the people affected, but at present, there are several treatments that can help us
to permanently eliminate this type of problems.

Linseed tea. This is a seed that can help us get down
weight, improve digestion and control the levels of glucose in the blood. I recommend you
mix a tablespoon of flaxseed, in a cup of water, and let stand for
12 hours, warm up a little, strain the preparation, and consume it.
Lemon water. Even when the lemon acid, I can make you think you are, is not an ideal fruit to combat this type of ailments,
if it is, since it possesses qualities capable to alleviate the symptoms of indigestion,
heartburn, belching and distension abdominal.
Coconut water. Coconut contains natural bio-active enzymes
that help improve digestion, and regenerate the functioning of the digestive system. Tea
I recommend drinking coconut water constantly, with the purpose of regenerating the walls
of your stomach and fight in this way, the problems of gastritis and acidity.
Potatoe. Several studies on this tuber,
the benefits of potato juice, as it helps to alleviate the symptoms of gastritis, ulcers,
constipation and diarrhea. To prepare it, first you must wash the potatoes well,
for later processing in the blender with a little water. I recommend you drink this

It's Official! Saints Were Warned And Didn't Listen, Now Look What Lawmaker Is Taking From Them All - Duration: 4:57.
The New Orleans Saints hopped on the protesting bandwagon this past weekend, to prove a point
to the president that they will kneel if they want to.
Like all other teams and players who sat out for the National Anthem this weekend, the
message seemed to be more about disrespecting Donald Trump - than it was about the "cause"
that Colin Kaepernick started last season.
Although they were warned, the team didn't listen and are feeling the full wrath of who
really has the power with what a Louisiana lawmaker just did to them.
The NFL is no longer America's sport or favorite pastime, it's been hijacked by
racists who are using the public platform to spread divisive propaganda.
It's gotten so out of hand, that the President of the United States has had to address the
anti-American players personally and tell them to stop.
This only fueled their fire and sparked a league-wide protest that consumed every game
over the weekend.
The Saints were among the teams who decided that after Trump's comments calling out
protesters, that they would take part in it too.
Despite knowing that there's ramifications that come from this, they apparently thought
they were above punishment and made their point anyway.
Within 24-hours of Saints players taking a knee, Lousiana State Rep. Kenny Havard sent
his own message to these entitled players, loud and clear.
The only thing that can get a player to do - what's he's paid to do is to take away
the one thing that's the most important to them.
The NFL Commissioner and even the coaches are afraid, or simply refuse, to do it, but
one blunt lawmaker is prepared to step up to the plate to do what's long overdue.
"The very reason (the Saints) have the privilege - and opportunity to play professional football
while being paid millions is because someone in uniform died protecting their right to
do so," Havard stated after announcing a devastating cut he's proposing.
"Louisiana State Rep. Kenny Havard, R-St. Francisville, said Monday morning that he
wants to cut millions in state tax dollars, exemptions, and credits allocated to the New
Orleans Saints, the NFL and any of those groups' associated facilities that receive funding,"
The Advocate reported.
"Havard's statement didn't specify the amount of state money that he proposed be
diverted from the Saints the NFL," the report continued.
"According to a 2015 Forbes story, Saints and Pelicans owner Tom Benson was 'set to
rake in an estimated $392 million from state subsidies through 2025.
Harvard finally said what everyone else refuses to point out about why this unprecedented
move is so important.
"Disrespecting our national anthem and flag in the name of social injustice is the highest
form of hypocrisy," Havard stated.
"Our free society made possible by our fighting men and women has made available free education,
free lunch, housing and free healthcare and is now be considered socially unjust," he
added.
"It is time the taxpayers quit subsidizing protest on big boy playgrounds.
I believe in the right to protest but, not at a taxpayer-subsidized sporting event.
Do it on your own time.
There are plenty of disabled children, elderly and veterans in this state that would appreciate
the money."
Just how painful would this be to the Saints if passed?
Well, if you're the team owner, which Tom Benson is, it could be a loss of $392 million,
which is what Forbes projected he benefits from state subsidies through 2025, according
to Sarah Palin.
Money talks and is more important to players, coaches, and owners than the message they
are sending to America and our president.
It's "funny" how irrelevant a point gets when you impose punishment and take away
what's really important to these people.
It's time to stop paying these players to protest since that's not their job anyway.
"The report said during the Mercedes-Benz Superdome lease 'the state will pay Benson
at least $198 million in increased revenue from the Superdome, $142 million in rental
payments on property Benson owns, $10 million in bonuses for bringing the Super Bowl to
New Orleans and $2.6 million in tax breaks.
Benson will get another $40 million from private rent payments to a tower he bought as part
of the deal.'"
Those in the NFL who support these protests or sit idly by and do nothing about it, grossly
underestimated the American people.
The sports fan base is largely patriotic and a majority of the people in this country,
side with Trump on his stance, not the league's, according to a recent poll.
So it's time to start listening to the people who pay these big bills with their tax dollars
earned at jobs where political statements like this wouldn't be tolerated while on
the clock.
Athletes in the NFL should be treated no different just because they can throw a ball better
than others.
what do you think about this?

Spartak Moscow 1 Liverpool 1: Coutinho back on the score-sheet but Reds miss chance to win - Duration: 7:58.
