♫: Robin Thicke - Lost Without U
Hello everybody, welcome back to my channel
My name is Jessica and today's video is gonna be on this warm-toned fall honey look
So if you want to see how I got this look, just keep watching
First, I'm setting my brows with the Etude House "Keep My Brows Fixer"
So now I'm using the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in the shade Ebony
and I'm gonna create fake brow hairs
I've been a huge fan of the fluffy, natural looking brows recently
so I'm gonna try going for that look today
Now using the Maybelline Master Conceal Concealer on a flat definer brush,
I'm going to clean up my brows
And then using the same concealer, I'm going to prime my eyelids
Now going in with the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder,
I'm going to set my eyelids
For the transition shade, I'm using "Butterscotched" from
the Too Faced I Want Kandee Eyeshadow Palette
To darken up the crease, I'm using "Note to Self" from Colourpop
On the outer and inner corners of my eyes, I'm using "Top Notch" from Colourpop
And then I'm also going to blend that into the crease
To darken up the outer corner, I'm using
"Hot Chocolate" from the Too Faced I Want Kandee Eyeshadow Palette
On the center of my eyelids, I'm using a mixture of "Rule Breaker" and "Level Up"
from the Colourpop I Think I Love You Eyeshadow Palette
Using the Em Cosmetics Felt Tip Liquid Liner, I'm going to create a wing
Now I'm cleaning up the eyeshadow and eyeliner using the Son & Park Beauty Water
I'm curling my lashes and then I'm going to apply mascara
For mascara, I'm using the Essence Lash Princess Mascara
The lashes I'm using today are the Lilly Lashes in the style "Miami"
To mattify, I'm using the Benefit POREfessional on the center of my face
And then to prime, I'm using the Smashbox Primer Water
For foundation, I'm using a mixture of the
Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation in the shade "190"
and the NYX Total Control Drops in "True Beige"
I'm using them in a 1:1 ratio
One pump of the Fenty Beauty Foundation and one drop of the NYX Total Control Drops
I was gonna do a review on Fenty Beauty, but
I feel like there are already so many reviews on Youtube
So this is a comparison of no foundation vs. foundation
You'll notice I'm working in sections, which is really important with this foundation
because it dries really fast
Now for concealer, I'm using a mixture of the Maybelline Master Conceal Concealer
and the NYX Total Control Drops
And then I'm going to bake using the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder
Going back to the eyes, I'm using Colourpop's "Top Notch" on my bottom lashline
And then to smoke it out, I'm using Colourpop's "Paper Tiger"
For the first layer of mascara on my bottom lashes, I'm using
L'Oreal's Telescopic Mascara
and then I'm going to top that with the Essence Lash Princess Mascara
To contour, I'm using the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder
And then to bronze, I'm using the Ofra Bronzer in "Americano"
Now I'm baking the sides of my nose
And then I'm gonna go back in with "Americano"
on the tip of my nose and underneath my lips
For blush, I'm using Sigma's "Cor-de-Rosa" Aura Powder
I'm also applying blush to the tip of my nose and my chin
For highlighter, I'm using BECCA's "Champagne Pop"
I'm spraying my brush with the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water
to intensify the highlight
To line my lips, I'm using the NYX Lip Liner in "Natural"
And then for lipstick, I used Jouer's Lip Crème in Noisette
And to set my face, I'm using the Wet n Wild
Photo Focus Matte Finish Setting Spray
And this would be the finished look
except for I didn't really end up liking the lips, so
I removed it, relined, and filled in my lips using NYX's "Natural"
and then I topped it all with a Lipglass from MAC
This is the VIVA GLAM Taraji P. Henson II
And this is the completed look

How To Clean Your Buttercream Tools - English Susbtiltles - Duration: 2:06.
Take it easy.
You won't be washing your materials all day long.
And you won't be needing to do this.
Or this.
Subscribe. If you use a candy themometer for the syrup, first you need to let it cool down on top of a kitchen cloth.
NEVER put a hot (glass) candy thermometer in contact with a cold surface.
Or else...
