
as a connected group of individuals in our society, and we're going to continue to
show love and unity," the Green Bay Packers quarterback added, according to Circa.
"And this week we're going to ask the fans to join in as well and come together
and show people that we can be connected and we can grow together."
The furious shareholder unloaded his ultimatum to the players in a phone conversation with
the news outlet The Daily Caller, as we reported yesterday.
He didn't hold back when he expressed how upset he is with protesting and it's a sentiment
that most Americans share at this point in the protests, more than what Rodgers had to
say.
"I am f*****g livid right now.
I see this s**t and I lose my mind.
It needs to end immediately," the owner shouted over the phone the phone with the
news source on Monday night.
"I'll give up football completely and find something else to do with my time if
this continues," he added.
"This horse s**t must end.
These players are so out of touch.
They disrespect our flag and then wonder why Trump won.
It's a no-brainer.
This is so disrespectful."
"People will run to college football over the NFL in droves if these protests continue,"
the owner ended the conversation in saying.
Regardless of how much money he has in his team, he's willing to relinquish control
over his massive investment because he's so fed up, and who can blame him?
Despite it being disrespectful, it's nauseating to see.
People are tired of it, including the guy who has a ton of money invested in it.
The players are too arrogant to see it or care because they are loving all the attention
they're getting for it.

Jurgen Klopp keeping calm; the goals will come says Alexander-Arnold
For Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp it is simply a case of going back to the training ground as he targets improvements at either end of the pitch.
The 1-1 Champions League draw with Spartak Moscow was typical of many matches which had gone before – plenty of dominance but not enough return.
Klopp's defenders have been criticised this season but a closer inspection of the bare statistics would suggest there is plenty of room for improvement up front.
The fielding of what has already become known as the German's 'Fab Four' – Philippe Coutinho, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino – was supposed to be the answer to a problem which has seen the Reds take 120 shots but score just seven goals in five matches since the 5-0 loss to Manchester City.
Klopp admits converting a fraction of those chances would not only have produced vastly improved results but would have also quelled the vocal attacks on his back four.
But he did admit his front four need time to gel after making their first competitive start together and that can only be achieved with more time at the club's Melwood training complex – and on match days.
"We have to keep on working, that's how it is," said Klopp.
"We have to carry on, we have to create, we have to protect, we have to defend and then to score.
"Obviously we didn't score often enough (against Spartak) and that's a fact, but let's go on.
There were encouraging glimpses in Moscow that the quartet can be everything they are expected to be, with Coutinho and Mane combining for the Brazil international, back to his best form after a summer of back injuries and interest from Barcelona, to score.
Defender Trent Alexander-Arnold believes it is inevitable they will click into gear in the near future.
"Each game, we're getting better and stronger.
You can see that in our performances," he told liverpoolfc.com.
"It's just the goals that are missing at the moment but with time they'll come and we'll get better and better.
"We created a lot more chances than they did and had a lot more shots.
We just couldn't get that second goal.
We're disappointed.".
Next up is Sunday's trip to Newcastle and a reunion with former Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez.
The wily Spaniard is guaranteed to have a tactical plan to negate Klopp's attacking thrust but Alexander-Arnold is confident they can record back-to-back Premier League wins for only the second time this season.
"It's just before the international break so we'll try to go into that with three points," he added.
"We'll keep fighting every week to try to get as many points as we can in every competition we play in.
"We've got the quality in the team to keep going and keep getting better.
Everyone is improving with every game and soon we'll be a force.".

Sometimes football makes absolutely no sense at all.
Two points were left unclaimed in Moscow, yet Steven Scragg sees a path beyond the group stages for Liverpool.
Here are five thoughts.
Europe was always going to be fraught with oddities this season, and this one was as odd as it gets.
A number of incidents from Moscow will be hard to dislodge from the consciousness over the coming days.

We continue to fumble around for it.
Jurgen Klopp struck that unsettling image of the calmly deranged Bond villain.
You can see the visible signs of how he is seething, in these circumstances, in a way he doesn't on days when the defence is set to malfunction mode.
Profligacy appears to goad him, more than defensive frailties do.
It probably explains why we aren't short of game-changing players, while we, as supporters, cry out for a centre back of substance.
CHEESE AND ONION CRISPS.
We all know that person who eats the cheese and onion crisps from the multipack.
They don't do it because they love cheese and onion crisps, they do it because they love the people in the house that don't like cheese and onion crisps.
These people are the glue, who hold the family together.

