The era of Heihachi and Kazuya has ended.Jin Kazama, the sanest member of the Mishima family
took over the Mishima Zaibatsu.
But then Jin suddenly declared the Mishima Zaibatsu's independence
and waged war against the rest of the world.
Before starting the war, Jin utilized the Tekken Force
to carry out covert missions in order to engluf the world in chaos.
Most countries suffered from civil wars and riots and started to lose power.
Once he had rendered most countries' military power useless,
he started to conquer the world.
But as the war continued, new opposing forces slowly began to show their presence.
It was the G Corporation, the first and most powerful opposition, controlled by Kazuya.
Kazuya Killed key personnels of G Corporation that tried to kill him in revenge,
and gained all the power, becoming the head of the company.
The world's population saw G Corporation as its only savior,
though Kazuya's plan was to destroy Jin and take over the world himself.
Kazuya was revered as an international hero.
However the world became the battle field between the Mishima Zaibatsu and G Corporation.
Meanwhile, the Zaibatsu's former Tekken Force soldiers began a coup d'etat
against the Mishima Zaibatsu.
The mastermind behind this coup d'etat was Lars Alexandersson,
a young and charismatic Tekken Force officer.
Kazuya placed a bounty on Jin's head for whoever can manage
to capture him dead or alive.
And Jin announced The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6,
as if he had been waiting for the G Corporation to make its move.
As the world was at war,
the largest number of fighters with 40 participants entered the tournament.
They are largely divided into Jin Kazama-related,
G Corporation and Kazuya-related,and those who try to stop the fight between the two,
and people with their own individual purposes.
First, the ones related to Jin Kazama are Heihachi Mishima
who tries to retrieve the Mishima Zabatsu, and Kuma,
Hwoarang trying to wipe out the disgrace of last tournament's defeat,
and Baek Doo San entering the tournament with his disciple,
an undisciplined Spaniard, Miguel who lost his younger sister due to the war,
Lili trying to avenge his father after her father collapsed due to stress
when his oil fields were taken over by the Mishima Zaibatsu,
Asuka Kazama entering the tournament in order to capture her cousin
who's responsible for the terrible war going on all over the world,
Lei Wulong and Sergei Dragunov who are after Jin Kazama
when their countries fell into utter chaos,
and Ling Xiaoyu who tries to stop Jin herself as a friend,
and her bodyguard Panda.
At Jin's side was Nina Williams who was recruited as his bodyguard,
and Eddy Gordo who joined the Tekken Force
after Jin offered to lend him his money and resources to save his master's life.
On the other hand, the ones related to Kazuya and his G Corporation areKazuya's closest
ally, Bruce Irvin,
and Anna Williams who decided to join forces with G Corporation
after hearing rumors that her sister Nina has joined forces with the Zaibatsu,
and Jane of the robotics division of G Corporation who got angry
when she heard that the Mishima Zaibatsu decided to make their own "Jack" model,
which was ten times the power of Jack-5.
She created a new "Jack" model, Jack-6, and decided to put it into
The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 to destroy the Mishima Zaibatsu.

Paul and Marshall enter the tournament
to win the prize money, so they can finally say goodbye to their loan troubles.
After losing his only livelihood due to the outbreak of war around the globe,
Steve Fox receives an invitation from Marshall Law and Paul Phoenix to train with them.
Steve saw this as a good opportunity and accepted their invitation.
Ganryu enters the tournament to promote his restaurant.

Lars loses his memory by the explosion caused by Jacks.

and the two begin a journey to discover their origins.
During the journey, Lars reunites with his lieutenant, Tougou.
He tells Lars that he is the leader of the rebel army, and was after Heihachi.
Lars locates and confronts Heihachi, and during the fight with Heihachi,
Lars feels a headache begins to recover from his amnesia
and remembers that he is the illegitimate son of Heihachi Mishima.
Heihachi was baffled about his son who he was unaware of.
Lars tried to kill Heihachi, but relents at the last minute and leaves.
After regaining his lost memories, Lars entered the Mishima Zaibatsu to stop Jin.
Lars and Alisa finally meet Jin, and Jin reboots Alisa's memory bank and sets her on Lars,
revealing that she was built the whole time to protect him
and that he has been using her to monitor Lars' actions.
Lars hesitates for a while as he doesn't want to fight Alisa,
however Alisa doesn't recognize him any more, and Lars has no other choice.
Lars fights Alisa, and Jin escapes the tower during their fight.
Lars manages to defeat Alisa.
Raven suddenly arrives, having been tailing Lars and Alisa throughout their journey,
and offers help, as he saw Jin heading for the desert, Lars accepts.
He seeks out Jin again with a heavy heart.
Lars and Raven locate an abandoned temple in the middle of the desert in search of Jin.
Inside the temple, Lars and Raven find and confront Kazuya.
After learning that Lars is his half-brother during a close fight,
Kazuya leaves the temple with Anna.
Lars and Raven reach the heart of the temple and locate Azazel.
Azazel tells Lars that he is the "Rectifier of All Things"
and that it is time for him to destroy humanity to make them atone for their sins.
Lars engages with Azazel, but the Rectifier was weaker than expected.
After defeating Azazel, Lars and Raven flee the temple as it collapses.
Once outside, they are confronted by Jin once again.
Lars defeats Jin Kazama.
It is then that Jin finally reveals his true intentions.
Jin knew that the only way to get rid of his accursed Devil blood in him
by awakening Azazel was to fill the world with negative emotions,
and the best way was to start a war.
Jin also tells Lars that Azazel is not yet dead,
and can only be destroyed by someone who carries the Devil Gene.
No sooner than he finished talking, Azazel erupts from the rubble, now much stronger,
but Jin powers himself up with the Devil Gene, approaches Azazel, immune to his attacks,
and punches his fist straight through the beast's chest,
sending the both of them plummeting to their apparent deaths.
However Raven and his colleagues have found Jin's half-buried body in the desert.
The Devil Gene tattoo is still visible on Jin's arm,
indicating that Azazel's demise not freed him of the Devil Gene.
It was revealed that Armor King is not just one person,
and the Armor King from Tekken 6 was actually
the younger brother of the first Armor King,
and the legendary Capoeira master who's Christie Monteiro's grandfather
as well as the man who taught Eddy Gordo Capoeira, eventually died of his ilness.
And the story of the sixth King of Iron Fist Tournament ends like this.