See these waste/remnants from the sugar syrup. In order to remove them, fill the saucepan with water and bring it to the stove.
When the water is hot, rub it with a wooden spoon in the places where the sugar is solidified.
Rub the water as many times as you need, until the whole sugar is removed.
If there's sugar on the outside of the pan, repeat the process.
At this stage even if you've missed any spot, it's easily removable with your fingers or the dish/kitchen sponge. Because the hot water has already softned the sugar.
Now you can wash normally with the dishwashing detergent.
Back to the already cold thermometer, wash it carefully with the soft side of the dish sponge
And it is done. Your tools are clean.
These images were made after the washing of the tools. ;)

Hormonal Balance - Safe and Effective Supplements - Duration: 1:32.
Nick: Hello! We're going to talk about some important issues regarding bioidentical hormones.
I'm Dr. Nick Delgado. I'm with Dr. Michael Grossman, MD with BodyLogic, a practitioner
and expert in hormonal replacement.
One last question, Dr. Michael Grossman, you've been in the field of nutritional integrative
therapy for a number of years. You've looked at a lot of supplements and programs and I
know in your practice, you look at whatever works for that individual patient. Have you
used some of the Delgado protocol supplements and do you integrate them with other supplements
that you like and work that together with balancing of hormones and the overall care
of your patients?
Michael: Using natural herbal and nutritional supplements is a big part of my practice.
And so, I love the products that you make available for people because they're very
safe and they're also very effective, and I use a variety of nutritional products in
my office which enhance all the things that I use which are prescription kinds of things.
So all the hormones and so forth, many of them aren't prescriptions and I certainly
use them, and combining them together has been just a wonderful experience to make a
huge difference in people's wellness and experience of vitality.
Nick: And I didnt pay you to say that, did I, Dr. Grossman?
Michael: No sir.
Nick: Thank you very much, Dr. Grossman. It's a pleasure.
Michael: It's a pleasure indeed.
Nick: Nick Delgado of Simply Healthy TV saying be healthy. Talk to you soon.

SLAY CUFFING SEASON! FALL WARM HONEY MAKEUP - Duration: 8:56.

BREAKING: NFL Can't Continue After Who Just Pulled The Plug On Entire League Before Weekend Games - Duration: 4:33.
The wrath that the NFL has been feeling from its fans has been painful with each passing
day this week.
The league likely assumed that the pressure would soon dissipate and this week and the
season would return to normal.
It didn't let up, in fact, the league has crumbled under the pressure and are may now
be unable to continue after receiving a death blow more devastating than their epic ratings
plunge.
Letting an issue fester and go unchecked has devastating consequences which the national
football league can now probably speak to now.
They should have gotten ahead of the issue before it their industry required life support
to stay afloat, but they didn't, and now someone has just pulled the plug.
The NFL is in denial over the massive drop in viewership, blaming it on literally anything
they can come with outside the obvious.
Even once DirecTV said they would offer refunds to any disappointed customers who had purchased
the "NFL Sunday Ticket" to watch any and all games on their network, and tens of thousands
of former fans took them up on the offer, they still can't seem to understand that
it's their players' protests which are the problem.
Since that didn't send the message or at least one they will actually acknowledge,
money will talk – especially when it's a lot.
Wall Street is a lot bigger than the NFL and just issued a blow to the league that's
going to be hard to recover from.
Regardless of the financial industry's stance on kneeling, they are recognizing what the
NFL insists on ignoring and that's that these anti-American antics are really bad
for business.
The Conservative Tribune reports:
According to Bloomberg, major investment bank JPMorgan Chase just gave a brutal outlook
to the NFL and the networks that are carrying its games, singling out the anthem protests
as one of the reasons the entities could be in serious trouble.
According to Bloomberg, analyst Shawn Quigg said investors should bet against CBS stock
ahead of this week's NFL matchups, arguing that more controversy could tank the stock.
"The bank recommends buying an option that gives you the right to sell the shares at
$57.50 on the likelihood that the stock will fall below that price after the company discloses
ratings for the games," Quigg said in a note to investors.