We need more players who are willing to take on those unwanted packets of cheese and onion.
It is they, who are the real heroes.
It is they, who will facilitate victories on evenings like these ones.
James Milner eats cheese and onion crisps, of that there is no doubt.
While I'm not suggesting that Milner is the answer, it is players with a similar type of mindset to Milner that we need more of.
Again, balance is the key.
Adam Lallana might need to eat some cheese and onion crisps when he returns.
NO COMPLAINTS. The defence did alright.
No cause for complaint, in the main.
That is lovely. Lovely and unusual.
FROM HERE?.
Beat Maribor home and away basically.
If we come away from Slovenia without a win, progression becomes a minefield, with a trip to Sevilla still upon the horizon.
Win, and it is the springboard to reaching the group stages.
It's difficult to judge what we should be expecting from Europe this season.
This is only our second foray into the Champions League since the days of Rafa Benitez.
We are no longer one of the seasoned campaigners.
We didn't take part in Europe at-all last season, yet in 2015/16, upon the crest of a wave, Klopp took us to the Europa League final.
More profligacy like in Moscow and we could well be heading back to the same competition in the new year.
Conversely, a draw in Moscow might look a more valuable commodity by the time we see Spartak arrive at Anfield in December.
Should we pick up six points from the upcoming games against Maribor, and Sevilla win the ballast of points in their games against Spartak, then Group E will look comfortingly lopsided by the time we head to Andalusia.
We have a strange situation where Klopp feels like a Champions League novice in trying to translate a team he wants to attack frequently, to European football's premier competition, at a time when it is also jarring domestically.
It leaves a suspicion that we are spreading ourselves too thinly.
Klopp however, is still the same manager who led Borussia Dortmund to a Champions League final not all that long ago.
There is a myriad of possibilities for us from here.
We will need to be word perfect against Maribor though.

The agent of Mario Rui has shed some light on Ghoulams situation.
Portuguese left-back Rui is on loan from Roma and is expected to step in when Ghoulam leaves.
His representative Mario Giuffredi said: Im sure that as soon as hes ready Mario Rui will demonstrate his worth even if, it has to be said, Ghoulam is irreplaceable right now.
I dont think Ghoulam will renew with Napoli and its enough to think that in four months hell be able to sign for whoever he wants for nothing.
He could earn €5m and if I were his agent Id do that, and I dont think the others are stupid.
Jurgen Klopp is thought to be an admirer of the left-back.
Blues boss Antonio Conte is also believed to be keen on the Algerian defender.
I dont believe these stories that Ghoulam wants to renew, if he wanted to renew hed already have done it.
Besides, with the way hes playing Napoli cant afford to put him in the stands.
After August 31, its the player who has the handle of the knife..

LIVERPOOL are said to be keeping tabs on Rosenborg starlet Olaus Jair Skarsem.
Former Reds defender Stig Inge Bjornebye is sporting director at the Norwegian club.
Olaus Jair Skarsem is believed to have been scouted by Liverpool.
Olaus Jair Skarsem works under former Reds defender Stig Inge Bjornebye, who is sports director at Rosenborg.
And, according to reports in Norway, Reds are monitoring the 19-year-old midfielder.
Skarsem is currently playing in the Rosenborg 2 squad, although he made his debut in 2016 and and is regarded as one for the future.
Kare Ingebrigtsen side won the league last year but failed to make it through to the Champions League group stage after a play-off round defeat to Celtic.
It remains to be seen whether Skarsem will feature in their Europa League campaign.
But he is not the only young playmaker being eyed by Liverpool.