Spartak Moscow 1 Liverpool 1: Coutinho back on the score-sheet but Reds miss chance to win
JURGEN KLOPP and his Liverpool team appear to be on a mission to make everything difficult for themselves.
Despite being put into one of the easiest Champions League groups – and last night facing a team who have become a shambles - Klopp's men are still searching for their first win in the group stages.
Philippe Coutinho was on target for the second time in succession to fire the Reds level.
Question marks remain over Loris Karius after he failed to keep out Spartaks free-kick.
Draws with Sevilla and now the Russian champions.
Liverpool will still surely reach the knockout stages as they still have two games against the Slovenians of Maribor while they will surely beat this mob at home.
But as we have already seen in this League this season with Liverpool, nothing, ever seems to be simple.
Incredibly, Liverpool have won only two of their past 14 away European games – against Rubin Kazan and Hoffenheim.
And their previous win in the Champions League group stages came in a 2-1 win over Bulgarian side Ludogorets in September 2014.
Anyone who think Klopp's team can go deep into the Champions League are deluded.
At least they still have Philippe Coutinho who scored his first ever Champions League goal.
He will score a few more you can bet, even though they will probably be for Barcelona at some stage.
Philippe Coutinho scored his first ever Champions League goal.
Fernando fired Spartak Moscow ahead after 23 minutes.
Philippe Coutinho celebrates after bagging a crucial equaliser.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp cut a frustrated figure on the touchline.
But predictably, Liverpool found themselves trailing after keeper Loris Karius failed to keep out a free-kick from Fernando.
It was not a howler from Karius but a keeper like David de Gea would have kept it out – maybe even Simon Mignolet.
But Klopp continues to persevere with his goalkeeper rotation and the problems will continue.
Spartak, coached by Massimo Carrera, Antonio Conte's assistant with Italy and Juventus, went into the game hit badly by injuries – three of their key players sat in front of the press box – and they had scored 16 but conceded 17 in their 11 League games.
The match also followed Uefa's decision to ban Spartak fans from the next away game at Sevilla after a flare narrowly missed the referee at Maribor.
Before the match, a banner unfurled behind the goal read 'Uefa Mafia' which will obviously go down well with the governing body.
Even the official banner from the club, which dropped down from the stand before the game, read: Win or Die'.
Sadio Mane had a header ruled out for offside.
It was the first competitive match that Coutinho, Salah, Firmino and Mane played together.
Despite the hospitable welcome, Liverpool made the early running and Emre Can was a little over-enthusiastic when hitting Salvatore Bocchetti with a strong challenge and was rightly shown a yellow card.
This meant that he would have to play for most of the game with the handbrake on and it was a silly tackle to make.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, who scored a belting free-kick in the play-off at Hoffenheim, was clearly annoyed with himself for failing to deliver a better shot after a tidy one-two with Mo Salah.
Salah then exposed the visiting defence for pace but shot straight at home keeper Rebrov, who then made an excellent stop to keep out a header from Firmino.
Roberto Firmino was denied by a excellent save by keeper Rebrov.
At no stage had Spartak looked dangerous in the final third let alone appear capable of troubling Karius so even the home fans could not believe their luck when the ball flew past the visiting keeper in the 23rd minute.
The atmosphere at this impressive new stadium to the north-west of the capital – which will stage group stages in the World Cup – was pretty impressive.
Yet after Fernando's set piece whizzed into the net, the noise cranked up a notch.
Spartak Moscows keeper was in fine form until he suffered a serious knee injury.
Spartak Moscow fans lose it after scoring against Liverpool in the Champions League.
Coutinho conceded a free-kick and Fernando, a Brazilian defensive midfielder, whipped the ball over Sadio Manio's head at the end of the wall.
But the ball was in a relatively central area yet Karius still failed to get a hand to it.
Once again, not good enough from the German.
Mane stuck the ball in the net but was miles offside yet there was nothing wrong with Coutinho's powerful finish on the half hour.
He belted an effort past Rebrov after running intro the area following a one-two with Mane and his finish was certainly excellent.
Daniel Sturridge had a couple of glorious chances but couldnt hit the target.
Firmino wasted a good chance from close range and then Liverpool somehow failed to score when they charged forward - four players against two – but Salah strayed offside.
Being caught on the counter-attack had already been a much-discussed issue among Spartak fans while there have been doubts over their fitness towards the end of games.
Liverpool controlled the second half.
Coutinho saw a free-kick pushed away by the visiting keeper while in a rare home attack, Andrei Eschenko hammered the ball straight at Karius, who still punched the ball away for a corner.
Spartak lost their keeper Rebrov, Daniel Sturridge came on for the final 20 minutes but Liverpool could not grab the win.

Why Do I Get Wrinkly Fingers in the Bath? - Duration: 3:25.
After I've been outside playing all day, nothing feels quite as a good as a nice warm bath.
Sometimes I might even stay in the tub a little longer than usual, and when I /do/ finally
get out, I notice that my fingers and toes are kind of ... wrinkly, or pruney, almost
like a raisin!
Maybe that's happened to you, too, if you've been swimming for a long time, or even just
doing some fun water experiments in the sink!
Have you ever wondered why that happens?
Well, scientists have wondered that, too!
And they've learned that it has a lot to do with what our skin is made of, and how
water is so slippery.
Skin covers the whole outside of our bodies, and it's pretty special stuff.
Even though it's hard to tell from the outside, skin is actually made up of layers, and each
layer has different parts.