"CBS closed at $58 on Tuesday."
"NFL-related revenue is not trivial to CBS, and any decline in NFL viewership related
to the national anthem debate may negatively affect future results," he added.
"We view this weekend's viewership results as a cleaner proxy in determining whether
the anthem debate may be a larger issue for the NFL, and CBS, or not."
Using the massive increase in sales of Steelers' Alejandro Villanueva's jersy, after he initially
went out on a patriotic limb to stand for the anthem, Quigg said it became obvious where
the majority of America stood on the anthem issue.
"If one uses player jersey sales as a proxy, fans appear to favor an on-field standing
presence during the anthem," Quigg noted, adding that another week of controversy and
bad ratings could possibly "mobilize investors to take the potential impact more seriously,"
according to Conservative Tribune.
Bloomberg noted that the NFL represents 10 percent of CBS' total ad dollars which is
significant in the grand scheme of things.
When investors pull back, it doesn't bode well for profits altogether.
Since the NFL doesn't want to listen to their fans, those associated with them will,
and perhaps they'll listen to big businesses and investors.
Perhaps CBS can put the pressure on the NFL to change their game on these protests and
stop it in an urgent effort to save their stock.
This proves that boycotts have worked in sending a message that America is important to fans,
or at a minimum, that people don't want politics mixed with sports.
It's disappointing that the NFL refused to see the fallout ahead of time to prevent
it.
This poor decision on the players' parts and those who supported it within the industry
has now affected many people's lives in a multitude of negative ways.
This is why it's not okay to mix controversial issues where they don't belong.
It has nothing to do with a difference of opinions and everything to do with listening
to what your fans and customers want.
Nobody is demanding that players not express themselves, they just shouldn't use their
job in sports to do it.
CBS is the first of like many more stocks analysts will warn about.

Azealia Banks Slid into Nicki Minaj's DM's Because of 'Catty Sh*t' - Duration: 2:27.
Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.
//// Azealia Banks has had it with her own antics.
The singer has been on one when it comes to criticizing other female artists, always putting
in her two cents on how they've done something wrong despite their success.
But in a shocking turn of events, Azealia has owned up to one of her biggest rivals:
Nicki Minaj.
On Thursday night, Azealia decided to share her thoughts on how she believes she's handled
her relationship with Nicki.
She first posted a photo of a liked tweet from Nicki's profile with a caption that read:
"As a snobby art school girl I can admit having thrown loads of unnecessary jabs at @nickiminaj
, but one thing I've never been is a liar.
If ANYONE is going to be heralded as the face of female rap for this generation it's Nicki,
and if ANYONE deserves a number one record AND her very long overdue Grammy win, it's
Nicki."
To take it a step further, Azealia dropped into Nicki's DM's with a lengthy apology and
praise for Minaj's work in the industry.
Azealia shared screenshots of the thread and captioned it with, "Not gonna lie, I cried
a bit when she responded."
(highlight caption)
Not sure why though, because Nicki's response wasn't as receptive as you might have thought
given Azealia's heartfelt message.
Banks wrote:
"I want to apologize for whatever catty sh*t I've said to and or about you in the past.
I really do enjoy your artistry and think you're so intelligent and clever...Now that
I'm growing up I'm realizing a lot about what it means to be a strong woman and you've showed
nothing but strength and perseverance from day one."
Azealia even addressed her decision to work with Nicki's ex Safaree Samuels and said that
it was because of pressure the industry puts on female rappers.
She said it was not out of spite and that she actually grew to respect Nicki's work
more after working with Safaree.
She summed up her message with:
You have my word, that from here on out, I will never say any negative or catty things
about you ever again.
And Nicki responded by saying:
"You're very talented & very smart.
Focus on what really matters from now on."
For the sake of letting the beef lay to rest, let's assume Nicki's response was not the
equivalent of just writing 'K' when someone sends you an emotional text. (last post in
the post) It's just good to see Azealia show some maturity, and applaud other women's success
instead of tearing them down.