And I feel incredibly, incredibly joyous being here.
And I have no doubt in my mind that this is the place for Enlightenment.
This is the place for Karma removal.
And of late, I was told that it is also the place where you can practice Shreem Brzee.
And how Shreem can create and how Brzee can give the power of the three Gods -- Brahma,
Vishnu and Shiva -- the Trinity.
And that's not my intention to talk about it.
Because if I get into that, it will be a long talk which I don't want to do now at this
very sacred time, 3:30a.m. or so, in the morning.
And I just opened the door, just to let the air come in.
So what I'm going to share with you now is very, very important.
Now, there are many approaches to contact the Divine or experience the Divine.
One is through Yoga, not simply the physical Yoga, but the meditation part Yoga, which
is called Raja Yoga.
There, you get into Samadhi, which is altered states of Consciousness.
And through that Consciousness, you attain.
And then there is an inquiry Yoga, which is called Gnana Yoga - where through reasoning,
you'll get a level of understanding who you are, like Ramana Maharishi who came here to
the mountain.
He practiced Gnana Yoga, and then he kept asking the question, "Who Am I?
Who Am I?
Who Am I?
Who Am I?"
And then, he kept on asking until he found out that he was Brahman.
He was God.
But it is still confusing because he had a very painful death.
And he reacted to the pain like anybody else.
So I'm not going to even talk about that, because I have talked about it elsewhere too.
So what I'm going to talk about is — What am I going to do in the future, in terms of
teaching?
And I am going to share with you what is happening to me.
And in terms of understanding how to get closer to the Divine and how to make your life useful
while you are on this earth plane.
It's a great plane to be on.
But then, most of the time on this plane, you just while away time in fun and pleasure
of the senses.
That's silly.
And then one day, you leave the plane, just to come back.
Because after that, you know, there is a part of you that realizes the goodness of the [earth]
plane.
But then once you come here and then you get lost in the senses, in Maya and in Karma.
At least, the least that can be done is to be here in the presence of the mountain, to
look at the mountain, and to breathe the air that passes over the mountain and into your
nostrils.
And there are very many teachings of how to stop breathing.
Only when you stop the nostril breathing and then some other breathing takes over, which
is called the Soul breathing -- I call it the mid-Brain breathing or Pineal breathing.
Some people call it the breathing of the Heart.
And thence forward, there won't be any illness.
There won't be any pain in life.
Then you have access to everything that can give you Enlightenment.

For the LGBTQ community, for those of us who were inspired by the way the community operated
during the height of the AIDS pandemic, there was a world that we were living in where people
were dying in droves, and we were at several funerals a week and we were looking at a government
that has talked about how "compassionate" they are, and there was no compassion coming
to this community.
And so there were pieces that were being written, places in which you were beginning to see
that people were looking at this community in a new way.
I mean, you look at Elizabeth Taylor and how she dealt with Rock Hudson and how she would
go to Congress and talk to them about getting money and funding, and there was Larry Kramer,
and my friend Paul Monette who wrote the book 'Borrowed Time: An AIDS Memoir' and 'Becoming
a Man: Half a Life Story', and you're watching a community become a force, banding together
to operate at a level of community and commitment to each other when there was no help forthcoming
from anywhere else.
You saw Cleve Jones create the AIDS quilt, The NAMES Project, the AIDS Memorial Quilt.
You saw Larry Kramer's 'The Normal Heart', and then you saw it brought back to Broadway
years later and then Ryan Murphy turned it into the HBO movie.
You saw Ellen DeGeneres talk about being gay and coming out on television, 'Will and Grace',
Ellen on the cover of Time.
And what happened was the community began to take itself as a profound, powerful non-victim;
assertive in the world.
You saw Larry Kramer—you saw Act Up get created.
You watched people take care of their own.
You saw families torn apart and parents not coming to the deathbed of their sons because
when they found out that they had AIDS that meant that they were gay, and they cut them
off.
So we were living in a world in which a community was turned upside down and became this magnificent
example to the world of how to be of service.
And I said to myself, "I want to be there to be a support in anyway that I can."
And watching that and seeing that and knowing that I wanted to be part of a community that
so inspired me with the way that they were operating, and you began to see all of these
stories come up in our business, you know, on Broadway, plays and television and films
and movies—I mean, Tom Hanks winning the Oscar for 'Philadelphia'.
You were watching something happen where I began to see that we were, by the example
of the LGBQ community, we were one human family.
We were, all of us, in this.
And everybody said, "if one of us has AIDS, everybody has AIDS," and everyone took that
seriously.
And then you begin to see organizations popping up all over the place.
I mean in Los Angeles we were cooking for people and delivering meals and that was Project
Angel Food, and then here you had God's Love We Deliver and you watched people rally
to each other and care from a depth of compassion that had not been seen before.
And so those were the examples that I would say really started to move from a community
out into the world.
And don't think we're far enough yet.
I think we have farther to go.
The fact that we have same-sex marriage is just wonderful and due to the absolute diligent
work of so many people in the community.
The demonstration to me about how we remove bigotry and prejudice and divisiveness and
cruelty from the system, from all of our systems around the world, this is the demonstration
of where it is happening and we're not there yet.
And that's why, for me—not why but the fact that I am on a show like 'Transparent'
that you can see on Amazon Prime—and some people know it and some people don't know
it.
And people laugh at me when I say, "I'm on this show" and then go, "Yeah, yeah,
yeah we know it."
But when you see that the time has come, "It is an idea whose time has come," like Victor
Hugo said, all of a sudden we are in this new zeitgeist of something that's happening.
Jeffrey Tambor described it, he said— when 'Transparent' came on he said, "The arrow
had already been shot from the bow, we were riding on the arrow.
It had already happened in the zeitgeist."
And when you have somebody like Jill Soloway whose parent comes out at 70 years old and
says, "Actually this is who I really am," and what does it mean to tell your family
member, "The person you thought I was, that's not who I am.
I will be brave enough, courageous enough, out in the world enough, longing to not be
on my deathbed and think, 'What if I don't do this, will I regret it?
I want to live the life I want to live.
I want to live free and I want to live true to myself.
I want to be authentic.'"
That to me is the most remarkable courage in the community because they are saying,
"I am this person.
This is who I am—and will you still love me if I tell you who I really am?"
And isn't that what we all want?
That we want to be loved for all of who we are?
So I think more work needs to be done.
We're still doing it to the degree that we can.
Somebody in our community, Michael Friedman, the genius who wrote 'Bloody Bloody Andrew
Jackson' just passed away from AIDS complications a few days ago.
We're still in it, and we are called to come from the better angels of our nature.