Now, if we could look at the layers of our skin /very/ closely, they would look something
like this.
There's so much in there!
We have something called vessels in our skin, which are the tubes that carry blood in our bodies.
These vessels are /very/ small and thin, but they're really important!
They can open up wide, or they can shrink down and kind of close up a little bit on the inside.
That's what happens when you've been wet for a long time — those tiny vessels shrink down.
And when they shrink down, that big layer of skin they're inside of gets a /little/ thinner.
When /that/ layer gets thinner, it causes the top layer of skin to relax and get a little looser.
And that's what causes the wrinkles!
The top layer of skin is kind of like a piece of cloth.
When it's pulled tight, it's not wrinkled.
But when it relaxes … it gets wrinkly!
So that's /how/ your fingers get wrinkly.
But /why/ do they get wrinkly — why does it help you to have wrinkly fingers and toes?
Scientists don't know for sure, but they've done /lots/ of experiments, and they think
it's to help you hold things better in the slippery water!
During one experiment, a group of scientists asked people to soak their hands in water,
and to let them get all wrinkled and pruny.
Then they asked the people with pruny fingers to try and pick up small, slippery objects underwater.
Then they asked people who didn't have wrinkly fingers to do the same thing.
Well, it turns out that the people who had pruny hands could pick up the objects underwater
/faster/ than the people who /didn't/ have pruny hands!
It's like the wrinkles on our fingers give us a special grip when it's wet.
Have you ever seen pajamas or slippers with bumps on the bottom of the feet?
The bumps are there because they help keep you from slipping on the floor and falling down.
The wrinkles are kind of the same: they make your fingers more bumpy, which helps you hold
onto things without them slipping through your fingers.
So, as weird as pruny fingers and toes might look, they can be pretty useful!
And once you dry off and wait a little bit, the vessels inside your skin open up again,
and your skin goes back to normal — at least until the next time you take a long bath!

But I know that a father should say to you
Daddy's proud of you
Who am I? What do I do?
Daddy's proud of you
My advice - take off, put a saddle on your universe
- Daddy's proud of you - Take reality for a ride
When you know nothing matters, the universe is yours
When you know nothing matters, the universe is yours
When you know nothing matters, the universe is yours
Take reality for a ride, the universe is yours
Tonight, we celebrate. For tomorrow, we hunt
Every daughter is a doo-doo from a fathers butt
Biologically speaking the butt is a nut
And every father, father's wrong and there isn't a song that can change that
Daddy's proud of you
I'm sorry you think you deserve an apology
Daddy's proud of you
Maybe, you matter so little that I like you
Daddy's proud of you

Marc E. Bassy "Plot Twist" Official Lyrics & Meaning | Verified - Duration: 3:40.
Back in the day before Ecstasy became a drug that people did, they used Ecstasy in couples therapy.
It was so couples could open up and communicate their emotions with each other.
All my relationships started when I was on Ecstasy.
Swear to God.
Kyle has really good energy.
I've been a fan of his for a few years now.
I like having a feature on singles 'cause it's just more fun and it gets fans excited
so it was just the perfect fit.
You thought you were on some one-night stand.
Do a sexual act one time.
Maybe twice, and then it's like plot twist.
You're together.
That's your woman now.
There was nothing like sixth grade slow dancing to Ginuwine, K-Ci and JoJo.
That was my shit.
P.D.A. makes me nervous at first.
You settle into it as you settle into your relationship and then you feel solid.
But at first, I wouldn't be too into the P.D.A. with a random.
Talking about my former self, who wasn't mature enough to be respectful and in a good
relationship, somebody say a prayer for him and all the turmoil that he caused in the past.
You don't know love 'til it hits you, until you're really in it.
So a lot of people might think they've had it 'cause they exchanged promise rings in
high school, but the older you get you kinda figure out love is a lot more serious than that.
It's not just about infatuation.
It's more about being with someone you can trust and depend on.
Once you have love, once you have something that works you have to fight for that.
Especially for me because, I'm a singer and I'm gonna go travel.
I'm gonna be on tour.
It won't work.
But you can't do that.
Once you're in something good you gotta fight for it and keep it going.

Wow!
I cant believe they scrapped the beetle expansion and went with the, alien cat people one!
eh whatever.
Ok this next mystery is kind of, I dunno, out of my league?
I'm in over my head with this one; it's too mysterious!
It's the Chelsith stone!
Or rather the chelsith stone image, cause it's like a strange artistic rendering of the Chelsith Stone.
Most of the information about this thing comes from Everquest 2 so I don't really know if
it's cannon or applicable to EQ 1, but to my understanding that's how we know that this
thing is infact the Chelsith Stone and that it's apparently part of a doomsday calendar
that was made by the Shissar: The snake people that used to live on Kunark.
But before I get into any of that EQ2 stuff let's take a look at what we have to work
with in classic Everquest.
This thing appears in at least 10 zones which confirms the only thing I know for certain:
that it's important!
The zones seem to be completely random as far as I can tell, and on that note who is
putting this graffiti everywhere?
If it's a picture of the Shissar calendar then why is it found on the three classic
continents and not on Kunark?
Do the Aviaks have something to do with it?
What about this mechanical spider?
What's goin on over here?!
You'll probably notice that these symbols appear elsewhere in Everquest; in fact they're
all over the place and they seem to represent different races, or cities, or deities, who knows?!