Hopefully, the next female artist she'll applaud is Cardi B. Banks recently called Cardi a
'poor man's Nicki' in a series of since deleted tweets.
Cardi clapped back with video of Banks fully enjoying Cardi's No. 1 hit "Bodak Yellow".

The Dark Side Of The Empaths That You Rarely See and Must Always Be Cautious Of - Duration: 4:34.
The Dark Side Of The Empaths That You Rarely See and Must Always Be Cautious Of
Empathetic people are known to be great healers.
They can feel other people's emotional energies because of their own heightened sense of perception.
This ability to feel "too much" is seen as a gift by others; however, this gift does not always bring joy to empaths.
Empathy is certainly a great quality to have, but it does not always spell sunshine and rainbows for an empath.
There are many difficulties an empath has to overcome in order to give kindness and compassion to the world.
Since people depend on empaths for emotional support, their energies are constantly in danger of being depleted.
They can handle other people's emotions and drama which can prove to be very distressing for an empath.
The dark side of empathic people can be seen when they battle with the positive and negative forces present in the
world.
The good and bad both persist in their head, making it difficult for them to feel stable.
They are overwhelmed by the conflict going on in their mind.
Empathic people are more susceptible to the negative energies in life.
Because they feel too much, they cannot block negative energy anyhow.
Their understanding and compassionate nature makes them see all the evils in the world which is very disheartening.
They are confused why such negativity even exists.
The downside of being an empath is that you'll constantly find yourself to be emotionally exhausted and fatigued.
You absorb all these energies – positive or negative – which affect your spirit adversely.
Empaths might not break down or fall apart in front of anyone.
They quietly observe and feel.
Empaths are big "givers".
They show kindness in their everyday dealing with people, even to those who barely deserve it.
This is another point an empath should keep in mind because there are energy vampires out there ready to advantage of
their goodness.
Empathic people do not like to share their burden with someone else.
They will carry the baggage themselves in order to prevent the other person from suffering.
Their selflessness can cause them extreme damage.
Choosing to ignore themselves for the sake of others is another dark quality of empaths.
They neglect their mind and soul for others that can lead to a build up over the years.
Then they'll probably have to take time off so that they can restore their energy and heal their damaged spirit.
Even when empaths fall in love, they don't do it entirely.
They do not give themselves entirely to the other person because they understand that it could be an overwhelming
experience for both of them.
They keep their guard from people even when they love them dearly.
The war within an empath is a constant one.
This war against negativity, darkness, and evil energies keeps them on the edge.
It has the potential to lead them to self-destruction.
Empaths need to distinguish between their own emotions and what they take from others.
Do not let other's emotions completely rule you.
Understand what is desirable and what is not.
Empathic people need to show some empathy towards themselves when is required.
They should use their "gift" to balance out their energies.
Such people need to let down their walls and talk to others so that they can also breathe freely.
Helping others is fine, helping yourself is divine.

Cal Football's Vic Enwere Talks the USC Game - Duration: 2:29.
Hi my name is Isabella Marten
I'm here at Memorial Stadium with our
Senior running back Vic Enwere
Unfortunately, this weekend's results didn't go in our favor
Cal lost 20-30 against the USC Trojans
What are you guys hoping to improve
going into this week's game against the Oregon Ducks?
I think we're just focused on playing a complete game
you know the past few weeks
we've been better in one half or the other
I think we came out this past week we had a
really great first half and
things kind of fell apart in the second, so
we're looking to just play
a complete game and play hard for four quarters
In my opinion, you had a really strong game
You scored the first touchdown for Cal
What are your thoughts on that?
You know, my line did a great job up front
and we had a great play call, and we drove the ball
all the way down the field and
You know at that point in time at the game
we had a really great tempo, and that touchdown
you know had us go up 10 - 3
We just did a great job of play-calling and
everybody came and we knew what we had to do
and we executed
Statistically, you guys have more explosive plays,
Unfortunately, you were plagued by turnovers
How are you guys thinking on improving those
going into next week?