We'll start with a quick strat for World questing, then go through teams for every single pet
family for progress on the Family Fighter achievement.

Looking at these things makes me deeply uncomfortable so I will be glad to smack it around with
some bunnies.
First up, the fastest strategy for everyday world questing, which also doubles as the
Beast strategy.
We're using a zandalari raptor with more than 281 speed with Black Claw, then a Giraffe
Calf with more than 281 speed or a Summit Kid and you want that set up with Stampede.
For the third pet you can just grab any beast.
You're gonna hear that more than 281 a lot this video just because that's how fast he
is and for once it's a reasonable bar to beat.
Starting with the raptor use Black Claw and proceed to get smoked by the cannon.
Bring in the Giraffe and Stampede him to death.
It's like the Lion King but less sad.
Next we'll do Aquatic.
I'm using my Ghost Shark with Huge Sharp Teeth, Blood in the Water and Dive, then a speedy
frog with Tongue Lash and Swarm.
By speedy I mean over 281 speed, which can be tricky to find in a frog.
Mojo is an easy pick since he will always be fast enough.
Starting with the Ghost Shark, use Dive to avoid the Cannon.
Next we're going to use Huge Sharp Teeth, then Blood in the Water, then Teeth twice
more before you Dive again.
Then it's Blood in the Water one last time before you eat the Antaen Cannon.
With One of Many over halfway done it's time to bring in a frog, use Swarm of Flies and
Tongue Lash your way to victory.
He's got like six heads but he can't deal with tongues.

I'm using a Rabbit with Flurry, Dodge and Burrow, then a Marsuul with Flurry, Burrow,