This symbol is found in Erudin and in Miragul's creepy ice caves, and on most high end ceramics.
This symbol is found anywhere there are creations of Rallos Zek, and this one appears all over
anything even remotely related to the dark elves.
Brell Serillis.
I read a theory that this one could be Veeshan, and these three symbols could represent the
gods who first created races on Norrath to keep the dragons in check:
Tunare who made the elves, indicated by these 9 markers - does that symbolize the druid rings?!
Brell who made the dwarves and gnomes, indicated by his candle crown, and Prexus who made the
Kedge, and he might have made other races I dunno, the Othmir?
I think he had a hand in making the drowned citizens!
But the most interesting of all the Chelsith stone images can be found in Permafrost.
This one actually has monopoly pieces set up around it to make it look more like the
face of a clock, reinforcing the idea that this thing tells time to some capacity?
Also did you notice these giant Lady Vox claw marks out here? That's pretty cool -
Stay focused!
There was actually a thread a long time ago on the Project 1999 forums where everyone
tried to figure out what this image means.
I can't really tell if a conclusion was reached or not.
There's another theory here, something about a lizardman prophecy, although it seems pretty
similar to the Shissar one.
*Trogdor theme plays* Ok time for EQ 2 talk.
OK time for EQ2 talk
Disclaimer: I don't know what im talking about.
At some point someone found a secret cutscene or something in Everquest 2 that revealed another
layer to this image and it fills in the gaps indicated by these points.
So did they have all this in mind back in Everquest 1?
Kinda looks like it.
So this is like, 1 half, of 1 fourth, of some prophecy?
UHHHHHHHHH
Anyways these new symbols have led a lot of people who know more than me to believe
that this is indeed a calendar predicting the end of days.
I guess these symbols represent events in a timeline, like the fall of the Combine Empire,
or the Rallosion invasion into the Planes of Power, The Greenmist, the destruction of
Luclin, does it collide with Norrath?
I don't remember, I might be gettin my games mixed up.
I've read that this symbol represents, Veeshan
Or The Sleeper
or Innoruuk
Or Mayong Mistmoore...
or maybe Mayong was the arrow?
I also read that he was the only person who actually knew what any of this meant.
So if he was the one running around the original three continents putting this sign everywhere
then that would make some sense?
It does seem to be made in Neriak Neon!
*X Files theme plays*
And I just read another thing theorizing that these inner symbols may actually be a set
of instructions on how to prevent whatever doom this prophecy is predicting And you know
*inhale*
And you know what?
I'm done with the Chelsith Stone! it's too much!
I've checked out.
You'd feel the same too if you tried to read through 90 pages of Everquest forum lore speculation.
I'm tired of mysteries in general.
You know what?
I'm gonna go actually play the game, for a change.
I'm gonna go.... to....
Kurn's Tower!
And collect bone chips!
People do that right?
This is gonna be great!
It'll be a nice not questioning impossibly convoluted mysteries for a change -
you have to be kidding me?!
What is that!
Why is there a thing on the other side of -
OK! So on the other side of Kurn's tower there's some Iksar looking druid rings!
I bet you didn't know that.
I bet you learned something here today.
And to think all these years it's just been sitting on the other side of this wall, waiting
to be discovered.
It has this red iksar, Cabalis symbol on it!
That's it, that's all I got.
Luckily I was reading through the adventures of Sneaksy the gnome one day when all of a sudden
there they were!
More iksar druid rings!
Yes, I know absolutely nothing about Kunark!
Apparently this is the entrance to Sebilis and apparently this thing allows you to enter
the zone but you need a key to use it.
So I decided to go searching for more of these iksar teleporters, and since there's one
outside of Sebilis and Kurns I began checking all the Kunark dungeons.
No.
Nope.
Definitely not.
I don't think so?
I dunno what that is.
YES!
There's another one outside of Howling Stones and once again it needs a key to open so obviously
they wanted you to have a key to get into Kurns, or maybe they planned for it to be
another higher level Kunark dungeon like Sebelis and Howling Stones?
Whatever the case this definitely fits in with the theme of Kunark dungeons being painful and hard!
You know a staircase and some doors would do just fine but noooooo these dungeons gotta
be all magical, and have no exits!
On that note how do I get outta here?
Yeah, that might work, but I'm not really a wizard.....
Isn't the Field of Bone magical?
It's gotta be one of the best zones in the game; there's unsolved mysteries, a tower
that looks like Orthanc, an island with a King Kong on it, the skeleton of an ancient
dragon that's actually part of the lore, underground tunnels with weird snake thrones - Who made them?
The Shissar?
This guy?
I'm gonna go with the Shissar!
There's spider caves and the ruins of Kaesora, the list goes on!
Well I guess that's the whole list, the point I'm gettin at is that all things must come
to end and this video series about mysteries in Everquest is no different!
But hopefully you've learned something, hopefully you've come to appreciate this game a little bit more.
You know, you'd be surprised by what you can find, if you simply take the time to look.
And maybe the next time your sittin around the tunnel buying your Golden Efreeti Shoes
or your Velium Crystal Wedding Rings you'll take a moment, and ponder the existence of fire beetles,
or stop by Freeport and pay the drowned citizens a visit.
Maybe you'll gather the gumption to figure out what this thing means?!
But I wouldn't recommend it!