You know going into practice I think we just
simplify things a little bit
we're getting back to the basics and
fundamentals of our game and
knowing what we're really good at, I think going into
this next week we're going to focus on
the things that we've been strong at through
the first four games and I think that's gonna help
us you know, minimize the turnovers
So I know you like to dance a lot and
celebrate your touchdowns
Can you teach me one of your favorite dance moves
or favorite touchdown moves?
Ok, I have a few
I have the wipe-me-down, which is just
you know, you just clean yourself off
Okay
I have the baseball swing, where you
throw a ball up and you hit it
and if you're feeling festive
you can give a little hip movement
I'm not gonna do that right now
Can you teach me? I mean, I need to know
I don't know, you can give a little hip movement or a dance
Hip movement?
You gotta just feel the touchdown dance
Okay, okay
It's like in the moment
Ok, let's try one together
I'm Isabella Marten
I'm Vic Enwere

Celebs Who Had Babies When They Were Just Teens - Duration: 6:04.
While many people wait to have children until they are older and established in their careers,
these future stars all had children before they reached the age of 20, and many of them
raised their kids all on their own.
The path to fame is never easy, but these celebs were able to juggle parenthood and
career success!
Anna Nicole Smith
Before she launched her modeling career, Anna Nicole Smith was a high school dropout working
at a fried chicken restaurant.
It was there that she met her first husband, Billy Smith.
The couple were married when she was just 17 years old, giving birth to son, Daniel
Wayne Smith, less than a year later.
The marriage was a short and unhappy one, but Smith remained a devoted mother.
Then, tragedy struck when Daniel died from an accidental overdose, at the age of 20,
while visiting Smith in the hospital, 3 days after she gave birth to her daughter.
"She wakes up, and she turns to him, and he's dead.
Fiction couldn't imagine a moment like that."
When Anna Nicole then died a few months later, her ex-boyfriend, Mark Hatten, told In Touch,
"When I heard Daniel died I knew she wouldn't last long.
I've seen people pamper their kids but he was literally her world.
She died of a broken heart."
Wendy Davis
Politician Wendy Davis had a challenging life before her success as a Texas State senator.
She told Broadly,
"I was pregnant at 18.
I got married, I got divorced"
"I looked like I was gonna be headed down the same path that I had watched my mother
head down."
She recalled her struggles trying to make it as a young, single mom, telling TODAY:
"I was having a really hard time making ends meet, paying for my childcare, paying for
a car payment, making sure I had enough money to keep the lights turned on.
Sometimes, it didn't happen."
But the young mother never gave up.
She eventually remarried, had another daughter, and went on to study law at Harvard.
"I'm not an overnight sensation.
I'm a Texan.
And I'm a Texas success story.
I am the epitome of hard work and optimism."
Loretta Lynn
Country superstar Loretta Lynn has never made a secret of the hard life she had before becoming
famous.
She wrote in her autobiography, Coal Miner's Daughter, that she was married at the age
of 13 and had four children by the time she was 18.
Still, despite a difficult childhood and and life as a teen mom, Lynn pressed on in her
career.
"Country Music Entertainer of the Year is Loretta Lynn"
She was the first woman honored with the CMA award in 1972.
And she hasn't stopped making music, since.
Taylor Hanson
Remember the Hanson brothers?
"Mmm-bop - bop bop do wap, da da wap, bop, do wap… da da doo"
Well, in 2002, middle brother Taylor went from "teen heartthrob" to "teen dad," when
the 19-year-old became a father to Jordan Ezra.
His wife, Natalie Anne Bryant, was just 18 at the time.
Hanson told the press, "We are so excited to start a family...Having Ezra is the best
thing we've ever done.
Life and art are all about these moments."
Taylor, who now has 5 kids, may have been the first of the Hanson brothers to have a
baby, but he certainly wasn't the last.
Today, the three brothers have twelve children between them.
Jourdan Dunn
Model Jourdan Dunn was 18 when she found out that she was pregnant with her son, Riley.
Dunn told Vogue that the hardest thing about her pregnancy, was telling her mom, saying,
"She had me at a young age and didn't want me to go through her struggle."