my new Marsuul buddies.
Starting with my bunny I'll use Burrow, then flurry, then dodge.
Flurry three more times, then burrow to deny him a heal.
He wrecks you with cannon but he's over halfway doomed so no worries.
On my Marsuul I'll use Flurry twice, then Burrow, then back to Flurrying.
Turns out I didn't really need Feign Death but it's nice to have handy in the event of
a Cannon emergency.
For the Elemental strategy I have a Sproutling pet with more than 281 speed set up with Lash,
Refuge and Fist of the Forest.
Second slot is my Cinderweb Recluse with Skitter and Paralyzing Venom, while third is the classic
Pandaren Water Spirit with Water Jet, Dive and Geyser.
Starting with the Sprouting use Refuge, then Fist of the Forest, then swap to the Cinderweb
Recluse.
I'm going to use Paralyzing Venom on cooldown and mash Skitter in between.
When the spider dies I'll bring back the Sproutling, use Fist of the Forest again, Lash once then
use Refuge.
Lash three more times then one more Fist of the Forest before the Sproutling dies.
The boss is almost done but he does have Cannon back up so we'll dive first, then use Water
Jet to finish the fight.
Next up is Humanoid.
In the first slot bring a pet with Wild Magic and over 281 speed such as the Ashleaf Spriteling,
the Corefire Imp or even the Diablo 3 Treasure Goblin.
In the second slot, you want Squirky with Bubble and Stampede.
Starting with the Spriteling, lay down Wild Magic then die horribly to the cannon.
Bring in Squirky, use Bubble then Stampede.
When the stampede is over, stampede again.
It worked the last time.
Next, we'll do mechanical.
I'm using a Draenei micro defender with Metal Fist, Reflective Shield and Ion Cannon, a
Pocket Cannon with Explode and then a Mechanical Frostboar with Missile and Decoy but that
third slot is pretty flexible.
Starting with the Micro Defender, we're going to do something very fun which is use Reflective
Shield and reflect his Antaen Cannon.
That maxes out the amount of damage you're allowed to do in one turn and MAN does it
feel good.
Then, use Metal Fist followed by Ion Cannon to really max out your mileage.
With that done, bring in the Pocket Canon.
Pick any damage shot, doesn't matter and press it four times for two shots, then Explode.
The Frostboar comes out and we're almost done so I'll sling a couple of Missiles at him.
If it was less close you might consider throwing up a safety decoy.
Next up is Dragonkin.
I'm using my Twilight Clutch-Sister with Twilight Fire, Phase Shift and Twilight Meteorite,
Yu'la with Breath, Celestial Blessing and Life Exchange, and a Sprite Darter Hatchling
with over 281 speed set up with Arcane Blast, Evanescence and Moonfire.
The Sprite Darter could be a Nether Faerie Dragon with the same moves as long as the
speed is greater than 281.
This one is kinda long so bear with me as a I put a massive paragraph of move order
on your screen.
Starting with the Clutch Sister use Phase Shift, then Twilight Fire - Twilight Meteorite
and Twilight Fire again.
Swap to the Yu'la.
Use Celestial Blessing, and then a big Life Exchange.
Then swap in the Sprite Darter.
Use Evanescences, then Moonfire, then Arcane Blast three times.
And again.
Evanescence, Moonfire, Arcane Blast until your Faerie Dragon dies.
He just used Cannon so I'll bring in Yu'la, use Breath twice, then Celestial Blessing.
Baby Life Exchange, then Breath until Yu'la dies.
Our Clutch Sister is still clutching on Twilight Fire, then Phase Shift, then Twilight Fire
followed by Meteorite does the trick.
It's probably OK if you lose track of your move order - just dodge cannons and do damage
as best you can and get at least one juicy early Life exchange.
I believe in you.
Next is Flying.
In my first slot is a Skyfin pet with Wild Magic or you could use a moth with Call Lightning
and second is our best bud Ikky with Black Claw and Flock.
Any flying third will do.
This is considerably simpler than the dragon fiasco.
Use Wild Magic, and the skyfin dies.
Then it's Black Claw and Flock to rescue.
Ikky is truly the Anklerender of the skies.
Next we've got Magic.
I'm using an Eye of Observation with Lens Flare and Powerball, a Spectral Porcupette
with Powerball, Spirit Spikes and Illusionary Barrier and third is any Surge of Power pet
with a spammable damage move.
I used Empowered Manafiend due to his strong attack stat.
Starting with the Eye I'll use Powerball three times, then Lens Flare.
That reduces his hit chance by 50%, which can be very nice.
After lens flare go back to mashing Powerball and using Lens Flare on cooldown.
Depending on your luck, you should get the boss to about half health.
With the Porcupette, you want to take a look at the cooldown of his moves.
Use Illusionary Barrier when there is one or zero rounds remaining on his Cannon cooldown.
If there was one, you want to pass the following turn so it eats both the Consume and the Cannon.
Then, Powerball twice before setting up a Spirit Spikes.
That'll reduce the damage you take from that consume, which reduces his heal.
Then it's back to spamming Powerball, and again use the barrier when there is one round
left on his Cannon cooldown.
The cooldown tracker you see here is part of the PetTracker addon pack.
When your Porcupette dies, bring out the manafiend.
Your job is to Arcane Blast him into Surge of Power range, which here took about two
Arcane Blasts.
Last up is Undead.
I'm using a Fragment of Desire with Reflective Shield and Soulrush, a Ghastly Rat with Flurry,
Swarm of Flies and Crouch and in third I have the Ghastly Kid.
That goat is nice for this fight but as it turns out I didn't need him.
Start with the fragment, use Reflective Shield to reflect his cannon and then Soulrush on
your bonus Undead round.
Bring out the Ghastly Rat and use Swarm of Flies, then Crouch, then start flurrying.
If you have bad luck with Flurry you might need to give him a nice Hoof with the Goat
and you do have Ethereal just in case you need to block an emergency Cannon.
Always be prepared.