And as for me, well I think my days of investigating mysteries are finally over!
I mean there aren't any left!
Ive seen em all, done em all, I talked about all of em!
The only thing left for me to do is actually play the game!
So feel free to look me up in Norrath, maybe we can talk about lore and mysteries while
I'm harvesting platinum pieces or negotiating my reputation, maybe working on my epic mission,
or wangling some experience points, gotta get my trade skills up, get my fashionquest
on, you know I've had the same set of armor for 8 years!
I should probably work on that!
I should really go to Kunark some day, maybe hit lvl 51, did you know the level cap was
( voice begins to fade out ) raised from 50 to 60?
I had no idea?!
I was studying LOOOOORE!
I hear Velious is nice this time of year, ooo maybe I should go camp Hadden!
( voice faded out completely )
No one actually bought that right?
No more mysteries in Everquest?!
There's nothin but mysteries in this thing!
Did you know that there's a secret vault in Highkeep!?
And what about these graves in Mistmoore?
Who's this?
And who's that?
Is this bridge a lore dragon?
like that one?
And who made these giant hands in the Innothule Swamp?
I know there's a lot of lore about the frogloks and the trolls and Cazic thule and the Marr
twins and the desert and Solusek Ro.
I still haven't talked about the Oasis of Marr!
What's wrong with me?
Why does this stone exist?!
This is the only one in the whole game and it serves no purpose!
And don't even get me started on the gypsies!

Georgian Chicken with Tomatoes and Herbs - Chakhokhbili | Грузинская Кухня - Чахохбили из Курицы - Duration: 5:30.
Hi guys. Welcome to AZCookbook. I am Feride. Today we are traveling to Georgia and
making a delicious Georgian dish called Chakhokhbili. It is chicken cooked with
tomatoes, onions and spices, I've tweaked this recipe so many times over the years
and perfected it so that you guys have an enjoyable experience recreating it at
home. Let's get started. These are the
ingredients we'll need. I have one 3- pound chicken that I've cut up into 10 pieces. You
can cut it up into 12 pieces as well. I have 3 medium onions that I peeled and
sliced thinly - this makes about 4 cups packed sliced onions. I have 6 medium
tomatoes that I coarsely chopped without peeling. 5 garlic cloves peeled
and I have butter to fry the onion and chicken, about a cup of chopped fresh
cilantro, a little bit of red pepper flakes, crushed, salt and pepper and the
main ingredient or one of the essences of Georgian cooking - the spice mix
called khmeli-suneli. It's' a mixture of lots of spices and
dried herbs, it includes coriander fenugreek,
paprika, parsley, marigold and other spices. This is optional to use in this
dish but it really gives the dish a nice Georgian flavor. I've melted some butter
in a large frying pan and I added some olive oil to the butter to
prevent the butter from burning. I am adding all of the onions to the pan. I'm
going to fry the onion stirring it from time to time
until it's light golden. I'm going to add a pinch of salt
so give the onions a caramelized color while they cook. The onion is ready,
it's light golden. I am going to to transfer it onto a separate plate
leaving the butter in the pan. Now, in the same pan I'm going to brown
the chicken on both sides. [Add the onion and tomatoes to the browned chicken]. Salt and pepper to taste.
and our Georgian spice khmeli-suneli, so about a teaspoon. I'm giving it a stir
and then I'm going to cover the pan and cook the dish for about
30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and is tender. I cooked my chicken
and tomatoes for about 30 minutes and the last 10 minutes I uncovered the pan
to let the juices evaporate a little bit. And this is the consistency that we
ended up with. Look, we still have some juices in the pan or tomatoes collapsed.
It just looks so beautiful and chicken is tender. Now the last step. I have
garlic here and I'm going to crush it in my mortar and pestle, all of it, and you
can adjust the amount of garlic to a taste, I have 5 cloves here and to the
garlic I add my fresh cilantro and I'm gonna leave a
little bit for the garnish. I am going to pound these together and this is what I
got. The reason I'm doing this is to make sure that the garlic and cilantro
release their flavors and aromas and they blend together nicely. I love this
method. So I'm going to add this mixture to the pan with the chicken. All of it. Just scatter around. I'm also
adding crushed red pepper to it, but add it to taste - if you don't like much
heat in your dishes, don't add any at all. I am just going to sprinkle a little bit.
Look at this colors! I am going to stir to make sure we have garlic and cilantro all over the chicken and I'm
going to turn off the heat and put the dish aside . We don't have to cook it at
this point. Our chicken with tomatoes is ready. It's nicely cooked. Take a closer
look you guys. We have so many beautiful colors in there, and tomatoes have cooked
beautifully, I did not peel the tomatoes. Garlic cilantro - we did not cook them
much, we just turned off the heat and they continued to cook in the carryover
heat. it is an absolutely beautiful looking dish and I cannot wait to try it. That
spice mix called khmeli-suneli made all the difference, it added so much flavor
to the dish you, can not believe it. And then we have cilantro and garlic that
are a little bit fresh in the dish, you can feel their flavors. Absolutely
incredible. Try this recipe, make it for yourself,
make it for your loved ones, it's so delicious. The Georgian chicken chakhokhbili
should be on your table any time of the day. Thank you so much for watching
me. Please subscribe to my channel and share it with your friends and also get
the detailed recipe on my blog AZCookbook.com. See you soon! Bye!