Dunn's son has sickle-cell anemia and has to be monitored carefully.
Fortunately, Dunn has the support of her mother who is helping her raise Riley.
"What I love about bein a mom is the unconditional love that I have for my child and that he
has for me."
Dunn said that her son keeps her motivated, saying, "I'm his voice, I'm his lifeline,
I have to be driven...I've always been ambitious, but now I have more focus.
I'm more hardworking."
Natalia Vodionova
While it's common for mothers to struggle to lose extra weight after giving birth, Russian
supermodel Natalia Vodionova had no trouble getting back on the runway after having her
son, Lucas, at the age of 19.
In fact, it actually made her famous.
She told Vanity Fair, "I lost a lot of weight for my height...In two weeks after giving
birth to Lucas, I was on the catwalk.
I was so skinny and the clothes just sat on me incredibly and no one could believe it.
Everyone wanted to put me in their shows.
I did everything."
But the model was already used to juggling family and work, having been raised by a single
mom, and tasked with caring for her special-needs sister, as a kid.
"By age 11 I was working, there was no time to play."
Vodionova was thrilled to be a mother, saying, "I have always dreamed about having children,
a lot of children."
As of 2017, the model-mom's family has grown to five children!
"I'm a survivor"
"there's not many things that can pull me down, that can stop me."
Maya Angelou
Renowned poet and civil rights activist Maya Angelou raised her child as a single parent
with the help of her mother, Vivian Baxter, who, Angelou told Oprah, made her feel confident
as a young mom:
"She never ever made me feel that I had done the wrong thing."
When the 16-year old Angelou originally told her mother she was pregnant, and that she
and the baby's father were not in love, her mother told her:
"She said We're not going to ruin three lives.
We're going to have a beautiful baby."
Angelou was the first African American woman to be a non-fiction bestselling author for
her memoir I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings in 1969, and received many honors and awards
before her death in 2014.
Aretha Franklin
"R-e-s-p-e-c-t find out what it means to me"
Vocal powerhouse Aretha Franklin was already making a name for herself as a singer when
she had her first child shortly after her fourteenth birthday.
But motherhood didn't deter Franklin from her career goals.
By the time she was in her 20s, she was the mother of two, and churning out hits that
topped the music charts, winning 18 Grammy Awards by 2017.
So what does the godmother of "Respect" consider to be the key to her success in life?
"You want to give people dignity and respect, and you want to receive it.
You have to receive it"
More than a statistic
There's often a stigma surrounding young parents, with many wrongly assuming that they have
ruined their lives.
Having a child can be a challenge at any age, but these celebs prove that with hard work
you truly can accomplish anything.
"You do the best you can, the good will come out of it"

We shall not be We shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We are rising
But we are not the hate we see
Cuz we're not whole till all are free
You can fight us but you'll lose
Cuz nothing defeat the truth
And we shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We've come so far
But we have farther still to go
And that is why we are saying no
We're not going back with you
The future is too much to lose and we shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We shall not be We shall not be moved
We're like a tree that's standing in the water
We've lifted up our branches, oh!
We've put roots down
You can try to shake us but don't bother.
Cuz we're going to stand
Stand our sacred ground
And we're not, we're not backing down
And we shall not be
We shall not be We shall not be moved
Oh

FENTY Beauty Match Stix TRIO in LIGHT Shade & How to USE Fenty Match Sticks - Duration: 8:26.
I think...
I think...
I got these Match Stix to work for me!
*Intro Music for AEHM artistry*
What up guys?!
Ashley Elizabeth here with AEHM artistry.
Today I'm going to show you how I got this
Matchstix trio in the shade Light to work for me.
If you watch my Instagram stories or snapchat
then you know that I have had quite the battle with these
Fenta Beauty matchsticks.
Basically what I cannot do, is I cannot just swipe them
on and blend because you know what?
They blend to nothing!
And that is with a brush or with a Beauty Blender.
I can't, I can't swipe it right on.
And I was thinking that contour shade, which is called Amber, felt like it was too light of a
color. It wasn't dark enough...