hello ladies gentlemen and persons in between my name is Tim Snowborn and I'm
here today with another channel update for this episode of serious issues
I know I just gave you a channel update a couple of weeks ago but again I'm
continually trying to improve my channel and grow it and I've been watching all
these YouTube gurus talk about what you need to do to grow your channel and one
of the things that they repeatedly say is that you need to be doing at least
three videos a week for the YouTube algorithms to really embrace you now I
always intended to do three videos a week no more hopefully I don't you know
I don't want I like making videos but I don't want to turn this into work I
don't want this to be work that I enjoy and if I have to do it every day I mean
you know I want I want enough down time I want to relax
like I know jacksepticeye puts out two videos every day I never want to do that
ever I don't want to do one video a day because it just seems like too much work
even if you really enjoy what you're doing I mean theoretically this is
supposed to be work you enjoy but there's a lot of editing and
behind-the-scenes stuff that it's still kind of work I'm not quite at the point
where I enjoy this enough to do it every day maybe someday I will be but I was
really hoping that I wouldn't be doing three videos a week until I have enough
free time to do that but right now I still have a day job and you know I got
to go to work and come home and I don't have a car I live in Seattle and I don't
have a car I could afford one if I really wanted one but right now I think
I like the money that I'm saving by not having one right now I don't feel like
paying a car payments and gas and repairs and maintenance and parking
permits I don't have the stress of looking for a place to park so it takes
longer to get everywhere but I'm saving a lot of money so I'm going to work I'm
I'm going to work on the bus I'm coming home on the bus and it all takes a lot
longer than I would if I had a car so that's part of the reason that I'm doing
so many videos on my phone is because I can edit on my phone while I'm riding
the bus and I know like three videos a week right now with a full-time job
it's it's it's so much work like I'm gonna spend the rest of today shooting
and editing this video and maybe getting a jump on the next one I might start
going to a I might start going to a Monday Wednesday Friday schedule I'm not
sure about that but if I may be doing three videos a week I was thinking I was
gonna do Tuesday Wednesday Thursday but that means I don't know that I have to
shoot them all on one day or I just don't know how that would work I might
need one day in between to shoot and edit the next video so I'm still not
sure how all this is going to work out there's three videos a week business but
that's what I'm doing because that's apparently what I need to do I was
really hoping that I could get by on one or two videos a week until I get big
enough to have more free time you know I really want to make better more fun
videos this sitting here and talking business I mean I like it to an extent
but I want to do my I've got all these ideas for fun videos that I want to do
and I've told you I don't really have anybody to help me right now but I also
just don't have the time those other videos take more time and I don't have
that and now that I'm doing three videos a week I'm going to be I'm gonna have
less time to do that I was also you know I wanted to do some professional
development stuff where I learn new techniques and improve my craft and
everything so three videos a week kind of sucks right now
I don't know what sort of topic schedule I'll have and I mean I'm definitely
going to continue doing the politics of course I might do politics one day and
then technology the next day and then fun time not so serious issues the next
day but the thing is I'm not totally sure
that I have enough ideas for the technology side to do that every week I
mean maybe I do I don't know maybe that might be it
the goal here as I think I've said before is to make a full-time living
from this or failing that a part-time living or one day off just give me one
day off a week if I could just make enough money to take one day off per
week which would be a Wednesday by the way because then you know two days work
one day off two days work two days off two days work one day off that pattern
I'm also tweaking my intro you may have noticed I added that little tagline
politics technology and other trivialities they say you gotta sum up
what your channel is about and I guess that does it well enough although I
think the pictures that I put the pictures that I put next to mind donkey
the elephant the robot - thinker the smiley emoticon I think that summarizes
my channel fairly well I would appreciate any channel critique that
anyone out there would care to give me I crave constructive criticism if
there's anything you could you think that I can do to improve my thumbnails
my titles any of my graphics I guess you can't really help me with my tags my
total SEO unless you know what my tags are even the content you know what you'd
like to see more of what you'd like to see less of I'm doing what I want to do
here these are the kinds of things these are kind of videos that I want to make
well kind of again I'm not getting again I don't get to do the fun stuff as much
as I want to I might use the third day to just kind of rant about I mean I
don't want to I don't I don't want to you know if I want to say rant because I
don't want to just sit here and complain all the time that's not a baby I want to
I want a positive Channel despite when I'm sitting there doing right now I
might use the third day to just sort of you know do a journal like I'm doing
right now this is basically sort of a journal thing a very casual off-the-cuff
journal entry like a like a live journal I might use the third day for that maybe
I'll go politics one week two the next week politics technology and
alternate on the first day and then the second day will be kind of a casual
Journal rant sort of thing and then third day will be something fun I don't
know but that's what's going on right now I wanted to keep you abreast of the
changes again any critique you care to make of the channel why a thing I can do
to improve this I love feedback as long as its presented constructively thank

my channel first oh well even just right now there's only 22 of you right now but