THE FATE OF THE DARK SOUL - Duration: 3:07.
Before life,
before death,
before light,
before darkness,
there was the age of the same,
there was singularity.
A grey world, neither warm, or cold;
a nebulous motionless hell
and such as the world, was he's inhabitants
but then the difference rise when the fire, in the roots of the earth
and in the caves of the ground, born.
the peace, that straight line, was shaken.
And then, with the fire
disparity was born;
the opposites was born.
Heat and cold
Life and death
Light, dark
And from the dark they came.
The Dead One
The furtive
and even the Lord of Sunlight.
All of them draw by the heaat and the flame.
Something new had born, because
Where there's no dark, light is
but where there's no light, the dark is.
She was in the world now
and such as her antagonist, there were those who carried her within,
in the soul.
And those who bear her
the bears of the Dark Soul,
was now, lost.
Every thing begin with the first flame,
those flame which kill the primary peace
and brought the breeze of the war.
Once the fire was linked, the singularity was lost forever.
But not be misunderstood
the fire is not the sponsor of the chaos.
If fire exist, there's light, life, heat and white.
But if the fire die, there's dark, death, cold and black.
But the gray cannot be arrived anymore,
nevermore.
A legacy of another age, forever lost.
And but the flame, today burns, making light
soon she'll fade,
and when the fire die out, and olny dark remain,
so, perhaps, they find rest

Breaking Bread: Sharing Food, Sharing Culture - Duration: 3:47.
- What's cool about Breaking Bread
is that we all got to share a meal together,
and so, I think food is something
that's really common in every culture
that can bring a lot of different people together.
- I'm very happy now when I'm walking on the campus,
when I'm going red lakes.
- Do you have a favorite memory
from the Breaking Bread session?
- After Breaking Bread ended, Lauren and I
really enjoyed all the friends that we made
and we didn't really want it to end.
So we invited everyone over to our house
and everyone made a dish
and we just kind of ate
and hung out and we got to stay a little bit longer
than if we would of at the Breaking Bread house
because that's somebody else's house.
So at ours they got to stay a while
and it was just really nice to be able
to come back together again
and not have that relationship end
after Breaking Bread the scheduled dates ended.
- Well as I said, we synced up but so was Andrea,
and Jackie, we feel immediately very comfortable.
- Journey of Breaking Bread has come
to an end but I'm taking a lot of friends along with me.
So it has been a blissful journey
and I would like to start by asking
few questions with my friend Lauren.
So if you had to summarize your Breaking Bread
journey one line, what would you say?
- When I'm going out of the campus to see
someone and say I know you.
Of yes, I know you.
We break bread together and that's very good.
- It was cool to see how our relationships
with each other progressed throughout the sessions
because at first we obviously didn't know each other
and we all come from very different backgrounds.
And so it was just cool to see from
the beginning to the end how we
interacted with each other differently
and how much more comfortable we became
and just how our friendships grew
throughout these experiences.
- To be honest, everyone who was there
was really openly
and was really curious
about getting into touch with new people
and to meet a new culture and to making friends
and enjoy good food.
And this is really a good thing on Breaking Bread.
- I think the best memory would be when you
and Olivia invited all of us to your place.
That was really sweet of you guys to do that
because not a lot of people do this.
When you engage yourself in these kind of groups
and organizations, all these groups
and organizations come to an end
and so does the friendships.
But with you people it was like more
of a family thing and it did not feel formal at all.
And I had a really great time.
So I think the unofficial party, the get together
was of paramount importance and it was really nice.
- Even if you don't want at the beginning
because you'll feel a bit alone or uncomfortable
or you don't know.
Very rapidly the team who is leading the dinner
helping to make you feel happy and comfortable
and to share, to present yourself to the others.
- And it's a great place where you can forget all the stuff
all the assignments, homeworks, and all the work,
which you have done from morning to evening
and rest there, happy.
So I say Breaking Bread is like too good.
(laughter)
- Breaking Bread has been one of my favorite experiences
that I've had so far on campus.
And I feel like it gave me a lot
of different perspectives
and it allowed me to understand a lot
of other people's viewpoints
on things that I hadn't really thought about.
So I guess it was just a really good growth experience
for me and I would definitely
recommend it to other students.

the people affected, but at present, there are several treatments that can help us
to permanently eliminate this type of problems.
To combat both conditions, many specialists recommend avoiding overweight,
chewing food well, reducing the consumption of carbonated beverages, and avoid foods

Partida de go: Fujisawa Kuranosuke vs Go Seigen, jubango 1953 - Duration: 29:55.
Hello everyone,
this time we will discuss a Go Seigen game played and Fujisawa Kuranosuke,
later known as Fujisawa Hosai. The game was played in March 1953
Go Seigen wore black stones.
This joseki going to play here, rarely seen today.
White takes territory, and black influence
In the upper corner they will make a joseki that it is more common today
At this point in the game it could almost say it is a little better
black, since White is lost in this side of the board and
Black occupy the rest with influence.
Black stretch
It could have been here but it is open,
This is the point
white kakari
The usual answer is this,
white extends
It could not be keima that since it would give the opportunity to black press in this way
combining well with these three stones, therefore this is the best move for white
Black runs.
Another possibility was there, but it leaves an invasion easy target in this way.