And then the shade Linen, which is the highlight &
concealer stick, felt like it was not light ENOUGH.
So, it was a weird balance.
The Starstruck highlighter, with the shimmer in it, was kind of separating on my
pores. You can't put it directly on the foundation or else it will just mush it
around. It is terrible, yuck!
And I tried it with several different foundations.
I probably tried it about three or four times. And yesterday I think I found the
golden ticket because this makeup ain't gonna beat me no, no, no!
Maybe if you have it, and you're struggling with it, you can get it to work for you too.
I really feel like this is a light natural contour.
That is great for those "girls [& boys] on the go",
for moms on the go, that don't have a lot of time to blend and blend
and brush and brush because this technique will get it done lickety-split.
First I prep my skin properly starting with my moisturizers
and then I go in with the primer that they make. It's really really nice.
And then I go with their foundation.
What I love about that, even though I have dry skin, is I don't
have to set it with powder.
So I put this foundation on just a few minutes ago and
it's already dried down and it doesn't move and it doesn't shift.
If I add powder on top of it, it is SuperDuper matte. It's too much for
my dry skin. So, if you have dry skin,
just know those tips. Moisturize ahead of time,
I love their primer and the foundation, don't touch it with
powder after just let it sit, except a little bit of contour powder if you want.
Now, right over the foundations done, I go in with my matchsticks. Like I said at
the beginning, do not swipe it straight on because I find that...number one, it
does drag the product no matter what foundation I use underneath and number
two, it blends out to nothing. And it's like nothing's even there and it's just
like what the heck?
So what I do, is I use my Beauty Blender
and I swipe it right on just one side.
And then I go into the hollows of my
cheeks and I just start blending it out.
And the color payoff is so much better this way.
Than the other way, you would think.
I totally thought this would be a good swipe on stick and blend out and I could
just go on with my day, but no.
That proved to be fatal.
And you could just
build up the color or you can do a very light.
And I actually learned this, I need
to find the comment that I found, I was watching somebody's [first impression video]
and some commenter said "you know you're supposed to apply that with the foundation brush right?".
Like, straightaway and then swipe it on.
Like, put the fountain, put it on the
foundation brush and then swipe it on.
And then I thought, "you know it would be
even better my Beauty Blender!". And so I ran upstairs, no joke, and I went and I
tried this
And I was like "yes, finally!"
So I need to find that commenter and thank them!
Because I was about ready to run to Sephora and return this because I was so
mad at it! Like, I was so mad.
Which is ridiculous. But if you watch my snaps you
know I tried it to so many different ways. So many different ways, guys.
And this is so much nicer.
Just warm up the face.
And then it's not separating my
foundation or anything like what was happening before.
And I'm just tapping the product on.
Now I will say, there is one way that I do like swiping this on...
and I actually like swiping on for the nose contour. Because it blends out to
nothing. It's not so harsh.
See it like it blends out too like
almost nothing. That's why I like applying it to a sponge, but like I said
for the cream contour for the nose, I like it blending out to almost nothing.
Because I just want it to a hint.
I just listened to somebody that said
"contouring the nose too heavy is like somebody with a bad toupee".
Which its like, you ain't fooling anybody, we all know! But you know what?
I like a little contour on the nose but I want to keep it very minimal, for sure.
Alright, so that was the Amber stick in the matchstix trio.
Now for the highlight type of shade
that's more of a highlight / concealer.
Ifound adds very light coverage.
It doesn't really conceal all that much.
So let's just use it as kind of like a highlighter.
I'm using a new Beauty Blender, so I don't mix the contour shade
in there. If you don't have the luxury of having 14 million Beauty blenders like I
do, then just use the other side of the beauty blender from the beginning.
And make sure your Beauty blenders are damp, of course.
Cut that the line a little bit further.
If you want to blend it. You can blend the two together, if you want a
more soft look.
You can definitely cater it to the look
that you are going for.
And then I very, very lightly put it under the eyes.
If I do too much it will 100% crease in my fine lines.
I noticed it's really good for
cutting that shadow line.