IRS Hands Over Info On Trump Officials To Special Prosecutor - Duration: 3:40.
According to a new report on CNN, the IRS is officially handing over documents to special
prosecutor Robert Mueller in his investigation into possible collusion and criminal activity
in the Trump campaign and the Trump administration.
This latest information shows what they believe is that Mueller is looking into the IRS tax
returns from people like Paul Manafort and Michael Flynn.
Manafort worked on the campaign.
Flynn worked in the administration.
They're trying to find out what kind of payments either person received from groups like Russia
or Turkey, or any other foreign entity.
However, we do not know for sure that those are the people that Mueller got information
on, and we do not know if Mueller received information from Donald Trump's tax returns.
Right now this is all still speculation, but we do know that both former and current members
of both the Trump campaign and the Trump administration have been targeted, and their information
from the IRS has been handed over the Robert Mueller.
According to reports, what he's seeking is banking records and real estate records.
It's that second one that leads many people to believe that he actually is looking at
Donald Trump's tax returns.
One of the things we know that came out recently was one of Donald Trump's associates that
he bought some property with and took out some loans with up North had actually been
convicted on criminal charges.
Trump knew this but still sought a loan with this person, which is highly illegal.
That could be one of the things that Mueller is looking into, because that definitely would
point to some criminal activity on Trump's part that actually has nothing to do with
the original intent of this investigation.
Robert Mueller has a special power that was granted to him by the interim AG when he was
appointed.
He is allowed to pursue any form of criminal evidence in this investigation whether or
not it relates to the initial claim of collusion with the country of Russia, meaning if Mueller
uncovers something that he thinks might lead to a completely different financial crime
by anyone that's been swept up in this investigation, he is allowed to pursue that crime, as well,
in addition to the original investigation of collusion.
So don't think that just because Mueller's got Trump's tax returns and they don't show
that he colluded or received payments, don't think for a minute that that doesn't mean
Donald Trump can't be prosecuted for something else, because it absolutely does.
I think that's why Mueller is taking his time here, working with the IRS, trying to get
as much information as possible on as many people as possible, so that one day he can
walk into the Senate or walk into the White House or walk up to a podium for a press conference,
drop a file and say, "Hey, I've got 15 indictments in my hand for 15 different people.
Line up and come get them, Trump administration."
I think that's what most people in this country are hoping for at this point.

Nobody really knows the makeup
of the perfect astronaut.
We really don't know the phases and the
discrete changes that occur over time
in confinement.

we're going from an analog

to the astronaut corps for the purpose
of sustaining them as well as their health.

an application in addition to more than just
the astronaut corps.
Astronauts are very orderly

because they depend upon
connecting back to Earth
for their safety and their survival.
I'm told that they're told from the beginning
that the goal is to be
a member of a very strong
and sustainable team.
Even though we work toward
selecting subjects that will build
the ideal team,
we honor the individualism
that each of the subjects has.