The possibility of playing in the focus had
disadvantage that leaves easy for white invasion in san-san
since either side by black block which makes inefficient
or this or this stone, if blocked by Here, this stone
It is inefficient, however if this stone It was there, which is where he has played,
San-san is easy answers because this is the wider side
This is perhaps the reason why Go Seigen chooses that point
White extends here. This is a very big move, delimits a lot of territory and increases
pressure on these three black stones. White is perhaps waiting for this movement
that would be met with keima, being favorable position white
This is unacceptable for Go Seigen, and thus jumps.
This point or this area is desirable for both players, if turn white, or something like that
delimit a great Moyo, and playing Moyo is black on this side
As you can see here there is no white stone
It's time to go, do it this way white
black extends
white here
If black would respond in this way, this gives good shape to white,
So black plays below,
Extira
keima
This move prevents grow the black moyo
and reinforces or strengthens the group White
In this play, it usually responds well, but now ... now ... this move by black
It is logical since the situation is more balanced, but
both players are playing tenuki, and in this case white will not play that way
but it increases the pressure on these three stones,
If black jumps,
Now, White could play nobi, and this situation is more favorable for white
since the black has a black floating group, no base is
well established in this side
In this move, black responds again tenuki
playing well and white near the three black stones above
this move,
besides ensuring corner it is looking at these stones, leaves the future
something like this,
this wall is weak
Now, this play, this and this, are miai. White is expected this.
Black White takes territory but change takes strength and influence in the center
It was what White expected, however, Go Seigen will make a move
perhaps unexpected, he plays ogeima; this play in a way to mark the strategy
all the rest of the game
Now if Black plays tenuki
Because of this white court could very easy to live this way.
Black has to defend, and this extension leaves this group based
enough to live, therefore, black
play thus preventing this target group stated
extends
this blockade
while maintaining the pressure on this target group, says the corner
Keima to escape
This continuous play with the idea of this, to keep the division
between these two groups that will go Go Seigen attacking alternately during the game
Hane
stretches
Kosumi, to connect
Now Go Seigen played here
Go Seigen said at the end of the game that this movement is a little slow
Perhaps it would have been better thing
You are using these stones be cut ... prevent connect ... and something
The weakness of this group is, but Go Seigen played solid here. It is a movement that
well reinforces these stones
After this move sequence above no longer makes sense because
this stone
These two stones are quite inefficient and also this exchange
favors the target group, therefore this sequence is no longer interesting
Black will play keima. No court has problems because if you try white
It is this weakness
this cut is quite strong, so So you can not cut, white defends
Black keima again, keima, is looking for a connection there or go here
and make room
This move is to refozar a little this group, and sente because if White does not answer,
this sequence is inadmissible for white, after playing here ...
This is unacceptable for so white both must answer here.
black here
Now it would have been the easy move for White to play here, stabilizing this group as
It is practically alive, however White note the weakness of these
three stones and see that they can cut, and what they do, because if black plays
thus cutting leave a good and comfortable position for white and
these four stones are now quite weak, therefore, can not black
play there. Go Seigen played here, and after this movement seems white
the result is quite favorable for white has achieved this column
Central, enough strength, these three stones remain weak and
not expected to be any problem, however, after this move
normally
crashes, in most cases be blocked in this way, however
Go Seigen here had expected This cut is quite strong
... because we can interleave this sequence ...
Now appears weak white
That is the point at which security white group is in question,
It is quite uncomfortable, therefore no It can be locked at this time
White plays first here, if black Hane, now can be locked, since
cutting is different
not weakness appears,
therefore, black does not respond here but stretching
and we see the enormous power they have achieved black in the center
white Hane
and now the black initiate a strong attack on the white group,
that way
White connects, here would have been more I Hane easy to play, because if black blocks
These two stones are hunted, so both the target group lives
However, playing first connection,
White can not defend, you must leave, bamboo knot, looking for the connection ...
And here
Black here, and this move is sente since after playing here in this area there are court
the group still has no eyes, Here are cut, danger, therefore
white add one more stone for the connection is solid
and now black plays in this way, stabilizing the entire center and
stones that are weak have left to become pregnant and concern for
White longer this group and now the above
Play here. Now let's see a subtlety of Go Seigen
Would cut here ...
For this group is reduced to the minimum
expression and may not be able to live, but the court does not work, as we shall see
white kosumi
and has binding
Then, the cut in this way does not work
Before playing this, Go Seigen comes here once again making use of these
three stones, because if white plays well Now the sequence we've seen
it works,
... and there is no connection
White is cut and has difficulty
live there
Thus
this play
White can not answer here but here
making use of dead stones
atari
atari
This move is tesuji, because if black comes here, is is this cut
that if he defends, is perfectly connected,
and if it comes up, atari ..., no connection, no problem,
and white is threatening to play here and capture five stones; If black defends
for white connection it is very simple, no It has problem
At this time, Go Seigen
Play here
abandons these five stones, on the other hand is almost
best choice for white
here you will not play because black short all,
Nor did it this, since
come here, first atari, is there, and atari, no escape
It is almost forced to come to eat these stones, and now connects black
thus keeping this divided group, keeping the pressure on that group,
in exchange for having delivered these five stones, and even having left
This point is very large in favor of white and also this move is sente.
The game'd rather good for white as long as this
group to achieve live; it is the turn of white and play here
White is waiting for a response so black as to defend the
territory and easily live without But Go Seigen
perhaps he had anticipated this and had prepared the answer, here
this movement, tesuji, hard to see
is that the target group can not make eyes
let's see some sequences, example, if there is ...