Then I flip the Beauty Blender around, just
make sure to the two really melt together.
And that's with the matchstick trio
shade in Linen from the light set.
Alright, and the last step that we're gonna
go in with is the Starstruck highlight stick.
This one I notice I can either
warm it with my finger and very, very gently Pat it or I can go in with my
little Beauty Blender, that is the concealing one, or again you can go with
your regular Beauty Blender if you have a clean side. Or just use your finger.
But again, take it right off the product and then just very, very lightly
tap it right on.
And it's very subtle, so this isn't for that, like, super blinding highlight.
But on a day that I want to be more natural,
"natural"...
this is nice.
I'll do the finger way on the other side.
A little more concentrated but with the finger
you have to make sure you're not moving the product around too much.
Alright, that is with the matchstick trio Starstruck shade
in the Light set.
You guys can see up close a little bit.
Now overall, is
this something that you absolutely need to have in your makeup stash?
I'm not still a hundred percent like, yeah totally.
What I really like this for:
is somebody that's on the go, that wants something done really quick and
still give a little bit more polished look and some definition. Who doesn't
have time to completely blend and blend and blend. Just do not go in with it just
straight on. But if it works, and if it does that well for you, that's awesome.
Tell me what foundation you paired with it because it didn't work for me.
But I really liked it this Beautyblender way.
Let me know in the comments below
if you feel like trying this.
There are some other highlight sticks out there that
got me sailing!
Like the [Fenty Beauty] Confetti, I think would just be awesome!
And you know what
I love most about these is? They're magnetic and I can add a million!
Alright, thank you guys so much for watching!
I hope this information helped
you decide if you want to get the Fenty Beauty Matchstix trio, and this
particular one was in this shade Light.
And if you already have it, let me know
if you try this and if this is what works better for you, if you're having
challenges.
I kind of felt like I was a little bit alone and like everybody was
neutral.
I didn't feel like anybody was raving about it, but I didn't feel like
anybody was saying that it wasn't good.
And I was like....
this is not good, what the ...
Know what? I made it work and I love it now and it's great for those days that
I'm on the go.

How to Campfire - Start a Fire with a Big Fresnel Lens - Great Tool for Backpacking and Camping 🔥 - Duration: 5:02.
Big CrazyJohn here with Big Crazy Outdoor Adventures my friend Andy who you may have
seen in a previous video.
Big Crazy John's Outdoor Adventures Woohoo!
My friend Andy gave me this Fresnel Lens that he bought on Amazon.
I'll have a link to it in the notes.
So you probably can't see it but I'm trying not to reflect it into the lens but basically
there is a series of concentric circles that make up this lens.
It's flat so its not your typical magnifying lens that has a convex type lens.
So I have been wanting to share this with the channel for a bit.
I think it's an interesting tool to use to start fires as well as to burn wood.
Which I will try to show later.
First I just want to start a fire with it here.
I have a piece of Jute Twine I'm going to pull apart a bit, and frazzle.
We have a pile of leaves in this tin.
We have the sun to our back.
So we are going to give this a go.
So the Jute Twine is nice because lots of purposes 1) being its twine 2) being its a
good fire starter.
It has a lot of fibers that can catch.
They have a lot of these pocket Fresnel lenses and that would be good to throw in your back
pack.
This large 8" x 10" Fresnel lens is not ideal to take with you.
This size is actually meant as a magnifying glass its 300% magnifier for a whole page
in a book.
I don't have one of the pocket ones yet and pending on how this goes we will be getting
that and trying that out as well.
So now its very thin hair like kind of substance here, which is great for catching sparks and
catching on fire.
Trying not to catch it on fire.
It works very well.
Oh wow that works really well.
You can see the smoke.
It's catching.
There it goes that was easy.
That's how you use the Fresnel Lens.
Say Hi to the camera.
Say hi.
Right there.
Say hi to the camera.
Look at that your in shot.
Having some challenges getting the right angle here.
There we go right there.
Trying to get that pin dot.
Trying to get the right focal length.
There it goes.
Remember get outside and have some fun!