in how a person
may morph or change over time

Benefits Of Cold Showers For Weight Loss And Strength - Duration: 8:03.
Hey guys what's up! So today we're talking about cold showers, cold
temperatures and whether that can actually help you lose weight and
recover better from your workouts. It sounds really weird, but this is actually
not a new idea and there have been studies around on this subject for a long
time. So in today's video I'm just gonna briefly talk about what the data shows
and whether it's significant enough to actually take cold showers on a daily
basis for the purpose of weight loss. So let's get started.
So, fundamentally it's true because it's a survival mechanism. So there's
something called 'non-shivering thermogenesis', so when the body cools
your body naturally wants to go back to its optimal temperature and in order to
do so it needs to burn more energy or calories in order to heat up and this is
especially evident if you're shivering. If you're shivering you're expending a
lot of energy so that your body warms up and so therefore you're burning more
calories. So essentially yes this is true. If this mechanism were to help you be
in a caloric deficit then sure it can be a means of fat loss. So in the Journal
of applied physiology in 1985 they had a study where they compared a control and
they compared a person who immersed themselves in a cold water bath with
like ice for two hours, two hours is a long time to be in that temperature, but
they found that the person who was in the cold water in fact lost a lot of fat
in comparison to the control. Now don't worry I'm not going to be telling you
or recommending to sit in a bathtub for two hours, but the result was
interesting nonetheless. Now even if we go back in the past there were Stoics,
Stoic philosophers like Seneca, for example, who would swim through cold
waters as a test of self-control and discipline and although it's not
necessarily for the reason of losing fat this definitely isn't like an old
phenomenon of something which is being done intentionally by human beings. So,
let's move onto exactly how it helps you lose fat. Contrary to common belief
we don't just have one kind of fat, we have brown fat and we have white fat. And
brown fat in fact is actually metabolically active and that
means it's more similar to a muscle than the fat you're probably
imagining in your head. It's metabolically active meaning it burns
calories and leaner people, athletic people who have less body fat overall
tend to have a higher proportion of brown fat and the obese tend to
have more white fat. So, not all fat has made the same. Now some of the theories
that are going around are saying that cold water immersion, showers,
temperatures, actually help one promote more brown fat in the body as opposed to
white fat. Now I honestly couldn't find that many studies just yet on this, but
but it makes sense because the cold water is working on the same mechanisms
as exercise does, right? So there's a hormone in the body called Irisin and
when this increases, fat burning in the body basically increases. Fat cells are
able to metabolise fatty acids and therefore your body can metabolise fat and
burn fat easier. And irisin increases when you exercise, but also increases
when you immerse yourself in cold temperatures and and that's why many
people say that cold water and exercise work on very similar mechanisms. So more
irisin in general means better cardiovascular health, stronger bones,
leaner bodies and this increases with cold water and exercise. So cold water,
cold showers, for example, may be able to contribute to more irisin which may
contribute to all these positive aspects which are usually just associated with
exercise. Now, listen... I want you to think about cold
water immersion and cold showers, in this way. Any good economist is gonna tell you
that having different streams of income is better because your wealth isn't
contingent on one thing and if you lose something then all your wealth is going
to go away. If you have lots of streams of income, then you have lots of
different stable options and lots of things are bringing in lots of money.
I want you to think about this for exercise. So here's the analogy. You want
to think of nutrition as your full-time job, exercise as your part-time job and
then little things like cold water immersion or taking supplements, these
things are your side hustle, right? These are things you're just doing on the side
for passive income and extra coin. But your main priority of course is
your nutrition and your fitness. So you can't just take cold showers and expect
to get the body of your dreams if you're ignoring nutrition and fitness. I know
plenty of you are reasonable and you know this, but I just have to put it out
there because there are some people in the world that will see that cold
showers have similar benefits to exercise and therefore just take cold
showers. So let's move on to how cold showers may perhaps affect muscle
recovery and strength in your body. So if you're an athlete or you gym
rigorously and regularly then taking cold baths or cold showers can be really
good for your level of recovery. Another really cool thing you can do is
alternating between hot and cold. So the contrast and temperatures actually helps
with circulation and allowing blood to flow to the surface of your muscles and
your skin. So switching the knob from hot to cold
at the end of your shower can be a great way to incorporate this and get the
benefits from both hot and cold temperatures because there are benefits
from both temperatures and we shouldn't just stick to one. So heat affects our
RNA and our DNA; too much of it is a bad thing. There are also some studies which
show that testosterone decreases with a heat and temperature exposure. This is
why you're testicles, for example, hang low so they cool, right? And this is
why people will tell you don't have your laptop on your lap, because the heat is
really bad for your testes and thus your testosterone and the thing is... cold
showers potentially help with this and this is why Russian powerlifters
before their competitions would immerse themselves in cold temperatures
beforehand to increase their testosterone, theoretically. Whether the
amount your testosterone increases from a practice like this is significant
enough to really really increase your muscle growth and strength, that's
unknown and that's unlikely, but you know, everything kind of adds up. If you're
exposing yourself to enough Sun, if you're sleeping enough, if you're
exposing yourself to cold temperatures and trying to prevent
exposure to hot temperatures, then all these things add up and overall they may
make a significant change to your testosterone levels and thus your
ability to feel good and be stronger and be more athletic. But honestly I
personally think all these benefits aren't that important. I think
the biggest benefit you can get from exposing yourself to cold temperatures
is just the voluntary discomfort. Having the discipline to constantly put
yourself in situations which are uncomfortable (it's not that fun being in
cold water), right? So the purpose of it is it for weight loss, I mean you can
just exercise a bit more and get the same amount of calories burned and yeah
there are some benefits like I mentioned for testosterone and muscle recovery, but
just exposing yourself to that discomfort and having the discipline to
that every single day is going to transfer willpower to other areas of
your life. Just like people who do intermittent fasting find it's much
easier to restrain from eating sugar or they're more discipline and other areas of
their life, taking something like a cold shower or meditating on a consistent
basis is gonna help you in so many other areas indirectly. So I hope you try them