Although black loses these two stones, leaves no eye, the white group is dead
and if he comes here ...
... and this move kills the target group
since this and this are miai.
The white group is dead
In this position white they decide to leave the group and try to compensate for that
loss winning the corner, play here
Go Seigen currently plays here and it is questionable if he could have played
here to save the corner, since white group could never escape
White here.
This is very painful for black. Star losing stone
but they manage to live in the corner in small,
and white now take perhaps the biggest point
currently on the board that is here.
Black must now live, playing there, but
first try to make this kikahsi, which is a mistake because Fujisawa see this tesuji
since black can not cut
They appear these two weaknesses, and the target group resurrects
Play black
This exchange is bad for Black, now must live
Not worth the cut because he plays there, you have to play here first
connect
And at this time the game is White favorable since they have one quarter
board, practically, this side, this corner, and change only black
They have this corner and this group. With a movement like this, ensuring that
lateral possibly white winning the game, but there was another movement
very big this further erodes the possible territory
black, and also prevents a possible invasion of this type, and choose Fujisawa
this movement, and this gives the last chance
a Go Seigen to win the game, again taking advantage of these three
stones that were lost at the beginning.
and now White can not play this way
that follow a sequence such
and he connected, and also the white group is still alive, which would now heading
favorable to Black
Thus, white can not play here, you have to play below
must cut
Kosumi. This move is possibly Ultimately, because after bamboo knot
threatens to cut the group and have two cutoffs to save these stones
White connects here that is threatening to go in there and get that group,
but black makes bamboo knot,
It is threatening to cut here and now white decides
save this group is larger,
short black,
white connects
And with this move, White is forced to cut here to save this group,
and connecting black is final,
these parts are dead, saved these stones, these are now muertasy
and these three are recovered, since white can not leave here, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3 ...
and even if you connect ..., 1, 2, 1, 2, 3 ...
That is, the game has overturned awesome here,
White has been dead, black has these stones recovered, he saved
these, has captured these ... and although the game continued some more movements,
White abandoned. We have seen with what skill Go Seigen
He has pressed on attacking white alternatively the two white groups
playing with the influence of their stones.
A historic and masterful game

Ultimate Source a Mystery Earth's Largest Cosmic Ray Observatory - Duration: 4:31.
"Ultimate Source a Mystery" --Earth's Largest Cosmic Ray Observatory Provides Evidence of
Extragalactic Origins
Cosmic rays are atomic nuclei that travel through space at speeds close to that of light.
Low-energy cosmic rays come from the Sun or from our own Galaxy, but the origin of the
highest-energy particles has been the subject of debate ever since they were first discovered
fifty years ago: do they come from our Galaxy or from distant extragalactic objects?
The question has now been settled by studying 30 000 cosmic-ray particles with energies
a million times greater than those of the protons accelerated in the LHC . They were
detected from 2004 to 2016 at the largest cosmic ray observatory ever built, the Pierre
Auger Observatory in Argentina.
Analysis of the arrival directions of the particles showed that at such energies the
flux of cosmic rays coming from a region of the sky located 120 degrees from the galactic
center is approximately 6% higher than if the flux were perfectly uniform.
This direction cannot be associated with potential sources in either the galactic plane or galactic
center, providing the first convincing evidence that these cosmic rays have an extragalactic
origin.
The flux of these very high-energy cosmic rays (exceeding 2 joules) is about one particle
per square kilometer per year . When the cosmic rays collide with molecules in the upper atmosphere,
they create cascades of over 10 billion secondary particles, known as air showers, which can
cover an area exceeding 40 square kilometers by the time they reach the ground.
The Pierre Auger Observatory detects some of these secondary particles (electrons, photons
and muons) by means of an array of 1 600 detectors, i.e. tanks of pure water spaced 1.5 kilometers
apart and covering 3 000 square kilometers in the Argentinian pampas, an area slightly
larger than Luxembourg.
By comparing the arrival times of particles at the different detectors it is possible
to determine where the cosmic ray particle that produced the air shower came from.
This discovery clearly indicates an extragalactic origin for these cosmic rays, since there
is a probability of only one in five million that the pattern observed in the sky is due
to chance.
However, the study has not yet succeeded in locating the sources precisely.
This is because the region where cosmic rays are brightest covers a large part of the sky,
where the number of galaxies is relatively high.
In addition, our Galaxy's magnetic field deflects the paths of these charged particles, making
it more difficult to locate their sources.
Some cosmic rays have even higher energies than those focused on in this survey.
They have the disadvantage of being even more unusual, but also the advantage that they
are not as deflected by the magnetic field of our own Galaxy.
Their direction of arrival may therefore more accurately indicate the region where they
were produced.
In 2007, an earlier study pointed to a correlation between active galactic nuclei and the arrival
directions of the highest-energy cosmic rays then detected , but this correlation subsequently
turned out to be not very significant.
Research is currently being carried out on a much larger sample of ultrahigh-energy cosmic
rays, and may provide some answers.
At the same time, an upgrade program is underway at the Pierre Auger Observatory, which should
make it easier to identify the sources.
400 scientists from 18 countries take part in the Pierre Auger Collaboration, which develops
and runs the observatory of the same name.
